Removed Apple Wallet support. RA has always been the best, most elegant app for buying tickets to dance events. Not sure why they removed Apple Wallet support, though... it was what gave it the edge over other ticket purchasing services. Please bring it back!

Glitchy and leaks passwords. This app is poorly developed. It says you have tickets but when you go to click them it tells you to log into the right account but obviously you are if you can even see them. Also, the app exposes your password when trying to recover or reset your password once it brings you back to the app from the browser.

Listings of all the good club events. Resident Advisor has everything I first found out about it years ago when I was in Sydney, Australia Friends were looking for something to do but we hail from the US and knew no one One friend brought up Resident Advisor as THE source for club nights anywhere in the world We found a night to go to and since then I’ve used it as my definitive source for going out

Pretty good. Overall a very solid app, not much to complain about, except maybe lacks integration with actual iOS calendar. While the app will notify you of your upcoming gigs, you have to add events to calendar manually if you want to be able to plan around your gigs.

Hyper link for DJ's official page. The app could be improve if they add the hyperlinks to official SoundCloud and other pages. It does work on the web browser but having it on the app can make the difference...

Solid App. Solid app, easy to use.

New Releases should improve your experience. Seems like this new release has done just the opposite. The UX and UI is terrible. Losing functionality is not the way forward.

Love it. I never really had the habit of visiting RA website on a regular basis, but I do use this app frequently. It's very user friendly, the design is great and it's lightweight. A great addition would be adding the "news/article" section!

Can’t change locations on iOS 13. Can’t change locations after ios13 update. Shows the scroll down menu if countries but can’t select one. There is no way to send feedback through app about these problems

Must have. If you like clubs and dancing and good music then this app will take you there

Ticket Processing Doesn’t Work. I’ve spent 5 hours on the phone and computer trying to order tickets but I keep getting processing errors. Being told it’s likely due to the bank being foreign but I can’t get it approved until I know which country RA processes my card but I getting someone to help is impossible.

COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT GET THIS APP. Have bought tickets multiple times. Email with tickets delivers. No Email with address ever delivers. Paid $135 for two tix in LA, my friend hadn’t been to one before, and we couldn’t even get an address.

Ra guide. No cap the best app for techno happening near you

Forced download. Making people download the app to have the tickets on their phone is bush league.

Resolution. Where is the updated resolution for XS max and XR? If you are using the auto resolution it would be as simple as recompiling the app with Xcode. It’s annoying to have everything be bloated and huge, otherwise decent app.

price manipulation. this app raises price of tickets depending how often you monitoring the price. my friend just bought two tickets from his phone with price twice less then my app showing to me.

Terrible payments integration. This app and website were written with a “my first website” kit or something. The payment integration is ATROCIOUS. Have been trying to purchase tickets to no avail for the last hour. Gonna uninstall and just buy at the door because I’d rather pay extra than pay whoever made this service bye

Unable to make purchase. I was not able to make a purchase with a valid Visa card that has more than enough funds. I then tried to get help and there is absolutely no support to speak/chat with.

The absolute BEST. I love this app and what RA’s been able to do. Whenever I’m unable to get tickets for a show I can almost always find them here, and when my friends bail it’s so easy to instantly resell a ticket. Really takes the pressure and pain out of concert and party tickets. Not to mention their fees are always way less than other platforms. I also love their UI, super simple and clean. Highly recommend this app!

Great app. It’s straight to the point and filters things that other sites would have you wasting time on by giving you good venue suggestions.

The best. RA is the best global listing of electronic music events and a very fair ticket selling platform with much lower fees then others for the same events.

Absurd Bug. Type the wrong auth creds. Your password will show up in the email field. this is absurd

Great app for parties. I’ve been using RA since April 2017 and it’s a fantastic to find events (I’m in the NYC area so it may differ for you) but it’s great. The only complaint I have is that I can no longer see comments on the app. On the RA website they still have comments posted, I’m curios why there isn’t any comments on the iOS version? Are they looking to remove comments or it’s just a glitch on mobile. Regardless it’s a great app to see what’s going on in NYC

Terrible UI. UI is unintuitive and inconsistent with any other phone apps design philosophy. Very clear that this is just a website packaged in an app with no functional gain.

