Treat Customers Like Trash. Once you use up the “bucket” of “high speed” data they cut you down to 2G. Which is like dial-up speeds. Can’t check email or do simple Google searches. I luckily have a second line and my Boost phone stays at home while I use an older device for actually reliable service. I switched to Boost for a nice, expensive iPhone on a discount but Boost’s lack of anything resembling “service” has basically caused me to purchase an expensive paper weight. In hindsight, I wish I would have paid the additional $100 to stick with my old service and not screw myself over by choosing Boost Mobile. Avoid these guys at all costs! No company should be so criminal as to advertise unlimited service then slam you with dial-up internet. Like their “high speed” internet was ever anything other than 3G in and of itself. These guys are a joke and their “service” is total trash. I can’t wait to switch back to my original provider.

Terrible Customer service. I experienced terrible customer service today by not one but 2 boot Mobile supervisors. All because Boost sent me a valued customer post card for a free month of service and advised I didn’t need to handle it that boost already credited the account. Call 611 get advised I had to drive to a store to have a rep verify my post card. I get there and the store employee was treated with complete disrespect my supervisor one who then disrespected me. She was ashamed to even work there. Then supervisor 2 no help whatsoever, all bc boost created a policy for sending a screenshot of the post card to an email a supervisor had to give you and wait 48 hours. None of which was even Finley printed on the post card. Boost you should be ashamed you allow people like that to treat loyal customers and employees like that.

Don’t be Skeptical. I was very skeptical of switching to boost after being very satisfied with Verizon for years. Unfortunately I could no longer keep up with the cost of having unlimited plans with Verizon. Switching to Boost was the best decision I could’ve made. I brought in the phone I already owned and believe I paid about 30$ for them to put in a sim and activate it. After that it’s 50$ a month for a single line unlimited everything plus 12gb or hotspot data per month. I’ve never had a call drop, always have quick internet speed, always able to send and receive messages instantly. This truly has been a money saver without having to downgrade service. I recommend Boost to anyone I know.

Boost Service. I purchased a phone from Boost mobile in April of 2020. All was well , in Nov of 2021 I received a new SIM card and was told that I had to replace my SIM card in order for my phone to be compatible with the new 5G network. I put the new SIM card in and my phone has been dropping calls every since, I have called Boost every month several times a month and my calls are still dropping, a supervisor informed me that my phone might not be compatible with the new network, I need to upgrade my phone, I don’t know about you I can’t afford to purchase a new phone that I just purchased because you told me my phone would not work anymore after January if I don’t change my SIM card which was working just fine before the change. I have been a member of Boost mobile since 2009 and have never had a problem, I don’t think should be acceptable, They have no problem receiving my payment every month, my service should be forthcoming like my payments, I shouldn’t have to purchase a new phone that should still be in working order, I have been a loyal customer and I should be eligible for a new phone considering my phone was working just fine before you asked me to change my SIM card.

Worst service with the attitude and crappy app ever. First, this app really bad. Every time try to contact agent thru chat, it drops before even type the message, it takes me more than a dozen signing in to ask one question via chat. Second, so I ended up calling agent directly, complain about lousy service (data not be available, when it should be plenty)they agree to credit $10 for the inconvenience, but only credit a half of it, so I complained again about the credit, the supervisors was very rude with the attitude, although he agree to credit the remaining half, their way to credit back the customer is do strict that it gave me further inconvenience to just to use the credit towards the billing was the extra huddle they put me through. I was with virgin mobile for 10 years, now that boost took over, I’ve been having nothing but bad experiences with their service since. I’m so done with them.

This is about boosts service. I had boost for years, what do I get for my payments being on time, it getting smaller is a lie. After mAking my payments on time for a while, I lose a week of my service, they told me it was towers being worked on. My phone worked fine just before I changed my number, I told them I changed my number, everyone I know who has boost their phones are working fine. Now I can not get a hold of anyone from support. I’ve told them several times I take care of my father I am now confined to my house because I can’t leave with out my phone. It’s effecting my job now & I have to depend on other people to run my errands. I also just bought my new phone for $300 and now I have to spend more then that to get a new phone and service from a new provider. Pay for their service if you want, but it could end up costing you a lot more then you ever thought it would.

Worse customer service ever!. To begin with, I would like to get someone I could understand and someone who talk louder. I was on the phone half the day trying to get a new payment method and it kept declining my card. It was not my card. It was customer service. The problem was they never put my new address in when I called it in. I figured that out today and was finally able to get a card in I asked for a customer service rep, and the girl came back like 10 minutes later and pretended like she was her, then when I wanted her supervisor, she said she couldn’t transfer me and that a supervisor had up to 72 hours to call me back. Why did she transfer me to herself and pretend to be a supervisor but she couldn’t send me to her supervisor? I can tell you why because they live through their teeth they need to re-train them and get some English speaking people in there. 17 years I’ve been with the company and it just gets worse and worse as for the phone service it so it is good.

Don’t ever buy a cell phone device from Boost mobile. I bought an iPhone 12 max Pro through them over a year ago and, at the time, they said I can get it unlocked after a year of service with them. So now I want to use it to travel and asked to get it unlocked. Spent $25 at the store and the next day got a notice that it can’t be unlocked. Spent 2 hours on the phone and now they are saying it can only be unlocked domestically. Don’t buy it from them. Go online and get it unlocked from the beginning. I was defrauded and it doesn’t make me happy to have this hunk of junk that I can’t use when I travel. The unlocked phones through the apple store directly or from brandsmart USA are even cheaper anyways.

17 years. In 1997 I bought my first cell phone it was a green Nokia flip phone w/ fake plastic antenna. Back then there wasn’t many carriers to choose from so I had sprint. They were not very good for about 5-6 years. I’ve been w/ boost now going on 17 years! I still have the same phone number from 1997 and I only pay $50 a month for unlimited talk and text. I get 2gb a month of data and I pay additional 10 bucks for 2 extra gbs and it’s so worth it! I have cell phone reception in areas most Verizon and at&t customers don’t. Boost mobile is the jam!

