Update has completely destroyed this app. I’m not sure what is going on with this app, but it used to be my favorite furniture app. Now, I can’t even get the app to load. I deleted and re-installed, and was able to open it. However, it says there are no products and keeps giving CONSTANT errors. It’s completely unusable. I’m deleting it for now. Maybe I’ll see if they fix the issue in the future, but I’m not wasting phone memory on something that’s doesn’t work.

Gorgeous items but HORRIBLE APP. All Modern has the potential to be great. It does, I won’t take that from them. However the app? Well, the developers must dislike the users because it.. just.. doesn’t work. You can’t sign into the app after creating a new password every single time and let me tell you, there are only but so many passwords you can get and remember. The items don’t load, the app will “oops, something went wrong” for no reason. It is not the modern app it wants to be and I truly, wish it was. Do better you guys because we love your pieces! Stealing customer rating imagery and reviews from Wayfair. 1) annoying I couldn’t click on product reviews until I entered my email. I had to try constantly to get it to work. Read reviews and liked a product, then decided to read reviews online on AllModern, since their site annoyed me enough to question if it was a decent business Which leads me to: 2) that are using/scraped all imagery and reviews from Wayfair. DIRECTLY. same product (a lamp) but different name - yet same reviews. Verbatim. That means any reviewer *actually reviewing Wayfair*’s shipping or customer service alongside the product.... is showing up in the AllModern stuff Not good The AllModern reviews on Google are rated 3/5 but sounds like the customer service is absolutely terrible from what people noted. It also is REALLY annoying you need to send an email to read a product review, and also that it took a lot of clicks to get the “read a review” to work (inconsistent site links) so the website is bad as well

Best way to shop!. I am constantly finding more reasons to love this app! For once you can actually filter pieces by SIZE!!! Actual dimensions!!! And the prices are unbeatable!!! I was going to build a console table for our new home until the Reba dropped to $64! I couldn’t even get quality lumber for that cheap!! And their customer service is TOP KNOTCH! No lie! Love everything about this app!!

What would we do without our Wayfair!!!. Just want to leave more positive comments on another wonderful experience today. I get so excited when I see my Wayfair are delivery truck coming and I know that not only am I getting my awesome products, but I’m getting a genuine caring attitude as well!

Amazing! If your a visual person get it!!!. The more I use this app, the more I love it. Seriously probably the best app I’ve used. Renovating our new house and this app allows you to view the product in room and at times it actually looks real!! FANTASTIC APP!

Great app with minor software kinks. To me, this app‘s appeal stems from no doubt its user-friendly interface, which combines a modern look with sophisticated navigation features. Yet, it does tend to be glitchy and produces a persistent server error message when you’ve browsed it for a good while. I’m not sure if that’s an issue caused by a bug, but it would help to get it fixed.

We LOVE All Modern. We got a new house and redid the style from our last house. Almost everything was new. With All Modern we were able to get really unique accent pieces without breaking the bank. Everything has been as described and delivered on time.

Great App. I haven’t received a product yet because I just ordered it! But, the process using the App was perfect! Received product a week early. Came in two very heavy boxes. Fortunately my grandson was here and able to get them in the house for me. It took our handyman 2 1/2 hours to put together. He was impressed with the instructions. I love it. It looks very nice. Fits perfectly in the space. Thank you!

All Modern Great Taste. I love all the products I am seeing on this app. I like that you can create a wish list and add photos of your space to see how items would look. I am having a problem with the app, however, every time I open it. I have to keep signing in and it always says my password is wrong even though I know it’s right so each time I have to request to reset the password. It is so frustrating! I was so excited about having the app because I’m moving and am in need of new pieces but I am not sure I can trust ordering through an app that doesn’t seem to function when it comes to stuff like passwords. Every time I have to retrieve a password via email is just an opportunity for some hacker to gain entry and get my Financial info. I don’t mind using this like a Pinterest type account, but I was hoping to also order. I gave two stars because of that. Trust is that big of a deal to me.

