Developed well but tiresome. Great layout and development by the creators. Really don’t play anymore because more work than something I want to be tied to. Your server/world becomes lopsided by the stronger players. You become a trapped slave in an unbalanced world where you have to constantly mine for food based on your troop size; need it for advancement for everything. You can run food down to zero without harm to troops. GET RID OF CONSTANT REDUCTION MAKES GAME UNENJOYABLE AND UNSUSTAINABLE LONG TERM. I would also change the time period when attacking others. Narrow it down so not a constant stressful game feel day to day; much better for server against other server where open warfare for a few days but your server can focus against another and not constantly feeding on itself. Good luck; hopefully you remember to put you 1 day or 3 day shield up constantly or you come back to nothing but a work grind.

Do not DL. All GameLoft is seeing is $. Only 1 piece of the new equipment that everyone can get with update 23 is good .... the other 3 are crap really. But the gear they will sell in packs....are awesome. The pack gear is all bout upping war stats.... while the gear that everyone can get is 95% to boost your production of resources. So what the company is saying.... unless you spend hundreds on our game a month....stop playing. This leaves people like me who only spend $20-50 a month in the dust. I will literally only really be able to make troops and join rallies. I will not be able to lead rallies of any type weather on enemy or barbarians. And do not get me started on Atlantis.... as that is dominated by spenders .... who with pack gear will own me. So if gather resources and staying shielded is your thing.... you will enjoy this game. If you like to hit people and play a good war game where even if you do not spend hundreds a month but you can still atleast somewhat contented with spenders .... this is NO LONGER THAT GAME. GameLoft killed it. Good job.

It is a fun game but it can improve. I find it irritating that lvl 6-7 encounters are very few and far between. I can’t seem to find any encounters that are a challenge. Another thing that bugs me is the fact the the longest shield you can have is a 3 day shield when you might have to be off the game for a week. Shields are also very expensive, especially for weaker players. Another thing you may want to consider is that the research and construction of some buildings take way too long. For instance, to research volley lvl 6 without any boosts takes over 3 years! Also, champion legendary equipment should be easier to obtain and epic equipment should be more abundant. But I still enjoy this game and I play it almost every day. It is a fun strategy/collaboration game that is guaranteed to entertain you.

Not a fast game!. If your looking for a fast game with quick promotions this is not the game for you. If you are looking for a game that you will not have to spend money to really progress then again this is not the game for you. However, if your looking for a game that you can choose to either wait for your upgrades or pay and progress quickly then you’ve come to the right place. Trust me I have debated on spending money on games but this one is a league of its own. It combines the thrill of organizing your armies with the other excitement when you can upgrade your character to be a powerful leader. You can choose to play quietly in peace or fight for the crown and rule the realm a choice which is yours to decide. I would highly recommend this game to any serious player who will dedicate a little of there time or a lot of their time to a game as you will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work in developing this game. There are times where I do wish that the packages contained more variety but over all there a great price for what you do get. Good luck in forging your empire in this epic game.

Has improved over the years. A good place to spend that extra time. Challenging game that a new player can grow quickly in. However there is a ceiling that probably can not be penetrated, major players have controlled the game for years and are so far ahead that competing with them will be nigh impossible. Last update resolved some issues, although I get cool down message for alliance message which seems permanent.

illegal use of programs. I am in kingdom 487, in which there are 3 players using illegal bots, selling and buying resources and insulting players in the global chat, I have filed my complaint several times providing video and photo evidence in which you can see how those players cheat, those players are (SoS.) from SOS alliance,(Kh@leesi.) from LOL alliance, (Kaiserzone) from SOS alliance. all of them recorded and photographed using the simon bot, apart from the fact that they talk about pornography and suicide in the global chat. in a game in which there are minors. You should intervene. More than 100 players have submitted complaints and evidence and the customer service does not respond and when it does respond, it only asks for more evidence. It seems that they are in cahoots with them! Help us!

Cheats and lack of support. Being a veteran player leader of the strongest alliance in one of the realms I know a few things about these game. Overall a good game but for me the only reason I keep playing are the people that I play with. Even with that most of us are about to quit these game. There were ways to cheat for a long time and many people do it. Not game changers and maybe hard to catch but when few players cheat with their paragon Lvls, whole realm knows about it, reports to gl and they do nothing that is too much! There is point to play because strategies and plans you make don’t work in a cheater friendly or rigged environment!

SCAM. How dare you give us rewards and then take all my gold and leave me a negative balance!!! Send me a notice about “suspicious activities” and take 300k worth of gold from my account when I have bought a bunch of packs and participated in events to earn gold. This is ridiculous, and if not remedied I will be done with this game and spend my money elsewhere! How do you expect to leave someone with a negative balance and make me buy packs to get out of the hole and be able to do what I need to do to grow? This is p2w and I refuse to buy any more packs if you are just going to scam me out of my gold.

DO NOT INSTALL MOE. I used to give this game a five hands down .... after merge we are put with a team that has unlimited credit card spenders who also have multiple accounts for rss .... As well as paying for Rss .... after a year and a half I just might QUIT DONT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME THERE IS NO STRATEGY ,,, Spend a year getting strong to get rallied by someone and it’s all gone within mins WHILE THE SHELL OUT MORE MONEY TO KEEP GAINING MIGHT .....REPORT A PLAYER IS A JOKE BANNING IS FUNNY YOU REPORT AND ITS SAID NOTHING CAN BE DONE ,,,,, DONT INSTALL RUN THE OTHER WAY YOU ..... don’t spend a dime just don’t get yourself caught up in the madness if the start cracking down and banning then I will give four stars not five because there are glitches every time a update comes

Garbage. The game is amazing except one fact. There is zero deterrence for an extreme high level play from attacking a low level player. No penalty and it happens every day. The bigger players don’t allow new players to play the game at all. They just attack you and take everything it took you days to get and you start over from square one every time. Players should not be able to attack individual players that are more than say 3 levels below them. If your alliance has a pact with another alliance there should be some penalty for attacking an ally. A player can teleport clear across the map to attack another player when in reality you should only be able to teleport a few regions away from where you are at and only 1 every 24 hours. Give new players a chance. Something needs to be done about this an until it is this game will be mediocre at best which is too bad because it has so much potential. An example of this is in real 156 the alliance with the rage KaN just goes around all day every day attacking weaker castles. This needs to be fixed

I don’t know yet!. I don’t know quite how I feel about this game yet, takes too long to level or build anything up, then the higher-level players are able to come and smash the lower-level players just starting the game, which takes a lot of the fun away from the game, unless you sink a lot of money into the game to level up fast, and then that is just so you can stay on the board and protect yourself from other attacks which cost money to buy those other protections, you get addicted to trying to do this so then you spend even more money, so I don’t know yet!

was very good, but now very bad. I’ve been playing this for 4+ months. Never spent a penny and made it into top 10% of players; all players in the top 3% spend hundreds of dollars. Excellent gameplay from my point of view. But… there are several bad things about it which are very frustrating. The chat is horrible: foreign translation is useless, and it censors “March of Empires” and “ho ho ho”, while it doesn’t reduce swearing because its so easy to subvert it. They could have easily tweaked a few things to make it more enjoyable for weaker players. Now, in the past couple days they did a realm merge which is really bloody awful — and is causing extreme server flakiness!!! With a few trivial changes to how it was a month ago, it could be THE best game in the app store, but now its a big mess — I think they’re trying to kill it off. Bizarre…. I didn’t write this review, but I’m now allowed to edit it!!

