How do you check-in. Names blocked out is so lame. They can’t check themselves in.

Broken. App dose not work

Does not work.. Allows you to sign in to your respective business, but then nothing loads. Frustrating.

Good app. Great app and interface for clients for self check-in Suggestions: Ability to add new client (if client doesn't have mbo account, they can't add themselves to class in this app) When a client reserves class for another person it shows "Reserve reserve" it would be better if it said the person's name

Doesn't work. Should be no stars... These businesses pay good money to have this kind of service? Also, The app for my iPhone is locked on an old email account and will not let me delete or add another email.

WTH?. It use to work just fine. Now I tap on it and nothing happens. Been hearing and reading bad reviews.

This is a waste of time!. I signed up last night and I have tried several times to log in and it does not recognize me. There is NO way to reset password or username in the screen or even to ask for help! So today I went back to the App Store and found a place to get help and to write a review. I tried2 times to add my email to reset my password and both times received a message to look in my email. I never received any email from this company. I did check my spam folder, junk folder and have found nothing. TSo that is when I decided to leave this review. I’m not happy and I hope the gym owner does not have to pay for your terrible service. I think my din could of built a better app when he was 5th or 6th grade.

New update does not work. This new update no longer allows members to search for their name, which means that no one can sign in >.<

New update made app worthless. Now that only the client's last initial is hown, app is useless, too may clients signing the wrong person in.

Private sign in. Update is unnecessary. How are private clients to sign in for their sessions. I’m sure there are other areas within this app that needs attention, update, or modification. The feature of allowing everyone to sign in is integral to businesses operations. Please revert to prior sign in feature.

Won’t load on my iPad, useless. Very frustrated with this

Lkathleenw. Terrible app. Asks for sign in on downloaded App with no opportunity to set up an account. Set up account on my computer, but ID and password does not work on iPhone App. Total Waste of time!

App not working. Tried signing in but it keeps taking me back to sign in page after entering user and password.

Not ready for prime time. Can't just review schedule without login in. Login screen doesn't let you always login. And when you do login it crashes. Did anyone test this?

New update does not work. Since Friday the new update meant to fix bugs is not working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Updating my iOS software. Turning iPad on and off. Nothing works and the app cannot find my business or any other business for that matter. Wonderful app when it works but completely pointless and damaging to my business when it is down.

Saves my clients time. I used to have to keep people waiting at the desk when a class was gonna start to check everyone in. Had a line to the door and people trying to get in and out around it to access the main gym or trying to get my attention at the desk and getting lost in a sea of people. I have two classrooms. Put one of these outside of each room to get people away from the front and open up traffic. It worked. I really like that I can spend more time now with the clients who really need me and my more reserved clients can sign in at their leisure away from the bustle of the front desk area. It's a very simple app compared to the others mind body has, but I hope they will keep adding things to make it do more. I'd like to see more value self service features like a way to sell packages or sign in with our key tags. Oh my only con is that it can take a while for newbies to interact with it. They sometimes ask me what it is, thinking it's for staff. Even those coke machines with the flavors have a big invitation screen I can read from across the room.

No ability to set up account. Did clean first time app load on iPad. Went right into search with no way to create login. Totally useless. Also loaded it to my IBM PC and here search brings up facility but no classes even show App is a good idea. But only an idea so far. Useless. And disappointed

NO. LONGER WORKS. The app used to work well - does not work now-does not save passwords- basically useless- must use the website to use which requires totally different login-ludicrous Deleted from my phone and iPad now

NO STARS - WHY CANT I FIND MY BUSINESS?. I TRIED TO FIND MY STUDIO TO USE THIS APP FOR EASY CHECK IN! UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT. SAD

Garbage app. MINDBODY : please fix your app so it actually works and stop making studio owners lives more difficult 😩

Tremendously helpful!. We’ve been using MindBody to manage our martial arts school for more than 4 years. For most of that time, our students used membership cards with bar codes to sign in, but this was - at best - cumbersome. MB’s Class Check-in is faster, more convenient, and in the 2 months that we been using it, it hasn’t crashed. In sum, we are very pleased with this MB enhancement.

The Worst!!!. The other one was way better

Ridiculous. Nice trick on not accepting your nickname so you can’t post a negative review. Set up the username and pw on my laptop (which it accepts) but doesn’t recognize your info on the app.

Pretty straight forward and functional. Wish there was more accessibility to different settings. Especially could use a dark mode or power saver mode. Otherwise, it accomplishes everything it needs to. Just really drains battery

love this app!. I haven’t had problems with this app loading at all for my indoor cycling studio — it loads, it makes everyone’s lives so much easier and my instructors don’t have to be at a computer checking people in (and either do I!). They’re free to be around the room connecting with their riders before class starts, which is huge. My clients love it, too. They just walk in, touch the screen and they’re done! Super easy and user friendly. Love!
