Glitches galore. Glitchy app and not for the casual consumer. It’s pointless to try for the hype releases since they’ll be botted via the regular site and cause the app to crash. You can’t even check the status on sneakers you try to reserve due to it. And if you somehow manage to win you have to pray you can get to reserve it. Same with the footlocker and Footaction apps smh. A multi billion dollar company should be able to come up with a solution for long time consumers !

Good Luck trying to win a raffle. This app is absolutely horrible . It will literally log you out right before the time you need to confirm you want the launch of a shoe. Once you are able to log in and click on the shoe it says "didn't confirm on time" this makes me so mad because who wants to pay $300+ resell price for a shoe you should’ve gotten for retail price but this app is always glitching it has happened to me 3 times now

Wish there was a wishlist feature. I downloaded the app so I wouldn’t have to go online with my phone. I like the app but I’m surprised that there’s no wishlist, considering the online website has one. It’s such a simple and helpful feature. Now if I want to save something for later I have to just remember what it’s called, or add it to the cart.

Rip off. I order Air Jordan 14 same time they drop. Got confirmation email and every. Just for 3 days after to get email that it is no longer available. Like that makes no sense and all the customers service lady keep say was she she can’t get me a item that is no longer available but when I order them it was. I could have gotten them somewhere if that was the case but they send me a email stating my order was completed . Bad customer experience and extremely disappointed. That was a gift for someone

App is a waste of time. I keep getting a message saying that they’re having a hard time connecting to their server or that something went wrong, or when checking on my order from my email, it keeps telling me it’s misdirected. It’s super hard to buy anything off of the app, make a reservation, check orders and search for stuff. I keep getting an error and no, it’s not user error. It keeps telling me to try again. It’s such a waste of time. After I receive my order, I will not be using this app. Also, it’s the same issues with the Footlocker app since they’re affiliated. I’m not happy with it at all.

App doesn’t when needed most. This app is consistently terrible. I don’t understand why it’s so much worse than it’s brother apps... Footlocker and Footaction. Most times the app will go down and you won’t be able to access it at all. For example, say you have entered a raffle you may or may not be able to check your results depending on if the app is working or not. And that’s if the app doesn’t prematurely cancel your reservation all together. I honestly don’t know if the issue is that their server is too small or their IT team isn’t that great. What i do know is that it’s a PITA.

slow. just downloaded bc i wanted to buy a pair of shoes. THIS IS THE SLOWEST MOST UNCONVIENENT app that sells clothes out there (and trust me i have been on most of them) idk if there is just a glitch in the system or what but every time i clicked on something it said the item wasnt available or when it would let me view the item it would say all the sizes where not available. its like does this website want my money or not... hello? also i would search something in the search bar and the results would have nothing to do with what i searched. BASICALLY it is impossible to buy anything off the app... either its a glitch or Champs technology people really need to get to work. sorry i just want to buy a pair of shoes😘😘 & now this is making me upset🥺🥺🥰😘😘

Poor site. You have the slowest site I ever used in my entire online purchasing experience. I already put all my 5 orders in my cart after a long hours of waiting but when I checkout—boom I was placed on standing room!...and it says I have to wait due to big numbers of shoppers in line. I waited several hours for my page to be refreshed but nothing happened. This is unbelievable really. Your rate is 0 not even 1. I just tap 1 to be able to direct me to page where I can write this comment.

It's works. I have no issues with the app, I just choose multiple locations with the launch so far I'm good getting selected.. just gonna wait until Christmas and we will really see if I get lucky with those bigger shoe launches

Pure convenience. Misplaced my receipt and was bothered by the fact that I had a reward and couldn’t find it. I was able to obtain the reward through the app. ~I already had a log in account at the time, not sure if that makes a difference~

Good but annoying. I win on this app and footlocker a lot, but these apps bug out so bad when you try to see if you won a release, it doesn’t happen all the time but it happens a lot. I got charged for something from them, but I didn’t know what it was, I look at the things I entered but it says entries locked or entry submitted even after the raffle is over and winners have been selected. I can’t check to see if I won it won’t tell me and it very annoying and frustrating because it does this half the time on hype releases. They need to fix this because it makes me mad. I keep having to sign in and out and refreshing app and it bring up error codes every three minutes and even then it won’t show me if I won or not, I tried of it and other probably are too.