Coronavirus. I have to say I’m a little upset with the ability to not speak to a representative at all I lost my job due to the pandemic and ur website clearly states that if we need help paying our bill we had to speak to a live person I can not be without service and had to use my last 50 til god knows when to make sure my phone stayed on when u have other companies who are deferring bills during this crisis everyday i calked3 different times to speak to someone holding for an hour each time then getting kicked off the call I’m seriously going to rethink my cellular provider every other utility I have is definitely compassionate during this time but I see greed is within this company definitely nit a good thing when people are in need in tones like this

Unsatisfied. I’ve been a customer a boost for about 10 years upgraded to an iPhone and today every time I try to login to my boost to make a payment because I like to pay it before my payment is due it keeps giving me errors and then when I call booster course right at the wait time is ridiculous and now they have the audacity to charge you a fee if you need to speak with customer service as soon as my contracts up or soon as I get this phone paid off I am transferring to another service they are awful you get people in there that don’t speak English you can barely understand them it’s totally ridiculous

Still broken.. Several months later and the app still does not function. At this point it’s obvious they don’t care at all about fixing it. Resetting hotspot early without the app doesn’t exist unless you want to try talking to support which the standard response to everything seems to be “Our towers are being worked on/upgraded” or something along those lines. Literally the only thing keeping me with this company is the amount of hotspot you can get for the price. I am not aware of any other provider offering 30gb for 60$. Most other service are more expensive for much less data. I don’t have cable internet where I live, so this is very important to me. Basically if I run out of hotspot I’m out of luck.

Ugh. “Effortless account access “ Seriously Boost?? How bout NO account access! This app has not worked in several months. As so many others have stated, when you try to open the MyBoost app it never opens. It stays on the authentication screen. I have tried their “suggestions “ and restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app etc and nothing works. It is supposed to be a convenience to pay our bills through the app, but now we have to go to the website to do it. Not convenient at all. Fix this App or give us a new one that actually works. *EDIT*: Now they try to tell me it is my phone’s software. How can that be? So many other people are having the same problem. Are their phones supposedly messed up too? People keep complaining that the app doesn’t work and it won’t open. Nothing is ever done about it. Thinking of changing carriers because of this.

Boost customer of 8 yes. I have been a boost customer for over eight years I started on A $50 unlimited plan and then upgraded to the iPhone SE in which they told me I had to go up to the $60 unlimited plan because they were switching to 5G network but I have never received 5G service ever I have also learned that the actual unlimited plan itself is a gimmick because you don’t actually have unlimited data they use the word high speed data and Limit that amount which would be OK if I could use regular services after my high-speed data runs out. Once your high-speed data runs out you are no longer able to use GPS, Siri, and are barely able to get on the Internet I called Costumer Service to try to find out how I could get on a plan with more high-speed data and was eventually hung up on after being told I would have to buy a data pack would you get some very expensive! It would seem like after being a customer for so long he would get some type of better treatment but I guess not and Cearley Armando Brown boost customer of eight years

Cannot access app!!. I cannot access this App since the update yesterday!!! It just sticks in loading and then times out!! Unacceptable to not be able to easily monitor my hot spot useable!! Fix rapidly Boost. Mint mobile is calling my name, don’t give me the last reason during these very hard finical times!!! Update!! Your chat customer service feature is completely shut down!! 35 minutes on hold for a rep with the same insulting message telling me to use the boost app!! Your a billon dollar company with a 10’s is billion dollar parent company. In the tech field nonetheless!! How you could not move the bulk of your service team to remote work within weeks is beyond me!! May will be the last month I am a costumer of Boost or any subsidiaries of sprint. I needed a new iPhone anyway and I’ll take the opportunity to take by business elsewhere!! I’d have been more than happy to tell this to a actual rep if you had any available!!! For shame boost for shame!!!!!

Manager Complaint. I talked to a representative named Victor and explained that 2 of the members on my family plan are in Florida without power and cell towers and what little reception they do have is rare to speak with them. I ask if there was anything Boost Mobile could do being a member with Boost Mobile for 11+ years and I never missed a payment and the one time I ask if there is any exceptions that can be made Victor said no it expired and I asked if they can help at all with making a partial payment and again was told no. I don’t know how low that customer service could be to be told no when I have been a member this long. I ended up having to pay the full phone bill even the 2 lines for the people I’m Florida and the rep showed no compassion or empathy for me at all. Said nothing could be done and no manager could do anything. I am telling everyone and posting this on all my social media platforms which all have a huge following about how Boost Mobile treats customers after they’ve used their service for over 11 years. Worst experience ever and now I’m considering changing cell phone providers.😡

A Disappointed customer. I have always enjoyed doing business with booth mobile and I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and this experience with upgrading to the boost up program has been awful the program was not explain that I would be paying on this for 18 months activation fee for 18 months that does not make any sense that I am paying a activation fee for 18 months the phone was present it is one dollar for the phone and that my monthly bill would remain the same that is the reason that I purchase this plan in the beginning now I get my bill is gone from $60 a month $284 a month totalDeception I am very disappointed.

You guys are “FRAUDS”. You signed me up into a program without telling me. I feel that though I was scammed by a retailers. I should have known when his sales rep told me that I can get a phone for $300 and I would not have to pay a phone bill for a whole year. But the kicker was that I could not use my credit or debit card it was cash only. Thinking back you so much credit or debit card would’ve left a paper trail and there’s something you guys didn’t want. You have no right to sign someone up in a program and then you didn’t even tell me the dues and don’ts. It was no contract just so there was no fine print. I will not accept what you guys have done to me so I will not go away quietly I’m going to call every and anyone with boost mobile so that they can rectify the situation I’m not going away and since you’re tired my service is all I paid your two months I mean twice and by time I finish with y’all I want my money back good day

No option to early renew hotspot plan. I have had a WiFi hotpot plan with Boost for a couple of months now and have had difficulty early renewing my monthly plan any time I use the data before the next payment date. Previously I have used the chat option to have a representative help me out; this time around, however, I was notified that the chat option is unavailable and the normal hours of operation were marked as “closed” for all 7 days of the week, presumably due to the current COVID-19 health concerns. I certainly understand the desire to protect the health of their employees by not having them enclosed in a crowded call center, or what have you, but there is no link on either the app or the website that allows you to perform this task. When I tried calling the customer service line, it advised me to hang up and referred me to the website or app, which I had already established did not offer the option I needed. It is very frustrating and disappointing that I can’t get this done through the app, which is fairly straightforward and user friendly, otherwise.

What’s Going On Over There?😡. My Boost app hasn’t worked for weeks! Can’t figure out if it was the most recent Apple update or if it’s a problem with the app. It just stays on the authentication screen. Doesn’t seem like anyone is in a rush to fix it either. Hey, fine. When they don’t get their money and I switch to Cricket it will be no sweat off my back. Update...I believe either the tech maintenance on this app has either been completely abandoned or there is not enough staff on duty due to COVID-19 cutbacks. For almost 3 months now this app has not worked and according to the app history, they installed bug fixes a month ago. There is absolutely no reason why this app should not work on IPhone, period. Something is definitely wrong. To do anything you have to go on the website. And don’t assume by not going on there and paying like you normally would through the app that they will be understanding. There is no customer service to assist, so you better pay or they WILL cut service. Don’t try to use the non functioning app as an excuse. They don’t care. They know the app is screwed up by now and it is still screwed up. Newsflash...they ain’t gonna fix it.