Tickets. I purchased tickets a week ago for a show tonight and the address is still TBD??? I don’t understand if it’s not happening refund my money. I can’t even find a way to contact anyone.

My favorite techno app. My go to app for techno events around the world. The places I ask the can drivers to take me to surprises even them sometimes at the places I ask them to take me to. Love it!

Update and lose all your artists.. Spent the last few years following your favorite artists? Say goodbye to your artist list because with the new update, RA has removed this section. Remember scrolling through your artists to see their upcoming performances? No more. Now you’ll need to remember each artist in your list and manually search for the artist. Can’t even begin to understand why RA has removed what is arguably the best feature of the app. Ugh.

Excellent mobile version of an excellent service. Shows, venues, artist details, it's got everything you need. RA can scan your library (even what you don't have downloaded) and follow the artists who's music you have automatically. It will even schedule shows you want to go to in your calendar for you! Also, excellent visual aesthetics in the app. Would recommend to anyone into dance music.

Ticket. Not easy to navigate. Could not send the tickets to people I bought to.

So complicated. Why is it impossible to find events in the app that are easy to find in the site? Unfortunately buying a ticket on the site doesn’t mean it’ll end up in your app. You’re screwed either way with this app.

Use it all the time in paris. Honestly, the greatest app to find something in a city where you are not yet aware of the club scene

App not ready for prime time. Tried with 3 different credit cards and PayPal and the app kept saying it didn’t recognize my payment. I want to buy tickers for an event in Miami. The app is not ready for prime time and is not optimized to handle the service customers demand.

Highly Recommend, Great for Travel too. Easy to use, this is a must-have app for anyone who likes electronic. It’s awesome for when you travel to a new city and want to hit a good show too. Just download it.

Worst app and app support ever. If you did mistake and bought a different ticket no refunds no help just they make you buy right tickets and they will promise refund but it’s a false

Complicated. RA is the most complicated app! I thought I was the only one but all of my friends also think it's complicated to buy tickets. Unfortunately dice is more expensive but easier to use and transfer tickets. Hope they will figure it out soon

Won’t recognize log-in, 0 online support except a FAQ. This is extremely frustrating especially since the forgot password function isn’t working, and I can’t access the tickets I just purchased. There’s no option to view in browser, just the app. Super poor design/user flow.

Unable to unsubscribe from emails. I unchecked all the boxes in the app and still keep receiving promotional emails. There is no contact information on the app or the website so I can’t even tell them to unsubscribe me! Seriously?

Horrible Customer Service. You can’t even contact them, they don’t have a phone number and their email is useless. They haven’t refunded me my money from last years 2020 Rumors LA and they haven’t even replaced my tickets for new ones for the 2021 Rumors event. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible please. This is ridiculous.

Can’t live without RA. Great app. First app I have to download whenever I get a new phone. Helps find amazing events and very well curated. Only downside is I kept getting logged out of my account every few weeks :( Other than that, it’s perfect

Really Like but…. I really like the new app interface, but there’s no longer an option to bring the ticket into my Apple wallet! I like that feature the most, helps keep my tickets in order.

You need an app to see your ticket. Give me a break you shouldn’t need an app to show a ticket , why doesn’t it just show up in my email.

Great but please fix filters. Great app cause I can check all the upcoming gigs I'm interested in. 1 pain point is the filter. The app doesn't show the current nights events.. not sure if I'm using it wrong but seems to only pick up the next days events and onwards.

Big Fundamental problem. Hey RA is great, and this app looks cool. But kinda huge fundamental problem: on a Sunday morning at 6am I cant check what parties are going on RIGHT NOW. (I.e. those that started on Saturday night) All the app can show is upcoming events. Tomorrow, the next day, or next week. But not NOW. Forced to go onto the actual website to check, which means there’s no point in having the app :/ (Would be nice to be able to reminisce on past events too)

Love it. Great for finding electronic events happening around Toronto. Just wish it had cities like Hamilton as well. I haven't seen anything else as useful for finding shows. Great app.

