Using it for the Bose NCH 700. The developers should be proud!

Please do something. I love my new headphones (Bose nc 700), but the app is bad and u got a own button for google assistance and Alexa but not Siri. The other thing is that you got to have 3 favorite noise canceling settings, I just want 2. No noise canceling and full noise canceling, please do something about the app

Ubrukelig app. Kanskje en litt voldsom app, men det er jo det som er sant i denne sammenhengen. Bose lager en ny tilkoblings-app for bose 700, men den vil da jo ikke koble seg til. «Klarer ikke å koble til produktet. Prøv igjen senere». Ja, da prøver jeg senere neste dag, men det fungerer ikke enda. På grunn av dette tenker jeg at jeg kan bruke den gamle appen, bose Music , men der sender de meg rett til den nye appen igjen, håpløst! Heldigvis så går det an å tilkoble headsetet gjennom Bluetooth på innstillinger, altså ikke på den nytteløse appen. Det er ikke et problem med selve appen, den er veldig fin med mange ulike innstillinger, men hva er visten med de innstillingene hvis man ikke kan bruke dem. Det er det som gjør appen ubrukelig. Kanskje er det bare en midlertidig feil som Bose må fikse, hvem vet, men de bør i alle fall gjøre det slik at begge Bose tilkoblings-appene kan brukes, Bose connect og Bose Music

App loses connection to headphones. The app shows the pop up that the headphones were connected but I can’t open the card. I need to pair my headphones again every other day if I want to adjust ANC or the sound.

More ANC options. I miss the option of reducing ANC or turning it completely off. I had this option in the app for Nye previous QC35. ANC level reduction is useful when using the headphones in windy conditions, and it is quite annoying not to have this option during outdoor use.

Lyd innstillinger. Savner å kunne lagre en lyd innstilling for tv og en for musikk. Må alltid justere bass når jeg skal høre på musikk

Bose QC earbuds II. Jeg har kjøpt den nye Bose QC earbuds II, og ganske misfornøyd. Vet ikke om øreproppene er dårlig eller kun appen. Virker veldig bra om det virker. Appen alltid glemmer de ulike kildene. Huskes fast kun telefonen. Irriterende at jeg kan ikke bruke en ørepropper som forventes. Om jeg hører på musikk på begge, men jeg vil ta ut ene for å bruke kun den andre så må jeg legge tilbake begge så ta ut den ene? Whaaat? Av og til venstre vil ikke fungere alene i det hele tatt. Den husker ikke på min TV i det hele tatt. Håper at det kan fikses med en oppdatering eller slik. Det er ikke verdt det hva det koster….

Terrible. Terrible terrible app! The app constantly disrupts the Bluetooth connection and makes it impossible to connect. The only solution is to turn of the allowance for the app to access Bluetooth

Connection lost and cannot reconnect. After the last update (3.1.6.) I couldn’t listen to 1 song without losing the connection to the phone. I then deleted the app on the iPhone, reinstalled it as per Bose website, but now my phone cannot connect to the 700 headphones any longer; so now the headphones are useless! Great job!

Seamless switching between devices is terrible. When connected to more than one device, the audio will drop out intermittently every minute or so before returning to the feed from the device I’m actually using. The only way to make this stop is to manually disconnect from the devices I’m not using through the app. But if I walk out of, then back into Bluetooth range of the devices I’ve disconnected from, the connection resets and I have to manually disconnect from the others again! The only other solution I’ve found is to disable Bluetooth on the non-active devices, but that of course disables all other Bluetooth-dependent connections as well (Watches, Apple Pencil, keyboards etc) making it less than ideal. This needs to be fixed, Bose, so a manually disconnected device stays disconnected until I say otherwise! 🤬

The app is good but it needs a dark mode. The dev team need to get dark theam now it been to long

Poor connectivity paired with poor privacy. Switching between devices have never been seamless with Bose700 headphones. Latest update of this app requires login to an account, it should not be needed to access anything else than Bluetooth in order to connect. Why do I need to have an account linked to gigya.com Bose? Are you selling user information to third party?

Utrolig. Dette er en utrolig smart app, som gjør at man vet hvor mye strøm man har og hva man kan gjøre med høretelefonene.

NRK-stasjonene i TuneIn. NRK-stasjonene i TuneIn fungerer ikke i forhånds-programmerte knapper. Andre stasjoner fungerer som normalt. Dette har skjedd i tidligere versjoner av «Bose Music» også, men har blitt rettet opp.

Not recommend at all 😒. The worth app I had ever used, without even mentioning the worst experience I had with the customer services. Bad_Bose_Bad

Cant use headphones. My new 700 are useless because the app can’t connect to them.

Unstable app!. I have to log in to the app every other day, and connect my headphones again, which is taking 5-6 tries before it works.

Will not connect. This app will not connect with my bose 700.. hope the problem will be fixed soon.

Headphones won’t connect with app. App needs some serious tweaking. Doesn’t seem to be able to connect at all. Headphones seem great so far. The app is useless until it’s fixed.

