Malware Concern. The RW team put in a lot of effort to resolve my malware concern and I am satisfied with their final resolution. I use this app 4 or 5 days a week and would be lost without it. Tried a number of others over the years just to see what else is available and have never found a reason to switch. 5 star for the app and customer service. As of this writing I have not heard anything else about my concerns linked to malware warning when using this app. I have provided developers with info I have and have not heard anything new as of this writing. 1-star is thus my new rating as such. App works fine best I can tell but the malware warning is a deep concern. My security software keeps advising it has blocked but…….. Troubling. Edit RW Team has reached out to me and I have sent them info to hopefully resolve this issue. I am still using app and will give 3 stars now and 5 when we know all is back to normal. I recently updated my security protocols on my network and now whenever I use this fabulous app I get a malware warning. The threat is being blocked but why am I getting a malware warning? This morning I received my 52nd warning. I am not sure what the issue is but I am calling on the developer to address immediately. This is a 5 star app but it could quickly become a deleted app if we can not determine the potential threat. I would rate 1 star but I would like to give the developers a chance to address.

Love it, but.... I love this app for optimization of my home health visits. I can adjust the amount of time I am in each home. However, I have noticed in my planning for the day, my drive time between stops is not accurate. So, this is requiring a lot more effort on my part to calculate drive time. Example - within app, drive time is calculated 15 minute drive time to drive 8 miles. I click navigate, navigation is then calculated outside of app (Waze, etc). Now, a 8 mile drive may be 28 minutes! And note- I have tried refreshing or re-optimization. This does not correct the issue. Please help!

Very good app, very few issues!. I love this app, it helps me complete my routes faster. The only issue I have come to find is for when I need to sign into my premium account onto a different device, when I first started my monthly again, I had my main phone break, and I had to use my back up phone for work, and I signed in, and ended up having to pay AGAIN for my premium status on the same account email everything. It was rather irritating to say the least because at the time I had to have my close friend send me money three times through Venmo so I could pay it again, due to a couple other stupid issues with my husbands and I’s Venmo and apple accounts(it ended up taking money for other things before the payment needed for road warrior) and it became a very big annoyance for me that day. Besides that, everything is good. Perfect app for people working in the delivery business for sure. But needs update for payments for which accounts and devices, or a possibility to be able to have multiple devices on the same account 🤷🏼‍♀️👏🏼

Pic to manifest. This app is great. The one and only things I would suggest to developers is to add a feature that allows you to take a picture of a hard copy manifest with addresses on it. Then allowing the app to automatically fill in addresses and dot them on your map. Also I would suggest that the developers add a feature where you can add addresses by zip, city, region, state, etc. so that I don’t get suggestions that are so far off base. Also don’t limit the amount of stops I can add. I use this app for FedEx delivery most times and find that 1/3rd of the stops I need are not allowed to be added.

Great multi point navigation app. This app is extremely helpful if you have multiple destinations and want to deliver them quickly. It has very great features, like making one stop the first stop or making one stop the last stop. After you choose your features you basically press on "optimize" and it creates a navigation route for you and indicates a number for every stop in the order for delivery, like 1 2 or 3. Its great, many more features that make it the #1 app for multi point navigation.

This app saves my day!. This is an amazing app. I can’t tell you how much time stress, gas and energy I’ve saved using this it organizes routes and GPS is for you from your pinpoint location so that you can run your route being the most effect with gas and distance, I’ll give it five stars period. The only downside I wish you could add more stops to the route, but you might have to just upgrade to the paid version. I’m keeping the free one right now.

I love this app. Hi there I’ve been using this app for the past five years. I’m an oil truck delivery driver for residential homes, and it works great. One thing I’d like to see in the future would be to have the option if I wanted to add multiple routes in the same page on the same map with different color pins and then I have the option of optimizing the different color, pin roots or all together if I wanted to. But other than that this app is absolutely amazing.

Great app. The app is a great app I am a FedEx driver and have over 100 stops in a day and this truly helps a lot keeps me in the right direction for one way streets it lowers the same street driving. The only downfall I have with this app is every now and then this app will just freeze on you you have to delete the app shut your phone off turn the phone back on download the app and then it works again for a day and it did that for two weeks could’ve been just a system glitch and they got it fixed but I’ve dealt with that recently but it has not done it since

The title is fitting. I love this app because it really helps me to manage my deliveries. I deliver products and prior to this app, I was ALL over the place. I reviewed a few apps and this one stood out. I absolutely love that you can add so many stops and that you get a live view of your current location in comparison to your listed stops. I’ve recommended this app to friends and they love it as well. This has truly been a saver of time and effort. I’d definitely encourage anyone to give it a try.