Not good. The app will not link to my account, so the representative set it up as first name last name. Even though it uses my online login, it still doesn’t reflect my name. Champs was unable to help me link it to my account. I cannot sync my vip number. It is slow to respond. I’m just really frustrated with the whole process right now. I was on the phone over an hour and a half trying to get some assistance (wait time was 1hour), still no resolution.

Really Slow App. The downloading speed for this app is very slow. I even checked on my Boyfriend’s phone to be sure that it was just my phone or WiFi. Idk if it’s because many people are on it at once but almost everyday it’s very slow and every time i click a pair of shoes to go to the screen where sizes are it takes forever to load. And then it always tells me my password is incorrect but when i “change the password” and use the SAME EXACT PASSWORD that they said was incorrect all of a sudden it works 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’d rather go to footlocker ..... or Eastbay. This is nonsense

The store. Idk about the app but the store is so good I went and all the workers where really nice, chill, and helpful I really like the shoes they have and the music was really good so I can only say that they helped me a lot and I bought some nice shoes so thank u.

SCAMS!!. I ordered two pair of sneakers and never recieved a confirmation email and I went back to the app to check if my order would appear in the history and it said I don’t have any orders yet. So I said ok I’ll wait a day and maybe I’ll get the email by then. Two days flung by and I still haven’t recieved anything! My card was charged and is still processing from Champs! I emailed customer service and it took them two days to reply and they said their sorry and they got my order but due to technical malfunction it approved my address and it can’t be shipped to the address I provided and if I could like to change it, they would have it shipped out. This is nonsense! I emailed them back and told them to cancel my order and I would like a refund. Almost a week going by and I haven’t heard back from these scams yet! I sent out a zillion emails and haven’t gotten any yet from these people! Worst service ever! I will not be shopping here again! I’m going back to Footlocker, they don’t do nonsense like this. My order usually reaches in less than a week!

Great But. For the most limited releases like yeezys you can have 10 mins and still won't get the shoe cause you're competing a against a reseller that has over $24,000 in purchases lol! Wish it was just a fair and equal shot for everyone once you got the 10 mins but there's a algorithm there and it isn't a good one. Same people win over and over

Recommend. I had ordered my timberland boots on this app and it came in 3 days it’s really an app I recommend to other users for foot accessories I had no problems getting my order it was the fastest I have ever received any footwear from ordering from any other app they get 5 stars from me really highly recommend

This app is horrible!!. This app is horrible! Every Saturday or any other day of the week that there’s a shoe releasing, this terrible app doesn’t work. It automatically logs you out and you can’t log back in until the shoes have sold out and the site traffic has slowed down. The same things happens with the Footlocker, Champs sports, Footaction, Eastbay, and Finishline apps. You also seem to have much more luck entering a in store raffle than you ever will on this terrible app. Do yourself a favor and don’t put this app on any of your devices, no need to waste the memory space.

Common denominator for this app is FAIL. This app is bogus. Like so many others, I constantly get kicked out if the app and have to sign back in. Products don’t load and I constantly get error messages. This is an ongoing problem with ALL of the foot locker apps. Eastbay, foot locker, and champs. All of these apps are GARBAGE! Fix your crap guys and spend a little more money on investing in your future. More people are buying from apps these days rather than web browsers! WAKE UP!

Frustrated Sneakerhead. I love shoes. It’s ridiculous the amount of money I spend at champs and the sister stores. Its upsetting how if you scroll a little too fast on the app it blocks you. There have also been several times I have submit into a raffle and won, but then I can’t claim the reservation because the app kicks me off. I was finally able to log back in in hopes to claim my reservation and all my points are gone and it doesn’t even appear that I submit into the raffle. They need to do better!

Never email companies!!. I had problems in the past with trying to email companies and it takes so long. So I started calling, especially when my card was charged. I’ll NEVER wait for an email, EVER again. Calling is easier, faster and you see results quicker instead of waiting on responses thru an email. NEVER wait on them to do anything when it comes to YOUR money. You need to make that move and get your money back. IDGAD if I gotta talk to the president of the company, somebody gon tell me something!!

