Disappointed this time. I have alway had a good experience with this app. Always satisfied. But this time I sent in an over exposed photo. Very self explanatory. However when I got it back, there was one line across the face. That’s it. I am going to try to use the more expensive option to see if that makes a difference. But I shouldn’t have to do that.

Brought me to tears! 😭. I’ve had skin and health issues all my life. I look 20 years older than what I actually am. I paid to have a photo I like of myself touched up and the result brought me to tears. It’s bittersweet because I wish I really looked like that but I’m so happy with my purchase. I couldn’t do it myself because i no longer have my adobe software plus I’m insanely busy and wouldn’t have the time to do it anyway. So paying a few bucks for someone else to do it was more than worth it for me. I work online and I needed this for my profile picture so customers can see who they’re talking to. But when you get paid only on commission, you need to look good for people to like you (unfortunately). I know this will improve my sales because it’s been proven people are more likely to buy from an attractive person. Now that I have flawless looking skin, I’m gonna go make some money! Very pleased. I submitted pics T 10pm and by 5 am next morning they were done. I had pics of my daughters wedding retouched. I was very happy. I wore a dress with some spanx and wasnt aware my boobs were crooked. Looked very odd and really bothered me. Also my eyes were very small and squinty. The retouch was really great. Another older picture included the entire family and my daughters ex-Fiance. I liked the pic but she would t let me display. They removed him completely and now I can display the picture without upsetting my daughter. A third was sort of orange for whatever reason like a bad filter. They adjusted it to look normal. Will use again.

Amazing. I’m so impressed I had a picture very dear to me , but it had emojis on it. They were able to remove the emojis and sharpen picture a bit. I am truly amazed I didn’t think I’d ever get that last picture of my late fiancé fixed. Thank you so much

Trying it out. So I downloaded the app looking to see if thwy could edit my daughters picture for her birthday that I took. App advertising that edit would be completed within 2 hours. I submitted it before 11 am. It is now 2pm. With no picture completed. So far advertising needs to change. Let's see how professional the edit is. Please keep in mind I purchased the custom order... Here is my update, the artist did a wonderful job with my daughters picture smoothing it out and removed the shine from her face. Just as I requested. I definitely think the time promised to customer should be removed and instead adviced would be longer. There's nothing like this in another app. So I give it 3.5 stars closer to 4

Last update. This picture was not corrected at all. Usually line sagging in the neck area are smoothed, not this time. I am not happy. I did not see an update at all. Paid for nothing

Haven’t been disappointed. I have used the app for the past year about ten times now and each time, the touch-ups were great and looked like the original picture. I just submitted the same picture to another app Retouch men, asked for the same touch-ups, and the finished product looked like it had been photoshopped and took about a full 24 hours. Submitted the same pic to this app yesterday, the finished product looked authentic and took less than a hour.

Not Satisfied. I requested a certain design and paid my fees. Yet the designer chose to create what she felt best oppose to what I asked for. I never asked her opinion but rather expected to achieve the one main thing I want which was a bald head. I sent message to her several times and still no product of request. I didn’t know that the designer had the discretion to interject their reasoning with a paying customer. I wouldn’t even give this company one star but decided too because hopefully she is not a reflection of the whole company.

YES YES YES!!. I am a musician constantly using photos for banners, show posters, and soc-med content and have waited my whole life for photoshopping convince like this!! Don't think twice and ignore the negative reviews because I am beyond picky and with such little effort and cheaper than my morning coffee I got exactly what I wanted quicker than anyone I know could have done for me! Genius and a customer for life!!!

Over charges for editing and doesn't send photos. My initial experience was positive however; after using the app a few times on 3 occasions they over charged my credit card and on a few occasions they promised to email the photos and did not. Also sometimes the app doesn't upload your picture but still charges you or you are unable to download the picture when completed. This app would be great if they didn't steal people's money and not fulfill their commitment to give you a photo that you pay for! No one should use it until they get their act together!

