Disappointed. Order was for pickup online. When we arrived inside the two ladies at the register were playing a game of hide the cigarettes with each other. When I was helped after the one gave the other employee her cigarettes back I gave my name. I ordered a pretzel cheese stuffed crust, stuffed crazy bread, two crazy sauces and two jalapeño cheese sauces. I was handed the pizza with one cheese sauce and two crazy sauces. I let her know we needed the stuffed crazy bread and another cheese sauce. I was given a bag and another crazy sauce. I had to ask again for the cheese sauce. She was all over the place and couldn’t focus on what I was saying. When we went to leave we noticed we got regular crazy bread and not stuffed. We went back inside and informed the employee we didn’t get the stuffed bread and she tossed another package on the counter and continued on. No apologies and felt like attitude. The breadsticks were cold, flavorless, flat, and doughy. With the experience inside the store and the poor quality of food we are more than likely not going to be retuning customers.

No way to report issues with order.. Ive gone through every link in the app, as well as call the store multiple times and I’m finding no way to get through to anyone. When I call the store the answering machine directs to the app, the app can link to a “feedback” page where you can put in your contact and issues but you don’t even get confirmation by email that your “feedback” was received. I put a mobile order in and when I arrived the store was closed, several hours before the posted hours, and the employee was locking up. I was told to just “cancel the order or something, or call the manager tomorrow.” Not only is there no way to cancel the order in-app, nobody is picking the phone up at the store. No way to get refunded. I’ve worked at multiple fast food establishments with mobile ordering capabilities and every one had a switch to turn of mobile ordering if the store was closing early due to staffing as the employee told me, why were they not turning off the mobile orders so I and the several other customers don’t show up to an already closed establishment Not having a way to review/ dispute past orders Is terrible from a user standpoint. Not having a way on the backend to turn off mobile ordering capabilities (I’m assuming, or else that’s just an issue with this store) seems like a nightmare for I’m sure the already understaffed employees. Much quality of life updates are necessary to be anywhere as user friendly as other fast food apps.

Little Caesar’s App- A++++++. Convenience, easy use, food always ready! The Little Caesar’s app has always been very easy to use, very convenient and my food has always been ready on time or early and placed into the pizza portal ready for me to pick up, which is wonderful because the food is always warm and ready when I arrive as the pizza portal keeps it warm for you! The Little Caesar’s app is without question the best restaurant/ food app out there due to its convenience, easy use and never having any issues with ordering my food and having it ready when I arrive! Other restaurant apps I have experienced issues with from ordering my food, to paying for the meal and trying to use a different credit card then the one “on file”. With the Little Caesar’s app, I have never ran into any issues whatsoever! A++++

Switched. I came in to pick up my order. It was one pizza. I waited 15 minutes longer than my pick up time. He said we will get it out soon. I can hear them looking for the order. At that time a lady comes in returning a pizza that she said was supposed to be Supreme and it was pepperoni. They take it to the back. Roll two big carts in front of where the make the pizzas, put my pizza in the portal. I get home five minutes away. It was ice cold and hard. I’m convinced the store gave me the returned pizza that the lady had just brought back and that she initially got my order by mistake. They didn’t care she actually had left the store with it. They gave it to me and passed it off like a fresh pizza. Makes perfect sense as to why it took so much longer to get it because they couldn’t find it when I initially arrived. I’m uphauled these employees would do this and want something done about and I want to be compensated. I’m so angry.

Terrible Customer Service. These guys cancelled my order after an hour of waiting. No email, no notification of any kind. Had to call support to find out what happened. Support says the Dasher said the store was closed but the store is actually opened so they don’t know what happened. Then they said they would refund my money but it would take 5-7 business days to get my money back. Asked to speak to a manager because 5-7 business days is nonsense. They hung up on me instead. Called again, this time I asked again to speak to the manager. I end up getting transferred to a “supervisor” who kept trying to talk over me and end the call is quickly as possible. She told me “There is nothing I can do for you, I’m going to end the call” and that was it. So order from these guys if you want to roll the dice on getting your order or if you just like Little Caesar’s to hold onto your money for awhile.

Rude Manager. The manager started arguing with me last time I pick my order up. Because I drove up the first time and the lady told me they forgot to put my order in and it would be another 15 mins. Which I ordered it online and (PAID) but they forgot to put it in the oven. So I pull up to the window 15 mins later and that’s when the rude bald headed manager came to the window and I explained to him the situation on how they forgot to put it in the oven and how I had to wait. He literally looked over at the lady that helped me and asked is this true the lady says yes no one made it he then threw up his arms and said well there is nothing I can do for you. I didn’t want him to do anything special but I asked him hey can you throw a brownie in since I had to wait so long and he began to argue with me and say no nothing is free. Just a real rude customer service issue I would like someone to recognize this and mabey fix him being so rude.

App Needs Work!!!. How is the app so limited in listing your items??it is extremely non-user friendly. Also, did I miss something, or are you not able to order a hot and ready through the app? You have to order a regular pepperoni for a different price. Also, a regular pepperoni isn’t even just on there. There’s a Specialty section but not one for the basics? Next, as far as delivery goes, I think you guys really need to mention that this is sourced out to Doordash. The one and only time I placed a delivery order, my estimated time was 1 hr and the store is maybe 10 min away from me, yet it still took an extra 30 minutes on top of the estimated time for it to be delivered. All of my food was cold and hard, and one of the pizzas was completely burnt. The app should be available to provide convenience, but I have had zero positive experiences from using it.

Faulty App or Faulty Service?. It’s worked fine a couple times. I don’t use it a ton, but there are three Little Caesar’s in my area and I swear almost every single time I order through the app, something gets messed up or left out of my order. Again, I don’t order from LC’s much, and I just really have a hard time believing individual stores have screwed up my order this many times?? (Once it was definitely the specific store—it was clear they had a bunch of new employees and it was homecoming game night and everyone seemed overwhelmed—but hey, I get it, I’ve worked retail, it happens. I had nowhere to be that night so I just waited and it was fine). I’ve been annoyed with the app for a bit, but. Now it’s not even usable. It won’t find my location or any location I’ve entered manually, which means you can’t proceed with any order. It’d be nice if maybe there was a drop down list for times like this. Anyway, I’m giving up on the app. Thanks for all the messed up orders and wasted money Lil Caesar’s.

Beware the delivery option. I was excited to use this app to have Little Caesar’s delivered, but their system is an absolute disaster. I was able to order the Batman Calzone Pizza in the app and paid to have it delivered. When the DoorDash driver arrived at the store, she let me know the Batman pizza was a promotional item and it was no longer available (so why is it available to order online?) I chose another option as a substitute, but that item wasn’t ready so it was going to be a 10 minute wait- I told the driver, no problem, I don’t mind waiting. The driver told me she didn’t have time to wait and she would be leaving, but another driver would be picking up the order. 10 minutes later, I receive a notification that my order had been cancelled. When I called the LC location to ask them for help, they told me the original driver had taken my food and had just left. The food never showed up. The location told me that I needed to contact DoorDash customer service, but no one answers there either. I don’t know if someone is lying, or there is a lack of organization and training but I never got what I paid for. Beware using the app for delivery!!!

Ready to order. I love the ease of ordering pizza through the Little Caesars app. Little Caesars’ app just needs one tweak, in my opinion. I think one more step should be added to make the experience a little better. The default time isn’t always the time I want to pick up the pizza. If I had to select a time, that would make it easier than having to call in and let the restaurant know that the order needs to be delayed an hour. I’ve missed changing that several times. If you added one more question: “Do you want your pizza ready in 15 minutes or later?” your customers would be able to control when the restaurant begins working on their order. A YES answer would loop back to the ‘default time’ and a NO answer would take them to the ‘schedule pick-up’ time. Thanks for everything. You guys are great!

Worst Pizza Experience Ever. Ordered 3 Large pizzas via the app and went inside store when the app said they were boxing them up. Ended up waiting 50 more minutes as I stood there and watched the manager take our thin crust pizza for herself and heard her tell them to put another in, which did not occur for over 30 minutes despite the girl at the counter reminding them 3 times. They placed our 2 Fanceroni pizzas into the portal and I watched them pull them out and give them to a Door Dash driver. When I complained she said I was right, those were ours and she gave me 2 pizzas that had been sitting on the counter since I entered the store 45 minutes earlier. When I asked the manager what she could do to fix this and she just said “that happens, sorry” without offering any resolution. I was a big fan of the pizza and value and ordered frequently for our family of 6 but from now on Dominoes will be our pizza of choice, LC’s just lost a loyal customer tonight. Sorry, that happens….

NEED TO CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN. I placed an online order while leaving Dacula store after waiting in the line at window for 15 mins; workers kept passing by but never came to the window! So I placed an online order for Winder store thinking it might be better even though my pizza is usually over cooked! It said my order would be ready at 7:56pm - 8:01pm I arrived at 7:50pm and sat into my car until 8:05pm I went in to get my order, I assume Destiny was my cashier, she was freaking out because others orders were running late too I guess I asked her what was going on with my order said it’d be ready by 8:01pm the latest After pacing the floor looking at receipts and opening doors She came back to say my order had not even been dropped meaning hasn’t been made I asked her what was going on and was their a manager around She said there is others in the back and they aren’t doing what they’re supposed to do She spoke towards the back saying she wants to speak to a manager This young guy came up front not with a manager shirt on Apologized and say they’re short staffed I said I want a refund He gave me a refund back to my card in a few days he said You need to shut down if you cannot handle orders and definitely there should ALWAYS be management onsite! Not sure if I’ll ever order anything for your store again!

