The iOS version does nothing!. If you've read articles referring to all the great feature offered by the OFFTIME app beware, none of these features exist in the iOS version. The only feature is that it times your phone usage while the app is turned on. It does not reduce distractions in any way. There are plenty of free apps that do this one small task better. I want my money back!

This app is useless. Delete.. Useless app. It does nothing.

Absolute garbage app. Who makes the decisions at your headquarters??? This app used to be able to block other apps. No one cares about blocking calls- pay attention to your customer base. 1 star is too many stars

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I’m paying for an app that advertises it blocks specific apps AND calls…only to pay for the app and download it to find out it will only block calls unless I pay for the premium version. Such a scam.

Useless. I bought this thinking it would help me block apps/social media. All it does is block calls. I don’t get unnecessary calls, most people don’t anymore. This is useless.

Exclude particular apps?. This app is exactly what I need, and am so happy to have it-but having the phone make a loud buzz when in the middle of driving and using directions is a bit scary! This is a bit of a tall order, since there is already an on/off toggle, but it's easy to forget something like that before every single drive, so e.g. being able to permanently exclude Apple/Google maps from what Offtime counts (and probably other apps too) would be useful!! Still, great work!

Complete scam. This app is a complete scam. Nothing works in it and it only blocks calls which simple DND feature on all phones already does. It’s a scam don’t waste your dollar

Do not waste your $4. This is purposefully misleading. They use certain verbiage to make you think upgrading to pro will give you the benefits of blocking more than just phone calls. This app is useless.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 6s. I have to waste another time to ask for refund! Absolutely rubbish!

Garbage. I bought this so I could choose to turn off my work apps on the weekend, giving me more family time. It does not have that feature, despite advertising that it does. It also insists on using your location continuously, which is not necessary and wastes my battery. It sends endless notifications if you turn off location. I don’t care where I am when I use my phone. That should be optional. I demand a full refund for my pro account and advise everyone to avoid this app.

Should've read the reviews before downloading. This app really doesn't need to use location info in the way that it does. It's also super inaccurate, sending notifications in offtime when I'm not even using my phone! It also doesn't seem to have all the features it advertises. I was looking forward to an app that would let me turn off Facebook and twitter and still allow me to look at emails or receive phone calls. Doesn't look to be the case.

Only blocks calls - not apps or notifications. I used to use this to block apps to limit distractions but the functionality changed. Now it only blocks calls. I could just use ‘do not disturb’ for that functionality. Not useful.

False Advertising. Doesn’t block apps at all. Scheduling offtime doesn’t mean you can’t access social media (aka block - the word used in their advertising) it just get disappointed in you if you open them. Not what I was looking for. Update your app description.

Didn't even work. I got this app to block certain apps in the morning so that I'm not tempted to use my phone, but it didn't even work. I tested it out on fb & it opened fb right away. Even if it did work, I wish I had realized before I bought it that it was also supposed to block calls & messages because I don't want those blocked. I am a mother, I need to be able to be reached 24/7. And finally, I wanted to be able to set a reoccurring "time off", but the scheduler only works one day at a time. Totally useless app. Wish I hadn't wasted my money on it.

Hot garbage. This app is trash. It’s misleading and does not block any apps at all. In fact after you purchase it for 1$ it still requires you to pay $2.99 for premium. This app literally does nothing that you can’t do with “do not disturb”

Bought this and now it won’t let me sign up. I bought this app and now it’s saying did you buy an old version of this app? How should I know if I bought an old version? It looks like a scam....If there is any technical support I need this fixed otherwise it just takes your money sign in and register for an account.

what happened?!. This app used to be so useful. It would block all apps except a few chosen ones. Now it only blocks calls (who still receives calls?!) and I have to pay for it?! I would’ve been more than happy to pay if it had all the same features, but now there’s less. Extremely disappointing.

Don’t bother- only blocks calls. I read a few reviews and their must be a new version that does nothing out. It only blocks calls, as if that is what keeps people on their phones. Don’t bother - old websites that rave about this must have had a earlier version

Useless. I have tried to add my email to create an account several times. When I hit next, the app says that the email I’m adding already exists. I add another email and again the same message. I go to login, add my email, and then hit forgot password. A message pops up saying the account doesn’t exist. I paid for this app and it’s proving to be useless. Also, even when I’m on time out, I can still access all the apps. Money not well spent

Apples Bedtime feature for $.99 👎🏻👎🏻. You already own this “app”. Don’t waste your money. There may be some glorious features in the premium option that they instantly and repeatedly offer once you've ALREADY paid for the app but that’s a rabbit hole I won’t be jumping in. Two thumbs done on these guys.

Even more distracting. I got this app to keep me off my phone more often so I could do my work. Whenever I get a notification, the app gives me a notification, which makes it give me another notification, etc, to the point I'm distracted by this stupid app giving me endless notifications. This is practically doing the opposite of what it's supposed to do.

Only blocks calls - even pro version. Apparently because of some Apple clause, you cannot block actual apps - just calls. Absolutely a waste of money. Do not buy.

Worthless. This app should not need to track you even when you're not using it. I really just wanted to block certain apps at certain times. But nothing seems to work unless you give them access to your location all the time. Immediately deleted. Waste of money.

Offtime. Wasted money. I had my phone charge all night. Picked up for first time and had four marks for usage. What is it counting, emails? Turned off notifications first day as annoying. Shouldnt have to put in airplane mode and if you do, it should do so from app. Buttons for that dont work. I will try couple more days to see if i can get any use for money.

👎🏻 what the actual fk!?. They charged a $1... to sell the free standard iOS Bedtime feature!! And it has NO app blocking ... it says it blocks calls(!!!)? Do they even know their target audience! How do I get my money back as even throwing a dollar on this atrocity is too much.