SCAMMMM. Ordered the same thing two different times because they canceled my order the first time because I messed my email up but everything else was correct which still makes no sense then I ordered the same stuff again just to see if it was a mistake n these mf are gonna cancel my order again talking about “are website had a malfunction” how do you as a company continue to let this happen just frustrating because now I have to wait about a week for them to give my money back to even try to get the stuff I wanted from a different website big lesson learned DONT SHOP AT CHAMPS ONLINE THEY WILL LITERALLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU WAIT TO GET IT BACK

Sizes be out of stock even with availability options open. Every time I would go to order a pair of shoes that suppose to be available, I would get a notification message saying that the item is out of stock. My issue is the fact that I know the ones that’s suppose to be out of stock because the size would be faded out and u can’t click on it. When it’s unfaded and I click on it meaning that it’s suppose to be available. I shouldn’t get no message saying they’re out of stock and this is not with just one size, this was with a few supposedly available sizes and I continued to get the out of stock message. So I will be deleting the app because unlike other apps footlocker, Nike etc if I click on a size that’s open for availability and try adding it to my cart, it will actually get added. Instead of the out of stock message popping up. So this is definitely an issue that needs to get fix.

Poor customer support. I recently ordered 15 items from this app and upon only receiving 14, I made a query about the 15th item that to this date I haven’t received. And to then get a response that they did an investigation and it says that it was delivered but when I called FedEx customer support to notify them—they themselves said that the package haven’t moved,so I urge y’all who intend to shop on this app be very careful but you’re not sure to get any type of refund even when the information is clear.

Highly disappointed. A week ahead of some of the hottest sneaker launches of the year, you all decide to roll out a new FLX program and reset all rewards points for people who have spent thousands of money with your companies. I buy at champs, footaction and footlocker ... you guys gave me 3k points which isn’t enough to get the max head start which requires 11k per shoe?! We have to spend money to get head starts and lose them even if we don’t win the shoe???? Are you out of your minds!!!! This is unacceptable. And truly feels like a scam. Andddddddd I lost about to 19 $20 off coupons. Livid. This is disgusting. I specifically supported your company the past year to get a leg up to get shoes that I actually wanted next week. And the app barely works now just trash

Raffle Registration Disasters. These Footlocker, Champs, and Footaction apps are nothing but New Release Launch Raffle Disasters! Every time there has been a New Limited Edition Raffle release these last couple of weeks/months. The app starts acting crazy. It doesn’t always allow me to make changes in the edits. It won’t acknowledge when I switch from my account to my son’s account. Meaning it won’t save/register for both accounts when we login and logout. I would rather go back to the instore raffles. Or register for raffles like Snipes formally known as KicksUSA.

Trash app. Champs and all of its other apps are trash. It’s so impossible and a waste of time to try to get any kind of sneakers releases through Champs website or apps. I got locked out of my account but I’ve had for over 10 years so I had to create a second account. Within a couple months that one doesn’t work now neither. Every time I do a password reset it always says something went wrong. Once I started getting that message for my second account, I decided it’s time to delete and move on from any footlocker app.

First time order. This is my first time order I tried ordering my son a backpack for school 15 minutes later my card still would not go through I was proud to call customer service to complete my order put it this way I made up making a strawberry cheese pie the whole entire time I was on hold waiting for customer service all together between ordering online and customer service on the phone it took me 45 minutes just order a bag I still have not gotten nothing from the company stating that my order was processed or it was even being prepared to ship

Disgraceful company. The whole Footlocker family of stores are disgraceful. They allow bots to crash all if their sites for every good release and you will never win a raffle or reservation. Logs you out of the account for hours when it’s time to check, edit or confirm your reservation. Got an email that i had 2 hrs to edit my reservation. Tried logging in to continuously get error messages asking me to try again later. 1 hour later, I get a message that my reservation has been cancelled. So disgusting to treats your customers this way.

EVERYTHING ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK!!!!. Every single item I’ve ordered in the past month has been out of stock. Even when it says it is in stock. They take your money immediately though and you never get any email except for it’s preparing your order. So after a week you have to call to see what’s going on and they tell you it’s sold out. Such a waste of time. Especially when you’re trying to get Christmas gifts out of the way. Beware folks!!