Watch out two orders don’t go thru. I placed an order using Apple Pay. It showed it don’t go through. So instead I used my card Apple Pay uses. It went through. When I checked my email to see what time for pickup it had two emails. I called the location and explained. They wondered if there was an issue since two within a few minutes but put both through anyway. Kid was nice and said don’t worry about. I sent my son in and they made him take both orders. Called and got the manager or owner or who ever. An old guy not some kid. Told me very rudely that he has nothing to do with the app and would do nothing for me. Could he have said. I’m sorry this happens some times but I am unable to help you you will need to call or contact corporate”. Sure, but he didn’t. Just not his problem. Well what is his problem is I won’t go there again. It is little ceasars app and he represents the company. The app messed up. It shows two orders but at the time of order never showed both, just one. Apple Pay didn’t mess up because of my card, it messed up because of their app and they allowed both to go through Terrible when the company and restaurant owners are not on the same page when apps are concerned. It brings in more business but they wash their hands of it when it doesn’t work. Won’t use anymore.

Poor customer service and food quality. I placed an order via Little Caesars app. My order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 3:30. I arrived to the store at 3:53 and my order was not ready nor was it in the portal. When I asked the Little Caesars representative how much longer on my order he told me that it is in the oven and it should be about 10 minutes. I then asked hom how long does it take to bake because in the app it said it was in the oven at 3:20 he said I told you 10 minutes and walked off. When he went to the back I guess to assist the cooks he brought back my order it was two pepperoni pizzas and two orders of wings. He told me that my pizza was in the oven but when I received my pizza it was cold. It appears that my order had been ready but was not placed in a portal which caused my food to be cold. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today and do not recommend no to go to that little Cesar’s.

Needs Improvement. I had to change my order time because it was applying the “ASAP” instead of the “Later” time I chose. It took about ten tries and had to back completely out of the order twice. The second problem is that there is no way to special order. I used to get “light” crazy bread with extra garlic/ parm. There was an extra charge, but it won’t allow me the option to choose the extra or light and does not have an option to pay the extra charge for the extra garlic/parm. I did enjoy the other features of the app, and was very happy I “hearted” my favorites when I had to keep backing out of the app and having to re-enter my order. I almost gave it 2 Stars out of the frustration with the time feature but if those issues are addressed then it would be a very nice app and user friendly.

Disappointed. Walked in the store at the time my order was supposed to be ready I had to wait because it wasn’t ready the employee attending the orders was very rude to Uber and other delivery people she even cancelled one of their orders and was telling him she cancelled the order and he wasn’t gonna be getting paid to deliver it she said he was being rude to her but he never said nothing to her the employee was very out of line saying inappropriate things. When my order was supposedly ready the girl handed me the food I told her if she put the buffalo wings she said no she put garlic because there was no buffalo and I asked how do I get a refund for it she said you can’t get a refund so I just didn’t take the food she could of told me “hey there’s no buffalo would you like something else” But no they can’t give me what ever they want I paid for what I wanted it’s rude to put what ever they want so please I need the full refund for my order

Easy User Interface, good time using the app.. I don’t often write reviews so listen to what I have to say here because I often gloss over these and say nothing. This app is good. This app is well designed, easy to use, and up front with promotions allowing me to see whats new or what coupons are available without googling it. It responds like a dream, the pizza customizer is easy to work with. Maybe being able to hold your thumb over a button for a sec to change from none normal or extra would be nice instead of tapping it twice. But hey my phone screen doesn’t always cooperate so double tapping can be annoying sometimes. Its not the apps fault though. The consumer interface gives me everything I’d want out of an app like this, and more. It matches up well against other pizza apps like dominos in convenience and design, but with a little more flare.

Disappointed!!!!!!!. I have been getting pizza from this location since it first opened. The service has gone down hill in the last year. Today I ordered my regular pizza on line for pick up in store for 6 PM. I got there at 5 to 6. Was waiting for them to tell me by email that the pizza was ready in the portal. Finally at 7 after I went inside. I was told by a girl that I should have come in because the portal doesn’t work and it rarely works she said. My pizza had been sitting there and I didn’t get an email telling me it was ready. I told her, how was I suppose to know that??? She told me it was better to come in and order and not to use the online app. My pizza was only warm, not baked brown either (you should have a place to put any special instructions). When I told her this, she said they don’t own the app so there is nothing she could do and she walked away. I took my pizza and left. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this location but it will be the last !!! I’m done !!!! I will not buy another pizza there ever. I would like to receive a call from the owner or at least hear from him by email.

Worst pizza ever. First of all this store is nasty nasty there’s dirt all over everything there’s covers missing on the lights there’s dust all over the ceiling there’s hand marks all over every machine it’s just really gross second I got my pizza and my pizza was a pepperoni pizza and it was not a thin crust but it look like a thin crust and the door was so hard and crunchy I could barely bite into it it was nasty and then I got these breadsticks that I had that never seen breadsticks before from there they had to go like bubble marks on them where they were like burnt and the other half we’re on the cook they look like they were just absolutely everything was just gross nasty and the worst pizza I’ve it was nasty and then I got these breadsticks that I had that look like I’ve never seen breadsticks before from there they had big old like bubble marks on them where they were like burnt and the other half were undercooked they look like they were just absolute everything was just gross nasty and the worst pizza I’ve ever experience

Theft and fraudulent business practices. I used this app to place an order on 9/1/23. My order was wrong and missing items. This was not the first time it had happened using this app for delivery but it was the first time I contacted customer service. I was told by Pamela in customer service that I would receive a FULL refund and received an email saying I would get a FULL refund in 10 business days. This is now September 14. I advise you NOT to use this app to order anything ever because they will cheat you and get your order wrong every time. Missing items is a consistent theme with them and when you are told you will receive a refund within 10 days you do not receive anything. Then I tried to call customer service and got a recording stating it was closed. I have also sent SEVERAL follow up emails with no response. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as theft in business practices because that adds up across several orders and I am QUITE certain I am not the only one this has happened to either,

App is ok. Don't count on getting the pizza you order. I placed an order using the app, showed up to the store and was told that since they didn't have ham, they hadn't made the Hawaiian I had ordered and I would need to go online to request a refund. They had my phone number from when I submitted the order and could have called me shortly after I placed the order and before I arrived at the store to ask me what I would like then to do. They didn't. They didn't have any other pizza ready at the time, so I left, without enough pizza. I contacted them using the survey on their website, which is the only method they offer of providing customer support. It has been more than a week and I have not even received an acknowledgment that I contacted them. Worst part is it's not the only time it has happened to me. A few weeks ago an order I placed on the app didn't have the crazy bread ready when I arrived at the store. I was told it would be about 15 minutes to wait. Crazy bread is good, but not with a 15 minute wait while your pizza gets cold.

Why do I keep going back?. Little Caesars in Kinston is like the abusive relationship you keep returning to because it’s simply familiar to you and 1 out of 10 times they are ok at best. I placed an order at 7:38 on the app and received the notification that it was in the oven at 7:44. I arrived at 8:00 and showed my phone to the lady at the drive thru. She walks away and I heard her call out my order and a lot of laughing to follow. She came out and told me it would be at least 10 minutes. I told her it was in the oven at 7:44 ( it was thin crust). She laughed at said “I don’t know what to tell playa”. She had me pull around and wait. It did quite take 10 more minutes but when the order finally arrived it was wrong. I ordered thin crust and the sticker clearly said “thin crust”. It wasn’t thin crust…. Why am I surprised? This Little Caesars constantly has horrible customer service. I work for Door Dash and I’ve learned to not even try to pick up an order from there because it is never on time, it’s wrong a lot of times, and the employees consistently have attitude problems.

Can’t customize ExtraMostBestest anymore. Since mid-November the app no longer defaults custom round pepperoni pizzas to be ExtraMostBestest style, after years of defaulting to ExtraMostBestest when processing the order (you’d see “You’ve created our ExtraMostBestest” in bold on the order confirmation screen and your receipt). Now there is no way to use this app to customize an ExtraMostBestest style pizza. I always order my pizza with no sauce because of a food sensitivity to tomatoes. I used to order with this app about once a week because it was so convenient to skip the lines and pick up the pizza out of the Pizza Portal on my way home from work. But until the app developers fix the custom round pizza to automatically order as ExtraMostBestest like it used to, or until they add a way to customize the ExtraMostBestest to remove sauce (or other customization for food allergies or sensitivities), then the app is basically useless. It’s too bad, since the app was so convenient and worked well until this happened.

Did not get entire order. I order 2 sauces to go with bread sticks and 2 large pizza. No sauce to dip breadsticks at all. I paid for them and didn’t receive them at all. I just feel like I’ve had multiple issues with this Little Caesars forgetting to give customers things that they pay for. Unfortunately, I live a good ways away to go back just to pick up two sauces when it should’ve been with the order when someone picked it up.. now I am definitely wondering how I’m gonna get a refund back for two sauces that I did not get I pay with my Apple Pay card. I am going to say this is the third time is why I’m doing this review. I was not happy at all but sad that I am doing a bad review. I work at a company that rely on good surveys we strive to get good surveys so it’s very hard for us to make mistakes because the smallest mistake could cost us a lot of money so therefore I feel like this need to be said it’s the small things that’s not making me happy with Little Caesars pizza Company.

Complicated online order with app. Completed an online order. Called the restaurant and no answer. Went to the restaurant 30min earlier just to talk to an assistant manager that was rude and not helpful. The assistant manager mentioned he does not see my online order. I showed him the little ceasar app and he mentioned I need to call someone on the app because he has no online order. The order was shown with the correct address and transaction completed and he still didn’t help. As a first responder I think of all options possible to help my patients and also coming from customer service background patient and customer satisfaction is a must. He then forgot I was there and started helping others with no explanation for me. When ask to speak to manager or supervisor he mentioned they are not there. It took the nice guy with dreads that was boxing the pizza to come an assist me and mentioned he see my order. All In all, I was very upset because today is my son 6th birthday and I order pizza for his football team. If it wasn’t for the guy with dreads that box the pizza I don’t know what would have happened. Please consider and evaluate this situation so that this does not happen again to anyone especially on their special day.

