Good app that gets better all the time. This app started off strictly as a good looking app, but over time has worked its way into something that is really useful. Especially with the actions companion app. For the developers: 1. For smart ‘when to leave’ alerts you should add public transportation to the list (walking, bike, car). Public transport travel time is already calculated within the event, shouldn’t be too hard to add it to the list for smart alerts. 2. The other, and more important, reason why I still primarily use the iOS calendar app is because travel time is displayed graphically (helpful for scheduling and such). I know that Apple does this by setting your starting point while timepage does the (more useful IMO) dynamic starting point of wherever you are. But, if you guys could figure something out to block off time for travel graphically I think there would be basically nothing keeping people to iOS calendar (and adding public transport travel time alerts, which iOS also has). I stuck with the stuff that I think needs improvements because basically everything else is amazing (maybe some better/updated widget design & force touch options too...). I will say I do miss the original theme selector, though. There were a lot more color options that I miss. Keep it up!

Huge Moleskine Fan...just not Timepage. I’m actually glad Moleskine switched to a subscription model. It gave me the chance to try out this app without having to spend money on it. I’m a huge Moleskine fan. I’ve used them for most of my business career, and all of my notebooks are archived for future reference. For notebooks and journals, they are second to none. The brand extensions they’ve done in retail stores (pens, bags, highlighters, etc.) are very well done. I was happy for these guys that they created an app that’s as well-liked as Timepage. For me, I just don’t get it. Timepage is beautiful, just like the rest of the Moleskine brand. And if that’s what you want (a beautiful calendar), then this is for you. But in the end, that’s all it is....a beautiful calendar that doesn’t offer anything substantively different from other apps. You have to decide if having a beautiful app is worth $2 a month (or $1/month if you pay in advance).

Really, a subscription?. This is a really beautiful app but I can’t imagine paying $24 a year just for a calendar. I mean I know I could pay $20 a year and get all 3 apps you offer but as a professional artist flow just don’t cut it, so then I have to pay more than all 3 just for that 1? Like Flow is a beautiful app but for everything Procreate offers at one flat price I mean it doesn’t come close. This calendar sure looked like it was going to be my new favorite thing, as someone who has to keep track of a lot of appointments. But I can’t imagine it’s going to do it $24 better than google and Apple do for free. I would GLADLY pay $5-$10, probably even $15 for this once to have it forever, but basically trying to overprice this single app trying to force me into another slight cheaper but still overpriced bundle I don’t want most of is just a lame business model. But I guess that’s what you could expect from a company that started by making overpriced notebooks

Fantastic. First off, I wanted to say that I love the app. The fact that I paid for it should say that all by itself, but as a point of fact, I rarely buy apps, nor in-app upgrades, or any other such nonsense. I instead buy TOOLS. Things that bring and provide value. Things that facilitate, or streamline. In short, I'm looking for a return on investment. As a large production facility member of management, I've learned to play the ROI game very well. And your calendar app had more than paid for itself. That said, the nickel and dime approach for Actions is a bit irritating. I'd like to see that added as part of the calendar app, with a requisite higher price point. Now, my only real complaint; The three dots on the right hand side of the screen. Can they be moved? Can they be in anyway relocated from their current location on the screen? My issue is that when I am holding my phone and trying to scroll up or down, I invariably hit those three little dots, and out pops that menu. It is extraordinarily irritating. So, it is my humble suggestion that they be relocated to perhaps the top right hand corner, or movable to a location selectable by the user. Thank you for your time and attention.

No option to not import calendars. I’ve been unhappy with the native iOS calendar for years. When mine developed a serious bug where it randomly loses my events, and won’t turn off calendars, I decided it was time for a new calendar. This was one of 3 I tried. First thing it wants to do is import data. Since my old calendar is really messed up, of course I don’t want to do that. Who wants to import a mess that they would then have to clean up? Better to start fresh. Unfortunately there is NO option NOT to give this permission to access your other calendars. I got stuck in an endless loop when I refused to. I went to the website to see what to do and read in their faq “our system of using iOS calendars in timepage…” — in other words, they are just an interface and not an actual calendar app. They would be using the native calendar — the one that keeps losing my appointments — and just displaying the data in their app. That’s completely useless for me.

Nearly perfect.... I don’t usually write app reviews, but this one deserves it. If you’re looking for a convenient and easy to use calendar app with a modern and gorgeous interface, then look no further. It’s so easy to add events, birthdays, work times, school projects, you name it. You can search by keyword or by category (e.g. birthday, work, school, etc) making it so easy to find whatever you’re looking for. However, I don’t really understand why Actions has to be apart of a separate app and payment. I think there should be a to-do list underneath each day or week to write tasks that don’t necessarily need a start and end time, then the app would be perfect. The payment is fair for what you get considering how often someone would use their calendar. The week long trial period of the full app is a nice touch to see if this app is right for you. Just add a to-do list! That is the only thing I would change about this beautiful app! Huge thanks to the creators :)

Great Calendar App!. Yes, I know we have native calendar apps on our phones already and you can punch them to each other to try to make life easier. But once I read through the user guide and learned all the features of this app, I am hooked! It’s like my personal assistant. I can set it to give me a briefing in the morning when I wake up so I don’t miss a breakfast appointment. It allows me to select Google Maps as my preferred map app and pulls up directions for my appointments straight from the calendar into google maps. Love this! I can even set it to remind me when to leave for appointments and it tells me how long it should take to get there given the current traffic conditions. I work as a salesperson and I’m also a mom, so being able to merge my worlds into one app (that I can see in real time from my work or personal device) is so awesome. Did I mention that it’s a really pretty interface as well? Thank you, Moleskine!

I LOVE THIS APP. I was looking for a simple app that could help me time block my schedule - just something that could get the job done. When I scrolled down to this app, I immediately became interested because the app was so beautifully designed on the preview and I’m a sucker for a good layout. The other reviews were positive so I decided to download. And I’m so glad I did! The whole app is gorgeous, easy to use, and extremely helpful. I also see that they make consistent updates to make the app better over time, which is great. I’ve only spent a few hours with the app, but I immediately decided to purchase the subscription because I can tell this app is worth it. My opinion might change once I’ve spent more time with it, but I’ll just update my review if needed. Good job to the developers! SINCERE AND HONEST REVIEW ❤️

An ok application. ****UPDATE*** The lag time is becoming an issue. I literally have to wait before the app will respond to taps. So I am having to use another calendar to create events. I am not always able to wait when creating events in offices or on the phone. Such a beautiful calendar, but this lag time is definitely a problem. From a cosmetic stand point this app is absolutely beautiful! It looks very professional the colors are gorgeous. It is very easy to use. However, when it comes to adding locations I am unsure, but it appears that the App does not do a web search for locations. So this is a setback when I’m trying to enter a location in an event as now I have to find the location and manually enter it in th event And yes locations are turned on for this app. Another concern I have is when I am adding a guest to an event. The guest can be in my contacts, however, I find myself having to fully input the entire email address instead of Timepage pulling it up from my contact file and allowing me to select it. So, am I wrong in assuming it does not use the contacts and you always have to input the full email address to an event to invite a guest? If those two concerns weren’t a concern I would rate it a 5 and recommend purchasing it.

Best calendar app there is!. This is the most modern, responsive, fast, intuitive, attractive, and convenient-to-use calendar app I have ever used. I was literally wowed from the time I opened it up. It has this cool, high-tech feel to it, and the sound effects add a nice touch (although they can be turned off if you like). This is definitely different than any calendar app that’s out there, and has lots of cool features. And the premium price of $1.99 a month is really cheap compared to a lot of other similar apps. It also gives you tons of options to choose from when customizing your theme and there are lots of calendar options you can customize in the settings. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish the app had a task management feature, a section where you could make to-do lists, but that weren’t necessarily scheduled on the calendar. If this app had a robust task management feature built into it, I would be in heaven and would pay almost any price for it. But I still give the app 5 stars because it’s truly the best calendar app I’ve seen, and I’ve tried almost all of them. Definitely recommend.

Membership? Really.. I’ve used the Moleskine planners and journals for years. Love them. When the Timepage app came out, I downloaded it, bugginess and all. But I needed to be able to have my events/notes and todos in the same place (and they still don’t offer that), so I used another app. But, now and again I re-download Timepage because I do love how colorful it is. Imagine my surprise to find Timepage has gone-subscription and Moleskine still does not offer a place for todos and notes! A yearly subscription would be equivalent or even better than the cost of a yearly planner IF I could do with the app what I do with the physical planner. So, until you include this basic need, I’m sorry, Moleskine. I’ll pass. UPDATE 1/29: Thank you very much for your response. I did as you instructed and my Timepage app is up and running again. I’ve changed my rating to 4 stars. I’ll be happy to up that to 5 stars when you create a page for tasks — please.

Only one thing to change/fix.. The app is almost perfect, but right now there is no option to turn one of your actions into a Timepage calendar event. If I have a action called “buy milk at the store”, I can’t convert it into a calendar event (with a scheduled time, location, etc.). I have to create a completely new calendar with the same title and notes as the action that I had, which is inefficient and inconvenient. Currently, if someone starts to create an action, buts feels it would be better to create a calendar event instead, they can easily make it a Timepage calendar event. BUT, if someone finishes completing the action and later decides to convert it to a Timepage calendar event, THERE IS NO OPTION TO DO SO. I feel like this should be an easy fix.

Mostly amazing. My only criticisms are that it doesn’t always do a good job linking with actions (just updated before reviewing so I will see how the new update goes) I’ve noticed it’s like it doesn’t save my events sometimes after I type them in and save them. For example I was supposed to have an appointment today and I missed it because I thought my day was clear. It was only after my appointment time I realized I forgot about my appointment. Another example is I set an appointment on the same day as Hanukkah but it’s not there anymore. Other than those technical glitches the app is amazing. It lets you set where your event is taking place, set a countdown till that day, add notes to remember, and has a gorgeously designed simplistic visuals and enrapturing haptic feedback. So over all when you stay on point and fall into routine while using this you will question how you ever got by without it.

Many great things , some bad as well. The look and fee of this calendar is amazing. I love the way it handles scheduling of events. I also love the drive time estimates and weather updates. One thing that makes zero sense is the way you have to schedule reminders on events. In order to get to say, “one day before,” you have to flip through 5 min, 10 min, 1 hour etc etc. Why not put this on a slider just like the time of day selection? For an app that focuses so much on ease of use and slickness I can’t believe that the developers think that this is a good design. It almost feels like they ran out of time and just went with whatever they had to get it released. The developer got back to me and informed me they are working on redesigning this section. Plus 1 star just for the great communication from the developer. Thanks!

Held back by little things. This moleskine app aims to simplify one’s day and bring new levels of information while simultaneously delighting the user. It almost succeeds but fails in some really small, but critical, ways: 1. Creating a new event requires a tap into a specific day first. You can’t just tap a big old + button wherever you may be. As a calendar app, it stands to reason that creating new events would be a critical function, and yet it’s hidden one or two layers deep. 2. There is no natural language detection. Competing apps like Fantastical allow you to write something like “Lunch tomorrow at 3pm with Bob.” It’ll set the event for tomorrow at 3pm and help you find the right Bob to invite. Moleskin does let you locate a contact, but that’s as far as it goes, expecting you to drag a slider around to pinpoint the exact time you want rather than just typing “3:00” or “:2:15.” Sliders are nice to look at but not as usable as just typing. If and when Moleskine fixes up their user experience issues and moves beyond just sleek-looking design, I will be excited to switch over to this. Until that time I’ll continue using Fantastical, which is a less sleek but more functional tool.

Saved my type-A, Virgo self!. Updated Nov 2020: I’ve downgraded to 2-stars based on the app’s performance over the last two months. I’m having constant syncing issues, especially to my watch, and I can no longer reliably trust this after missing a few appointments that weren’t synching in Timepage but did appear on my Apple calendar. \\\ Before timepage, I was constantly having to check my outlook calendar against my two google calendars, and the back and forth got stressful and led to me double-booking. Timepage allows me to seamlessly see all my calendars on one platform and there’s nearly zero lag time in creating events on Timepage and then seeing them pop up back in Outlook or in Google. The app is also just gorgeously simplistic in the way Moleskine always has been. Top notch product — very grateful for it. Haven’t figured out how to use Actions yet but look forward to also integrating that into Timepage. Thank you Timepage team for reducing my stress levels.