Customer service. Bottom line this is going to be a game that you have to spend money on to progress in at all... And after you have spent said money and have a problem with the game then you’re up to proverbial creek without a paddle... Trying to get hold of a live person is an exercise in itself and then the frustration you get once you talk to this person and basically told that there’s really nothing you can do to help the situation... Unless you have plenty of money to blow and not care if you get a return on your investment or not, pass this one by because it is junk

Played for two years. Still Decent. I’ve played this game for two years! I have seen over my past two years of playing this game has gotten better. Yes the incredibly high level players due tend to zero lower levels(have lots of experience with that) but if your active at least 3-4 times a week you’ll be fine TRUST ME. I do have one complaint; I bought a bundle that I thought would help me since I was just getting into the game... And then couple of hours later of course I get zeroed with all my resources taken away. There might be a possibility so I’m going to give it a shot...Hey devs if your reading this is there anyway I can get a refund or at least some gold into my ac? ALEAST. Anyways my account name is ¥Death¥ in realm 203. Great game to play.

Great game. I have been playing for a few years and am a medium sized player. I have never spent a penny and still have fun. There are 2 ways to get ahead. First, spend money. Second, spend time. Do daily events. Get into a good alliance. Be smart about growing and it helps to have an alt to help with resources. Unlike other games, there is not usually tile hitting for resource gatherers.

Good idea, bad gameplay mechanics. As an avid gamer (both irl and online), the reason I’ve given this game a star is for the friends I’ve made, and the game mechanics that truly support camaraderie and diplomacy. That said, I’ve no problem spending money on a game that gets me cool buffs and improves my champion - but in this game, a small group of the same players go to multiple realms and ‘set up shop’. These players then make rules that ALL players must follow, or you get destroyed (e.g. no alliance will accept you or they get attacked, you aren’t allowed to farm - ANYWHERE, you get bullied on he chat feed, etc.) You also get destroyed if you get too big.... But the reason I’m going to leave the game is that I’ve just discovered that our two top alliances (that got that way by being bullies) uNI and R-Q in realm 185, have a list of who gets to take the throne and it’s only ‘allowed’ by members of their teams - yeah, that’s the ridiculousness of a game that markets itself as a place where you can ‘win’ the throne. The moderators and game builders here do a poor job of making the realms a fun place to be.

Great game, just one problem.. This game was so much fun I used to play it all the time with my grandpa. But when I got a new iCloud and new game I waited over a week to join his realm and was too late. So now I can never play with him, you should make a reset button or something that can give people a second chance to join a different realm. Because I feel uninspired to play without my grandpa.

Horrible Customer Service. The customer support and service provided by GameLoft for this game is the worst of any game on the market. They WAY overcharge in their “packs” you can purchase and no matter how much you spend, some players literally spending thousands of dollars per month they do not listen to players or care what you want/think. They usually will not even respond to complaints. They also have a chat feature that fosters racism and hate speech. They will ban you from it for cussing but do nothing to players who use racist terms and hate speech. All in all it could be a great game but the ego, arrogance and apathy of the developers ruin it completely for all players.

Not worth your time or money. I played for a few years even spend a pretty penny on it. My account was banned they never gave me a difinitive explanation everytime I asked for it to be released back they gave another reason as to why they can’t give it back they don’t care about their players. They have ppl who buy packs and get them refunded back from the app stores and nothing happens to those ppl they still play with unlimited resources and gold (currency in game) ppl play with bots however they allow it to continue. The ppl who play honest is the ones they crap all over. I will never spend another penny with gameloft. So many ppl leaving if they were fair to the players they would of had a good game

They 1 account only. They claim one account only, even if you take that as one per device. I know of many in realm 254 that control multiple on a single device. Most of which have been sold by players leaving game. Instead of game making better packages for resources, we have resource sellers in all realms. Since they can’t seem to limit accounts to one, why not try and limit accounts to IP address? Let’s make it fair play for are all. Funny part some games are free to play but need to pay if you want to advance. This game allows dozens of accounts from same IP address that sells resources to others.

Do not do this. Do not spend money on this game. You can be robbed of everything you built if you have no shield protection. If they designed a level divider where higher level players could not take and destroy your empire then sure, spend your hard earned money. But you can spend $50 and 20 minutes later it’s gone due to other bigger players killing your army and then plundering your resources. This is going on my list of why I stay away from mobile games. Good luck with this game. Also huge language barrier. They try a translate method software that makes things more confusing then productive. That’s all for now

Terrible “game”. You will find out the first time you’re at levels 1-25 and a level 30 player attacks you that there is no competitive aspect to this app. Games require a competitive aspect. You can’t use strategy or effort to beat or even defend yourself from a player outside of a couple levels difference. It’s merely about who spends hundreds of dollars to level up (yes, it’s expensive) and then has unrestricted access to all lower level players. The developers don’t mind because this undoubtedly encourages a few more players to throw money at it. Why do I need a phone game to play “who’s D is biggest”? If I pretend it’s a game and comment as such: No level design: random spawns on a uniform map. Poor graphics: almost remind me of playing a lightly animated board game. Although the terrain changes color each season. Chat: everything is edited and each game area has players from all over the world with poor translation so often you can’t properly communicate with people to team up. Sound effects: click around on buildings and you will see that most sound extremely similar. Voice: N/A. Music: never seems to change so I had to turn it off. Controls: it is necessary to pan around quickly to search for spawned items but you can’t see much area at once (I would estimate about 0.1% of the game map including area covered by game HUD). Cannot rotate phone. No hard press or gesture controls.

Stop adding dull content. Very saddened to see yet another story. You need to understand the internet age means. If anyone wants to learn about history they simply need to search and read. Writing 5 paragraphs (yes I am being generous) and having people read them over 5 hours (not an exaggeration) is not a game. It is dull. No one wants to tap the screen every 5 minutes for 3 hours (no exaggeration here) and read what is maybe 4 lines of your script in 3 hours!!! Horrible. I see new mini game is coming, if it is yet another mini game marketed for the European market then it is another fail. Tournament, Gladiators, and Tug of War are all when Americans are working or sleeping. Atlantis is only for players who buy resources from Turkish or Syrian resource sellers, becaue there is no way with you game mechanics that it is possible to do it monthly if you do not buy resources from someone. And have you not taken notice that for the last 3 years players are doing patronage parties because it is a better use of their time “in game” than actually playing your game as mechanics? Learn from your mistakes already and make it better. Players prefer their free form moments and not your over engineer mechanics that justify your jobs.

