Highly recommend. My daughter and I read 2 stories a night for the last 2 years, she’s 7 and loves this app. The functionality of this app is as good or better than any app I’ve ever used.

Love this app for bedtime. I read these stories every night to my 5 year old! I say the story name in the beginning then I also say goodnight Zach I love you. That way if I’m not at home or if something would happen he will always have that. The recording has become a huge part of bedtime routine now. I think I’ve recorded most if not all already. We can’t wait for new ones to hit the “shelves” we check every night.

We love this app!. My kids and I love this app! We read it almost every night. The stories are beautiful and engaging. We really enjoy getting a new story every month. We also appreciate being able to record stories as my spouse is often on the road, we can hear their voice! Please don’t stop doing such great work!

Error message. I keep getting an error message when I try to download some of the books that I bought. I used the restore the books option and it still won’t let me download the books. Very frustrating. Thank you to your staff for taking the time to help me fix this issue. My granddaughter loves this app.

Big hit with my grandson. My grandson skims the books until he finds one that we’ve recorded. Having multiple family members record a story gives him the option of who is reading the story to him. The company also is quick to respond to customer questions so great customer service is a bonus. Highly recommend!

Good app, needs more free options. The one book that is able to be read for free is enjoyable. I do think that by having more than one free book or ways to unlock or win more free books the app could be made better. Not bad though. 4 stars since there is still room to improve.

It has put my toddler to sleep! ☺️. My 2 year old son loves reading books and sometimes I am too tired at night to to read for him so I searched for an app that can help as a substitute ☺️. Surprisingly, this app has really helped and has put my son to sleep. It has a selection of story books and I can either opt to read for him or a voiceover can read for him so he'll just watch the pictures and listen. Win-win! 🥰 This is not sponsored. Worth paying for. I’ve been using this app for 9 months and will definately be renewing it! My son loves the quick, fun readings with bright, colorful pictures, and always with a moral to the story. Great for travel, too. One time I contacted customer service and had my issue resolved the very next morning. Trustworthy developer. Well worth spending your money on this one..

Great stories!. We’ve been using this app for about a year now and love it! The stories are entertaining, music is soothing, graphic is adorable, and best of all your little ones always get to be a star in the stories! One tiny request to the developers, please consider organizing the purchased stories separately from the other stories. It’s a bit annoying to have to flip through the new unpurchased books before we can get to our collection.

Love it!. My grandson really likes to “swipe” the pages as I read the story. He was excited to see his name in the stories. He would even try to act out what the character in the story is doing if he really liked the story. I like the convenience of having all those books on a tablet and how interactive the stories are. The music is also a bonus.

Not worth it. It’s honestly a good working app, but I wish it would read the books. I’m a single mom of two and working 80 hours a week and juggling two toddlers is exhausting and I just don’t have the extra energy to sit and read 4-5 books every night so my son doesn’t freak out and scream for over an hour at bedtime. I also wish I could put in multiple children. I’m doing the three day trail but I don’t see myself finding it’s worth to actually purchase it all. It doesn’t actually add any actual value to me for me to spend that kind of money.

Innovative. Highly innovative we have 3 month old twins and it calms them and they actually follow along when we read the artwork is great and the music helps them stay calm and focused. I think it’s extremely useful and could be great as a series of books that advance with children’s age. I wish I could’ve been involved in a project like this in my graphic design career. I would recommend This to anyone with children

So sweet. I just chose and read the very first story to my six year old. He absolutely loved it and is already asking for another story. I also love the fact that we can read them to him because we are blind parents, but he is not blind at all. Every now and again, he likes to take a break from reading, and he reads to us, but now I’m just glad to know that when we read to him, he can absolutely enjoy it.

Poorly written. Doesn’t need to be subscription-based. These books seem to be translated from another language. Many of the stories are very wordy or they use weird language to describe simple concepts. I often have to reword the book as I’m reading it to my daughter. I really wish subscriptions for apps like these weren’t so popular. It’s just a long con to get you to pay more for content that isn’t worth much. Do we really need to be paying a monthly fee to have access to a couple dozen books? With that said, the art is good.

More books. I think you should have more books that you can read. You should not have one book you can read or two books you can download .What about the kids who parents does not want to waste money please make more books that you do not have to pay for.