Long wait after pizza was ready. I preordered. Got the pizza with extra pepperoni. App said pizza was ready at 5:34. I was in drive they line at 5:33. Drive thru line was moving pretty fast until the last car in front of me. Then it stopped. I waited for 25 minutes. I couldn’t pull out as there were other cars behind me. Do I called the store and asked if driver ahead of me could move forward so I could go ahead and get my pizza. He said they were short staffed. I understand that. But they could at least give us the orders that were already ready and paid for. So they asked the guy to move forward and gave me my pizza. When I got home I realized my Pizza was burned. Black burned. I called back and got the manager. When I complained he said I was being rude. I told him I was just being honest not rude. He did offer me a free pizza but after spending nearly an hour to get the one I had and after he said I was being rude when I wasn’t I was afraid they would do something nefarious to it.

47th Street Store Chicago. Most of my orders are not consistent with Lil Caesar’s tradition and level of service. The management never interacts with repeat customers. I often have to inspect my order for toughness. And more then it it’s not completely sliced and completely cooked. The Extra Most selection is not proportional in toppings and when I do mention anything to several store managers they are never able to do anything to satisfy my dissatisfaction. However as a manager on duty they are empowered to handle every situation. However I’m more often left feeling like customer service is worthless, loyalty is priceless! I enjoy the brand and my neighborhood location is ideal. I only hope that the hired management takes ownership. I have become a loyal customer but I’m not going to continue to be unsatisfied forever! Respectfully, Terence Daniely

That guy is AWESOME!!. I failed to ask his name but whoever the guy working in the front getting orders out today Sunday, 9/10 at noon on Wm. Canon and Pleasant Valley in Austin, TX, give that guy a raise. You would think that this guy owns the store the way the store is taken care of. Clean inside, orders coming out on time, fresh, hot, correct and he is working in a clean efficient manner. All while being polite and professional. I love it! People who work like this need to be commended because there are so many that don’t care about store/personal appearance, professionalism or quality of service. Keep this guy, he is good for business. I was so shocked I forgot to ask his name so I could mention it. My apologies to the gentleman. I still wanted to let you know “YOU ROCK”!!!

More like not ready. So if I go through the drive thru at my local LC’s I can get a large cheese pizza, crazy bread, and crazy sauce immediately. But if I order it in the app, apparently I have to wait 20 minutes to get my order? So which is it? You have pizzas and crazy bread and sauce ‘Hot N Ready’ as you claim all over your building, your website, your pizza boxes, and your app… or somehow the pizza and bread sticks and sauce are kept in a separate special area away from all the stuff that I could get if I didn’t use the app? This is a waste of time and risk. In these days with data breaches, why am I risking my information on your app that makes me wait longer to get food that I can see is ready? Your closest location to me is a good 45 minutes so it’s always fun to have to sit and wait extra time for food, again, I CAN SEE IS READY but your employees say no you have to come back because your order time is 2:45p.m., knowing I have to make that 45 minute drive home still. Lame!

Uncomfortable situation. I walked into the store tonight and a customer was complaining about her food that was old and the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude yelling back. As a manager in customer service I would never speak to a customer the way this person was speaking to this customer. The customer stated that the food was old and could show that the food was old. She asked for fresh food and her money back because she had to drive there and return the food that was obviously disgusting. The manager was irate disrespectful and belligerent. I have been going to this establishment for a long time and I have never witnessed anything so ridiculous. The corporate office needs to deal with the situation immediately the Woodbury Heights New Jersey location it is October 26 at 7 o’clock at night if you can watch your cameras and see the situation that happened in your store tonight you can see why you have not only lost my business but you will lose a lot more business when people read this

Worst experience I’ve ever had…. I ordered my pizza online 30 min prior and arrived at the time the app said to be there. On a Thursday at 11….not a busy time at all. I arrived and waited 5 min and wasn’t acknowledged. I asked the clerk at the gas station if I needed to ring a bell and she said yes. At that time another customer came in behind me. When the Little Cesars clerk came she said she would take the person behind me?!?! I was so confused but I stepped back and was polite. Then after she completely checked out the lady that was behind me, she informed me that my pizza was just being put into the oven. So I took my kids to the car and waited. I walked back in and she still said she was waiting on my pizza. Then I asked for the manager and that’s when it got crazy. She started yelling at me, telling me she was tired of ungrateful customers. Literally yelling at me, the entire store could hear here. The other manager was there, apologizing on her behalf and was just as taken aback as I was that she was having a tantrum. All for a $5 pizza, you can keep it next time. I don’t spend money on anything to be treated so poorly like that. No thank you.

TV pictures of food. I usually get two different kinds of pizza and/or chicken wings every visit a few times a month and I am highly satisfied! However, the thin crust pepperoni that they push all the time on the TV ads, never looks like it when you get it. The only problem that I have with the TV picture to the actual item I received is the crust is always burnt beyond recognition around the outside. I think they should either put cheese and pepperoni right to the very end Or turn the heat down. In the very beginning my pizza did look like the picture on the television, as in the amount of pepperoni on the pizza but lately someone is skimping on all the toppings and when you get and pay for extra pepperoni, that pizza needs to be covered like a carpet!

Very Slow Online Order. Ordered basic items(Pepperoni, ICB and Crazy Bread) online and clicked ASAP at 6:33 with a 6:51-6:56 finish time. Hadn’t received email that it was ready and app didn’t show anything had been put in oven, but came in store at 6:55 and asked anyway to be sure. They said it wasn’t ready yet. App then said pizza was put in at 6:56. Store basically empty with respect to customers. 4 people working. Nothing in the pizza portal. Didn’t get items until 7:11 and an item was left out. Also, person making pizza did not wear gloves when applying toppings. Didn’t complain at store, just took my pizza and left. Wasn’t offered anything, but wasn’t looking for a handout anyway. I was, of course, on a time crunch so I went with the quick place, which obviously lacks quality with respect to other pizza places because of that. If I wanted to wait forever, I would have went to a different pizza place. With prices raising at Little Caesar’s lately, it’s really not that much cheaper than the other places either. They badly need some help with shift management.

Great idea, horrible execution. The concept is great but the app and support are buggy. My location is always busy and on a Friday night they never have pizzas ready due to demand. Figured this app was the answer. Ran my errands and placed my order using the default location which was my store, and I thought the only store. Placed my order, paid and drove towards the store. Fifteen minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I go in the store and they have no record of my order. They mention a store across town and that some orders had gone to them. I check and sure enough it had. I drive to that store and oddly there was still no pickup number and hour later and I go in and ask only to be told “yeah we just put it in the regular warmer and not the pickup machine”... I said that was kind of the point, they could not refund my money so I took my cold pizza and left. I will check in later to see if it improves but it’s only as good as the location

Worst Service in Town. The last time I visited, I had an order for one Italian cheese bread and a side of crazy sauce. I placed it through the app 15 minutes before I got to the store. The store was only taking online orders when I got there. I waited over 40 minutes for my order in the store, and when they finally gave it to me they handed me a cheese bread that had been sitting in the warmer since I got there 40 minutes earlier! I waited over 30 minutes past what the app told me to expect for something that was cooked and available at least 40 minutes before I got it. This time, I ordered the same thing online through the app again. The app told me it was in the oven. I got to the store 10 minutes later to find it locked up with the open sign on. A worker came to the door to let some guys in who were changing the lights outside. I caught her at the same time, and she told me the store is closed, and I’d have to wait until a later time for my order to be refunded. As I left, I saw she proceeded to leave people standing outside waiting for their orders. I wasted my lunch break waiting on food I paid for, was told was cooking, but never received.

Great..but. Each location you are ordering from for delivery or carry out should list every item available in store. Example if you have 8 drink selections in store but only list 4 online to choose from in 2 liters I ordered few days ago my delivery person was kind enough to call me she didn’t leave store until she reached me to get a replacement drink selection the ones listed online I selected were out of stock which happens but maybe a sub note on drinks could work or give all selections gives more to choose from hence taking risk to run out of the 4 selections you list online because people are unaware you have more to choose from unless they physically come to the store. Idk maybe just me but offer same for delivery as you do in store please if u have a lot more than a few selections might not run out so quick. That’s just me.. other than that app is awesome and works flawlessly!

Many unavailable item. I ordered pizza in Machesney Park Illinois last week and it was definitely a 5-Star Pizza! Service was impeccable and it was honestly the best pizza any of us had in quite a long time. Perfect! Tonight, being between Beloit & Janesville, I looked at the menu and the first thing I saw was Online Orders not accepted at this location. Then, I noticed there was nothing saying I could build my own pizza. Finally, there is no place that lists what ingredients are available to go on the pizza. That being said, my guests and I looked at the menu and we wrote down our preferred order. Upon calling the Beloit, Wisconsin location, exactly half of what we were ordering, is not available at that store. The kid working and answering the phone was not familiar with the things I was asking for. His response was that they couldn’t offer those items because there’s no key on the register to ring it up. That’s not a good business practice to have an online menu for people to order from and not stock half of the items that are advertised. Beloit Wisconsin I’m sorry but you only earned 2-Stars. Step it up!

Mostly a good App. I’m writing this as I’m waiting on my food. I placed an online order that said “Success. You’re order will be ready at 7:15”. I show up to the store at 7:25 to get the food when I see there’s nothing in pizza portal. I get to the counter and say something like “hey my pizza was supposed to be done like 10 minutes ago and it’s not in the portal” just to expect they were behind because they do seem a little busy. The person behind the counter tells me that they never got an order from me even though the information to this exact store is correct. I now have to wait another 20 minutes at least for my food that I ordered about 30-40 minutes ago by now. I normally have no issues with this app but this incident really frustrated me and now I’m skeptical to trust it again if it tells me orders were placed but never went through.

