Terrible pop-up ads. This app used to have normal pop-up ads that you could close out right away. Now it’s a video game ad that you cannot get rid of. There’s no way to read the information unless you just set your phone down, go walk the dog, make dinner, and mow the yard. Maybe then the ad will be finished when you return.

False info, horrible grammar, inaccurate medical terms. So much false info, it’s scary. As a labor and delivery nurse and also pregnant, I do not recommend this app. I’m convinced this app was written in a different language and translated by someone who doesn’t understand English well and is NOT in the medical field. The grammar is horrible and often makes no sense. The technical terms are NOT what we use in the medical field of obstetrics (in the U.S. at least). “Ten felt movements within 12 hours are the norm for this period of pregnancy.” (38 weeks) Wrong. Per my doctor and what we teach patients, ten movement should be felt in 2 hours. “Prepare your nipples for the child feeding by massaging the nipples with a rough towel.” - Ladies, please DON’T do that. And again, horrible grammar. Who says “for the child feeding”? “The placenta ceases to cope with its functions, becomes increasingly thinner and loses its blood leading to the retardation of metabolism.” What??? It sounds like a robot wrote this and even I can barely understand it. How could a non medical person understand this?

Ads are so annoying. Not worth it.. I really liked this app and used it for almost 3 months until the ads started nonstop. Can’t click on anything without having to watch a 30 second ad every time. Not worth the time.

Great app but tracking is off. Hi, so far I love this app- it’s simple, to the point and you can make notes in the calendar & see what is going on inside today. The only issue I find is that for example- I am 5 weeks & 3 days pregnant but the app keeps saying I’m in my 6th week of pregnancy and what is going on, but at the bottom area it give me the correct week & day. There is a glitch that needs some attn. One correct tracking and one incorrect.

Better than most apps. I absolutely love this app so much and its by far my favorite pregnancy tracker app. i was using flo for like a week and kept growing frustrated because everything was locked and needed to be paid for. As someone planning to be a mother, im not looking to spend money for basically every single feature. Amma lets me unlock everything even by just watching a short video which i do not mind, they actually want you to see the progress, facts, and stories. The tips this app provides me with are so so helpful im just obsessed and enjoy it every single day reading more and more. this app is incredibly underrated and one of a kind. definitely worth a download to any future mamas!

Annoying Adds. As soon as I downloaded and opened the app I was immediately bombarded with obnoxious adds that you have to wait a while before you can exit out of them. There are so many other free pregnancy apps out there that don’t have this annoying feature, so I immediately deleted the app.

Frustrated. When I type in the due date, it does not match up with the proper amount of weeks and days I am. I tried to type in the weeks and days that I am but then it messes up the due date. The weeks and days and due date are directly from the mouth of my doctor and when I doubly check it, the math is right. Why is your math off?

there’s better pregnancy apps out there. Okay app, can tell it’s translated from another language, (Russian) and written from a very medical standpoint with medical jargon loosely thrown in. I have a nursing education though, so I know what the terms mean. There’s better pregnancy apps out there for sure though, so if I was needing the space on my phone, I wouldn’t keep it. Can’t stand the constant ads though, and I’m certainly not paying for the ad free version.

Amazing. So I'm under 13 and have a kid pregnancy and thi is amazing it shows the size and even tracks the kicks and shows a list a names a to choose and have a good amount of them you can even share your progress to friends and family is the perfect tracking app

The app is ok. The app seems ok with the free trial I got, I would love to use it throughout my pregnancy but paying nearly $50 for an app I will use for less than a year seems a bit much and is sadly out of my budget, and I imagine that’s true for many people. Very disappointed that the app is not realistically priced.

It’s ok. I like apps like this to keep track of weeks and the “baby’s” size/development, but that’s about it. I don’t like that the app developers made talking about the “baby” gender specific when it should be neutral(not everyone knows or wants too.) I also don’t like that they offer advice or info on vaginal discharge. I don’t think that should be on here since it can definitely freak a lot of people out. Vaginal discharge is unique pregnancy to pregnancy and person to person.