Awesome stories and customer service. These stories are super cute and each has a teaching moment. The music with each story also makes it more engaging for the kids. I was having an issue with my purchase and they helped me right away! Great customer service!

Great - but a few wishes. I really enjoy the stories, but a few wishes… (A) I read to multiple grandchildren and would love the option to have multiple names. (B) I wish we could have just a gender neutral animal character (no gender), so when reading to a boy & girl, they aren’t arguing over which gender. (C) Please allow me to send voiced books to my grandkids (if they too are a subscriber). I’d love to be able to record the books and send them to their apps. (D) Occasionally, the stories have some questionable things (such as a mom leaving her scared young elephant in the tub alone while she leaves to get a towel). Sometimes I wonder if a parent wrote some of these stories. Other than those — I like the music option, storylines, artwork. They have the perfect amount of writing / words for each page to make it long enough to linger and short enough to not lose interest.

Pictures are nice, but disappointed in the stories and writing.. I purchased all of the books, because my daughter enjoyed them on a trip. She still likes the stories since the images are nice and she likes touching the iPad. However, I find the stories to be mostly underwhelming and the writing and dialogue to be awful. I read stories to my daughter all day, so I don’t mind reading children’s stories. But every sentence in these stories is a chore to read.

Would definitely recommend. My little nephew sleeps over my house sometimes and never wants to go to sleep! He’s like a burst of energy, though I love him sometimes it can get tiring. So I downloaded this app today and a couple of minutes throughout the first story he feel asleep! This app most definitely works and he loved hearing his name throughout the book! Thank you so much! This is such a great app😁

Cute stories. I enjoy the application. You have to pay for each story. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because when my son was listening to the story I recorded. It kept cutting off the last word of the sentence. Making it frustrating for him to listen to.

Great App. I was looking for an app that contained ebooks I could start reading to my baby girl. I love this app and that the books allow you to add you child’s name into the stories. The books are a good length and definitely will help improve you and your child vocabulary since it doesn’t just use baby words and pictures.

Ok but $$. Kudos to the artist but more to the programmers and designers. I understand they need to cover cost, but there are other ways to do that. 3 free books is not enough to motivate to purchase. I prefer to pay $$ for a hardcover book that will be pass generation after generation in my family, a book that doesn’t need an IOS update in order to access. I would consider an affordable annual membership/subscription.

Horrible 😧. This app is horrible I mean you only get one book what in the world us parents are trying to save money for our little ones my 3 year old loved the first book she loved that her name was in the book and really wanted to read the next book but no we couldn’t because of the people that created this app. This reading app is for kids to enjoy reading but Unfortunately we have to buy all the books but one Which is really stupid to now so developer please please fix this app 🙏🙏

I am 8 year old. I am 8 years old in I haven’t even seen the story in I am really excited to try it and when I saw it in I thought it was good in I thought it was ok for my twin sister and brother and my 5 year old brother in when I saw the cover it looks great!

Perfect Portable Library. Our son was born 8 weeks early and we were carting books back and forth to the NICU. I was so glad to find an app with stories my wife and I could read to our son to connect with him and let him hear our voices. The stories are cute and the perfect length. We can see him reading these stories to himself someday. The artwork is friendly and well-drawn. Our son is still in the NICU but I think these stories will be perfect as he grows and we are on the go.

Help!!!. I wish someone could tell me how to download my story that I’ve already created with my some for future story telling. Every time I open the app I have to create a brand new audio book for a story that I’ve already created and audio book for in the past. It completely misses the mark when it comes to just that simple thing. But other wise a great app overall

Amazing. I have had this app for a while. I loved that I could personalize the story with my child’s name. One day, I unknowingly purchased all of the stories.. I did not see anything any option for the story to be narrated by a voice in the app. As I was reading in the app tonight, we used the recording button and wouldn’t you know, the app recorded my voice telling the story. Personalization on top of personalization. It is amazing. Our eyes lit up. We are so in love. And the app keeps on giving. Thank you to the creators of this app. Now, even when I'm not present in a room with my daughter, she can hear me telling the story!

Love it! But one problem 🥺. When I open a book called don’t (something) your nose. My name is AmiraAmiraAmira. But that isn’t my name! And there are many spelling errors in the book. Multiple Children. This app is amazing. I love it. I want to give it 5 stars but I can’t because the app doesn’t support parents with multiple children. I would love it if you guys would update the app for multiple profiles. I have 5 children and only one can use it. It’s just his name and his children. Please update because all of my kids love it, but if I have to hear “Mom, my name isn’t …..” or “Mom, I’m not a boy” one more time. I’m going to scream. Please fix.