“Bugs & Hacks”. Gameloft gets “hacked” and sends a bunch of gold (in game currency) to hundreds of players, turns around and days later says this was a mistake pulls all gold resulting in dozens if not hundreds going negative forcing them to buy. Bravo for either a good selling scheme but also just as good thanks for making even more quit due to another “bug”. I’ve played this game for three years spent a little bit never an absurd amount so i feel for the players playing a free to play game and warn new players that this game is fun in the beginning but after a week only way to get close to the top is spending or finding the loop holes in their terms of conditions that they (Gameloft) only pick an choose to acknowledge. Good luck to those affected and more luck to those that get suckered into this game an have a road of bs coming from the dev team!

Don’t waste your money or time on this game. Gameplay is subject to lag and it doesn’t allow you to react in time. It’s possible the developers added too much extra nonsense instead of making the game smoother. Development is difficult when starting out and you are not competitive unless you are one of the suckers who pay them money for small gains. I once sunk $500 into this game a few years ago to lose most of that to a glitch. They did not respond to requests to fix it or a refund. Fortunately, PayPal was great and gave a refund. Hopefully they got their money back from Gameloft for their garbage of a game. You would get more enjoyment out of putting your money into a barrel and lighting it in fire.

Pay to win garbage and full of bullies. I’ve been playing this game for about 4 months and I’m getting sick of it. The biggest problem is these level 30 dudes that just go around the realm and attack everyone. And it happens ALL THE TIME. They won’t stop until you quit. And Gameloft thinks its fair for a level 21 castle to fight a level 30 castle. I’m in realm 278 and it’s dominated by this Turkish alliance [TR-] with over 50 billion might. These guys no nothing better than to dump hundreds of dollars into a broken down unbalanced game just to troll. Why can’t there be a rule so that you can attack players with similar level as yours. I say 3 levels lower or higher than yours but nope. There is no strategy involved if these guys just keep attacking you. They won’t stop until you quit. Aside from the bullies this game is your typical “strategy” game with long wait times and cost too much to upgrade stuff. You gather resources and attack and that’s pretty much what this game has to offer. Unless you got money, don’t even bother with this game

Too many cheats. This game has overwhelmingly become about who can cheat the most. People selling resource bundles, welcome bundle packs or you can buy 15 or 20 at a time, attack and gather bots, equipment bundles etc. if you don’t buy the illegal packs from hack players, then you can’t compete. If you do buy the packs, you run the risk of having your account banned. Especially when you stop buying them. As soon as they no longer have your business, they report you themselves. So it’s basically blackmail, cheats, threats, etc. Several reports sent to Gameloft, nothing to be done about it on their end. Disappointing. This used to be a really fun game. I do not advise playing if you are against cheating.

Historically inaccurate. Though the game is set in a period of war, the game makes its hard to see any historical accuracy. When first opening the game you are greeted with a tutorial and area based leveling system. Nothing complex showing you what you need to know before entering your realm. Overall when you take an overall look at the realm you could tell it wasn’t meant to simulate any real historic events, but is overall not a bad game.

Update 60 scam lottery. Christmas time of all the times for a game developer to choose to rip off its loyal players first they released 60th update which you can’t do anything with for months unless you spend hard earned cash. Second they do promotional lottery for Christmas special and everyone in game spends gold they have been saving up to profit on the special lottery instead the drop rate on the lottery was so low no one was rewarded with gold or wood resource. And then the best part instead of making an apology to its loyal supporters they just give back some lottery tickets and stay completely silent about the entire thing. Pathetic Gameloft.

Money. If u play this game completely free to play then as soon as u get stared ur going to need to be very very active everyday. I’ve been playing for 3 weeks free to play and have nearly 30 million might. While the people who spent a lot of money all have at least over 100 million with the top guy having 700 million rn. It’s basically if u have the most money ur going to win the throne because u can make the most tier 5 troops and spend millions of golds on soldiers and upgrades and research that will take a f2p player around a half year. They need to make a section for only free to play players in my opinion because we just have no chance once u play for a few months and reach around 100 million might free to play, you will realize that u have to either quit the game or spend money if u want to have a real chance at getting the throne or doing something meaningful

Best long term war game!. So this game has met every expectation I ever had for a war game! Very little to NO GLITCHES! Which to me is super rare. You can progress for a long time without spending any money and actually you don’t have to spend any at all if you are patient. I’ve been looking for a game like this for ages! And I finally found it here. There is a very good social network on here as well. All I can say I really enjoy this game and I know anyone who tried it would as well!

A terrible game that you must pay to win. This game has no real merits to winning unless you want to pay Gameloft lots of money. Even when you do, they come up with “new exciting” versions with features that really is their way of putting back your progress so you will have to pay more. Oh, when you do come up to having a conflict with a player who did drop a lot of cash, you get completely screwed while the other doesn’t even lose any soldiers. Just a complete scam, don’t waste your time our money on it.

⚔️⚔️⚔️🛡🛡. Great game. Love it since the first day I started playing it. I recommend it to those that like a slow pace game which allows you to build your kingdom the way you want. According to the game and rules of course. Spend a little money here and there to help with research. That’s my recommendation for the beginner. Helps build your champion and build might in your castle. The stronger the research the better. My opinion of course. Only thing I wish would change is the amount of resources that is needed to upgrade castle. I have to gather forever to get there. Unless I purchase resource bundle packs. Which normally don’t have enough iron resources in them anyway. But overall it’s a great game to play. See you at the throne of might !! 🗣Chaaaaaarrrgee!!! ⚔️⚔️🛡

Still Balanced. Yes, the game still has minor UI bugs, and high-level gamers are too powerful. But the game is actually quite balanced. The game does not require paying (much). I paid $10, when there were bargain deals (do not pay just for the coins). There are lots of ways to earn gold coins in the game. In one contest, I invested 5000 coins to buy no-cooldown effect, and I earned 9250 coins after spending a few hours in the game. Finishing tasks is another easy way to earn coins. Bullying is common in the game, and the obvious deterrent is a peace shield. One 24-hour peace shield is 940 coins. After achieving a certain game level, spending that amount is easy. There are plenty of ways to get shields for free in the game. And low-level gamers get peace shields automatically without any spending. Overall, I'll say the game is balanced, and the game vendor put in efforts to make the game fun for both paying and non-paying customers. In case you are interested for my data: I am a mid-level player (level-19 castle). The level-30+ players are still god-like beings to me.

Rules of the game. 1. Don’t collect resources in another alliance’s land. They will attack your troops for stealing their stuff. 2. Keep a shield up. Your base will most likely be attacked if you don’t. 3. Watch what you say in chat or you will be a target. Keep it respectful and maintain a low profile, especially if you’re a low level player. The game is fun and sometimes addicting. I give it a 3/5 because you can play with your wallet. Some people with nothing better to do and nothing better to spend their money on will out-rank everyone else. Watch out for those players, there’s plenty in every realm. It is fun to see them go at each other though.

Used to be good. This game disappoints me. I just quit this game because I was hitting dead’s and saw a enemy teleport next to me without shield on ready to attack me, for once I was quick enough to put my shield on and I thought I was fine. Well I was wrong. Right when I hit use on my 8hr shield the game glitched me out and I got hit 2 times and lost all my troops 2.3M and logged me back in. I used 1k gold to quick heal my 351k army that was left but the game glitches again and when I logged back in it took all that gold but healed no troops. No use spending time in this game. I was finally having fun but that happened.