Missing order number. This app is a rollercoaster. Sometimes you love it, sometimes you hate it. My current frustration is the order number is no where to be found inside the app. It used to be. When your pizza is ready you get a LC app push notification saying your order ( w/ the order number here) is ready. When you click on the push notification it opens the app to the order details screen. This screen does NOT have the order number. So I click on the TRACK YOUR ORDER link. Nope, no order number there either. Order history …nope. Ugh Saving grace is it was emailed but i hate looking for emails. I never know which email …mine or my husbands or which name the order is under …mine or my husbands. So to find out this information I have to look in the profile which is where… Uggggghhhhhh This would all be fixed if you just sent me a text message w/ the order number instead of an email or you can display the order number inside the app? All of the restaurant apps I currently use have an opt-in text notification feature and an app push notification but when you click on it they open to the order number. Lol Why did you ask for my cell phone number if you’re not going to use it? PLEASE HELP ME LOVE THIS APP AGAIN

Disappointing Experience. Tried out Little Caesar’s after more than 10 years based on the request of my daughter. We ordered ahead online, when I arrived at the requested time the order was not ready (although ordered 90 min in advance). There was chaos in the store by the time I arrived. Some customers were waiting 45 minutes for their order. Person at the front was taking orders and claiming they will be ready within 5 to 10 minutes. When I received my order, part of it was missing and incorrect based on what I ordered. I was told that chicken wings were not available at this store (but offered online for the stiore). I requested a reimbursement which took more than 20 minutes, since the person at the register had to call a manager on the phone 3 times. In addition another employee was needed to unlock the register with a thumb print (5 times or more). In the end we had to change registers and restart the process. Other customers were furious about the wait for their orders and started arguing with the staff. By the time we got home we “enjoyed” cold pizza that we did not order (as given to us). Very disappointed in my experience.

Good app but needs improvement. Love being able to order my pizzas and pick them up at the store using the pizza portal. But the app needs some improvements. 1. Make it possible to reorder a previous order. I can see my previous orders, but there’s no REORDER button. 2. Make it possible to modify one of the standard menu items, e.g. delete mushrooms from the ultimate supreme, and switch the crust to thin crust. Papa John’s app can do this, and they don’t charge extra. I have to create my own more expensive pizza to do this at Little Caesar’s. 3. Make it possible to save a Create Your Own Pizza as a favorite. 4. And I just discovered another ABSOLUTE MUST fix: don’t make me start over from the beginning START NEW ORDER if I switch away from the iPhone Little Caesar’s app to another app (like Safari to complete the Little Caesar’s “Tell Us How We Did” survey) and then return to the LC app.

Orland little ceasers. I grew up in this little town of Orland in California I never thought that I would be so disturbed and disgusted with anything that came out of that town as it’s so small that there should be absolutely no reason that they fail to make decent food… Little Caesars is a step-by-step recipe that literally every single little Caesars does the same, I don’t know how they could screwed up but apparently they accomplished it. After a long day I was super hungry and I couldn’t even eat dinner not to mention the pizza tasted like soap straight up like soap and there was way too much seasoning that it was hard to eat but I eat it because I was hungry and my kids did too and it wasn’t as bad as the wings were… I will never ever return when I called to see if I could get a refund on my wings no one was available to do that which is a rip off especially with gas prices I’m very disappointed I don’t think anybody should give the benefit of the doubt to this place you’ll be very disappointed drive up the road 10 minutes to Corning they do a much better job…

Limited App payment methods is preventing sales. This app works great for ordering with nice features like remembering favorites. However until they allow you to use your gift cards the app absolutely prevents me from doing more business. I have a bunch of gift cards given as presents and this fact alone prevents me from using the app to order. Yes I could use a Visa card and have done so. When there are gift cards laying around, I don’t want to continue to use credit cards. The payment section actually says that you cannot the use gift cards at this time with the app. That message has been there for years. Calling in orders often disqualifies you from getting the online sale offers. It is also not uncommon for my two local Little Caesars stores to not pick up the phone right away or at all for extended periods of time. There are definitely times where it appears to be impossible to get through and therefore I pick a different place to eat at. Fix this gift card payment problem and the app would be getting five stars. I would also be giving much more consistent business.

Worst most money-wasting app ever. This frickin app resets your home store every time you order from a different location and never uses your actual location—you cannot temporarily set a store location for one order. So twice now I have ordered then noticed RIGHT AWAY the far away pickup location and there’s no way to cancel the order: I tried calling and never got through. So I had to re-order from my normal home store and still pay for the one the app ordered from a store far far away!!! WHY DOESNT THE APP USE LOCATION?!? They should at least force you to choose each time !! It’s like they are doing it on purpose: then you cannot get through on the phone to cancel. So the app steals your money and it’s like roulette. House wins by having a messed up app. It’s incomprehensible that there would be no way to cancel. It is STEALING!!

We ended up eating cereal for dinner. This was our first attempt using the app. First, it wouldn’t let us order the new pizza because the button didn’t work. Once we ordered for delivery, the estimated wait time to get our food was 45 min. After 45 mins the app said it was delivered, however door dash said it was still at the store. I tried calling the store, no one answered. I tried calling the door dash driver and he didn’t answer. I called the support line the little ceaser app provided. I got some help, but in the end the woman said I don’t know what’s going on and wrote up a ticket. I have no idea if I was charged for the pizza. The whole process of calling and waiting took another hour. I could have driven to the store myself, ordered in person, waited, eaten, and be done in 45 mins. But in the end we didn’t get a pizza, the store closed by this time and we ended up eating cereal for dinner. I would recommend NOT using the app.

Not a good experience at this location. I had placed an order on the mobile app, as I waited for my order at the store I noticed the front attendant was giving out the pizza coming from the oven to the wall up folks. I mentioned it and got a smart remark, he continued to do the same thing after three more walk up came thru the door. The manager noticed me there and just didn’t say anything. Until an employee who was prepari g at the back of the store noticed I was still there and came up to me and asked. She took the next pie and my second pie was a pep but they had no more so another 5-7 mins and I just asked for another cheese. The manager heard the conversation and didn’t even approach us even though he was listening in. Can’t express how much I won’t be returning to this location again. Not to exaggerate but more than 7 folks were just standing there waiting for their orders while seeing walks up taking their pizza out the door.

Needs Improvement. The app is a decent restaurant app but lacks certain features that are a necessity. I enjoy being able to set favorite items for quicker orders and being able to set orders for pickup from an In store pizza portal with accurate time estimates is very helpful. And While it’s incredibly convenient to order on the app and pick up your order from the pizza portal without having to interact with anybody, the app has certain downsides that don’t always make using it worth it. The app can crash and load very slowly at times, it also lacks any form of item editing or special requests. Currently, the app has no way to request removing or adding toppings at all. There are also minor things like not including bundle deals that you’d find in stores but these aren’t as frustrating as the previously mentioned issues. For the most part, I use the app whenever I order but when I want a stuffed crust with no pepperoni, I have to call the store ahead, and I’d much rather just use the app.

I'll wait another 20 years. I asked my employees what they wanted for lunch (my treat) and they all wanted Little Ceasars. Ok! Had one of my managers call in the order and they placed her on hold for 10 minutes and that was the first warning sign. Told her it was ok and I'll just download the app on my phone, place the order(@ 12:50p) and by the time I get there it would be ready. Silly rabbit! After arriving to the restaurant, there were several customers standing around with no one behind the counter. Now granted the time I arrived to the restaurant (1:15p) my order should've already been ready to pick up (1:10-1:15p). It took 9 minutes for someone to peak their head out to ask the name on the order (1:24p) and said that my order will be done in 3-4 minutes. The worker didn't come back out with my order until 1:38p. LC and their franchisees need to offer better pay if they ever want to fix their customer service issue. As a manager in the customer service field, I make sure to take good care of my employees along with my customers.

A few nuisances that make app annoying to use. I don't like how the app forces you to use Apple Pay instead of manually enter a credit card number. What if I wanted to use a different card? I also don't enjoy how the app doesn't tell you from which pizza location the delivery will be coming from. I had a coupon for a free pizza but did not give me the option on the app, so I had to call several locations just to figure out which one my order was on so I'd be able to ask them to add the pizza to the delivery. This was very inconvenient as I was simply trying to send an order to my friend who lives in a different location of town from me. Another reason this is a bad design is because when I called the location for the delivery, they told me delivery is for the app only. So you are forced to use this terrible app. Lastly, I don't like how when you check out as a guest, you can't go back and see the status of your order. You have to figure out which location it is and call if you have a question or alteration on the order. Dominos, for example, tells you when they're firing up your pizza, when it gets out of the oven and keeps you updated every step of the way. Little Cesar's app logs you out and you can't check on your order, it just resets which is very irritating.

I placed an order and it disappeared. I placed an order on the app at 6:58 p.m. and went to the store to pick up. The app told me my pizza would be ready between 7:15-7:20 p.m. and that a notification and an email would be sent when the pizzas were ready, and I could just use the pizza portal in the store. None of these things ever occurred, and when I went back into the app to show the clerk my order on the app, it was gone. Even now at 11:30 p.m. it shows no orders ever placed on my account, but I am logged in on the account I ordered from (I only have one account). What if I needed a refund or to report an issue with my order? I was lucky that this location was overwhelmed and just started handing out pizzas left and right without ringing them up or checking receipts/apps/etc. Otherwise I would have ZERO proof of my order other than having to show them my bank statement where I was charged for the food. Super inefficient app but luckily an even more inefficient restaurant.

