Buy someting else! (bortkastet penger💸). The lights are good, but you might as well buy something at 1/10 of the price since the app is extremely limited unless you want your lights to look like a circus. There's no option for multiple timers, or for dimming the lights up and down. As an outdoor ambiance light, I expected 100% brightness from 18:00 to 21:00 while the sun is up, and 20% brightness in the evening after sunset. Given that the price is comparable to Philips Hue, I expected at least the same functionality. This is easy to fix, but it seems the app isn’t updated with features that users actually want. Conclusion: Avoid this product.

Bare til juletre. Fungerer dårlig som dekorasjonslys, fordi mappingen av lysene ser ut til å forutsette at du kan gå rundt.

Bra app!. Hei, jeg syntes dette er en veldig fin app. Men noe jeg syntes kunne vært besre hadde kanskje vært, fler effekter tilgjengelige i appen. Jeg hadde også likt noen Ios Widgets som man kan legge til på hjemskjermen på telefonen slik at man kan styre lyset via hjemskjermen. Ellers bra app, 4/5.

Cool when it works. The app was not able to find the lights, despite them being connected to the right WiFi network and I’m able to browse the REST API. After a few hours of debugging I found that it works on IOS 13, but not on IOS 14.

Don’t work no more. Worked great last year, this time I can’t even log in. It only claims error codes no matter what I do. I’ve tried to reset and download the app again but I won’t work. Doesn’t work on other phones either this year. Also the scan effect doesn’t work. So the concept of drawing and getting different patterns isn’t available. Never was. So for the cost of the lights, this is a huge disappointment. Don’t buy, don’t download app. Find something else. There is no customer support available either so it’s crap.

Råeste lyssettinga noen sinne. Helt konge system, men musikken hopper av en del når jeg går inn i appen for å synce musikken med lysene ;)

Not working with Google home. I am not able to connect to google home. It shows up in google home but just says offline after trying to connect.

Part B led stopped working after update. We bought a tree last year, worked amazing, assembled it a week ago and been working perfectly, today i was promted to update and after i did the leds on the middl section is not working, ive tried to unplug the tree and remove and place back the section without results, i think the update must have done something weird.

Nice. Thank you for improving the WiFi stability and adding wide angel mapping. Now the app is much better. Still room for some Improvements, and I hope that you will add possibilities to manually fine tune the mapping for larger and complex layouts. Syncing of different groups would be great. PS! Could you please add the Norwegian flag in the layouts? 🇳🇴

A bit buggy, lacks features. The products are amazing, but the app is a bit lacking. There are some bugs related to the store backend. The account feature is useless. We expected the account to sync or share the setup to the cloud, so we can control and edit lights on multiple mobile devices. But no, each app instance has its unique setup. Hoping for the account to save the settings in a later version.

Not working. I had the lights outside for about 2 weeks. Then it stop working. I belive its the power supply because there is no light in the control box. Sad to see this goes to waste.

Five stars for the hardware - three stars for the app. The hardware itself is amazing. Did som nifty programming and decorations this Christmas season and really stood out in the neighbourhood. Everything stood the test of a cold and snowy Scandinavian winter so no issues there. Had an issue with a power adapter but that was swiftly and professionally taken care of by support. Concerning the app the following is lacking: - good cloud connectivity; family members should be able to control lighting from there respective phone/app for the same decoration. There’s not functionality for that today - Not really any good timer function; not possible to program different timings of the day or that different effects should apply at different times. The Philips HUE-app could be a good benchmark. - Programming of own effects; There’s not really a good way to create your own animated effects, basically only static effects or effects with some twinkle. However, all in all a superb product and as of today I own 8 different sets. 😁🤩

Hard to control the lights, buggy application. The idea and concept is great , but the app itself doesn’t fulfill the potential of the device. 1) it is not possible to easily see which pattern that is currently running 2) the app frequently forgets the brightness setting and the lights goes back to full brightness 3) there are often errors when trying to save a homemade pattern (error code 4, not documented anywhere) 4) there is no zoom option, making it hard to create detailed, custom patterns 5) it is not possible to edit a custom pattern after save. If you want to change a detail, you have to start from scratch 6) the initial pairing is a hit or miss ting, you just have to keep repeating the same steps until it suddenly works...

Twinkly. Denne appen er veldig bra og den kan ha veldig mange fordeler.👍 det er kjempe gøy og kunne lage sine egne farger på led lyset også, men appen kunne kanskje hatt litt lettere innlogging😄