Doesn't work. This app is a great idea, but it's frustrating because whenever I turn on an Offtime, it continuously alerts as if I had been trying to use my phone. Not sure if it's because apps are active in the background, but it only stops if you also put it in airplane mode, which is just another step I don't want to have to do. Not worth $3 I want it back!

Finally available for iPhone!. I have been waiting forever for this to come out on iOS! I need it to take my life back!

Needs to fix a small thing.. The app is basically used as a leash/reminder to myself . I lift my phone I see the OFFTIME screen and I set the phone back down. I don’t expect it to do too much and therefore I’m very happy with the product Except for one thing When I set my offtime to 3 hours and 17 minutes , it has a glitch where it says AM for absolutely no reason So if it says 3AM Hrs 17 minutes Of offtime left , when it’s supposed to say 3 Hours and 17 Minutes of offtime left The extra random AM it says in their blows my mind. How can you be selling a product on App Store but can’t fix that ! Cmon man Fix it now it should take u 7 minutes Other than that 5 stars for sure. Waste of money. Never sent confirmation email so I can use app. It was suggested on a website and I should have read the reviews.

DO NOT BUY. I was recommended to use offtime by some dumb article about productivity apps. There are much superior apps that will “block” access, either through incentives such as Forest, or by blocking websites like Zero Willpower. Offtime is so minimalist it barely does anything. I just want to schedule a recurring offtime session that takes place at the same time every day (10 pm to 10 am, so I can’t use my phone at night). It says it will repeat a scheduled offtime but doesn’t actually do it. Useless!!!

Should not require location tracking!. This app requires continuous location tracking. It is not possible to disable location tracking and still get usage statistics. If I don't care where I use my phone, I should be able to turn off location tracking but still get info on usage minutes! Until this problem is resolved I'm deleting this app and would advise anyone concerned about privacy to not buy it.

Useless. I just paid three bucks for a call-blocker after reading about a program that allegedly would block selected apps. That’s basically the opposite of what I wanted. Weird bait and switch. Profoundly annoyed.

I can’t register. It keeps saying there is a technical problem currently and won’t let me register. Which means I can’t use the app at all. I contacted them and no one replied. I hope I get my money back through Apple.

App is unusable. I would give this no stars if that was possible, considering the app doesn’t even function. I have tried on multiple occasions to register, and it never sends me a link to verify my email, so I cannot log in and use the app. I messaged customer service and have still not heard back from them. Wish I read the reviews in the App Store before downloading.

Not what I was looking for. I was looking for an app that can limit my usage on other apps like FB etc but this basically just tracks your usage. There is a time off function which blacks out your entire phone but that’s not what I needed. Wish I had my $5 back

Pointless app. All it does is come up with a timer which you can edit from so it does not limit your phone usage. Worst waste of 5$ and it offers a pro version which cost an extra 5$. DO NOT BUY

Don’t fall into the same trap that I did thinking that all the functions advertised on the apps website are offered on the iOs version - which judging by the $5 price you would hope is the case! Apps does very little other than track your usage, and then offers another $5 upgrade to ‘Pro’ - the result of which I’m certain would be disappointing. Absolute racket

Initial cost is a scam. The cost to download this app is not even for a fully working app, it will quickly ask you to pay a further (almost) $5 to access the “full” version” aka an actual working app. Even then it only blocks calls. Scam and waste of a dollar

Pointless App. The app's method of 'blocking' your phone is instructing you to turn flight mode on. I did not need to spend $5 to do that.

Don't Watson your money. I purchased this app with the impression that it totally blocked phone use for a specific period of time but it doesn't. It simply comes up with a black screen and a count down timer that you can exit at any time.

Not good. I can’t restrict usage of specific apps...

Feels like a scam. I paid for the pro version but am not able to register my email address, which means I can’t use it at all. There’s no information about privacy protection and the website is unfinished. I’d ask for my money back if I was able to actually report an issue, but that function doesn’t work either.

Useless. Paid the first 0.99¢ then the 3.99$ for an app that is useful. We can do the same with the app provided with the phone. Useless.

Not worth it. All this app does is track the amount of time on your phone. The offtime is simply just a screen. All you have to do is press the home button and voila - you have total access to your phone. If you're looking for something to lock you out of your phone for a bit - this isn't it. Also, you're paying for the lite version. Cost to unlock the pro features is even more than the app cost and it's not even clear what the pro features are.

Dishonest, even for past customers. I paid (3.99) for the app back in 2018, used it for a bit, then deleted it. I redownloaded it today, in 2020, and the app is now asking me to pay 3.99 to unlock pro features. What a joke!

Terrible for iOS. I bought this app mainly so that I could block my daily usage on some apps while still allowing others. After buying and downloading, I realized that although the Android version might do those things, the iOS version's functionality is EXTREMELY limited. Even for $2 it's a scam. Nowhere do they communicate the difference between the two...

Doesnt work!. It doesn't track anything except the "times used today". The time you spent on your phone shows always zero, as it is reset everytime the app is opened...

What happened to this app?. I had this app on my Android phone for many years and loved it, so I wanted it again when I switched to an iPhone. I of course don’t remember my password from many years ago (in fact, I don’t remember setting up an account at all), but regardless, this version will not actually send a password reset to my current email. I attempted to set up a brand new account with a different email, but that email address never received the account verification message necessary to sign in. I’m requesting a refund since there’s no way for me to actually get into the app.

Not sure it works properly. Paid for the app, but all it did successfully was lock my phone up and shut off my WiFi (and I couldn’t reconnect until I deleted the app). Look for a free app that has better design before you buy this one.
