A rough diamond. Read the whitepaper, fiddled with the source code, played with the app. It’s a great idea but a pretty rough execution. Push notifications flat out doesn’t work. The GitHub issue tracker is filled with pretty serious bugs, including security related ones, with no follow-ups. I’m definitely keeping my eye on the project but staying away for now.

Like!. Finely a real privacy app💯👌🏽

Completely Kaput. Don't know what happened, but public open groups are no longer accessible. Maybe for the better, as they got often spammed with highly illegal content. But at least inform users about it then. Which is another thing. The official open group is of course no longer available either.

Falling offline. After the last update i have to restart the app for every message Im trying to send and the green light is always red! Please fix it!!

No longer starts. After the most recent update, this app has gone from slow, buggy and unreliable to not even starting.

Potential but falls short.. Notifications doesn’t work. Maybe 1 out of 99 times.

Completely unreliable. I have turned on notifications, but I don’t get them. That makes the app useless for communication unless you decide to manually check every so often. Impossible to have a flowing conversation this way. I’ve seen this as feedback for multiple years, yet it is not fixed. Doesn’t seem like the developers care enough to make a working product.