Perfect editing every time!. I have what I call a difficult face. It only photographs well from certain angles and in good lighting. Sometimes, it just doesn't act right! If the angles and light are wrong? Yikes. :) I turn my photo in to an artist and poof! They send me back pictures where I still look like me, but all the flaws are gone. For only $2.99! I've spent three bucks on a lot dumber things than a photo that makes for a great memory of a fun time! The price is absolutely worth it! I'm so pleased with this app. Five stars from me!

Wonderful app. Works very well, if you get lucky and Olya Kay does your picture she works wonders! I’ve used the app for several months and other designers were also helpful but in my opinion she is the best. Well worth the price! Would absolutely recommend.

Saved our Christmas cards!!. I am a mother-in-law to two wonderful daughter-in-laws that wanted to share a family photo from a summer wedding for Christmas photo-cards. Unfortunately a picture I loved had a slightly unflattering stance which made my daughter-in-law's tummy/waist area look bigger than it actually is. I submitted my request asking only to slightly tweak the area to maybe make her look 5 to 10 pounds lighter but nothing drastic. I paid 2.99 for the custom Photoshop to smooth the area out and the results are fantastic. I received my picture in about an hour, although I'm not 100% sure how long it took I didn't notice right away when the completed picture was delivered to my inbox. It was well worth the small amount of money and effort to NOT be the mother-in-law that sends out an unflattering photo Christmas card!!

Holy Shhhh! Love!. July 2017: Well, I had to change my review. I really loved the response time and quality of the pictures in the beginning. Now nothing gets done to the picture, even with the up charge. I've contacted support numerous times with zero response. I've had pictures get hung up in the system resulting in my app closing out without me being able to retrieve the picture. I'm done with this app. It was good for a little over a month, I suppose. My original rating is below and used to be rated 5 stars. May 2017: Fast turnaround, amazing quality, and impressive. Definitely my new favorite app!

Pics still look Real. I have had an excellent experience with Retouchify. You decide how much you want you photo altered & what you want done. They also have spots for notes so you can be specific and explain what you are wanting In alittle more detail than just selecting the areas of the body, face, or Hair U want done. I have stray hairs, blemishes removed, any wrinkles still visible just not as dark or as many. My pics still look natural which I love. Also can take wrinkles out of clothes. I recommend I personally have never experienced a single issue.

Professional and top notch quality!. I just submitted few of my photos and when I received them back, I was simply amazed at how stunning they looked! The quality of the edits was absolutely top-notch and exceeded my expectations in every way. I could not be happier with the results. One of the things I loved most about using Retouchify was that their editors really cared about making sure that I was completely happy with the final result. They were incredibly patient and willing to make any changes I requested, no matter how small. Thank you!

This app is legit.. I was a little worried on having to pay $2.99 to have someone retouch my picture, but it came back great! They get back to you within 30 minutes with your newly retouched picture. Just wish I didn’t have to pay that much every time for just one picture.

Excellent work!. This is my second time using this app and I love it! They are amazing at editing photos! They have removed objects from photos, make my makeup look better, get wrinkles out of clothes, etc. I could not be happier! I definitely recommend!

Quick, professional photo editing. I LOVE this app. Whether you need your love handles contoured in a group photo or a blemish erased on a selfie, this app makes it incredibly easy to fix pictures. I've used DIY photo editing apps in the past and needless to say, having professionals edit your photos is always the best option. Another plus is that I always receive my photo orders in a timely manner as promised. When it comes to needing a little extra help to look your best on social media, leave it to the professionals.

SCAM - Don’t Use!. This app is a total scam! I sent in one picture, paid the 2.99 and they sent me my same picture as the finished product. I email saying there were no changes made then they said oh for some reason you can’t see the photoshopped version on the app, we’ll have the designer email the correct photo to you. Designer emails me my SAME picture. I email again...uhhh stop the same picture...they literally just emailed it again. I asked 3 times for my money back and they just kept emailing me MY SAME PICTURE!!!

.. Love this app. I use it all the time to edit selfies removing people and things from the photo. The only bad thing is I am not able to send my artist a message if they forget to do something. I have to send the photo back in and pay again. Please fix this issue.