Less than desirable service. Order two pairs of shoe online to be sent to my employer, received an email that my order was canceled due to not verify my payment... I called the verification of payment number and they basically told me they didn’t have access to tell me why my payment didn’t go thru... Really frustrating trying to spend north of $300 because none of the stores in my surrounding area have size 13... really champs your better than that... you have a third party verifying your sales with NO information to resolve any verification issues. Loss of revenue!!!

Total garbage. It logs you off two minutes after you log in making sneaker drops even more difficult to win in their “raffles” you can’t stay logged in but it has no problems sending you pointless emails sneakers no one’s interested in. How about worrying less about sending those emails and focus and the app only needing me to log in once until I manually log off rather than me having to log back in every other minute.

Easy to use. Never had a problem using this app. Keeps track of my VIP. Would like it to be a little more seamless with keeping my coupons in the app after my in-store purchases rather than holding on to my receipt, but that's all. Everything else is solid.

Search for size not available. The first time I tried to use the app it kept crashing. The second time the app is working but I don’t see a way to search sale by shoe size. It’s very frustrating to see a shoe you like, but your size isn’t available. I would think size would be something basic and easy to add.

Orders don’t get on time. I placed an order on a Saturday and paid for a one business day express shipping so I could have a pair of Nike’s as a birthday gift. It’s Wednesday and I still don’t have my package. I called customer service and they told me my order wasn’t received until Tuesday afternoon. What’s the point on making a n online purchase paying for express shipping if they won’t get your order till days later? They did said they will refund the express shipping cost Wichita is irrelevant of this issue... I ended up without the birthday gift!!! I don’t recommend purchasing through their online store. Specially if you need this item for a special occasion or a last minute gift.

Very bad service. To start off I was never updated to see my delivery notifications or tracking history. The shoes I ordered came three days late. When they did arrive, it was an entirely different shoe and size. I was told to bring them into a nearby champs store and return them and have the store call and tell them that I’ve returned the item so that they could issue me a refund. All around bad service. Very disappointed. Will go to finish line next time. Better service

Online order cancelled. Placed online order on 12/19 order was placed funds were withdrawn from my bank account on 12/23. I received email notifying that order was cancelled 2 days before Christmas. Item out of stock no longer available and now I’m unable to purchase shoe. Very bad experience shoe stock information should be updated as it is an inconvenience to have to wait for funds to be credited to bank account. Coupon was sent in for $15 but excludes the shoe type that I prefer. Horrible experience my daughter was expecting this as a Christmas gift!

This app doesn’t help. I just got the app today and I’m already annoyed. Like literally I have to keep logging in. Then it just suddenly stops working. I can’t even pick the size of the shoe because it’s blank. Even when I pick a shoe I can’t go back and continue from where I was looking I have to start alll over again which is highly annoying. Then sometimes the app just goes black and I have to exit out and start all over again. Honestly I’m better off in the store.

App doesnt even work most the time. Seems like every time i try to get a new release or shop on this app or footlocker or even eastbay . I have to jump through so many hoops just to use the app . And after jumping through those hoops still cant buy shoes or get a reservation on a pair of shoes. Every time i hit submit “ REQUEST FAILED” or Couldn't locate any stores around you when there 5 stores up the street . The apps for champs and footlocker don't even function correctly. Go back to in person raffles if you cant get your trash apps to work . Billion dollar company and cant run a website ?

Fix the app. I’m pretty sure doesn’t care about their customers only money app is telling me that their is some sort of error that my request can’t be accomplished and says they are having trouble connecting with their servers when I did it on another account entering a reservation was easy and simple and when I tried it on my main account it kept on saying error and can’t connect to our server

Request Failed. For about the last 3 months ever time I try to get into the app, it says Request Failed when I try to log into my account. This happens even when it’s not a release or reservation opening. I have an updated Apple phone and no matter how many times I update or reinstall it, I can’t get in. I’m a a long time sneaker buyer with Champs and it’s difficult to even try to get in a raffle let alone claim a reservation when I can’t sign in. Very frustrating when this is a known issue for all of the FLX accounts and there’s nothing being done to resolve it. You can’t tell me that it can’t be done because SNKRS makes it it happen multiple times a week every week with draws. With the resell market so out of control this is supposed to be another way for ppl to get access to retail priced shoes and your lack of effort to fix it only shows that your bottom dollar is the only thing that really matters. I’m just out here trying to be a customer that I’ve been my entire life and it’s almost like you don’t want your customers to win.

