Poor design and no enhancements. During a Florida League tournament I notice a few guys announcing the games uses iScore. I like the UI and thought I’d give it a try. In the end it’s clumsy, too difficult to make changes during game. You can’t start a game underway easily, no ability to modify players on the fly. Old design and they aren’t enhancing it.

iScore Central. I use this app regularly. A recent upgrade broke my Premium use. I reached out to support and the issue was resolved quickly. The premium audio feature is priceless when I cannot attend a game. I listen to play by play while stuck in traffic or while attending a different game. Definitely worth the cost of the app!

Ads pop up on premium version. I paid for the premium version and I am still getting ads. Please fix this! And when I try to close the ads it asks me to upgrade to the premium version, which I already have.

Bad update. This app was so great until the recent update. Many of the parents and family and friends who could not make it to our games really enjoyed using this. And this weekend they were unable to use it because of the "upgrade" option that would not let them say no thanks. Your update says "minor text changes", doesn't seem entirely accurate to me. Very disappointing.

Bad Service!. I paid for a yearly Premium Subscription that only gave me a month then I couldn’t access it. It’s asking me to pay again! Tried to contact App developer, refreshed, reinstalled, everything I could think of & still wouldn’t let me access the Premium level I paid for. No response at all from them after numerous emails! I am lost on what to do!

Paid subscription, still tells you you need to upgrade. This app is completely useless. Have the paid subscription and it still won’t let me view anything other than the free version. I have tried to restore purchase, have canceled subscription and renewed it, logged out and logged back in. nothing works and the forum for help is also useless. don’t waste your money on this app.

Nice app. Really like using the app to track my kids' games. I don't have a problem paying the low price - totally worth it (paid more than this for ice cream after last night's game). Audio cast is a really cool feature as well. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Great app but needs some glitches fixed. This app is great for parents and friends to remotely watch our travel games. Since we have a team website our games are unlocked. However I have tried to upgrade to premium and it will not let upgrade or get premium service.

Garbage. Used to love this app but the update is garbage. I've been paying for premium access and get NOTHING. can't even access games. Terrible. I posted a previous review, was asked to contact Dev by email. I did. Issue wasn't fixed. Another Dev emailed to follow up. Explained the lack of change with no response and now it looks like my old review is gone from App Store. Shady. Too bad because my previous review had more stars because I factored in how iscore USED to be. Don't waste your time or money. Use Game Changer.

This app needs help. Shame on you iScore. Not sure why I pay the subscription for this. It’s horrible. Game will freeze and not start again. Getting box score at the end is always screwed up. This app needs a complete overhaul. And we should all be due a refund for our subscription money.

Awful Support. The app maker was given a gift recently by Apple allowing it to reset its reviews - this is because the reviews were awful. The reviewer below !OhioText! runs the Iscore forum and is basically an employee of the App giving this app fake good reviews. Here's why you should use Game Changer instead - the Tech Support is awful. For months I tried to get in touch with someone as the App would not let me upgrade to Premium. I missed an entire baseball season for my son. Do yourself and your team a favor - use GC.

Terrible. I have the $1.99 subscription and I am not able to see plays or box scores or any of the features that I am paying for. The app acts as if I don’t have a subscription and offers a free trial and asks what option to pick after the trial but then I do that and it says I already have a subscription…there doesn’t appear to be a way to contact or ask for help. The forums are terrible to try and search and find answers. Don’t waste your money

iScore ok but not iScore Central.. Cannot save favorites on the app anymore (maybe ever). Would love a page to see area High School teams’ scores which SHOULD be possible with the apps, but I cannot save teams (even with a subscription) to easily see them. Whoever currently owns this is, apparently, not paying much attention to it anymore.

Hate the new update.... I used to love, love, love this app for YEARS. However, whatever new version they came out with is just AWFUL!!! You can no longer just follow a team & get simple info in an instance, even with a paid subscription. You can’t just follow a game & scroll up to see past plays or click on a player’s name & find their stats. Sadly, I’m afraid I’m just going to have to switch over to GameChanger after all. 😕

Lifesaver for working parents. When stuck in traffic after work, desperately trying to get home in time for one of my kids' games, this app is the next best thing to being there. The audio feed sounds like a professional game!