Large Vending Business. I work for a large vending business with thousands of locations. Road Warrior is the best route mapping app I have found so far, I just wish there was unlimited stops per route. I want to have a master list of stops on the Road Warrior App. Route rotation functionality would be incredible as well. If I could input my route and have it set to show that the route is due in a specific number of days, that would save me a lot of time. I would pay considerably more money in my subscription for these features. If the developers looked into implementing these features that would be amazing!

Awesome App. I just started my own delivery company were I drive around delivering packages. I may have 4 one day and 15 the next. The one problem I was having was trying to figure out how to put them in order. Especially when they could be in different counties. Well I tried Road Warrior. This app is just the greatest assistance tool you can have. All you do is put all your stops in and then hit optimize and it puts them in the order your looking for to get the best time consuming route. Without this app is would take someone hours to figure the best route out especially someone like me who does not always go to the same people. I really want to see what the spread sheet looks like you can download showing your stops and mileage. Will follow up later in regards to that issue. This is truly a five star app !!!!

Ontrack delivery guy. This app is great, I would imagine it does exactly what it's intended to do very well. As far as applying it to a courier service like Ontrack, FedEx, UPS, etc., it could be improved. I would only make a few changes, first I would make it so that you can hit one button an enter address by voice. As it is now, I have to hit the search button, then I have to hit the microphone button, this might sound trivial but when you have over 200 packages every morning it adds up. The other thing that I would do is add a zoning feature, which would order the route according to the zone. But like I said, this is very specific and for what it is the app is awesome and reliable and consistent. I literally could not do my job without it, or rather would not want to.

Home service based business POV. I use this in our rain gutter company. Once you learn how to use it, it’s the best way to plan your day with multiple stops and customer schedules. The fact that it allocates for traffic and time spent at each stop is so useful. Another reason I like it is when we’re on the road and we have to add/remove a stop, the app saves me so much time and headache. I would like to see more support for home-service based business like us, I feel it’s meant more for logistic drivers but it still works for our use case. And it’s very affordable, they have good trial period.

THE BEST NAVIGATION APP EVER!. My husband and I own a landscaping and lawn care business. For the longest time one of our biggest challenges was navigation. First we would sit down every night and try to figure out which properties to go to by area. (That didn't work out too well because some properties would actually be closer in and area outside of the area we were trying to focus on.) we figured if they were all in the same town they it would be best to Group them together. Then since that wasn't working we would spend hours on google looking up each property trying to figure out the best route to maximize our time. We were wasting so much time doing this, it added so much unnecessary stress! I finally started looking into apps to help with this ( don't know why we didn't do that in the first place lol) but I actually downloaded a few different navigation apps Road Warrior being one of them and I tried them all out and I found that Road Warrior was the easiest and most user friendly. It was straight forward and took me just a few minutes to get the hang of! As opposed to the other apps that were confusing and just frustrated me more. All in all we wouldn't be able to run our business as smoothly as we are without Road Warrior. We are so grateful! Thank you!

Love this app!!. Love this app!!! I tried a few others before this one and they have limitations on either very few stop options per day or even per month!!! And then other charge you after the first few addresses you put in..... it’s just stupid! With this app I can enter the 4 to maybe 7 addresses I need to hit each day and optimize them to hit all stops in an order that saves me so much time each day! And I can choose which stop I want first, or how long I need to be at each stop, or what time I want to be at any particular stop..... it is so helpful and customizable to my needs!

Very Frustrating. This app does a great job of planning my route but I hate how it adds its own pins to google maps instead of using the addresses I provide. This makes finding the actual homes difficult because as I’m approaching the house google maps is directing me to the pin location instead of the street address which means I now have to pull over and look for the lead card to get the exact address before I approach the house which is very frustrating. I hope they fix this inconvenience because it really creates a nuisance when driving. It creates unnecessary additional steps. Just please use the street address instead of using pins so that I can get to the house without having to stop and pull the address. It’s very frustrating. I will update to 5 stars if fixed.

