Horrible app and support sustem. To start this app has a confusing verification process that if you do twice will say you’ve went over your maximum number of attempts. When faced with his support told me there was nothing they could do. No reverse or override system even after my card and telephone number were both verified. And support system is very annoying as they don't contact you until the next day. So if you are in a foreign country (like myself) and need something urgently (medicine) well you will have to wait and probably get a response that is something along the lines of wait longer. Then when you wait and finally hear from them again you will have to respond and wait another day for a response. This app ruined my stay in Bogota and would look for another app with support that cares about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

Cancelling Rappi Prime is a nightmare. Maybe this should just serve as a warning to those who use this app overseas or while traveling: Rappi customer support is atrocious and only fulfills requests over chat within their app that takes days to get competent staff to resolve issues. Case in point, I linked my Apple Card to their subscription service that charges you monthly while the service is active. The problem lies in when you try to cancel, for whatever reason, the app doesn’t just allow you to cancel and unlink a card from a subscription. It’s hilarious to see them continuously try to bill me for a subscription that’s no longer active only to see it decline as the card has been replaced. Not even kidding, I’ve entries showing declined from the start of the year, month over month. I guess this just serves as a cautionary tale of what could go wrong with payment services and subscriptions in food delivery apps overseas. Try and use debit, virtual cards, or gift cards with this app and monitor subscription cancellations.

Use Domicilios instead of rappi. I ordered two times on two difference occasion. First order, I order water instead of coke and they sent me coke when the order clearing stated water. They resolved it but then I tried ordering again. I order three 1.5 liters of h2o drink and they gave me 3 600ml drinks. I messaged them and took few hours for them to respond thinking they will just take their time. I drank one and they sent the same delivery guy to pick up the other two and brought back 2 1.5liter drinks. They said hey will give me credit and the credit they wanted to give was only the amount of the cost to deliver. I told them what’s the point if I get free delivery when the order was wrong. They did not respond until 2 days later saying they will close the ticket. I responded back saying I still have not gotten any response and it’s been a week now. I messaged them again saying where is my response and never heard back from them. The delivery guys are messing up the order, rappi support is not responding to message. Better to use Domicilios app versus this.

Bad service. The delivery people do not confirm the items in the order with the restaurant. I did not receive an item I ordered so I told the delivery guy and their support right away I just wanted a refund for that item. The support chat then told me I need to contact help! from what I know support and help are supposed to be the same thing. Also, the order was not even in the help section. This method of customer service is very lacking even though I clearly told them, I didn’t want the item anymore that I had already eaten. They continue to try to deliver it instead of refunding me for what I didn’t receive with my food which just further inconvenienced me. Finally when the order was in the “help” area and not in the “support” area I was able to request the refund. They should have just said no problem we will refund the item you didn’t receive. I really dislike this service it’s supposed to be convenient but isn’t and I feel the delivery people are likely very exploited. I will never use Rappi again.

Really good service. Rappi is the best food delivery app, when it comes to delivery it’s always the fastest also Rappi cares a lot about their customers, I’ve been refunded a couple times 100% money back from mistakes made by restaurants or missing orders. There’s just one thing I should add to the app and that would be to have the option to filter restaurants closing by time. Sometimes I click on a restaurant and till it pop-up it says that restaurant will be closing in x amount of time they’re always less than 10 minutes to close when the message appears so I would like to have an option to rearrange the listed restaurants by closing time besides that, Rappi is the app you want to use.

Why I Gave Two Stars. Even though I love the concept of Rappi, and I am able to get almost anything I want delivered to my doorstep at a very cheap price and quickly, the reason that I give this app 2 stars is because the customer service is awful. The agents are rude, and I even had one rappitendera scream at me once because she didn’t like that I had a complaint about the way she handled a situation. Never in all my years did I have an employee of a company treat me this way. Employees in the United States are taught to put the customer first, whereas it seems in these Latin American countries employees are not taught this American philosophy, so customers are treated like trash. And this is why I give it 2 stars, if it had not been for this detail in how they treat their customers, I would give them 5 stars.

Service is great, the app is annoying. The actual service works great, with a large selection of stores and restaurants to order from. The drivers are very fast and deliveries are handled perfectly. But the actual app needs some minor work. The most annoying thing is getting asked to rate my food immediately as I accept the delivery. How can I rate my food when I haven’t even made it back in my house yet!? And then, you just get bombarded with notifications to not “forget to rate your order”. Sometimes you’ll get 4-5 notifications within a minute!! Back to back to back to back to back! It’s completely insane. As I said, these are minor fixes. Uber Eats has it set up perfectly, after 20 minutes or so you get one notification and that’s it.

Genial, pero... (Great, but…). Buen servicio y selección, un poco complicado para inicializar la cuenta. Me cancelaron mis primeros 10 pedidos porque me perdí un paso en algún lugar. Cuando finalmente tuve un pedido procesado con éxito, lo dupliqué accidentalmente. Las instrucciones de configuración y los requisitos del servicio podrían traducirse más claramente al inglés. Ahora que tengo mi cuenta configurada, ha sido una gran experiencia. Good service and selection, slightly complicated to initialize account. I had my first 10 orders cancelled because I missed a step somewhere. When I finally had an order processed successfully, I accidentally duplicated it. The setup instructions and requirements of the service could be more clearly translated into English. Now that I have my account set up, it’s been a great experience.

Avoid this app! Will steal your money.. Please avoid this app. At first I thought it would be very convenient to have anything delivered via this app. My first order was a success. I even went as far as to create a video to tell other travelers what app to use when traveling south America. Boy was this mistake! These guys really don't care of you receive your order or not. Lately I've been scammed a few times but only received canned responses from these guys. The UI is great and they have plenty of choices, buy you will end up losing a lot of money from this company. Just today I ordered and the product was not delivered. They were quick to charge me and hand me a receipt. I reached out to customer support and only crickets. No support on the other end. If you order groceries, you'll get the wrong products or missing products but receive the full charge. They took 2 days to fulfill a grocery order. I decided I only needed a few things from the list since I purchased the others myself. They charged me for the original list and not the two products that showed up. If you like to gamble, this is a great app!

Good overall but improvements needed. I love this app. Almost a must have while in places like Colombia. But I really wish it would stop warning my that I'm far from the delivery address when I'm ordering for other people. There needs to be an option to order food for a saved contact with their saved address, and an option to share the order status with your contact that you're sending food for so they can see the progress and track their delivery driver through a web browser or through the app itself.

Rappi is crappy. This app worked the first couple of times but now it has been completely hit and miss. The majority of the time my order is cancelled or the app completely freezes right before my order is finished. It also constantly freezes when trying to message the delivery person causing my entire order to be cancelled. The app is constantly freezing and crashing and tech support is extremely slow and/or non responsive for weeks. I have verified my credit cards multiple times and yet they still do not work. The fee they charged to verify my account was not fully refunded. Even when changing from credit card and choosing the cash option it still won’t let me place my order or cancels like with my credit cards. The hours and hours of my time I have wasted trying to make a simple order is ridiculous.

It’s good but can use improvement. I use this app often as I don’t leave in São Paulo but love to send my family things, foods, presents, etc. i think the most difficult part is the application every time requires security, gives me fraud alerts, and things like that. As much as I appreciate security, once I say it’s “ME” making the purchase and I want delivery there, it should just recognize it and stop sending and verifying over again. Another thing is delivery people. I’m more than happy to give tips. I think they deserve it. But only when they do a good job. For instance I had occasions when almost half of my supermarket food for my sick mom was taken off, I think they were too lazy to search for similar product, or that I paid for and they didn’t deliver it. Honesty is a must! They have to improve in people they hire to deliver.

SUPER RELIABLE. Speaking from someone who isn’t normally the type to order anything from third party applications, this app is extremely safe and reliable. From food, to house items Rappi offers clear and concise instructions when it comes to purchasing goods. In addition the delivery fees and other surcharges are very reasonable. Their compensation incentives are amazing as well, they literally will give you free RappiCredits(money) that will come off of your next purchase. You can also save them up! Works extremely well in South America, especially Colombia!