Great in theory, horrible in reality. I bought this app (and was charged twice for some reason). I could get past being charged twice, if it ever actually worked. The app has only worked for 1 out of every 4 of my child’s games, and that’s only when the scorekeeper at our game has restarted it at least 3 times. It has not EVER worked on the first try. Total waste of time and money.

IScore central. Have had a lot of trouble recently. In the middle of a game a sign shows up that asks me to confirm I want premium. Even though I already have paid I tried to say ok but then it says I’m already enrolled but can’t get rid of notice or go back to game

Please fix ASAP. Was using this app for a year. Purchased the upgrade in March and it never upgraded. Tried to fix today, so I updated this app and now it charged me for a 3 month membership and I do not have access to any games. I also suggested this to other parents and they are also having same issues. They downloaded the free app and bought upgrade and do not have access to any games on iscore central! Please fix!

Pitch tracking. Only thing that could be better is velo in pitches. Gives a true feel of the game and what pitchers are thrown. Great job besides that.

Amazing.... An amazing app for those who can’t be at the game. The audio play by play is what really makes this app shine. My wife would occasionally have to work on our boys’ game day. She has an hour drive and would listen to the game during the drive, she loved it.

Best live scoring app. I've tried them all and iscore is by far the easiest and fastest scoring tool available. I'm encouraged that they seem to be committed to continuously making it even better. Keep up the good work!

No resolution to my problem. So I sent the link to parents to view as I score a game. Suddenly you can’t go to the site on a mobile device; you must download this app. Then you’re forced to pay to watch which is new. I called support and got the message run around so I emailed the issue and have yet to receive a response. We’ve played two games now without people being able to view games. I’ll change my rating if I hear from someone but so far I’m very disappointed.

Log Out/Log In. I will probably be back to write another review once I explore the premium features, but it would have been nice to know before a couple of hours of frustration that when you spend the money to upgrade to premium, you have to log out then log back in before the upgrade will show up in the app. Please put that in the instructions that show up on the phone/iPad so you don't get so many bad reviews for the upgrade not working.

Great app and updates. Latest updates have really been great. Have been using iscore for years and everyone is very happy with it.

Unable to see statistics despite paying for premium. The app information says that with a paid subscription I should be able to see the statistics. There are no statistics available for pitchers or hitters even with a paid subscription. I have looked all over for a way to communicate with the developers but can’t seem to find an email address. Very disappointed. This app can’t hold a candle to GameChanger.

Stat Transfer. Last year the stats would all transfer to the iScore app as the game was going on and after completion. Now the stats appear randomly. Sometimes all the hits are 0 for each player or at bats. Innings pitched are not seen and are 0. Then you go in about a week later and all of a sudden they are there. Stupid. This is with the paid subscription. Waste.

Cheaper than GameChanger!. The score cast feature is really great as long as somebody is scoring the game, and this update makes it cheaper than Game Changer!

Waste of money. I paid to get a subscription and was not able to see a single game all season. Was only able (sometimes) to see scores after they were done. This is the only way I get to see my nephew’s games so it really sucked. I hope his team switches to GameChanger next year. MUCH better app.

IOS version not free. Requires subscription.. Cannot be used without buying a 3-month subscription. Further, one must purchase from the device you will be using. If you want to use both your iPhone and iPad, for instance, you will have to buy a subscription from each device.

No support. I’ve used iScore for 6 years now, but I went to renew my subscription for our team website and it won’t accept the payment, leaving me unable to access the site. I sent an email to customer support and in almost a week, I have not received a reply. Note: we can use the software and record games, and the stats register on my iPad, but we cannot access the website. There was also no notification in the change in policy of having to now buy the app, and when several of our parents did on gameday, despite their payments being accepted, the app would not load the games, leaving several unhappy followers who were unable to actually attend the game and always relied on iScore.

