Disappointing. Okay if you only care about weight and containers. Without measurement tracking it was a big disappointment.

I love this app. I am using the cups diet and I am able to set up my daily program. Like I have said befor I would pay to sync to iphone

Waste of money. 4.99 is absolutely too much for this. I hate the way it tracks food. Can I have a refund???

Loving it. So I just got this app and I haven't been using it very long but I really like it. It makes keeping track of your containers so simple. Especially if you're someone like me using the 21 day challenge with just the diet using a different exercise program. I did give it three stars because the app is not fully accessible to VoiceOver users. The only serious issue I found was on the tracker tab the containers are presented to you as an image therefore for VoiceOver cannot read them. And there's no option to enter your containers manually.

Great app, but.... This is a really nice tracker for the 21 day fix program. I gave it 3 stars because of a couple of things. First, when entering your weight or measurements I would be nice to have a choice of typing verses the spin dial to enter data. Second, when you complete one 21 day cycle and need to reset to start another it erases all weights and measurements you've entered. It would be better to keep these to see your progress while on the program. A nice addition to this app would be for them to calculate total weight and measurement loss.

Simple and easy to use!!!. App is very simple and easy to use. Allows for easy access to see what containers you have used and still need. Great app... Well worth the $. Much more handy than carrying around a pen and paper all day.

Best 21 day fix ap out there. I've been doing this for several months and I've tried a few apps. This one is by far the easiest to work. Simple to the point gets it tallied.

Great app!. I have 4s iPhone running iOS 7.1.1. Works perfectly on my phone. Great app for tracking not only your containers, but also your weight & measurements. Developers are quick to reply via email with any questions or problems.

Great app!. Very easy way to keep track of my containers during the day. I like that it allows you to use half containers. Also easy to personalize the container counts and the daily exercise. Highly recommend!

Very Easy. So easy to use. Just getting started, I wasn't sure how much of what but just tapping the container was quick. The food list is also very helpful.

Needs a lot more. Need to be able to click on food and it fill the container. Need to be able to find more foods on here as well. I would like to be able to view examples of daily foods.

Daily food containers. I liked the older app better when I could see the food list with each colored container. It would encourage to eat certain foods I wouldn’t have thought of.

Helpful app. Super helpful for anyone using this eating plan!! Can you build in an alarm mode setting for an eating reminder?

So far so good. I am a busy mommy and would not remember to write the colors down at all. This is a huge help and def needed for me to stay on track.

Love This App. This has been the easiest app to keep up with. Truly is a gem to have as a perfect tool to accommodate the 21 day fix program. Wish it also had recipes with it.

Extremely Helpful. I love this app! You enter your weight and it will set the amount of cups you have a day, or you can change the amount if you're doing another program that uses the 21 Day Fix cups ie. Cize. You can store your measurements and weight and there is even a diagram person that shows you the exact points to measure. This app is also great if you lose your book because it tells you what can go into each color cup! The one downside is that other beachbody workouts are put in there for logging your daily workout. You can however choose intense cardio and other common workouts.

Worth the money. I purchased another app for 21 day fix in the beginning. It was horrible. So I tracked by paper. Then I found this. I love it. I love that you can correct your mistakes as well as add notes for the day. If you are doing the fix, get it, and use it!

Easy To Use!. I like using this tracker. It's easy to use and you can modify your targets. I lowered mine after realizing that it was presenting me with way too much food daily. I use it on my phone which is super convenient!

Love this app!!. This app has simplified my container counting. I don't have to carry a checklist anymore. You simply mark of the colored containers you have used and you always know what you have left. It even has a list of foods and what container they belong in. I love this app and would highly recommend it to anyone on the 21 day diet.

Great app for tracking!. I love that you can modify the amount of containers. I am eating up a category as I am breast feeding. I wish there was a spot for meal planning or making a note of what food you ate that was that color.

Awesome. I absolutely love this app. My clients who participate in the 21 day fit challenges with me use it as well. It certainly keeps us on track with the eating plan.

Nice app, adaptable. I like the way it helps count containers and you can edit workouts, so If your doing the counts with a different program you can still track.

A simple way to keep up with 21 day fix. I can't imagine what else one would need in an app. Autumn should be ashamed that she charges $3 for this on her own app.

