Cannot control climate. In the most recent updates to this app and the Tesla Model 3 software, the app reports an error if I try to control the car’s climate, and creating, editing, and deleting schedules usually fails with an error. It’s winter, so this is really bad!

Alexander. Den beste kjøretøy-appen jeg har prøvd! Jeg har prøvd mye forskjellig og det kan virkelig ikke sammenlignes. Godt utført, enkelt å forstå. Totalt den beste appen på telefonen min.

Bug I app I lang tid. Hvorfor kan dere ikke fikse den irriterende bugen som gjør at det ikke er mulig å låse opp ladeporten fra appen uten å drepe den hver gang? Bruker dere appen selv??

Feedback. App should integrate a feedback button after driving a test drive

Kristian. Jeg har brukt både appen og bilen i to år og begge har fungert perfekt hele tiden.

VPN. Doesn’t work with VPN. The key functionality works, but when I’m not close to the car the app can’t connect.

Authentication. Tried to log in to my fathers account. He had to reset his password, and authentication app isnt getting any codes

Tom. Problemer med vinduer på førersiden (går ikke ned / opp automatisk )og trådløs lading fungerer ikke etter siste oppdatering

Magne. Stabil, stappfull av funksjonalitet og fullgod erstatter til en fysisk nøkkel (også med Apple Watch alene)

Connectivity problems. Sadly had quite a few connectivity problems since the updates to the car software made the car sleep. Regularly get request timeouts, which means I can’t preheat the car, can’t change charge limit, or check live sentry mode etc. Seems like there has been a provider change in Norway as well, because the coverage in our parking garage is nonexistent for the car, which is new. Frustrating development.

Tesla app. Ulogisk og rotete

Marihøna. Nå etter flere oppdateringer på kort tid, så virker ikke forvarming ordentlig. Har restartet, fjernet app. Fortsatt fungerer den når den selv vil. Slik kan det ikke være når det er kaldt og minusgradene er her.

Kjartan. Tesla widget vises ikke på hjem skjerm på iphone

Bug in the app. Devs, the phone verification system isn't working for me. Country code 47 is added in front of my phone number and the last two digits truncated. Phone and app localized in norwegian.

Apple watch doesn't work. Apple watch won't work, unless you have the latest watchos version, that's a shame. 😑

Bjørn. Appen fungerer ikke som den skal! Jeg har etterspurt om å få tilsendt fakturaer på lading flere ganger men den virker ikke!

Funker bra. Nå støttes ikke bare Apple Watch som egen bilnøkkel, men også delte nøkler fra familien som bor i et annet land (og har tilsvarende utenlandsk Tesla ID) virker endelig. Nice.

Open all doors button. Can we pls add a button or something to choose which door to open? This should be a must-have feature in the Nordic countries because with the cold and snow all doors are often blocked. Having the possibility to open only the driver door is not enough when you have 4 passengers… especially if you have kids then the back doors button are blocked (child safety) so you can’t even open from the inside if don’t disable the child safety. Pls think about these very simple things for Nordic countries

Good to have. It would help to see or switch hazard lights on/off from app

Preheat seat. I really wish the Tesla app allowed you to choose that when you preheat the car, only one seat heats up instead of both. I always have to turn off the passenger seat heater, since I usually travel alone.

Opening of the desired doors. I support the previous review. Should be possible to open all doors with the app.

Model 3.. Tesla virker å være er bilbransjens svar på lavpris flyselskap. Billig og bra i starten, men om en får problemer med bilen skulle man ønske man ikke valgte billig og bra men heller kvalitet. Bilen er like elendig som servicen. Første og siste gang jeg eier en Tesla.

Model 3 Performance. I love the car and all its functions one thing that annoys me is the wipers are on in autopilot mode and you can’t turn them off, even though it’s not raining they are wiping the window…

Starte ladingen på nytt. Dere må la det gå an å starte ladingen på nytt etter man trykker avbryt lading. Vertfall legge til en kontroll om man faktisk ønsker å avslutte ladingen fra appen. Utrolig irriterende når det er så lett å trykke feil og man må gå ut igjen for å ta laderen ut og inn igjen.