Embarrassing. My father has been intimidated, harassed, and mistreatment to a veteran of Vietnam. He has been on growing data since 2011 and his data never budged from 3.5gb. He has never been late on any payments. I myself recently got reimbursed for not being able to access the Boost www site. I told him. I was going to upgrade my hotspot so my family could access more of it. My father was going to do the same thing and he couldn’t do it either and he missed out on a important event. So he wanted to be reimbursed for his trouble and being a loyal customer since 2011. I will continue to use your service. But I will google all of the errors I encounter throughout my Boost experiences.

Satisfied Customer!. I have had different contract, cell phone service, and by far this is the best service which is pre-paid that I have ever seen which can out perform any contract I’ve ever had. Also with good quality phones and you can get a iPhone 11 with no credit. Never any problems with connectivity or service areas. My wife has a contract phone and pays almost double per month. Call me a hater or whatever you like but boost Mobile is the best thing that ever happened to Mobile devices. Please Save Your Money!

App Doesn’t work. I have been a loyal customer for a couple years now. I haven’t had any problems with Boost until recently, the app stopped working after the last update and the cell signal is very weak all of a sudden. I have called customer service repeatedly with absolutely no help. The worst customer service I have ever had. I have attempted to get the issue fixed at a couple of their stores by me with no avail. My husband can send me a text message and I might get it 2 days later if at all and the same is true with my voicemail. I live in a major city so there should be absolutely no issues since their brick and mortar store is right here as well. I am done with Boost and all their BS. Would never recommend them after the experience I have encountered over the last 6 months.

Phone or signal?. I have an iPhone 7s which is rebuilt and being I’m in a rehab nursing facility where people complain about the signal a lot. I constantly lose my internet connection during the day and have to go to Settings many times to reconnect. I never get above 3G but your ads say you have a 5G capability. I have the Hotspot turned on in Settings and I don’t know if it makes any difference. I’m writing this for advice from you regarding the very weak signal I am getting during the day. Do I have to pay more to get 5G? I don’t know how much longer I will be in here because of this Covid mess to even find out what kind of a signal I will get when not in here? Do you have any useful information for me?

I would never recommend Boost Mobile to anyone. I have said it in the past and I’ll keep saying it. Boost mobile is a joke. The cell service is a joke, the so call customer service is a joke. I would rather pay double or triple my bill then have to deal with these people ever again. So I had virgin mobile and they merged with boost. And since then all has went downhill. Right after I switched, my phone broke so I bought a brand new one off boosts website. Turns out it was broken. I tried and tried and tried and all people either hung up on me or refused to help! Now I’m stuck with a $650 phone and stuck with boost until this phone completely stops working. But as soon as it does, I’m taking my service along with my families services elsewhere. Trust me, a cheap phone bill isn’t worth the fight I’m fighting.

Beat thins I ever did was leave Verizon for Boost. After many problems with Verizon service, high prices, lack of business ethics and morals, horrible customer service experiences, and countless hours on the phone dealing with issues I decided to try boost. The price is very reasonable, the simplicity of the boost app and billing system is superior to anything I’ve ever used. I’ve never needed to contact service or support because there is never any issues. Verizon was a nightmare and they have a huge ego and treat you like using their service is some kind of privilege. Boost is a dream come true! Bye bye forever Verizon. I love Boost and will never look back :-)

Jr Soli. Its got its good and it wrong’s, but the good out ways it’s wrong’s.!! One of the good’s is that the coverage area. And one of its wrong’s is after there been a 6 months being they don’t give you a grase to up to five days to be paid . And still be able to call out, because the time right now the inserting with what going on in the world people need to communicate and with everything changing. We need a little time. My mouth needs feeding but I need to speak up, We herd it (( SAID A CLOSED MOUTH DOSES NOT GET FEED )). So it true But it seems to me that we don’t lessen! Jr Soli and I will give a referral to everyone get BOOST IT A GOOD BUY AND A GRATE SERVICE!!

Future E-SIM Support ?. Been with Boost all my life (don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad). The times are changing now.. iPhone 14s are around the corner & they’re coming out as E-Sim’s (digital sim cards). As of right now you guys don’t support E-Sims🙃.. If you want to keep me as a loyal customer of 20+ years I suggest you get with the program Boost Mobile! Because I’ve already pre-ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max & I’ll use it with or without your service😬 Sidenote: When paying your bill or viewing other plan options, why do you force out of the app & into the safari browser? I thought the point of the app was for users to do everything IN THE APP🫤 (my reasoning for giving 3 stars)

Not Kool. I am unable to text while on the phone. Other than. That it’s okay. Wait, also, traveling, I may lose service. You turned my phone off after I made a payment. I added a feature after payment and the computer stated I will pay $7 extra on my next bill. Yet, although I was current minus the new feature, you turned my service off within 2 days. Not Kool!😔 Okay, its a new day since I wrote the comment above. When I apparently used all my data for the hotspot it messed up my phone use. I was unable to log into My Boost. That was annoying. I wanted to chat to see if I could buy more services or something. It is okay because apparently you do not value your long term customers. Today you should be unlocking my fully paid phone. We dont have to know what will be next. Peace and Blessings!

Set Due Dates. I love the service I get ,but it seems that other than dropping service then picking back up later ( risking losing your number) is the only way to change my payment date. I’m currently coming due around the end of the month and want to change it to the first week of the month. Tried making a PARTIAL payment like an agent suggested, but that didn’t work and I had to pay the full months balance to get service back on. Overall service is great, but this lil detail forced me to drop from the 50$ plan to the 35$ plan. If I can get service set to the time I want, I’ll go back to the 50$ plan.

My Boost. I have had boost service for a little less than 1 year. I was very satisfied with my service from boost until I moved to Alabama where I live now I have hardly any service at all. After I moved here I realized I was going to have to change telephone service so I went to a local chain store to change unfortunately even though I paid cash money for my iPhone I own it out right they would not release it to have new service so even if you buy a new phone and it is your phone you are still obligated to have boost Service until one year is up so that is why I am an able to give five stars otherwise I would so I have to wait till May to change my phone over to another service even though I own it and when I purchased it I was not told that this is one of the requirements other than that I’ve been very pleased with boost.