Best app for multiple navigation. I’ve been using this app for a month now and it’s the most accurate helpful app for my what I do in my profession. Never had any problems with it mechanically but one small flaw is that it doesn’t have an offline option for when I loose data connection but then again what other app has that besides Google? I would recommend this app to any of my friends or anyone out there for that multitasking option. Thank You RoadWarrior!!!

Impressive app. I must admit that this app is quite impressive and has made my job much easier. I serve legal documents as a Private Process Server in my area and this app has saved me a significant amount of time and money. By being able to navigate more efficiently, I use less fuel and am able to complete more work in a timely manner. I can see myself having to utilize this app much more in the near future as business progresses. I can definitely say this app will be quite useful to those in similar fields as my own or for those that must route to multiple areas during travels. I’ll recommend this app to some Process Servers I know so that you can gain more customers and possibly additional feedback.

Road Warrior has worked well for us for years. We’ve used Road Warrior (RW) for about 5 years for our bakery business deliveries. Our deliveries take us to 20 to 30 locations over 175 to 250 miles. RW allows us to keep a list of our regular and semi-regular delivery locations, and maintain each location’s available hours. Plus we can enter specific “time windows” for a specific date when a customer needs delivery by a specific time. We select all of our customers we’re delivering to for the day, make any adjustments for times available on that specific date, select a start and end point and RW takes care of everything else. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that the estimated times for arrival are based on what time of day you are creating your delivery schedule. So, if I’m making the schedule late at night, the app assumes that traffic will be light when we’re delivering during a time when traffic is much heavier. So providing delivery estimates becomes inaccurate.

Love it. I must say this is the perfect route app for me! Its prob not going to work as well for everyone, but for what I need and use it for it’s great!! I like that I can just start typing addresses in and I don’t have to worry about adding customers or making a new customer before I can add them to a route. I’m doing anywhere from 15 to 30 stops a day, from a random list using several diff products, and what I love about this app is how easy it is to use compared to some of the other route apps on the market, and for only $5 bucks a month!!! Great Job!!

Great App. I’m not the best at these new app’s and working them correctly I usually end up messing up, then I get frustrated and delete it but not with this one is was very easy to understand and work I have had this app for several years now and I drive all over south Florida with 13 to18 stops a day. This for me has been by best interest because it makes me more efficient and that make me more money. I could go on and on but I’ll make it simple I love this app

My company changed software. This program made up for it!. I am an on the road insurance inspector. I cover a large territory in southern New York. Our company software no longer supported mapping, so I needed to find a program that was easier to use, reliable, and cost-effective. Road Warrior has been an absolute lifesaver for me. Every morning, I dictate the addresses into my phone, and let Road warrior do the planning. It’s easy to change the order of stops in order to accommodate certain time frames. I highly recommend this program to anyone who spends time on the road, and needs to plan accordingly.

Would Give Zero Stars If I Could - World's Worst. At first, communication with Road Warrior was fast and great...and then it just stopped when I complained about the horrible routing, which made a 5.9-hour trip into a 7-hour trip. A rep said they would research why this was happening, but they never got back to me. This app cannot navigate across a highway - it will have you zigzagging back and forth and wracking up tons of miles. No setting corrects this. This happened on multiple trips after a week of use. I've never spent so much gas. It almost always routes you to the backs of businesses, is slow to load or find an address, and cannot pull up the rest at all. Plus, despite a tutorial on doing manual routing, mine would not work no matter what I tried. I can't say how dissatisfied I am with this company. And then they just up and cut my ability to use pro without evening acknowledging my refund request, which is not in the least professional. I hate doing bad reviews, but these cats earned it. I'm happy with ZEO now. Avoid Road Warrior at all costs.

Too complicated. I have not use this in A while but you made it way more complicated than it used to be and then it needs to be. Setting a start an endpoint for example is way more difficult and has way too many options. It feels like I’m programming in the app rather than simply using one. Whenever my start location is the same as mine in location, it only shows the address on the start location so there’s no way to verify if it’s the same as the end location because when you press the end location, it only gives you the option to change the destination of the start location. And if you think that exclamation sounds difficult, imagine my frustration trying to use your application.