The best stories app. I’ve this app for more than 2 years and my son really loves the stories esp because he hears his name in the stories. He also learned some good manners. I like that you can pay for a story one time and you get it for unlimited time with a reasonable price. I had one time a problem with the app and I sent email, they were very quick in responding and solving the issue. I just wish they upload more stories at least one every month. Thanks

Consider a share feature. I used this app with my granddaughters when they were visiting. They wanted to listen to the stories we had recorded when they returned home. This app is great but would be perfect if I were able to send the selected stories we recorded to her mom and dad, to be listened to on their phones and tablets.

Phenomenal. Not only are these story's perfect for children but everything along side it making the main character the childs name i feel like my son paid more attention with the background music and being that the main characters have his name helped him get into the story more 5 out of 5 no question and ive never written a review about an app ever but this is one that i feel like i had to rate myself i would personally recommend everyone that had children and like to read them book to give this a try 100%

Absolutely love this app. Filled with fantastic books! The books are personalized with your name embedded into the story, which is super smart and such a nice touch. The UI is easy to use and overall everything I look for in a storybook app. Two thumbs WAY up for this one!

Elyanah. I am raising My granddaughter, she has multiple special needs, including Autism, and is blind. She doesn’t speak, but is learning sign. She can hear very well! She is very smart. She didn’t want to go to bed. I read her one story and recorded. After listening to it the second time, she fell asleep before it was over. Thank you so much! We love this app. Now she will have my voice to hear when I have to be away. She loved hearing her name, Elyanah, in the story!

Good moral stories. I enjoy ready these books to my 1 year old son. He is very attentive. I decided to go with this app in order to give him something to do as I read to him. The music is also a plus to help keep little ones calm. I just do not like having to purchase books all the time because we read throughout the day.

Great option but no Non-binary options. My partner goes through little space, and I was getting this app because of the nice reviews and large book selections. The books are great and I’d completely recommend it, but there is no option for non-binary option for gender. My partner got really sad whenever they realized that they weren’t getting correctly gendered and we had to try more options. All out a great option but no Non-binary option.

Amazing reading time with my son.. These short stories are great before bedtime. You can record with your child and it’s fun listening to these recordings and hear your child read or just in the background! Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful illustrations, badly written stories. I love the look and functionality of this app, and the ability to record your voice and play it back is wonderful. Unfortunately, I can’t quite get over the bad writing. Not only do the stories drag on and have no real plots, it also seems as though the stories were translated into English from another language using a bot. The English doesn’t often flow well, or the use of some words is bizarre: “[character name]...had noticed something disgraceful...” Fix the writing and you have a perfect app that parents will enjoy reading to their children more.

Fun and good for kids. My little one was so excited when I told her I had books to read her on my phone that had her name in them as the main character! She loves it and I love that I can do something educational with her on my phone. Her big sister was amazed when she saw us reading the stories and wanted to join in! Now she’s even asking for stories she can read herself with her own name.

Cutest thing. My daughter loved reading a book where she was the main character. She enjoyed that she could listen to the story and her voice came up along with mine. Definitely will be subscribing.

Books. My son is 9 and has been diagnosed with autism. He absolutely loved reading this story and seeing the pictures. It kept his attention, and I’m going to purchase some books as well. I would highly recommend this to all kids.

Add option for more than one child profile. This would be perfect if you could have different profiles within the app for each child’s name. I don’t want to put more than one child’s name in each story…I understand that would change the story and make things more complicated. I want the ability to have a profile for more than one child….then I could change the gender and have each of my children have their own profile within the app! Each kid could open up their individual profile on their individual device and listen to my voice reading the version of the story with their own name in it! That would make this app 5 stars and worth the full price.

Great vivid stories for a kid. The stories are great! Pictures are amazing, ones of the best books my kid ever read. There are a lot of bugs though, in the stories themselves. Especially with Russian language, some of the texts are really weird. Also there’s not much content for the subscription price. But it’s the best app of its kind in Russian.