Awful unable to use. I live in Norway, I have a Norwegian address, Norwegian phone number and Norwegian credit card. Whilst the app accepts my Norwegian address, it won’t let me change the country in billing address to Norway. So I can’t use the app - stupid

REMOVE the push notification. REMOVE the push notification when you try to close the app. But at least we got rainbow road and farting sounds.

Tesla Charge functionality. Hey i give this a 1 star so it may be possible for higher rate chance for you guys the devolper to see. When i see That My tesla is charging and it says 5-10 hours remaining Why not add the time it will be finished aswell to understand the timing Okay 13 hours it takes to come to 80% is around 14:52 for example. Give me a reply back Im more than happy to help about other functionalities.

Connection. It uses sooooo long time to connect to the car some times, I spent 30 minutes the other day trying to connect to my car and I didn’t have my car keys with me

Good. But calendar sync problem. Sync problem on Exchange calendar(s). Shows even the ones hidden on iphones calendar app. Should be options in the car on which calendars to show

Lost contact. After last upgrade the 09.12.22, I‘ve lost contact between myTesla mod x and the app. When I’m in the car it works well but when I leave the car, I lost contact after 15/20 minutes….why?

Optimal for updating the car from the app. Can we have a way of downloading updates for the car in the app and use the phone for installing updates “offline”. When WiFi is hard to find and mobile data is limited, this would be a great way to keep the car updated, even on the road.

Feil ved lading. Ikke godkjent betalingsmåte. Ingen feilmelding for at jeg får fikset det.

Model S - THE FLAGSHIP?????!!!!. Why only for model 3 and Y you can use the phone as a key?????? Wasn’t suppose to be Model S the flagship of Tesla??!! Btw with model 3 you can close the windows from the app, you can also see the cameras… but not with the model S. At least in Norway 🤷‍♂️

Service modifications impossible afterwards. Made a service request and tried to edit it afterwards. Gives just a error message: Please try again. I have tried multiple times with no luck. It would be lot easier to make service requests from web than on mobile. Otherwise app is ok.

God app. Veldig stabil og fungerende app. Mangler en del oversettelser til Norsk, spesielt i varslinger.

App funker svært dårlig. Etter jeg fikk ny tlf (iphone 14) så har det tatt veldig lang tid med å laste inn appen samt at jeg aldri får notifikasjoner på noe fra app. Alle innstillinger er korrekt Håper dere fikser dette

Sentry Mode live. After the last update the sentry mode live view dosent work

Missing steering wheel heater icon in app. Adrer the recent update, the heater icon seems to be removed from the app.

Treig!. Denne versjonen av appen er det verste jeg har opplevd. Den er utrolig treg! Bruker 1000 år på å laste inn info om bilen

Lufte funksjonen. Etter det nye designet på appen har jeg opplevd flere ganger å trykke på «lufte» i klima kontrollene ved uhell. Dette har skjedd såpass mange ganger nå SELVOM jeg er veldig obs på at dette kan skje. Utrolig irriterende at denne henger så nærme på kontrollene på klima, spesielt når en skal varme opp bilen mens det regner ute……

Slow, unresponsive and buggy. Given the technologically advanced Tesla cars, this app is surprisingly slow, unresponsive and buggy. The app crashes often. Things you click doesn’t respond. Every time you try to pre-heat the car in the morning by starting the climate system from the app, you have to click 2-3 times before it really starts. It starts, then turns off, click start again, then it turns off again etc. It also by default start the pre-heat with the right seat warmer halfway on and the driver full on. And it doesn’t respond when you try to turn off. The next time it might start with the steering wheel heat full on, the driver seat halfway on and the right seat halfway on. And so it goes…

Charge Stats Not Showing Up. Charging stats not showing up for LR Y with newest software on phone and car.

Doesn’t connect with car. Since the 2 latest updates the app does not connect / takes for ever to connect with the car. I am unable to send i.e. heating commands as they will time out.

Great app. This app gets better and better . I love the new “ live camera” function . The app is easy to use, and you have all the functionality you need plus som more. Never had any problems with this app. It is rock solid .

Frozen. The app won’t connect to the car and that makes the car useless when we have sub zero temperatures. Not able to defrost the car before use.