Best of it’s kind, but very hard learning curve. Been playing for a 1 or 2 and there are still things about the game that I don’t know. Experience players will have the edge, along with those who down money. Spending money is s huge part of this game which I disagree with but it’s how it’s made. Game mechanics are solid along with user interface. Just wish there were more games like this one that didn’t have such a hard pay to win system

Pay to Win, imbalanced and biased.. If you like having months or years of work taken away in one day, download this game! If you like to waste your time trying to contact customer care for them not to respond, download this game! If you like paying insane prices for mediocre items, download this game! I have been playing since it’s release in 2015. It has continuously went downhill. They are trying to make the game more fair now, but it’s something they should have done years ago. Now it is just increasing the imbalance. They favor spenders! If you do not spend money, good luck getting any help from them.

The pursuit of money is ugly. Hello all We all know that the main goal of every game is to get money first but now there's no balance in game for example why i should fight to win throne !? for imperial gears it's not worth now my opponent will buy packages and it's done he will get better bounses and now if ur low or medium spender u will buy cav packages ? or archer's or spears or swords ?!? or gems maybe tokens There are very many things that can only be obtained with money and each new update makes things more difficult for players who spend in a low or medium way + game now very bad with bots and hacks there's no fun like this Therefore, our team decided to take a stand and stop its protest we will stop play next rvr no events no anything we will stop buying packages and we will give bad rate for game on all platforms I know the game wants money but they have to balance We haven't even finished the old packages and they should improve imperial gears stats or delete throne from game

Empires. Horrible game. Players get kicked out randomly without explanation. When a player loses access, their shield expires after a while. When that happens, some take advantage of the situation by taking all the resources one has amassed (ok) and then destroying your army. They take it to zero, making it very difficult to recover. VERY expensive and big players relish in doing this. Either a juvenile response or a GameLoft developer attempt to make them pay. Either way, at some point you get frustrated and leave. If you download and play, DO NOT SPEND MONEY.

DID NOT BUY, DID NOT GET, GOT CHARGED. The game is good enough to pass the time. Have to be very careful about purchasing in-app bundles. Bought three starter bundles, which are probably the best you’re going to get in the game. Bundles get weaker, so I did not buy more. Recently I was charged for a fourth starter pack on my card, which should be impossible since there’s a limit of three and I’ve played for a couple months now. DID NOT BUY, DID NOT GET , CARD WAS CHARGED. Got a refund from Apple store, but my game was depleted of coins and I was put to NEGATIVE. I’ve earned those coins. I get punished for a bad system. Gameloft customer service is a hassle. I’m giving up on this game.

This game is good. It is great I love the mechanics and everything except for one thing. High level players attack me every single day and I try to build up but I can’t if I never have any resources because I am always getting attacked. Some people will say just put on a shield. I know you can use shields but I run out of shields after a while and then what? I have given up most hope to ever become powerful in that game. Please just make it so high level players can’t attack lower players say maybe a 5 level castle range.

Way too much bullying. The game structure lends itself to the high level players bullying newer players. They teleport next lower players castle, attack for no reason, and loot resources. Constantly. Without those resources players even heal troops or build defenses. Players can use peace shields but those run out pretty quickly and then you’d have to buy more with real money. The high players also make up unofficial rules about what other players can or cannot do. Those who don’t conform get constantly attacked. Then there are the constant crap on the global chat. Name calling, immature references to people’s mothers, and verbal threats to players’ castles and capitals. A level 30 player captured my capital and then attacked me five times. Then messaged me to try and sell me the account they used to attack me. I’ve since learned this is a widespread problem. Can’t believe it’s Gameloft condones this. I’ve been playing for over two months and have managed to stay out of the drama. I really wanted to like the game but I’ve had enough of this nonsense.

Fabulous game. There is so much to this game. The new events and all the other players make so much more than you would ever expect. It is an absolutely amazing game that you will love from the time you start playing. Support is by far the best I have ever encountered. They listen and help more than you would believe. Can not say enough about how much this game truly is, you have got to try it out!

The real deal!! #1. This is the top strategy/war game out there trust me I’ve tried hundreds of games just like this and not a one can come close to MOE !! Now in some other reviews you’re going to hear people crying from getting attacked by others!! HELLO!!! It is a wargame!!!! It’s exactly like this in every wargame!! I suggest you use a shield or stop complaining and go play FarmVille!! This is a real strategy wargame for real wargame players!! PS.. if you get attacked there’s only one person you can blame yourself for not shielding and protecting yourself!!

Wouldn’t recommend it anymore. This game use to be great!! They have a lot of amazing features, but there the newest additions limit the players detrimentally. You use to be able to trade your rss freely at trading posts, and now you have earn token to trade. 30 trades every few hours. For us that have millions of troops and cant keep food, trading it away is our one salvation and Gameloft just took that away. One of the few free features left in the game. Secondly there should be realms for people who don't spend money. It’s pitiful to see some people cant enjoy the game because they don't want to spend money, but The wallet players pick on them like a teenager vs a preschooler. That part i could handle, but this new trading thing really kills the game. Gameloft need to realize sometimes less is more. Every update it’s like they take more and more freedom from us.

Bad Translations. This game has a great concept. Growing fast really isn’t an issue, around castle level 13 builds starts to take a little longer. I have not once felt it necessary to buy anything in the game in order to advance. The game is international, which is fine, but the translation feature is very lacking. Translations either take a long time to load (in mails) or don’t load at all. The chat is often buggy, forcing players to restart the app several times during one game session. This is very interrupting to the flow of the game. There is an issue with very forceful players, but you’ll find those in any game like this. Bottom Line: Find an alliance that speaks your language, or be left out of the loop & fall behind.

More capitals. I love this game so much it has everything I would imagine, but just needs more capitals like seaside capitals so players who are on the edge of the map can have an equally amount of knowing and understand the whole concept. But this game is the most addictive and most enjoyable game I’ve ever gotten and to the people who dislike it why complain over who attacks who a game is a game

Allow cheaters to gain advantage over everyone else. I have been playing this game for 3.5 years. Gameloft customer service is very bad. They also let cheaters and hackers get unfair advantage over spending players. They lets players use macros and bots that create unfair advantage. Some players recently used mictosoft store glitch and they bought packs worth over $100,000 for some castles, them refunded all of them. Gameloft banned them. Then, they gave some of them their castles back with minus gold in their accounts. They shortly gave back their gold to make them positive gold. These players kept all gems, money gear and items from these packs as free purchases. Lots of current players including myself are thinking about leaving this game now. Stay away from this money trap game.

Crying. Though the game does have it faults. The constant complaints about bullying by larger accounts is a bit exaggerated. When you start a new account it puts you in a newer realm. You play with people that have also recently started. If you are an active player and participate in the daily events you will receive peace shields(and other items) which protect you from being attacked. If you choose to not use those shields then you run the risk of what all these people are complaining about. But, like every other game, if you put in the time you will grow quicker. If you play smart...you will grow quicker. If you play very little and do not use peace shields then you will struggle in this game.

never try this game. this game is a disaster, I don't believe I waste money on it. I play one month ago, and they put me in a old server, yes, it never has a new server. They don't care about the fair play, they just want you pay a lot of money. I get raped everyday by those top level players. They got top lv maybe months ago, these guys just rob all new players resources everyday. And the game never protect a new player. So please ignore this game and have a nice life.