Making me money. I do collections for the local cable tv company and hit 25-35 locations daily. The routing app I had previously used suddenly disappeared from existence several months back and I tried several different ones with no success until I found road warrior. It does nearly everything I need and more. I like that I can store multiple routes so when I change areas for a few days, I can go right back to the other area and pick up where I left off. I would like to be able to manually re-order the addresses I need to go back to, but that’s a small thing that I can work without. I work straight commission and this app makes running my route way more efficient, thereby making my paychecks significantly higher

Great. I’m a home health nurse, and being able to plan my day with different visit lengths, ability to add if a certain stop needs to be in a certain time frame, set “drop stops” so that I can draw labs and make sure the lab “drop stop” is after the lab draw visits, ability to store contact ph. Numbers in the app prevents me from having to look it up or find that paper every time I need to call. Time management is a must in home health, and making our trips most efficient is fantastic with an app like this. I bought a year subscription to it just before the price increase in 2019. If I’m unable to find a comparative then I’ll be back to purchase again!

Route based small business absolute must have!. This is literally the greatest app of all time. I’m not kidding. The amount of time it has saved me in my route business has been a god send. I used to use Optimap but it went out of business and left me scrambling. I do about 40-50 stops per day so I absolutely had to have a route planner and was finding everything priced exorbitantly high until I stumbled across this gem. Thank you so much Road Warrior team!

Great app for Door-to-Sales. Road Warrior has saved me tremendous time not to mention staying in contact with and closing more sales. I work for a GC and sell roofs and hurricane impact windows & doors. Road Warrior helps me be consistent with who I see and how often I see them... I don't have to remember anymore. The best function is I'll create different routes but sometimes use an address on several routes. The notes I write show up on every route the address is listed. I don't have to second guess or remember the last time I saw that prospect... it's all there! I love this app!!!

Terrible. I have had an issue where I made a typo and mistakenly created a pro account with the wrong email and I have not been able to delete the account. Somehow, Road Warrior allowed me to create an account with an email that doesn’t exist. I keep emailing support and they tell me to delete it via Apple but it’s not linked to any Apple ID! Support only responds once with the same copy and paste response. So I’m stuck with a Road Warrior account that doesn’t work. There’s no other way to delete it. How is it possible that Road Warrior doesn’t have the power to delete an account? It would be a great if customers were taken care of. Especially if we’re paying $9.99 a month.

Excellent app. I use it to see my weekly stores since I have a customer portfolio of more than 180 stores, and I must be very cautious with the stores that are visited per week, biweekly and per month. This application not only makes me arrive on the most appropriate route, it allows me to make notes such as the customer's phone number, email and even some additional comments. I haven't had any serious problems just once the app closed abruptly, but I contacted customer support (which was very friendly and fast) and it was just a matter of updating my app, uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that's it!! I hope you continue with that excellent customer support. Postdata: I recommend that developers implement the web version to be able to edit my stops from an Excel. Thanks a lot

Ridiculous. How dare you double the price on a already overpriced app. Do you know how many times I’ve missed certain stops because I individually delete each stop after arrival, but your app decides to delete a completely different address throwing off my entire day. Instead of increasing the price, try increasing the quality of your product. You could have at least allowed your loyal customers to keep the regular price. What are you offering with the price increase? Will it increase the amount of times you can optimize your route? Will it stop deleting the wrong address? Will it stop scrambling the addresses around and shutting down every time I swipe to another app? How do you justify your price increase other than that ridiculous generic copy paste reply you are sending to everyone???

Great App!. I found this app a few years ago from a recommendation in an article, and I have been using it ever since. It was a little challenging to use at the very beginning, but when you play around with it for a short while you will get the hang of it, and it works beautifully. Love how you can optimize your route and make it work for you. I highly recommend people use this app if they need to visit several places in one day.

Very convenient, BUT…. I do home health, hands down, this is the best app I have found. The free version is perfect. Will probably upgrade so I can use on my laptop. That being said, like all the other route planner apps, they don’t account for traffic hour…For example, if I’m driving out mod-morning at 9-10am when traffic is relatively low, it would make more sense to drive out the FURTHEST destination FIRST, and finish closer to home in the afternoon so that I can avoid rush hour. I have not found another app that does a better job with this, so it’s not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience.