Totally useless. No matter how hard I try the app is not able to connect to my bose 700 headphones. Since last update what was bad became even worse. Please fix or this will be my absolutely last bose product. This junk sw renders an otherwise good product as crap.

Alles Top! Wirklich! Jedoch ein Sache... Es wäre schön wenn man den Portable Smarte Speaker auch unterwegs mit Bluetooth in den Einstellungen den Klang anpassen könnte (Bass oder Höhen). Das geht zur Zeit nur mit aktiver Internet Verbindung und das ist natürlich nicht immer gegeben. An sonten ein Spitzen Gerät! Echt empfehlenswert 😊

What happens to individual adjustment of volume?. A lot of good stuff in the update of Bose Music. BUT: extremely annoying that in grouping of music you have removed individual adjustment of volume😢. I can for example no longer watch tv and use my Bose nc700 HP trough the sound bar. Please plan updates a bit more, before releasing it

Not user friendly. - Of some reason it always connects to the wrong device. App should be quicker to operate. And change devices. - There is no way to priorities which device it connects to. I should be able to determine if headset should connect automatically or manually. - You cannot change name on connecting devices in the app. So my computer at work, which has a really long name (15-20 numbers and letters determined by my employer) is a nightmare to connect to, especially if the headset cannot locate device, and tries several times. - it keeps searching for devices which obviously isn’t close. But ignores the one that is close. E.g. out walking it searching for iPad three times, then TV three times and not the iPhone in my pocket.

EQ. Would be nice with an EQ.

Worst app in that is made from humans. It is unbelievable that in today in 2022 that it is possible to make a app that is this bad. No more being said, don’t waste your time and energy on this disgrace of an app

No connection ?. My New Bose 700 noice reduction is obviously connected to my iPhone and I enjoy listening to music, but when i open the app, i am asked to connect to Bluetooth and that a wifi is required. My iPhone is however connected to both, so how come the app does not recognize it?

.. Cannot Connect to my headset

It does not provide an option to change active stream. When a headphones are connected to more than one device, one of the devices „steals” connection and it is not possible to force change active stream. Really frustrating that one has to disconnect one device to get sound into other 😒

Bose QC 35 II. App is cool, but it doesnt connect to the second to newest model QC 35 II, I hope they fix this because not being able to adjunkt eq on a 200 dollar headset should be illegal.

Nice sound - app gone wild. As my previous Bose with noise cancelling, sound is very good. But the touch+app…beta/prototype..? Voice, noice or an accidental touch…and voice-out-of-control is on, and even pass on yes/no. Work to do here!

Noice Canceling 700 - connecting problems. Seems like the app is super unstable when it comes to connect the new headphones NCH-700.

Battery status update. Sucks (Bose earbuds) from app-Home Screen, when you go into the settings it updates, cannot copy text from app (serial numbers etc. Non intuitive to tap the top picture to go to settings, why not a button Apps in general are getting to slick Use buttons!!! Not swipes and menus!!!!

The noise canceling is great but the Bluetooth control is very poor. This review is for the app, not the product. The product is great, fantastic sound reduction and very good served. The controls are not so good, the QC 35 was significantly better. The part that is bad is that you cannot control with this app which Bluetooth equipment it should be connected to. In my case, having the 700 already connected to an iPad and a laptop, I cannot connect it to my iPhone, Even though I have turn off the laptop..In the Bluetooth menu of the iPhone it says it is connected to my 700, but there is no sound and it is not a icon at the top of the screen.

iPhone freezes. This app made a complete mess of my iPhone: slow and freezes up.

Review. Awesome app! But I’d like to see the noise cancellation option on the first page not on the modes. But everything else is great!

Dårlig app. Når du har lagt til produktet i appen så finner den ikke produktet senere. Da må manlegge inn alt på nytt.

Problems with conncection. Great app and headphones, but most of the time I can’t connect it my headphones :/... I was going to watch a series on my laptop with my headphones but I can’t because the app won’t connect....

Connect noise cancelling 700 to Bose Music app. I love my new noise cancellig 700, but it won’t connect to the app, so I am not able to switch between all the levels of noice cancelling or settings.

Fantastisk bra anlegg!. Får mye kommentarer for svært god lyd! Jeg har Bose Pro 16 med Roller bag. Martin D28 i den ene handa og Rollerbagen med mikrofonstativ og annet smått i den andre. Rigger på 5 minutter. Bruker forhåndslagret lydmix, stemmer gitaren og er klar til konsert på under 10 min. Klar, god lyd som sprer seg 180 grader. Har benyttet Sennheiser E945 mikrofon fram til i sommer. Oppgraderte til DPA d:facto. Knallbra lyd for meg med E945, men DPA er min superfavoritt. Opptrer dessuten mye med høykvalitets storband innspillinger. Låter knallbra og fungerer utmerket med Bluetooth på mobiltelefonen.