Quite fun and deep. Pretty good for this type of game, pretty deep, I imagine it's similar to game of war but I've never played, I like how you can have a "king" of a server where people pay taxes to him, it's fun that way, of course its pay to win but that's expected nowadays isn't it

Feedback. Not a bad game but the building times is very slow and you can only build one per se. It's better if you give a limit on how many buildings to be built at the same time rather than wait it finish one by one.

Players use Bot, GL don’t care!. Game is good if played fair and square! I play game in spare time and still giving 3 hours of my daily life. But players using bots causing nuisance! Bot shouldn’t be allowed. It was fair and only human players in R96. We merged from R96 and now in R121 with CHN players. In Realm 121 many Bot players, my colleagues complained but gl gave no response. Don’t care!

Technical issues. I have payed this game for a while, but lately some serious technical issues, have made me question my time and investment in the game. Timers are dodgy, and customer care responses are inadequate, and too long in responding. Latest game update, caused disastrous issues across many servers. Be careful

OP game. OP game that's great for interacting with others... Better than others such as fire age... Play now while everyone is still new and low levels.

A slightly different take on the genre. I'm quite enjoying the game, you get to choose one of three different themes for your castle, king, emperor or sultan. Which changes how you look on the world map and your castle lay out. Has a lengthy beginner shield so you can build up before venturing into the wild. All in all I've played a lot of these kind of games and this one is keeping my interest the only thing lacking for me anyway is the marching animations. Wish they were more like war and order long march showing the actual troops you are sending but other than that it is a most enjoyable game. Easy to start out. Well worth a try if you like this genre

Please be caution of this game.. If there is a no star rating I would put no star to it. Anyway, I have been playing other games as well for leisure but this is one of the worst game I ever played. What happened to me was, after the new update i had checked my account, it says i am still on a 24 hours shield and when I woke up in the morning I got attacked by the top most alliance in that region my shield was off and my army power got zeroed. I reckon they can hack your account and disable your shield or whatever bug that could disable it because at the time that i woke up it would have been 12 more hours to go before my shield was about to expire. Unfortunately, it was off and I got zeroed. They will make you pay for the game and let you panic to rebuild your power you have lost. Please do not download or play this game. It is not worth the money if you want to spend in this game. They will rip you off or if you’re not a spender then do not waste your time. Please. Thanks for reading.

Greedy F#%#S!. Game keeps crashing, customer service is virtually non existent. No doubt the developers are laughing all the way to the bank! I refuse to buy any more bundles, you merge realms together that are not equal (including RVR), written to you half a dozen times re tech issues in past 6 months - NO REPLY, or “it’s my internet?” Take accountability! One day you will find yourself in litigation if you continue to behave in this immoral and unethical manner.

So fun!!!. I got this game because of my friend and I already like it. You can join an alliance and feel safe and take on other teams. Don’t listen to any critics saying it’s laggy because it’s really not. It’s a game that game you will just keep playing over and over for months just collecting and getting bigger. such a good game five stars!

It’s not a war game. This is a money game. The deepest pockets wins. So much to do and you must basically live online or under a shield. Bring your wallet. You will need 1000’s if you want to compete. This has no rules or protection from larger players and so it open warfare. Much better games than this are out there

Game has so many bugs, they boast about how we are able to talk to players all around the world, but 90% time chat doesn't work, even talking to your league is impossible most of the time. Wasted money, hackers everywhere. Just started playing this game, spent some money on the starter pack, went online to check tips. Everywhere I look,all just hacking tools, and 10s of thousands of people have downloaded the tool. Took the fun away, what's the point? Don't bother download this game.

Full of bullies and bots. It has the grounds of a great game but is let down by the bullying school kids who spend big bucks to be able to harass the part time users. The number of bots in this game is bordering on laughable. Save your time.

March of Empires. Very good game, it could be improved due to all the glitches and inconsistencies but overall I have recommended this game to other people and they also find it very fun and overall enjoy it

Moe. A very good game. There is more than you think to the game. We had a union with an alliance who left us to fight war so we declared war on them also, from this we got aided from other alliances. We are 5th strongest alliance at war with the strongest and 3rd strongest in the realm. However if you’re not in a great alliance like I am it won’t be as good of an experience. Honestly I stopped playing clash of clans completely and started playing this game all the time such a good game, if your in the right alliance although it will still be fun if you’re alliance isn’t as friendly.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. A glitch in the game and now somehow I owe them around $1000 AUD. I bought packs prior to knowing there had been a glitch and they took the gold from them as well. A DANGEROUS GAME TO DOWNLOAD. I did as you suggested and there was nothing in the items to return to normal. Now on Facebook they accuse the players who used gold, prior to knowing there was a glitch, of extortion. Their in game message was that there was suspicious activity which makes it sound like we are responsible even though they admit it was their error. I reiterate my opinion. The worst game ever!!!. This would have to be one, if not the worst, game I have played! I wasted $$$ on this game! The developers do not care, will not reply to any mail regarding game play concerns or fix major glitches in the game. The game has very inaccurate functions and continuously crashes and freezes. Also the kill ratio is heavily in the attackers favour, no matter how many troops you have you will be zeroed. DO NOT BOTHER!!

Great game.... Loving the game, shame about the region locks... I’d like to he able to play with my old crew in the states as we have done in many other games... but oh well... other then that, loving the game, the graphics are engaging and awesome... really easy to get the hang of... shame there isn’t a way to be able to search for the resource size and type you need... and the emojis are kinda lame but other wise... it’s really great game guys! Good, but needs some balancing. It's a good game, but you have to keep buying peace shields as the top level players (castle level 30) just wipe everything you have gathered, and wound all your troops many times a day. Needs some divisor that reduces the number of your troops that gets injured, and reduces the amount of resources that get plundered based on the difference in castle level. Many players are leaving because they get frustrated by this.

Reality. This game is hard work. It takes a lot of time, patience and perseverance. You have to "work" hard to make progress. Because you are playing other people, politics, loyalties, selfish ambition and pure greed are normal. Alliances can be great places of common goals , teamwork and shared identity. This is a game for thinking adults.

Don’t waste your time. This game is not very fun and I will definitely advise you not to play this wen you can be playing some other better game

BULLIES. There should be a cut off on each realm, there is too much of a difference between the smaller players and the largest ones. When a low 65 million might is attacked by a 456 million might It makes it very hard to progress. Please have it so that once you reach a certain limit , you must go to the next biggest realm , leave the little players to develop. Also we need a 12 hour shield or even 15 hour shield as many people work 12 hour shifts. Also, if your computer crashes , it is hard to get connected to your account and that’s why there are so many dead castles, that and along with always being raked over the coals with the biggest players. Many have left the game due to not being able to progress , just always farming. Also, if there is a small alliance, why not have the events be prorated so at least they can win event rewards wth the players they have .

Unfortunately. This game does not allow players to reset their games so it makes for a very unfair and overall terrible experience in the mid to late game. Too bad this was a favorite of mine till I found out they make you use the same castle forever.