$15 a month is greed. Used to be $10.. I’m sick of most every app in the App Store wanting a recurring monthly payment to use it. Five or ten years ago you could buy an app and own it forever. A few years ago you only had to pay $10 to use this app for a month. I get that there’s inflation which is what, maybe 3 or 4% a year, but a 50% increase is greed, robbery, and unjust enrichment. I don’t care that the annual plan is a savings per month over the monthly plan. I just want to be able to spend $10 or $15 or $20 ONCE and not have to pay again and again. There are some people who only have a need for this type of app 2 or 3 times a year (e.g. flower delivery staff on Mothers Day), not regular recurring users who drive a lot every day. If they’re going to insist on extorting users for subscription payments they could at least offer “day passes” for a dollar or two.

Awesome!!. Let me first off by saying how awesome this app is. It’s awesome. I’m a swing driver for Fedex Express. And have used and still currently still use a few different nav apps as a tool to help me get my job done. But I was looking for something better and that’s what rw helps me with. I don’t have my own route and get thrown on a different route daily. So I just input my stops in town by town order and it’s like magic. So if you have a job like mine or have more then a few stops daily, this is the app for you.

Love this app. I don’t review apps often. When I do, it’s either because I love it or hate it. In this case, I love it! I’m a Route Sales Driver. Every morning I receive a sheet of paper with what I have to do for the day. Most days I don’t need help with routing. However, the days that I do, this app makes those days a breeze. The main thing I get from this app is the ability to add all my stops, tell it where I want to start and where I want to finish then make the rest my own! Meaning, I get to do things on my terms. It’s the visual of what I have to do for the day that’s going to help me learn the route days that cover more area or larger residential areas. I have 20 route days and each is different. It’s up to me to learn them and this app is the answer. Thanks for reading!

Lifesaver!. So many times I’ve been at a loss where to start my route, where to go next and the most efficient way to plan my day - this app takes care of everything!!!! Even if I decide to skip around on the route because I know my contact is going to be there at a certain time then I can restart my route and optimize it so that my route starts from my new start point… This thing is super intuitive and overall amazing!! I would recommend it to anybody that’s in sales and needs to make a lot of calls every day.

Love it!!!. Great app! I use it everyday at work and it helps me out to finish earlier. I like the fact that you can save favorites and as you’re searching for the addresses your favorites shows up for selections in the first few numbers…that makes it a lot easier. Something I would like for the app to have is a address scanner thru camera so it can screen grab the addresses and add it to the route, if possible, that would be great!

Logistical Genius. If you have any need for an app to figure out your logistical nightmares; be that traffic, delivery services, parents this app will save you time and money. No more figuring out which way to take or determining which stop should be first, second or third. Plug in the addresses and the app determines the most efficient and practical route to take. The options are all customizable based on the preferences that make the most sense for YOU. Do yourself a favor and stop playing around with other apps and find your inner Road Warrior, you’ll feel victorious after each trip.

I be lost without this valuable tool! (Literally)... Road Warrior saves me time gas and headaches. I get my route done efficiently everyday with their help. When the shop calls to see what time I will get to a certain location I can look at my list and give them a time I will be there thanks to Road Warrior. I avoid backups and accidents along my route because Road Warrior has checked the map found a problem and rerouted me to the fastest route. I would be lost without this valuable tool I use it daily!!! Also if you ever need to contact customer service they are quick to respond with a helpful reply. Can’t go wrong with this app.

Should be mandatory for all sales reps. I have to say, that this app paid for itself before my first coffee break on my first day of using this app… And I am not exaggerating. What is $10 per month???, when you consider the mileage it saves you, and the increase in productivity and Face time with customers and/or prospects… I have just finished my first week of using this app and I can honestly say that I saw at least 10 more customers this week in the same amount of time because this app helped me squeeze every hour of productivity out of my week. I should’ve had this app a year ago… Just don’t tell my boss!!!! I noticed comments about the price going up to $10, and I understand as a consumer myself frustration of increased prices of goods and services… But in my own humble opinion I must say that roadwarrior is an incredible value at $10 per month… Perhaps they should illustrate the value of their app, using some mileage saved or customers seen figures...etc. they could surely put together a compelling value position. I thank you, my car and engine and transmission thank you, my wallet thanks you and my boss will be thanking you soon after seeing the increase productivity!