Love it!. This app is absolutely amazing! It does what I need it to do!! It tells you what category edibles and drinkables and extras are in. All the groups have their own little icons to dismiss. The icons are in half dismiss or whole dismiss. I use the half dismiss. I keep track very well of what I drink and eat each day! I have yet to go a day and use all my little icons. It also keeps track of my weight and measurements. Love it! They are also editable. You can go back in 3 days later and edit. If that's what you need/want to do. You can share, restart, nod send feedback. It also logs what workout you may do for the day and you can change it after you put it in. In all VERY handy app. I DO recommend this app as companion to the 21 day fix extreme exercise & food program.

Needs update. It would be nice if the app wouldn’t delete all of your data from the previous 21 day intervals and wipe everything out. It also deletes your weight loss progress which is frustrating.

Rate. Would be easier if you could list food

Paid for App for them to make it a subscription. Paid for the app a few years ago, they decided to make it into a subscription service and did not reflect my original purchase. Disappointed in the app.

Keeps me accountable. I like this app because it aligns so well with 21 Day Fix. Food lists excellent to reference. This app keeps me focused on proportion of food types throughout day and on portion control at each meal. Needs to allow me to enter when I go over, to add more beyond my target which will help me review true intake over time and adjust.

On track. This app really helped me keep on track during the 21 day fix. Simple and super easy to use. Workout was clear as well.

Best app I ever bought. I love this app. It makes my life so much easier! I don't have to carry paper or the book around with me. It's all at my finger tips and lord knows I always have my phone with me.

SIMPLY GREAT!. This app is the quickest easiest way to keep track of what you've eaten on the 21-day plan! AND you have a handy list of foods for each category there too! Super! Love it!!!

Very useful. This really has helped keep me moving and being pretty faithful. Took a little while to find the plus sign at the top right under progress to add new weight. The only improvement would be a section to record food.

Container Tracker. I love it! It makes eating healthy and portion control so easy. This was the missing like in my search for healthy clean eating. I recommend it for anyone who wants to get healthy and stay healthy.

Be aware!. This app doesn't "roll" your measurements over when it switches to the next 21 day count! Gah!

I love this app. I use this app everyday because it allows me to keep track of my vegetables, fruit, and water intake. I know exactly how much to eat and how often.

So simple. No more keeping a log on paper.. Worth the .99 cents. I downloaded the Beach Body app but didn't like the way it displays what containers are left for the day (all in one box for each food group). Decided to spend the .99 cents and it was worth it. Tracks weight and measurements. Each day shows your boxes and you tap them off as you go. You can also add one in if need be.

User friendly. This app is great. It is a completely doable way to eat. I like this app better than the 21-day app.

Best 21 day app!. I had a 21 day tracker app since January that ended... very sad very lost without it. I wasted days searching and trying apps to replace the one I had. I thought I would never find another 21 day tracker app that was complete until I found this one. Very thorough, easy to use and now I am back on track to finally take off my last 20lbs. I am almost glad the first app ended. The best $.99 I've ever spent!! thank you!

Simple and useful app. Using it for Masters of Hammer and Chisel, which uses the same containers. Easy to use app to track food intake throughout the day. All the food is listed in the app for quick reference. Simple but very effective.

Keeping it simple. I got this app on the recommendation of a co-worker. It's easy to tap the containers as I use them; I'm usually a paper & pen user. We all have our phones with us and helps me to track my food as I eat instead of waiting & possibly forgetting. It also tracks weight & measurements. It's a great app & would definitely recommend.

Body measurements not there??. Took me a bit but I found where to record them! I wish it was possible to indicate which meals the foods were consumed at.

Great tracker. I like that I see what I have left to go as I use up (tap on) the containers Easy to use and can back date for anything missed. User friendly and has help with keeping a visual of daily intake on one screen! Well done.

Great, but wish there was an ad free version. I love the app, but hate ads. I wish there was an ad free version, and also that your data wasn't erased after one round. It would be nice to track stats long term.

Good but can be better. This app is good, but needs to be improved. You should be able to double click on the food and it automatically takes away the container.

Need more details. I would like to see how many pounds I lost since last time I entered data and total up to date. Same thing for inches lost, I would appreciated to see how many inches I lost en where. Not only a total!

Not cool bro. When I upgraded the app just yesterday it is now telling me I need to pay 29.99 a month to enter weight and inches. When before the upgrade it was free… what the heck? No warning about the price difference in the bold text next to the upgrade button, otherwise I wouldn’t have done it and kept it the old version

So easy to use!. I bought a set of containers on Amazon for around $12.00, this app makes using them and tracking everything so easy. I like the food lists to remind me what is acceptable. I'm loving this app!!!