Once in a while it’s amazing!. I still continue to use this because once in a while I get a great photo editor. Sometimes they make my body look like it has impossible proportions other times amazing job with small things. I never ask for a lot. What angers me is I often get double charged and the same photo is touched up twice the same. I never get refunds and find it hard to communicate with the customer service of the app. I have just let that go which is why I also give the app a 2.

Recommend. They do a good job of still making you look real. They don’t do over top crap that makes you look like a wax figure. Been having for two years and use them all the time to fix lighting and small mishaps or glares in my precious memories. Love it

Mom. After reading reviews I was optimistic to try it out. Sent a faded baby photo of my son for retouch. Site says 2 hours for your finished photo. Well it's going on 3 days and nothing. I sent 2 emails requesting feedback, but no reply. I don't know if their out of business or what! Will contact Apple support for my money back.

SCAM. USELESS UNLESS U PAY. So, this app sounds great and all. But seriously, u have to pay 1-3 dollars per photo. You absolutely CAN'T do anything else until you pay to have your photo edited. Is it really worth that money for one picture to be filtered and edited? Also, real people see your photos, which I don't like. I don't review often, but I want to help everyone out there, and I advise you not to waste your money on photo editing per photo. It would really be much easier to do it yourself than wait up to two hours for the picture. I mean, the least they could do is give it to you in 30 min for charging so much... Anyway don't download this app unless your willing to pay some seriously high prices and wait for God knows how long. I would rate zero stars but... My point is DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SCAM

wonderful. I like and use this app quite often, it gives me what I was looking for. A simple, light app that can edit my pictures with just a couple of clicks with lots of Great functions. If you want to take your iPhone photos to the next level, this app is your answer

Waste of Money. I tried this app several times hoping that I would finally find a photoshop expert that was consistent with their editing; however, I have yet to find one. I have my own business that requires minor editing to each photo, so when I found this app, I was elated. However, after paying $2.99/photo, some photos were not even fixed as requested. Most photos would have different size limbs; only lighting was changed; or two photos different poses would not match because one would have thick legs and the other would have extremely thin legs. The odd thing is the edits of picture 1 was the same as picture 2, so you would think they would try to make the 2 photos symmetrical. I desperately need a photo editor, so I can focus on the other 100s of other things I need to take care of for the day. Unfortunately, this is not the app. I wasted money and ended up having to do the edits myself from the original picture. I still have a ton of other photos that need fixing, so I'll continue my search. What a waste!

Don’t waste your money. I’ve given this app a few chances just to do minor touch up work and they always don’t do what I asked and they do whatever they feel like. They change things you don’t want changed and when you contact them to fix it they don’t respond. They don’t refund either so don’t bother with customer service they tell you to contact the designer and deal with them yourself. Invest in good photoshop this ain’t it. Pretty good. I used this app for an amazing pic I took on vacation on a beach in Asia that I'll prob never get the chance to go to again. The pic was great but I had a horrible sun burn. They removed it and saved the memory for me. However, it does seem to take a lot longer now. Almost 24 hrs. Also, if you ask for the hair thickening feature, 50% of the time they don't add it. Overall it's a good app.

What a great idea! A perfect outcome!. I rarely take the time to rate apps but here I have to say something. I am an intermediate Photoshop user and I can probably do a lot of the work myself but it's time consuming. Here I was able to do the necessary work on my photo very quickly, on the go and at such an affordable rate. I will definitely be coming back for more! Thank you for such a brilliant app idea!

Horrible, buyers beware. I barely write reviews but buyers have the right to know. I spent 1 dollar on the express and and 3 dollars to get custom editing and the result was like it wasn't even edited. Your better off spending the money on photoshop or another image editing app and learning yourself or going to an actual photo editor. I wanted to have an open mind and its w great concept but there is nothing done and they make you sign a contact stating there's no refunds. Apple should remove this app From the market.

This app is the best. I was skeptical at first about this app but it is just as good as it says it is. Even after the original edits I wanted on my photo I was able to go in after and ask for more edits. The people who do the photo shopping are amazing! This is the best app for photoshopping.