Very Annoying. Very annoyed. I saw this aztec style comforter on my facebook feed. I have a wayfair card so I clicked to take a look. You have to download the app. Very annoying. I went to the webbsite, searched for 10 minutes and didn’t find the item. So I gave in and downloaded the app. I click on the item from the FB ad, and it takes me to the hime page of the app. I try again and again. Same. Yes, I closed the app first. At aboyt the 5th try, the app refuses to close. When I try to click anything on the page, it doesn’t reapond. When I try to click on Facebook app, the AllModern app refreshes and appears on the screen. What an awful app and forget about the purchase. I don’t need it badly enough to deal with this.

Products Are Trash; No Support. Ordered an $80 small lamp here and the switch failed in just under two months. AllModern refuses to replace the lamp, saying their warranty only goes to 30 days. They don’t stand behind their products at all. Do not buy any furniture from this app if you expect it to be high quality and work long term, because the quality is terrible and the support is even worse. UPDATE to Dev Response: the company’s service team is totally unwilling to help. Their “service” extends to 30 days and that’s all. Imagine if you bought a $3000 couch that fell apart in 35 days, how happy would you be with this app?

Frustrated. Frustratingly poor app for a company that sells all of its merchandise online. Can’t click on items in My Projects. Slow. Buggy. Can’t select specific notifications to receive (I don’t want random notifications for items I’m not specifically looking at). Can’t always select out of stock items to receive notifications for. Back button often doesn’t bring you back to last screen. List goes on...

10% Discount for New Customers. I downloaded the app and expected a 10% discount in the checkout as a new customer, wasn’t there. Called customer service and was told that I’d receive via email. Two days go by, no discount. I called customer service and was told to just make the purchase and they’ll take care of me on the backend with customer service...SERIOUS lack of trust now. Also, they’ll bait you with wrong photos of products on sale. That’s ANOTHER story.

App is horrible!. The app is so slow to load anything. Also, you start clicking on things in the emails they send you, all of a sudden the app will no longer load. Just says retry. Have to leave it alone for a couple of hours. Also, for those of you that don’t know, AllModern and Wayfair are the same. This is how they really screw you. I ordered patio furniture from AllModern, bc it showed a delivery date a week before wayfair. Supposed to b delivered middle of last week of May. Now starting second week of June and still no product. I understand covid, but this had been going on for two months before I ordered, so you should know by now your delivery times. Don’t bait people into purchasing showing a short delivery time, then after they order say oh hey, yea there are delays now bc of covid. Deception is not a good way to earn or keep customers. Sure hope this furniture is quality, cause if not, it will be the last product I ever order from AllModern or wayfair.

Cannot Turn Off Promotional Notifications. I want to receive notifications about my order, but I don’t want to receive notifications about sales and promotions. Unfortunately, you cannot turn off notifications for specific things in the app, and the only option is to turn off notifications for the entire app within iOS settings. So either you get all of your order notifications and spam, or you get none.

Love Allmodern!. I love shopping on the Allmodern website for certain items and others right here on the app. The app is handy as it keeps you up to date on orders if you quickly want to check or it’ll push notifications on shipment and if an item is back in stock. AllModern has quickly become our one-stop- shop for everything home.

The Best at Affordable Prices. My brother, Steve, owns a building and design firm in NYC and he shops at AllModern for himself and his clients. Even when price is not a concern, his staff sources with AllModern and the sister companies, Wayfair and Joss & Main. The selection is extraordinary and the prices are more than fair. Service is always excellent and the design team is ready to help. I recently purchased a chandelier for the kitchen at 1/4 the price of the inspiration piece in the trade lighting catalogues. It’s a lot of fun to find the best and spend so little. And frankly, I like the compliments.

I love this. I have bought items before from AllModern for my old apt in 2017 I have finally got a bigger apt in 2019 and sure enough I had saved the items I liked the most then remove and added them according to every space my dream shop where I can get everything for the house in one place and I get quality items and free delivery

I love shopping this sight.. I just wish you had more comfortable looking couches these all look like the 50s and I like the 70s better or 80s overstaffed and big.I’ve liked everything I bought from you and never had a problem and that’s saying a lot trust me. Barbra Nolan

Glitchy is an understatement. I just downloaded this app and am completely shocked at its’ performance. I’ve had to shut it down three times because I couldn’t back out of the shopping cart to continue shopping. My only option was to “complete the purchase.” Also the preview of items returned from the search are only partially viewable. What good is the rod portion of a chandelier, I ask you? Work the bugs out so we can have a pleasant experience while using this app.