Don’t trust Rappi…it sometimes works, but more often is problematic. We’ve tried to use Rappi many times here in Mexico, mostly because they paid shake shack a ton of money to do an exclusive delivery deal (meaning you can’t use didi or Uber to get delicious shake shack). Unfortunately, Rappi is a constant disappointment. We regularly receive orders that are wrong, or missing important items. And when they deliver partial orders they don’t refund you for the missing things, they give you a credit that only works for a different type of delivery, meaning it’s useless, so they’re basically ripping you off. We’ve also had several occasions where we’ve waiting an hour or more for delivery, with hungry kids, only to have the whole thing mysteriously canceled when it was meant to nearly be there. Then, of course, Rappi won’t refund you for 10-15 days…ridiculous. Think I’m finally done with this crap…shake shack and some of the other exclusive restaurants are great, but it’s not worth dealing with Rappi.

Completely incompetent support. The absolute worst support I’ve ever experienced. They use fluffy saved replies but appear to have NO idea what’s going on or how to actually help you. It’s like they don’t even read your message and you speak to a bunch of different people each time within the same conversation but they do ZERO research so you end up repeating yourself each time. Also, you can’t pay with two payment methods so having a RappiPay balance is useless. Also, they don’t seem to understand what a bug is or how to reproduce it. So if you’ve had prime before but cancel, it’ll ask you to upgrade again for free, but it’s not free. You’re immediately upgraded without notification of a charge, but you’re charged. I tried to explain this to them but 🤯🤯🤯

Terrible Service and Unhelpful Support. My recent experience with Rappi has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite updating my delivery address, a glitch occurred when I also updated my credit card details, automatically reverting my delivery address to the default one without any notification. This resulted in the delivery being sent to the wrong location, which I only discovered when the delivery guy arrived. To make matters worse, when I tried to rectify the situation by sending the correct address to the delivery person, they didn’t bother to reply and instead simply cancelled the order. The unresponsiveness and lack of cooperation from the delivery person added to the frustration. What’s even more infuriating is the lack of assistance from Rappi’s support. I reached out for help, but they claimed there was nothing they could do once the order was placed. Blaming me for not checking is not only unprofessional but also completely disregards the technical issues that led to this mess. The restaurant, instead of assisting, provided no help and merely stated that they couldn’t see the updated information. I was left scrambling to salvage the situation, but the unresponsiveness from both the delivery person and the restaurant compounded the problem. This level of incompetence and unhelpful support is inexcusable. I strongly caution against using Rappi until they address their systemic issues and provide better customer support.

Thieves. I’m from the US just visiting colombia for a month and I was told this is the app to use. Let me warn you these guys are thieves. It’s hit and miss with them and after 3 strikes they were out with me. Twice they submitted an order to restaurants that weren’t even open at the time unbeknownst to me, yet the restaurants were listed on the app as open. The third time I ordered a pizza and never received it. The customer service representative for Rappi flat out stopped answering me after I asked for a refund. Just know you are taking a gamble when you order through these guys, I understand stuff happens but expect to get zero refund and zero response from these guys when it does. I’m currently going to submit screenshots to my bank so I can get the transaction reversed. It’s not about the $15 US I spent that pisses me off or even that I’ve been waiting for 3 hours, it’s the blatant robbery and callous attitude from customer service. I will get my money back from the bank as well as delete this app tonight.

Horrible Service !. Don’t use this service !I ordered a cake the delivery drive canceled the cake so I changed it to another type of cake and son after making the change. I received a message from the driver saying If I deliver the cake you will receive it destroyed I asked him why he said because he’s on a motorcycle .I’ve had cakes delivered in the past and that was not the case . So I change my order to a pint of ice cream witch I received MELTED and without the TOP LID ewwww my husband was the one that received the order and we had a couple of other thing so he didn’t notice otherwise I would have never received the ice cream in that condition ! I sent the message to rappi and they refused to reimburse me after I had sent the message within minutes of receiving my order and sending a photo of the ice cream . USE UBER

The worst app on my phone. I need the damned thing because sometimes you need something delivered when it’s not another app but the cost of that service is endless notifications that you literally can’t turn off, 3 messages a day through the Messages app, a horrible interface and getting worse every day and horrendous (if nonexistent) customer service. Use uber eats or anything else you can. Oh, and they’ve also gotten hacked enough times that I know a lot of people who have had to cancel their credit cards. Use cash if you must.

Great Service. The thing that sets Rappi apart for me is the speedy and kind customer service if something goes wrong with your order. Unlike ::ahem:: UberEats, which is very hands off and cold when things go wrong, Rappi wants to make sure you’re happy. It’s this kind of thing that makes you trust and want to use the app. The only improvement I would like to see is navigation—let’s say you look for “burritos” then click on a restaurant option. When you click back, it brings you all the way back to the main navigation instead of to where the other burrito options would be. So you have to retype it in, which is inefficient. Apart from that, great and varied food options, nice delivery folks, and decent app user experience.

Inaccurate listings. I previously rated this app 5 stars but now I’m changing it to 1. Many of the stores that you try to order from so not actually have any of the items listed on Rappi. The stores said they do not have a way to change the listing and it’s all Rappi’s fault. So every time I try to order something the Rappi driver goes and then tells me they don’t carry any of the items that I ordered and that I need to cancel my order. Then I get charged a cancellation fee for something that isn’t my fault and my money does not get refunded to my card, it instead gets put into a Rappi Pay account. It’s not possible for me to give these stores a rating and leave feedback. If I could give each store a rating and let other people know not to order from these locations then I would do that. Rappi does not have this feature so instead I am rating this app 1 star for inaccurate listings and for wasting my time and the time of their drivers.

Scam. Tonight was my first time using Rappi. Im in a city I dont know for only one night so I decided to stay in. Im travailing with my family so I ordered a meal for 5 people (it clearly states it on the app and I was able to verify it on a similar delivery website). Grated, I didnt check my order when it was handed to me because I had to undo the staples and I was in the entrance of the private neighborhood. As soon as I arrived to the rental home, my sister checked the order and it was, honestly, maybe MAYBE just 1/4th of what it should have been. I tried to let the app know about their mistake but the help center is horrible. No one actually talks to you, its just a robot and even though it told me it would only reimburse me about (not even) 1/3rd of the total amount I had already paid it never actually returned the money. At the end of the “help” the app gave me, it said they hoped this event doesn’t doesn’t stop me from giving them another chance and Im sure its worked great for some, but for me it LITERALLY RIPPED ME OFF! I will NOT be giving them another chance and I strongly encourage you NOT to even give them the chance to steal your money.

Not for Tourists!!!!. This app will not accept American credit cards. After escalating the issue through 3 levels of customer service with my credit card company, they confirmed that the app was declining transactions. My cc company even stayed on the phone with me to manually authorize the transaction, just for the merchant to decline it. Rappi customer service was non-responsive. There is also no way to load rappipay that comes preinstalled with the app unless you have a local bank account. Simply put, you can’t pay for anything through it. I wasted a night of my vacation on hold with customer service and by the time the issue was identified, it was too late to go out and grab dinner directly. ALSO, YOU CANT DELETE YOU ACCOUNT UNLESS RAPPI CUSTOMER SERVICE APPROVES THE REQUEST. STAY AWAY. This app was nothing more than a way to collect my credit card information, VERIFY IT and then render it useless. Seems like a scam.

Best / most efficient delivery platform I’ve encountered. I’m an avid traveler, and while I have only tried Rappi in colombia in several cities and in Mexico in a few others, and comparing them to the American ones from the northeast or southeast, I can conclude that the slim and efficient operation has allowed Rappi to succeed in the objective of delivering anything and with the help of the restaurants/ food suppliers / services, become an amazing App. I wish you continued excellence as you have built over time an amazing platform and I congratulate you for hiring the first responders that brought us food and other things. Please enter the USA competitive arena, you have lots to offer and be a leader .