I Used to Love Boost But….. I’ve been a customer with boost since US Cellular traded me off like a football. I never liked T-Mobile. Ever!! After the Boost T-Mobile “merger” I was treated like a snotty nosed stepchild. My service has become less than adequate since Boost sold me out to T-Mobile. Currently I get so many scammer calls a day it’s ridiculous. The reception is so bad now, when I do get a call from actual family or friends I hear them clearly but they can’t hear me. I used to recommend Boost to family and friends but the service speaks for itself when they can barely hear me. I used to recommend Boost to everyone but I’m currently looking for my family and friends to give me some referrals. Boost dropped the ball

P.O.S. B.S. COMPANY.. Boost Mobile needs to go down in flames. They are literal crooked thieves. Stealing people’s money, wasting people’s valuable time, falsely advertising service. Their customer service is non existent and their store reps could care less about helping people. They hide your account number from you so that it’s impossible to keep your phone number that you’ve had your entire life and switch to a new carrier. They are bandits. They falsely advertise LTE but I’ve never seen LTE on my screen. Never once in the entire 3 years I’ve had them. Just 3g with 2 bars or 1x with 1 OR 0 bars 85% of the time. NEVER ONCE LTE. I’ll be lucky if my phone even gets any service at all. It’s literally 15% of the time without service at all. Even though it’s still getting charged and paid for. Boost mobile needs to be sued for various reasons. They are everything wrong with corporations

Link. I love boost and have had great experience with this company. Now that I have said that, your insurance company has taken advantage of the elderly like me. My phone was stolen, I gave the police report to the boost store, the service man help me with all the things I needed to do. I sent in the two required forms, they said they couldn’t see it so I did it again. They never would call me back. My phone was phone thru gps but it was destroyed by being ran over we think. I still have phone, I had to buy another phone just like what I had but boost said I needed to upgrade because they no longer had the 7. ( I think that is what it is, I still have it in the case but can’t get it out). I never received the money to buy another phone and have always pd for insurance since I’ve been with boost, and still have it, but nobody wants to help me and boost says they have nothing to do with insurance. I just don’t understand when boost offered it to me. Still waiting for money.

It’s fine... The Boost Mobile app is fine,it shows you what you need such as data and hotspot usage and your current data plan. The app was working fine up until the country went into lockdown,I understand that it could be Sprint/Boost Mobile not having people to Monitor the app or as customer support but I don’t understand why I can’t get past the authentication screen. I understand if they have no one monitoring the app, it just slightly irritates me that I have the app, that should make it a bit easier for customers to see their usage, that doesn’t work and a website which that does but could take a little while longer since you might not automatically log in. To me it’s not a big deal if you have no one there to keep the app working, but I would like to use the app, it’s organized, has customer support in the app, and overall looks neat. If you do read this, thank you and sorry for any grammatical errors.

The app does not work!!!. What’s up with the Reboost cards? Why are they still available in stores but none of the apps or phone service will take them? If boost is doing away just say that, I’m tired of wasting my money with Boost. What happened to when you call the automatic service would give you the option to use the reboost card. I refuse to give up my credit cards Boost is always being shady and stealing money. I am not a happy customer!! They must be selling out to another company.

INCORRECT BILL& INCOMPETENT PEOPLE ;(. I have complained so much for the past year and especially the last four months over originally my phone came messed up the week the US was put on lockdown and my warranty was over by the time people went back to work and I felt taken advantage of but to top that off I did not getting any data on my unlimited plan the entire month of October and I have been treated so rude, unjustly, and repeatedly harassed by the clowns in your company’s escalation department and the call center people and since BRIAN & RYAN (( Thing 1 & Thing 2 )) are the “top dogs” there is no one for me to get help fro since the people in the stores cannot or will not help me no matter how mice I try to be. It’s monkey see monkey do there and if I can get this joke sold I’m done with Boost and will keep spreading the word !! For the last four months in a row my bill has been shut off due to this reason and I am had to go and pay to have it reinstated and start it all over because I can’t get a simple response so you get a one star because your coworkers so if you wanna fix the one star get a hold of the escalation department and tell them to do their job. Good customer!. I’ve been with Boost mobile for a long time and I had one month where I had my bank account hacked and I didn’t pay my phone bill on time but it did get paid or actually I think Boost mobile helped me with some type of payment plan for that month. Thank you for helping me Boost mobile! My only issue is that I have always paid my phone bill on time like clockwork and just because of that one issue I can’t get financing for a new phone through Boost mobile. Apparently, you have to have 12 months without any missed or late payments. Even though, I have been with Boost mobile for a few years and I only had that one issue and I can’t get financed for a new phone. The only reason I’m still with Boost mobile is because they helped me with that one month. I feel if someone has been a good customer for a few years they should be treated as such!

Virgin mobile to boost. I’ve been a loyal virgin mobile user for years and I was a little scared when I heard of the buy out but my auto payments kept going through perfectly and I didn’t have to do a thing. Then my account got hacked (unrelated) and I needed a new card so I had to figure out how to update my account for the first time with boost. I was nervous it might be slightly complicated and instead I downloaded the app and my entire account was already active on here and all I had to do was change my card without having to change passwords or go through hoops ❤️❤️❤️ very happy about that. And they kept my monthly fee the same as my old account which I earned discounts on over the years at virgin. Very happy with my experience so far :)

One problem has been fixed in years. This app, for the most part, works as intended. I am able to add funds to my account so that they can take out the appropriate amount each month, which is great. But the one thing I am unable to do, which hasn’t been fixed in years, is that I am unable to make advanced payments. Whenever I do attempt to make one it says it can’t do the technical issues and I should try again later, but it never happens. Every month I am fearful that it won’t take out the amount and my service will end, and my shrinking bill will go back up to its original amount. It doesn’t help that I get texts/notifications warning me to pay my bill. When I switched to the new iPhone I was hoping this issue would have been fixed, but it wasn’t. While this is not a major issue, making an advanced payment would give me a peace of mind.

Easy. This app really makes my life easier! I’m able to pay my bill from the app it’s easy not all complicated like I’ve seen others. I can pay with the reboots card I purchased from Walmart or wherever I can pay with my own credit card. You can check your account information & you can shop too. If you’re thinking of getting a new phone or need to add some extras you can do all that from here! It’s reliable and has never failed me🤞🏼... I use to be (depending on the situation I’m still weary) very skeptical when it came to paying my bills over the phone/online. I like walking into the company I am giving my money to Handing it to a Human & walking out with a receipt!!!! But over time I feel very comfortable with this app! After I’ve made my payment just moments after I get a Confirmation Text. & I can go back to this app & see the payment was successfully processed! It’s easy & anything that makes my hectic life easier is welcomed! Thank You Boost! (& Apple Store for offering this app)😊

Authenticating for weeks!!!. About week or two ago, I was using the app just fine but then out of nowhere an update popped up on my screen, I proceeded to click it to make sure the app remains updated because it has very personal sensitive information of mines. Furthermore, when the app finished its download, it never came back working the same. Now, it's not logging into my account at all! Please help fix this problem! I really value using the app to pay my phone bill and track my data usage!! UPDATE: It's been approximately 4 months since this app has operated and again, my card information is on the app and I pray the sudden down of this app doesn't affect my sensitive information!!!!!!

