Log in. No longer able to log on to the app. Believe it has been like this for some time now…few weeks?

Yellow event markers missing on playback timeline. The yellow event markers are missing on the playback timeline making the app kind of useless

Stopped working. Stopped working on my Ipad after last update

Very good app. I really like the App and it has improved insenly the last year. Keep it up guys thanks for your products!

Bjørnar. Improving day by day. The new interface was a plus, and though some tiny bugs might be annoying the overall impression is great. AI recognizes people around the house and the App gives a daily update on what has happened last periode. And the hardware is also impressive, but remember to by extra solar panels if you live way up north with little sun or mount the camera in constant shade!

Limited Features, slow and poor AI Performance. There is no option to snooze notifications like you can with Arlo or Ring. Sometimes, you might not want to add a person to a group with no notifications, but still, want to avoid constant alerts. Unfortunately, this app doesn't offer that flexibility. A sidenote AI face recognition feature only identifies familiar faces 5-10% of the time, resulting in numerous unwanted notifications. Did go for Eufy for the AI, but would never bought Eufy again, becuase of the slow notifications.

Tom Rune. Since the latest update my cameras started to record 5 minute sequences although they detect just a few seconds. Previously the recordings used to be typically 15 seconds.

App loosing home Base connection. This is really getting painful. You get a notice that one of the cameras is detecting activity, go immediately to the device being activated to se live view but the app can’t connect to the home base despite all being good with the connection itself. So you have to manually close the app , restartand hope to get quick access. Sometimes you need to do this twice. Terrible experience…

Stabil og velfungerende. Grei app som gjør det den skal.

Web browser. The app works fine for now, only testing with one camera. But the loading to get picture on a web browser is horribly slow, if you’re so lycky you get the picture up…

Crash. After buying the new iPhone 14 Pro, the app makes the phone crash almost every time I use the app.

Lost everything. After the last update today i lost everything. Its nothing in the app no camera, no alarm, no keypad and Even the Hub is gone.

Mye bugs med appen. Appen "fryser" når jeg skal starte appen. Har også gjort at den "fryser" hele telefonen engang..... men ellers er den grei

Christine. Only had problems with Eufy since the last update. I usually use it as a babycall, but now I can’t trust the app since it closes in the middle of the night. Been using Eufy as a babycall system for two years now, but that’s not reliable any longer.

No more devices. All devices disappeared after latest update. Very disappointing

Illogical. Camera doesn’t record few second before movement. I see movement after it happens so often it is too late. What is the point of camera then?

Failed to Connect HomeBase2. New HomeBase2 and Eufycam Pro2 out of the box. Failed to connect HomeBase 2 to app and failed to connect to Apple HomeKit. Available help did not resolve the issue.

Sten. Sender push-notification hver gang noen skrur av og på alarmen, noe som gjør den ubrukelig ettersom alle her skrur av lyden fra appen for ikke å bli spammet ned av notifications

Virker en sjelden gang. Får ikke koblet til selv om nettet hjemme virker, og selv om appen er oppdatert og selv om jeg har forsøkt både fast nett der jeg er +mobilnettet. Det ringer på døren og jeg kan ikke svare fra min telefon eller se hvem det er :(:( vennligst skriv løsningen i svaret hvis dere svarer, ikke gidd å skrive «kontakt oss»

Too many problems. I like the door bell but this app is not good enough, geofencing is terribly broken and since iOS16, login is no longer possible, all I get is a 401 error. Fix this crap.

Can’t stream more than one cam at a time. I want the app to show me real time streams of all my cameras on the dashboard. All I get is outdated still images. So I have to enter/exit all cam streams in order to find the cam where my dog is. Major flaw.

Disappointed. I have been using this and I need to use this, after the update the camera began crakling,

Dissapointed. I paid $600 for four E330 Pro Cameras and a Homebase3. Everything seemed fine at first, but as time passed, it started giving false alarms. I’ve approved my family’s faces maybe 1,000 times, but it still asks who they are. Also, it detects events outside of the Activity Zone and sends notifications. In short, it wasn’t as smart as we thought, and we’re disappointed. Hopefully, there will be a good update that makes it work as it should. For now, we’re giving it just one star as we are not satisfied.

Worked fine until update. Both my cameras was working fine until recent update, the activity zone seems to be broken. Seems like the reason is that the app opens activity zone in vertical mode which the zones that are already set up is messed up because you can’t place the zone on the half bottom picture, if you place your phone on horizontal mode, it looks like everything seems fine, but I don’t get proper notifications because of it saves the vertical mode which only react to half the picture. Cameras have become unusable. Missed out on so many critical events already, Please fix this!

Geofencing not working. Would have been great if geofencing was working. I’m sad to say it doesn’t work for meg. I have to open the app and go into the security tab, back again, and into the security tab again for the app to change my status. Else their support service is great!

Buggy. My Indoor Pan&Tilt constantly goes offline

Eufy Doorbell cam and Google Home. OBS! Har du nylig kjøpt Eufy Doorbell Camera/ringeklokke bør du levere tilbake om tanken var å benytte denne sammen med Google Home. Det fungerer ikke lenger og flere nevner dette på Reddit. Stay away!