Uninstalled. I don’t want the Premium upgrade, but the app apparently won’t work without it. I uninstalled it. Too bad because I have the iScore app and use it all the time to send links to the games I score to family and friends who cannot attend, and my friends and family do the same for me - isn’t that the whole point? Then the link required the app instead of just using a browser, and now they want people to pay for the premium app. Gamechanger anyone?

Lousy app. When I try to set up an account it asks for my email then never sends me anything to continue. When I try to watch a game, it just tells me to try again!! Either fix the problem or don't offer the app!!

Upgraded but no upgrade. I am disappointed with this app. It works great but then when you get an update from the iStore, it forgets you are a premium user. I am sick of paying for this and not getting the full functionality of the app. Does sports illustrated get all the benefit and the user doesn't?

Disappointed. I have not been able to follow my sons' games for the last week. Each time I try to view a game I'm given an optional upgrade scene. When I select not now the app closes. I also have not been able to select my favorites for the last three weeks. The screen just spins and I have to try to find my teams a different way. Please fix these issues soon.

Absolutely HATE it. Our team manager swapped over from Gamechanger. Gamechanger with the premium, I had everything in one place. Live, plays, boxscore, video, highlight clips, individual players stats, spray chart… On Iscore Central…… nothing but live scoring. Even paying for the premium, it won’t access any of the premium features. It’s very screwed up. Wished we’d never change. Need to go back to gamechanger. Much much more simpler and more features.

Poorly communicated update. I've always been a big iScore fan. But they recently changed from a free app to charging $5 for a 3-month subscription to view live game feeds. And they did it with no advance communication to users whatsoever. A business model change would be fine with some notice. And their response to complaints has been along the lines of "too bad for you." The app works great. But sadly, I can no longer trust the people who make it.

Bad Response Format. Every time I try to open the app on my IPhone, the screen shows “bad response format”. Dosent change no matter what I press

Pretty handy. I like I can listen when I can’t be at the game. Only problem is unsubscribing. Our season is over and I can’t figure out how to stop the auto payment

Disappointing. For the last few summers I have been able to keep up with my son's baseball games and now all I get is the score, and an "opportunity" to pay for premium! Very disappointing "upgrade". So now I tried to get the upgrade and it still won't let me see the games. What's going on?!?!

BigFlopi. I was only able to make half of my kids games this season but felt like I was at every single one because of this app

Good support. Initially I had trouble getting my team to save as a favorite, but support helped to figure out the problem and now it works well.

No support. I registered 24 hours ago and still have not had my account “approved “. I’d like to watch a game but cannot!

Don't bother. Like most of the other recent reviewers, I liked this app until the software was updated during the summer of '16. Since that time, when I attempt to view a game I am offered a 3-month premium membership. If I decline it simply takes me back to the search results and I can't go any further. This is a useless app at this point.

Box score. Why are the hits and innings pitched showing zero for box score at the end of the game? This is a common problem that no one seems to provide an answer for. This question is all over the app reviews and the forums.

Great app, but premium settings do not stick.. I love this app, but the why on earth would the audio voice be British. Please make the voice American with baseball lingo. Why does he say dart when they throw a strike.

Very inferior product to the web based viewing. If i was starting over again I’d use game changer. I’ve been using iScore for over 6 years for my youth team. When parents could watch the game for free on the website it was an excellent experience. Then they moved to the paid service only available thru the app. I get the paid part of it. They have a right to make money off their product. My concern is that the app is a far inferior product to the website. The website offered season long stats and you could view details on pitching easily. The app does not offer any way to see either. Thus its impossible to k ow how a player is doing this season and how the pitcher is throwing over the year or that day.

Terrible Monetization of the Company. They took a product that was defined by giving free access to mobile updates for high school games and have put a price tag on it to view scores. Greed kills technology. I was a high school coach the implemented this before it was purchased by ESPN, and it was great. If they would focus on advertising, rather than subscription, then they would succeed... however, i predict the users will decrease over the next fiscal year. This is why ESPN is in the RED!