Easily my favorite calendar app.. I’ve been through what feels like more than a dozen calendar apps over the years and I was never able to really come around to using any of them regularly. They all seemed so clunky, difficult to use and/or had poor visual design that made getting a handle of your schedule a headache. I was so tired of it all, I briefly went back to using a physical calendar out of desperation lol. Then I unintentionally discovered Timepage while checking out it’s sister app, Actions (which is also great!), and I just about instantly fell in love. The sleek and smooth design, the ease of adding events, the way you could customize just how much of your upcoming day/week/month would be visible… it just hit all the right notes for me. The fact that it integrates beautifully with its aforementioned sister app Actions is just a cherry on top. Whether you’re looking for gorgeous visual design or great, simple functionality (or both, like me), Timepage has what you’re looking for. Highly recommended.

Updates are lacking. The app itself was good when I found out about it (and that was the time they went subscription model), but I find actual updates to the core functionality to be very lacking over the course of the year I've been a paid subscriber. Some core things like time zones support, better support for month view on iphone version of the app… The features voting thing on their site is a joke - they barely update it at all, and there's no way of knowing what is coming/planned/being worked on. Quite a lot of requests with a lot of votes on them are being effectively ignored. Stuff that's being worked on is pretty questionable (currently, making the app faster and natural language entry - and i'd rather put timezones support over everything, because that's a very core feature the app is lacking) That said, I paid for a year, but I won't be paying for another. I don't think it really is worth it. I wouldn't mind $10 (yearly fee) as a one-time purchase, but paying $10 each year and (this is critical) NOT seeing any actual new (and much needed) functionality being implemented is a deal-breaker. Why do I have to pay for them fixing their bugs, effectively?… Oh well. I might give this another look after an update with some actual features in it, but at this point, I'm just back to Fantastical and Calendars 5, which are one-time payment, and - behold! - are more feature-rich when it comes to actual calendaring, and not just a pretty face. DUH.

From Meh to Wow. I’ve tried a couple other Moleskine apps and haven’t been super impressed. Then I tried Moleskine Journey and found it didn’t integrate with anything. In the end Moleskine always left me ambivalent to their tech, unlike their paper prod which have always been the standard in mind. Wanting to be impressed, but expecting yet another “meh” app I gave this a try. Nice layout I thought - not sure what you guys and girls have done, but this really nice. I can tell what’s on my day and dang this is way more intuitive that the Apple app. Then I notice just how nicely integrated this is - RIGHT ON! Then I found the Actions app and saw how it handles some of the functionality of the Journey app and yeah, I’m hooked. Between the two apps I’ve yet to find something I would expect from personal time/task/project management that I can’t do intuitively. Really wish I had found this a long time ago. Wow!

Beautiful app, a few issues. App is gorgeous, well thought out, and has many unique useful features. A few issues though: When I put an address for an event, it sometimes shows the wrong place on the map, and consequently gives me an in accurate estimate of how long it will take me to get there. The address will be correct, and clicking on the button to get directions from Google maps will take me to the right place, the issue is not having an accurate estimate of travel time until I do that. App has frozen on me quite a few times when trying to move things around in the day view. Using an iPhone 6s. Would like a desktop version as part of the subscription, preferably as a dedicated Mac app. But web version would be useful too. It’s not the biggest deal, as it can pull things from Mac’s calendar app, but would complete the trifecta of devices on which I do my scheduling. Would also like it if there was a way to mark scheduled events as completed. Will test out Actions app and see if that fulfills my needs, but would prefer to keep my to do activities in the calendar, as there’s no way to view or interact with Actions on desktop. Seems like functionality that shouldn’t need a separate subscription, and getting everything set up on Actions means I’m locked into their subscription model, whereas I can always go back to Apple’s calendar and not lose things i’ve put in via Timepage. Love the app otherwise, just some things I’d like to see addressed down the line.

Beautiful but aggravating,. App looks great I would LOVE to continue using it but the subscription is not worth the bugs, it says it can sync just by signing into the same account on another device. I do so but then nothing is there, calendar is blank and brand new on that device, I’m using for the purpose to sync between my devices and share the calendar for work purposes but what’s the use of I have to reinput ALL of the items to my iPad calendar when I’ve already spent an hour putting them in on my iPhone? Not worth it. If this is a simple fix please tell me if not I will continue to check on the app for improvement but until then I’m moving on, I’ve been using for a few months hoping for it to get better with updates but it has not, I also agree with all of the improbable points formally brought up by other users. I believe the app has wonderful potential but not quite there yet. I know for myself and I feel most Moleskin users are looking for the customizable aspects you have with a PHYSICAL planner shared on their devices without having to actually carry one around. Simplifying and beautifying our busy lives 💕💕💕 much love

Won’t support the new model. For the price of $4.99 for iPhone, $6.99 for iPad, a ton of 5* reviews in the last couple years, this app is A LOT more successful than most apps and has a ton going for it. Until now. I get it. Subscriptions allow growth and stability for a company. I refuse to believe that this app NEEDS subscriptions to keep it going. Apps were just fine before subscriptions. The reason companies need more money is to keep expanding. I can’t and won’t support the subscription model for things like this as it has much less to do with the actual product the consumer is buying as it has to do with providing more profit for the company to invest elsewhere. I bought this for the beautiful layout it has. I chose QUALITY over both SPEED and PRICE by supporting this app. There are calendar apps out there that have speed and a cheaper price. The moment I have to pay yearly for this app, I’m gone. Apples default app is due for a redo here soon anyways.

Could be better. I thoroughly enjoy this app; however, I really wish that there to do app and the calendar were in the same app. One of the problems is that it's good but having the other app makes it complete but having to pay for both monthly or yearly is just an annoyance. On top of that the app Vantage offers a beautiful interface with customization options and it includes the to do concept in the same app and on top of that it cost $10 that's it. You buy it and then you own it and they also come out with updates for their app improving it and adding new features to improve on the experience. If Timepage and the to do were all the same thing then I would really consider switching because it has a couple of things that Vantage doesn't, but as of right now it cost too much to have the best of both worlds and theirs a cheaper option out there that's just as good with a unique and intuitive UI.

My love and mild annoyance for this app. No doubt at all, this is the cleanest, best looking, and most enjoyable calendar app of all time. Period. I never used to use my calendar before I got this app, but now everything I do I am sure to put it in TimePage. However, as you use the app more and more, especially if you use it in combination with Actions, it becomes more and more frustrating. TimePage and Actions have very annoying syncing issues. More often than not, the things I have in my Actions to-do list don’t sync correctly or completely with TimePage. One of the main reasons I bought TimePage and actions together is because of how they were meant to sync. So it’s disappointing that for some reason they are so slow/don’t sync correctly. Another very disappointing thing is that it is only on mobile, there’s no desktop/browser version. This is something they say they’re working on, but I wish it was here sooner. I really really do love the Moleskine apps, specifically TimePage and Actions, but please, please hire more developers or do something to speed up the improvement process. The development process for these apps feels incredibly slow in comparison to other similar apps. Other than that, it’s an incredible app and I can’t wait to see it continue to improve!

Buggy after latest update but still my fave. Purchased this beautiful, customizable calendar long before it became a subscription service. The developers seem responsive and back their product well with good customer service and prompt answers to questions. I love the ability to change colors or the way it displays my week on a whim. The countdown feature and widget are fun—please add the ability to add more than one countdown item to the Countdown widget, as it works with swipable calendar items displayed in the Today widget! More event icons would be fun—there’s definitely a lack of variety there. It would also be great to set the current date to display in the center of the screen, where the white arrow for settings unintentionally draws your eye. (This seems like the only true visual design flaw, but it’s a big one.) I haven’t ever really had any tech issues until this last update. Now I get frequent freeze-ups and need to restart. Since I was an early buyer I’m putting up with it, but I’m imagining your free trial and paid subscribers won’t. Please fix! Less time spent on scrolling transportation options (really, I don’t care how long it will take me to walk to Maine) and more focus on usability, plus a wider variety of event type icons would make this app perfect again. Thanks for a great calendar.

Nearly perfect. Just change a few things.. I've purchased Timepage for iOS a year ago and only recently embraced it as my calendar app. It's outstanding, but I have two strong requests a) when I am setting an event (which I consider to be a "reminder to tell me to do something" rather than a formal meeting or something) for 11 pm today, and I want to slide over to 1 am (which is "tomorrow") but the app refuses, since I'm technically in "today" it makes me grumpy. This is an example over too much design and too little function. Please let us slide past midnight to select a date for tomorrow if we need to. b) I am annoyed by the "recommended people" and "recommended places" which can be quite random. Yet there seems to be no way to turn these off. Please, let us toggle these suggestions off going forward.

Beautiful interface but not shareable :-(. I spent hours looking for thee perfect app that combined aesthetics, ease of use, but also, one that is shareable for other family members included in the appointment. This one at first glance was superior above and beyond to any other calendars out there. Absolutely beautiful. Clean. Organized. Simple. It’s a membership app so $12, which would totally be worth it.. except for that it cannot be shared. Inability to do that makes it obsolete 😔 you could somehow add the feature of sharing appt reminders which others (similar to Cozi or FamCal) you would absolutely DOMINATE Productivity App category. With all the features that clearly went into building this beautiful app, there has to be a way to integrate a shareable calendar/appt function. Please do this and you’ve got a whole new swath of members that would subscribe to this app.

Fantastic App!!. This app was wonderfully designed. The description was detailed and on point. The icon is clean, although I do appreciate the option to change the color of the icon to match the user’s chosen color theme of the app. I love the very simple and user friendly UI. Everything is made simple with just a swipe or scroll. No instructions were necessary, but I’m sure they are helpful to anyone who may need them. The feature to send weather and timing notifications to the user is quite innovative. This’ll be sure to get any busy person to their destination on time. I’m very glad this app is free to use, but I’m not a fan of the subscription to maximize use of this app. I’d love to be able to access all features with one payment. The app was easy to navigate. I never found myself lost or needing to find my way back home. One thing I’d change, would be to change any event to any color, instead of having color based on the source of the event (calendar, email, holidays). This app wasn’t perfect, but it definitely deserves more than 4 stars!

Makes me feel like a sponge. It works, which is good. The widgets are lovely. But why in the world make it so I have to pay monthly for Timepage AND Actions. They should be the same thing. I don’t want to delete events when I complete them, I’d rather just check them off and let Timepage acknowledge that and calculate my free time accordingly. I like to leave notes on events so I can go back and reference them if need be whether it’s assignment grades, why I need to reschedule, what I decided to eat, or how much I spent. I’m perfectly fine with spending money for something that works, but at this point I’m feeling like they just want me to throw money away. I paid for a year, and I’ve been using it since late December, but I think I’ll have to begin searching (yet again) for an option. There isn’t any assurance that there won’t be additional apps cropping up in the future that hold features that should have been in Timepage. (I do appreciate that they are really clear about the Timepage sub not carrying over to Actions in the Membership FAQ) It’s unfortunate that there aren’t many good options out there. Hopefully this helps some other people that are thinking about this app. If you don’t want any todo list options or things like that then this app should be great for you. I just don’t want to pay two subs when I could just go back to use spreadsheets for free. It’s not as pretty, but at least it’s free.

glitchy. Update: I’m seriously getting ready to delete this app. I refuse to pay for something that doesn’t work. I’ve just tried FIVE TIMES to add an event to my calendar and NOTHING. Nothing there. So I can’t add anything to the calendar and the reminders are glitching. Lots of nice features. The reminder feature is extremely buggy. Barely touch it and it adds multiple reminders. When I swipe in one direction it will jump in the opposite direction. When I finally get it to stop and sit on the reminder option I want and save it, it shows a totally different set of reminder options on the main event itself under the reminders. 🤬 So reminders is useless. And I’d love to have either more set options for reminders by the days or allow me to set the days manually. It goes from one day to a week. That’s a huge jump! How about a 2 or 3 day reminder?

