Boring UI. The ui is pretty boring looking and it takes some time for the app to find the headphones when they are connected to the phone.

Ufattelig mye for pengene!. Disse øreproppene har veldig god lyd, er mer brukervennlig enn andre jeg har hatt, og appen er i en klasse for seg selv. Jeg har tidligere betalt flere ganger mer for ørepropper som er dårligere og med ubrukelige apper.

Sitter dårlig i øret under løping, ellers bra lyd👍. God lyd

Very good. I have a JBL tune770 and it’s very good quality you should definitely have this app when you have JBL headphones

Terrible. Repeatedly doesn’t work. Has to factory reset my ear phones and reconnect every time I use this app.

All products. You should add all your products to the app

Good app. Very practical and makes using the headphones a lot easier. The only problem: Voice control activates when you cover either side of the headphones with your hand. This happens also if you accidentally lean against something. It would help to have the option to disable voice control in the app. Now you can only choose between two different ones but not disable it.

Doesn’t support JBL WAVE200TWS. Add the earphone to your list. It is embarrassing to see that your app doesn’t support all of your products.

Topp. Skikkelig digg å kunne justere lyd type selv. Enkelt. Kjekt å kunne oppdatere plugger å øreklokker.

Headsett JBL. Det er veldig bra at man se hvor mye strøm det er på den.

Settings don’t work. 1. When I try to turn on Noice Cancelling on the app, it turns off immediate. The Ambient sound is the same from now 2. When I try to start "Check My. Best Fit" on the app settings, I get a pop-up with "Please put both earbud in" (they are both in my ear). 3. the left earbud gets disconnected everytime i move. When I listen to music from Spotify and move little bit, there is a constant rumbling noise (like a connection sound),

Iphone iOS 16. Updated my iphone to iOS 16 and now my jbl live pro+ wont work with the app. They work with Bluetooth its just the app that dont work

The headphones. I havent found a way to write a review to jbls products, so ill just to it here. WHY does SIRI or another fricking voice assistant turn on rabdomly when i put on my headphones? Its SOOO fricking ANNOYING! IT LITTERALLY CALLED SEVERAL PEOPLE WITHOUT ME EVEN COMMANDING IT!!!

WHY. Why have tune520bt and tune720bt when YouTube too lazy to put in tune700bt or any other product in your name, its really irritating, why even have an app when yall only support like 5 different stuff

Worked for about 4 months. One of the headphones stopped working after about 4 months .

Appen krasjer. Appen krasjer hver gang jeg prøver å koble til høretelefonene mine til den. Står bare «connecting», og så forsvinner det bare.

Right ear not working from time to time.. Strange but when I press play a couple seconds later it stops. They are great headphones just want them to work. Also last week anc wouldn’t work either ??

Styr. De kobler seg sent opp, vanskelig å venne seg til i ørene. Redd for at de ramler ut. Gnagsår i ørene, klumpete eduii.. kobler seg dårlig opp mot Bluetooth har iPhone. Må planlegges når de skal brukes. Skuffa

Få bort voice control og Siri. Sinnsykt irriterende at man ikke kan velge settings som gjør at man kan kontrollere volum og pause/unpause, uten å måtte få med den ekstremt overaktive voice control/siri. La oss velge gestures fritt!!

OK, but seriously.... I always get the feeling that I’ve done something stupid when I buy accessories for my iphone / ipad / mac that has not been developed by Apple. Why? Because of unusable crap products like the $100 JBL earplugs that doesn’t even have compatible software for configuring them when they go on market. I’ve spent some time trying to install various software from JBL, hoping that «JBL Reflect Flow» was just a forgotten entry in the list of supported products, but sadly it is not. Bottom line: Never gonna buy a product from JBL again, and I’ll convince everyone I know to not do so either. That’s all I can do, as I don’t have a far reaching flame-thrower or long distance missils in storage.

Useless app. Cant find headphones even when they are connected to the phone. Absolutely useless app.

Not compatible with iPhone 8. The app was working fine on my old iPhone 5 with elite 700’s, after upgrading to iPhone 6s the app was dysfunctional for a long time. After a year or so you got it working again. Now I got my new iPhone 8 and the app does not meter the battery and cannot upgrade firmware and does not calibrate truenote . F**kin amateurs.....And by the way.... Your customer service sucks.....I will never ever buy a JBL product again 💩
