About Subscription Details:

After you choose the Premium plan that‘s right for you and confirm your purchase, the payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you currently have a free trial, any unused time will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or change your subscription anytime in ‘Account Settings’ on your device. If you choose to continue, the renewal fee will be charged 24 hours before the current period ends at the same price as your initial subscription.