Make a Windows app and it would be PERFECT. I love this app. I’ve been using it for years, since around 8th grade actually. I can’t stand it when apps don’t look put together and polished, but I also have to have proper functionality. Timepage has both. It looks amazing, easily one of the prettiest apps I have, but it also works very well. This would be a five star rating if it weren’t for one thing. PLEASE. MAKE A WINDOWS APP FOR LAPTOP. As a student, I am constantly doing work on my laptop, including scheduling academic, extracurricular, and club events. It gets annoying having to pull my phone out to check my schedule, especially if I am in class and don’t want to disrespect my instructor by using my phone. Only thing is, I don’t have a Macbook. Moleskine has been expanding the reach of their apps into many Apple products, which is a great feat. I only wish they could do the same thing for other operating systems. Most high schoolers have to use Chrome laptops, and many high school AND college students prefer windowsOS over MacOS even if they have an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch. I do have to say, the Apple Watch Timepage app is lacking, but at least it’s there. Windows laptops and PCs don’t have any Timepage app that I can find, apart from a couple sketchy websites that claim offer a Timepage emulator for download. Please, make a Windows app.

Great on iPhone, poor Watch support. I do like Timepage on the iPhone but there are major problems with syncing the Apple watch app. In short, the sync is not automatic and continuous even though I have all the settings required by Timepage turned on. I have to kill Timepage on the phone and restart it to cause a sync. So if I forget to do this after making a change to my calendar, the watch app is incorrect. And since the forced sync only syncs one week at a time and there is no automatic sync, if I don't remember to kill/restart frequently, the watch app is blank after 7 days. I have reported this to the developers and I see in various forums that this is a long-standing problem that has yet to be successfully resolved. What's odd is that the behavior I describe above occurs on my watch 4, while on my watch 3, the sync appears to work but the watch app crashes immediately after displaying the current day. I have other calendar apps that do sync continuously and automatically to the watch so these issues are definitely due to the Timepage implementation. A final minor irritation, Timepage does not support the watch 4 Infograph face. So for the moment, I'm using Timepage on the iPhone and a different calendar app on my Infograph face. Unsure if I'll resubscribe or not.

The calendar + I’ve been waiting for. Timepage maximizes legibility for your short short term and long term planning. I have been looking for a calendar that integrates with a task list for years, and now I’ve found it. I recommend trying it out with the other two apps in the bundle membership (Flow and Actions) to get the full benefit of their functionality. Timepage used with Actions has eliminated redundant schedule management and sped up prioritizing my tasks. A crucial function it delivers on is seeing your upcoming schedule in multiple ways. It helps me to see a heat map of combined tasks and events, then switch to a planner view to start my tasks for the day, then zoom out to schedule things in advance. Making all those tools flow together makes the app more powerful than a physical calendar for me and more like an quiet virtual assistant. If you want your calendar to be enjoyable and seemingly effortless to use and understand, this is the one to beat.

new update. recently wrote a 2-star review and you guys got back to me with some helpful points to customize the new update layout. still getting used to it but i’ve been a customer of yours for a few years now & you’ve always had great customer service. a few things i’m still unsure of: -is there a way to delete a single event that is part of the US holidays calendar? i like to keep that calendar on but i like to delete some of the holidays that don’t apply to me. used to be able to swipe them away but i can’t figure out how to now! -i switched the text from black (default for the color i chose) to white, but on the widget the text is still black. probably a bug? -for events that have both a location and notes on them, i wish it would show the first line of the location & the first line or two of notes from the main view. right now it shows the entire location with the full address, and i have to go hunting for the notes. i work in events, and i use my work calendar a lot to add location AND notes regularly. location is added mainly so i get notifications of when to leave for work. notes are more important for me to view.

Sleek ideas, not useful.. This appms got a lot of cool ideas but none of them make the Calendar experience all that useful. For example, there’s a lot of animations that are just straight up buggy (prefrences menu backs out twice when swiping from the left) and also require you to move your finger in a certain way rather than moving alongside it. I’m sure this looked great as a design mock-up, but it just doesn’t translate into a usable app. Also, you can’t see the time, your battery percentage, or connectivity while using the app. Did no one think those might be useful things to see? I have to leave the app to see the time while rushing to my next class— the tiny transparent analog one in the side menu does not help, as I need to know the time to the minute. Overall, the default iOS calendar works far better. Timepage is not as sleek or useable as it first seemed, can't believe they want to charge a recurring fee for this.

Good app but has some function issues. Overall I really like this app and have used it as my primary organization calendar for work on a daily basis. The main feature I don’t like on the app is the fact that the option to add an event or activity to the calendar is not available to you. Unless you go to the specific day in question. Unlike most organization apps there is no + at the top to add a new event. You always have to find a day, go to it, then hit the option to add in order to put something on your calendar. Is also not very easy to get back to the current day once you scroll thru the overview pages that shows all events. You basically had to swipe up until you get back to the main date or on the left page choose the date to go back to the overview page. It’s a good concept but has some basic functionality that would make it a lot easier to use if the steps weren’t there. I also don’t like the fact that the reminders app and the calendar app you have to sync them together but you can’t add a reminder while you’re in the calendar app. You shouldn’t have to have two separate apps pay for them separately and have them sync together it really adds extra steps to the process which makes it not as functional as it could be. Needs to be simplified a bit.

Blown away. This is the first app for which I felt compelled to write a review. I have struggled for several months trying to find a replacement to google calendar since I have moved to outlook (changed jobs). Outlook calendar very poorly integrates tasks and it’s reminders, to the point where I can’t see my due tasks in the same view. You can imagine how frustrating this is when your schedule is full to the 15 seconds, and especially when there is no good way to send reminders. Timetable and actions are a true force. Sleek, minimal, yet with the most critical features (reminders, sub tasks, progress, repeat on completion). I swear I was almost about to create my own app out of desperation. Thank you Moleskine; and great job for innovating and keeping the brand relevant.

Adding people WITHOUT emailing them. The thing I (would have) liked most about this app is the easy adding of who is at an appointment. I sometimes want to refer back and remember names. BUT adding a name sends an invitation and there is no way to turn this off. Been waiting a long time (two years?) for this seemingly simple option. Still not using the app because it takes longer to enter appointments and there is little offsetting benefit for me without using the link to names. Update may 31, 2019 Thanks for responding but this is a non-response to the real issue. Of course I can manually type people’s names into the notes. Why should I have to when you have functionality that pulls names right out of my contacts? I want to list attendees in People BUT have the option whether or not to send invitations. Other people have asked for this specifically on your update request site and, for at least two years, you have promised to look into providing this capability OR given this ‘use notes’ no response. I am lowering my rating from three to two stars because very few enhancements are being delivered.

A+ app. exemplary function/design; But have requests.. ** I want to address a leading comment about it being slow/sluggish: On our iPhone 5s, 7 plus and iPad Pro we have had the complete opposite experience. THe snappiness and ultra responsiveness Is a major piece of what makes it so awesome. The sound design enhances it. This app has a very good flow as you are using it. It’s an app with a slight learning curve, but once you get it, it’s awesome. Takes some practice though: free trial convinced me to purchase that day. It took a week for me to tuck Apple calendar deep away ( haven’t opened it since: on either my iPhone and iPad. ). Never looked back. Can’t wait to see how it evolves. First calendar I enjoy using. Two requests: Request 1 : it would be amazing if you included a task manager. *** Lots of us like to see a task list we can check off right in our calendars. Either your own within app or as it’s own apps.. or with or without integration with Apple “reminders”. Either would be welcome. Your other apps are not up to par. Not close. You have an a+ with this one. And then some f’s. Please get straight a’s. I want my task list to be as elegant as timepiece. Request 2: Mac desktop version Thank you. Great job.

Best calendar app for iOS! (with a few bugs). Timepage is a beautifully designed calendar app(finally, a great looking calendar app for iOS). Its design and animations are better than all of the other calendar apps I have tried, and I have tested a lot of them. I have one complaint about the app. In the different views, you can only see the start time of events. It doesn't display the end time. You need to click on each event to see its end time. If you schedule many events in a day, it becomes cumbersome to have to check ending times on individual events, just to see possible free time inbetween events. From a business perspective, this becomes a big annoyance and time waster when I need to schedule meetings throughout a day. Adding ending times for events to the different views (month page, weekly timeline, and widgets) in the app would be helpful. There are minor bugs in the app, but Timepage is constantly being updated, so there are less bugs as time goes on. Their customer support is very nice and willing to help with any issues you have. Another long standing bug I have experienced... the badge app icon disappears a little while after you close the app and doesn't reappear until you reopen the app. Then it happens again. It'd be great if they ever fix this bug! The beautiful look of Timepage, along with unique features like weather alerts, make this app my all time favorite calendar app for iOS!

Love this but…. I’ve been using Timepage off/on for awhile now, I’d love to be exclusive to this Calendar/Actions app but I still can’t believe there is no 3 or 4 day Event Scheduled look ahead on the widgets especially the big one? Why only 1 day of scheduled events?? there’s so much empty space left on widget for other days so we don’t always have to go into the app to look. Am I doing something wrong here, I don’t think I am? I mean I look at other calendar widgets here and what do you know….3to4 day look ahead of events. Do you think you can possibly implement that feature for events/actions. I’m subscribed and want to only use this App, But really I shouldn’t …if I have to click in the app to see what’s coming up for the next couple days. That would be nice if I/we can just see days on Home Screen widget . Can you guys think on it. Thanks

ESEENTIAL. I LIVE for this app. I used to use a standard paper planner (even the moleskine ones) but this app is beyond everything I have ever used. They have thought of basically everything (the weather, commutes, etc) and it is so intuitive. The only thing I would love to see is being able to set a default time for each calendar (for example, I have a calendar for each class, and I would love for it to automatically set the time when I select the calendar to when I have the class when inputting assignments). I have always hated the standard iOS calendar, and this makes the digital calendar experience so much better. I’m a college student full time and also work part time and this is the only way for me to keep it all straight. It’s so worth the yearly subscription fee. Honestly, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Great design, unclear on features. I’ve recently started using the Actions app from Moleskine, and absolutely love it. It lets me plan out my day with tasks, without having to “schedule appointments” or tie any particular task to a specific time period or duration. Actions has a tie-in with Timepage, so I decided to try Timepage in conjunction with Actions. Well, I immediately liked Actions less. Instead of being able to simply add a new Action, the Actions app kicked me over to the Timepage app, where it was expecting date/time/location, etc for creating a calendar entry. The whole reason I liked Actions was that it *wasn’t* a calendar, but adding Timepage into the mix seems to negate that. And even though I have a day absolutely full of “actions” needing to be done, the Timepage app would report “You have a free day”. No, I don’t. Look at all these Actions I have for today! So I ultimately uninstalled Timepage and am just sticking with Actions instead. If they could somehow tie these two apps into one singular, cohesive app, then it might make more sense. But as it currently exists, I’m having trouble figuring out how to use the two apps cohesively. Giving it four stars because it’s beautifully designed, love the weather tie-in, and I think it probably works great as a standalone calendar app.

Beautiful ; needs work. I ended up paying for the app twice due to a paypal billing issue. When I tried to get a refund, the app was deleted from my account. So I paid $20 to use it for a few months, but can’t see myself buying it again because it’s not really cross platform. Can’t even get a web version on desktop. I log into my phone and iPad and the calendar syncs only if I unlock both devices and physically open each app and refresh. Never getting my full roster of notifications in the morning on time; I don’t really have a free day if I have calendar items just waiting to sync. Actions and Flow tabs would always lead to the “buy now/ restore your purchase” screen and it made me look really disorganized at work to never be able to pull up this totally amazing calendar app or my list of work to do items in Actions. It just sat there for minutes on end as “restoring your purchases” before going right back to “buy now!” So much work to be done. At least it was pretty.

Beautiful, but buggy.. I love the look of this calendar, and it works pretty well most of the time, but it is a bit buggy. I find that it freezes or crashes from time to time, or else it doesn't seem to know where I am when I'm trying to enter the location of an appointment. I've also had the experience of entries mysteriously disappearing from my calendar. I also find it frustrating that the calendar does not default to indicating the current day when I'm in week view. Finally, I would also prefer it if the app image as it appears on my home screen included the current date. Since it does not, I continue to leave the Outlook calendar app on my phone so that I can see the date "at a glance" on my home screen - but it uses up a lot of memory and I would prefer to delete it.