Absolute garbage, all of it.. The app itself has awful UX design, and is incredibly buggy. Has been for years. They mark up everything by a very wide margin vs ordering directly from the restaurant yourself. So you are vastly overpaying here vs even Uber Eats. Customer service is abysmal. Their credit product is horrible - super low limit compared to my other cards and super high interest. The credit section of the app is equally buggy and painful to use from a UX perspective. The awful English translations don’t help. Update: came to Colombia and apparently opens a different version of the app. I added my card, verified the small charge, went to place my first order and was met with a “your account violates our terms and conditions.” LOL. Contacted support and they said they couldn’t say way. So yeah, it’s in the review title - absolute garbage customer experience. Laughably bad

More pain than it’s worth. This app is consistently bad. After being disappointed many times, it’s silly for me to expect decent service. Continuing to use it would be foolish. Issues show up in the app and no one takes responsibility for them. For example- Rappi says to call the restaurant and the restaurant doesn’t answer despite five attempts. Orders are frequently late, past the highest estimated time, yet there’s no compensation for me as a customer when Rappi and the restaurant does a poor job. One of the Rappi drivers didn’t show up and after calling him he decided to go to the dentist instead of doing his job. That’s not a joke. I’ve ordered pizza three separate times via this app and the pizza has come uncut. Many restaurants put zero napkins in the bag. Orders are frequently wrong and simple things like getting a drink without ice aren’t possible in the app. These aren’t crazy things to ask. They are basic requests and yet Rappi cares more about a few bucks than fixing them.

The app is fine when it works, but it usually doesn’t.. I ditched rappi permanently after multiple terrible experiences with both Rappi’s drivers and their app. Nothing arrives on time, the mapping and tracking feature is inaccurate, the app forces you to make selections you don’t want to make (like removing ingredients when you order food), often fails to recognize your country, and 75% of the time customer service is unresponsive even if you have a serious issue with a driver’s behavior. They didn’t work with us until we threatened to get the authorities involved even though we had a Rappi Prime account. Even then, they didn’t issue a refund or contact the police. Save yourself the trouble, avoid Rappi like it’s a COVID hospital.

Best delivery app I’ve ever used. I live in the US and I was visiting Colombia for a month. Everyone told me to download this app and I’m so glad I did. This app is better than anything I’ve ever used in the US. In fact, I’ve stopped ordering through apps in the US because there are more problems than solutions. However, with Rappi, it has been incredibly easy. The menus are intuitive, the Rappi turbo function is genius! The Rappi delivery drivers follow instructions and the only issue I’ve ever had with the app was getting my card verified. That functionality is clunky, but I was able to get it resolved. Everything else is streamlined, modern and highly functional. I would only suggest an auto translation function for conversations from drivers. This app has an English version but some of the notifications and messages from drivers are in Spanish. I’ve seen this resolved in another app in Indonesia where they had common boilerplate questions and answers available to select to communicate with drivers. It was automatically translated to Indonesia for them and to English for me. You could also type your own comments, but those were not translated. Great job dev crew. This app and the service is borderline amazing.

Very “Poor” customer service. I’m a tourist, but I visit Colombia several times a year and often times use Rappi when I’m in Colombia. This isn’t the first time I was delivered the wrong item from what I purchased from the restaurant but on this particular occasion I ordered 3 drinks from a store of which all 3 were completely different from what I ordered. I requested a refund from the company simply to find out they would not credit me back the entire amount. Very poor business practice to say the least. I will be taking my business more towards ifood in the future.

Waste of time. I downloaded this app in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, because we are far from a market. I set it up, verified, ordered 13 simple, everyday items like water and bread and milk and butter, and paid with Apple Pay. The transaction went through and posted to my account. Then I received a message that my order was cancelled because 11 of the 13 items “couldn’t be found” in the large market I ordered from. Later, I received notification that, no, it was cancelled because of “irregularities” with my payment, and I should “verify” my cards in their system. But I didn’t pay with a card, I paid with Apple Pay—one of the options THEY OFFERED—precisely so my card number would not be exposed in a foreign country. If you use Apple Pay, it’s absurd to have to “verify” my card. Besides, THEY GOT MY MONEY, so what can the problem be? Of course, they promised to refund my money IN 15 DAYS! Their “help” feature is useless, because you can only ask the questions they allow, and I cannot get help for my issue. A waste of time and who knows if I ever get my refund. Don’t use this app.

They locked me out in first attempt despite verifying. I can’t get over how bad this app is when things don’t work like they should. I registered, added my US credit card and then had it verified. Tried to placed an order, but was logged out because “suspicious activity”. Same exact thing with the website. I am at a hotel, suffering from travelers diarrhea, need to order electrolytes but there’s simply no way of getting this app to work. The support inside the app is useless, they twice told me to delete the app and try again (even if I told them I have the same issue with the website), or suggested adding another card, which I did, but that doesn’t work. I speak Spanish and can hold a conversation, but they give you a single, cookie-cut, prepared answer and immediately close the chat. You have to go through the virtual assistant hoops for minutes to be abandoned by someone again. I have wasted 2 hours on this and still have no solution. They have no number you can call to talk to someone. On top of that, there’s no way to immediately delete the account, you send a request and they say it can take up to 30 days. Just ridiculous.

This app is awful. Does not work for international. Oh my god. I’m trying to send my sister who has COVID groceries in Colombia. I cannot use this app. It blew through 3 credit cards and on the 4th card, debit, I successfully verified with the temp charge amount and then it just said I violated T&C. I have made 4 separate claims over 12 hours and have messaged about 30 times. I was trying to get food to her today. I’m so annoyed. I can’t get to a real person and delivery services are limited in Colombia. I also put 64 items in the cart which is like 427,000 pesos or $120 USD. What the actual F. I can deal with the money but I literally spent like 3 hours picking out specific food and medicine. I am so frustrated. This app is horrible and if you have an issue, you will not be able to talk to anyone. 0 stars. Greedy corporate messes.

Needs lots of improvement. I have been using this app for almos 6 months now on a daily basis. I have used it as much as 5 times a day. I use it for the convenience yet needs much improvement when it comes to “communication.” Support is fast and good if you pay for the membership, and they have so far taken care of any issues. The problem is that 1 in 3 orders is wrong or missing something. Now keep in mind I use it every day 3 times a day or more, this means that one of my orders will be an “issue” everyday. It would be okay if it was once every other week or so. The other issue so to say is, all my orders are usually from the same places and the same order. Once there are 3 strikes I choose another place but the problem persists and it is very time consuming having to contact support and complain all the time. I do not like people that complain so much and now I am that person. I do think service can improve as far as always getting orders wrong or with missing items. Who is responsable to check an order prior to being sent/delivered, the driver or the restaurant? Neither will take the “blame” or responsibility.

Best app ever in Medellin. All the one star ratings are ridiculous. I have used Rappi for many years. Most convenient and time saving app there is. Always great customer service and fast resolutions with incorrect orders and problems. I use Rappi multiple times a day and my life would not be the same with out it. Don’t listen to the one star ratings that were provided. More than likely they used the app a few times, might have encountered a technical issue where they didn’t know how to verify their card to be used or just had bad luck with a few orders which happen with any service. Rappi makes it life so much easier versus having to wait in heavy traffic or long lines for food or groceries or whatever. You can spend your valuable time doing the things you love versus being tied up with the process. Also with Rappi Cash you don’t have to go to the ATM. A feature I use multiple times a week. 5 stars all day long!✨✨✨✨✨💯

Great idea with some issues and terrible customer support. I use this app regularly and I like the idea and the features it provides. However some issues already exist and the customer support is terrible. There is no phone number to call and nobody face the problems. They don’t answer to questions and it frustrates me. For example I made a RappiPay transfer and the amount was charged on my credit card but never reached the intended person. I asked support for help and never received and answer. More that 3 days and nothing. So I had to call my bank to cancel this charge. That was frustrating. This is was not the first time support behaves like that but one of the many times they do that.

Terrible fraud detection. My iPhone got stolen in Colombia. My account has made about 10 orders total, and never more than about $40, I think it’s closer to $30. Yet their system does not lock the account when it suddenly attempts to place a $1000 order for a bottle of tequila, and is rejected because the debit has insufficient funds. The taxi driver who stole my iPhone was then able to continue attempting large orders until an order for about $150 worth of chicken goes through. I was unaware he had access to my rappi despite being unable to unlock my iPhone. The order goes through, I realize it about a day later. Rappi is completely unreasonable and will not refund the amount. Wells Fargo (US bank) tells me to not worry if a company is being unreasonable especially for obvious fraud caught early. Wells Fargo refunds me my money back after I return to the US. Rappi, despite asking and receiving my passport information “for my safety”, does not unlock my account. Finding food is hard in Colombia and is the second biggest complaint you’ll hear from foreigners (mostly Americans and Europeans). Uber Eats is no longer in Colombia unfortunately so there are not much alternatives.

