Не понимаю вас.. Минусы: -Отдельный мессенджер. -Разработчики не отвечают пользователям никак, им насрать на вас. -просто дохренища постоянных обновлений и каждое называет так: «Мы что-то улучшили» и каждое обновление по 350 мб. Не хило так. -Так же обновляется и мессенджер.

Неплохое, но много недоработок. В целом, приложение неудобное. Очень. Самые раздражающие минусы: 1. Много весит. 2. Обновляется при выходе из фонового режима, даже если на секунду перейти в сообщения. Возвращаешься к фейсбуку - обновляется. Это очень раздражает, потому что найти потом, что читал - нереально. Благодаря вашим новым концепциям отображения ленты. 3. Ну и сама лента. Зачем решать за меня, что мне будет интересно? Гораздо удобнее хронологическое отображение новостей.

Мы не защищены.. Я два года назад создала группу в ФБ «Легавые России». Группа об охотничьих собаках, если кто не понял. Группа была живой, растущей. Она объединяла и новичков и профессионалов. Никакой политики, только профильные материалы, книги, статьи, публикации участников группы, советы начинающим. И вот три дня назад ФБ банит ее по жалобе дамочки, которая не предоставила подтверждающие документы на щенков, объявление о продаже которых ещё год назад я разместила в группе. В результате бана потеряна ценнейшая информация, которая собиралась по крупицам два года. Отменился бесплатный новогодний розыгрыш для детей с ценными призами (я их купила на свои деньги). Участники группы не смогут в очередной раз поддержать подарками дом престарелых. Вывод: 1. Фейсбук интересуют только ваши деньги. Я много раз покупала у них платную рекламу своей группы. 2. Вас могут забанить по жалобе любого сумасшедшего, мошенника или просто человека, которому что-то не понравилось или он вам завидует. 3. Вы не сможете защитить свои права никаким образом. Ваша точка зрения их не волнует. С вами никто не общается персонально, нет ясного и понятного канала коммуникации с ФБ. 4. ФБ не подчиняется законам страны, в которой он действует. В данном случае это Россия. ФБ - американская компания со всеми вытекающими из этого следствиями. 5. ФБ - не друг и не товарищ. Это лишь ещё один инструмент по выкачиванию из нас денег и навязыванию безумных идей и извращений, которые так популярны у них под лозунгом толерантности.

Непонятный интерфейс ужасно неудобно. Интерфейс крайне странный нечего не понятно многие люди так же как и я не могут зайти на аккаунт и почти 70 % людей наверное скачивают это предложения ради того чтоб просто зарегистрироваться в какой либо игре предложении и т.д обновления тоже частые но почти ничего не меняется

Фейсбук против России. Я смотрю посты украинских СМИ и вижу негативные комментарии в отношении России, и эти комментарии Фейсбук позволяет публиковать, однако что мной или знакомыми были написаны опровержения информации без негативных высказываний и оскорблений а информация была взята и скопирована из Википедии но там присутствовали слова: Штаты и Украина, то Фейсбук их блокирует и пишет что нормы фейсбука нарушены. Вы серьёзна? Это ваша демократия? Правда из источников проверенных которая не угодна штатам нарушает ваши нормы? Чего вы боитесь

Прекратите делать огромные обновления!. Мало того, что обновления появляются чуть ли не раз в неделю, так они ещё и весят тонну! Отдельный месенджер-бред: побегай-ка туда-сюда! Вы чего творите? Приложение хочется просто удалить на фиг!

Очень плохо. Честно говоря, я не знаю, как компания, претендующая на высокотехнологичность и продающая свои акции по 170$ за единицу, выпускать такие откровенно халтурные приложения. Это не говоря о том, что сама по себе архитектура и интерфейс этой социальной сети даже в рабочем состоянии оставляет желать лучшего. В нерабочем же состоянии это просто ад. Если конкретнее, то уже 2 или 3 неделю, я просто не могу войти в свой аккаунт через сие, с позволения сказать, приложение. Удалял, обновлял 100.000 раз. Каждый раз одна и та же история. Окно с проверкой безопасности, "введите код"(отправленный на телефон) и тд. Ввожу код - тупо обновляется страница с тем же самым предложением ввести код. Что касается самого кода, то Фейсбук его рассылает по несколько раз на день. И даже если я ввожу свежеполученный, все повторяется заново. Это ужаснейшее приложение из всех, что я видел. И оно ещё продолжает обновляться, ага.

Поддержка насилия и нацизма. В сети открыто публикуются призывы убивать всех людей, говорящих на русском языке. Модераторы, при обращении по данным фактам, присылают уведомления, что они не видят в таких призывах никаких нарушений правил Facebook.