Great. This is a great app for saving time with multiple stops. I’m a delivery driver and I don’t know what I would do without this app. The only problem I have with the app is separating my stops. For example I put all of my stop in optimize and it puts them in the fastest time, but some of the stops have to be done by a certain time. Sometimes it puts those stops at the end of my route which doesn’t work. The only way I have combated this is to set up 2 different routes or favorite the ones that need to be done first. I wish you could optimize them and change the order of the stops. I have worked past this issue that is why it still gets 5 stars. Like I said before if it wasn’t for this app I would be lost out there.

Great app, but some features I couldn't get to work. This was the only app that found all the addresses i was looking for. I tried 5 others to make sure I found the best. I entered the 43 addresses, and it routed them perfectly. I tried to upload a file of 61 addresses. I can't find any place that my file doesn't match their requirement, but can't get it to work. Also I clicked "check in" as I was using my iPhone and it worked. When I later checked on my iPad the list was there, but none of the check ins. It may be that I'm doing something, but I can't find out how to ask any further questions. No customer service email that I could find. I don't know if they are hiding or abandoning the customer once the sale is made, but I sure can't find it. They have the best app I found, but only if the features are working simply.

Top notch App. A business owner had been using the Road Warrior app for awhile. It wasn’t until I began working with her, that she told me about the Road Warrior App. I had some deliveries to make. Downloaded the App. And immediately plugged in the addresses I needed to travel to. There’s a function that optimizes the route and cuts down the travel time. I was blown away by how much time it saved me in being able to add stop for stop. Having a function that completes the deliveries. And which one you want to travel to first and last. Great App!!

Frustrating. I liked this app at first but now whenever I try to optimize routes with differing first and final stops (not adding or removing any and below 120 stop maximum) it gives me an error message randomly and WILL NOT LET ME OPTIMIZE ANY MORE ROUTES! A pop up message saying “Account Limit: The daily quota of total optimized stops has been executed.” WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN?! I pay the yearly subscription fee so WHY am I unable to use the app I PAY FOR?! I’m under the 120 stops maximum so I should be able to optimize my route any way I see fit without hitting “my stop limit” It is so incredibly frustrating and makes me want to cancel my subscription and find a new navigation app since I’ve wasted so much time with this app not being able to optimize anymore.

Sadly, Down to a 4 from 5. So I had been shown via a response from the dev that you can change from a coordinate to a physical address as an option in the app (I was having a problem with how it related info to Waze)… After changing that option, now it’s a two step process to mark a stop as having been visited (prior, I would select the stop then select Check In, where now I select the stop, select Check In, then also have to select Save)… How can THIS issue be resolved…? EDIT: The devs are helpful and available wif information on how to resolve issues… it is appreciated…!

So close, yet so far. This is in theory a good app, but there are some limitations. The main three things that make this get such a low rating are the daily limit on optimizing routes (with a route that doesn't have a set number of stops nor are they the same stops every day, you have to optimize multiple times to get a decent stop order.), the 120 stop limit on uploading (there are many days when I have 130 or even upwards of 150 stops), and the fact that while Roadwarrior claims their app works with Ontrac/Lasership deliveries, you *must* use RoadWarrior's formatting for the spreadsheet and cannot use the spreadsheet exported by Elli, the app that Ontrac/Lasership uses to mark packages as delivered. I was hoping this would be a semi replacement for Elli because that app's route optimization is awful, but having to manually reformat the spreadsheet Elli exports to match RoadWarrior's format is too much hassle, basically requiring a full Excel setup on a laptop to make it not incredibly tedious. Nevermind that you can't even upload spreadsheets directly in the app and must use the website which is horrifically unoptimized for mobile devices.