Change carriers before it’s too late. So. The other day I went to pick a payment at the store and well it was closed. It was not supposed to be close but it was I called customer service and then for me as you get a boost card as forgot to mention to you that the ACP program was not working for them so I could not get my discount received. So I’m going to the store to get my boost card and the only one they have there is the $35 one I have the $50 plan with you because of the discount but because their system was down I was not able to receive it. So anyhow, you lower my plan to get the $35 card. Which only comes with 10 GB. I have to pay. Five more dollars which now makes it double the amount that I normally would’ve paid and I still have a weaker plan and 19 days left and gb. So I’m telling you customers and your resume reading this. Take caution did you not going up to there mistakes if they have an error on their end, you still have to pay for it so I can just go to Verizon go somewhere else. This is not a good company to have a service on. I plan on doing so myself next month.

Boost Up Program Interception by 3rd Party. Be aware everyone of scammers! I know what to look for and how to avoid but some how my phone call to boost mobile to unlock my paid off iPhone so I can “Boost Up” was intercepted mid-call by a 3rd party claiming that “Boost Up Program just expired but luckily for me they have a 3rd party that has the same promotional services” I was looking at the current boost up webpage copyright for 2023 while on the phone so I immediately called her out saying “this is false advertisement if what your telling me is correct “ as I read the website details but then I hear a “click, brrrd welcome to boost mobile, for espanol press 1” automated services! She hung up and forwarded me back to the actual boost mobile line…. I’m not very happy with boost mobile in general it’s such a hassle every time to upgrade or with them sending me “bad” SIM cards.. I’ve been trying for a week to buy a phone!

No excuse for poor service. What a way to waste my time I couldn't believe the poor quality service I received from this app.. to call customer service is a joke . All I wanted was my account number to change company because of the awful quality of service and I got bombarded by idiotic advertising embedded in the phone call I can truly say I hate the way this company operates . I downloaded the app and it was a waste of space on my phone and could not provide me with my account number . They make you talk to somebody who is over seas somewhere else and dosent understand me and was no help at all on the contrary I got punished and put on hold multiple times and I am currently on hold as i typed this review I would give them a -0 if I could

Bad service!. I was waiting to post this but this should had been posted wayyyyy sooner. Boost reps sent putting on my service AFTER I paid my bill and receive the text saying I paid. The rep and supervisor refused to turn my service on and in the same tone, accuse me of lying and saying I could had made that text🤡. Not only that, but I ended up going to an emergency room that day (how ironic) and I could not call anyone. I had to use the hospital WiFi to reach my family, then I used it to reach a rep who saw my payment and saw what the issue was and addressed and helped. But all in all that was a horrible experience and to be still with them 😫🤦🏾‍♀️ But…… The ceo replied back to my message (after I harassed every other ceo in different countries 🤦🏾‍♀️but I ain’t know who I was forwarding my message to boost terms and conditions is in the grey area. Funny, when they reached back out to me they knew that couldn’t have happened in their countries 😂😂😂😂they was like this sounds like it happened in America 🤞🏾😞 But the ceo or whoever he was offer 15 dollars on my next bill pay, to apologize for their inconvenience. All in all these companies are frauds and it’s just sad, they only care about entertainment and nothing else and that’s just what it is, this too shall pass and this company will be bought out or sold based off that, imagine what other people experienced from them. God will fight all my battles ❤️ 🤡

Disappointing. I’ve been with this company since 2006 I go way back from when you had the walkie-talkie phones I started out with sprint but when boost came along with the walkie-talkies I went to them I have paid my bill on time every month no problem never been shut down I just purchased a new phone that I’ve had problems with from day one the first problem was I wanted a iPhone 12 that was purple I got I phoneI 11 red I’ve had so many problems with this phone and no one was willing to help me resolve it I want to go somewhere else I know you don’t care but you ask for my review but I’m scared I might get treated worse off than what I already feel as though I am the representative I talked to was very intimidating to me I could go on about a lot of things that happened within the time I purchased my phone but I want thanks anyway for your service from a 62 yr old that feels intimidated

There’s two sides to every thing!. Got the free iPhone but my service connection is horrid! And got treated very bad by customer service several times ( hung up on, told I was not important and more) was given credit but have had to pay 40 dollars for service that is more sometimey than sometimey itself! Love my free iPhone while I work but the other hours I’m at home I have horrible service even with Wi-Fi! But all around I’ve always for some reason liked boost Mobile cheaper plans but yet service can be a disappointment feel free to contact me if any questions do arise!

Boost is Horrible. Please, please,please! Don’t switch to Boost! We made the mistake of switching from cricket. Worst mistake ever! All because we got tricked into the free phone they made it seem like it would be great. The same day we got boost I received a message that night we had exceeded our data limits. But yet we’re told we have the ‘unlimited’ plan. Data isn’t the only problem as we have dropped calls constantly. Our phones are so screwed up my husband complained I didn’t answer his calls so there we were sitting next to each other and he called me. My phone never rang yet the call kept ringing on his end and took him to my voicemail. It wasn’t until the third time that the call actually went though and rang on my end. So again, take my word for it don’t waste your time or money. Not to mention risk loosing an important call

BOOST MOBILE IS THE BEES KNEES!. Was skeptical af when I was first introduced to the idea of getting service on my iPhone with Boost. Just because after the “Chirp” era died down it was like “what good was boost mobile for?” But I must say, never had a single issue with them, and I’ve had their service for a little of a year now. A side from my signal being the WORST in the town i live in. They are great. App is great and does everything u need plus more. Just used my first “BOOSTUP” for my iPhone 7plus and there were no hidden fees or anything. All worked as they’ve promised. I don’t see myself deviating from boost anytime soon. Love them.

Bad business. Been with boost mobile for over 8 years , they change from old-network to expanded network and now 5 G I have absolutely no service at my house anymore and they basically threw me to the curb . And didn’t even try to make things work for me. Absolutely will not ever recommend or use boost for personal or business

So me and my newphew Christian are new customers and under same family plan so far even with tweaks in system the service and plans are great customer service at the store we signed up at was great Andrew was awesome way better than T-mobile the just rob u dry at boost at least the average is 110 or lower T-mobile was charging me 196 monthly and want three payment back to back before Reactivate

Satisfied customer.... But. Please. Fix. Your. App. I thought the issue would be taken care of with the latest update, but no such luck. The app kicks me out when I try to check my data usage. Same issue - different day. This has been a problem for over two months now. Even with deleting & reinstalling the app on different devices. Everything else works on the app, which is great, but why this specific ongoing issue? I can’t be the only individual experiencing this bug.