Absolutely AMAZING. I live by this app. You get the absolute best selection on items, user friendly interface, fast responding customer service should you need to call, and the return process if you do not like an item is a dream. All around perfect app.

Pleased. I am very pleased with the adjustable standing desk that I purchased from AllModern. Setup was simple and in the week that I have used it I could not be more satisfied. If I could add any functionality it would be for it to have wheels for simpler movement.

Great Store, App Errors. I love All Modern and Wayfair but there are frequently app errors. The main one that is really frustrating is with lists. I created a list that has about 50 items saved, but when I click into it the items frequently disappear. The other thing that would be nice is if the app would keep searches saved on the phone even when you click off the app. Even better - it would be great if you could save different searches!

Great shopping experience with great customer service and wonderful new decor!. New products with modern decor. Great customer service and they always get my orders out in a timely matter, and staff are always available to answer your calls or any questions that you may have.

All things Modern. I’ve made many purchases from All Modern. Everything from new bedroom furniture sets, fireplace/tv consoles, art, and even new bathroom towel sets. Everything comes in nicer then expected and the one item my husband didn’t like.... All Modern made my return so easy!

Filtering Mechanism is Useless. The filter does not filter out the correct items. If I select single material-wood, solid material-wood for a bed, and a whole other category exist for upholstered/fabric material for headboards that I DID NOT select, then obviously I DON’t want to see upholstered headboard in the results, YET, about five items in, the selection switched to mostly upholstered headboard, which now makes me think, the stupid filtering mechanism probably filtered out solid wood headboard/beds that I actually did want to see. Why have a filtering mechanism if you don’t have a decent algorithm to support it. Real disappointment.

Best furniture if you like style for less. This website has the perfect unique pieces at prices that can’t be beat. You can find a range of modern, styled home furnishings and decor and can always find a variety of price ranges. IKEA, Target prices for better quality and style that you won’t find in a store...I use mid century and and boho styles merged with Art Deco and this is my go to site!

Terrible and absurd company. Terrible customer service, the worst I’ve ever seen, phone service representatives not helpful and very disrespectful. They keep canceling my order and insist that I change my billing address to the same as my shipping address or they will cancel my order for ever, which means I can not buy anything to ship to places other my home, this is utterly absurd and never heard off, Called my bank, changed the address, All modern still cancels my order, what have I wronged All modern, I made 5 ordered and got canceled each with and met with disrespectful customer service. This company will not have a future !

My Go-To Site For Home Furnishings!. I get so excited every time I get notifications from AllModern! I love everything that AllModern offers on their website! Can’t wait for my new planters to arrive.

Love the products, hate the app!. I really love the products and price point of AllModern, but the app is always soooo slow to open, load photos, etc. I don’t have these issues with other apps, have good internet connection and always try to keep the latest version updated in my phone. I hope they can upgrade the app to improve the shopping experience.

Love AM, Hate Shopping on the App. I love everything about AM—selection, quality, delivery speed—but I hate using the app. When I select a category for shopping, sometimes I get furniture but just as often I get “can’t find any results.” This isn’t a response to a filtered search, just a response to clicking “Living Room,” for example. Once I get a category to load, fingers crossed that clicking on an item won’t give me “We’re sorry! We can’t find any results for ___.” I was just looking at it seconds before! I shop with the app anyways, but would love not to spend hours closing and reopening it to do so. Please, please fix the bugs. I buy from AM frequently for both my home and office. P.S. the Wayfair app (same company) does the same thing so I also left the same review there.

Great products. Great prices. We moved into our new retirement home, after downsizing....And believe it or not we need a bunch of things to work into this new space and so many of them have been found on this app and website. Amazing. Best customer service I have ever had from an online company. Will definitely shop from here again. A few months ago we moved from a home to a much smaller condo. I bought a number of area rugs and an accent chair - very happy with everything and All Modern is the first app I look at when shopping for the home.

This app often has connection issues.. This app is basically like having a modern filter on Wayfair. I don’t know what the issue is, but the app seems to have difficulty connecting to Wayfair’s servers. When you try to view an item, it will give an error message. Looking at the same item on the Wayfair app doesn’t have the same problem. Same thing happens when trying to edit your lists. It occurs on the website too, so it seems to be a technical issue Wayfair needs to resolve.