THAT’S elevating the iOS interface to the max!. This app is insane as far as the interface goes. You may think: “Why do I need another app just for my calendar, since I already have a native calendar app in iOS?” Well, because their interface is years, if not decades ahead of anything I’ve ever seen. They leverage swipes, 3D Touch, and everything an iPhone has to offer in ways that are just awesome. Honestly, it’s difficult to put into words how incredibly well designed, and FUNCTIONAL this app is. You have to experience it for yourself. Caveat: you need to dedicate some time to learning what gesture does what. There are gestures for a light touch, for a 3D Touch, for a swipe left or right, here or there... But it all is worth it. Sounds and feedback are somehow “gratifying”. Makes you feel like the phone “gets” what you just did. Again, it’s hard to put it into words. You have to dedicate some time to learning the interface and playing with it. But once you do, oh boy, you wish ALL other apps followed the same sleek interface. I’m paying their low fee and they deserved more. And no, I’m not a paid reviewer or advertiser. Believe me if you want to. But that’s my honest opinion. Try it yourself. Make sure to swipe and hear and feel how “tactile” and intuitive their interface is. Peace, be well everyone.

Great app, but end the subscription.. Timepage provides an incredibly useful feature that can not be found in the native Apple Calendar app, and that’s the ability to show every “all-day” event when the number of events on a single day is greater than 4. In Calendar, all day events appear in the top grey bar when in day view, but only the first 4 appear fully. All day events 5 & 6 are cutoff and anything beyond that is difficult to see at a glance. So if you are active with multiple events to juggle, Timepage will be incredibly useful. The reason why I can’t rate it higher is because I do not like the subscription model. I’ve been using this for years and have been grandfathered in (for now) but subscription after subscription just becomes very expensive once you add them ALL up. I fully like the idea of supporting great developers and their useful products but I hope they share the same concern that ALL of our subscription when added together are becoming too expensive to justify, making the subscription model one that will eventually need to fail.

Nice looking but a bit slow. I have had Timepage since it was initially released, and it is a nice break from the iOS Calendar, but both calendars function as a scrollable “what’s coming up” calendar. Timepage has better color schemes. My issue is that if I’m in any sort of hurry, I go ahead and go straight to the iOS Calendar bc it will load immediately, whereas Timepage will def take longer. This is also true if I am trying to add any kind of appointment that has any complexity, it’s just easier to use the iOS version. One thing I can say with absolute certainty is that had I not already owned Timepage and get a free subscription, there is no way at all I would pay for Timepage as a SUBSCRIPTION! In fact, I am thinking of deleting it from my phone on principle and just going back to the faster and free iOS calendar. The subscription theory of app economics is on the rise, I see that, but it would have to be a paradigmatically different and fundamentally beneficial product for me to pay any kind of subscription service. But extra colors and some formatting options don’t cut it.

Has Potential..... Not quite there yet!. Okay, I am giving this app 3⭐️’s because it has potential to be great, but it’s not quite there yet. One of my issues with the app is the membership portion. I have a complimentary membership with Timepage and I’m kind of bummed that it doesn’t cross over to this app as well, I mean, it only makes sense, right? Okay so my other issue(s) with the app is it is not very user friendly. Another thing I would this app had was, instead of being connected to the stock calendar app, it should be connected to the stock reminder app. Lastly, the notifications part of the app is not very useful. Me being someone who likes silent (vibrating) notifications, this app only vibrates once when the task is due, I wish it had a nagging feature or like, more of a vibration when my tasks/reminders are due. What I do love about the app is the graphics and designs of the app, it is very beautifully made.

Awesome. The lol is great, phenomenal actually. The app runs smooth as well. Easily ports over information from other calendars so you don’t have to re-enter anything. Also if your using this on your phone but another default calendar like say Apple or Google on your computer…it’s not an issue. Anything you add here will update on that calendar, so long as you assign it to said calendar. My uses default Apple cal and I was using this, we have a shared calendar and everything I added here was added to hers!! Wonderful. And don’t get me started on the widget, just beautifully done. This app is a home run. I would have subscribed and kept it but I just didn’t want to subscribe at the time. I still use the free download which will show you information and the widget, but you can’t add anything through it. If your looking for a good calendar this is it. While your at it go ahead and get the package deal and use Actions, a really great looking and functional todo list app!! Just awesome job here all around.

such a good app but.... i Love this app. it’s the only calendar app i’ve ever found that actually works for me. however, i wish they had a mac app. it’s so incredibly annoying to not have sync there and i’m honestly pretty tempted to cancel my subscription for that reason. MAKE A MAC APP MAKE A MAC APP MAKE A MAC APP!!!!

Great looking app but a little buggy. The RSVP section is buggy when it comes to recurring meetings (even when you accept it just stays there and each reoccurrence appears as a separate meeting in RSVP). It also takes a while for an invite to appear in RSVP and there isn’t a clear way to refresh.

Too slow to load and integration could be improved. Frustratingly slow to open up Timepage to view or add an event to calendar. Integration with Actions seems a good idea, but not a smooth execution. Not easy to move between the apps, and cluttered calendar. No idea why Flow was bundled with these two. Unless you’re a creative, give it a miss.

Best calendar app. Excellent UI and a little bit of fun thrown in. Very responsive support. It’s also excellent value. I’ve tried a lot of calendar apps but none have tempted me away from the stock calendar until now. Waiting for a Mac app!

Keep removing a feature I love. Why do you keep removing the calendar from the widget selection where you can have it as 2 weeks or 4 weeks with what you have on at the bottom of the screen. I want to see my month in advance without having to open the entire app.

Get. This. Now.. I’ve checked all the other calendar apps - don’t waste your time anywhere else. Outstanding.

Great!..but... Finally found a calendar app that I love! Even willing to pay subscription for. Only problem is that after a week it now freezes every time I open it and then I have to close and reopen a thousand times before it finally works. Really hope this gets fixed!

No access after purchase. Frustrating. Tried to, at least, trial this studio of apps but was consistently redirected to login via the web without gaining access to the tools. Consequently, I've deleted the apps and unsubscribed. What a waste.

Great app; needs Mac version. I can not fault this app. It’s lovely to use, easy to read, very consistent across devices. However, it lacks a Mac app—so let’s get one, please & thank you!

Great App but…. I love this app, I use it everyday for all my appointments and meetings. I just wish that you could set “days at a glance” to a 1 day view! I use the 3 day one now but it definitely needs the 1 day option as I generally have lots of appointments every day!

Loving the new update. Just updated the newest version. So many new things and looks cool! The only app I subscribed to! Worth itt! Keep it up with the updates!!

Timepage is essential. Impressive and effective way to manage and interface with your calendar. Sets bold new standards in usability and friendliness. This app makes keeping a diary desirable and enjoyable. Life is a gift by Moleskine.

Bad privacy policy. Beautiful and functional, but still aesthetics > functionality. Some really weird design decisions. IS subscription based, not very expensive but I failed to see the reason. Last straw for me is the privacy policy, the wording is vague, but basically it collects everything and sends to Google. (Especially comparing to Fantastical2 that does NOT collect anything personal, and is one-off payment.) It looks very good, almost too good, but not worth the trade-off.

So frustrating!. This app is an incredibly frustrating combination of beautiful form and very substandard function. Tapping on a day and creating an event invariably creates the event for today regardless of which day is selected. The app crashes and quits frequently. I’ve tried my best to stick with it, but after one year I’m going to have to give it away.

Happy client!. I want to congratulate the team for what they have achieved in this app. It is intuitive, customisable, blends very well with apple’s devices. However, I really want the team workout on fixing what I believe is a problem: IT IS NOT WARNING FOR OVERLAPPING ACTIVITIES AT THE SAME TIME. Please, I guess this is not a problem for your team to fixed, the rest of the app is perfect to me. Thank you for creating this nice app

Beautiful but laggy. Beautiful and sensible design, but I find it slow on an iPhone 6s. Not enough to stop me using it though.

Deletes saved items. So it’s a great app when it works. Frustrating when you save months of events and then it just wipes them. Hasn’t happened to any future events, only ones which have past.

Now freezes. This was a great app but now that I’ve gone to iOS 12, it freezes when I try to enter any info. The only way to use the app is to reboot the iPhone X every time. Can this be fixed?

Beware that preset times reset incorrectly when you travel overseas. I travelled to Italy from Australia last month. All times that I’d presetset automatically adjusted by 8 hours. That means every train journey and gallery time was incorrect. So a prepaid museum ticket set for 9 am with reminders, adjusted itself by 8 hours, and I nearly missed out. I had to manually wipe all time sets, and write them into the event line. This is not acceptable for international travellers. On return, my Australian preset times did not return to correct times - they’re later by 4 hours, so I nearly missed my dentist appointment, typed in 6 months earlier. I’d loved using this app until then.

Stunning!. Timepage has been my MVP of 2019. Beautiful layout with the ability to customise to suit your aesthetic. Planning ahead has never been this satisfying. Entering and altering items in your schedule is so easy and the integration of maps, multiple reminders and travel time calculations is genius. The whole app is so thoughtfully crafted, it is an absolute joy to use. I highly recommend Timepage for everyone.

Most well thought out and attractive planner and action manager. After trying many other apps, this app stands out for being the only one I enjoy using. It’s been very well thought out and it’s visually very appealing. Highly recommended.

The only calendar app I want to use. This app is beautiful and functional, and often updated with useful improvements. I use it on iPhone and iPad.

Great calendar app with fun features. What would be nice is public transport options available in the the transport section. Walking, cycling, and driving omit a huge option for many individuals. Would love to see integration of bus/train/tram travel options

Needs natural language input for time and dates. Love this app, just wish it had natural language input for times and dates! Would make it a contender with other calendar apps like Fantastical and Calendars 5

Great app BUT MAKE A DESKTOP VERSION PLEASE. Amazing app, nice visuals, simple to use - I love it! Would love it more if there was a desktop version and if I rotate my screen on my phone that it would show a monthly view like on the iPad when I swipe right. PLEASEEEEEEE I LOVE THIS APP BUT THIS WILL MAKE IT 100x BETTERRR

Lack of transparency. I’m getting so sick and tired of these apps that claim to do amazing things but don’t tell you upfront what the costs are. You go to the trouble of downloading it only to discover you can’t use any of the features- not even basic ones.

only syncs iOS calendar. Maybe I am wrong, but the description of the app says it can sync all sorts of calendars including outlook and exchange. Yet when you try and add another calendar to it, all it does is show you the iOS calendar app. Everything seems great about this app except that it seems to simply be a skin and can’t actually manage calendars itself. If I could link calendar accounts within it i might pay for a month to see how it rolls, given that I can’t. delete.

Seamlessly elegant.. So beautiful and smooth. So functional, and simple yet smart, cute and very classy app. I NEVER buy apps, I bought this and actions. Best organisational apps I’ve seen.

Best Calendar App. I have been a strong supporter of the Google calendar app. It's very good. This is even better. I subscribed to the 12 month plan today. I just did not realise that an iPhone app could look this good and work so well. My favourite productivity app. Well done.

Easily the slowest app I've ever experienced. Incredibly slow. I rarely get time estimates to get places because it's so much faster to exit the app and look it up elsewhere. Not very intuitive to use, usually takes me 2 attempts to enter something into it. The only reason I use it is because it syncs with my Facebook events and reminds to leave for them.

Looks pretty but very little in the way of updates. A few glitches. Could do with a little love to advance and make it better.

