Garbage app. Useless app. No sense of programming. I dont know why apple allow such a worst app on there marketplace.

So far........ Wow. I’m impressed with the dozens of things this software does. Remarkable! Training class is Monday. My experience with Expedia has been 5 star. Callan my account rep is quick to return calls & emails. I’ll keep you posted

Expedia is expired. The reason I don’t like the reservation because I don’t when they send email to guest to choose a checking is good or bad. I want them to remove

Update killed usefulness. I use this app for staying on top of real time feedback. Since the latest update this is no longer an option. The app is completely unusable and no functional. Very disappointed with the new update.

Never Works. This app is consistently having issues, I expect it to not work every time I open the app. Causing a lot of unnecessary stress!

Notifications. It would be great if they would add sound notifications on the App. Please please please

Easy access.. Easy access to Partner Central, but sometimes has problems to change between properties. When changing to another property keeps showing the last one.

Not updating inventory. I had a booking come through for dates that wasn’t available So I looked and found 4 other dates that the app didn’t block off after 3times trying to block off dates on the app I had to use the desktop to block the date So double check your dates to make sure they are blocked

Pulse is better. Look at pulse from booking

Could be better. Has limited features but it’s ok.

Review from Employee. These reviews have to be paid I work at Expedia and all day I get calls from partners saying how awful our website is and how hard it is to use. The ones who even know about the app say its even worse. I have to agree the website is constantly bugging, they are always updating it causing it to crash. Absolute garbage would expect better from a company like this.

Very useful. I love this app. Very easy to navigate.

Not easy to use. There is no way to manage your bookings with this. It does not allow you to see all your reservation at a glance. You can only see what’s happening today. It does not show any upcoming reservations. If it is not happening today you have to scroll through the calendar and hopefully remember arrivals dates and click on it. All calendars gives you multiple views-weekly, monthly, yearly. I guess Expedia wasn’t going for ease of use. You gotta work hard to manage your reservations.

Doesn’t work with iPhone 6 Plus with 12 and up. My app been crashing and can’t open it in iPhone 6 Plus. I have the latest version of iOS. After this update, it doesn’t work. Hard to contact the developer too.

Rate Adjustment. I can’t turn on or off my special discounted rates. I’m only able turn on/off my standard rate

Not favorable to property owners.. I have noticed since longtime that Expedia partner central is not favorable to hard working hotel owners. They rush to the conclusion Lightning fast instead verifying the facts. They promote shabby environment by allowing third person book the hotel rooms and by doing so they promote many crimes indirectly. I will not be surprised if they hit with hasty law suits down the road.

Problem opening app. On iPhone.. Why do I have to go through Siri to open up my app.? I have an icon on my screen but when I tap it it just shows a blank blue screen. None of the app. showing at all. I hope this gets fixed soon. I really need it. Syd

Customer service. Does not give accurate guest contact info so guests do not receive our check in information. If we use the app to send the check in codes it says unable to send because it thinks it’s a marketing message. Very frustrating and causes a lot of angry guests

The best extranet I’ve ever used.. Strongly recommended for a hotelier to manage and get the best out of this extranet.

Login. Login required when coming from email reservation even with app on the device if device has app must allow email reservation to open up in app

Worst app. You have to log in every time to open not user friendly app even after several complaints our issue is not solved. There is no way to mark pre paid guest as no show. Even if marked a post pay reservation no show they are allowed to write review without staying at hotel ridiculous system. Update it and let it log in using our face id

App update. Every time I update my App It asks me to verify my account, I do as asked but then my App freezes. I have to delete it and reload? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. I am on my I-phone and my husband on his and his computer. I typically make the reservations. 🙄

Pathetic. Will opt you in for price match when you never did opt in. Worst partner in bookings ever

App is not convenient for using. App is not as good as airbnb

Bad update. The update removed the menu at the bottom of the screen and now I cannot check my feedback, or anything else except when I get a new booking. I am stuck on the activity page and that diminishes the reason I downloaded the app in the first place. Zero stars from me.

Not user friendly - no back button. I got a notification that I had a Real Time Feedback. I clicked it and the app opened. No where is it possible to check real time feedback on the app. Another annoying thing is that when I click a topic there is no back button so then I’m stuck on the page. Weird.

Strange booking site for owners. As a homestay owner posting with Expedia, I’m not happy with the service. I try to best to steady market demands and set appropriate pricing policy, but when they sell to guests, I get 50% of the price I set. May be they push some unfamiliar discounts to my my set price. This is not a transparent or predictable business model for me. All other booking sites don’t do that. They make it easy for homeowner to control sales and discounts they want to offer. This makes the whole thing a loss business model for me.

Don't work for apple. Can't login the Touch ID don't work pl fix it it works fine on other phones then apple

Connection problems...log in problems...poorly executed log in interface. The app has issues at log in. It’s been more apparent in recent updates. Even with Touch ID, or manual password it won’t let you log in at times and sometimes it tells you either to enter captcha but aren’t able to click on it, or it says connection problem and won’t let you access the app. Poorly designed for something that should make it easy for property management. It’s less of a hassle to log in on the website compared to this. Frustrating!

Synching with other booking sites. The app should be able to have an option to sync calendars of other booking sites. This will Make it more efficient in terms of calendar management and also to avoid over booking.

Hoping it crashes less. I’m really hoping the app crashes less. It’s a great app. It just seems to have a lot of problems connecting unless it’s directly through the website

Calendar. Your calendar is an absolute mess. Impossible to synchronize with other callers. There’s a fake option to handle opening or closing room in bulks, but one still has to close rooms one at a time. Just terrible.