The stole (te roban). I only want to share my experience, it was a few day ago when we ordered and suddenly the order show cancel into the app, we immediately contact Rappi and the business to know what happened and both were very rude and unprofessional, rappi said they try to contact me on my order (something that never happened) and the restaurant said that all this was Rappi fault we ended losing our meal and our money - Rappi please get out of business until you care of your customer. Will never use again. Terrible app and service. I used it one time and will never use it again. I ordered food and the restaurant not only did not only deliver the food past its delivery time but 2.5 hours later. The app finally told me the food has been delivered and when I went outside to go get it there was no one there. I called the restaurant and they said the driver hadn’t been able to find my building and the driver had already left. I tried to explain this to an agent on the app and wanted my money back. They said they couldn’t give me back my money as my food had been delivered which wasn’t. The delivery driver never found my building so how could the food been delivered? The app bounced me back and forth with several agents and ultimately no one solved my problem. I was left with no food, and they took my money.

Not user friendly. Have had nothing but issues trying to use this app… first it told me, when trying to verify an amount sent to my cc (for protection purposes apparently?) that the amount I entered was wrong. I tried 3 times, confirming the correct account on my card’s app. Then, I couldn’t use that card. I added another card which fortunately worked but then I receive an error saying my account violated their terms. I read of another person having a similar issue which seems to be related to using a cc with a different country of origin than where you’re trying to use it (I’m from US and tried to use in Mexico). Why is this only an issue with this app and not others, like didi or Uber?? Do they really expect people to pour over their terms and conditions? Seems it would make more sense to provide a notification to the user before or while adding their card. All this assumes the issue is the outside card. Whether this is right or not doesn’t change my rating.

HORRIBLE!. Took a month to even be accepted to create an account. When I tried signing up I then received “We’ve got your request and we’re on it!” After that nothing! It wasn’t until I wrote a review on here stating my issues that I was finally able to create an account. Rappi customer service is horrible and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone! Since Saturday I have been trying to place an order with no luck. My orders keep getting cancelled stating my account violates terms and conditions. They have charged me 5 times to verify my account and still it does not work. One of the many orders I tried placing I was charged for and then it cancelled but I was still charged and now have to wait 5-10 days for my refund. Customer support through the app is useless. They tell me to wait a few hours and my account should work and yet it does not. They then proceed to close my complaint listing it as resolved and again I start over with the exact same outcome. There is no way to speak to a live person even though they advertise 24/7 customer support. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of customer support/service is unbelievable. If I didn’t have to wait for my refund my account would already be cancelled.

I wish we had Rappi in the US. Rappi is the best delivery service we’ve ever used! They can deliver anything that fits in their bag, including things from friends or stores they don’t have menus for, and even cash (in Colombia anyway). Rappi is a delivery service and a personal shopper. They rarely make mistakes, but when they do the customer service is excellent and they will refund the damaged or incorrect items. With their turbo service you can have many grocery items at your door within 10 minutes! With Rappi Prime, you can have unlimited free deliveries, and it’s very inexpensive. I don’t know what I would have done without Rappi during pandemic lockdowns, but I’m so grateful that they kept working when we needed them the most. Thank you Rappi!

Not great service lately. I use this app all the time , I pay monthly for my PRIME account. This past weeks I have hard time with Rappi and it’s employees. Yesterday I ordered Mexican food to my house in Bogotá, Colombia. Everything was going great , I got a confirmation that my ordered was received . The food had discounts, no delivery fee since I’m a prime member, and everything came to $30,400. Five minutes later the app said it delivered my food, the food never arrived only like 2 hours later when I complained to Rappi. The food was cold. I called the Rappi tendero 10 times with no answer. Then when I went down stairs to get the food the guy told me I had to pay him 44,000 COP because if not he will be blocked all day. In good faith I paid cash 44,000 COP and he said rappi will give me back my money in rappi credits . Rappi only gave me back $30,400. Where did my rest of my money went ? What’s the point of having prime ? Why post discounts of the food and not get them? If I decide to pay 30,400 COP in the beginning and then is 44,000 COP? Imagine doing this to thousands of people ?

Horrendous onboarding experience. Used Rappi for the first time today and was a disaster. Not only was the buyer slow and confused given the store was out of what I ordered, but the process of collecting documents to confirm card and account happened in an entirely manual way where a customer service person called me and asked me to submit all these documents via a chat location that wasn’t even easy to find in the app. In the end, while I expected the order to be here in the estimated 30 minutes, I ended up having to leave my birthday party for 30 minutes to chat back and forth on the phone and the app to complete my registration and first order. And not even an apology, but rather the support threatening to cancel my order. All of this could have been solved if they simply put the document verification process into the app. Shame they launched without that as I’m never using this crappy app again.

Lifesaver. I was really hesitant to use rappi at first but a friend insisted. Once I started I am hooked. I am very busy and rappi helps with everything! From going to the market for food, bringing breakfast, coffee and lunch to work, to picking up my dry cleaners, buying meds in the pharmacy, even buying a baby shower gift on one occasion, bringing cash from the ATM, picking up my contact lenses and paying for them, and now I can donate food packages during the pandemic. Yes, fruit is not ideal for them to bring, but when you have no time one or two super ripe bananas doesn’t affect me as much as having no food in the house does. You can ask them to bring food from any restaurant you want and not have to rely if the company works with them or not. Many Hunan and Shake Shack purchases made like this. I highly recommend. Of all the times I have used it, about 5-6 times have I received the order slightly off- a pepperoni less, an order askew, no knives and forks, etc but rappi has always helped in refunding those times.

Worst customer service. They never answer and they don’t fix their problems. I always have issues with delivery and support. They used to be great and reliable, but these last few months have been terrible. They always take my money immediately but take days to return it for their incompetence. They don’t help you and their “specialists” are bots that don’t help you. There’s no number to call and they don’t care about you. I pay for the premium version and honestly I should just throw my money in the trash at this point and light it on fire because that’s basically what they’re doing to me. Just use Uber eats. It works in Mexico and they have great customer service. And the best part? They actually care about you as a customer, crazy right!

I fell in looove with this app 🫶🏼👄🫶🏼. This app is way better and cheaper and faster then Uber eats, and if there is a mix up or you want to cancel you actually get your money back (NOT in 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS ) Nope you get it in the most 15-30 minutes, that was the best cause I mess up and I also get impatient… I’m human and I just decided to change either my order or cancel. (I always do this prior from anyone already picking up anything cause the last thing I want is having a poor soul buying stuff they won’t be reimbursed for) nope always remember to check on the little map and it’s so easy to let you know how far the person who is getting your order is and you can immediately start chatting as well. I literally have never reviewed an app before, but this app is messing with my money. After using the app for a while there were always a few glitches with the interface, but I didn’t mind it, the app was still functioning and practical. But since last week my rappi credits have been frozen, I can‘t do anything with them, and I realized this after getting my credit card fully charged for my purchases and cancellations instead of using the credits. I contacted support and they told me that the platform had that problem since that morning of Mother’s Day (which was a lie cause I’ve been having this issue since 6 days ago), so I asked the representative if it knew when was I going to be able to use my money, it said it didn’t know. So basically Rappi has frozen the credits function without informing any of their users, still allowing them to recharge, select them as a payment option, and not giving the money back to credit/debit cards, but still in the form of Rappi Credits, which again, can’t be used.