A good game with strategy. I can build my castle and city to make it powerful and take part in events and wars with my friends. It's really cool to see my construction achievements in my city. But I think there should be some limitation for unreasonable actions so that new players can be protected better.

Ressources sellers. Many Realms are invaded by ressources sellers, that use bots to harvest dead castles at light speed.. all the time, every minutes, hours after hours, leaving almost nothing to other real players. They are manipulating the game so non-rich players cant grow normally.. resulting in a very bad gaming experience overall and GL knows about this and only give warnings.. very sad...

About the game. The game play is good, this is a game where you do have to pay to play for the most part, to be competitive. But if you don't mind starting off and taking your time. You can play this game and not pay a dime and It'd still be competitive, join the right alliance etc, it's best to check the game out for yourself.

Not good. Very unbalanced game for newbies, they end up as farms, target and bullied by higher level players. The developer would say join a strong alliance, well they manage to be strong because they only accept more developed/ advanced players not for newbies so there you go it seems they do not know the flaws of the game. So do not waste your time only to find out its not fun at all.

March of Empires. This game is a cash grab, plain and simple. My advice...avoid it like the plague.

Extreme Pay to win.. Took 2 years to reach 1 billion power, and lost it all over night, because I wasn’t able to put up a shield on time.

Review Requested. Asked to review the game so here it is. The last realm merge was terribly done first. Secondly after losing access for weeks and being wiped out I was restored access not all the losses taken for having no access. Thirdly once again server was down and shielded by game loft while server was down and not once servers went back up. This happened in the middle of the night and the compensation was for everyone including the players who play elsewhere and wiped the others out. Fourth this account is played on an iPad which is completely updated as well as the game and is extremely lagged while trying to play. In the area of 3 to 10 seconds per action . Please fix these issues and get a way to play on a Mac computer and play same accounts on different devices.

Waste of time and major frustration. This game is poorly contstructed and completely unfair. Gaming should be fun and entertaining not depressing and intimidating. Yeah its a war game but its not a good one. You should not be able to join and quickly leave alliances to save on scouting other players and you should be able to teleport attack players who just want to survive and then teleport back to your “safe zone”. Nor should realm verse realm exist in the way it does, that is the most unfair and unevenly stacked event imaginable. Nobody wins with a one sided battle, the winners just become more like tyrants. This game should be renamed March of Bullies. As a side note the inter-platform game play does not work.

Amazing. Really attractive, interesting and the game is perfect

March of Empires. The unfortunate thing about this game is that it has no end. Most players just get tired of all the Bullies and just quit.

Some bullies pay their way to dominate.. While the building and solo/alliance missions are fun, expect to be frustrated by a few high level players returning daily to push you down.

Good so far. Well put together and nice interface, a bit addicting so far so good. We'll see how pay to win it becomes. Looks like you can play without a lot of money right now

Good game:). Good game but I think a one on one battle between champions would be good if you do not want to loose your soldiers and I think that an alliance tournament made by the leader would be cool. Other than that, it is great. But the fact that powerful players can just send thousands of archers and repeatedly blast you is quite annoying!

Please. It’s a good game but can you guys please buy in a little more god damn balance. I am sick of being destroyed every time I have no shield up by people who spend 800$ to get to keep 32 and are in the top alliance and attack every goddamn player with 800k archers

Last update slows down computers, phones, and ipads. With the installation if this last update, my kids can no longer play as I’m guessing their iPads are too old and cannot handle the processing speed needed. The app quits continuously. It also affects my PC, even though it is a gaming PC. Not sure what you did to the programming, but it is taxing the hardware

It’s a heavy cash game now If you’re not a “Cash” player then expect to take forever to advance to a senior level. This is the only time you’ll be to defend yourself. Once in a realm and your castle is past level 7(which is not long enough to “know” the realm!) you can’t change to another realm! Lots of bullying happens! You’re stuck like it or not! Pull out the wallet to play then... Lots of game glitches and constant updating(updates are good just not several major updates a week!) Also Game has constant peace shield “Timing”problems which are getting better but of course the problem is denied...

Needs search options. Pretty good game, but needs a way to find specific things on the map with in a certain distance from Town Center. Please add that option to the main map. Would be nice to be able to do a search for Different rss tiles, ronin camps, and other things and places, and be able to do a specific search on the lvl of said searches. Please consider.

Cheaters. Players in this game have access to bots which give them an unfair advantage over others. And the moderators don’t do anything if the cheaters are known spenders.

The game rewards. The in game rewards, rewards players for playing. What great way to keep people playing, keep them happy!

Requirement for addiction. Do not play this game unless you are prepared to adjust your life schedule around slavery to an attack shield that will expire and cost you effort to obtain. Also, once hierarchy is established in a realm, it is impossible to challenge due to poor game design of perks that make the mighty exponentially stronger.

Alright game, addicting, many issues.. Chat is really hard to use and censors are really buggy, so a lot of the time it will censor words that shouldn't be censored. To advance in the game you must be in active alliance which is quite restricting. Extra content, like citadels are nice features. Need to make a way for level 30's to be more balanced for newer players. Maybe make a warmonger penalty of some sort, have bounties available to get when someone is placed as a warmonger. Also need to clear out dead castles, far too many of them. Also something that allows lower level players to get more involved, seems they only can sit back and farm till they get to lvl 30 which takes a long time to do. Also very buggy lately, combat stats have not been apply when attacking encounters and it's costing me a lot of t5 units. Very frustrating.

So far it's decent. I have only been playing for a few days now and so far the game itself is amazing, I enjoy the mechanics and I myself haven't even discovered all that this game has to offer yet. I give it four stars just in case this review ends up being premature.

New faction. You guys should add a new Viking faction. It would be awesome. Even tho the game is absolutely awesome!

THERE NEEDS TI BE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT Against these DEVELOPERS AND EMPLOYEES that manage CS and oversee the Constant theft of $ from players. This company is CRIMINAL… there GL, another screenshot of this post, which will NOT be viewable to potential VICTIMS!!!

Not bad but the glitches.. The chat glitches multiple times a day on every device I play on. Also every realm has a top alliance(s) that are just untouchable and monopolize the entire middle of the map. Maybe add in a mechanic to give the other growing alliances a chance against them, minus shielding up 24/7 lol

Review. This game is great! I’ve been playing for a couple of years. It is a pay to win but you can for sure build without paying. It will take a while but the process is fun. Highly recommend to play.

Fun to play. It’s a game you can come back over and over again and always find something to do, and you can play with friends and family. And it’s not a forced pay to play

Pay to win. Way too many ways to exploit the game and circumvent the rules. If this game was purely played the way it was intended, it would be great, but since that is not the reality of the game, I’ve just about lost interest in this game completely and for that matter the company Gameloft also. If they actually cared about the game and not making money things would be different. I don’t fault them for wanting to make money on the game, only the front that they want to keep the game pure. Pick a side and stick to it completely.

Forced updates, now can't play. I was looking for a good reason to stop playing as this game is a huge waste of time. Game loft answered that by forcing updates and now they seem to have forced an update that I cannot download since my iOS version is too low (old phone). This irritates me as I wanted to stop playing on my own terms. Be careful how much time you invest as it could end any time. I Cannot get into the game at all now.