Quality. I’m not sure if Champ Sports is aware of this issue. Every time I order a pair of sneakers from them, my order gets to me within a good 3 days (which is good) BUT my sneakers always look like they’ve been super glued in some areas and there are some minor tears around the shoes...it’s kind of frustrating because if I’m paying $170 for a pair of sneakers, I want it to look as fresh, new and clean as it looked on the app/site. I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max Plus’s and they came looking alright, all around the shoe looked like it was superglued and some spots weren’t even fully dry 😭...not gonna lie I’m kind of angry and don’t think I’m going to purchase from Champs Sports anymore (this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered a pair of sneakers from them, and I received them looking not to well)

Trash app. Fix your bugs and glitches, no one should have to re log in everytime there is a shoe release, not to mention it glitches and freezes every time you try and check or confirm a shoe release, it’s virtually impossible to use the app, let alone win anything, and you know it’s on purpose just to make sure they have as many bots win, this whole app and store is what’s wrong with the shoe game.

Login issues. Major issue when you click shop it used to automatically sign you into your account but now it tries to but gives an error message saying that it can't and you have to sign in manually. Very annoying, and can potentially cause you to not be able to purchase sneakers properly. Please fix! Also performance and stability issues are present.

Freezes way too much. This app is ridiculous. It logs you out right before the time you need to confirm you want the launch of a shoe. Then when it finally allows you to login again, it gives you a message saying “you didn’t confirm on time” and they “will offer to someone else”… well no ish, how am I supposed to confirm when your idiotic app doesn’t work? Get your act together and fix the issues. Stop messing with people that actually want to buy the shoes for retail. This is only an advantage to sellers that utilize bots and then mark up the prices on the shoes to make a profit.

Worst service ever. Man where do I began.... ok so after I place an order, waited a week call champs they told me “oh the store that u placed an order with there printing was down that’s y u didn’t receive any tracking information” so I was lik “when was someone going to tell me”? They Apologize and Assured me that they will find me another store with the item in question, so they put me on hold. So I’m thinking yea I just got lied to cause if it’s a printer problem y do u half to find another store that has the shirt???..... so she came back on the phone after calling every store in the area and found one in California, so I ask for a Confirmation number as well as tracking number... she said I will get it in 24hours in my email I was like ok cool. Two more days go back after a week & a half of waiting... so I called to today and ask again. Apparently California never shipped it but on top of that... they misspelled my name so I never got an email of Confirmation... smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ worst service ever... so I’m currently waiting for my shirt.

Unavailable shoes. I’m fine with the app but what is the point of having shoes pop up if they are no longer available. It’s get frustrating to look up a pair of shoes and searches come up but then when you click on the shoes, it always say product not available or when they don’t have sizes crossed out indicating no stock and I go to click on a size thinking it was in stock just for a message telling me size is out of stock pops up

Worst Technical Support EVER. You deleted my negative feedback because don’t want other customers know how worthless you are when a customer account has been locked. Been 12 hours my account was disabled and the supposed 15 minutes to the account reset NEVER HAPPENED. The $720 purchase I was trying to make was given to “Finish Line” who has a great customer service. They already shipped my order 2 hours after I placed my order and your ridiculous and absurd IT service hasn’t unblocked my account yet. Will never purchase ANYTHING else within your loser company. 😝

Champs?. This must be the worst app for sneakers and or shopping, not only am I logged out every 10 minutes for no reason, when there’s any drop the app doesn’t work at all and most the time it won’t let you in, and it kicks you out. I could sit here and name 100 more things wrong with this app, save your self the time and money! With all the money they make you’d think they’d invest in their own app, turns out they don’t! -10/10