Grossly ignorant of basic customer care practices. Between getting lost in the messy UX interface and getting stuck when your order delivery goes wrong, Rappi blatantly ignores the well-being of both user and rider. Sending riders to deliveries in the wrong other so that if you decide to order ramen from three blocks away you will see your driver go all the way across town to deliver something else all the while ignoring you without being given the possibility to even know what is going on. And to the idee himself being held prisoner while hungry and not being able to talk to customer service. And oh-forget about ever granting a credit to apologize..! You can’t talk to customer service anyway.. a mediocre, ignorant, old mentality app that is just copying other apps that are way smarter than this joke. Stay away from these idiots

Terrible service/ pésimo servicio. I often use the app to order food and things for my gf that lives in Colombia, this offers a nice way to be able to send food or nice things. However due to terrible service including no kind of customer service or support interface that is manageable I’ve decided to not use this app, instead I will be using domicilios. Other incidents include MANY times that orders are inaccurate, merchants do not have the flavor or kind of pizza/cake you ordered so they offer you something else instead, losing money due to cancel orders that have a charge to cancel, then that charge turns out to be the total price of the orders. Absolutely terrible app. Las devoluciones son imposibles, cobran lo que cuesta la orden para cancelar, las órdenes casi siempre llegan mal, la comida maltratada, las opciones que aparecen en los menús nunca están disponibles y nunca te llegará lo que pides. Se recomienda buscar otra opción. Después de hacer mil cosas para recuperar dinero me di cuenta que mi vida y mi sanidad valen más que el dinero... he desinstalado la aplicación , ya me siento mejor

This app is a piece of .... I have never rated an app, but this was just absolutely frustrating. Hands down, the WORST app I have ever come across. I would have given this app negative stars, but unfortunately, that is not an option. The app took my card info and let me order using the CC method once, then it rejected my card a second time around (and on subsequent tries). I used other cards (3 different ones) and it still rejected every single one of them. I reached out to my CC and they said Rappi is not sending any transactions for authorization, meaning this is an issue within the app. Customer service is 72 hours away - I even had an open ticket for 5 days!! Their interface chnages from time to time, and it glitches where it gets frozen, I even looked at their website and the simplest function does not work properly (the order total did not sum up the total 😂). I read that this is a company with $400 million in revenue in 2019, not sure why they are not able to hire a few competent software developers to handle the business... This is also the largest delivery app in South America, well, the delivery business here is doomed!! For those of you that are planning on relying on this app when you visit, GOOD LUCK - you really need it!

Spent hours today trying to get a $7 refund for a prime subscription and they can’t find the transaction, BUT SENT ME AN INVOICE FOR IT!!!!!!!

Horrible app that stole money. I’ve used this app a few times whilst in Brazil. The first use was great, the second the driver was 30 minutes late due to “getting fuel” but that’s not the apps fault - although my food was ruined and they didn’t give me a refund. The third time mr driver cancelled the order on route and I still get charged plus an additional fee, reached out for support and they said “it’s too bad, but we support the businesses not the customer”. I’m sorry what kind of app doesn’t offer a refund let alone charge extra for your order not being delivered. Stay away and use Uber eats

Best food delivery app in Buenos Aires. I use this app so frequently in Buenos Aires. It’s very reliable.

Review. Needs better alerting thru the app notifications of when the delivery drive is picking up food, and delivering food more so for when the food arrives. Otherwise the application is actually amazing and works conveniently in the area to provide fast food servicing.

Worst food delivery app. Paid for priority delivery, the app said the restaurant was taking ages to prepare the food. Food turned up 30minutes late, and on the receipt it showed the food had been waiting for pick up for over an hour. After no reply from the support staff I managed to cancel the order. The delivery driver turned up the next day threatening me because Rappi was now charging him for the food. Worst app I’ve ever used.

Rappi is magic. The Rappi service is so easy, reliable and efficient. Restaurant and supermarket deliveries have been lifesavers while juggling a busy schedule.

App support isn’t helpful. Never again will I use this app. Ordered items that were advertised but apparently not in stock and rappi took 2 months to refund my money. Then I ordered three hamburgers and the restaurant sent only two but charged three and sent a receipt for three. Rappi support said they had to investigate and would respond in 24 hours. That was four days ago and I can not even comment or ask about this because the message says the case is closed and resolved. Um what???

Bad Customer Service. Rappi terms & conditions changes from one day to another without previous information and they dont care about the customer and the money we pay on the app. I have been charged wrongly for some orders i have made and the customer assistance is the worst, their answers are programmed and does not solve your inquiries. Dont use it, and if you do dont buy premium, it does not worth the money.

Rappi is THE BEST. Rappi is my favorite delivery app out there. Is there anything you can’t do with Rappi? They have it all. I can get food, medicine, alcohol and even CASH delivered. Hopeless. This App is hopeless. Multiple attempts to add credit card details and an application error every time. Range of products less than on MAC. Horrible interface more focused on using tokens and special offers than getting the basics right. Amount of time I spent trying to get this going on multiple platforms iPhone, iPad and MAC I could have walked to the shop and back 10 times! No support available!

Overcharged, non-responsive customer support, Price gouging. AVOID!!. Rappi has progressively become worse over time. I kept receiving spam SMS offers even after turning all notifications 'off'. The prices for stores or restaurants slowly became more expensive for items that are cheaper when purchased in person. Items either never arrived or purchases cancelled. And recently i have had multiple charges to my bank account from Rappi when no purchases have been made!! When attempting to contact their customer support (on facebook messenger, since it is non-existent on their app or online) about incorrect billing they responded briefly, offered no help and simply stopped responding, refusing to be contacted by telephone. This is flat out stealing money from customers! Do not trust Rappi with your card details or your business. Extremely anti-customer tactics and disgusting price gouging.

Favourite app. I love this app and service. Ordering groceries saves a huge amount of time, Rappi shoppers even check on specifics like bananas being a bit green and whether I still want them, and on the rare occasion something isn’t quite as ordered, Rappi customer service has been exemplary. Fast, friendly, and problem resolved or money credited to the Rappi account without any fuzz whatsoever. I’ve been recommending this to all my friends. Prime subscription so worth it.

Bad Customer Service. If the restaurant forgets some of the items in your order, you will not receive a timely customer service support. My order had most items missing and I never received any refund. I waited for 2 hours and the support line didn’t help.

Horrible customer service. I never got multiple refunds to my card. Customer support is completely useless and just disconnects the chat for any questions I have. That money is now lost. Can’t cancel orders you have placed even if they take over two hours to arrive unless you want to pay the cancellation fee.

Intenté hacer un pedido de comestibles durante 3 días y lo cancelaron una y otra vez debido a la falta de conductores con automóvil. el soporte solo responde mensajes cuando les conviene. I can cancel the subscription. They still charge me the fee. I can not cancel the subscription. And Now I’m out of the country. Help !!

Terrible refund policy. I ordered a hot chocolate and chips from Starbucks. It came with no chips and the cup was completely empty and hot chocolate had destroyed the bag. I submitted photos. The driver apologized and said it was Starbucks fault, either way it’s clearly not mine. Ubereats would have refunded me. After a long process Rappi didn’t refund me at all and switched off the chat so I couldn’t even ask why.

Good service when in South America on vacation. Cheep fees.. Used this daily while in Colombia and it was cheaper than eating at the local tourist spots to have it delivered. Tips are more reasonable on the ap as well.

General. Fácil de usar, las subscripciones valen toda la pena, buen personal de entrega. Pero si últimamente las entregas se han demorado mucho, pueda que rapi sea amable de dar créditos para la siguiente compra, pero aveces la demora es mucha.

Está muy mal hecha. La aplicación tiene muchos errores. 1- Manda información equivocada. Me mandó un mensaje que dijo que mi pedido está entregado, aunque nunca me lo entregaron. Me muestra el repartidor equivocado. Parte de eso puede ser mala gestión del negocio. 2- El chat no funciona bien y la verdad ni era necesario tener un chat. Podrían utilizar WhatsApp y sería mucho mejor. 3- La interfaz de usuario tiene una mezcla fea de español y inglés. Algunos textos son en español y otros en inglés.

Should not offer grocery delivery. When I try to order from the grocery delivery they cancelled the order and it takes them at least 45 minutes to an hour to do so. Drivers who cancel grocery delivery should not be allowed to pick up another order for that day. Especially because the refund process takes 10 to 15 days. Which means it takes at least an hour for me to find out that what I ordered to cook. Dinner with will not be arriving.

Ahora mismo estoy esperando una orden que debió llegar hace 30 minutos y la aplicación sigue mostrando que “el restaurante está preparando tu orden”. Criminals. No use esta app. Hay numerosas demandas judiciales contra ellos por incumplimiento de la confianza del consumidor. Ellos son literalmente ladrones y se robaran su plata. Do not use this app. They have numerous lawsuits against them for breach of consumer trust. They are literally thieves and will steal your money.