Was good while it worked. This app was fantastic. However, since the latest iOS update it freezes on the opening page and does not open the app. I reached out to Timepage and they acknowledged the issue but said they are a small team and working on it. But when trying to schedule stuff it’s embarrassing standing there telling the other person the app isn’t working 😒 Don’t subscribe to this app until the issue has been fixed. Note: Using the iPhone 11 Pro with latest iOS installed

Beautiful.... This really is a well designed app. It really is beautiful to look at and very intuitive to use. I generally avoid subscription apps, but I’m tempted after using the trial period?! (I’ve got enough monthly bills already!) Only wish it had a one off lifetime payment option. 📅💰

Crushing too often and slow. Click on meeting participant it will crush. Very slow on loading. Outlook and calendar way faster

Almost perfect!. If only you could do a monthly view 😭😭 similar to the heat map but where you can see all of your events for each month instead of having to click on the days on the heat map in order to see what events you have on that day If you guys ever add the ability for me to change my weekly view to a month view this would be a 5/5 app and the best on the market by a mile.... hopefully it’s a feature you guys have looked at implementing

It’s okay. Look, it’s good. And definitely a lot cleaner than a lot of other options out there, but - Widgets are buggy and lack nuance. Eg: I need to use a rotating widget stack of three widgets to show the same info I get from one in Fantastical. Often they stop displaying for no reason - the time dial when creating an event is annoying, but I can see how it would have been a good idea to try - language input is lacking But the timeline view is clean and easy to read, which I like a lot.

Great app; subscription is odd.. Fantastic app, and whilst beautiful in aesthetic it is functional too. Wish there was a bundle one off payment for Timepage and Action though, rather than subscription.

Poor charging practice. I purchased a Timepage subscription (for whcih I was charged the single app rate) which I then upgraded to a Studio package (for whcih I was charged the difference between the single app subscription and the studio subscription). Drspite ourchasing an annual studio subscription, i was charged a further fee for an annual subscription a month later. I weote in to request a refund of the subsequent charge but as a consequence of obtaining the refund for that amount, my subscription has been cancelled. As such, I have paid for the initial subscription but am unable to use the apps unless a buy another subscription. Please activate my subscriptipn.

MacBook version?. Absolutely love this app! Best calendar/ to do list I’ve ever used! I would really love a version available on the MacBook App Store!

Useless. I’ll give credits to the design. That’s it. The fact you have to pay a subscription fee to use the app as a functioning calendar? Ridiculous. I downloaded this app so I could organise my important events: dates to remember assessment due dates etc I can’t do that unless I pay I downloaded this app then deleted it after 5 minutes and here’s what I did: work out how to use it and make it look pretty to then realise it’s even more useless than my default calendar app because I can’t input any of the important dates and use it as a calendar I need

Great app design and functionally. Timepage is a great looking app, focusing on simplicity over features, it helps you see your day easily and plan accordingly. Something I hope the devs consider: while I understand the subscription structure is important for product growth, it would be great to see a single outright price purchase option like some other subscription apps offer, for those who don’t like or can’t fund ongoing subscriptions. Even if such a purchase didn’t unlock absolutely everything (say for example it just added the ability to add/edit events), it would be greatly valued by some users.

Great potential but a few irritations. I’ve tried so many calendars over the years and still haven’t found the perfect one...but this is close. Looks great, easy to use and on the one occasion I contacted customer support the response time was outstanding. The irritations/improvements that would make this a 5 star: 1. Has started freezing every now and then...have to open and close a few times to fix it 2. Would be awesome to be able to rotate phone to landscape and see a bar chart style week/month view 3. Am trying their other app ‘Actions’...it’s good but so much duplication between the two I can’t see myself subscribing past a month. Just make it one app!

5 star app with some major issues. I've been using this as my main calendar app for a bit over a year now, and 6 months ago this would have been a 5 star review, however each update just seems to add more and more bugs. It seems to have some major issues with syncing, often locking up for up to a few minutes, and to the point now that I'm unable to even open the app anymore, it just crashes on the splash screen! I would however still recommend this, as I think it's one of the best calendar apps available (when it works...) I just hope they get these issues sorted!

Membership requests. I am full y paid till May 2019 and it won’t let me access any feature because it wants me to get a membership what. An you do to help I need to access the features

Fantastic but too expensive. It’s an amazing and customisable calendar, with a UI that takes a very different approach to normal conventions. However it’s incredibly expensive for a calendar app, I don’t know how anyone could justify its price over such strong competition.

Not for me. I can see that a lot of time and effort has gone into designing these apps. I would like to see more in the App Store with this level of development. They look great and I really wanted to love them but after three days I’m still opening them up, trying to work out how it all works and wondering why I’m not just using the easy to understand built in Apple apps. I’m reluctantly throwing in the towel on all but Flow which is great but will have to also let that go if I’m unable to find a basic type function.

Cute, but not for me. This app seems to do a lot, and has lots of bells and whistles. It is a bold attempt to approach task which are common but in a different way. Some may like this, it not me. I just see this as “gimmicky” and quite irritating. I will stick to tried and true apps for managing tasks and calendars. Sorted3 is my current favourite. Finally, I hate subscriptions. I know developers need to be paid, but when you have several apps all requiring constant payments to keep using it, that can mount up. I am very choosy about what I think is worth paying for long term. Evernote is certainly top of that list.

Love it too much. Its the new year and im looking for a perfect calender app. Ive searched long and hard and have almost finished my 7 day trial of this app. There are so many free alternatives but i cant help it i love this one, it’s perfect. Idk why, its so simple and cute but does the job nicely, easy and relaxing to use. I will probably pay for this one, i only wish it was a joint subscription for both apps (timepage and actions). Still looking for an alternative to do list but i might just have to pay for both, i cant help it its perfect!!

Terrible. I was loving this app but then they did an update which made my whole calendar inaccessible and not being able to add or move or change or do anything without have to pay a yearly subscription. There was no notice to this and now I am completely locked out of my whole app when I don’t want to pay for this. Hate this app

Beautiful - 1 strange bug?. Bugs have been fixed in ios11 and once again generally smooth to use. Can crash sometimes when adding locations or editing times. 1 major bug (?): if you change your time zone (eg while travelling) all you events will change times which is bizarre - if I say my train is leaving at 3pm in X date, I want that to remain the same no matter when I change my CURRENT time to? Pls fix,

A subscription for a calendar?. It's one thing to have a subscription billing platform for something like Adobe Creative Cloud, but for a calendar? You've got to be kidding. It's too bad because it works nicely and I definitely would have paid for it.

Beautiful App...but.... In my opinion, I have no problems paying for an app, but a monthly fee? I’m not on board with that. It is a beautiful app and I like it a lot, but not enough to pay monthly for it. If this app ever becomes a one time payment I would love to download it again at that time.

Amazing. Why membership!!?. This app is amazing!! The design is great and I cannot find the same features on any other app. The downside is it’s a membership. You have to pay a price each month or year. Please please make this app a one time payment. If the app was like 5-6 dollars, I would still be willing to pay for it. If the Actions and Timepage app both come for like 10 dollars, I would be willing to pay for it. Please. This is the one thing stoping me. I can’t find anything better on the App Store now. Please

Truly wonderful. I adore this app. It’s clean, beautiful, customizable. I just can’t afford it, so I’m off trying to find something similar. Not easy. Also, I wish people could come up with another way to support their apps without charging monthly fees. It’s insane. And I highly doubt moleskin is struggling.

Beautiful but no features. Such a nicely design app that lacks so much basic functionality. I can’t believe in 2024 the app charges us for a calendar app that can’t even create Google meet/Zoom meeting links when creating an event! Then they’ll tell us to add that as a feature request but I’ve seen they completely ignore it all Too bad for such a nice looking calendar app they could have been at the top if they added decent features. Better sticking to just your default calendar app

Default Travel. It’s crazy to me that you can’t set Transit as the default mode of transportation.

Nope. I would prefer to pay to own... the whole subscription idea is a deal breaker. Not going to bother with this app.

Beautiful design, but poor execution. It’s a well-thought out app, with lots of options to customize. But the app is very slow to open and the widget no longer updates. The former is a pain, but the latter makes it unusable. I’m fine paying for a subscription, but for my money I expect the software to work nearly perfect.

Beautiful but overpriced and glitchy. + Beautiful. + Convenient layout options from detailed views to month overviews. Superb for tablet screens or PCs. + Flexible alerts. - Constantly freezes upon opening. Often it's faster to use the native calendar than fight this app to open properly. - Subscription model is a huge deterrent. I missed the cancellation day for this year, but will be switching away once that expires. It's way too expensive and glitchy for so much money. - Glitchy in many ways. Occasionally resets the date of a new event to today as I'm saving it, so I have to triple check it. - Widget glitches every other day and displays an old day. Have to turn off/on the location preferences ('while using' in my case) for the app to make it show the right day again. Insanely frustrating and inconvenient. - Widgets don't work if the location permissions are turned off. Why? I don't need rain alerts or predictions of travel times. Very invasive and sketchy. - Terrible dependence on more subscription apps instead of reasonable integrations with native apps for reminders and such. IN SUMMARY, this app is pretty, well laid out (mostly), but glitchy and problematic. Unless you absolutely hate every other option, skip this and don't support greedy subscription mediocrity.

Glitches after last update. It’s been two weeks since the new release of UI and design and seeing few glitches while creating event. Contacted support even sent a video of the issues but still no fix nor reply.

Fantastic. Amazing app.

Was Amazing but Issues with Widget. I purchased a subscription to the Timepage bundle because I wanted a widget that would show me my calendar events for the day as well as my to do list. This app bundle was perfect until a couple weeks ago when my home screen widget stopped displaying my scheduled daily action items. I am quite disappointed since seeing my to do list on my Home Screen was how I was able to remember to do certain actions during the day. I contacted customer support but they did not give me any helpful solutions and just said they would try to fix it when it became possible to do so. I am not sure why it wouldn’t be possible to do so now? I have no issue paying a subscription fee to support a company that is updating their apps regularly but they should be providing useful support services if this is the case. If they don’t fix this issue soon, I will not continue using their service.

Love / Hate. Love the interface. Hate that this app constantly freezes. I’ve been paying for this app for about 5 years and have never fully been happy with it. It’s a beautifully designed app that doesn’t work well.

Disappointed. Uh, it just seems like a fancier version of Google calendar. Where’s the advantage? The Google version is free.

Love it, one small request. Big fan of this app and have been using it regularly for a year now. It’s clean and stylish and smooth, and flows very nicely with the Actions app as advertised. My ONLY complaint is the lack of any “week view” that allows you to get an overview of your events in a given week. You can see your events for a given day in an itemized list, and you can have a view of the entire month, but I’d like to get a better view of my week to see how the days flow into each other. This is useful for things like sleep, meals, and travel times. Week view is actually the only reason I still open the other calendar apps. Still love it though, much appreciation to the hardworking creators. 🙏🏽

not worth it. such a dumb app u have to pay a subscription fee to add events and stuff like that on day and the subscription pay is crazy for a small calendar app

Wanted to love it. I really wanted to love this app — the design & aesthetic is very appealing — but ultimately I cancelled my subscription and have shifted back to Google Calendar. Some of the features I struggled with were: 1) invitation notifications (missed a lot of these because I often had to manually search for them instead of being prompted); 2) complicated process for adding/viewing multiple calendars (app can only access calendars via Apple calendar); 3) reminder notifications for events didn’t seem to work consistently for me. Will check back in a year to see if these issues have been resolved. Had no issues with paying for a sophisticated & beautiful app.

Great but...... Very nice and user friendly app. But why the subscription nonsense, oh right app developers have found the holy grail of greed....subscriptions. Subject cancelled with less than 5 minutes of use.

Tried this app for few days. Deleted! Why I pay $2 every month for just nice looking app? The other functions is not useful at all

Come for the nice UI, leave for the back end silliness. After paying my subscription, this calendar seems to disappoint more and more. Two main gripes: -It doesn’t keep up with time zones. I travel frequently. my phone syncs to the new time zone automatically, as does the regular iOS calendar app, notifying me of upcoming meetings. But not TimePage. For the first few days in a new time zone, I’ll get notifications for the time zone I left. -it doesn’t keep my with changes in meetings. Example: Four days ago someone cancelled a meeting and my iOS calendar app shows there is no meeting planned today. But this morning TimePage notified me the meeting is still happening. Maybe sync issues?

Subscription for a Calendar?. This is a nice app, however the requirement for a subscription is crazy.