Why the Cost? And More Holiday Books. So I downloaded this app so I can read to my upcoming nephew and I opened the app to add his gender and name after that I had started to look around for a few good books to read when I found out that it cost to read some of the books the only one I could read to him was The Brave Eaglet and I saw some good books that cost. One thing that you could add is no cost for all single books but the jumble of books can cost. Aunt Kit-kat here so I’m so happy about the Christmas book please make them stay and also more holiday books should be made.

Wow 😲. I’m eight and have two younger siblings who constantly want me to read stories! I’ve read nearly all the children’s books I can and have never had them sit still! And I read ‘’big girl” books and have a really low limit to getting bored 😐 these books are great cause my siblings sit down and watch! Woo hoo! And in general like these books don’t bore me to death and my siblings are okay with the limit of two books only free! I never thought that was possible but it is!

My kids love this app!!. I’ve had this app for about a year now. I absolutely love it, my boys love it. They really enjoy being able to put there name into the stories. I see a lot of people saying that the stories are pricey or they want them to be free, personally I think it’s a reasonable price for a children’s book compared to store prices plus the bonus of the convince of being in your home already. I only wish that we could add more names to the story I have two boys I read to at bedtime and only one gets to be the main character. I always have to insert their name into another character luckily, my youngest isn’t old enough yet to know his name isn’t really there my six year old however enjoys letting him know. Overall fantastic app!! Teaches them life lessons also which is always a plus.

Great App. So good so far. Haven’t bought all the books at this point but intend to as such great value. I had my daughter read the Eaglet story to me. Great story of learning courage. Might be nice to have some stories geared towards older kids, she is 6 so might find them a bit too simple after one read. Also another suggestion is a reward or badge system if they read themselves? Have look at PM reader for examples of help with reading words. I understand that you can’t make the app read as too individualistic with the kids names, but you could embed word help into the app. These are just suggestions,I think you have a fantastic product and would recommend it to friends.

Ugh. This app only lets me read one story the rest I have to pay 😑

Subscription. I have two questions 1- How can the automatic subscription renewal be stopped? 2- How can I download the purchased app on the different devices? Originally purchased on an iPhone, When trying to download the app on the iPad it was asking for subscription again. The app is wonderful! But since my daughter can’t read by herself yet- I will wait till she is older then get it. Meanwhile i hope I get answers to my questions.

A great app for sharing a special time with my daughter. We know all the stories. I am often the reader, but sometimes she reads to me as well. We keep getting back to it for the quality of the stories of which she’s the heroine, the quality of the illustrations as well as rhe music . Only criticism , we need more stories !

Brilliant!!! :D. This is one of the best apps around, you can feel the care developers put into it. The interface is easy and great to use, you can set up your child name and gender so the story line can include it properly. My 4 years old know her name when she sees it so she gets a lot excited every time. Despite the variety of the stories, my child loves me reading a story she already heard, it’s wonderful. I am happy with my purchase. Note as well is how awesome the developers are, they responded to my email almost instantly and got great feedback. Love this app.

Stories have horrid grammar.. Poorly written stories, grammar mistakes and honestly a lot just don’t make sense… very clearly written by either AI or someone who didn’t learn English as their first language. It’s bad.

Good selection with great art work. Most of the stories are really good. The art work is great, and you get to put your child's name as the main character.

Best story time app out there!!. I really, really, love this app, it’s great!! It has nice little (moral) stories, soft music, and excellent images to go along with them. I’ve certainly enjoyed reading to my son!! Being able to add your child’s name to the stories is a nice touch too. I also like the multiple languages option as we have more than one in our household. Can’t open the books anymore!! 😕. We used to love this app but for some reason I can’t open the books. My son is so upset coz he loves the stories!! His fave is the secret at the night. Little Stories:. Reader is not working .. I Didn’t want to purchase anymore books until the issue was resolved... All of a sudden I notice my credit card got charged for another book. So it’s not child proof either ... kids can just click on another story??

Next page arrow needs a larger hotspot. App is great but if you’ve ever read a book to child a lot of time your reading from the side of the phone while they see the pictures. The advancement arrows are small and the hotzone is also small so you have to hit it precisely. There is tons of space so make this larger and you got yourself a 5 star app.

Free books. More free books should be available for the children like my son and our family

Does not seem to read aloud. I don't understand how this app helps kids to help kids practice reading on their own as it doesn't seem to have an option to read aloud to the child and highlight words along the way.