App Sucks Now. Your new update broke the app, as I can not change the pizza type. The pizza type is stuck as Chicago deep dish (which is great) but that is not what I want right now lol. Please fix your app so I can choose different styles of pizza. Selected 1 star rating so you will hopefully notice my request. Sincerely, Upset Customer

Little ceasers. Love it after work best thing to eat

Horrible Service. After placing my order online and receiving confirmation with a ready time, 5:14-5:19pm. Arrived at 5:15 to the store, waited in line at least 5 minutes. Then told my order would take 10 minutes… even though I ordered online and said ready by 5:19. At 5:37… still waiting for it and advised it’s in the oven. Seriously!! What’s the point of the quick and easy online ordering?? What should have been an in and out experience turned into 40 min wait. Such horrible experience and service, first time on the app and likely the last.

Good Pizza, Fair Price. It’s hard to order food nowadays for a family of 5 for under $80-100, but Little Caesars still manages to do it! Would like some more stuffed crust combo deals but perhaps I’m just looking for something to complain about. Now with Pretzel crust! Spot on!!

App can’t find my location. Previous app at least could figure out I was in Canada, this one only has USA functionality. Stop trying to use algorithms, just let me enter my address.

Was nothing like what I ordered. Said a large 12 pieces… and it wasnt even a large.. it was a medium just cut ip differently !! Bery disappointed !!!

Error. Unable to pay for anything, tried two different cards, keeps saying invalid token.

Lousy service. Lousy, I ordered it drove 15 minutes to the store and they told me when I walked in. Oh we just got it’s gonna be another 1520 minutes canceled it.

Simple to use. Love the track order option. No complaints so far.

Did anyone even test this app?. Tried entering different credit cards and it keeps saying token expired. No option to pay in store or with any other method. Sooo.... I just wasted 20minutes trying to save some time. Thanks for nothing.

No good in Canada. Won’t accept Canadian address information great for Americans but not Canadians can’t add card info to account ha ha ha waste of time

Service fee. The extra service fee is annoying! Only reason I ordered through the app is because Skip and Dash menus don’t offer the cinnibites which my kids wanted this time.

Wrong stuff. Didn’t get what I ordered when I arrived home… they also forgot to ask me to pay I had to actually ask them to pay…

Awesome pizza. That pizza was so good. Saving the mini pizzas for lunch tomorrow!

No Apple Pay. No Apple Pay feature. And no option to pay cash. Dominos is better quality pizza anyways.

Dropped there app & serves. Will no longer use their service. They literally doubled their lunch special in It was like 4.99+ tax. Now it’s $8.25+tax how the hell can you call that a special no actual food under $7.99 unless you want their junk food completely done I’ll go to the groceries store and spent $3.99- $6.99 on a pizza and wait 15 minutes to eat and save me 20 bucks PS congratulations on your record high earnings last quarter you’re doing excellent grinding everyone.

Not pleased. When I placed the order the app didn’t verify the pickup time that I had set to 3:00pm so I got an angry call from the store member yelling at me saying it’s not his problem that the app didn’t change it to the correct pick up time and that I need to come get these soggy pizzas. He then continued to give me attitude and blame me for the app not updating the information properly and the hung up on me. Needless to say I didn’t go pick up my soggy pizzas at 3:00 when I had originally scheduled them for.

Convenient & app works great. Easy to use and works like a charm. I don’t browse the app enough to know how easy it is to order limited time items like the pretzel crust but other than that it’s a great app.

Can’t enter address. Can’t enter address How are you supposed to deliver if you can enter your address?

Cut your pizza Lazy !!!!. Pizza came uncut BRUTAL!!!

App does not update. I placed an order on this app. It never updated and advises me when the order was completed. After waiting for a half hour I enter the store and food is sitting in the warmer. 50$ for dead food. Not good enough!!!

DISGUSTINGLY INEPT. I’m just trying to get a god damn pizza delivered, and your app can’t even recognize my BMO card, no reason why just “authentication failed”! So I then go to customer support, and guess what happens? THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT LEADS TO THE DELIVERY PAGE! WHAT THE #*%£ IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS?!

Not for Canada. Can’t find a Canadian location.

Order for now at 11:30 AM not ready till 3:30 PM. After placing my order at 11:30 AM I arrived at 12 to pick it up and it said it will not be ready till 3:30 PM so I had to re-order at the counter and now I’m sitting in my car waiting for the pizza to be cooked. This is not cool.

What’s the point?. It doesn’t do point or rewards the website or calling is just the same? 🤷‍♀️

Not impressed with the delivery. Pizza was cold. Waited for 90 minutes for a restaurant that is 10 minutes away. Not impressed Pizza was cold

Fix issue. Let’s me go through the whole thing just to say whoops error please try again or call for pickup. Then I call for delivery and they won’t take deliveries over the phone so use the app but the app doesn’t work so call skip the dishes ... and pay like double ya no thanks !!! Fix this issue !!!

Medium stuffed pizza and medium double pizza special. I had this and I’m very satisfied with my order, fresh toppings, fresh dough, warm pizza and delicious :) yummy

App and Website Never Work to Order. Not sure why but both the app and online never allow me too checkout. They both just say experiencing technical difficulties, please call the store. Does this every single time I try to order from there, everytime.

Muy rápido. Muy rápido y a tiempo

If Canadian must manually update Country. I am a Canadian and downloaded app from the Canadian iPhone App Store. I tried to setup an account, reset password and login. All triggered failure messages. I ended up using my PC to address each issue and went back to app but ultimately all aspects of app failed and I just ordered via the web. Today I figured out why. If you I still the app and go straight to sign in, you never are prompted for updating your Country. Even though I downloaded it from the Canadian store the default was United States. With that set, you can’t login to an existing Canadian account and there error simply says your email or password is invalid. Only by clicking the three parallel lines in the upper left, going into Preferences and changing the Country could I then log into my account. This also allowed my to locate my local stores and lookup my address. I see a lot of comments about app not finding Canadian addresses, this is likely due to same issue. App might work great if you are American, but if you plan to distribute it to other countries you should fix it either so that it automatically works there or you prompt for location.

Horrible service. Finally was able to put in a delivery order after the website was not working, waited almost an hour for food only for it to say cancelled at 7:43pm when it was 7:33pm. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Won’t accept credit card information. Won’t accept credit card information

Does not work in Canada.. Looks like multiple reviews saying the same thing. This app does not recognize that we are in Canada and will not allow a Canadian city to be entered into the location finder screen.

Missing item. Missing an item

Great. Love using the pizza portal very convenient they just need to update to accept Apple Pay through the app and better Apple Watch support other than this app is excellent very easy to use

Pizza. It’s just ok

Simple but useful app. No sign up needed. Well designed interface. No frills and easy to use. Works every time.

first time ever using. 5/5 experience. Would go again. Was always a dominos guy , i am swayed

pizza. i love pizza

Missing basic functionality. Says it accepts Apple Pay, but doesn’t. When I try to set up a credit card, it just keeps saying “invalid or expired single use token”. After 20 min with this, I ended up just having to call the store.

Great pizza. I love the pizza but the crazy bread is usually too over cooked. Too many charges

Fast and friendly. Was ready 10 minutes before my app told me it was going to be. Super fast and super friendly and great price for great pizza

Doesn’t work!. Jeez you guys why would you make an app and then not test it to see if it actually works. Last time I tried to use it about 3 weeks ago it wouldn’t accept my card as payment just kept bouncing me back. I figured by now they would have it fixed, I tried to order again and got to payment then it says “oops we can’t place your order right now”. You should just delete the app and start over it doesn’t work at all.

App keeps recommending an address in another city. I can’t even order delivery because it keeps choosing another address for me after I select my address from the list.

Support. Why can’t we get to support directly from the App. When you going to contact us you are directed to a US site and they only give you US sites and US restaurants. What about Canada? Are we not important to you? Further, in the last two weeks I have tried to contact Little Ceaser’s using their on line site on four separate occasions and never got a response. They totally disregard any criticism, do not feel compelled to answer their emails, have no following on social media, do not fix their App, have a poor record of answering their phones so you can order a pizza ahead of time, have created a pizza portal system, which in my experience does not work as promised since most of the times pizzas that I ordered are not prepared as requested, and finally, have created an App which only works if the restaurant in your area that has a Pizza Portal but if you can find one, you have no way to comment on their service, since the App refers all complaints to a service that only works in the USA.

Long wait. An hour wait after ordering. Pizza cold. No refund.

Update your menu for the food you have and don’t have. The employees don’t have access or availability to change /substitute items that they are out of stock or no longer carry so you preorder and at times prepay and don’t get what you’re ordering. Absolutely ridiculous

Easy. Wow So easy to use the App to order Pizza

Will not accept my Canadian credit card. Will not accept my Canadian credit card

Lack of Communication Between App and Stores. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza, a stuffed pretzel crust pizza, stuffed crazy bread, and extra marinara at 8:30 tonight. The pretzel crust pizza was re-released yesterday, 03/27. We get ready and drive 25 minutes to the closest Little Caesar’s only for them to tell us at 9:10 that they did not offer the pretzel crust products yet, were out of crazy bread, and because we ordered on the app, they could not issue a refund. The store gave us a regular pizza, a stuffed crust pizza, and 2 sides of wings to make things as right as possible, despite the fact that issue does not lie with the store, it seems to lie with the app and it’s communication. At this day in age, food ordering should be an omni-channel experience, which is does not seem to be supported at this time with Little Caesar’s.

Love it. The app is simple and fast. I been using it for about 9 months now and I love it because I dotnt have to wait in line to order, then wait for my order. I place my order online, get a notification when it’s ready, go to the location I ordered from, put in the 3 digit code/scan my phone on the portal and grab my order, no wait! I love it! When I get my order and the store is always packed with ppl waiting for their order and when they see me, they say, “wow! I need to do what she did!” Lol don’t get no better. And I don’t leave reviews at all! I had to leave one for this app!

