NEW FEATURES • The latest home page experience is now enabled by default, bringing updated Home, To-Do, Browse, Profile and Settings screens, along with improvements across the app. • If allowed by administrators, the app with the latest home page enabled can match the device appearance setting (light or dark mode). • Users can now edit compensation information, including recurring pay components, in the latest People Profile. • Users can now view and edit custom MDF information in the native mobile profile UI rather than through web pages. • The Internal Job History card is available in the latest People Profile, enabling users to view an employee's job history within the organization. • Users can now access the History UI for Personal Information, Address, Dependents, Job Information, Job Relationships, Compensation Information, Payment Information, Recurring Deductions, Work Order and Custom MDF information from the Full Profile of the latest People Profile. • Users can now search and select from multiple employments when editing profile information. • Users can now choose to view either the Profile Preview or the Full Profile when searching for people. • Default field masking configured by administrators from the Web app for the latest People Profile's Compensation Information card also applies to Mobile. Visibility control of the compensation pie chart is supported in Mobile People Profile UIs. • Default background image selected from the Web app applies to all user's Mobile profile screens as well. • Users can now view SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) extension cards on the Spotlight and Full Profile of the latest People Profile, and navigate to supported third-party links. • Users can now view and manage skills and other attributes in Growth Portfolio on mobile devices. • Users can now generate self-descriptions for their profiles using AI. • Users can now use AI-assisted writing to draft, rewrite, and improve content in supported areas of Performance Goals, Development Goals, Continuous Feedback, and the latest People Profile. • The enhanced People Search is now available, aligning its capabilities with the web platform while maintaining the existing user interface on mobile devices. • Employees can now view and confirm attestation agreements during time sheet submission. • Employees can now view geofence details based on configuration when creating or reviewing manual time. • Users can now view all workflow participants and current approval statuses directly in the mobile app. • Learners can now review progress on all their curricula assignments from a single screen and quickly identify areas requiring progress. • Learners can now search for specific items within the View All screen for each learning section using titles and IDs. • Learners can now search for and add task observers to help ensure timely completion of task observations. • Users can now use the new optional field Topic Description to add and display more information about the topic they want to give or request feedback on. • Users can no longer activate the app using a Company URL. They can continue activation using other available methods. • Authentication with BTP Mobile Services for the mobile app can be enabled by administrators through an Upgrade Center self-service.