Trash App- Absolutely a set up. I’ve won 7 different raffles that I checked on every 30 mine starting at 5:10pm eastern time.. around midnight each time, it says expired- meaning I won, but neglected to confirm my win. I was never notified (enabled push and email notifications), not to mention I checked every 30 minutes. This app is as bad as SNKRS, maybe worse. I’d rather just constantly lose, than be marked as a winner, but never confirmed which is a bold face lie. I emailed Champs, if they don’t make this right.. I’ll be causing more than $200 in damages and theft than the shoes I actually won but didn’t get would’ve cost. Someone has to teach them a lesson, I’ll be the sacrificial lamb, no problem. I’ll literally wipe that store down, I have a few different ways to cop $1-2K worth of product without a single clue, sign, or employee knowing. I’d prefer to receive my shoes legitimately, but I’ve had enough and will get mine one way or another.. and as it stands, looks like it’ll be my way. 🤷‍♂️ I’ll list the merch and shoes for sale tomorrow evening what exactly I have for sale and how much. Screw Chsmls.. scan artist all over. Oh well, I’ll get mine. Watch and see.

Horrible app. Idk what’s going on with champs the app or online but I cannot log in on the app and I haven’t been able to log in to check how far u am from the coupon in the longest. Whoever is on the IT or whatever department that controls this aspect of the champs sports brand is truly dropping the ball. I only gave it one star because I couldn’t do zero. In the words of the great rich dollaz we have to do better please!!!!

Horrible. Are used to have a Eastbay so they tell me I got a download this then I go and try to use this and it just keeps bugging up on me. What’s the point of having this app if it doesn’t work. Why can’t somebody just make a simple app where you can buy shoes and they’re not fake. It’s not a hassle it’s the real thing. Nice and simple.

App is slow and bad UX navigation.. Constant glitching on my iPhone 8+ and the “back” button is super small and placed in between columns.(???!) The “home” button is huge is comparison and does what it says.. takes you home and makes you restart your entire search!! So frustrating, I always end up not buying from Champs bc of this.

Sold out. Everything be sold out and it still be on the site like it’s available I click it and it doesn’t even come up it says not available or can’t be found like if it’s sold out just say that and take if down because y’all clearly not gonna restock y’all let stock x resale it for like 800 FREAKING DOLLARS like brooo cmonnn y’all gotta do better

Great app!. This app is so great, I've been using it and it's easy to use and would tell my friends to use it too. Would recommend this app to everyone!

Retro Release. Sooo the app has a way of crashing anytime a big sneaker drop comes out and I got to say that’s pretty impressive. I mean the hundreds of thousands of dollars the company makes and they can’t fix the problem? Makes me believe they’re doing it intentionally being that if you don’t confirm your pair in the 3 hour window you lose it. Therefore leaving it more accessible to their employees.

Crappy Server. At this point I’m about to give up on champs/footlocker. I have lost several reservations only because the app was having server problems and I wasn’t able to confirm in time. Why not offer longer than an hour if you know your server crashes on every release raffle. Doesn’t make sense. But who cares right as long as somebody buys the shoe.

Awful. Constantly telling me I’m blocked for “scrolling or tapping too fast” when I’m simply browsing. There’s no way to use the app and the website isn’t any better, it just tells me error when I want to add something to my account and starts off when you’re going through pages so you can’t actually look at anything.

Issues with the app. The app really needs to be worked on. I can’t even add a item to purchase nor when I do finally get something on there after hundreds of tries I then can’t make the purchase. Always states there an error ALL THE TIME. If continues I will eliminate this app/website for good and my business elsewhere where I can actually make a purchase.

App doesn’t work. Every time I try to add something to cart it says something went wrong, or it says they have the item I need then I click it and it says sold out. The app is also very slow when trying to load. When I try logging in it says request failed as well as anytime I try to look at shoes.

Best sneaker app. I learned about this amazing app from Tiffany at the Lehigh Valley mall in Whitehall Pa. Its great to see a company that’s arms its employees with tools they can use to make the shopping experience easy and fun. Love like you’ve embraced technology.

Bug fixes. Nice and easy app to use. The volume of customers using the app reservation makes the app long to load or it crashes

Website is waste. The app or does the website let you log in when you need to always failed message. Thank you! I missed out on new shoe releases because the app and website don’t work just close the app and website unfair smh! It doesn’t work who are y’all paying to fix this???