The app is easy to use. Absolutely loved purchasing my items from your website!! Hopefully the delivery and the items purchased of if such high quality too!

“Nothing to see here yet”. When I click on my cart. Which is perplexing because it’s after I’ve added things to my cart. I’ve got the app updated, logged out and back in. Now what? Are you a shopping app or more like Pinterest now? 3 stars because I used app in the past and didn’t have these issues but the past few weeks have been disappointing. I would like to buy a rug, linens etc but your app is not functioning and wasting my time.

Terrible costumer service and the website lies about the number of product they have in stock. I spent 200 dollars on an item that was listed in stock. A week later I got an email saying this product was on backorder and they didn’t have any left. When I called customer service they encouraged me to cancel my order. When I asked for some kind of compensation and said I will not shop here anymore the costumer service rep essentially told me I don’t care. I can’t do anything. In other words either give me your money or stop talking to me. I will get my product that I paid for. But I will never shop on this app again.

Amazing fit for an amazing price. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. This app is my best kept secret. The quality of product matches the description perfectly. The quality for their price out stands any retailer. I’ve only had one item I had to return and the promptness and efficiency of their staff is amazing.

Easy app to search. I was looking for bar stools and loved that could filter and search based on height to fit my bat height counter - app makes it easy to search and usually lots of pics and reviews which helps too

Constant crashing. Crashes frequently, so I have to start my search completely over. It also takes a long time to load pages so if you accidentally touch a product you have to wait for that page to load fully and then go back. Also, it doesn’t save all my products. Very confusing when I KNOW I just found a tv stand I liked and saved it to my favorites....now it’s missing from my page.

When trying to filter search results, it can’t or doesn’t. And there just so many other things wrong with the app… it’s sometimes doesn’t want to load or just loads for probably hours at a time but I’m not sticking around the see…I hope it will be fixed soon because there have been so many things that I wanted to buy but i can’t because it never fully loads my shopping cart which is already full which is a shame because I think I’m going to have to get my sectional somewhere else even though I fell in love with one on the app ☹️ I have been wanting to buy things on here for the past several months but I have 65 items in my cart that I can’t check out because it doesn’t let me…

Descriptions are lacking. Many of the items look nice in the pictures and have generated interest. However, I would never purchase anything from this site because none of the descriptions include measurements. I’m not sure how people are shopping online for household items without knowing the height and width, but that is a very important piece if information.

Search results are awful. I originally downloaded this app after seeing an ad on Instagram of several pieces of furniture I wanted to look into. However, once I downloaded the app, I could not find those pieces of furniture. The search bar on the Home screen doesn’t work and the furniture doesn’t come up even when I search the exact terms used in the Instagram ad that led me to AllModern’s app in the first place. Please fix this search function!

Terrible quality. Want to give no stars but that is not an option. Terrible quality!!!! Ordered several things after moving into a new house. Half of what we ordered was damaged. Bed came with headboard that was spilt when it was assembled and was shipped anyway. Clearly no quality control. Rails came scratched and damaged. Only piece that was good was the footboard and now I have to pay to ship it back. Just opens a three drawer chest and the bottom is cracked at one of the feet and I do not want to keep the matching nightstand but would have to pay to to ship it back. If a piece is damaged they ask you to dispose of it like I have a way to get a bed and a dresser in a vehicle and get rid of it. Quality is terrible do not order from AllModern or any of their affiliated companies like Wayfair.

Inflated app rating. Bad notification settings. The high rating on this app is from people rating the selection of items and prices AllModern has which of course is excellent. The app itself however is rather standard. My biggest complaint is that unlike other app-based retailers, you can’t turn off promotional notifications without turning all notifications off, including important order status ones. I have low expectations for a notification type setting to be added because, well, they’re in the business of trying to sell me stuff. I hope I’m proven wrong...

In love !. I ordered my daughter a bed and a mattress about 30 days ago. It was easy to to put together and she loves it. Since then I’ve bought a rug for my dining room which is exactly what I wanted and I just ordered a throw blanket that I can’t wait to get. I love the discounts and the slashed prices.

Never Disappoints. I have been purchasing a few items here and there and keep coming back to All Modern. The products are great!

Order history blank. I can’t view my orders or track my packages. The orders page shows (0) orders despite having order at least 20 different items over the years. This makes it impossible to know when things are coming as the emails are not always reliable.