Excellent App to have if you are a real fan of the best djs in the world. Excellent! Get the info up to date of the best djs and were they are going to play so I can plan in advice to go see them, it's a really good app have found every dj I've looked for and have even more info that I was looking for, it's an excellent app ;)

Buggy and unnecessary.. Was forced to download this app to access my ticket. If you’re going to force someone to download an app at least make sure it works properly. I misspelled my password and when I clicked “try again” it made my password the username for the entire population of Canada to see. (Aka just who was next to me) so maybe fix that , and maybe don’t force people who’ve already paid for a ticket to download an app they don’t want and will never use again. Thanks have a lovely day

Add to Apple wallet too obscure. I’m sure the app is fine. I just loaded it because I wanted to add the tickets I had already bought to my Apple wallet. The process to do that was a bit of a pain. I would much prefer an option in the confirmation email as provided by Eventbrite, Universe and others. I’ve deleted the app and will print future tickets until that becomes available.

Don't waste your time. The app is basically non-functional. It's impossible to navigate without the app crashing.

Needs ability to favourite cities!. Really needs the ability to favorite a city so that people who travel can quickly find the city they want. Really annoying to scroll through 100 countries and cities when really I just frequent two.

Bare bones. Resident Advisor has so much content and yet their app lacks so much of what they are already produce! Give us the articles. For gods sake give us the podcasts! If I could play RA podcasts from the app while driving... that would threaten Spotify as far as I’m concerned. Make this app great! Right now it’s weak.

All My Favorite DJs In One Place!!!. I love this app. Makes finding my favorite DJs and tickets to their sets so easy! Would recommend to lovers of real TECHNO and turning up! I especially love that it'll show you if one of your favorited DJs is playing local, so you don't miss out. Good stuff!

Great website, great app. Really fantastic. Only suggestion would be to add "events" "resident" and "advisor" keywords associated with the app so that it shows up when you search for it in the store or locally on your phone.

Best for frequent RA users. RA stepped up their game with the latest updates and have made the app a joy to use. It's easy to find tickets, but them (Apple Pay!), and then use them at the venue. Highly recommended!

Finally. I'm just excited to finally have an RA app, haven't used it much but I'm sure there are improvements to be made, it's the first version. I like the look and feel of it, buying first tickets tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.

For music lovers, by music lovers. For those who know what RA is, this is a great app! Love the integration with apple pay, makes things SO much easier! Would love to have a 'Tickets' tab that will easily show the tickets and allow to paste them onto passbook!

Easy to use. Glad this app is made. It's very easy to use. Especially if you're going out clubbing and forget your print out ticket, you can just show your phone and voilà! 😛

Never alone in the city. I spent the last year traveling around the country for work- a new city every month, didn't know anyone nor had a hook up as I hopped from NYC to San Fran to Miami...this app showed me where the party was and what was happening, and every weekend I went out and had a great time. Pretty much forgot I was by myself for a year because I was always at the best parties thanks to RA. Highly recommend.

The perfect underground ticketing app. They've got the parties you want. Love the notifications for new shows by my favorites. And the fact that you can buy a ticket in 5 seconds with ApplePay is everything.

Easy to navigate. Has really come in handy navigating RA on my cell phone especially while traveling and trying to find events. If you're trying to read articles you're probably better off going on your desktop.

Go to app for the best NYC parties. Use this site/app all the time. Great for finding events and parties any day of the week. Haven't tried it outside of NYC, but always being guaranteed an event will have a certain genre of music is amazing!

App crashes. Love the app, but it keeps crashing on me, iPhone 4, latest ios on it. I manage to open it, but tapping on an event it just crashes. Please fix. Other than that, the app seems very helpful & the design is wonderful.

Quality as usual.. Like the website, the RA Guide app provides a solid connection to the DJ/Club world. The website already sort of felt like a mobile app, with its large type and buttons, and the actual mobile app does all of the same great things, just in a well-designed, condensed version. Thanks for making this happen, RA.

Finally!. Finally an app that keeps me up to date on where all my favorite DJs and electronic artists are performing locally and around the world! I love this app!!