Inbox messages. Please make private messages visible as soon as they have been sent to the other player. They appear only when a response has been made. It is difficult to:- 1) Keep track of those players you have attempted to contact but not yet responded. 2) Proofread your own messages before receiving a reply. 3) Send additional messages under one subject before a response has been made. Other than this and a few other minor issues, the game is brilliant. I’ll update to 5* if the fix has been made.

Good time filler. It can be a fun game but also frustrating. This game is less challenging as long as you buy the bundles to help you along. It really wasnt made for those playing for free. You’ll get by,but slowly to gain grounds where those that purchase bundles really advance. If you belong to a good group-alliance, it can be fun with the interaction amongst your menbers. I suggest, give it a try and become a member of an alliance, you cant make it far without being part of one.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME!!!. I’ve been playing this game for a year. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on it. Another person playing in our realm got into my account and linked it to a steam account. (It was already linked to my Game Center) I have emailed back and forth with GameLoft and they refuse to help. They basically just said... oh well, too bad! That is TERRIBLE customer service and a perfect example of the lack of care and appreciation that GameLoft shows it’s PAYING customers!

Option. March of Empires is an awesome almost complete game, by almost I mean you should at least be able to move to another Realm after reaching top lvl Castle like in the beginning before you reach a certain level... other then that game is a most Play !!

They are thieves. Play game almost 4 years they go ban me after $2000 buying packs over the time playing game it has glitched every update if play you can not buy enough packs to keep up with bots player I don’t use bots I don’t cheat i don’t mistreat people and was ambassador for the game at one time with facebook and many post for game I say after stealing my money don’t play game rip this game Kingbrad of 425 realm I started in308 merge 362 merger to 425 now

Do not spend money on this game. First off I will state that March of Empires is a fun game where you can meet new friends. However if you ever lose your account they will not help you to recover it no matter how much money you have spent on the game. I played for over two years and lost access to my account on my main device. I have been contacting customer service for over 2 months and they refuse to help me. Very very poor customer service. If you choose to play this game you will enjoy it, but keep in mind if you lose your account you will be starting over.

The game is fun just is missing somethings. Mentors should not have to pay gold for stuff to send to there students also we should be able to have gold mines around like iron,stone,silver not once every month I mean forever also it should not take so much time to collect one more thing we should be able to train faster

Updates/Maintenance. This game really need to fix other players account when it comes to updates. There are so many players who can not log into their account when there is an update. Customer support are very slow at responding back to emails/messages. This is a big problem that can lead to many players quitting after spending money into the game. If you're looking for a strategic war game.. this game is not for you. This game will make you spend hundreds of dollars that can lead your account unaccessible.

Exciting. The game play is simple, you get to play with people all around the world. There is a lot of strategy involved, but still fun. I wish you could trade gold with other players the same way you send anything else. Perhaps if the speed ups were transferable too, that would be nice..

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I was in an alliance that received 1st place award for Conquest event where only 2 members have rallied capitals and though I did not rally capitals, all members of my alliance received 1st place award except me. Contacted customer service numerous times and they refused to fix the issue. Customer service even LIES to you saying that participation is necessary in alliance events to get alliance awards. If you have issues with the the game, customer service will not research and fix your issues. All the bad reviews are absolutely TRUE.

Trade. Get ride of the only trade ten times it ruins the game. Players already have to wait for a trade post to restock its stupid and makes then sense and the Game boring. And the trade events those are gonna be crap now. So if you don’t fix that then thanks a lot for ruining the game. The fun of the trade posts were people were competing for them when they had good deals and wanted to trade off. Now you just ruined it? Seriously? CHANGE IT BACK if you don’t want to louse players and get bad reviews much like this one. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

March of empire is not a war game. It is a stradegy game. Of which you determine your goal and how to reach them. Good and evil people playing different games within a world that’s favors the wallet. But succumbs to hard work and keen choice of teammates. Three stars because it’s a drug like addiction that will grab your reality and contort your beliefs and test your thresHold of patients . Trying to turn the frown upside good luck. !

Great game but.... This game has a terrific idea and I love it, but the only things that gets on my nerves is this... The person that meets you in the game, making me nervous that my mom could see it. I try to ignore it, but it still annoys me. Also, I hate that it takes extremely long to build buildings and train troops. Yet the good thing about it is that the building buildings and training troops is WAY faster then boom beach, clash of clans, dominations, and the rest of that kind of game I’ve played. I just want to say that I would want no person to meet you in the beginning of the game and the rest of it. Also just a little bit quicker for the building buildings and training troops.

Purchase to play?. To get the new updated version in order to play March of empires, do you have to pay for the new update version cause that’s the only other option I see to get my game started back up, if anyone knows anything please get back to me, thanks.

Great Game. I have been playing this game since while . It’s very nice game compared to COC . The only thing I don’t like about this game is application gets crash more often during playing the game . I hope developers will fix this soon. Besides that I love this game so far .

Cannot play quietly. As many people have pointed out, higher level players regularly raid lower level players, setting you back days of progress at a time. Unless you pump a lot of real money into this game, you are going to find it frustrating and annoying. After trying for months to enjoy it, I just can’t. Without installing some limits on who can attack who, this game will stay oriented towards a certain cache of users.

$$$ and shields. Played the game for a few yrs. If you like being a slave to shields and never catching up to the bigger accounts than this game is for you. You will have to spend money to advance anywhere and you will lose everything because you can’t log on to protect yourself at some point. There are lots of good people in the game but it is a game built on hate. Enjoy!!

Old Rival Knights. If you downloaded this game because you saw a snippet of your old favorite Jousting game. Well got some bad news you barely even get it. It’s a mini game now. To Gameloft, please just bring the OG Rival Knights back. You clearly don’t have a issue with it being on the newer IOS or any other phone now because you have it in here. Stop using it as a mini game because the original game was amazing now you just filled a bunch of low quality junk in this and took the best part and trashed it for a little mini game.

Learn game before writing review!. Felicia. Learn how to play game before leaving a review. This is an excellent game. You cannot be attacked if you stay shielded. No matter how big someone else is. If you stay shielded you can grow to compete with anyone. Graphics are awesome. One of best parts of game is the friends made in your alliance.

Money and Support. I spent almost $2000 USD. My friend spend $15,000+ USD. 4 month old realm. Sad to say we both almost quit the game. Why? Because some how a group of Turkish players can have multiple accounts per person and play on one main account 24/7 to progress so much that even a man with $15,000 can’t do. I contact support so many time. I get pushed away. I feel like an insignificant customer. Like I’m throwing $100 bills at a strip club. I want to talk to a developer. Not get pushed away by the basic staff. This game breaks my heart, and I know who to blame.

1 Star. Been playing this game for close to 3 years. Recently an update has prevented me from logging in. Customer service does not exist for this game so I am just screwed out of my account. There needs to be a much more efficient way for getting help to players that need it, especially in cases like this!! Also a pre-warning would be nice, this way we can place 3 day shields in case we are unable to login. I will rewrite my review and give 4-5 stars when someone reaches out and helps me, until then 1 Star it is

This will be your life. If you are ready to spend thousands of $$; if you are ready to allow this to dominate your life, this is a game for you. Many top players in game are willing spenders. Many spend over 6 hours per day to play. 7 days a week. When your team is winning, it is all great for a few months......... then it gets boring.