Too many apps. It’s 2023, I shouldn’t have to operate across 3 different apps in your suite in order to stay organized. Them syncing up is irrelevant when they are all so siloed. Disappointing.

superb but need more font size options for all areas in the app. the digits of the clock are too small (have the latest update) on the iphone 13 pro max on the timeline. And font size of words typed into Notes is too small. edit: changes made on my iphone 13 pro max isn’t showing up on my ipad pro latest gen.

Simple, engaging, stress free. We are bound each day to face the usual suspects of to-do lists and procrastination. Is there a way to simplify or even have some fun while dealing with this problem? I found Moleskin’s efficient approach to managing calendars and to-do items brilliant in its simplicity and elegance.

Looks nice but isn’t unique enough. It doesnt appear to do anything special or different from the standard iPhone calendar app. Just looks different. Hard to justify buying it let alone paying a continual subscription fee.

Make a family sharing option. Love this app, except for two things 1. The freaking subscription model. I wouldn’t mind if it was free version, and like $10 for the full version, but I don’t want a $3 per year. Stupid 2. Make family sharing available. It would make it way better, and it’s the reason I can’t use it. I need to be able to share what I’m doing with my family, and vice versa.

Nice “Gotcha”. Downloaded this thinking its a free quality app just to find out its a trial for an overpriced service... this should have an “offers in app purchase” on it, uninstalled as fast as i installed it.

Subscription?. A subscription for a calendar app is peak greed. A calendar app doesn’t need constant innovation. Go back to fixed pricing or watch the users drop off.

I like it. I don’t really understand people leaving bad reviews saying stuff like why pay 2$ for nice looking app, well first of all it’s way more than that and is wayyyy more function-able than most apps like it, plus, if your not willing to pay it, that’s not the developers fault. Just cause your cheap doesn’t mean the apps ratings should suffer

Allow Onetime payment. The payment model doesn’t benefit me since I can easily find an alternative that’s way cheaper. Great app, but I had to uninstall it.

Beautiful Design that works well. Clean, beautiful design and smartly laid out. My new favourite calendar app and with a reasonable subscription rate compared to others. I like the swipe left/right to see different calendar views (month/heat map/settings/etc). Please make an email app that implements the same ease of use and design!

Fees. it is a good app, except that I find it very disappointing to have to pay a monthly fee for the app that I originally bought with no restriction of use

Why?. It always crashes me. I couldn’t even enter the app!

The last calendar app I’ll ever need. I can’t believe I haven’t rated Timepage yet. It’s the only solution I’ve found to reliably sync all of my different calendars across multiple email address AND send information back to them. It’s attractive and effective. <3 Timepage and Moleskine.

Why is there a fee?. I can achieve everything in Google Calendar as I can in this app. Why the fee?

Beautiful + fun except..... So far I love everything about the beautiful interface and fun style EXCEPT that, for me, the “repeats” button is broken. When I try to make an event reoccurring, the whole app crashes!!! Pls fix this !!

Great calendar held back by a paywall. I know the developers need to make money as well because they need to be paid for their great hard-work. But you cannot use this app unless you pay for it. Also there should be an option where a user can flat out just buy the app instead of having to pay every year or every month for it. Not everyone wants to have subscriptions.

Way to expensive. It’s to expensive, simple as that! Other calendar apps do the same for much less or even free, don’t know why you want this much?

Solid calendar app and they listen to feedback. This is a beautiful calendar app that I keep coming back to, and while the recent update originally had some bugs and missing features, the Timepage team fixed them quickly and listened to community feedback to restore some missing options like solid colour cards which again take advantage of their beautiful, curated colours! Thanks Timepage!

Undo the latest update!!!!!!. This app along with actions, has been my absolute favourite and I’ve recommended it to many of my friends. But the latest update has turned into an annoying version of google calendar. Why change something that was already perfect in the first place? - They new layout is harder to read as the background colour of each event and action has been changed into a small vertical bar on the left. - I’ve noticed that the app crashes more often now and I cannot drag-drop reschedule tasks. - The colours also don’t look as aesthetic as the previous version one. - when I make a change (eg reschedule an event, etc), it doesn’t appear until I close and reopen the app. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!! How can I go back to the previous version? I was so perfectly happy with them. I’m inclined to unsubscribe if this persists as it’s no longer the app I paid for.

Slick but broken. This seems like a really nice calendar but crashes often and isn’t intuitive. I would be willing to pay the subscription if this worked well, but with a Bluetooth keyboard you have to press the enter key to save an event, there is no other save option, and if you try and make an even repeat, it crashes out immediately, every time.

Great Planner. This is so far the best phone planner I’ve used ! I love the monthly and weekly views and it’s super easy to navigate and enter new events/appointments. I do wish there was the option to personalize the colours a bit more and change the monthly view colour but honestly I’m happy with it! Worth the $2 per month !

Paid app. Hi there, I suggest to app developer to stop allowing people to download it for free and then asking for money right after that. It is not cool to waste people’s time. I wouldn’t have spent my 15 minutes for downloading and realizing that you can use it only if you pay 31$/year.

Great BUT.... Was loving this app. UNTIL they started requiring a subscription for full features AFTER had originally paid a flat fee for everything. NOT cool. Was totally content to pay upfront for this and enjoyed it. But when that initial payment went to waste and they started squeezing for additional profit... that’s it for me. Don’t use enough to make it worth monthly payments, and even if did, wouldn’t pay due to the principle. They had a happy customer and advocate. And they lost one going for more profits rather than honouring their integrity of serving customers what they initially paid for. 👎

…. Please restore the ability to touch drag and drop events to re-schedule… Other than that, super buggy. Not sure I have the patience for this app anymore

Literally crashes right after opening - what am I paying for?. Used to work fine until recent update, now crashes after opening on both iPad and iPhone

Useless without subscription. Coming from the company that makes $40 notebooks, this isn’t surprising. Unless you want to pay for a subscription, this app is just a pretty-looking calendar that you can’t add anything to.

Ripoff. I paid money for this app and suddenly they want a monthly fee for something I already paid for. Ripoff. Apple should be refunding our money.

Looks great, support isn’t there. Visually this is probably the nicest calendar app + task app integration. I’ve subscribed in the past and given up because there were bugs that wouldn’t go away. I re-subscribed about a year later hoping thing would be better, but no luck. To be fair the issues aren’t complete failures, but the integration with actions randomly makes previously checked off actions re-appear which makes it impossible to count on. The calendar usually updates fine, but I’ve had issues there too. The whole reason to use it is the integration with Actions for tasks and that’s the main thing that never works properly, for a subscription fee there shouldn’t be bugs that persist for 4 months that ruin the experience. Can’t really recommend it.

Event invites / Widget bug. For a paid app everything shall work perfectly, yet there's no option to edit/send the invite while creating the calendar event. The app does it automatically without a prompt nor a notification. Also since the latest update Timeline 2x4 widget doesn't display current tasks from the Actions app.

Good apps, with barriers. ETA: I subscribed. These are good apps, so I updated the stars. Better payment options would be great I’ve been looking for good scheduling and calendar apps, and Moleskine’s Actions and Timepage seem to be good ones. A subscription model is a turn off for me—with so many apps going subscription I have to be judicious. Making Actions and Timepage separate subscriptions is a blunder. There needs to be a single subscription to cover the integrated apps, for those who want it. That said, my employer is willing to cover an initial yearly subscription for each so I can try them and report back to the group. Great! I go to the product website to make an account and set up the subscription. There doesn’t seem to be a way to do this. Instead, it looks like you have to it from the app and the only way I can pay is by having my personal iTunes account billed (that is, after all, the iTunes account signed in on my devices). I’ll keep an eye on this one and if they fix some of these issues I may be back. The other thing I’d like to see is a desktop app or at least a web interface.

Not really worth subscribing right now. I have the other molskine task manager (Actions) app and I love it, so I decided to give this app a try. The interface is interesting and it's a well designed app VISUALLY. However it's the performance of the app that drags it down significantly. I can't justify spending money on this app with the start up lag that gives my ADD enough time to have a shopping spree before it starts up. On top of that, the app is a paperweight if you don't pay and that's super uncool. I didn't even get a chance to get well into the app before the trial was over and at that point I just feel like I wasted my time even trying the app. To the Devs: Please make the free trial longer. It's really not enough time.

One of the better applications out there. I started using this early because their paper products so I have grown with them I like their format as well as the ability to choose colors, range of days viewed and text size make it far superior to other products. Even so the ability to dictate new events leaves much to be desired compared to the Fantasical product which are use in conjunction with this. I’m on the road quite a bit and the ability to dictate into my phone an event is important. Although they’ve given me a free upgrade for my phone when I upgraded my I-Pad I was charged, so I cancelled, ( it’s just not worth my time to figure all this out). I wish them luck with their new subscription model.

Can’t share consistently, no ability to collaborate. If you need a work app, look elsewhere.. I hoped to use this for work. In my entries, I often have to write in the notes section, then share it. Except when you add people, it doesn’t pop up in their calendar, and if you share it, they can only see the beginning part of the note. That was before the update, now, the share button is completely gone, so you can only add people. This means the entries aren’t even sharing anymore. There’s no ability to email an entry to anyone, it’s basically a personal calendar with limited capability. I emailed Customer Service about this a while ago. Because it could be a good app if they fixed these issues. Never heard back. After this last update, time page is useless to me. Waste of $. Oh, there’s no windows version. Only Apple. I use both for work. 🙄

Expensive. Is this app really worth $36 over 3 years when Fantastical 2 and other apps provide a comparable service for the one-time purchase of $5? This is the question one needs to ask. The logic behind the subscription model is poor at best (Weather? Really?) and dubious at worst, as there is no reason for the app to work this way. I would easily pay $10-$15 for this app, but the idea of paying that over and over again for the rest of time doesn’t sit well with me, and this is clearly echoed across the board, as a fantastically built application is not being used as much as it should be. Please reconsider your pricing, and I, among many others, will reconsider the decision to not purchase it. It’s a shame, really, because this app, along with actions, are both amazing.

Sync Issue. I want to love this app, and do, for it’s fresh take on the calendar app. It feels refined and poised to be a revolutionizing force in the app space. That said, I use GSuite for business and have had trouble getting it to be able to add events from within the calendar. It can call them from the server just fine, but doesn’t want to create events. It sync’s within my account, I tired adding and deleting my email account within iOS several times and power cycled the devices (The issue is also present on the iPhone). Perhaps if they solve this, I will purchase the subscription, but until then 🤷🏼‍♂️. Works fine with a normal Gmail account, but caution advised with business GSuite accounts.

BEST CALENDAR APP!!!!!!. I’m very picky and super organized, and I’ve downloaded so many apps before and have never been satisfied. I ran across this app and saw someone write a review and was very ENTHUSIASTIC about this app and even mentioned “I swear I’m not just saying this and I swear this isn’t a paid review” or whatever. HANDS DOWN this is the best calendar app EVER. They thought of everything how to keep your agenda so efficient. I run my own business, I work for a dentist, and I also have kids so I have a lot going on in my life. I NEED an organized calendar app and I will never get rid of this one ever. I had no problem paying ONLY $11 bucks for a years worth. I’m surprised it is so slow. IN LOVE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Simply great, but could be simpler. I was really uncertain at first with Timepage’s default layout, but after taking the time to get used to the interface (and reducing the view to three days instead of six or however many come default), it’s really lovely to use. The daily historical facts, daily weather, and daily debriefs really make it feel like I’m getting total value out of it. However, I feel calendar event creation and customization could be much easier, and things like not being able to add attendees or a location until after you create an event seem strange. To summarize, it feels like things are forcefully made elegant, instead of simply made useful. I’d still highly recommend, but expect it to take some time to get used to. Great work Moleskine Studio!

Wonderful but would be perfect with a few additions. I have been using Timepage for over a year and really love the interface and integrations with Maps, weather, etc. It would be perfect if there was a way to access it from the desktop - either an internet browser version or a MacOS app. It can also be a bit cumbersome to add events that repeat but not on a regular schedule (daily, weekly, etc.) If there was a quick add option where one could set a certain event title to always happen at a certain time and location, it would make this app even better. Otherwise it is my go to calendar app!

