Review. Push Box has been a very interactive and mentally challenging game for my family. The professional puzzles are usually the smallest, but require more logic. Overall, push box is an excellent game to play with family when you are bored and is great for all ages!

Good but a little help, please.. I was pleased to find this brain teaser. I played a game on the Mac back in the 90s that was based on this, and I loved it. The only way to make it better I think would be to create a short “Help” link to explain the rules, operations, and rewards of the game. That would make it 5 stars for me I think.

Mostly good but a few improvements needed. Love the game but the reset button needs to be moved up some, so I don’t hit it accidentally. Also, can’t seem to adjust the volume.

Nice game. I like this game very much because it is challenging but relaxing at the same time. I like that you can undo moves and thus experiment. My one criticism is the undo and reset buttons are too close to the move buttons. I accidentally hit them sometimes. Please move them further from each other!

simple yet challenging. I love a game that makes me think instead of mindless weapon firing that depends on under-18 physical reaction timing. This is fun and keeps you thinking. Thumbs up.

Classic game well ported.. Sometimes the move buttons didn’t respond but otherwise very good.

All the ingenuity and elegance of the original.. While the graphics could use some extra work, it wouldn’t be as faithful to the original. For those of us that used it on CGA, it’s a great rendering. And the kids love it, too.

Not all levels work. Very challenging and fun. Not all levels are workable though even from the very first move. I’m 20 level into the General level and 2-3 of them are impossible.

2 Suggestions. Well implemented sokoban but would benefit from an ad free version, plus touch screen moves vs. the current arrow pad scheme.

Simple yet challenging. This game will not wow you with amazing cinematic cut scenes or keep your head bobbin with a blazing music score. What it will do is take your prefrontal cortex out for a vigorous workout. Never before in any game have I wished that the Barrel smashing hammer from the original Donkey Kong would drop from the sky and allow my little warehouse worker to summon his inner plumber and take care of business.

Very challenging game. I’m pulling my hair off. My brain is not spinning fast enough to calculate all the possible routes.

Fun and simple. Brain Stimulating game that can be played bits at a time. Controls are a bit clunky and require too much tapping. I’d preferred a long press to push to far side, or double tap a spot on the screen to get him to walk there when not pushing a block, etc to move a bit more quickly.

Impossible. This is just plain ugly. If you want to bang your head against the wall trying to solve puzzles for which there are no solutions, then this is the game for you. Otherwise, don’t waste your time. I personally take offense at game creators who introduce unsolvable puzzles, and I was supremely frustrated trying to solve the first puzzle, which has no solution. I went on to the second puzzle, which also has no solution. If it were possible to snap my fingers and rid the world of this app, I would do so. It is simply not right to lure people into the trap of spending time trying to solve a puzzle that can’t be solved. The producers of this app should be ashamed of themselves!!!!! I am deleting this game and never looking back.

Mentally centering, quiet logic. The Push Box version of sokoban is a great game which I find mentally centering, but not addictive. Working out the puzzles with logic and logistics is challenging and fun!

Great, but could be improved. Great game and app. Would be awesome to have an option for hints when you can’t figure out how to get past a puzzle. I know some may say that defeats the purpose, but seriously. I don’t want to spend inordinate amounts of time trying to figure out a solution. Put some controls in place, require a certain amount of time, or certain number of resets, only give a lower rating or something, just provide a way to eventually give up and get a hint or even the entire solution.

Fine Game. Is there a pay version? I prefer not to click for every square the cursor advances. Why not identify the target square and the next click puts the cursor into the target square?

Challenging and fun. I like logic puzzles and these are NOT easy, and that’s what I like about it. It takes more than one attempt on several puzzles and a lot of trial and error. Good stuff.

Close enough to Kwirk to satisfy.. It’s not exactly Kwirk, but it’s pretty close. Gameplay is pretty smooth, doesn’t seem glitchy.

Mixed bag. This game is inconsistent. Some puzzles at the beginner level are unsolvable, yet I managed to solve the highest level, 800, puzzle at the professional level. All in all, it is a fun and stimulating logic puzzle game.

Fun game but frustrating button location. I love this game but I’m always accidentally hitting the reset and undo buttons on my iphone. I would love it if the developers could move thise buttons further from the arrow buttons. Otherwise great game for taking your mind off other tasks and doing a little mental gymnastics.

Save number of moves. Would be better if number of moves was recorded so that a better solution could be found at a later time. Then the better solution should be recorded in the game again so that possibly an even better (or best) solution could be found in the future.

Early experiences. May award higher rating after 3 months.

Much improved.. This game seemed impossible when I first got it, but it’s much improved now.

Fun puzzles, terrible controls. All motion is accomplished via on-screen arrows. Very difficult to use for my old trembling fingers. Instead of solving a logic puzzle, I spend most of my energy trying to punch arrows. I have seen a control system for this sort of puzzle games that I call HERE/THIS controls. Tap an empty space to send the guy to HERE and, if there is path, the guy will find the shortest path to reach HERE and then will go to that space. If he is standing next to box, tap on the box to push THIS. He will push the box one square, the same as he pushes now. Adding the HERE/THIS control option would make this a perfect game.

Very challenging. This game is definitely a challenge if you like solving puzzles!

Wanted to Like This, BUT.... The design and movement controls are from a decade ago and they “award” you stars (determined by the number of moves you take. I don’t do puzzles to be judged or timed. I do them while watching TV to cut down on the boredom. Slow moving.

Difficult but.... You can spend hours of thinking and pushing and trying again, but always challenging. Worth the trying.

The reset button is in the wrong place. This app is cool. But it is annoying as heck because they put the reset button at the bottom right next to the navigation buttons. You spend half the time playing the game and the other half canceling a reset.

Push box game. An enjoyable game to gradually increase your skill at solving increasingly difficult levels of moving boxes to specific locations. Similar to the game I enjoyed in the 80's called Sokoban!

Fun from the 80s. I played a version of this in the 80s and it was a real challenge only 50 levels but quite difficult towards the end. The first section of this is easy enough to refresh my memory so I expect to be challenged later.

No solutions available. Good app but currently stuck on level 600 of the « very difficult » section and there are no solutions or solver available anywhere. Frustrating. Wouldn’t mind paying or watching ads to get the solution but it should be an available option as in other puzzle games

Great game. Played Sudoku years ago and enjoyed it, this is the same kind of game and will keep you interested for a long time. It would be nice if there was an “automatic finish” button on the game that is available once you have solved the puzzle, it can get tediously repetitive pushing the boxes through the same obvious pattern.