CHANGING PASSWORD IS A NIGHTMARE. I NEED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD. I don’t need a sign in link, I need to change my password. I can’t change it with a sign-in link which then requires me to know my old password in order to create a new one. When I FINALLY got around your horrid system and got a “password reset” email, I entered a new password in new password field, and then it was REFUSED because the “link wasn’t validated.” Fix your system!!!

Needs work.. The “view in room” needs work compared to many other apps, many don’t work at all. Items always seem to be out of stock, and they are cross priced among multiple platforms. Was excited for this app until I actually wanted to purchase something.

Nice choice but terrible app. All furniture looks so nice with great design. But the app so terrible. It’s always said something went wrong every 10 used app 😩 . But I still keep use it because I have no choice

Bi-folding doors.. I purchased 2 louvered bi- folding doors. One arrived with a footprint on the package. When we opened the package one of the louvered pieces was indented. I called for a replacement and was promised to receive the door within 2 days. It has now been 2 weeks and no arrival. While waiting, half of the doors lost its louvered slot pieces and I cannot find anyone to follow up with this horrible, unprofessional service.

Unusable - Always thinks I’m a bot. The app always fails with the screen that says “We’re sorry! We couldn’t find any results” and if I go to the website it asks me if I’m a bot. If I continue using the website, it’s fine but if I go back to using the app I’ll get the same error again. You’re losing sales because your api thinks regular users are bots.

Doesn’t even load. It was working at some point in the past but currently it does not load anything. I keep seeing errors that the server connection is not working and to retry, anytime I try to log in it doesn’t work. Kind of bummed out because I was trying to use the AR feature.

Great selection!. Love the look of the app and the sort and filter features for searching. Only critique - favorites list doesn’t link to item descriptions.

App is unusable. If you manage to get logged in, you won’t be able to view your favorites or any orders placed. “Something went wrong” appears any time you click anything related to your account. God forbid you log out, you’ll never get logged in again. Deleting the app and reinstalling it seems to get things working about 50% of the time, but is it worth it? Not really.

Sluggish app- great online store. I love all the beautiful products on AllModern- I just wish the app worked better! Just downloaded it and I've already had to restart the app several times- some pages don't load at all, others are very slow to open. It's a bit glitchy- I hope it is improved.

Do not order. Do not order from here or wayfair. One product I purchased was delayed 60 days and I was told there was a high possibility they would cancel the order. Another - ordered bar stools from All modern, they didn't send me enough hardware. When I called for one package of hardware, they sent me 3 wrong packages. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. It's honestly not worth the hassle.

Out of stock items. Everything I want is out of stock! I order from AllModern all of the time to decorate and furnish my model homes and have never had such an issue with items being out of stock. Very disappointing!

Always crash. App always crash when looking at multiple items. Auto sign out and cant sign back in. Doesn’t happen once but all the time. Idk if they really want customers to buy their products or not when app keep crashing every click.

Great site to get ideas. I love "window" shopping for new, exciting styles. This is where I get my ideas. After I save up, this is the place to purchase from, also.

Done button doesn’t work viewing photos. When I tap on customer photo thumbnails to see how furniture looks up close, there’s no way to exit this view as the Done button does not respond. I have to force quit the app.

Incredible quality and customer service. AllModern has an easy app to research and purchase. I ordered a glass dining table and they kept me updated throughout the shipping process and it arrived without any damage whatsoever. The table and four chairs are even better than I expected online and a great value for the price. I'm ordering a new work desk from the app and it's so easy. Mobile web is better. Super glitchy, freezes, hides categories then after it crashes and you open it back up they’re available. Says there’s 147 items on a page but only shows 15-20 then huge lag to continue scrolling. This app is not very good at all.

App is good, log in is annoying. Wish I could add things to my cart without being logged in, because I often loose the item I’m looking at when I go back through the log in process.

Furniture delivered!!. I would not have believed I would furnish my home with items purchased online. I have a twin sleeper, area rug, two recliners and even a beautiful tile backsplash. Never returned anything. I’m definitely pleased.

App crash. Since the last update, The app keeps going back to the top out of nowhere when scrolling down on any items list.

Solid furniture. Been decorating a place ill rent for a few years been finding used MCM stuff and mixing it in with their new stuff and it’s looking good