Perfect for Me. I love this app so much. I am all about automation and depend on technology heavily to do what I cannot. I am a business owner, have a full time job, and I’m a full time student and this organizes my life effortlessly. I am always reluctant to pay a subscription for something because being in the tech field, I can be picky, but the design, interface, and functionality are worth it to me. I don’t use any of the other connecting apps though as I enjoy other options but this calendar syncs across my devices and the customization looks good on all of them. Great work and thank you to the team who created this app.

4.0.0 Stunning Update. Just updated my iPad Pro M2 and iPhone 14 Pro Max to the latest version of TimePage (4.0.0) - the update is visually stunning, response time in adding/editing Events & Actions seems to be much quicker than before - a very intuitive layout just became the Gold Standard for iOS/iPadOS calendar apps…and bringing the color layout options from Actions is the cherry on top…I’ve been using TimePage for years and it just keeps getting better and better…I cannot say enough good about this app and the latest update!!! Fantastic job Moleskine!!!!

A timeless calendar. I have always loved the UI of this app, I’ve been using it for years and years. I’m always excited for new updates. It has always felt very classy and clean. It seems like in the newest update, they tried to make everything feel more bubbly and minimal, and it feels a little confusing in some instances. It’s also more confusing because some of the clear text items (setting an event to all day) is now an icon. There seems to be a lot more icons and I don’t know what they do until I click on it. It may just take me some time to get used to the changes. But overall I have always loved this app and wil recommend it.

Problem never been fixed in years I’ve had the app. I have used this app for quite a few years now. I have sent my problem I keep having with the app but it has yet to be fixed. Screenshots have been sent several times but still the same problem. When I pick the option “People” (tap to add) it doesn’t work and it throws up a red banner with “failed to save!” I would think after years of having the same issue it wouldn’t still be an issue but it is. I gave up going back and forth with the app makers and thought by now it surely isn’t still doing it but…..yes it is. On three different iPhones I’ve had.

Trouble with iPhone 11 Pro Max. I love this calendar app. It’s so easy to use, controls are intuitive, and it seamlessly interfaces with my other calendars so I can go to one place to see all events. However, when I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 7plus to the iPhone 11 pro max, the app no longer functions as smoothly. It shuts down so frequently, it’s just about unusable at this point. If I try to add or remove events, it closes over and over again. It will eventually work, most of the time, but is such a headache that I’m actually going to start looking for another calendar app. It makes me so sad, because Timepage has been a fantastic option for me. However, I pay for this app - and have been happy to do so! - but if it’s not going to work for me, I need to look elsewhere.

Best calendar app out there but can improve. I love it being extremely useful and well thought out, and the design is stunning and classy yet funcional, props to the whole team behind this app and the same goes for the Actions by Moleskine app, but time blocking and other changes would make it even better. Subscribed and love it since day 1 FOR THE DEVS: 1-would like to be able to choose the dark theme as I use it now but make the app icon be a completely different color as an option instead of the icon having the theme picked as a default color 2-I find crucial to keep being the best calendar out there to offer to block hours so events don’t overlap, time blocking is already a thing in other apps and it is huge help so events get their own tome slots without overlapping 3-MacOS timepage and actions apps 4-apple watch app would be nice to be able to modify events settings or even create from they from scratch. 5-PLEASE make a MacBook app for Timepage and actions, things 3 has them all and I see their users are very pleased with that

So smart, yet so dumb!. Why is it that such a beautiful, intelligent calendar app still cannot do the one simple thing that all other calendar apps can do, even free ones? Even after yesterday‘s “huge“ update, they still did not bother to include this feature. It’s ridiculous that a calendar app this advanced and this expensive would force me to MANUALLY scroll to “today’s date” every single day! When I switch over to Timepage every day to take a quick look at my schedule, why in the world does it not automatically reset the view to today’s date??! This one little thing is frustrating beyond belief. For God’s sake guys, please at least give us the “option” to choose to do this, even if you don’t make it a systemwide default.

Love it!!!! But... I live by TimePage & Actions!!! Both great apps!! BUT..... the notes- can we please get some type of symbol or something that will indicate which action has a note in it😩😩😩 pretty please!!!! I put things days and months in advance and can’t remember if I put a note on it. Also, is it possible to edit the actions before hitting the check mark? It’s a little annoying to put in the action then save it then go back and click on it to put in a note or schedule it on the day you actually need it on. Again, I make my lists in advance so I don’t always need my action to go on today. I’ll be honest I’m frugal so paying for an app is a no-no for me but I gladly pay for these because they literally help me survive daily!! Thanks guys!!! Again, frugal here 🙋‍♀️ so always trying to get the bang for my buck 😊.

Please let me isolate calendars. So many unique customization options and functions that don't exist in full in other calendar apps. However, why not let me isolate my calendar view to only one or a few select calendars? The scroll option is great to see where the dates lie, but when managing multiple calendars (especially when broken up by project), it would be very helpful to isolate/focus one one at a time. A suggestion: When scrolling the different calendars on the bottom of the heatmap, allow a hold/3d touch that isolates that one calendar as the only viewable calendar. I just want to be able to turn calendars on and off easily so I can focus on what matters!

Mediocre and unimpressive. What are all the glowing reviews for? They’re fake is my guess. This is more like a text-based calendar offering not much beyond the standard Apple calendar. It offers no new insights into your schedule, no new planning tools, etc. - just a text list of your appointments with the weather inserted. Normally I would be generous and give a product like this 3 stars but I took one star off for location errors. I have no idea what mapping they are using but Google maps shows my doctor’s office 12 minutes away from my home. This shows it 39 minutes away because the location is wrong (25 Miles off). So it not only gives no new information beyond Apple’s calendar but gets it wrong! The other star is taken because of the nerve they have in charging $4.99 for this when you must buy another version for the iPad ($6.99) and it doesn’t really do anything innovative.

Perfect setup for a calendar & to-do list. I really love this app; it’s the only mobile calendar I’ve been able to stick with longer than a few days and that has ever completely replaced the iOS calendar completely. The vision setup is what really works for me—I like that I can see everything clearly by the week, that this week can scroll and has weekends or weeks shaded for clarity, and that I can then choose to view by day or by month overall. And then the whole layout is just gorgeous overall as an added bonus. While I wish Timepage and Actions weren’t billed separately, I ended up buying both because they’re both practically irreplaceable to me now. I like that they integrate so well, that makes it a little more worth the cost.

Great promise, not the best. I have been using Timepage as my go to calendar app and Actions as my default reminders / organization app for almost half a year now. While really well designed and intuitive, I don’t like the fact that I have to pay for two separate things. Actions doesn’t have enough features to be its own thing. It doesn’t even support adding reminders to another service like Google Calendar or iCloud Reminders. Also, I travel a lot, and it bugs me that there is ZERO time zone support in Timepage. I will have to change the time zone on my phone systemwide to be able to see the correct time when scheduling events for different time zones. I find myself going to other apps to create events and using Timepage to just view them. I have already paid for an annual subscription to both apps, but I am looking for alternatives, and will probably fall back to the default apps for now. This app has sooooo much promise and hands down is the best designed calendar app on the AppStore as far as I know, but it still has ways to go.

A Helping Hand. I don’t often review items since I find that they merely do as stated and thus don’t need one in my book. This however is so helpful that I need to explain why others should try it. Unlike others who push their premium services and remind you of all you don’t have access to, this planner lets you enjoy the planner. So long as you enter the information of you date and time accurately then it will send reminders when you ask, it let you know the weather at the time and notify you of events for the day ahead. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not perfect. Adjusting time, changing names, or putting in places can be a bit tedious with how delicate the system is. These are just the annoyance of using a planner and typical as none of the others I’ve used are any better.

It won’t disappoint. this is become my absolute favorite productivity manager. aesthetically pleasing and genuinely fun to use! well done design team. i have unlimited customizability and it syncs well across my devices. only gripe at the moment are the widgets. they keep dropping in quality throughout the day. like it will be a high rez widget for about thirty minutes and then it becomes fuzzy. it still displays the data, but it isn’t very sleek. Also the weather widget does not open the app when clicked on which is a bit frustrating.

Useless on the Apple Watch. I’ve been using this app for a little while now on my iPhone and iPad, and have absolutely loved it. However, I have the newer Apple Watch and it doesn’t work almost at all. Any time I try to open the application on my watch, it tells me there are no events and to hand it off it my iPhone, AFTER It has already sent me a notification on the watch to remind me of an event. It’s incredibly annoying to have my watch tell me there’s an event, only to not be able to open the app and see the info. I really loved this app, but Im going to be cancelling my subscription to find something more cross-platform compatible. I’m sick of tearing my hair out trying everything under the sun to get it to work, and I’d rather give my money to a fully functioning program each month. :(

Best app in AppStore. I don’t make this statement lightly. As I am pretty deep into Apple’s echo system - so I generally use stock apps made by Apple if I can. This app I will use for the rest of my life as my “go to” calendar app. The UI is phenomenal, the design is elegant and modern, and the customization options are simple, but make all the difference in the world to people like myself who like to customize their iPhone’s appearance. I’m a firm believer and practicer brand/product loyalty and from now on, this app and developer has mine. Excellent - no, flawless app. I can’t to see what’s next.

Could never stay on task. Got this app because it was really black and white. Really easy to use not much of a learning curve. My first 7days free was awesome paying 11 for the year it was a No brainer for me. But what really sets this app off is actions(to list) its partner app. When i put them together i get so much done at work. I was alway late sending off docs for work or just being forgetful at time at time. These app have got my on task and on point.. the only down fall is you have to pay the 11. Something for the year twice once for each app. It doesn’t seem major but it would be better if there was some type of Bundle deal or at lease having my payments consolidated into one but other then that i love it

Best I’ve ever used,but….. I love this app. It’s modern, intuitive, sleek yet very simple and seamless. It’s easily the best calendar app I’ve ever used and I’ve used them all. But, and this is a big but for me, I use addresses and locations for scheduling a lot. The fact the the app doesn’t have the ability to remember my frequent locations or allow me to have location favorites to select from and that I have to type in the addresses every time I’m scheduling something is VERY frustrating. Please please please fix that and this for me will complete the awesomeness that is this app.

Greates Calendar app ever, one issue though. I’ve been using this app for 4-5 years now.. never felt like replacing it.. dumped most apps from my phone but not this one.. currently using iphone XR. The designers have done a great job .. however one issue i am facing is the app launch time. I never kill the app given how frequently i use it. However whenever I tap the icon even an hour later its taking 4-5 seconds to launch.. really takes away from the UX. Don’t know if its a bug or something, but smoothing the launch experience will help.. only thing keeping me from the 5th star. Thanks

Beautifully designed.. but very buggy. This is possibly one of the best designed apps on iOS that I have used. Interface is fantastic, and it’s one of those apps I really want to love... but I just can’t. The bugs with this and Actions (and especially the widget) are things I just can’t overlook, especially considering they’re charging me for it! Actions I’ve already completed constantly show up on my Timepage app, recurring events don’t work if I change one of those individual events, and syncing between the iPhone and iPad apps is painfully slow. My subscription expires next month and I’ve cancelled the auto-renew, and won’t turn it back on unless these issues are fixed. I loved the concept of my to do list being integrated into my calendar, but not if it (1) doesn’t work half the time and (2) costs money for something that doesn’t work half the time.

Absolutely Love It. I didn’t know what I was missing out on by not having this app. I love how it naturally integrates with my day. Customizable interface and I am a bit of a whether or nut.. this app lets you slide through the day to see what the weather will be doing. Customizable weather alerts and time sensitive notifications to get to your appointments on time. The widget feature is amazing, customizable colors etc. along with a color sensitive days to let you know how busy you are at a glance. If time management is important, this app is for you. I would highly recommend giving it a shot. Worth every penny in my opinion.

Clean and Great inter-connection to other Apps. I do love this app it’s clean and pretty great on use of other apps for the weather, maps and link to contacts. If you change your mind or want to cancel you have to know to look down in the keyboard action bar to see the ‘X’ to cancel. There are several learning curves on how things are done in these apps that are different than most. It took me some time to see how they made use of the IOS features. I also love the complications for the Apple, would be nice if Actions showed up in Timepage list of the days events as on the other IOS devices. I like continuity so to have a Mac version would be great.