Great!. The first time I read my 4yo son the free sample story, he was so happy he almost cried because the hero had his name. So obviously I bought the rest of the books. 9 months later we still read them often. The stories are simple but good, with beautiful illustrations and the best part is that there are new stories regularly, which he still gets very excited about.

Doesn’t let me record. I have this app on my google phone and decided to download it on our new iPad. Lately, I’ve been having problem recording the stories on my phone but in the iPad the icon to record it doesn’t even show.

Portable. My son loves this app. Since I have my cellphone with me all the time and not always his books, I read the story from this app to him all the time. Now he can even read some of the stories back to me. 😆

Pretty good. I like the concept of this app, but being a Nana, I’d love it if I could send my grandkids the books I record. It feel like a lot of money to only be able to use the app with my phone and not have the ability to interact with others.

I like their story’s and it’s full of imaginations.. I thought everything was boring until I read almost all the books! And I also think that those books were fun!

What I think about this app. I think they should have made the books free but it is very inspirational for me my kids of learning to over come there fears

Poorly written. The concept is wonderful, the stories are okay, but the wording is terrible. It seems like these stories were translated into English by people who do not write/ speak English well. I personally hate reading this to my son and I usually change the words while I am reading it aloud so it makes more sense but my son loves this app so I bought a yearly subscription.

Meh. It's a good idea but it only allows you to read one story after you download. It allows you to download a seconds story but all the other stories have to be purchased. The prices range from $.99 up to $2.99 I think. The stories are pretty short. For those size of this download it should offer more than just one short story! I wouldn't have downloaded it if I knew this beforehand.

CRAZY BAD😡😡😡. First things first I had to put my number then where I live this app is tracking my address. The people who made this app stop tracking our address and make it so we only put our names and if we are a girl or a boy easy you only have one job people who made this app 😖I would be really happy if you did what I said bc then we all would be happy

Booooooo!. This app is not good. You have to pay money to read the books, and only 2 books are free. I am not a parent. I am a teenager checking out this app because there is no good reading app on the App Store! If there was more free books and the stories were slightly longer, I might of liked it more. But it is not. You have to pay $1.99 for each story! Good idea, bad app.🙁

Only 3 books are free. They only give you one book free and then you have to buy the rest of the books which doesn’t give you the opportunity to try the app out first to see if you even like it. The developers and email requesting that I change my review sure the only update I will be adding is that they are three books that are free just not my cup of tea for my children.

Wonderful App. There’s nothing like a real book for a child to learn the value of learning, but this is very nice too and the music is soothing and I’m sure my nephew is going to enjoy it. I know seeing there name incorporated into the story will make it that much enjoyable!

I only liked the first story. The story that was for free was really nice and I like how it has a moral. My niece has been cleaning up after herself when playing with her stories because she “doesn't want to be like the monkey”. I decided to purchase the other stories and they were not as good as the one that was for free. I would’ve liked the other stories to have a moral in it.

great idea. I just purchased all of the books and i love the idea but i can’t get past the poor grammar and awkward sentence structure in some of the stories. In “Rose Colored Glasses” i just had to stop and repeat the sentences because it didn't flow. So thats a bummer because i love to read out loud to my daughter and the app is perfect for bedtime!! Great idea but the content is a little disappointing.

Disappointed. All of the stories I paid for last year have been deleted! They were read to my daughter by her grandparents and people she cared about. I already paid for this once, why is it asking me for more money? Highly disappointed in this app. Just know if you purchase it next year everything from the previous year will be wiped out.

Bed time. Read the story to my 1 year old grandson and it kept his attention and I even used it to put him to sleep. I love how the stories include the child’s name. Great idea, wish I had thought of it.

I love it!. My grandson loves looking at the animated pictures while I read the story to him. The stories are interactive where he can swipe the pages as he tells the story in his own words. The music is also a bonus. Very soothing.

Very Well Made But…. This app is beautifully made. You can tell the developers really put their time and effort into it. However, you only get ONE book to read unless you want to spend money. It’s free to download the app which is nice but you’re limited to just one book which is quite pitiful.

Love everything about this app: - cute illustrations - soothing musics - put child’s name as character - recording reading out loud (so, I can just play back old stories for my daughter when I’m busy) - exciting new stories keep coming.