The full site is better.... I love resident advisor, but I feel the phone app could be more streamline. I do absolutely love their full site, and what they provide for us. I am forever grateful; between them and KCRW, they'll get your music game on point. I am not a super tech saavy guy, so I lack the vernacular (and have some bias) to describe why I'm not a huge fan of the app, but it gets the job done, just not as fluid as I'd like it to, or as their website is...it's good if you're on the go and don't have access to a computer..that's my two pennies worth, you guys rock!!!

Don't leave home without it!. My go to planning guide could use some more major DJ profiles but maybe it's cause they themselves want to be low key .. Respect in every aspect RA..

Broken buy button. I love the concept for the new buy button, but it's not working on my end. Every time I select the amount of tickets I want to purchase then continue by clicking Buy I keep getting a white screen. I like the concept but it's not that great unless I can save my credit card information.

Amazing. Slim pickings outside of house and techno, but for the music it does cover you won't find a better resource for shows in your area, and it's especially useful when you are somewhere unfamiliar. Better updated on tour dates than the musicians' websites and social media. Looks great and works well.

Long time RA user - App is Wonderful. I have been using RA for years and use it mostly for events in whatever location I am in. I spend most of my time in Brooklyn and this App is exactly what I've been waiting for from RA. The event guide is super clean and easy to use. I can find any event I want and add it to my diary and keep track of what events I attend. I know they are going to keep progressing the App but right now its exactly what I want and I use it on a daily basis. Get this App if u go out a lot.

Easy to use and current. I use the app to find music events near me and it works perfectly for that. I read the features on my computer but when it comes to events this app works as I want.

My trusted music advisor. Very easy way to learn what house music events are happening in your city. Easy to browse, purchase and manage events for house music fans.

My go-to guide for nightlife. This app is great and easy to use for buying tickets to various music events and finding out what's going on in cities around the world that has good DJs playing. I do wish they brought back the ability to re-sell tickets bought through the app/website. RA used to have it before.

Finally!!!. Alright RA!!! Love the feel of the app, just like the site. User friendly and connects to calendar. Appreciate the big font. Haha. Just some bugs on trying to add personal info/images. Only reason for four stars. Turn up!

Love. I love this app. Keeps me in the loop of all my DJs coming to town in advance. I can add to my calendar and buy tickets via the app. What else could I ask for?

Love RA. This app is vey easy to navigate, and I love how it recognizes which city you are in so it can show you the nearest events to your location. I like the design as well.

App Unusable. This app is entirely unusable; I cannot login, and I cannot contact customer support without logging in. I can't buy my tickets with my account; the app says "I need to verify my account" and I never get a verification email (not in my spam). I can't login on the website "account not live". Fix your infrastructure because this is really annoying. Or at least add a customer service phone number.

Making Moves. Great onboarding and first impression. Scans iTunes for recommendations, has all my tickets up to date. Can't wait to see how it works when I'm away from home.

Like being in a club. Dark backgrounds with big flashes of light and color...everything that rules about RA at the fingertips. Add a "X" button to clear the search field (instead of having to hold the Delete key, while searching for multiple Favorites), and it would be 5 stars ;)

Ticket view doesn't work. Other than the ticket view not displaying the actual ticket, the app is fantastic.

Great all around. Getting myself more used to looking for parties/shows on RA instead of Facebook. The interface for the RA app is great and so easy to use.

Always letting me know where the party's at!!. It keeps me updated on amazing events and djs coming to US, as well as, being able to buy tickets directly there. :)

Love RA!. Been my goto site for the past 10 years for djs and event research! RA has never left me hangin! The site is better than the app in some ways but overall I am happy with the app.

RA is one of the best apps for music culture. Love how it's customizable to you, and it stores your concert tickets in the app so when you go out it is easily accessible. Really easy to use and introduces you to new DJs as well.

A great start for a strong community.... I really like the option that scans your music stored in your device to recognize what artists you like. It would be nice to list events in multiple views in addition to the list view (e.g. Alblum/flyer view...etc). Overall, a great app! Great job RA!