Bad Customer Service. Ordered on portal, received message to come in and get order as they were unable to input on portal. The worker literally put a most best pizza in a small box and closed it up like a taco and tried to give my hubby the pizza like that! He called her out. My order was completely wrong. I told her I still needed a cheese pizza and she came back and said “what if I accidentally gave your cheese pizza to someone else, would you take a stixpizza for free(it had been in the warmer for over the 40 min I was waiting). So my husband told her NO, my kids want a cheese pizza. I ordered Buffalo wings, she gave me bbq wings! 🙄 she then comes back goes to the warmer and then pulls out half my order and says, “oh my I forgot I had finished this order already!” Still wrong pizzas the wings, zesty bread and cheese pizza still missing! It was just a BIG FAT MESS! I won’t be ordering for the app anymore!

You cannot place an online order with gift card. Little Caesars is my goto pizza since Costco is closed early. Otherwise my favorite “Pizza Hut’s Pan Pizza has gone way to expensive and Dominos as well. I like Little Caesars Pizza, and love to place an online/app order to pick up, so I don’t have to wait in line. Someone gifted me Little Caesars gift cards, but I cannot use it via this app. I hate waiting in line for 25 minutes for a single Pizza. Hence I love to order online via an app, but found that they don’t support gift card purchase when buying online or via app. Gift cards are only accepted in Store/restaurant. So here goes my 3 star rating. Little Caesars if you are reading this, please update your app and website to accept your own gift cards.

Slow and server lied.. I have had a problem with this store repeatedly. They either don’t have enough help or the help that is there is rude. Another customer came in after me. I ordered mine on the portal at home around 7:40 PM. I came in and my pizza was not done yet. The customer after me came in, ordered at the counter and got his food before me. He said that he was going to wait until my food came up before he left and ask the guy why his food came up before mine. The kid at the counter told him that I ordered outside and walked in right after I ordered. I ordered at my house which is about 3 miles away. I sat at my kitchen table for a few minutes and then I got in my car and went down there. I told the kid that I did not just order outside and walk in. I told him I ordered at my house. He said whatever. The other customer said it was not worth it to argue anymore.

Mostly good. I would give the app 3.5 stars if I could. The things I like are that it is very simple to use. The list of choices is very straightforward. I love that it uses Apple Pay. I have a couple things that bug me though. The simple straightforward list is also one of the negatives. It would be nice if you could collapse the navigation or have categories. My biggest peeve with it though is that it only operates in portrait mode on my iPad. I almost never use portrait except for this scenario. Otherwise my iPad lives in landscape mode and I want this app to work in landscape. Make a left hand nav bar with food categories and make the app work in landscape and it’s 5 stars for sure.

Easy app. The app is quick and easy to use. I live 30 minutes away from my grandkids and this makes it SO easy to order an inexpensive pizza for my teenage grandkids who can then go and pick up their pizza or whatever! And I’ve paid for it from the comfort of my home. Before I figured out the app, I had to listen to the “We’re hungry and there’s nothing to eat here” all the time. So I told them that I got several apps & I limit them to 2-3 fast food meals on me a week. They’re very happy now… and that makes ME happy too!!

Took way too long. I ordered only two classic pepperoni pizzas and they were supposed to be ready in 15 minutes max. I never got the email to pick them up. So after about 30 minutes, I went to pick them up. I made the line for about 15 minutes. Once I got to the window, the cashier told me it would be ready in another 15 minutes and that he would bring it to me in the parking lot. He never took it outside, so after waiting for about 20 minutes, I decided to wait in the drive thru line again. The pizza was finally ready. The cashier was very nice but the waiting was unreasonable for just two regular pizzas. This has never happened to me before, and I hope it never happens again.

Love the ease of using this app!. I love how easy it it is to place orders, save your favorites, store your payment methods & track your order using this app. The only thing I would improve with the whole experience is Little Caesars providing their own delivery drivers instead of using DoorDash so that more money could be put towards the driver’s tips instead of towards all the delivery & service fees. Also, on numerous occasions while tracking my order the drivers seem to take the longest possible route to my house & at times are driving in circles. Doesn’t seem efficient.

Unimpressed. Not very impressed with the customer service or the food. I sent my son in to pick up our food from the portal. I did this so that he could gain experience at going into a store and asking for help if needed. He had asked if the sauce was in the box, but was told we did not order it. (When ordering “breadsticks” I was thinking it came with sauce.) He came out with the food and drinks and had to go back in to purchase the sauce. Upon his return again he said that the guy must be having a bad day because he wasn’t very nice. It’s sad that a kid has to feel uncomfortable due to a lack of customer service going above and beyond. Unfortunately, the breadsticks were a bit doughy and seemed a cheesier than usual. Just wasn’t as good as we’ve had before.

Easy Easy!. My goodness! I have used apps to order pizza before, but this Little Caesar’s app was quite literally the easiest app I have ever used. I ate a lot of Little Caesar’s when I was a kid, then I got “sophisticated” and I wouldn’t. Then about 2 years ago I tried it again and I realized it’s not actually bad, especially when you consider the price and how many people I can feed for relatively cheap. That is NOT a knock on LC, it’s a compliment. They make pizza that’s as good as any other take out, at a price that destroys the competition. Now throw in the app and there is no freaking way I’m ordering pizza for the kids anywhere else! Good job LC!

Waited way too long. When I placed my order the app said it would be ready at 8:00pm. I requested that it be ready for pickup at 8:15pm. I arrived at Little Caesar’s at 8:15pm. I waited to receive an email stating my pizza was ready, like the App pickup instructions said would happen. At 8:30pm, I went into business, which had only one customer inside. I told employee I had waited to receive an email saying my pizza was ready, but it was 15 minutes past pickup time. The employee stated they do not send emails. I explained to the employee that their App said I would receive an email when my pizza was ready. The employee said again, “We don’t send emails.” Why does the App say that you will receive an email when your order is ready if that is not true??!!??

3 stars because you need to change something. I get heartburn from pizza. So I like my pizza with light sauce. I think you need to be able to customize the food your getting, like light sauce, or extra parmesan cheese on the crayz bread or extra butter. Most of the time if I don’t go in the store and order. They won’t be good because there nothing on the bread sticks. I love crayz bread made by someone I tell in person in the store. Problem is they are so busy , it’s hard to talk to anyone in the store. That why ordering online is so much easier. But you can’t give certain instructions, because there is no menu, that allows me to tell you how I like it. If there was I bet your crayz bread sales would be through the roof. But there’s not.

Last Update- iOS Version Issues. The last update has created compatibility issues. I sent a message to their support team more than a week ago, but didn’t get a reply. The description for the app in the App Store says it works with iOS 11 and above. My iPhone 6 is v12.4.8, the most current version available for my model. As of this latest update, the app launches and says it no longer supports this iOS, and then it redirects to their website. The version notes are generic and don’t mention any compatibility changes. My low rating is due to their lack of information. I increased it to two stars just due to the website redirect that at least gives you an option.

Best thing to happen to Little Caesars. I like to order the stuff crust pizza with half mushroom and half pineapple. They rarely answer the phone and when they do, they act like I’m inconveniencing them. Also, I don’t want to sit it the store with 15 other people. I got the point I would go elsewhere because of it quick a few times. We order every Saturday night. This app came along and it is what has kept me as a customer. Most of the time I don’t have to deal with the staff which is great! The only time I have to is when the pizza machine is not working right. Way to go Little Caesars!

Zero customer support. I ordered delivery pizza for my son’s birthday party. When I typed in the address - it auto corrected and selected a wrong address and I didn’t notice until after I placed an order. Instead of WEST it put EAST which was a different address altogether. I immediately called the number on the app. 4-5x call failed immediately. Finally I got through but was on hold. Meanwhile the pizza is cooking and almost ready to deliver to the wrong address. I called my local little caesars and no one answered. I became very frustrated and had to send my sister to pickup the pizzas. I was then flooded with calls from door dash who apparently COULDNT FIND MY PIZZA. and they still got my delivery fee and tip. I called them 2 more times the next day and left voicemails to get my delivery fee and delivery tip refunded NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL. Order at your own risk there is NO EMAIL OR CHAT SUPPORT only a useless number no one ever answers

Little Caesar doesn’t care. I ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery for the first time ever...after 40 minute wait, my order arrives missing one of the pizzas and the 2 liter soda. I called the DoorDash driver who unfortunately did not understand enough English other than to say I need to call the store because that’s what they gave him. (Even though the piece count on the tag on the pizza I did get says 5 items) I then called customer service who took several minutes to find my order even though I gave them the order number and all info needed. After explaining his computer was slow and to blame he informed me that he put through a REQUEST for a refund of the missing items and that the refund generally take 7-10 days to process. Other than the obligatory over-apologizing that all customer service people do, I got no resolution. No offer to process a new order...no offer to contact the store who should be wondering why three-fifths of my purchase is still at their location...NOTHING! The result is I will not patronize Little Caesars again. It won’t impact them one bit. But I will utilize every avenue I can find to share my story.

Terrible Service!. Put in a mobile order. The mobile name given on the app was “D” and the pickup number was “358.” “Ebony” answered the intercom and I gave her the information given on the app. She then became irate, telling me that I had to provide her with a last name in order to pick up my purchase. I was confused because a last name was never given, nor has it EVER been required for me to pick up an order. Although I already explained to her the order name to pick up was “D,” and provided her with the order number, I suggested to her to see what was being displayed to me for herself. When I got to the window, she looked at my phone and got my order out. This is my first and last time at this location. Ebony was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. If you want to keep customers away from this location, keep her.