Road warrior. It’s been a very helpful app when it comes to delivering. We don’t always, actually almost never, follow the numbered optimized route. We know our areas semi well and change things up depending if we’re delivering to businesses or outskirts. The app works well with google maps and in my opinion does a good job of showcasing where the exact location is a majority of the time. YES there is room for improvement. I’ll get frustrated when my next stop is actually in the same area as the previous stop. However this happens on occasion and can be avoided with looking ahead. Anyways if you’re reading all this you must be interested so safe driving and happy delivering! Sing a song or two and make jokes as you go. Makes the day go by a lot faster and way more enjoyable :))

Perfect For A Courier. I work w/FedEx and I was in not knowledgeable in knowing my streets or addresses, but I was perfect in knowing landmarks. Once I found this app and started learning how to read the map & lining my stops in order I got better & better. I only now use this app when I’m not sure about an area, but this is totally a better app then “Route 4 Me”🤷‍♀️. I put all my addresses in and it pin points me from the closest to the farthest and its pretty convenient because I get done w/my route at a perfect time. Leave this app the way it is👌

Best route app around.. I’m a sales merchandiser who works two jobs on the road, this app has saved me so much time and energy. After saving my stores, I pick where I need to go for the day, optimize the route and done! No more wasting time on google maps or figuring out where to go first. This app has kept me so organized. An absolute godsend.. Works fantastically, great for anyone who doesn’t quite know the area well or just looking to save a bit of time on stops. I would rate this 5 stars but there’s a few locations it doesn’t seem to have. (Toowoomba QLD) otherwise it’s absolutely great.

Great app, but please add this feature.. I need the address to pop up immediately after I enter it, so I can edit the note straight away. It’s a pain when I have a long list of addresses not in any particular order and have to scroll up and down trying to find the address I want to edit. At least please make this an option I can choose. Another suggestion is that I can choose to turn off all animations. Speed is the king when on road, not beautiful animation.

First and last place. Hi I get some troubles when I am using for my multiple drops . When I am adding my drops How can l put it first and last drop ? Like from where I start and where I am finishing last drop like my home ? Can you please tell me how to put my first destination ( where I start work) and my last destination ( my house) ? Thanks

Does very quickly what’d take me quite a while. Hello, I use Road Warrior for my main source of income, and think it’s great! Quite cost-effective. I like being able to plot either round trips or just one-way trips, and to be able to customise the stop order after having optimised a route. Will keep subscribing, thanks.

Very happy with technical features. App works flawlessly with CarPlay on ios13 as long as you use apple maps. Does connect to CarPlay on google but can drop out. The app itself is reliable, and any problems mentioned in earlier reviews were answered on the website self help section. I’ve saved many hours using the optimize features when I’m out on my run to avoid changing traffic conditions.

Great App. I really like this app, as a courier in the flooring industry it’s a great help, the one issue I have is after you optimise your route, the eta’s do not update if you get held up on route, Some days there is up to a hours difference and I have to guess the time when I have installers phone me for eta, but I still highly recommend

This app is great for planning your route but it doesn’t work well with google maps( it gives google coordinates so the app keeps struggling to find the address) and it should load the whole route to google apps. Works fine with Apple maps but you have to go out of the app to RoadWarrior for the next address. Needs to be much easier

Problem with sequencing. This app made my work so much easier. Only issue is sometimes does not sequence properly. For example- Hoy avenue which is only one street and can’t go through this street so that means i have to come back to go to other street right ? Anyway I’m going to deliver in this street to house number 2 hoy ave, 22 hoy ave and 17 hoy ave. So first one should be number 2 then 22 and last 17 because It is odd number and I’m coming back. So what app does sometimes 17 at first, 22 at second and 2 at last. If i have just 10-15 drops I won’t bother about sequencing like that way but when i add 70-80 drops it is very puzzling.

The only multi drop app for the professional driver. Have been using RoadWarrior since 2018 and I can say with out a doubt the best multi drop app there is…..tried route 4 me and it was way to complicated and very hard to edit ……Professional driver for Toll

Great time saver. Been using the app for about a year now and it has helped greatly with my deliveries. A suggested improvement would be to have the upcoming delivery times dynamically adjusted as the previous deliveries are logged. It's not a major issue, just a nice addition.

Great. This app is great, it helps me to plan my day. Even if I know the area I am in It still lets me see what is around me and save regular places and navigate to unfamiliar locations. I am able to fill in for other drivers and do a different route easily because of this app. If this didn’t exist I would not be able to do my job and learn my routes.

Landscape watering 4000 locations weekly. The landing a new route manually used to take upwards of 10hrs per 1000 locations now with Road Warrior 2hrs!!! Very efficient

Great App as a Courier. Super easy to use, don’t love having to pay $15 a month but I can claim it back on tax so it’s fine. Let’s you have up to 115 stops from memory, I usually only need 60 but then can reshuffle and organise in a route that optimises the most efficient time 🙏🏼 Life saver!