Sneakers. Most of the time when I want a sneaker, you don’t have my size. It’ll say, store only. Then I lose out on the coupon , 20%off or $20 off whatever it may be. Otherwise I would love it

Garbage. Don’t waste your time using this for release dates cause the app won’t even load when your trying to check your raffle. Your signed out everytime you close the app even if you click stay signed in. The app barely even works when you can get it to load.

Necessary to ones fly!. For a person such as myself, who attempts to be super fresh at all times, it helps to have an app that can assist me. I can find the sneakers, jerseys or whatever I like at a reasonable price and this is necessary to ones fly! Thank you fashion gods.

Need MAJOR Fixing. I absolutely love this place but the functionality of the app is horrible. I can never sign into my account bc the app can never connect to the server. I always update my apps and after updating the app still have issues. Whether it’s just basic login or every just trying to join a raffle. Please please please fix the issues.

Cancels orders with no reason stated.. I have ordered the same thing 3 times now and less than 5 seconds after each order I get a notification that my order is cancelled. How do you expect to grow your company when the support keeps cancelling our orders on the APP and Website and gives us no reason. Needs major changes.

Need to fix login/information update issue. Cannot sign up for shoe releases.. I can't even put my address or name down. I can't even sign into my account. The requests keep getting timed out.

Trash app. App is trash ! Just like the other person mentioned, it logs you out before you can confirm your shoes and says blocked ! Then I missed out on my reservation ! This has happened multiple times already ! Called customer service and they said it’s a glitch and to keep redownloading until it works smh no help ! Fix y’all dang app !

Buggy Errors galore!!. One of the worst apps along with the Foot locker app. It's really annoying that they make you go through the app to put in reservations.. The app rarely works which makes it impossible at times to even enter! They should make it available to enter on their website like every other company..

Terrible. Just missed out on a reservation for this weekend’s shoe release because the app never sent me a push notification to check to see the results of my reservation entry, I went to check my settings it said I had push setting enable on, I also have footaction and footlocker app too and I also didn’t receive a single notification either

It’s good but. It’s a great app that’s easy to use don’t get me wrong my only complaint is that all of the Champion heritage script t shirts can only be found in men’s there’s none for women. They do have some champion shirts for women but they’re all cropped or not the plain and normal design I’m looking for.

Location doesnt work. everything works except for my location. I click to enter, select my size, and im only 10 miles away from my store, but it says “no store found within 100 miles of you.” like?? what.

Useful app. This app has helped me keep track of tons of shoe releases, and is overall very easy to use. The only downside is that the quality of the app is a little cheap, with low resolution graphics and very few images for shoe releases. Overall a very good app.

Florence Mall Champs. Champs is the only place I shop for shoes, especially for the upcoming or newly released shoes via the launch app! Good friendly staff at the Florence Mall location and the manager Andy always helps out with mine and my families needs!

Can’t make a purchase to save my life!. This app is terrible! I would provide details but there are just so many, it’s hard to know where to start! Are the apps and sites through browser tested at all? How are you making any money online if a user cannot even browse and add to cart?

Waste of my time. This app is trash. I can’t even register for the vip. After I filled everything out it says that it’ll said me an email to verify my account. Well that email never came after numerous tries. I tried everything including calling customer service. It won’t even work on there actual website. Champs IT team is really lacking smh

Being Blocked???. Every time I get on the app, all it says I’ve been blocked like what is this happening???!! I don’t understand why… like I’m trying too see my order’s & possibly buy more stuff in the future.. like they need to fix this problem like ASAP!!.. then I check the detail on the problem like it says Why? Something about the behaviour of the browser has caught our attention. There are various possible explanations for this: You are browsing and clicking at a speed much faster than expected of a human being. Something is preventing JavaScript from working on your computer. There is a robot on the same network

The Champ is here!. I love Champs and the Champs located in the Deptford treat you like family! I’m happy to spend my money and they are always willing to help. Especially with the raffles and showing items as well as gadgets on my app!!!

Good for grabbing yeezys. Fast checkout, site didn’t crash, simple easy grab for me. Gonna come here a lot more because of the fast service and no crashes.