Frustrated.. I’m Ukrainian and before now all was excellent and I loved using this app. But recently this app language changed to Russian. I checked it, but settings displayed that the language is Ukrainian. I tried to change It to English and back to Ukrainian, but there wasn’t any results. It’s unforgivable!!! Please, fix this as fast as you can. (Yeah, I know English, but I’d like to have my Facebook app in Ukrainian language, and the most I don’t want to use it in Russian language)

“See first” doesn’t work at all. Every single day I face the problems with news feed updating. It doesn’t work at all. Every morning I “yesterday post” and whatever I do to fix it, it doesn’t work. And it repeat every day during several months. Also there is obviously the fault with the option “see first” , cause it simply doesn’t appear in my news feed when someone from my list “see first “ makes a post. Sometimes it appears in two-three days! So, it’s “great” 😡 I’m tired reporting it every single day.

Problem stories in public pages, not in own account!!!!. I can’t view stories in public pages (which I create early) and I can’t change language into Ukrainian on my iPhone on ios15!!! It’s very big problems, because I can’t upload ( I push uploading and so long time it’s upload and then I want to check my upload stories, but it write that no story uploaded, that stories is empty!) and view uploaded stories for my followers!!!!! This network is outdated!. I think that every point described here deserves at least -1 star, so here they are: 1) Interface. Problem with device permissions. App crashes at the launch. Right after I launch it I see crash sometimes and after that it crashes each time at launch. After some time passes it starts to work, but then bug might appear again. My ios is 13.0, iphone 8plus, black theme, LTE connecrion when reproduced, not sure if I saw that with wifi. Will try to upgrade ios, maybe will help

Horrible UX. Hi guys. Here is my top: 1. I want to see all comments, not only latest, not only top rated, ALL! 2. I don’t want to see what my friends was commented. I don’t want to let my friends see what I was commented. 3. When I paused video and go away from Facebook and then go back I don’t want to auto-start current video. Laggy authentication added to Facebook also. I was happy with easy Facebook login on all my devices. But you decide to destroy this. I understand on paper 2 step authentication sound cool and modern. But is add extra 20 steps to just launch your service, and I just don’t want to use Facebook anymore after this long process. You decide to get relationship with Google Authenticator service. Should I remind how Google love to close them services? And it just uncomfortable to use. “Second” authentication is already was active on Modern devices with password on computers, and Face ID, fingerprint on mobile. And I was pretty happy with this kind of security. But you pushed to extra buggy, unstable and slow way… Very disappointed Of cause now when you activate for my account 2 authentication I even can’t sign in to it, because look like you didn’t finish setup it, so it has endless loading. But is temporary problem. I’m more sad about you decide to be uncomfortable for use your service in future. I can forgot about stable and easy to use service. Possible I should find some another.

Bad new update. I just updated my Facebook app July 2, 2020 and now I can not view videos, stories or notifications. The screen just shows its loading. Or if I load a video off my home page it starts and then crashes and if i click on a group I follow the app crashes. My home page works fine. I have good internet, no other programs open, tried resetting my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it and still the same issues. Please help to fix this problem.

Bug with playing sound. There is a bug with reproducing a sound on videos. When one video ends and other starts it requires scroll for some seconds ahead to hear. It doesn’t happen automatically as in old times. Fix it please.

Surprises every day. Every day I open my FB App (on my iPhone) there’s something new - ok today the like button is on the right, next day - on the left, the day after the next day again on the right. Ok today I can sort all the comments by the newest or the most relevant, the next day this option disappears. Today my profile is round, next day it’s square.... And so on. Every. Single. Day. Guys, I can’t keep up with you! As soon as I get used to one way of things it changes! I want more stability! You might be experimenting to make fb a better place but that’s too much already!

Worst app ever. The worst social network ever, I don’t know why ppl use it at all?! Very slow scripts, hard for perception interface, lots of useless functions which work doesn’t correct, ads become worst and worst every next upgrade, now it works slow and bad quality! I can’t get into my account. My account blocked! I set video, I sent my documents but no help! How I can get real help from FB to get back my account? Why my account always blocked. Who can help me? So many fakes accounts there, and they can use FB without problems. So many people used not real names, but they still on platform. How to improve. Hello, dear developers! Thank you for your hardworking to let all of us safe, fast and comfort access to Facebook. However, I've noticed that this app doesn't have any function something like cash cleaning. Well, my app has now 1,7 gB of junk files which can't be deleted anyway from my iPhone. There are no other apps to delete it and I can't delete it manually. So, what am I supposed to do? Yes, Barbarian methods like deleting app and downloading it back. Night mode problem. After some update, appear 1 huge problem. All time the app change the theme from night mode(black) to day mode(white). All time I’m change in settings to night mode, but after close app, and open again change to custom settings day mode (white).