Slow but worth the wait. It's very slow and will take what feels like years to load when it's "synchronizing orders". But, the results are usually good. If you want a good edit then I recommend patiently using retouchify, but it usually takes about two days for them to get it back to you (not two hours) and it will take a very long time to load. Also there is a glitch in the app where it often submits my photo twice and charges me twice when I upload a photo.

Great results!. I sent a picture because I wanted the background blurred and the results were great. Also, the editor is super responsive. I noticed that my hair was a little blurred out when I got the results and asked the editor to fix it, and she fixed it within minutes. Only thing is that the app itself is somewhat slow and takes a bit to load at times. Will definitely continue using this app!

TAKES LONGER THAN 2 HOURS AS STATED. They promise your edit completed in 2 hours I have now been waiting for 7 hours and my edit says “in process” If there is a problem with your paid edit you have no way to get it corrected You can message the Designer but they will NOT respond so hope your edit is correct the first time around There is NO Customer Service Filled out their online form 3 times and NO reply

What happened. I don’t know what has changed, but the custom photo option it has been taking quite a bit longer than it used to lately. I don’t know if there are not enough people to do the photos. When I finally get them they do look good but I really don’t want to read four and five hours.

What a letdown!!!. Have turned in 2 pictures that needed some help but not much for a pro. The last picture I submitted my face was turned to the side with hair swept across some of the face it caused my face to look misshapen however the picture was a nice picture. I had requested that the hair be thicker in that area to cover the odd shape that was happening. The picture came back with my entire body so smoothed out you couldn’t distinguish the straps of my heels and the skin of my ankles. What in the world! I didn’t even want the body touched. There was a piece of hair cut off of the back I will compare it to the size of a quarter. I did not ask for this either and it is rather odd in most cases to have hair hanging that isn’t attached to your head in any way. My pictures have been edited by the same artist to bad there’s not an option to try a new one. I don’t know if it is her inability or if the entire app is a complete bust either way enough of my money wasted. Next time I’ll just deal with the flaw in the picture.

Top notch editing. I’ve submitted a few photos over the years and they always do a great job. I will continue to use them when needed! Awesome work!!

Instructions not followed and double charged. I not only did not receive my image in the two hour timeframe stated on the app but I was charged twice for the same photo. I sent an email to which I have received no response and when I received my pictures today the instructions were not even followed. This the second time I've had a bad experience with this app and they have not responded either time. Will look for a better more professional one in the future.

Do it. Keep in mind, there are different people on this app that are hired to edit your photos. Mine however, did an excellent job. It was done by an hour and 10 minutes after submitting. Tbh, $2.99 was not a lot for the quality.

Great app. Its worth to download and pay for an edit ! I was photographed in a wedding received the photo and loved it but unfortunately my underwear line ended up showing on my dress . I sent in a personal request on the app and boom got my photo fixed in less than 24hrs! Very happy

A pro does whatever you ask, and quick. For less than a buck. Since I found this no photo gets posted without going through this first.

AMAZING. OMG I love this app! I took a picture with my friend when and it was perfect. The only problem was that some girl jumped into the photo and grabbed on to me. I used the app and under 5 minutes she was gone along with her hand! I was extremely happy and I strongly recommend this!

OVERPRICED AND TERRIBLE!. I paid 2.99 to get a photo and I told them to whiten my teeth, make me look a bit thinner, face retouching etc. It actually took 1 day to get it sent to me! (They said 2 hours) When it finally came back, it looked totally fake and the only thing they did was make my teeth look too white and my skin too bright! Also, might as well get a different app since this costs so much. It would look better if my vision impaired dog did it.

Confused. I'm not really understanding this app. It says you submit a photo and within 2 hours you will receive it back. I have submitted a photo over 2 1/2 hours ago and have yet to get it back. It just sits in the In process stage. Am I missing something?! It really doesn't give you any other information other than you pay to get a picture retouched and that's that. Im lost!

Well that worked. To my surprise that actually was worth it. I was pay 2.99 to have one picture fixed and they actually did.

Love it. This is the best photo editing app out there. It's so easy! Just tell designer what you want to do with the photo and they do it for you. Some things are impossible to do with regular photo editing apps and this app is a saver!!

