Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Meets wouldn’t update. Search results do not work. “Meets near me” does not work. Shows my kids name 6 times. Have to click on all just to see which one they decide to post the results on. This app does not deserve a star. Note to developer, don’t charge for an app that is not ready for primetime. This app needs to be pulled, revamped and sent through major test before it is released back to the public.

Don’t waist your time or money. Terrible app. Never has live results or any results for field events

Joke. This is a scam.. This app keeps taking money from me and does not have any information related to in meet results. I have now paid the annual fee 5 times and when I try to see a result they say they need more money. This is a travesty. Joke. Sad. Ridiculous. I’m so upset I can’t speak. I’ve never commented on an app. This one is the worst.

Terrible. I don’t even want to give it one star. The search field does not work. I was looking for a race from last week and all it shows is one from 2017. You should at least be able to see one meet from this year! I even paid for the app. It sounds like you get more info- no results- if you don’t pay. TERRIBLE.

Error with Results. The whole reason I purchased this app was so I could view my placing and times for the race I ran, but when viewing the results I was not listed in the results but the placing jumped from 5th to 7th so I'm assuming I got sixth but I still am not able to view my time and now I have to continue to wait until the full results come out. I was also not included in the performance lists. Would not recommend paying money for this app.

Don't buy. Downloaded and bought subscription per the race organizers - one of the biggest meets in the southwest. Once I downloaded it and it started giving me meet info (which it wouldn't give until I paid for the subscription) it didn't have any of the athletes listed accurately, no times were posted or posting, and now two days later there are still no results posted, although they are posted on athletic.net. App failed to load multiple times and had to be restarted. Additionally, it fails to pull up meets nearby, including the meet that I purchased it for. Simply a waste of resources and time. Do not waste your money - which I cannot get back now, and I paid for the year.

Paying to see track results!??. The track hosts had said that everybody’s results were going to be posted on this app so I download it and then when I try to look what scores I got on my events it says I need to pay! This is ridiculous and you also can’t even see what your team placed without paying as well. I am very disappointed.

Horrible!!. I downloaded the yearly and monthly and still not working. When I click on my daughters name, it shows the event, then says I must pay for results. Then it says sorry, you already have subscription. So basically, it takes your money and still don’t work. Oh, and it deserves less than a star!

Just what any athlete wants to see. I just wanted to see the results of my meet but you have to subscribe. Not even a one time payment. You get nothing but the name of the meet and list of events. They make you pay for the results. Deception will not be rewarded.

Worthless. Rotten app. Prelims were over yesterday and they still haven't updated with athlete results/times. Very disappointed. Don't bother with it. I paid 5.99 and it was a complete waste of money.

Works fine if. Works fine if the meet timing provider is connected to Active.co. The search function returned no meets for the past weekend in my state.

Just awful. Pay to see results? Are you kidding me...the search is bad, the app shows duplicate results and does not update. Once you find the results it wants you to pay for it! The teams already pay a huge entry fee! Use a real timing system like live.tf.

This app is awful!. I paid for the subscription but it wouldn’t allow me to pull up the results. This is a joke

Crater Classic shame on you. Parents drive three 3+ hours to this meet and you then expect us to pay $2 for results. With no notice whatsoever. This is our third year here and there were results posted before. One of the races we don’t even know who won yet because it was so close.

Very disappointing.. Says I need to pay for membership when I already did. Not able to pull up my kids times.

You can’t do anything. I hate this app if you try to look up your meat it won’t show you you have to pay 5.99 to get your eventsSo I wouldn’t recommend this app

Pay?. You really need to make all aspects of the app free. Meet managers all over the country use Hy-tek. You could do much better than what you currently offer in regards to the app!

Will not load anything. Continuing to tell me to reset however it will not reset. Will mot load any race results

Poor app. Hard to find track info in the app, and when I upgraded my phone I could no longer access previous track results. I just cancelled and want my money back.

Where are the states outside of MO?. We live in VA and run in MD, NC, PA, WV and DE. I don't see any meets in those regions.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I have gone around and around in circles for 4 months now with the company ACTIVE.com and Rachel Kong. Nothing has been resolved about the issue that my annual subscription that I have PAID for is not being recognised on the app. I’ve had this app for 2 years now and it worked perfectly for the first year, however upon renewal of the subscription, it seems to have taken my money and not recognised my subscription. In regards to the customer service, it has been very poor as they continually refer to take the same 6 steps, which obviously do not work.

Waste of money. Didn’t work. No matter what advise was given to fix issues the app still didn’t work correctly. Tried to get a refund !!!!!! Tried and tried and tried......

Absolutely the worst App ever. Wouldn’t even give it 1 star- have had nothing but trouble for 2 years- think I was only able to use it twice after hours of emails. Cannot even unsubscribe. Do yourself a favour- don’t go near it!

Not syncing correctly. I have removed some athletes that aren’t competing on the computer program yet when I republish to the app these students are still on the list. How do I remove them.

Pricing model is terrible for what the app provides.. Stay away. Better to just have a spreadsheet for this price. Parents end up paying 100s of dollars to view a result.