Great UI. Still a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app! Love the app and I find it takes a bit of time to fully utilize the app and all its functions. Once you do this, the app is a no brainer for convenience, style and reliability. I’ve had great experiences with customer service too. Asked some questions and received responses within a day. They were very helpful too. Seems to take an awful long time to load, which I do not care for. Maybe that can be fixed with an update. I’m not to fond of the subscription model either. Maybe offer a onetime purchase price up front. Overall, I still really like the app and have not decided whether I want to purchase a yearly sub. 5 stars and very solid app.

Still Disappointed but less so. I’ve contacted Timepage and have been told that since I had previously purchased the app, I would not have to pay... for now. This is slightly better than my previous understanding, as I will NOT pay monthly for a calendar. Those who have been using this app for a while can attest that it is nice. But I have used it for its look and feel. It is a good calendar, but there are many out there that can do what this one does and they are free. I’ve changed my rating to a 3, but think twice before paying monthly. Previous post is below: “I am extremely disappointed that this is now a paid service. Thus the 1 star. I came to this calendar from Sunrise(which was THE best calendar until ruined by Microsoft.) Now I have been disappointed again. Looks like I’ll go back to Google.”

Gorgeous app!. I tried about 4 apps at once with a certain set days and tasks to input into each. Timepage was immediately visually way way more appealing. A dark background is an option that’s helps me see all my data so much easier. The simple color dots are easy to differentiate what I’m doing that day, and are so non intrusive!! I love the navigation and the actual features in the task options. There are so many options for so many different people, something the other apps didn’t have in any good measure! Subscription became a necessity and now I think I’ll use this for years to come!

Fantastic App ..... BUT!. I’ve been using this app for over 3 months at this point. I’ve gone back and forth between physical calendars, & COUNTLESS apps and the combination of TIMEPAGE and ACTIONS has been exactly what I needed to get my life together just a little bit more. My ONLY 2 complaints or suggestions for them to fix at this point is to 1. Allow the Action steps shown in the bottom of your TIMEPAGE calendar for the day to be draggable up into the actual scheduling portion of your day. Because it’s not, I find myself having to retype in a task that I’ve already put into actions JUST to schedule it into my day. This would make it so much easier. It’s redundant and just interrupts the flow of things. 2. Provide a syncable MAC OS version that subscribers so all platforms can be in sync. I am the type of person that needs to see my schedule everywhere, super detailed and want to make sure I’m on track. Which this apps seems to tailor to someone like me but it’s missing the Mac version that pulls all of this together. I’ll be coming back to add more suggestions as my time with that app goes forward. But for someone who runs 2 businesses and is currently planning a wedding... this app has been the most helpful by far.

Intelligently Simple. I don't usually review apps, but this is by far the best calendar app I have tried. The interface and use ability excellent, they did a great job designing something that is immediately yet functional; I don't feel like I need to sit there for 30 seconds or click around to know which days have events marked in the upcoming week or month. It works exactly like you would think it should without trying to be an all-in-one application with too many menus and screens. Some of the other calendar apps I tried seem to have too much going on visually in them - they seem time consuming rather than time saving. Wonderful app and simple to use.

Gorgeous app; feature requests ignored. First of all, this app is gorgeous, so easy on the eyes, and very functional in many ways. I have a current annual membership, but if certain feature requests—and I’m referring to the most prominent requests that were made YEARS ago and are marked as “under review” and such—are not responded to in a promising fashion by the time I’m up for renewal, I won’t be sticking around. Quite sad, because of the beauty of the app. If Moleskine showed serious concern in implementing requests rather than entirely ignoring them, I would probably rate five stars. As is, they occasionally dangle a carrot over users by writing a few words about some request being under consideration every few months/years. This is frustrating, and rather insulting really.

Years of use - I’m Done: sync issues return and layout is terrible.. You know, everything was fine once Timepage consistently synced with Google’s servers. It finally felt complete and reliable! It was a pleasure to use. Since Moleskine moved to a subscription and added Actions, the calendars are acting up again, taking forever to load/sync. The daily weather doesn’t show up sometimes! We’re back to where we were before. It feels like a beta release again. If Timepage isn’t reliable, what is the point? On top of that, I hate the daily layout the Actions app has brought us. I thought I could deal with it but I can’t stand the boxes. My events almost always fit nicely on a single page with the weather at the bottom. Now, it’s an ugly looking monstrosity and the weather is always out of sight. I tried Moleskine. I really tried. I started using this app very early, dealing with Moleskine’s sync issues. But these issues have returned. I am not going to uninstall/reinstall on a daily basis. I loved it but now, not so much. It is a shame. I understand Actions is a logical next step but if sync falters and events don’t load or added properly to calendars, what is the point?

Great but missing essentials!. Love the design and interface of TimePage and Actions...flows beautifully and works together fairly seamlessly. Absolutely beautiful minimalist design that’s very helpful and easy to use. However, sharing calendars, events and lists is a MUST HAVE! Also the ability to group lists into Projects is VITAL. Similarly, being able to assign times for due dates for each task, as well as having sub tasks lists (also with the same functionality as regular tasks) are necessities. Additionally the initial entry options for adding an event don’t include all of the basic fields, like repeat options, notification options, location etc. These options are available in the next screen after you first create the event, but that’s a little counter intuitive. Also having the ability of adding an event from all screens within Timepage would be nice...just a simple + sign at the bottom. Having to click on the day first in order to add event is annoying. In summary, adore these apps but there are some very important features missing in order to replace more robust planning/task management apps.

Not happy we are forced into subscription. I think I paid $10 for this app for my iPad (only). When I made that purchase, of course I thought I would have it for the life of the device, at least. I don't spend money on apps- so that was a lot! I appreciated that moleskine "grandfathered" the old folks (me) in. I thought we would be a couple years before being forced to pay for the subscription. Just now I tried to create an event and it said I have to pay to do it. Sorry, after maybe one month, that's lame. Good luck, I'm ditching your product for being lame-o.

I love it but.... It’s beautiful but for example I want all my government classes one color and my psychology class another but there is no entry where you can add a color to a certain suject meeting task or whatever. It has a few options but even if you click one of those it only applies to the one that you pulled up. You would have to individually add the color bubble to each one and even when I did that some would even switch back too regular colors. Also there are options on there that I have no idea what they actually mean. I’m scared to press anything that I don’t know what the purpose is for fear Of screwing what I already have up. I’ve asked for help with no response. I’m think this might not have been with the money. Or maybe I’m just too stupid to figure it out.

Love this calendar but please let us edit colors. I’ve used this calendar app for years and it is truly the best one out there. Love that it includes drive times, weather, and more! I use all the widgets too, from count down to fact of the day. The only complaint I have is… please let us pick our own color, or bring back the full suite of colors. The “millennial pink” shade that existed until a few months ago was the perfect shade to complement my interface design (I know it sounds picky but I’m a designer so having to shift all my icons to accommodate the color change drove me crazy). If there’s any way to just let users pick their own color I would appreciate it greatly! Otherwise perfect calendar app with no complaints whatsoever.

Flawless integration amongst the studio bundle. The other positive reviews basically say it all. This bundle of apps stands in a class leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. My personal experience to add is how dedicated the developers are to the user. I submitted an idea that would be a huge help towards organizing my life within the Actions app. To my amazement, the feature request I clumsily tried to convey to the developers was a crisp clean shiny new feature on the very next update. I can only assume other users submitted similar suggestions, but even so, it was pretty rad to see it in real life and to be able to start using it!

So much potential.... I downloaded the app a few hours ago. It’s a beautiful app; super modern, and the icons are customizable which is something I’ve never seen before in a calendar app. However, when I started to actually add events and reminders to the calendar I noticed that some of the content I added got deleted. It happened multiple times! I’m not sure if I added too many events within a small time frame and it bugged out, but that was a HUGE drawback for me. I mean, the features are really nice but it’s functionality leaves a lot to be desired. I love the bells and whistles but I really just need an app that’s gonna save my events and reminders. This did not do that. I deleted the app within 3 hours of downloading it. I’m glad I didn’t prematurely purchase the membership!

ANOTHER DISGUSTING DISAPPOINTMENT. how many times will apps that I have already purchased break the trust with which they coaxed me into purchasing them only to replace the agreed upon terms with a monthly fee. I paid $5....are you that incapable of managing your earnings that you can’t figure out another way to secure future sales. here is an idea: MAKE YOUR APP BETTER. Offer something that sets it apart. It was already mediocre at best. Now not only do you look lazy, but also entitled. I refuse to enable this. Give me some kind of incentive. It’s not the price tag but the fact that you reneged. So now you want an ongoing service charge. Show me the future of your company. what kind of nuances can we expect and what kind of timelines are we looking at. If i’m no longer just a consumer, if have forcibly graduated into an invested, sell me on something. Seriously, the audacity is just unsettling. Show me your worth. Earn my money. Or get bent.

Great App, But a Suggestion. I have this app and I love it. The design is super clean and well thought out. I like how it integrates seamlessly with the Actions app as I am usining these two apps to keep on top of things. I have a suggestion though that would help out. If at all possible could you change the prompt for the “Edit this event only” button to something more substantial. Maybe change the color or something different so I don’t accidentally press “Edit all events”. They’re both very similar and when I’m in a rush I feel like I might press the wrong thing.

Huge Potential, But Company Needs To Change Their Focus. Moleskine has built the foundation of Timepage and Actions very well, making it aesthetically pleasing, user friendly, and effective. However, their efforts aren’t focused enough. Actions and Timepage should have been built as one app, and as a result, their development efforts are dispersed over two platforms. Also, though they have tried to integrate the two together, having two separate apps will always impose some degree of ‘clunkiness’ on the user end. Further, they recently introduced a new app, Journey, which essentially does the same thing as Timepage + Actions, but not nearly as well as the two. Having so many apps with the same purpose divides development efforts, induces redundancy in development (thus wasted time), and divides the userbase, making all three apps more difficult to gain popularity. Ultimately, for a subscription-based service, users expect regular updates that add new features. These are not coming frequently enough to build upon the excellent app foundation, making it unlikely that this planning tool will be superior to its competitors.

Was the best. I have used this calendar app since it first came out and have loved every aspect of it. It definitely beats all the other calendar apps out there. Sadly, I now have to give it a one star rating and move on to a different calendar app because they are insisting on making everyone setup a cloud based account to back up all your data. Since this app pulls all of its data from a cloud based account you already have setup in your Apple calendar this makes absolutely no sense. If I had an option where I could say no once (it will ask you to setup an account every time you open the app) and move on it would definitely be a 5 Star app. But their insistence on making all users store all calendar data in Moleskines cloud server when it is already stored in your email provides cloud service is worrisome and somewhat suspicious to me. Therefore the one star on an app that would otherwise be one of the best on the App Store.

Why make an app free when it can’t be used without a membership?. Honestly I was super excited about using this app but for those of us who do not want to pay a monthly or annual fee or are incapable of the extra finances because of our current times and the restrictions put in place due to businesses shutting down is disappointing. I dislike the fact that you guys would put an app up as “free” only to need a subscription after its downloaded otherwise it’s completely useless. If you want to pay a subscription fee then this app is probably wonderful but if you don’t want to or are incapable of sparing the extra right now due to personal reasons with this virus then I wouldn’t waste your time. I’m truly disappointed at the facts that I can’t use this. It definitely would’ve made my life easier.

Freezing and syncing issues. I've been using this app since for about 9 months, and it's been fantastic so far... until recently it's been freezing on me every time I open the app either on my iPhoneX or on my iPadPro. It's lost an important appointment that I put in, but I'm hoping it was a one-time fluke. Also, I cannot get it to sync with my Outlook calendar regularly, so I have to manually put them sometimes. There isn't any other calendar app like this out there, so I will continue to use it for now, but I really hope that these issues will be addressed soon. FYI: I have tried googling answers, looked up FAQs and all that for the Outlook syncing issue, but they weren't permanent solutions. I'm really looking for an app that will make my life easier, not more difficult!