Close to perfect. There are still a few major issues. The cost for packs is way lower in countries like Turkey and Russia. Use a VPN it you’re American otherwise you’ll never be able to keep up. There are always people who thrive on attacking people without shields and players who don’t care about realm vs realm wars will still attack people in their own realm who are trying to retake capitals or fight the enemy.

Tokens. They are stupid it will make it to difficult for smaller people to grow I don’t think it’s fair what so ever. I don’t approve of this change and would greatly appreciate it being fixed

I love this game. I think this is a really fun game but there is one really big problem, over night sometimes my peace shield expires and people with 100million+ power come and destroy my entire army with little to no consequences. please make it so that you can’t attack someone that is less than 50 million less power than you.

New players can’t play. Game is interesting and has promise. But it is wholly unbalanced. Advanced players can attack and completely destroy new (weak) players. You lose everything and start over. The only option is to live under a peace “shield” - an item you cannot easily obtain and will be strongly pushed to buy with $$. So be warned. Interesting game. Expect high frustration and constant money requests. And the inability to play on a balanced field of players. This is truly a game for people who are at level 30 only and everyone else is cannon fodder.

Game loft customer support is terrible. They are good at helping you restore an a account, which is only natural if you want to keep players, but the level of competence of the support team regarding technical issues is mediocre at best. They do minimal investigation about a reported issue and offer cookie cutter suggestions like restart the game, check your internet connection/provider, blah, blah, blah. If they have to look change more than one screen to investigate an issue, you may as well consider your case lost. As far as I can see, there is no escalation method if you are dissatisfied with their “solution”.

Gameloft support. The game could use more active developers within the community yes it is active but it can be better I would love to see more active realms and more players I love this game and plan to keep playing I hope game loft sees this love your game

Eh.... I agree with other reviews about the large castles attacking the smaller castles and not allowing growth. Customer service is also garbage on this game. I was zeroed thanks to not being able to get in the game for a couple hours to re-shield (would load to a certain % and then stop), a common issue before, and they couldn’t find the glitch on their end so said too bad and refused to compensate. They don’t care unless you are a big spender in the game.

Not a very nice crowd. There a bully’s in this game and it is amazing this is allowed. You can not change to a different realm once you star doing well. The players in power know this and will be unbelievably cruel and rude. I know this is a war game so I don’t expected some brutal battles. I never expected the amount of personal abuse Game Loft allows. I will not recommend this game.

Pretty fun. Great game, in depth, and good strategy. Logistics are on the right path. Only thing I don’t agree with is the dependence on buying packs. If you don’t then you can’t keep up with the big guys. And once you reach certain threshold anyone and I mean anyone can’t hit you and you won’t have a chance

If you are new, do not even try it.. The game is loaded with lots of repetitive and many silly tedious tasks, which is fine. The problem is it is very unstable. Always offline, always something. The customer service chat won’t respond for days. And how do you get support when it is offline? They are still introducing new silly things without fixing old problems, now the game is a bloated. Yike.

The customer service is terrible. I have been playing the game for 4 years. Last month, I lost access to my account. I create another account to communicate with their customer service. They have been telling me that they are working on the situation since then. But all of the sudden, my second account got banned for cheating! Either GameLoft is messed up or corrupted. Maybe they got tired of my complains.

A couple of bad players can spoil it all. This game is very addictive but a few bad players can ruin it for everyone. I played this game a few years ago and thought I would give it another try. Everything started out well and then a few credit card players with a power trip joined and ruined it. Game loft could fix this but they won’t. They make a lot of money from these players.

Changes. I’m in love with the game. That being said can y’all make one change tho? Make it easier to have to castles. Koa has it where you could switch in between and everything. Other than that the game is amazing!! Daddypanda from realm 263.

iOS is a little better than PC. Older iOS, but works better than the PC version. This chat works longer before you have to restart the game to catch any updates. In the game itself, there needs to be some protection for the "noobs"! The big power players continually decimate the new players. Not a lot of incentive to stick around. Great graphics, blah, blah, blah. I do like the fact that you can play for more than two days without having to spend money, though! Thanks!!

Shields. Been playing this game for years, still dont like how theres no shield more then 3day? People go away on vacation an emergency happen in real life, should be able to at least make a 7day shield or even be able to combine the 24hour together? Its sad how long time players have to quit game because they got zereod because of emergency situations. I really dont enjoy the game, only stay because other family in game. You should think of this when you do updates, many people would stay an not quit.

Packs. I liked the game and spent money on packs to further my progression faster. Until I found out that what I was paying for packs in the US was 4 times what Turkish players was paying for the same thing. Mind you you don’t have to buy packs to play, you will never be competitive with the others unless you do. Constant harassment coupled with a sorry translator and unfair pricing will leave a bitter taste in your mouth. It will be best to try out a game that is newer and not associated with game loft if you want to try out this style game.

Die fast. Must stay active or lose a years worth of work in one hit they kill everything you will wanna quit players who think a free game is suppose to be free lol your gonna die dont waste your none spending money time you will have to spend cash to grow fast or its quitting time

Dying game by developers poor update content. You lost 75 realms last year. That should be a sign that players are not happy with the content. I look at the content of the most recent update and wonder if you had a discussion of “fun” in context to its content. For example the Adventure change is horrible and not fun. Not that Adventure was ever very fun, but at least it was semi useful. You removed the usefulness and made it less fun. I cannot recommend this game to new people.

Horrible Dishonest Game. You can’t Rate less than 4 stars because it sends you to Customer Service instead of the true rating they deserve. You have to play EVERYDAY or you lose everything you built up. The castles can move around and steal from other castles when their shield runs out of time. Stupid game. Game charges hundreds to ply it. They try to get every penny and dollar they can for building your castle.

Terrible ranking system. Castles who’s levels are 2 or 3 times higher are able to constantly attack you. People who can rally 500k troops are attacking my castles. And if I try to gather resources they will attack those resources. Be prepared to use a lot of shields, just to have a chance to build your army. The old desk top version gave you and automatic peace shield if you had been completely destroyed.

March of Empires. Highly addictive, lots of fun with friends, however top alliances are hording all lvl7, lvl6, and sometimes even lvl5 regions on realms. They use “farm” guilds to hold more regions than they should. What this causes is a monopoly. the top stay on top, and prey on lower lvl castles.. the lower alliances fight amongst themselves for the lvl3 and lvl4 regions to try to catch up to the top.. but without enough resources leveling your castle becomes very hard.. farming lower castles becomes more appealing because it is faster, but as you are doing that, a high level will teleport next to you snd farm your castle..

March of empires. It a good game and app but I we’ll only give it 3 stars not do to a game play but do to a apps I was playing this game on my pc on a Microsoft app and this is a 2ed time I cannot get in a game couse a Pc app crashes and a last time it did it was down for a few months but I had it on my phone now it appeared again and it been 3 weeks now I wish thay fix this bug or software issues already than it we’ll be a 5 start
