Reason why it’s a 1star. I subscribed for 1 year to watch the men’s live football didn’t even get to watch it and it only showed the radio comentery of the match, that’s not what I subed for.

Hopeless. Nothing works. Tried to buy subscription, tells me that I already have a subscription, but it does not let me watch games

Scam. Bought subscribtion to watch MUTV but the app says I need to buy subscribtion even if I have already have done that. Bought both monthly and yearly subscription but I do not have access. I have paid 18£ for nothing. If I could rate zero stars I would have done that.

GGMUFC. Good app with superb pling-system on all news in the club. Unfortenatly a bad registration system with a verification mail that never arrived, and no way to click «send new».

Issue. The app had become super slow an lags all the time

A buggy mess. The app has been unusable the last year or so, it takes forever to respond and usually I can’t scroll or even see team lineups. I even got a brand new phone, yet I’m still experiencing the same issues. Haven’t heard any complaints from the rest of my family, so no idea what’s going on. Deleting and reinstalling the app does nothing

Stjeler pengene dine!. Abonnerte først på måneds abonnementet for å se Utd vs Villa Pre-season, ble trukket 79kr fra konto uten at jeg får mulighet til å se noe fordi den mener at jeg ikke har et abonnement, noe som jeg faktisk ble belastet for. Deretter prøvde jeg meg på det årlige abonnementet til 99kr, ble trukket 99kr fra konto. Likevel har jeg tydeligvis ikke et abonnement som gjør at jeg kan se på kampen!!! Denne appen er bare scam! Styr unne.

MUN UNITED. It is fine to have this app because you keep knowing what the position of the teams we’re ever you are and it takes funny, interesting and cool pictures of the players involved in the game and I am a huge fan of Mun united so if you’re to download this app ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Especially when the team is away and playing matches at weird times of the day, MUTV should facilitate that members are able to log in and easily find an option to see a full 90 minute replay of first team matches, WITHOUT being served a full match report on the front page of the app first.

Subscription mess. I use the Apple TV version, log in and then subscribe. I get validation error 502 and unsuccessful purchase, only to get a subscription confirmation from Apple. My subscription doesn’t work, nor does restoring which gives a 404 error. This app is so incredibly bad it’s terrible.

MUTV. The best app ever. Have become very fund of it and use it daily.

Horrible experience. Paid for subscription to watch a preseason game, the transaction went through and subscription is confirmed but when I attempt to watch the match it tells me that I have to subscribe to watch it. So basically paid for nothing, basically like buying Sanchez or Di Maria. Horrible user experience, worse than Maguire.

Super App. I think the app is super. You get to know all you need to know within one hour before kick-off, and if you (as me) drop in every day, you also get to know the strategies, the players, you see everything in a new and different perspective. I also like that this app isn’t busy with chit-chat, you only get to know what you really need to know. It is simple and iser-friendly.

Crap app. Subscribed MUTV through App Store , but still can’t watch live match. Really poor!

Rotete registrering. Betalte 99kr for å se pre-season. Fikk sendt en verifiserings-Mail som eg aksepterte og som gikk gjennom da det kom opp en side som bekreftet dette. Når eg da skulle logge inn så fikk eg opp en ny varsel om at eg måtte verifisere mailen min. Trykket inn på verifiserings-mailen igjen og kom frem til en side som forteller meg at eg er verifisert og kan logge inn. Prøver å logge inn og blir fortalt at eg må verifisere mailen min enda en gang. Er fremdeles fanget inne i denne loopen og kommer ikke ut av den. Klarer da heller ikke å logge inn for å se noe av det eg har betalt for.

Feeling kind of cheated. Looks cool, but the subscription doesnt work. Tried to see the friendly matches but It just doesnt work. I subscribed, got the recipe that I’ve paid, but it still tells med to subscribe again. If I try to subscribe again I get the message I’m already subscribing. I’ve followed every step in the FAQ, even sent mail, but its not working and nobody bothers to answer. So I get the feeling that nobody realy cares.

Subscription problems. Bought the annual subscription pass for 4 days ago and it has still not started working. I got the email and verified and everything. But when I go in the app it says I need to subscribe and when I click on the annual pass it comes up “Sorry, you already subscribed to this package please try different package.

Bought membership; didn't get access. When I purchase annual membership I expect to get access to the pre-season games. The app does not handle subscriptions well at all, instead it comes across as really buggy. Your latest "improvements" did not "enhance" my app experience. I even try to restore my purchases, and then the app tells me that I have the subscription I am trying to restore, but the app still does not give me access to the games, or to anything else for that matter. I mean, what the...? What did I get?

Glitchy. The app is often glitching and I can’t change my favourite player because whenever I try to i just get kicked out of the app….

Paid, but can’t watch. They have taken my money, but I still can’t watch. Stay away. This is a problem many others have experienced and they don’t fix it.