Pure garbage. Hides all help channels so it is impossible to get order assistance. Virtual assistant is beyond useless and just frustrates more. After hours of waiting for an order there is no recourse. Pure hot garbage

App sucks. There should be an option to reduce the tip AFTER your order is made. I always leave a tip when making the order but in my most recent order the delivery guy took 58min for a restaurant that’s 12min from my house. He was making other deliveries and then gassed up his car.

Terrible.. Credit card verification won’t work and customer support continues to send me the exact same template response over and over again which doesn’t answer my question.

Worst customer service. It is a service that boasts themselves of being the best service in the country. However, it could not be further from the truth! It is an application which I have used a lot in the last month but there is always an excuse or problem with my order, once my order was stolen and there was nothing to do because the courier had already delivered and in another case I was kept waiting for 3 hours and they only gave me an excuse and that in 10 minutes it arrived. Something that never happened. The customer service is the worst of all just calling to say sorry. That does not solve the problems, they do not go beyond for the clients.

Great app but needs a little update. I am in the US but I use Rappi for Colombia to incentivize my call center agents in Bogota. While I’m doing my expense report at the end of every month it would be helpful if in the app it showed how much each order was for without having to tap on each order. Otherwise Rappi has been a great solution for being able to give my agents gifts and prizes for their hard work.

Best service and communication. You could always see where they are they will replace an item you get credit right away the communication is great you text with your shopper do you know when they are coming the best service I use it for everything you can also get a prime membership where is free delivery which I have course have you can’t beat it

Thieves/ladrones. I had to cancel a transaction about a month ago. I have still not received my money back and when I contact customer service, it takes them days to respond (not exaggerating) and they give me the same answer over and over with no solution. There is nothing difficult here, just return my money to my account. I am canceling my account, they don’t seem to want to take care of their customers Tuve que cancelar una transacción hace aproximadamente un mes. DON'T BOTHER. PROBABLY WON'T WORK WHERE YOU ARE. Doesn't work most places!. Be careful about downloading this if you live anywhere outside of Mexico, and Brazil (I believe those were the only 2 places they said they do delivery) I'm in the US (Midwest) and this app was on a "best food apps" list for my area, and it doesn't even work where I am. It's also not really upfront about it. If you read all the way through the description on the app page here in the store you'll find that info at the very bottom in a passing comment. Seems like they are trying to hide it a bit. Don't know why though. Why would you want people to download your app who can't use it anyway, maybe they make money per download. Idk. Just beware is all.

Rappi life. I personally love rappi. Domicilo i would have to wait for him to pull out the credit card machine. Deal with it having a signal. Rappi guy hands me my stuff and say thank you. That’s it. I don’t have to be home to send family stuff before I return from work. Is it perfect. No. But it’s changed our lives. We live in a 4 story walkup. We are willing to pay slightly more for someone to deliver liquids. It’s made my living there easier. Thank you rappi. Now if someone could explain to me what’s Rappi pay. I’m all ears.

Looks good, doesn’t work. Nice shiny interface, seemed easy enough to set up and order. Then problems started…Did not offer free delivery on first 30 days as promised, did not offer free delivery on additional “turbo” products as promised, but the worst was the restaurant never got the order from Rappi. After an hour wait, they called because delivery guy arrived and they had no record of an order. Terrible functionality. Generously gave two stars- 1 for appearances and 1 because after a couple tries, they refunded me. They should have offered a free next meal. Will not use Rappi again.

The worst!. I really dislike Rappi, they have the worst service ever. They always, always have a way to screw my orders. Either they don’t deliver it. They bring something different, they take too long. The order is incomplete. The only reason why I have to keep using it is because when they mess it up they give you Rappi credit to make it up therefore you have to keep using it to recover your money and it takes hours for them to admit they’re wrong and you get left without lunch or whatever it is you needed. It’s simply the worst. To make matters even worse I can no longer use google maps because every time I need directions the Rappi app opens up. And finally, the never ending rain of alerts Rappi sends, they never stop, it’s so annoying.

Terrible UI/UX and Poor Customer Service. Worst food delivery app I have ever used. GPS location of the driver is inaccurate. The drivers are constantly late/lost. Application itself is poorly written and lacks refinement. Customer service will repeatedly beg for you to reconsider canceling your order, even after waiting 30+ minutes past initial delivery estimate of hot drinks. No thanks, I don’t want to three-way a phone call with customer service and my driver to determine where he inadvertently went, rather than my location, so I can finally get my now ice-cold drinks. I have only used this app in Mexico, but I would never consider using this app in the USA, nor would it survive with the competition of Uber Eats and Doordash. No way this app lasts long-term.

Works as it should. Great variety of stores.. It’s great for what it is. But has a couple of very important flaws: 1. Unfortunately, the app is super intrusive with it's ads and notifcations. Constantly receiving notifications and forces modals for a credit card I don't want. or receive multiple notifications to review an order in just a few minutes. 2. Routing when delivering to multiple customs can be very bad sometimes. I've had a Rappi travel miles from a restaurant to deliver another order before mine, when I'm super close to the restaurant.

Don’t trust them on your card. I use this app from time to time when I’m traveling to one of the countries it operates in. It works okay and I had no problem. But recently I got a hidden fee for their prime membership and only saw it on my bank statement. I haven’t used the app for over a month because I wasn’t traveling but they have managed to activate a membership on my behalf without me even opening the app. It took me some time to realize what happened and I tried contacting their help team with no luck. There is even not an option to cancel the membership. I’m immediately removing my card information and reporting a fraud. Be careful.

Consistent Cold Food. If you would like to receive over priced cold food 60%+ of the time this is the app for you. They pack 2-3 orders per delivery so even if you subscribe to the highest subscription package, tip well, and are close to your restaurant there is no guarantee that you will receive your food hot. On top of the subscription they now add a 10% service fee based on the value of your order and rate the tip similar. So you are paying 15% on top for the honor of cold over priced food. If you don’t subscribe they charge you a delivery fee but still no dedicated service. The only value this type of service offers is if you need non perishable items delivered and don’t mind waiting.

Awful service as always. This company has been around for years, and their service is still abusive, misleading, and unprofessional. If anything is missing from your order, they refuse to refund you. If you have an issue with the delivery itself, they blame their delivery people and take zero responsibility for it. It's no wonder that everybody says that the founders of this company have very little work ethic. I would rather pay more and use Uber eats than this trash. I'm doing a chargeback on my card because they refused to refund me for items that never arrived. not only that, but the app is very poorly built.

These rats steal your money!. They sent me a message that supposedly I won credits with them and in the end they not only charged me for the "gifted" credits but they also charged me for a subscription and the only thing they had to say when I confronted them is that next time they will be more careful but they did not reimburse me for that error. Disgusting service, I already deleted the application and I made sure that friends and family delete it too. WILL ALSO MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW OF USES THIS PIECE OF CRAP Estos ladrones me deben un credito meses atras. Supuestamente gane creditos con ellos, y al final no solo me cobraron los creditos "regalados" si no que tambien me cobraron un subscripcion y lo unico que dicen es que la proxima vez tendran mas cuidado pero no me reembolsaron ese error. Asco de servico, ya borre la aplicacion y me asegure de que amigos y familia lo borren tambien.

Doesn’t always work as I expect. I ordered food from a restaurant 3 blocks away from my house with an estimation of 45 minuets. The timer just kept going up to 2 hours. Then I couldn’t cancel without a fee when no one had picked up the food an hour and a half later. Then I applied for the Rappi debit card. It said I would be approved in 5-15 minuets. 6 hours later it’s still pending with no further information. I wish the app showed the driver on their way to the order. It only shows movement after they pick up the food. It has great features, but it’s not polished. Everything just seems to work okay or not at all.

Inaccurate delivery estimates. Well-designed, mostly intuitive app, but the delivery estimates are literally never correct. I used this frequently during a month-long trip in South America, paid the extra for priority every time, and never received my order within 15 minutes of the latest estimate of the delivery time. Additionally, it’s common for food to arrive mostly cold due to the way it’s transported. Still a very convenient app but I’d always assume your order is going to take 15+ minutes longer than the estimate to arrive.