Dark mode in the settings is not working. I prefer using Dark mode on my phone and apps, it’s much more relaxing for my eyes, but lately Facebook keeps switching to light mode (white background and black text, Dark mode setting becomes off) all the time after clicking on bottom tabs or when I open the app again no matter the settings. I have to fix my settings a couple dozen times per day. Really annoying.

stories are not loaded. I have been unable to upload stories to my account for two weeks now. updated the app, didn't help. deleted and downloaded the application again, did not help. rebooted the phone, it didn't help. in the settings everything is fine, has not changed anything and access to everything is open. I write in support, I report an error, no one answers. what is the problem???

Terrible horrible job. I hate you, facebook and that’s something new for me. I have to work with your products every day and I hate it, I hate it every second I have to deal with your BS. TONS of bugs, never fixed, or if fixed - new horrible bugs come out. Their professional tools like ads manager and business suite it over complicated crap systems, very hard to understand which cabinet is required for my needs at any given moment. I work for 8 month every day and still have to ask older colleagues about your BS services architecture. Bans - don’t get me started. If you are running ads on FB - you WILL get banned, what ever you do or you don’t do - will get you banned and then you face another new low of hell - support! First - it’s impossible to contact when you get banned, second - they merely help you with anything. Mostly they just read FAQ to you, but sometimes there are people who understand the horribleness of their employer and genuinely try to help. Their best advice on bans actually is to break more FB rules and create new accounts. Great job, Zuck. Unlocking Facebook page doesn't unlock connected instagram. I had my Facebook page locked because incorrect date of birth was imput by mistake. Facebook automatically locked connected instagram page. I have provided document and Facebook page was unlocked in 2 weeks. But instagram page was still locked with same error. I made one more support request and attached document but after 15 days of waiting my instagram page is still locked for no reason. If you get instagram info from Facebook page why isn't it possible to grab updated user info from Facebook to instagram and finally unlock connected instagram page??? Very poor user management implementation

A terrible app. Dear developers I know that you work for a giant and very powerful corporation, but it doesn’t mean that this app is good. If there would be choice I’d never use it...Why? 1. Design. Too many pages that I never open. Videos rarely match my taste. Feed that is absolutely useless as there are news that are extremely far from what I’d like to see. 2. Stories. Why there is info about someone of my friends added a story... if it’s on the front page already? 3. Saved items. Badly organized. 4. Really user unfriendly. I need search on internet how to look on my friends list on Facebook, because it’s not as easy as you expect. You will find friends suggestions, people who near you, with no filters by the way, but not friends. If you want to see your own page you have to do a lot of stuff. So please find some really good UX designers

Shameful display of UX and stability. I am a high volume advertiser. My account got locked for security reasons (which is fine by itself) but when I am trying to restore the access I am getting a technical error of "sorry there's a technical problem with this feature..." window... which stays for 2 days already. As I have mentioned I am an advertiser (with 7-digit annual budgets) and without my account (and management) our business is loosing literal money. And I am not mentioning the complete breakdown of all 3rd party analytical instruments that were connected to the ad account through my profile. - unsable product (even for a business client you would generally consider important) - useless support agents who are oblivious of their own product - shameful UX that has zero backup solutions for critical situations such as these in case the main flow breaks down (like it did)

Pages and newsfeed. Dear Facebook developers! I want to check posts to the pages I like! Earlier in the field 'Pages' one could see all pages. So it was easy to check new posts. Now when I click 'Pages' I can see only the ones I'm managing. It's very inconvenient. Because of the awful newsfeed, I miss a lot of important posts! Why should I see when my friends like some posts of their friends whom I even don't know! Because of this app policy I'm deprived of really essential things to read! Earlier at least I could see the pages I liked in button 'Pages', and check them one by one. Please, improve that somehow! Or return this function for Apple devices. Thank you! To many advertisement and it’s not relevant. I see ads on every third post (come on zukerberg, why not every second?). It is so annoying that I am tired of the feed. I always hide ads or mark them as not relevant, but it keeps showing… Ridiculous…Shops and people that are promoted do not attract me in this way and I believe advertisement shouldn’t work this way. Сейчас мне понадобился аккаунт и, создав совершенно новый, Facebook отключает его за нарушения! Непонятно, что нарушает новый пустой аккаунт. Прошлые аккаунты никогда не блокировались. Жалоба. Здравствуйте! Я не знаю какие нормы нарушила. Почему второй раз заблокировали мой аккаунт. Нормально не объяснили причину. Чтобы подтвердить личность написала электронную почту, но ваш код который должен прийти не приходит на почту. Как я по-вашему могу подтвердить личность, если не приходит ваш код уже 2 дня.

Что за подстава?. При попытке запустить приложение выскакивает окно: « общий доступ к этому приложению теперь закрыт для Вас. Для использования необходимо купить ее в App store” Версия последняя, до обеовления все работало.