Can’t open in iPhone. It was working fine when I installed now I can’t open it.. I have reinstalled but same problem

Stuck at log in page!. It stucked at "Authorizing user" the login page AGAIN!. And have no back buttons. Please fix it asap.

Frustrating, app won’t open. I work for an Inn so I use this app every single day and have never had any issues with it before, but the past few days I haven’t been able to open the app at all. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it multiple times but it doesn’t seem to help. I need it to get fixed.

Owner. I have multiple listings with you. 6. Half of them are deleted. Or something. I cannot find and guests can’t either. Some manager. Consolidated all my building to one account at the beginning of the season. Whatever he did. ??? Didn’t get a reservation for the last 6 months.

Does not work. Every few days it work and then stop working it’s kept on searching something then you have to delete and get again from App Store again same process.

App not working at all. Just downloaded this app. Log in but not loading home page.. it’s just keep kicking me out on log in page. There must be some bug that need to be fixed. It last updated every week and I still face this issue!!!

Really needs work. Good app but suffering from some neglect: -terrible load time -irregular load -late of viable Rates feature. You can only scroll Day by day and can GO TO specific date which is problematic for many days out -Conformations n system very inconvenient. At least should remind of last confirmation number used -lack of scroll to bottom on Availabiliti s.

So far behind the competition - not good enough. Expedia need to modernise as it’s structure is totally wrong. Takes forever to upload a new property, need a human to check everything Constant verification by email to gain access or view telephone numbers Telephone numbers are wrong (should be verified) Interface is property view only so cannot view important things across properties - messages, reservations etc. Such a pain to constantly switch between properties. Booking.com, AirBnb, Tripadvisor are far better.

Try to get the phone number for a guest: good luck!. It’s so frustrating to get a phone number to call guests!!! Argh!!! The application asks you to log in several times and it gets into a n endless loop. Terrible! Worst application ever!! Especially if you are in a rush to contact the guests! Fix it please!!!

Window opens in small square. I’ve just installed this app and when I log in, the window is only half the screen size. I think it’s using an iframe or something, so it’s like a browser window inside the app. The resizing of the square doesn’t work, and if you try zoom, the content within the square increases in size - not the square itself.

Lacking required capability to be useful. To be a great app, the user must be able to do what they need without resorting to jumping through hoops. Sadly, to block a room as sold out, this app currently fails. Only through using browser can the user do what truly needs to be done: To keep from being overbooked.

Partne Central App. When it works, it’s fine. But it often doesn’t open, setting up a loop of password entry, confirmations and back to the beginning over and over. It worked today - the first time I’m about 10 days.

Broken update. App not launching since yesterday's update.

Keeps making me enter password. That's the whole reason I use a thumbprint, so I don't have to keep looking up passwords. Never can use the thing on the go cause all my passwords are on my computer, so it kinda defeats the purpose. Unfortunate.

Clunky. App isn't as bad if you have only one property, but I own two, therefore the app is insanely clunky, annoying, and time consuming.

IOS 11 update required. The app needs a major update... Especially to make it iOS 11 friendly. The bottom option bar has stopped showing up and the login process takes forever. Most of the times it has started forgetting credentials and the only way to fix that is by exciting and reopening the app

Crucial Data at your fingertips. So nice to have quick and easy access to your hotel(s) at anytime. Great to see market data and property info right at your fingertips. I hear competitors rates aren't live, which doesn't make sense to me, I use Revaster for my comp rates, they are also from last night. If EPC mobile gave me live results...that would be even sweeter! Great job on the App Expedia!

Independent Property. Super helpful and easy to use! Would highly recommend downloading, really nice to have on the go, when I am not in the office!

No Back Buttons. No back buttons in the interface, getting stuck on many pages like 'see this booking' with no way of going back!

Frustrated!. Loved this app before because as a GM of a hotel I can communicate with my guests before hand very easily. Ever since the update a couple days ago you can't send a message because the button doesn't work. Went from being helpful to useless!! Please change it back to wonderful!!

Unable to navigate through. Once you log in, you are kept hostage by the app. You become unable to see the menu tab anywhere in the scree. There are no options to browse reservations, rates and availability, nor reviews! Please fix this bug ASAP!

Great way to use EPC on the go. Awesome way to use EPC when you aren't in front of your computer! You can see everything from your promotions to your market watch comp set. Love it!

Serious issues with latest update. The screen hangs up forcing a quit on login, and there are no back buttons once you are in the app, which again forces you to swipe to quit the app, then log in again (which freezes)... super frustrating. Please fix and test before future releases!

Easy to Use and Lots of Helpful Features. Especially helpful for DRMs with multiple properties, easily go back and forth between hotels and I can save my monitors for other work! It's easy to use and all the features you need in the palm of your hand.

Why is it always trying to be extra secure, please address the failed login attempts with the new update, forcing us to enter a password second time with captcha (can I just stay signed in?) and always "authorizing user ever 5 seconds" I spend more time logging in with this app and navigating it than actually using it. Terrible. What is the point of an app if you have to verify via email address and log-in each time you want to use the app? It is terrible, useless app. I wanted to use the app to avoid the ridiculous verification email request every time I try to use the website. However, your app requires verification upon every log-in. Horrible app.

Thumb login means no more passwords!. The fingerprint login is amazing, I don't have to type in the stupid password every 10 mins. It also seems to keep me logged in. I also like the notifications so I don't have to check to see reviews and bookings. Good job Expedia!