Very pleased. We live in the country where our only decent option was satellite internet. It worked but was slow and high latency. We get good cell service here though so I got a cool pad. It works really well. I’m very pleased with the service. I’m careful with our data usage as one can burn through 50 GB quickly. It’s not fiber, but works well for our situation.

Instructional Assistant. During this Pandemic I’m so glad I was able to change my plan to a lesser amount with no problems. Being jobless it’s still a blessing to have communication with others. eful Boost let me have some limited services while my phone was off. Also I was able to keep my same phone number I’ve had forever. Having a job where you’re down for the summer, these little perks help. 🙂

Boost mobile inconvenience. Boost mobile needs to have something better than just using one thing at a time on your phone if I’m on the phone there’s no way I can get access my Internet which is a very big inconvenience I cannot access my bank account or any of the other information if I’m on the phone trying to get help this is really a great inconvenience not only for me but I’m sure for plenty of other people that have this service other than that the service is great just needs to improve on being able to give us more than what we’re getting

Locked into phone. Ive had my iphone since they first became available since 2018 had nightmare after nightmare being it was on boost i even called and talked to managers finally after almost 1,000 and over a month of tears back last year to why my phone wasnt unlocked it has now been two years and it is not unlocked . Now it says my phone has a bad esn, boost you gave me this phone and i paid almost 500 for it in 2018, why is it not mine??

Horrible connection. In the past 25 years that I’ve had a cell phone I’ve had several carriers and now have moved into Boost mobile. Worst mistake I could have done. From all the carriers I’ve had the connection/ cell data is by far the worst. At certain points when I need to use a app I can’t because I can’t get any bars. Can’t wait for next month to be finally be able to switch back to metro pcs. I’m only waiting for next month so I can take advantage of getting a discount for switching. Unfortunately they require 3 months of service from your current carrier. If I could give them zero stars I would have.

Cheated out of $344. Boost failed to notify me that a payment was due then reduced my balance to 0 from $344. The days the y would restore it but never did. I consider this stealing, a criminal act. I have complained several times by text and want to speak to a real person but the make that impossible. I recommend you go elsewhere. If you restore my balance I will be a happy customer.

Charging for international calls never made. Boost charges you and deducts from monthly prepaid payment saying that we have made international calls to Africa or any other countries even though our monthly plan does not allow international calls. This is happening to me more than 6 times in 1 year, which leads to your monthly payment shows not paid in full and your connections gets blocked by boost mobile, on Enquiry no proper answers given vague excuses given , please be vigilant about this service provider, I am not happy about it .

Don’t ever buy a cell phone device from Boost mobile. I bought an iPhone 12 max Pro through them over a year ago and, at the time, they said I can get it unlocked after a year of service with them. So now I want to use it to travel and asked to get it unlocked. Spent $25 at the store and the next day got a notice that it can’t be unlocked. Spent 2 hours on the phone and now they are saying it can only be unlocked domestically. Don’t buy it from them. Go online and get it unlocked from the beginning. I was defrauded and it doesn’t make me happy to have this hunk of junk that I can’t use when I travel. The unlocked phones through the apple store directly or from brandsmart USA are even cheaper anyways.

Family plan. I love Boost, but we have been trying to add my daughter to the family plan and Boost has made it impossible because of some third party plan that she was on. It has been almost two months since we started the family plan and she has not been made part of it. It is very frustrating!! We went back again two days and threatened to leave Boost. So we are going back today. We will see.

Been highly upset with boost. I’ve had this phone for years and I paid on time for the recommended time to unlock my 8plus iPhone and it was supposed to be done and I got locked up and I came home and paid bill late wanted to change service and couldn’t cause come to find out I wasn’t unlocked and was once again forced to stay with boost I would like to get the newest iPhone I’m sure I’m due for up grade

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. All my account information (address, email, birthday) was changed without me doing so. The mini-me game was also added to my account without me doing it. They didn’t give me a straight answer on any of my questions and concerns about these issues. The boost app is also not working (uninstalled and reinstalled and still crashing out before I can log in) these issues are unacceptable as a consumer, it makes me worry about their security network. As soon as I’m able to I’m switching carriers 💯💯💯💯

My boost. I’ve had boost since the company launched & I love your service! I mean I had a few different numbers but I’ve had boost for almost 2 decades! Definitely since 2003! & u guys have taken off! Customer service is always very helpful even when I couldn’t pay my bill for whatever reason u guys gave me free minutes so my phone would say on until I made payment! U guys r the best!

I LOVE BOOST MOBILE!. The app runs very smoothly! I can make easy & fast payments which I did just now & it also text me and letting me know it’s been paid and when my next bill about to show up! Another thing I want to add is that I LOVE BOOST UP! Never take that away Boost Mobile! I’m currently up for it! And it’s the cheapest way than these other carrier companies that’s expensive and that goes by your credit. I’ve always had boost since I was in middle school & now I’ll will continue to be with boost! #loyalcustomer

App force closes a lot. Even when uninstalling and then installing it again it does not fix the issue. When trying to use chat you are automatically kicked out. Making a payment it always says insufficient funds even when you have money in the account then finally it takes your payment. Please fix these issues.

Boost mobile. I’ve had Boost for many years and I find it to be the best mobile service that’s been around. Customer service is sometimes hard to reach, but when you do get a hold of customer service they will take care of you! I recommend Boost Mobile to people who are looking for great mobile service.

Really Impressive. I have been a Boost costumer for approximately 3 plus years. Boost is high quality and very low budget. Cheapest prices and greatest service I have personally ever had with a phone carrier. Bottom line is if u need unlimited data at an affordable rate Boost is the network to have. I would recommend not setting a a Reboost payment plan. With an automatic reboost plan data will slow down toward end of billing period. Just pay it on time and data never slows down. Period!! I would highly recommend!

Tired of it. Honestly, the pay-as-you-go plan is a heaven-sent for people who are not financially responsible. It was for me 8 years ago when I first got it, I'm almost into my thirties and a lot of things have changed for me but a few things have changed for boost mobile, the merger with sprint and the payment plans for more up to date phones/technology. All wonderful things. The one thing that hasn't changed and honestly my biggest complaint is the coverage. It's gotten so bad that once my plan is over I'll be switching phone carriers. I pay 80$ a month for a good phone with poor coverage. So if you live in the cities or somewhere that isn't in a small town like myself, then maybe boost mobile is for you. As for right now in my life, not so much.