Best store. I order my shoes on Tuesday at like 12:30pm and they got to my house the next day in the morning with nothing wrong with them in the best condition they could be in all them bad comments have to be cap🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢

Champs. I enjoy working and shopping at Champs. No other place I get my shoes from. Champs in Houston, Greens point mall has been growing in customers and I want to help them grow more in sales and help kids in the community and local schools. #Champssports

Make the app easier to navigate. The checkout page looks cheap, but the navigation between browsing and going back to the previous page is difficult you’re forced to restart from the home page every time.

No purpose. I downloaded app bc I made an online purchase on champs website. I have not been able to check my order status at all, have no clue when my purchase will be here, a notification keeps popping up saying server error please try again later. Deleting app bc there’s no purpose in having it if I can’t check my orders.

Terrible!. Only employees and resellers are taken care with these stores owned by Footlocker. The results of the raffles are predetermined by Champs, I see. How else can you explain refunds of FLX points BEFORE the raffle is started and the stores that you select are selling the shoes ? What a joke! I won’t be spending my money in any of the footlocker stores going forward, I’ll go to finish line and JD sports, at least they give you a legit shot

Wont let me register. Says my email address is already registered, but when I do forgot password says there’s no account for my email address

Lack of communication. I ordered a Nike shirt and my total was $40. They said my package was supposed to come 3 days ago and it still hasn’t came. There is no way to track the progress of your package through the app and when you go to your email they just say it’s on the way and that’s it. I don’t see how this app has 4.8 stars when over half of the reviews are 1 star

Worst customer service ever. Boy this company has the worst customer service ever I waited on the phone an whole hour just to get hung up on never again

App Messed up a few times. You guys need to fix these bugs that is app has. When your trying to get win your pair of shoes with the 10 minute head start, it kicked me outta the app twice, then I had to log back into my account. Good thing I had the 10 minute head start to log back into my account to secure my pair. Please get these kinks fixed asap.

All in one rigged FLX app. The FLX program must be the most rigged app ever. Spending 1500 for full head starts just to not win any of the 3 app sites footlocker is affiliated with is pure disgusting. The old way at least had a chance of securing a pair. Now this new program is pure trash. Stop letting people rigged the system. Because no way I’ve spend over 10k in points to not win one reservation.

Signs off every time. Since this last update on the app, it will log me off the app and I have to sign back in almost every time I am try to open the app after closing it. Not sure why but it is annoying because it’s all of the affiliated apps doing too(Champs, Footaction, Footlocker, etc). Please fix this issue and then it will be a 5 star rating like it was a month ago.

Constant useless updates. I swear every time I open this app there is a new update not exaggerating. This goes for footlocker and Footaction as well it kinda is getting annoying now. This app was decent before flx now they just used that as a lottery system so you can spend even more money in their company. Adding head starts is useless now. You almost have the same chances if you didn’t add them.

Syncing. If I started my purchase on a desktop computer and did not finish ordering then I would like to be able to finish inside the app if I’m logged in. Same with the coupons or discount items not being accepted in the app. Please work on these issues then I will give the app a five star rating!

Reservations not working. Under this new Flx app thing you can’t see if a release is coming to your surrounding stores or if it’ll be reservations or FCFS. It just says check back later to find a store that’s releasing a shoe.... and these are shoes coming out THIS WEEK February 6th 7th and 8th. Seems some things need to be fixed so folks won’t have issues

It's so bad bad service and it's a total SCAMMM!!!. Thad made a purchase of some baseball cleats and a backpack, not even an hour goes by and they cancel my order for no valid reason at all, I was charged but luckily I paid with Apple Pay and my bank helped me get a refund the same day, do not buy from here online go to the store personally.

I don’t trust this app…. App is always crashing. “Request failed. Try again later.” When exactly is later?! To make matters worst, during raffles it logs me out and won’t let me log back in to confirm in time. Crazy how it works perfectly fine after they “offer this release to someone else.” Very suspicious!

Raffle sometimes won’t work?. A lot of times I will enter a raffle or attempt to and I will either be giving an error page or rerouted to the sign in page And this process keeps going on and on can you please fix this bag it is really annoying

Be careful!!. The app allows orders to go through with incorrect billing addresses associated with cards. There’s also no way to cancel an order once it goes through. Representative are rude and doesn’t assist, because they’re not knowledgeable. I spoke to 3 representatives and one blatantly hung up the phone on me. I will not order from them ever again.