Latest version buggy. Difficulties activating/deactivating sentry mode, takes long time to communicate with car. It’s usually been very good, so hope you can sort this. Now it feels about as good as the BMW app…👎🏻 Update: Weeks later, a few updates and still the same. Tesla is getting worse and worse. Disabling the radar I paid for, I rarely use autopilot or even cruise control anymore because of poor reliability and forced wiper mode. Now app is getting useless. The list goes on and on, sigh. Removing ultrasonic sensors and stalks on new cars, wipers still lousy (great call Elon, going for cameras instead of a standard functional rain sensor 🤦‍♂️ ). Next car definitely not a Tesla, not even if I get it for free.

Mobile service 26 april.. Godt fornøyd. Svært hyggelig og serviceminded tekninker. Han var svært hjepsom og gav meg mange gode råd. Så håper jeg at feilene han rettet ikke kommer tilbake. I så fall ber jeg om service på nytt. Mvh Bjarte Erdal

Idea good to have in app. It would be nice to have the option to see the time when car was parked/start driving

Unusable. Despite entering a Norwegian address the app insists that I register a UK address against my payment method, presumably because my phones locale is en-gb. Developers trying to be clever shoot them selves in the foot.

Cant connect to the tesla. Cant connect to the tesla from the app, this is day nr 3. When I’m on the app its says last seen 3 days ago . Fix this plz

Latest version is buggy. The latest version of the app makes it super slow to connect with the car, sometimes it just won't send commands. I am unable to start pre heating at times, or start charging. And sometimes it starts, but the app doesn't show me that it started, but I can see my charger is drawing power.

Disruptions related to iOS 15.4?. After update I can’t connect to my car over WiFi only cellular. Not sure why.

Service updates missing. Mostly good, with one improvement - the expected completion time for service appointment is not visible in the app (states it should be)

Sentry mode Live view. Accessing Sentry mode Live view in the app works on cellular (Telenor, Norway) and some Wi-Fi networks (including my place of work). On other Wi-Fi networks (including my home), the connection seems to be blocked. I suspect this is due to network ports/firewall. Question: What network ports are required to be open for Live view to work?

For ikke lade😔. Det siste oppdatering med «tilgjengeligheten» gjør det umulig å starte lading for ikke tesla… viser som aktive ladere som er i bruk. Brukte over halvtime for å finne noe jeg kunne aktivere fra telefon…

I don't get alarm notifications!. After latest car/app update I do not get alarm notifications alerts from my model X to my iPhone anymore when the alarm goes off.

Not convenient. App can not connect via LTE unless sentry mode is on. (Which drains battery). Appp not avle to communicate with car once the car is asleep and no sentry mode.

Helt super.. Fungerer helt utmerket! Elsker at jeg kan sette opp forvarming på adressen bilen står. Dette gjør at bilen har perfekt temp både før og etter jobb 👍 Kan bestille service når jeg har tid og slipper å forholde meg til åpningstider og diverse for å bestille meg en service👍

Summon. Start summon and after deactivate summon from the app the car dose not stop from the app. Big problem.

Can’t add additional driver. I can add my wife as additional driver, but she can’t use the invite since the app says it is incompatible. Tried to delete and reinstall the app, but still the same issue. Look like others have the same issue so it is probably something in this version

Service center option disappeared!. There is currently no way for me to book a service appointment in the app or on the website! Pretty sure a mobile tech isn’t going to do a brake service outside my garage.

Oct 31, 2021 - bug in schedule clock. Update: impossible to set fixed rate in electricity stats.

Poor update. After update uses forever to load. Not as intuitiv as the previous version.

Sentry mode live camera. Can’t get live camera on sentry mode to work after latest update.

Charge Stats. They don’t seem to take into account all the kJ used for the battery and cabin preconditioning. There should be a toggle switch allowing for the on/off to include/ exclude this energy consumption in the overall stats and ICE comparisons. It would also help me survey/ check on my electricity provider who often claims the discrepancies between consumption according to Tesla stats and what they have is due to those aspects described above. Please, bring it on!

Lading. Tesla app har fjernet lading fra appen så nå kan vi ikke se om hvor mange Kwh har vi ladet i hele måneden🙄🙄🙄🙄

Bra app, men…. En veldig bra app alt i alt, men har for ofte problemer med å få kontakt med bilen. App’en blir stående og laste uten å få opprettet kommunikasjon slik at jeg må gå ut og åpne førerdøren for at problemet skal ordne seg.
