HK Connect

Please update!. I’ve got onyx 6 and would really like this app to manage and update the device firmware and connect to other speakers for stereo or party chain, onyx 5 and 6 are almost identically and a little different from model 4 but I’m pretty sure they can connect since it’s mono speakers. Would appreciate if HK could develop this to a speaker in such a price range when JBL tosses it all over!

Dosent work. Cant find anything with this app, pretty useless. Good speakers though

Not compatible with onyx 6 or 7 ?. They are connected but the app does not feel like detecting the speaker

Crap. This app simply does not work, hk support was useless. Never been able to “discover” my speaker.

Your app suck. Fix it

It works but I Understand why some people struggle with the app. The app worked surprisingly fast, considering how many people who have given this app a 1 star review. It is not as intuitive in the beginning, but if you scroll through the slides you eventually get to instructions on how to get it in stereo-mode, party-mode etc. Overal it works really good for me :))

uselesa. harman kardon app which not finds harman kardon speakers. Nice job who ever made it! hope you rip good money from HK corporation for making this one :)

App does not connect to speaker. Speaker plays via Bluetooth but app does not fund the speaker...so no show! :(

Onyx 3. Does not work with Onyx 3 and iPhone 13 Pro…

Does not work. Tried to connect hk onyx 5. cant find it. Same speaker have got massive connectivity issues. Harman kardon never ever again! Bose is proper stuff that always works.

No support for studio 5. Does not work on HK onyx studio 5, thought HK was a serious company, guess not!

Not able to pair speakers in normal setup. Claims to be able to pair speakers for stereo or "party" mode, but this doesn't work even if both speakers are in close proximity. Only if you put the speakers and the phone within a circle of perhaps 1 meter in diameter can you have any expectation of the app working. Clearly does not work as advertised. Also, the App Store link to product support is not useful (goes to a front page from which I can't find support for this product), and even Google searches for support for this product yield poor results.

Does not work with onyx 8. It cant find my onyx 8 speaker