Im in love with this app it gives us alot of info it’s better than flo because to receive the information your so interested in even if it’s locked all you have to do is watcha a video on flo sorry for the comparison but on flow you would have to pay this app is free even if they encourage you to get premium they still look out and give out free information I’d recommend any day any time although the dates get a little tricky you just have to know your correct information other than that it’s really great! 🎉✨

Best app for complete and accurate info. I downloaded and tried a half dozen apps. I found pros and cons to each one. I mainly noticed a discrepancy between the apps in the description of what is happening at that current time. Some would say that “implantation hasn’t yet happened yet” which is obviously inaccurate otherwise I wouldn’t have had a positive test. They varied wildly and it was really frustrating. As someone who is educated on the female reproductive system I know what is happening but since pregnancy isn’t something I’ve studied I wanted something with accurate detail of what is happening at this moment. This app provides accurate information and also includes pictures and ultrasounds of what your baby will look like at your current stage, even at super early ones! I am only 4 weeks today but got to see what it would look like if I had an ultrasound. I think the amount of content you get in this app is absolutely amazing. I recommend every pregnant woman checks it out!!!

Not worth paying for. I used the trial and liked the app but for them to charge is crazy when there are better apps out there for free and don’t make you watch an add every time you click on something. The “what to expect” app is free and better in my opinion.

There is so many adds when trying to us the app. There is a lot of adds when you go on the app and they take a good minute to finally give you the exit option the information is ok not the best and the baby sizes that it gives you are a bit strange it compres baby’s size to two coconut or a basket of fruit

This app is a scam. I tried to cancel my subscription after trialing the free version. There is no way to do it on the App Store or via the app and no contact information. What a lousy app to charge 50$ to new mothers with no added value and no ability to get out of it once you’ve tried it a few days. Total waste and super disappointing on both Apple and this App AMMA

Bad. You can tell that the text was written by a self righteous male. “The woman’s body” is not a phrase a woman would use. The tone angered me, but it was the oversimplification of pregnancy symptoms that just aren’t true for all women that really got to me. While it is true that pregnant women can experience these symptoms, that uncertainty and variability should be conveyed. This, in combination with the egregious and casual use of large medical terms in the middle of terribly constructed sentences makes the content more insulting than informative.

Probably wouldn’t get it again though.. It’s an alright app. It does the basic needs of knowing what’s going on this week. I like that you can add notes to the calendar and see the size of the baby and stuff like that. However, I don’t like how it calls the weeks. For example I’m 28 weeks and some days so it classifies me as 29. It counts a week ahead. Also I was prescribed progesterone and I added that to the notes calendar but it took a couple tries to figure out how to do it and now I get like 4 notifications at different times a day. I tried deleting it and I thought I deleted all the ones I didn’t need but they still show up. So I tried deleting all of them and just start over but it won’t delete. It’ll edit it but delete it so now I’m stuck getting these annoying notifications at times I don’t need to be reminded. I’m considering deleting the app all together to get rid of it.

Good info, bad ads. Love the info it gives, but I hate the pop up ads for the free version. Banner ads are fine but the pop ups are incredibly annoying. Other free pregnancy apps do it better.

Wish I Could Use It! (Updated!). Update: Maybe others are smarter than me and figured this out...haha! I actually had to change the year before the due date, as February 26 of 2019 had already passed, which is why it wouldn’t let me choose it. :) This is a fantastic app! Original review: I’m sure this app would be amazing, but it won’t let me set a due date to even begin. It automatically defaults to today’s date EVERY TIME I change it. Won’t be wasting anymore time on it.

Change Due Date???. How do I change the due date? It’s off by one day, but that’s driving me bonkers!

Thumbs down. The app tells you nothing about the baby and has too many grammatical errors for my liking. 2 stars for not having cartoon looking fetus pics.

Too hard to read. The content about baby and mom’s bodies reads like a bot wrote it or it was translated using Google translate from another language. I couldn’t stand it. Off to find another app.

Meh.. It reads like it was written by a hard-headed male doctor, and the translation into English is mediocre at best. I didn’t care for the overall tone and the lack of acknowledgement that different women experience different symptoms at different times. But hey, maybe it’s just my “irritability and irrationality”.