Make a LITE SAUCE option. I really love using apps for pre-ordering food. I can get some shopping done, order my food, run by and pick it up, and wallah! But my family always prefers lite sauce on our pizza, which there is no option for. In fact, I’m not sure you can customize anything on this app. So, we are left to calling ahead, and our local Little Ceasar doesn’t answer the phone, half the time. PLEASE add a “lite sauce” option to your app. And for people saying other pizza franchises apps are confusing... really? lol Just learn how to use it. I love that Dominos lets you choose every customization you can think of. And the exact amounts of what you want on it. And you can even do halves. Easy peasy! All I’m asking Little Ceasars to do is have a LITE SAUCE option. Is that really that hard?

It’s just to easy to use!. Your competitors app’s are lengthy and hard to use! And one of them makes you order an additional pizza online when you are eligible for a free pizza what kind of sense does that make the whole idea behind the rewards process is to buy enough pizza so that you can get the free pizza either in store or online, whenever you want it! on top of that if you go in store and try to order your free pizza they can’t find it in the system in other words you can only get the free pizza online and again it makes you order an additional pizza to get it, what kind of customer service is that????

Underwhelmed. Ordered a pick up order. Got there before the app said it was ready but no big deal. Assistant Manager was talking to the couple in front of me, not about food, but about hers and there personal issues. They stepped to the far side of the counter and as I waited for her to acknowledge me, another gentleman stepped in through the door for a pick up order. She ignored me and helped him first. Ok. Fine. I’m an adult. Whatever. But after helping him she looked at me, literally rolled her eyes and said, “yes”. Pickup for……. I called it in earlier. No apologies, just here you go, have a nice day. Got the pizza home and most of the toppings were in the middle of the pizza. It tasted cold (I live 5 minutes away). Crust wasn’t very tasty at all. Breadsticks were unimpressive, no flavor just dough. Doubt if I’ll go back. Their comeback was very unimpressive from what they had before. Huge downturn in quality. And the assistant manager needs retraining. Not that it matters to me personally, I’m white. Manager and all three customers were black. I’m not saying she’s racist, but if more complaints of this nature occur I think it needs to be addressed.

Little Ceasers. I would like to be able to give L.C. a much better rating, maybe 10 or 15 BUT, they have a problem with fixing my pizza right. My wife and myself always get the same pizza every time we order and for some reason they can’t seems to get it right. I am disabled so l have ordered as much as 2 or 3 times a week. As for parties, we have to have 10 to 12 pizzas for each party. It has got so bad I have been going to a Pizza Hut which is closer by around 5 miles, but it is some what more expensive but at lease I get what I want. I like L.C. but like anybody else I want what I want. I would like to go to L.C. but there are to many other pizza places that I could go to. I appreciate your time. So any help would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Simple and effective. I was able to browse the menu and order what I wanted with ease. I was even able to add items to my favorites for a more convient checkout. The app offered a great recommendation before I checked out! Im usually annoyed when they offer something RIGHT before checking out but the offered new limited items that I just had to try! Otherwise, I might’ve not have tried it, but I’m glad I did because their new items are delicious! Love this app and will continue to use for now on

App not designed well, causes wrong orders. This app does not work well. It’s easy for the slide/swipe movement to make unwanted changes — that or the options we see are linked to the wrong products. But I do know that I sometimes try to go to the next option/screen, but the app stays in the same screen and slides/swipes what I had just chosen and MEESES IT UP. Then I try to fix it. But today, I had errorS (plural) in my order, for the pizza that I had trouble getting the app to let me order like I wanted. Other apps I use do not cause these problems. Just let us tap items or radio buttons. Also make the print larger where it describes our order. You got away with making me pay for wrong items today, but you have lost my business. I would rate this a zero or negative number if Apple would let me.

App is so good i had to write a review. I called to order pizza delivered to my house. The cashier told me i have to download the app to do so. I begrudgingly hung up the phone and proceeded to download the app. MINDBLOWN. The animations and interface are so intuitive and easy to use. The UI engineer for this app needs a pay raise. After completing my order i was so pleased with my experience I vocally shouted to my family that i need to write a review for this app. So here I am. This is the best food app for a food joint i have ever used. Soo smooth and easy to understand. I will definitely be ordering more pizza using this app in the future.

Best app I’ve ever used for food. Simple, easy to understand, straight forward, attractive app that gets to the point of ordering. No glitches other than have to choose and save my favorite store location several times. Other than that, with the combination of the crew that works in Pleasanton, TX where I have never ever in my entire life have had a bad experience; never had my order messed up or missing any food. It’s my favorite food ordering app out there. My family loves this pizza and I love the price. Always hot and great quality ingredients that make really good affordable pizza.

Bad Service. I ordered the special- Large pepperoni pizza, crazy bread and Sierra Mist they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to store to pick it up at the time I was quoted. I had to wait an extra minutes while multiple customer came in after me and was able to to get their order. They told me that my order will be right out but it still was not available. Then once it was ready there was no Sierra Mist and then she said that she could get one from the back but she returned in less than 5 minutes and said they did not have any in the back. The crazy bread on in a torn bag and the bread was not completely cooked. There was hardly any pepperoni on the pizza. We were very disappointed.

Do Not Waste Your Time!!!. This is the worst company ever!!!!! They do delivery thru doordash and they get the order wrong every single time!!! But tonight was the worst of all: I didn’t get my order at all!!! The driver never showed up! When she was half an late (after the latest estimated time) I call her and she said she didn’t know how long she was going to be because she had a flat tire! Then I asked, why nobody told me before and why they didn’t designated another driver for me? She said she didn’t know! And they just cancelled my order!!!! Are you kidding me???? Who told them to cancel my order???? And then you can’t even cancel your order nor get your money back! I hate them! Both of those companies are gone for me! I will never buy from them again.

Online ordering with the Little Caesars’ App. I was in a thousand hurries after working all day, running errands, and purchasing some last minute party supplies for my 14-year-old “grand-cousin”! I was dreading using the Little Caesars’ app because I’ve used other apps that have been difficult to navigate. Imagine my ultimate surprise when I registered, ordered exactly what they requested from our favorite Pizza place, and paid in the blink of an eye! It was ready, hot and the gentlemen behind the counter were so nice! They offered to take all those pizzas and extras to my car! Everyone loved the food and that made our time together even more enjoyable! Oh yeah, I’ll be back....and ordering with my newly-favored app!

Better than “Hot & Ready”. On a busy Friday or Saturday you can still end up waiting for a pizza at a busy location and you don’t really get to choose what you want, only what’s available. Well its all changed with this app! You can order exactly what you want and literally walk in & walk out in 10 seconds when ordering through the app and using the pizza portal! The looks on people’s faces when you get your order without waiting and using the portal is priceless! LOL Why everyone doesn’t use the app, I don’t know. You should! Get this app I cannot recommend it enough! Game changer! What are you waiting for!?! Not your pizza anymore!

Started great, has gone down hill. When I first started using the app it worked great and had no problems with the 3rd party delivery service. About a month ago I ordered my pizza with delivery. After about 10 minutes past the estimated delivery time I called the store just to hear they were having problems with getting drivers that day. No call or notification that I would be better off picking it up myself. Ended up eating luke warm pizza I picked up myself after paying for delivery. Tried getting a rebate, but got nothing. Didn’t even get a ‘sorry’ from the employee. Not the past 2 days I can’t even get my order to go through. I authorize the payment and it just says technical error please call the store.

Poor work ethic. Just picked up the fan Cerrone which is my go to pizza at the little Caesars in Fresno on Fresno and B St. Workers didn’t bother to separate pepperoni there were many spots and even four pieces that didn’t have pepperoni on them at all. There’s no way there is 100 pepperoni on this pizza as advertised. When I spoke to the worker he stated that when the pizza cooks the pepperonis all bunched up together. I guess he thinks I’m stupid. As I mentioned I have purchased this pizza from many different locations. It’s unfortunate that the crew in this location doesn’t have a better work ethic and take pride in their work. What’s also unfortunate is that I have had these experiences before and left reviews before and never been contacted by Little Caesars in any attempt to make it right

Check out glitch costs me double!. Don’t download this app, I called customer service to inform them even tho I only had one confirmation and it was the “second” order and it was the one I removed an item originally in the cart. I then get confirmation after putting this order in. At this point only once and it was the order with two items gave me confirmation. Then at my door I have 5 friggin pizzas and I call care to tell them what happened because I didn’t want or need that much pizza and on my end it only went through once but all I got was a “it’s already been delivered nothing I can do bout it” listen I didn’t order that much food and now that’ll be a waist of food and money because we won’t be able to finish it all before it goes bad. RIDICULOUS. It is not my fault the app is so janky and yet I’m charged for it.

TRUE Hot and Ready. My local Little Caesars is a busy place and they don’t always have what I want when I want it. Also, I tend to want pizza at times other than 4pm to 8pm. And with Covid I prefer not to exchange money with a person at a counter with a line of people. Thank goodness for the Little Caesars app!! Last night I ordered my pizza on the app, and picked it up in the Pizza Portal and it was blazin’ hot when I got home. I tried the Pepperoni and Cheese stuffed crust and the good news it was the best pizza I’ve had in years. The bad news is I could not stop eating it since it was so yummy!! You are forewarned 🤣!

App says pizza ready BUT ITS NOT. I’ve ordered using this app before, usually fine but not this time! I ordered thin pepperoni, tracker says it’s done but when I arrive to pick up the door is locked so I can’t use the portal (why have the in store option if you’re just going to lock door?!) so I wait in drive thru line, get to window and employee has no record of my pizza! I show him the app and tracker…shows it was done and ready 10 minutes before, he doesn’t know-says he’s been cooking pizzas and hasn’t done any thin crusts…so now I wait, since I already paid- what’s the point of ordering on app if employees can’t do it right?!? Btw- when I pulled in most of the employees were in parking lot on a smoke break, only 1 guy still in store, other orders seemed to have problems too, but no one able to fix/understand them.