Slow mo & Spotty. Never been late and for the first time I didn’t recall getting a reminder message and one day later you cut my service. This never happened with AT&T. I will be looking for a new service. Thanks for nothing. So I can say this is a service for a low budget however if you can afford it it is best to use a more reliable service. Data is an deal breaker, while on a call you have to hang up with the person you’re talking to in order to use your data so no multitasking. I have a business and need to be able to look up something while keeping a customer on the phone. Can’t do it with Boost. And how can you have a name like boost when the data is as slow as molasses. Most of the time I can’t get much more than .75 gigabits. When I had my previous provider I had between 25-40. That more than 50 times faster. Bottom line: slow data, no multitasking data while on a call and spotty service, getting no signal while others have it. Number one thing to change is the data disconnect when on a phone call.

Unfortunate Review. When I am out for example at an eatery and everyone around me is looking at the internet I cannot get internet service. I thought that I was supposed to have 4 gigs but I have 0 gigs. I know that there are a myriad of towers around as my sister and niece can get service for internet but I cannot. Most of my time on the phone is when I am at home because I have AT&at for my provider there. I have taken my phone to Boost to correct this, but unfortunately no correction has been made. I do have phone service and text service when I am away from home but never internet service. I am unhappy with the service.

Terrible customer service. My family and I have been with boost for over a year and have made on time payments ever since. I was informed today that because of our timely payment history that is why I was able to boost up and receive a new phone on a payment plan. I was also informed that this very thing is what I’m being penalized for. I was informed that there are no payment extensions for ANY amount of days, or any partial payment that can be made and because of my “upgrade” I don’t qualify for the daily payment plan. I will be returning back to cricket or T-Mobile from here on out. Terrible customer service, sub par service.

Boost international made my trip memorable. I had a trip in to Mexico, deep into Mexico and my phone service with Boost was excellent , I’ve had other service with Big name provider and they failed miserably , this time my cousin was the unfortunate one she’s with another provider and she was on the phone for 2 whole days trying to connect phone service. She finally got service only to have the same problem when we arrived back into the USA. My service was perfect. Thank you Boost

BOOST had all you need with no contracts!. Great coverage! Unlimited data plan allows me to stream Netflix without any lagging and my sons watching utube for hours doesn’t cost me a penny more! Flew from Pa to Ca with service in the 4 states I was in on my way. Great phones and they even have a payment plan. The only down side is the in store selection, the are always out of the phones I’m interested in. All are available online but I’m not a paitent person. I want what I want now, not in 2 days. Other than that small detail I highly recommend!

Stopped working. The app was nice but won’t go past the authentication process. My plan ran out and wanted to switch to a better plan and the app not working caused me to do it online. I switched my plan and paid it but couldn’t even use my phone unless I paid my old plan which was less so basically charged me twice. Now I can’t get a hold of anybody thru any means. Tried calling the hotline. Tried the chat. Tried the covid chat. Even tried calling a local store. Nothing and nobody wants to help me. I’m not feeling great about paying 110$ for a month for one phone

This was a very good app. I loved this app it worked perfectly at one point.. but now it keeps crashing I click it and it immediately exits out I’ve had it a little over 2 years and it never did these types of things I tried everything to resolve the problem on my end but nothing’s working.. please fix this the app is much better than the actual website and I’d hate if that is my only option now

Ad-watching app disguised as phone account app. You can’t even load the app without turning off your ad blocker. If this were actually an app to see my account details and usage it wouldn’t force me to turn my ad blocker off to just load it. You can see your plan and usage, but I haven’t seen a way to upgrade plans. Would also be nice if they changed the spinning to be once every 24 hour period, instead of a rolling 24 timer. Probably their way of making sure you miss a few spins every few days unless you’re super diligent about spinning at the exact same time each day.

Gets the job done. Useful app for quickly making payments.I don’t use it for very much else. I’ve been with the company for many years now and I’ve never had any glitches in my service. I have rarely had to call technical support or customer service for anything. Glad this app is here in case I have questions about something or need to look up the phone number.

Convenient payments. I’ve been a long time Boost mobile customer every since it’s inception, in the beginning I always had to go to a Boost mobile store to pay my bill and with that I always had to pay an additional fee to pay my bill. I really didn’t like that it essentially was almost paying a additional bill after a years time. This app has allowed me to pay my bill on time conveniently thru my Boost mobile device, brilliant!!!

I cant login on the app. Ive had boost forever ago. So when i created my PIN i just used the same number 4 times in a row. I got my brother a phone not too long ago and it wouldn’t allow me to do the same for him which isn't a problem. The problem is that it wont let me login the app and just give a red “ ! “ at the password part, not that its an incorrect PIN like usual if someone was to type it in wrong. But when I login to my brothers, its all good. Yes I am putting the correct PIN because when I go into the website, it allows me to login. Im assuming the app wont let me because of the whole same numbers 4 times thing, idk.

Over charge. My daughters phone was stolen, I had to shut it off for safety’s sake. I had to buy a phone ABD I bought a used one. I had to buy a SIM card from boost mobile another $15 I had to pay the pro rated bill of $15. The bill I had no problem about. The sim I should have got for free like most carriers would have done. But the $50 for reactivating her phone I get was un justified. Hence the total cost to replace her phone was 1. The cost of the phone iPhone which was less than the cost incurred from boost mobile to turn the iPhone on and activate it. I feel after being woth boost for years this was not fair!

Please Fix This Great App. Yes this is a great app and has been for almost three years I been using, but today it doesn’t work. Every time I go to try to pay my bill it crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and made sure my phones software was up to date. I turned my phone off and on. But still it doesn’t work. The crash only happens when I go to add my info. I used this app to pay all the time please fix it. Have a great day!

Bad service. My phone stoped receiving phone calls and no one could contact me, once I was informed about it a went to a boost mobile store and asked for help, the employee there said he does not know what the problem is and told me to call customer support 👎 which I did. It took them 4 days to find a temporary solution in order to be able to receive phone calls, and that was to decrees my data speed from LTE TO 3G. It’s been a month now and they have not been able to fix my network properly and they are charging me full price although they are offering me half of what everyone else is getting .

Unlimited is NOT unlimited. I’m loving my Boost service. It’s waaaay cheaper than using AT&T or T-Mobile, so I’m extremely happy about that. My only complaint is that their “unlimited” plan is not unlimited. I’m at the end of my payment month and got a text from Boost saying I’d used up 25 gigs of data and that if it went up to 35 gigs my service would be slowed down. Not cool, Boost. Not cool. Luckily, it’s time to start a new payment month so I avoided the slow down, but still. No worries, though, I’m sticking with Boost bc other than that I’ve had zero issues.