The best delivery service in the WORLD!!. As someone who often travels through out South America, this app is a life saver. You can order money from the ATM but it is charged to your credit card as a normal transaction & the cash is delivered to you, day or night. Also, you can buy plane tickets for all regional carriers which is cheaper and easier than trying to search for tickets separately. Not to mention all the food, groceries & other items available for order. A MUST HAVE APP

Probably the worst app i have ever used in my life. I received 20$ as “Rappi Credits”, that were valid for a couple hours. Since I was busy, I decided to do it later. 5 minutes before the credits expired, I tried to make an order more than 5 times. While it was still processing, the clock hit the time the credits were supposed to expire, and my credit card was charged for the full price. After seeing that, i decided to cancel the order, but even so i was charged $60. I contacted the support twice, and they were extremely condescending and played dumb. Many of friends had similar experiences, and we all decided to never use the app again. Trust me, do as i did. Don’t download it.

Customer service. The app is good for deliveries but out of nowhere they would block you account and charge you money you didn’t spend, or your “rappicreditos” (credits that work like money) would disappear without a proper answer of customer care after a wait of 3+ days. I would only recommend it for supper simple stuff like easy deliveries, rappicredits and rappipays is no good, your money will probably be lost for a few days.

The Worst. Haven’t ordered from RAPPI in over four years and still am receiving propagado y promotional content by email, I used to respond to remove me from this list .. never.. Then I began receiving emails and replied always with just two words, second ending in oo! no response!. Now we are are receiving messages from them with stupid reasons why they are the best and very implicated “Offers” After tryin to rectify myself with then for 6 months, it was determined my Vinos America Europeo order was delivered to me at the spiciest time. I as alone, home, al evening, eating for the order. IT NEVER CAME and Wes willed to my credit card. I as been a very good probably success there conception, but now.. 00O OOO Rppi! Never give them auto-deduct from you credcard!

They tried to scam me out of $300. Do not recommend. I ordered some food, then I get a call from a rapi employee saying the restaurant messed up our order and we needed to “reset our app”. It seemed legit at first, sending us codes, but then the guy asked us to delete the email. Big red flag. We go through the process and get half our food. We call back, they say they will send the rest of the food. The food never comes. Then we start getting a bunch of notifications of charges for orders we never made. It only stopped when I disconnected my payment method. It was $300 of charges before I stopped it. Who knows if they will make it right. 😡

Worst APP ever made. Rappi provoked one of the worst and most stressful experiences I’ve ever lived. They are careless, disrespectful and you CANNOT count on them. You can only use the app and hope things won’t go wrong, because if anything does go wrong, they simply DO NOT CARE! You are left alone to deal with the problems with the drivers which they provide or with the restaurant in-app! And the restaurants DO NOT RESPOND. They are not accountable for anything, they benefit from exploiting the labor of poor people, making ridiculous profits and not bothering to provide attention to either their costumers nor their employees (which their drivers actually are, although they will never assume for legal and financial reasons).

Blocked with no help. 1 star is too many for an app this terrible. I arrived in Colombia and was told how great this app was. I used it for a few days, and while it was glitchy and wouldn’t always take my payment, it was ok. Then 3 days in it said my account was blocked and that I should contact support. Well, I did, and they said “You account is permanently blocked but for privacy reasons (lol) we can’t tell you why.” I politely replied asking how I could get unblocked, and they just sent the same reply over and over again. So, no more business for Rappi, I guess? Still no idea what got me blocked but probably to do with the American credit card? No idea. Fix your app please.

Awful customer service. I’ve been using rappi prime this month and have made many orders. One day a driver had to cancel because his motorcycle broke down. It was late so I said let’s just cancel, these things happen. Support canceled and I got a refund. Then the next time I ordered, it said I had a pending debt of 17k pesos from the previous (canceled) order. That’s over half the total cost. After two days of writing support and receiving no response aside from automated replies and immediately closed tickets (this is the first time support has done this), I’m convinced I’m getting the run-around. I’ll use prime till the free trial ends and then I’m deleting the app! Very unethical refund management.

I love Rappi. I stated using Rappi since the pandemic started. My mom is in Colombia and I’m in Chicago. I can’t do much for her but I order food for her every week so keep sending her love. I am always super amazed at how quick the restaurants deliver. It is also a way for me to help small business in Colombia trying to survive during these difficult times. I tip well also. The delivery person is trying to support his/her family.

Amazing idea...execution and customer service not the best. This application could be amazing but falls short with service and execution. I’m currently waiting on a supermarket order of 7 items that I know for a fact will show up incorrect even though I was communicating with the rappitendero (he just ignored my substitution requests and could not be bothered to accommodate me) and it’s taken over an hour for an order that was estimated at 30 minutes. Rappi support is NOT easy to get in touch with nor do they offer any type of real service. This application would not survive in the US bc they refuse to set their service standards any higher.

Way better than Uber Eats. I have been using this application for a few weeks now and I have been really happy with it. There are so many more options for orders. You can order groceries you can order from drugstores you can order from so many more restaurants then I thought was possible. The handoff is a lot more secure and overall I’ve had a really good experience with this and probably will not be going back to Uber eats anytime soon. Also its cash friendly!

Crappi Rappi. This app is horrific. If you read enough of the reviews you will see an issue repeating consistently. Here in Colombia, perhaps in other places, people setup the app, make one order that works and then the app doesn’t work anymore after that. I got one order to work. I have followed all of the suggested fixes…. Reinstalling the app, resetting up the credit cards, validating my payments. Everything and nothing is working. Support takes FOREVER. at least 5 days to get a response back and forth. For some others, it works fine. But for many of us - one order is all you get and then it fails and never works again. Ugh ugh ugh Even funnier - I got a prompt in the app to review the app and it walked me through a survey. The first answer on the survey was numbers , so the number keypad popped up. The 2nd question was a text response AND THE-NUMBER KEYPAD REMAINED hahahahhaah. This app could be amazing but seriously lacks quality control and support.

No customer support. I’ve tried getting hold of customer support multiple times. I paid RappiPrime. They cancelled two huge grocery orders I had made- last minute, no explanation. It charged my card, they’re sending a refund. I didn’t get my groceries for my family which we needed for tonight. We’re caring for a sick person at home and can’t go out to get our own. The help on this order page just says “How can we help?” And gives me absolutely no options. Honestly, I’m a big fan of these kind of apps and am all for these services. This is such a huge disappointment. I wish they would at least call before cancelling on you after everything has been picked up and paid and your card charged. I’m so sad.

Terrible customer service. Do not expect them to help you if your order was wrong. The team does not care for your well being. We got our order wrong and they take forever to response while we sit at home starving. This needs to change. Do they expect people to like their app when it doesn’t function as expected. Totally defeats the purpose of replenishing hunger if when your hunger isn’t replenished they don't help you. Please educate your drivers because they don’t understand what even is going on. It feels as if they weren’t informed on how to do their job and that is totally your fault. Disappointed, dissatisfied, angry, and utterly broken. Do NOT recommend!!

Best way for Gringos to shop. Under quarantine, I need to have groceries delivered, and some restaurant meals. But my Spanish is not great, so phone ordering is a problem. But Rappi allows me to shop online and with their app. Perfect! The search engine isn’t great, so it takes awhile to find everything. Be persistent. Aguacate did not bring up avocados in my preferred store, but Haas and Lozano (the varieties) did. Same with tea: nothing for Earl Grey, nor Te. But the brand name, Twinings brought up all their teas.

I like Rappi. I found out about Rappi when I was in Colombia, but didn’t start using it until I arrived in Mexico. Rappi has been my go to delivery service for ordering food. I will update my review of I ever order food from the grocery store. The service is fast and food has been hot. Hopefully, they don’t disappoint me after giving them this review! Good app. With this pandemic this is the best way to go.. The app it’s definitely easy to navigate through and they made it so it’s fool proof. The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars it’s because it’s a pain to have your number changed. The confirmation number you choose to receive it through whatsapp come in, but once you input the number it tells you to type in your email for a confirmation number again. Waited days for this confirmation number and never received (tried a couple of times). So at the end I decided to go ahead and create a new account (Lost all my points I had in the previous account).