Pigs get slaughtered. The thing that made this such a popular app was the fact that you could use it for free. They’ve now made it a paid quarterly subscription for family and friends to watch the games. For those leagues who can’t afford scoreboards this was such a service for fans and parents to get the live scoring updates. I’m sure they’ve lost plenty of users. Now it’s $5 per user. 10+ kids on a team plus parents and grandparents, you do the math. I would have gladly dealt with advertisements like “Team Snap” has in order to keep this free. Too bad greed got in the way.

Full App has stopped working. My subscription is still current and the full app has stopped working. I can’t get play by plays or box scores.

Good app. Works well does as stated. Future improvements should include landscape view and search by area not just nearby

Premium ain't working right. I would give 4 stars but premium won't work for me work 4 game then no more sound I have two different iPad same thing, I check mute iPad like they mention but, it's all good on my side sadly they fix it so I give them a better review app show game that good but I spend 6.99$ for the sound which only work for 4 games

Horrible. This is absolutely one of the worst apps I've ever used. Using it on an iPad 2 an iPhone 5c. 5C says connection problems constantly and the iPad it never even opens up ,crashes all the time awful awful awful fix it. people are paying for this crap

Terrible app & horrible customer service. This app doesn't work and there is nobody to contact about getting a refund. I've been charged twice for the "upgrade" which is a complete joke and never even worked. Don't bother downloading this.

Grandparent. I am now paid up through 2017 and still cannot view baseball games like Spring 2016. I see reference to iScore Central Premium, but have not been able to find it. I would like a refund for my Premium fees.

Not a great app. Game changer is much more user friendly. Can’t even fast forward on replay if you missed a play. It’s just awful

Complete crap. As others have stated, app stuck in an endless loop, with no access to games you should be able to view for free. And like others, I paid for the "premium" upgrade.

Used to be good. This used to be a really handy app for following along with a game. Now it's overpriced and crappy quality. I paid for premium but still see ads. Favorite teams functionality doesn't work.

Premium plan doesn’t work, no support. I purchased a Premium plan but the app will not show the Premium plan features. Emailed support with no reply.

Forces upgrade. Had the app for a couple years and it worked fine. Now this week it's been forcing an upgrade in order to watch the game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's still not working. It seems the app is hit or miss at best so I'm not paying for it.

Bait and switch. Paid for premium, unable to access it. Only gives me the free version and keeps asking me to upgrade.

App is terrible & teams won't show up. UPDATE: I still hate this app! I can't update my subscription. I would change in a SECOND if I could convince my team to. Prior post: Half the time, the teams won't show up. Trying to get my team to change to another game scoring app ASAP.

Not Free. I will stop using iScore after 6 happy years(12 seasons). My player's parents don't want to pay for iScorecast when it's always been free. Performance is awful when it used to be so fast.

Bad Update. This app was working fine until I applied an update. Now it asks me if I want to upgrade and when I click no thanks it takes me back to the same place. If I click again it asks me if I want to upgrade again! Please fix this!!!!

Needs IMMEDIATE Repair. App is stuck in a loop that asks if you want to upgrade as soon as you try to open a game, then takes you right back to where you were when you choose "No thanks." Totally worthless until it's fixed.

Dear Sports illustrated. There is this little bug with the favorites. It's that you can't unfavorite a scorekeeper/team. Please fix this then I'll give you a 5 star

3 months Premium - NOW NOT WORKING. App asked me to upgrade to the 3 months premium access. I did! Paid the price. Now app is just stuck on that screen. I can't even get app open in our games.

Live broadcast is +++. The audio scorekeeper sets this one apart from all others. Great app.

Do not update. Cannot watch a game after update. A box pops up to ask you to upgrade. When you click not now it brings you back to prior screen not into game. Broken update

Can’t find my team, no way to delete wrong favorite. Worst app ever. Site is scam first free now payment required. Can't access out of pop up, even though it suggests you can.

