My account was suspended after my first transaction. At first it seem to be a great app, but my account was suspended after my first transaction, there was no previous notice. I was trying to login next day to see if the transaction was finalize, with the surprise that my account was suspended. I email the customer support and call different times with absolutely no response when I ask what was the reason for suspending my account. All 3 different persons that I spoke with told me I was not qualified to receive Ulink’s service even though I only made one transaction that was no finalized. I am still confused about it with no response from Ulink. Really bad experience.

Great service. I been using Ulink for years now …I don’t have any issues at this moment and I can send money to afore in Mexico that’s a plus. I was using others apps …like Xoom that can more expense and with Ulink the exchange rate is a litle more and the service fee can be free when you sending to Mexico to banorte. Thank you

BAD SERVICE. I have two-fourweeks trying to send money to my family, my first transacction they canceled it because ON my part I didn’t send the requirments that were Photo Id and bank statment. Then was waiting for my refund that took two weeks 😡 During that time I SENT MONEY again which I did indeed did send requirments and today I got an email that my transacion was cancelled didn’t say why so I called and they said they sent me an email saying that I had to CALL THEM to answer a few questions but keep in mind my first transaction they never told me anything like that and I checked all my emails and spam NOTHING LIKE THAT WAS EVER SAID now i have to wait like A WHOLE nother TWO weeks to get my refund back😡🙄🙄👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Absolute disappointment. I have been waiting for a refund for almost a month and they are calls and emails thousands of times no one gives me an answer only that my refund will be processed and so they have me since May 20, I have already sent a statement, letter from the bank, message from themselves where they cancel the transaction for no reason and extract the cash from my account !!! I think this app steals your money, how sad 😢

One of the worst!. This app is just one of the worst! Although the rate is relatively okay, but the app itself is just bad! It always lags, and logging in is always an issue! I pretty much have to keep on uninstalling and reinstalling it over and over again. On top of that, most of the customer service agents are rude and aren’t helpful most of the time. I hate this app.

Physhing site.. I wanted to send money to my daughter in the Philippines urgently. They took the money from my account and the receipt said it would take three days. I emailed them asking why it was going to take so long as I has paid for express delivery, they then said in reply: In order to proceed with your transaction, and avoid any delays in the payment date, it is necessary to contact you by phone, and that the following documentation is shared: ID Picture- Image of both sides of the ID. (Not scanned nor copy) Screen shot of your Online banking account, where your name and the transaction created with us is visible. Most Recent bank statement from your payment method on PDF file. Selfie picture: holding your ID. Proof of income. (Last 2 pay stubs). This is through a MEXICAN Bank, USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

ALERT FRAUD, FRAUD!!!!. Please dont use this company, they are having solvency issues, I did a transfer more than two weeks ago, they never transfer the money, I cancelled the transaction for some reason they took my money, I got an email that my money will be in my account up to 7 bussiness days. The time is up and the money is not in my account. I called them 7 times and they keep telling me the money will be in your account by tomorrow. Please save your money. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

I do not recommend this app.. Because they cancel your account with no reason. When you call they take a long time and at the end they don’t help you at all. It has been 3 months and they still haven’t solved my problem.I will be looking for a better option

Terrible. Everything was great at first but then my friend on the other end couldn’t receive it, then I try to get a refund and they first make you go to there website so you can’t get the refund there, then after I put down I have a complaint I couldn’t get back on the app. Also very expensive fee

TRANSFER WAS NEVER DONE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I transfered money from USA to Mexico and the money was taken from my account , it’s been a week and I haven’t received it. Got an email to confirm the transaction asking me to call customer service, they responded and left me on hold for 6 min. Now I got an email that my transaction was cancelled and my account suspended. I waited 4 min to get someone from customer service to answer, after 10 min they told me it was cancelled because I never contacted them to confirm the transaction and that my money will be in my account after 5 days.