Came back looking the same. I tried both the express and the upgraded to see whether there would be a difference. The first pic came back identical to what I sent. The second was a little change but the one thing I specifically asked, removal of people, wasn’t done. I contacted and they said that they couldn’t remove them but that didn’t mean a refund. They just touched up things I didn’t ask for. Great idea, bad execution.

Been using for a year now. I have never had a bad review out of all the pictures I send to them. They are fast and the results are awesome!!

Don’t waste your money. This app is a joke. I asked for a photo to be made to look more Fall like and color of leaves changed. All they did was throw a filter on it (which is something I could’ve done) and when I reached out for a refund or a redo customer service was very rude and basically told me I was lying and wrong and the leaves were changed to orange. I can very clearly see that they are still green with a filter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Bad Customer Service/ Average work. I’ve been using this app for a while now. I’ve submitted many orders and thought my order was being processed but when I checked the order simply disappeared. I emailed their customer service to talk about this bug and they asked me to send a photo of a missing order. How is that possible?! Ok Photoshop work, nothing too special and overpriced as well. I’ll be using Fiver and Retouch me app only now. Bye!

App not working. Hello- The last couple of months I have tried to custom my edits (Like I always have and do) and the bottom bar where the options are (face, teeth whitening etc.) does not show up.... I can’t see what I’m doing and can’t make any of the edits because the bar is somehow messed up. I’m using an iPhoneX and haven’t had any issues with other apps. Please FIX this so I can start using this app again........ Thanks,

Not exactly what I was in need of.. Ok, I may be wrong I sent a gif and I’m not even sure if they work on them. What I got back was a random still of the gif. I’m pretty sure the guy doing the work saw that it was a gif. My question is simple...why did you charge me if you don’t work on that format? I’m not very happy about you just going ahead and doing a completely useless job. The finished product is already trashed thanks .

PLEASE READ THIS. This was horrible. You have to pay to use it and I didn't mind that but once I got the picture back, I compared pictures for 5 min and saw no difference. I asked the person what they changed and they're response was "compare them" and I asked another question and they never responded. Read the reviews at the bottom because they are consistent in the claim that this app is the worst.

Great App!. I originally downloaded the app & submitted a picture to custom edit & it never showed up in my order summary so I contacted the app team & they helped me via email! Picture edit came out great, it was fast & just how I wanted, worth it & definitely recommended!

Great app. This app is great however it tends to gets the pictures mixed up. For example I requested a few images and the before and after pictures will be from other photos. There should also be a delete button to make things neater

Great job!!. I submitted my photo and then you have to wait, they got back at me in a day. You have to go bk to the app and check on your done photos to see the end result! Would hire again 😁 thank you!!

Do it.. After sitting for Countless hours trying to photoshop my wedding pics (hundreds of dollars of disappointment) I figured what the hell....... addicted!!!!! I have submitted two pictures and have been completely tickled!!!! Definitely with the money!

Good if you never edited photos yourself. First edit was very bad so I contacted them and they made some changes which is okay. I expected more because app promises color balancing and professional editing and in reality they do quick smoothing, sliming that anyone can do with other apps. App is super duper slow and glitchy. Advertising promises you one thing and when you contact them, they say that they don’t do that

It’s a great app!!!. One of my friends suggested me this app. The app is simple and easy to use just select the image which you want to get edited and in note just mention what all changes you want they will get it done in just couple of hours.

Annoyed. The customer service is horrible. On numerous occasions I paid for edits and nothing was done that I couldn't do on Instagram. I've emailed them and no responses. They took my money and did not care that I never got my photos fixed. For example, I wanted to removed a light dot from a photo and was never done. The whole point of me paying to get fixed. Only half of the people who do the photoshopping are good. And never know who.

40 PLUS WITH BRACES. I’m an adult with braces so I like them cropped out. Until today, 1-1-19 all the cropped photos have been great. I guess it depends on who gets the order. I did send in a complaint on my last order because it was a terrible crop job. Before this I did not have any issues.