Awful. This app is disappointing. I’m glad it was a free trial. It does not allow you to follow games as it freezes and stops updating. Prospect Wire needs to find a different platform. Very disappointing.

Connection issues. App constantly had issues connecting with the server. I was hardly ever able to stay current with updates. I could get a score but then the app froze after an inning or two. Not recommended.

Barely useable. Lags to what's happening in real time. Notifications do not work. The screen doesn't show what's happening in real time or consistently. Game Changer is much better.

Forced to upgrade for basic service. Several of my team parents and myself are not able to watch games on iScore Central since the latest release. You are given the Must Upgrade screen and NotNow is not working. Bad experience. Please fix immediately!

Poor decisions. After 2 weeks of being able to follow my youngest sons baseball games it is now holding its hat out for more money while displaying ads. Either get new ad executives or compete better with gamechanger.

Hogwash. Really?? Was using this app just fine and now it's insisting I upgrade?? I selected 'no thanks' and it still won't let me watch my son's game unless I upgrade. I guess our team will have to move to something different. Please fix.

Terrible app. This app is terrible. It doesn’t have the basic features that are necessary to even follow a football game. At no point is there anything that denotes which team has the ball. So unless you know all of the players names, good luck trying to guess what’s going on.

Rip Off. I used to love this app. However now I cannot watch any games without an upgrade screen that pops up. There is an option for NO THANKS but it doesn't work. User is stuck in an endless loop. iScore read your user reviews....very disappointing.

Not free!! Now charging to watch a game. The company started a 3 month subscription service instead of allowing fans to watch for free. This is a recent change that I hope they reconsider.

No.... No ..... No. The endless loop from paying money and getting nothing. Go to Game Changer or go somewhere else but don't get involved with iscore. At least with Game Changer you can actually watch the game when you pay. Here you pay and get nothing ..... Not even customer support.

Useless. Good idea, but needs a lot of work. Searched for my teams to put in my favorites. Just searching for my team was a hassle. Finally found it and added to favorites. Now it's not there. I will continue to use link given by iscore user, this app is a waste of time.

don't bother.... Crappy app! I tried to watch my grandson's baseball game today and all I got was a request...over and over...to upgrade by paying $4.99. When I tapped on "not now", the app wouldn't let me watch the game!

So appreciative. It is a bummer when I have to miss any of my kids games. The day my coach starting using Iscore was a good day.

Play-by-play audio broadcast. Don't waste your time downloading. You have to pay $5.00 every 3 months to use it. My parents and grandparents are pushing me to switch to GameChanger. 😔

I liked it. Used it for my kids t-ball and it was easy to track and use.

iPhone user. App is not working on iPhone and no support help. Emailed last week no response. I paid for the upgrade service but shows I didn’t.

New version is sub par. Use to love this app. Updated version is not good. Boxscores are incomplete without hits for the batters, no IP for pitchers etc.... Very disappointed. Would not recommend. If you have a choice go with GameChanger

Do not upgrade. This app was great before the latest update. Everyone could follow games for free and now, they are charging you to watch the same games. All of the parents on our baseball teams are very upset. Go back to the last version of this app.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have purchased access to watch games and have never once been able to access any. Ever. It always asks me to upgrade to premium after I click on anything. Restore purchase? Still no access. What a scam.

Cancellation. This app makes it impossible to cancel the subscription. Nothing within its interface has a simple button to cancel! It’s not in settings. It’s not after tapping your avatar. Nowhere. So I’ve been charged. No idea how to cancel and I’m certain it’s on purpose! Horrible.

Updated version. This app used to be great but since the last update the new version is horrible. I even paid for the premium. Now trying to get our team to use game changer.

Need watch addition. You need to consider adding the option to see the score on the Apple Watch.

Still the best. I got iScore Baseball scoring for free so I don't mind paying here. Seems like a good value for something this deep.

Does not work anymore!!. App will not open any games to see the stats or live broadcast as it used to do. The web based version is not as user friendly as the app. Dont know why it keeps sending u in a circle to try to upgrade. Please fix asap!!!!