Cupons. ULink is good, but how can I get a coupon?, I usually ULink more than 20 years and I never got a coupon

Worst App. One of the worst app, I have ever experienced. Many part of the app functionality doesn’t work. I don’t know why they have this useless app. I couldn’t even add my personal details. First I entered all details via browser, it asked for my details, email id, password etc., then while accepting terms, it asked to use the app, but then I need to repeat the whole process again. The app looks like a scam app. It asked for my address and after entering it it is allowing to continue to the next step

Lots of questions!. This site is either lacking in security technology or they like to make inappropriate requests of their customers. I was asked to provide bank statements, picture of my driver’s license (front & back), take a picture of myself with the drivers license next to my face... ridiculous! My money was being taken from my debit card. I’ve used other platforms like Ria and not had any problems! This process with ULink has taken several hours and they make you jump through hoops. Not worth the hassle!

Worst money transfer service. I have submitted all the requirements they requested 4-5 days ago n they have not even responded. Then I went on chat several times n they don’t respond for more than an hour. When they respond I am not looking at the chat screen. They play tricks. I am sure everyone will have the same problem. Check it out. They need to be more transparent

I sent money once to mexico everything went smooth the second time they had a promo i sent money again now they asked for id bank statement income proof sent everything waited 3 days for them to tell me that my account was locked/closed and my transaction canceled if you want to wait 3 4 days for them to have your money then return it to you with no explanation go ahead waste your time

ULink horrible customer support. I have been trying to figure out if my mother can go pick up the money I sent but I get a response and then they don’t respond for a while And I have been at it since 10:00 in the morning and have had no luck solving my problem

Do not use. I do not recommend this app. They canceled my transfer and suspended my account - on the first use - for no apparent reason. Trying to get a hold of someone to give me an explanation has been impossible. Save yourself some frustration and use a different money transfer option.

Ladrones, thieves, scammers, fraud. This company is a fraud, I do not recommend sending money, they take the money from you and then they do not want to return it to you, they make thousands of excuses and, apart from that, they ask you for a lot of information, nor do the police ask you for that much and the customer service is terrible, do not spend your money Money and apart from that, the shipment arrives very late. Bad application. I prefer Remitly. That never happens to me with them. They are also very kind when it comes to responding, and they give you a solution.

No integration with password managers. Tried to create a new account in both app and website and cannot use password manager to generate a secure password. Right click is disabled in website.

Very Dissapointed!. They take a very long time to process, even when you pay with debit or credit. When you call customer service, they don't fix anything. Total waste of time calling them. Most of the time the app has connectivity issues. Deleting this app, going back to Xoom.

Its not for an emergency... a BIG NO!!!. This is my second comment. The first one was deleted. Be careful if ur sending an emergency money. I sent money for the first time dated April 1st. When i received the receipt, it says money will be available on april 3rd. Wanted to cancel it online but there is no cancel button. ( xoom and remitly has cancel button). Not even 2 mins since i sent the money, i called customer service, but told me i have to wait 2 hrs and the money will be available. 2 hrs past nothing happens. I call back and the customer rep told me i have to wait monday to talk to the online blah blah. And i need to write and email that i wanted to cancel my transaction. Never again for ulink. Ill stick to xoom and remitly.

Worked for me!. I was looking for a way to send money to my Aunt in Mexico and I remember hearing about this service through a close friend of mine. I found out that they had an app, so I decided I'd go ahead and try it out. It was really simple and user friendly (almost too simple), I can see myself using ulink again.

PEOR APP DE ENVÍOS. NO DESCARGUEN ESTÁ APP, SON ESTAFAFORES, hacen trampa y se quedan tú dinero. No te contestan el teléfono, el servicio al cliente es pésimo, no te quieren regresar tu dinero y mienten. Mejor usen otras compañías más serias y conocidas. Estos son unos estafadores totales. Es una basura ojo. Envíe dinero desde el 2 de septiembre y aún no ha llegado. Me dicen qué se canceló por falta de datos, cuando por flojera del departamento de revisión de datos no leyó los mensajes que mande con los datos que solicitaban y cancelaron mi envío, 7 días hábiles para el reintegro han pasado los 7 días y aún no recibo mis 1500 dólares, es una basura uLink es una basura no la descarguen