Love the App - my local retailer, Not so much!. The title about says all I need to about my experience with Boost Mobile. The short it this, Boost is a good 2nd tier mobile provider with rates that are indicative of 2nd tier. Just don’t expect the quality of service to be that of a top tier provider and you’ll not be disappointed. This is what you get when shopping st 7/11, you just won’t get Wawa service. My local Boost retailer is an arrogant jerk of an owner who Boost hung a sign on while trying to gain presence in a volatile sub urban area. Nothing more nothing less!

Insurance. I bought my phone outright over two years ago. Got the screen protector, and protective case, and also purchased insurance. About 3 weeks ago I started having issues charging my phone. I put in a claim. Long story short they told me my deductible was $175....and then I couldn’t even get an upgrade to the next version. Not happy with Boost services at all. Ended up spending $250+ to upgrade myself and not finishing my claim because it was going to be up to 4 days to get a new phone. Read the fine print people. Keep all your information somewhere accessible in the event something happens to your phone, or they will grab you by the short hairs.

Mobile phone. I love boost they’re so courteous when you call them customer service is excellent and they also have special perks for you. When finances are tight they offer you bonuses and welcome you back to sign up with service by helping you with either a Reboost card or give you money towards your bill if you’re in a pinch.

Good Bargain. I was with Verizon for the longest of time, but I really was overpaying! Recently I had to cut corners and so I switched over to Boost mobiles $35 plan w/ $10 add on for international calls and so far the service has been good! It is not going to be as fast as Verizon, of course, but for what you pay it is livable. The app is very intuitive and simple to use, it automatically logs you in and I can see my Data usage and international minutes left all plain and simple. So far no hiccups and I am enjoying the service for the price I pay!

Terrible Customer service. I experienced terrible customer service today by not one but 2 boot Mobile supervisors. All because Boost sent me a valued customer post card for a free month of service and advised I didn’t need to handle it that boost already credited the account. Call 611 get advised I had to drive to a store to have a rep verify my post card. I get there and the store employee was treated with complete disrespect my supervisor one who then disrespected me. She was ashamed to even work there. Then supervisor 2 no help whatsoever, all bc boost created a policy for sending a screenshot of the post card to an email a supervisor had to give you and wait 48 hours. None of which was even Finley printed on the post card. Boost you should be ashamed you allow people like that to treat loyal customers and employees like that.

Confused. I had a hard time trying to add a new debit card and cancel another one I never made that transaction I had to add money to the old card that’s why you received a four star P,s I don’t like the fact that it makes you make a nickname just to send a review and all the nicknames that I choose is already taken how dumb was that just let me send off my review by the name you see ugggg now I want to change my four-star to a two star

I love Boost!. I love boost mobile! I don’t care what anyone says when they brag about other phone services I brag about my 57$ bill with boost mobile! That bill supplies me with the perfect amount of date and always remind me weeks ahead that the bill is coming! I love boost mobile! Although I got a refurbished phone it felt brand new! Came with an iPhone charger *real apple charger* and it was very much appreciated! Go BOOST! And if you are responsible they have great rates when wanting to upgrade! CHOOSE BOOST!!!

Boost app. Just wanted to thank boost for having a app that helps with just about everything the store on other hand that I got my service turned on was no help , the fact that the app offers facial recognition is awesome, and it was very easy to change the plans wish I would have known about this earlier cause it would have saved me about $50 , but that’s the store owner fault for pushing me out of my money . But I would definitely give it a 5 star rating.

I LOVE BOOST💘. I absolutely LOVE Boost! They’re over all a GREAT service provider! I live in the St. Louis area, ask ally right outside of St. Louis, and I never have problems with getting service, never have dropped calls or anything😊 Not to mention how affordable they are! I receive text alerts with Boost. This bill cycle I wasn’t able to pay my bill until the following week. I guess they noticed my phone was off for almost a week, which is highly unusual for me, and they sent me a 25$ CREDIT to go towards my bill! I’ve NEVER had, or heard of, any service provider do that for their customers! This is the 2nd time they’ve done this for me as well. The first time they paid my bill in full. THANK YOU BOOST!💞

🚨BOOST APP REVIEW 🚨. Ok so this app allows me to pay my bill with 3 very easy clicks, change any account info with a couple and why you say is this so important to know, well when your with Metro PCS for over 15 yrs and there app ask info about you that doesn’t pertain to baying your bill. Anyways the best thing I did last year was switch over to Boost Mobile. Thank you Boost with welcoming me with arms wide open even tho I’m a broken app user with ptsd from Metro PCS!!! 😂🤣😝

Service is a scam!! BEWARE DON’T FALL!!. Since they changed internet providers from Sprint to Dish they lagged off completely and changed their services now unlimited is NOT unlimited you only have 35GB of 4G LTE afterwards it’s 2G like really 2G is nothing not even worth it😡😡. I’m definitely changing company probably to T-Mobile prepaid plan since in there is 50GB of 4GLTE NOT 35GB like Boost mobile... and afterwards is 3G at least better than 2G from boost... price is the same a month but with better service at least for me. I’m just stuck with boost until December 2020 due that my iPhone 11 pro cannot be unlock carrier for free until it has been activated with them for a year can’t wait until December to move on for the best!

Inconsistent. Most of the Boost locations are franchises, and privately owned. Each place is completely different depending on where it is in town. I am not able to use just any location, I am required to go back to the store where I started the account. The services that are available to me are inconsistent and unavailable at times. I think there should be a certain standard that ALL STORES should adhere to.

My Boost Experience. In center northern SC my Boost experience has been and still is terrible. My family and I with the family plan have experienced day to day the exact same problems of dropped calls, signal black outs, missing voice mails, text message can’t send or not receiving, and our batteries drained of constant signal searching. All of this has went on from day one, tried to reset tower locations with no luck. To top it all off, our location is in the middle of large cities and towns constantly; and having this kind of service should never happen according to Boost Mobile. We are making a switch back to our other provider soon. Thank you, Boost Customer

Bad service and false advertisement with hotspot usage. I am constantly having h*rrible service. My personal hotspot is cut off super fast. One cycle I never even used it and it was cut off. I’m starting to think they cut it off when they please. Bottom line this service with boost mobile is horrible it has definitely became worse over the years. Customer service does not care about support issues and none seem to be from the United States. I cannot understand them when they speak, they are very cold and do not fix any issues when receiving complaints about the boost service and WiFi. I will be moving to Verizon after my cycle has ended. Don’t waste your money here it’s definitely not worth it.