Not tourist friendly. My first week in Argentina was fine as my credit card (from the US) was working fine. Out of no where from one day to the other my orders start being declined and once I reached out to support they said that they no longer accept foreign cards. Makes no sense since it was a Mastercard but ok. The app says it takes Apple Pay but it does not lost it as a payment option. They only accept local cards, something called Mercadopago (You can ONLY register for it with an Argentinian ID known as a DNI). So essentially the only option is to pay cash and most restaurants don’t event allow you to pay cash on their delivery orders. Feels very much like they don’t want any foreigners using the app.

Easier to call and collect from restaurant.. I have never seen a food delivery service app be so buggy when it comes to check out. Both myself and a friend tried ordering as new accounts but the system would not let us, even though we added a card on file and followed all steps to enable and verify the account. We would have preferred to pay with cash but ultimately tried card as well to see if it would work. It didn’t. It kept giving the same error that we haven’t agreed to the terms and conditions even though we did when we signed up…. You would think that after making you sign up, verify your number, add a location using location services AND add a card on file that you’d be able to order. Guess not and they don’t want new business. Fix your app. Just because I have a foreign number shouldn’t trigger your fraud systems so heavily. There are users called tourists. I’ll be adding a one star review every day until fixedl.

They charged me and didn’t give me my food. I had ordered before and didn’t had any problems. The other day I tried to order something and it told me that the order was cancelled because of a payment error. However they charged me anyways, including the delivery fee, and I didn’t got my food. I tried writing and asking about it and they told me they would get in touch within 24 hours, but when I went to check, it showed that the problem had been solved, and I still don’t have my money back, and they never replied to me again. I feel like they stole my money, and it’s fully on Rappi, not on the restaurant because the order was never even sent to them.

My first one start review. I usually only write a review to say something positive, but I am really upset and disappointed at Rappi. All my friends use it, why can’t I? I’ve tried literally all my cards, even connected Nequi, and even then, it only allows me to pay cash. Because where I work, there is nothing around, I was excited to have a solution; nonetheless, I don’t always carry cash. To make matters worse, when you reach out to customer service, ITS TERRIBLE! They don’t even have a toll number you can call in case an issue continues, like mine. When you finally get an answer from an agent, they keep repeating the same thing, delete and re-install the app. I already did that 4 times, can you please give me a solution?

Rappi review. My first time using this app and I love it. You have to be patient with it and you will get it. Not all restaurants are available at the same time because you must wait for couriers to be nearby and available. Sometimes there is a lot available and sometime just a few, it depends on how many people are ordering food. Once you get it it is awesome. You will have more restaurant options than Uber. Delivery will be a little slower I believe since they go to different customers at the same time.

I love Rappi. Rappi is excellent. I’m from the US, and you need multiple apps there. UberEats or DoorDash for food, instacart for groceries/pharmacy, GoPuff for convenience store stuff, etc. Rappi is all of these apps and more in one. Need coffee? Rappi. Don’t want to cook lunch? Rappi. Need groceries for dinner? Rappi. Sick and need meds? Rappi. Ice cream in 10 mins? Rappi Turbo. New couch? Rappi Mall. And Prime is an excellent value. The only issue that I had is that I could not get my MasterCard debit or credit cards to work, instead I had to use my AMEX. But aside from that, I’ve had no issues.

The service is outstanding and easy to use. I have been using Rappi in colombia for the past several years during my travels to colombia. The best food service delivery app that I know. This app came in handy while being put under quarentine during the pandemic and I was able to feel comfortable at home ordering food and last minute groceries. The app is easy to use and the drivers are very responsible and communicate well.

Worts delivery app ever. Rappi seems like an excellent idea at first, yet it is unbelievably bad. Heres why, Rappi’s adds claim to deliver everything with in minutes but this is a lie; I literally just wasted about one hour and a half waiting for a simple burger, and by the time you’d expect them to deliver it, it turns out they hadn’t even sent someone to order it. Great idea terrible execution, and you’ll most likely waste a good hour at the least waiting for your order, and when you realize that it wasn’t even ordered, you’ll probably reevaluate all of your life decisions and fall into a deep depression. I recommend literally any other delivery app ever to be created than this failure and complete waste of time peace of crap app called Rappi. Have a great day.

Better search algorithms, please!. Rappi, we loved your app in Mexico but now we are in Costa Rica and the search for products is very difficult. The search brings up products unrelated very often. Also when asking for a product not found the app has an error and lists the same product name for each additional product requested. Additionally I updated an order to include some things and remove others and it sent the first version of the list to the shopper, making it so I bought things I did not want. You have the potential to establish yourselves as the market leader on deliveries before Cornershop arrives in Costa Rica so do what you can to make needed improvements now!

Broken app. This app usability is really really bad, I’ve been dealing with this app for months and sometimes I can’t even order because things just don’t work. Thankfully I’m a developer and I understand how some routes related to others so a couple times I’ve been able to fix things myself. You guys have been doing this for how many years and still can’t put together a good Angular app? The router is crap, the routes make no sense, opening a product and closing should not refresh a page because it looses state among many UI mistakes. You have broken routes and that’s probably because the architecture is planned by someone who doesn’t even know what his doing. Overall you need to hire a seasoned architect, someone who understands UI/UX otherwise you’ll keep loosing sales.

75% of the time, it is good service.. Tons of great restaurants on Rappi. The problem is, about 75% of the time, your delivery person will take a wild detour all over town (you can see on the map), before going to your address. They will even give you an “almost there” notification when they are not close at all. So you’ll go downstairs outside your building and wait in the cold for about 10-15 minutes for them. This is a very frustrating problem and needs to be fixed by the company. Maybe other delivery services don’t have this problem.

Several fraudulent charges. I have never used this app yet I have lost over $70 due to someone stealing my debit card information and placing over 10 orders in two days, one after another through Rappi. I filed several claims with my bank to have the charges removed. It's kind of insane that this company allows theives to steal from people using this app. I would think twice about giving these people any information. This has been an absolute nightmare trying to get my money back from all of these fradulent charges. I had to close my bank account because whoever has my information keeps stealing from me via this app. Rappi should probably look into securing the app so this does not happen.

Cancel of my delivery after one week I ordered. Due to the pandemic quarentine, i decided to try rappi delivery service, ordering a quite big amout of food to the supermarket through Rappi App. What happened was that I prived myself from going out to buy any food, expecting by the next week I would be receiving the delivery, just to receive the day before it was supposed to be delivered the products, an email explainig me my order had been canceled. How comes an order that is about one week old be canceled on the day before of the delivery without any kind of refund? With all the time lost and the need that I have now, to find some place that can deliver me as soon as possible since I am running out of food.

Rappi all the way. It seems like Rappi is the type of service that focuses on meeting the needs of their customers. I have always been treated well with them. Furthermore, I can’t exactly remember, but I feel like at some point I cancelled Rappi because I was unhappy with their services but was pleasantly surprised to receive a 5 dollar voucher from them through text. It feels like they want me to keep buying with them.

Horrible app beware using it abroad in other countries. Every time I use it in another country it never works and I can’t communicate with the restaurant. Worse app ever it has made my experience horrible and I had and there is no way of contacting Rappi if the restaurant cancels order because there is no way to contact their services. They should ban this app because as a foreigner it never works and canceled orders mean you not getting your money back and that you will never be able to contact the appropriate people. Also it tried sending the driver 20 hours away …. ??? I never had to deal with such ridiculous nonsense and poor service i how they make a better app and get rid of this one…

Outstanding Service!. During these difficult times, Rappi has made it easy to provide must needed things for my self and my family. Deliveries are always on time, communication between the stores, the delivery person and us, the costumers are top notch. Thank you to the entire Rappi crew for making it posible to be present while being far away from family members.

Works amazing in itaim and México. This app works amazing in Sao Paulo, and other the large cities where I have try them. In small cities like Cartagena the supermarket service can improve a lot in selection. Normally the service is a life saver. I use it daily to order from restaurants, order groceries and medicines. But the thing that made me a fan is that I can order cash on demand. (Although not allowed after 10pm, that needs to improve). If you are in one of the large cities of LatAm this app is a must.