Never Works. Out of the 23 times I’ve attempted to use this app to place an order, it’s only worked 4 times. Almost every time I try to order something it says “online ordering is temporarily unavailable at this location”. Online ordering is basically the only function the app has, so the app itself is pointless if nobody can ever use it. If the employees are disabling it because they feel that they’re too busy to deal with it then deal with that issue or get rid of your pitiful online ordering system and useless app. Also, do you realize that it takes twice as long to deal with a phoned in order? The employee answers the phone, the customer tells the employee what they want, the employee has to enter it in to a computer and handle the transaction. The employee wouldn’t have had to listen to the order, enter it into the computer, or handle the transaction. When the app works, it’s fine. It’s kind of bland, but the simplicity makes it very easy to use. Just fix your system, and maybe add a button to add garlic butter Parmesan to the crust/whole pizza and all will be well.

Bad service not doing their job. Placed an order through my phone because they said they weren’t taking any orders when I walked up to the register play still at 9:40 said he was gonna be done at 10:15. I’ve been waiting no buddy sent me and confirmation that it was ready I had to get off and go back inside to ask about my order and it was ready in the oven but they didn’t send me no confirmation that it was done so if I wouldn’t of went in there, I have been waiting in my car car for knows how long they need to replace these people with robots that will be the best way people just don’t want to work now and days I don’t want to do their job right so for your future information the best thing is if you were replacing a robot you don’t have no problems and more happy people

Can’t order classics $5 pizza. The app is worthless! you cannot order your favorite item. You cannot order the classics $5 pizza from the app. I usually order 2 of 3 items and one is always the classics. But since I can’t order it thru the app, then there is no point to have this app since I’m going to the store to wait for a classic pizza? I had order an item, I go to pick it up and many times I have to wait because they are out of classic. In addition, the kiosks are always empty so I have to wait in line to tell the guys working there that I ordered online then they go to the back and bring the pizza, so this inconvenience defeat the purpose of this app. It had happened in three different stores. I am quoting this app and ordering from domino’s I can order any item in their menu and takes no time to pick it up.

Tomatoes. I too am a huge fan of the pizza portal. Takes away standing in line & makes me feel empowered to walk past the people waiting on their pizzas....not sure why you wouldn’t use it! I did overhear someone once tell their child that it costs more to get it that way- if I’d felt more social, I’d have corrected her. But I do wonder why Little Caesars doesn’t have tomatoes as a pizza topping? It seems so bizarre! I’m usually content to share cheese only with my daughter but recently wanted to customize for myself- and was disappointed there were no options for tomatoes..... Otherwise, I’m a huge fan of all the positive changes, still delicious pizza & very very affordable.

Stay Away. I saw the previous ratings and thought how can you go wrong with a pick up. Ordered sausage and mushroom. Wait time was 30 minutes. Waited for message that pizza is ready at counter. Went inside. By now it’s been one hour since ordered. Several people waiting. Restaurant couldn’t find pizza. Confirmed I had correct LCP. Another 15 minutes and all of a sudden my pizza was ready. Said I’d ordered Supreme. Fine. One of the guys waiting said the box they gave me had been sitting there. Get home, the pizza is cold and crust tough and dried out. It could be left over from yesterday. Management and LCP should be embarrassed. Worst management of any pizza or fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. The clerk was overwhelmed and she was asking management what to do and she was ignored. Never again will I give a LCP my business.

Consistently Works. Little Caesar’s has officially surpassed my previous favorite which was chic-fil-a. The reason why chic-fil-a was my favorite was due to the rewards program but Little Caesar’s app is superior in so many aspects: 1. I can submit my order and pay prior to my arrival and I’m notified when my order is ready. In contrast, the chic. app doesn’t start your order until you get to the store and let a staff member know you are there to pick up the order. 2. With the Little Caesar’s app, there is not a requirement to have a conversation with the staff members (only if I choose to) 3. App notifies me when my order is ready allowing me to stay in my car instead of waiting in the store 4. Love the fact that I can get a free 2 liter thanks to the current promo. 5. The value far exceeds the costs of other “fast food” options- I save money when I choose Little Caesar’s to feed my daughter and myself. One pizza and the free 2 liter sets me back ~$7 and that won’t cover 2 combo meals from a competitor.

Doesn’t accept payments!!. I call my local store and an automated message tells me over and over to just get the app. Finally have the option to talk to my store and the store doesn’t answer. The automated message tells me again to get the app. Fine! I download it and it’s actually designed well. I go to pay and it looks like they only take Apple Pay; whatever. “OOPS!” App says it encountered an error. I figure out how to pay with a different card but have to “add” the card. Not crazy about having the App store it but I’m hungry so I enter it all along with my billing address. Hit pay and “OOPS!” Different error this time and a message pops up telling me, wait for it, “to call the store and place my order with them.” Hahaha!!! Save yourself some time and just tell the people at the counter what you want.

They use DoorDash. I don’t know about anybody else, but DoorDash has been extremely horrible in my area. Anytime you order from DoorDash you end up waiting about an hour and a half to two hours for anything. Which is why I switched Uber eats. Long story short ordered from the app and whoever the driver was for DoorDash. I honestly think they mixed up the order and gave us the wrong order. They told us just give a call and they will fix it right away and get us another order. So I call and I get told that I’ll just get my money refunded in 10 business days. So basically go kick rocks and if you wanted something well try again. I would’ve preferred the order just to be made right rather than get my money back. DoorDash is not the way to go.

Do not pay with Apple Pay…Huge glitch!. After my experience tonight, I do not recommend using the app to order. In my opinion, there’s a glitch with paying for your order, especially with Apple Pay. Long story short, I intended to pay with Apple Pay and Apple Pay decided to pull a random credit card that is not on my Apple account. Thankfully the store I ordered from was able to resolve the issue. They refunded the incorrect card charged and let me pay in store with my card. My order was even ready for me when i got to the store. In the future, I’m going to either order online through an internet browser or order in store so that the right card number gets used for payment.

Where are the Hot-N-Ready pizzas?. I went to order pizza on the app today. However, I was surprised when the regular pepperoni (the classic “ Hot-N-Ready”) pizza couldn’t be found anywhere. In fact none of the regular Hot-N-Ready pizzas where there. I tried ordering for pick-up and delivery but I could never find the $5.00 regular pizza. I went to order through the browser and still no regular pizza. I updated the app and still have the problem. I called the local Little Ceasers and they say they do still sell it for $5.00 but it is listed as a regular. They didn’t know why it wasn’t online. They said I could order through the phone but I want to order through the app. I want to be able to not talk to a person or exchange money with them. I want to go to the portal and get my pizza. What is going on?

Awful!!. You offered wings, I ordered wings I paid for wings and I don’t get wings!!! They tell me they’ll give me a free pepperoni pizza it’s the same price, I don’t need another pepperoni pizza. The pizza looks awful it’s not square it’s supposed to be square it’s round it’s not nearest big as it supposed to be and I’m very disappointed again. I live in Salem I don’t want to drive out of town to get a good pizza. I guess that’s what it’ll be from now on! Your site should not offer wings if the store is out of wings. They can’t refund my money tell me to call customer service or get a hold of customer service. So evidently you need to refund my money for the wings and for this awful pepperoni pizza that was supposed to be square that is round much smaller than it supposed to be that was 999. Yes I’m very upset.

Store was open buy they don’t accept order only thru online why??. No explanation why they don’t accept order thru the store 3 employee was there one was sitting on lobby floor with a dog 🐕 ask one off the employee the pepperoni 🍕 cheese bread special the employee does not know what I’m talking about even the manager I ask she said we don’t have that on the menu?? I been ordering this same pizza 🍕 for the past 6 year once 2x aweek they just ignore me and walkway even I show them the pictures of the pizza 🍕 I was just really unprofessional specially when you are the manager on duty..😡😡just sad that they don’t take care there costumers that always come to the store and order the same pizza all the time. So please re train your employees the brand of little Ceaser is being tilted by bad employees thank you ..review matters by your costumers

Complaint. This recent order was strike three for the store in 12 mile and Hayes in Warren. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years and this order is the third in a row they gave made mistakes with. I spoke with the manager and she didn’t even apologize for the mistakes and having to wait in line for 40 minutes to pick up an order I had placed online and requested a portal pickup. I arrived at the store to find the doors locked and no one tending the counter. The manager said she has no control over the online app and that she’s short staffed. I’m saddened but have no choice but take my business to your competitors. That store needs to stayed closed if they can’t staff it sufficiently. The store is damaging Little Caesars corporate image by providing that terrible and unacceptable level of customer service

Who is supposed to load portal?. I’m a regular customer of Stonegate-Kingsport store. The pizzas are good value and the internet ordering/portal pick up is a great innovation. The problem appears to be that it’s not clear who is supposed to load the pizzas into the portal. The last 4 times, I arrive at the appropriate time, see what turns out to be my pizza setting on the boxing counter. After waiting 5 minutes, I ask about my order and the cashier hands me my pizza. I would kindly request that a higher priority be placed on getting the pizzas from the boxing counter to the portal so the full value of this innovation is realized by customers and your staff.

You People Are Insane. I cannot understand why so many of you people don't absolutely love this app. I have no idea what your local stores are like, but I have never once in my life ever run into any of the problems that any of you are complaining about, with or without the use of the app. I just now picked up a pizza with the app, and I was in and out of the store with hot, fresh pizza in hand in under 20 seconds. No wrong order, no missing order, and I didn't even have to say a single word to anyone. I just walked in, put my order number into the pizza portal, and was on my way. Seriously, how is it that Little Caesar's is the only pizza place to have something like a pizza portal? It's genius.
