Images don’t always load. Images don’t always load I’m using learn and code with Enid but after the spinner shows, the image is not always displayed. I had to go to next page and back. Very strange experience.

No way to end subscriptions. Iphone mobile app; zero available links to end subscriton. Otherwise good app

App crashes. The app crashes when I try to add another email adress. I click the link or paste the code but whenever I click «Next» after that the app crashes. I’ve tried 6 times (!) now and getting fed up. Can’t find any help or way to contact support. I wouldn’t write here if I could get hold of anyone who could help but this seems to be the only was to get anyone’s attention. I have the newest version of the app on an updated iPhone.

Weak app. No offlining courses. Slow. Bad navigation. SLOW

Tablet?. Does not work very well on a tablet

Some difficulties. Sometimes it is difficult to access the course. I have to try several times.

Closed captions don’t work when screen casting. I have tried several times now to screencast to Apple TV, but I cannot make the closed captions show. They show in the app, but not when I use Apple TV.

Marginally better than the web pages. (Or at least normally.. Right now I have the problem that the app won’t display the videos in my course content at all. So it’s completely unusable for my video based course content, and I have to go for the web pages. But I hope that can be fixed soon. But there’s also another problem: Poor memory. The iPhone is fast to shut down apps running in the background, and even apps that has just not been running for a little while. I guess it trusts the apps to save its data in the database system provided, and use that as a long term memory. The Kajabi app doesn’t do that, and as a result you only have to take a break from your course content, and you’ll have to find your content anew. In the same way, even on the web pages, stopping video, giving it a break and then starting it again will make it freeze. So please use the database provided by the iPhone system. Both for which page you were last at, where you last paused the videos and other such things. It would be a great help. And fix the freezing video, please. It’s probably the http stream that has shut down, and when the browser asks to start from a certain point again the server won’t cooperate. And last of all: We need to see video based course content appear in the app. Update: I saw your answer to this, Kajabi, and this is easy to test. Moreover, I still have problems viewing video for my course, despite it being available on the web pages. The app now complains that “Sorry, due to privacy settings” it’s unable to view the videos. When the course provider has no interest in changing such settings (I recently heard from them) and, I repeat myself, the videos are easily available from the web pages. I have thus changed my rating of this app from two stars to one star, due to poor customer service and inability to fix problems.