PLEASE ADD A SEARCH BAR. I’m just sick of going through the list to find my regular clients. I have above 100+ clients and not using them all daily I would like to optimise my routine as quickly as possible. Being able to search names of clients along with their addresses would make managing and optimising certain routine much easier. Instead of spending 30mins+ scrolling through all my clients to find all the ones of the day.

Good app —. Please add a feature that allows me to move on to my next stop without having to manually select it. I wish it seamlessly switched to my next destination once I’ve reached the previous one. This way I can stay on the road and make my deliveries without having to ever touch my phone.

Routes to USA. I love this app for travelling the USA. I previously used the Road Warrior Pro app as a courier in Canada for deliveries to unfamiliar areas. Helps me so much for work. It’s great I love it. They just need to add a search bar function for when your route is optimized you could type the address you’re looking for instead of scrolling manually, but besides that it’s great. I deliver packages and it helps me so much to optimize my routes

Good routing. Have been using it to organize my deliveries. Only one complaint: dark mode. Is this really the only mode? I am sure it works great at night, but during the day it can be very hard to read.

More stops. It is a good app but can’t put more then 120 stops were as in other apps you can put unlimited amount of stops.

Was good value but too expensive for single person now. This was a really good value when it first came out. I think I was paying seven bucks a month which was very very easily justified in my head but now it’s up around 20 and because nobody else in my company uses it. It’s become a great expense it’s easier just to use Google for free.

Its getting worse day by day. I used this app for 3 years and I can confidently say the app got worse over time while they increased the price! It messes up addresses, pulls to completely different countries and does not update new addresses from Google Maps.

Roadwarrier (paid version 15$/month). Will do the job for 1 day, better then just google maps typing adresses all day long but as an app to work with everyday, AVOID! It’s unreliable at best, the route makes no sense and and it toggles from google maps in the app in a weird and un Circuit and all the others are way better take it from me.

Map update. Apple needs to be told to update their maps. At times it shows me delivering to an address via the back lane. They have be delivering to a construction zone and I know that building has been there for a couple years. “New construction “ neighborhoods that have been established for a few years. Addresses may now be recognized in those areas.

Perfect Nav planner app. I am so glad your route planner showed up in my search for one. I had tried a couple other apps but the learning curve was ridiculous. This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s easy to set up at the start of deliveries/stops and the option for different maps is awesome. The customer service is also right on top of things and were very helpful and fast when I did have a question. Thanks so much!

Awesome so far. I’ve run a route unfortunately I have to use this on my own I wish the company would incorporate this but for other reasons it’s impossible to do so but I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and had very good luck with it saves time and ultimately money for both the company and me I still haven’t used it to it’s fullest potential so I can imagine how that must be have to give this app 2 thumbs up so far!!!!

Ideas. I love this app I use it everyday for work. But I have some ideas that might help the app more. 1- Be able to manage team RoadWarrior from an app or make it 100% able to use on my phone browser (like in a desktop) 2- I would like to be able to number every stop manually , so like that i can help my drivers finish the route faster since im going to show them how I would do them.

Road Warrior. Best mobile app to have added for any job requiring long or short distance driving. My only complaint is the navigation button within the app is not always 100% accurate. I’ve used Waze or Google Maps and in the most part it works great. However, sometimes whatever address I enter, is not where the navigation sends me. I’m usually a few blocks away from my target address. Please fix. Otherwise, awesome program.

Best app and even better customer service!. Best app to use for multiple drives. I am a sales merchandiser and have to visit over 70 stores monthly and about 8-9 different accounts daily. This app has saved me so much time, and helps keep me organized throughout the day. I recently had a problem retrieving my account after buying a new phone and the customer service was amazing! Slow updates if ever. 2 issues that I have reached out to support about with no response and no fix. I’ll start with latest one first. The app freezes up at least once a day while using the app since the new iOS update. The earlier issue which persist is in the optimization. It has a hard time being efficient especially if it has to organize more than 5 stops. For example I could 2 separate stops at the same address it will have me go to 1 stop then travel 30 miles to a different address, and then drive back to the same address. Few other features I which it had is planned breaks, a way to break up the days (instead of just pretending I’m a machine), and a way to truly prioritize certain locations over others so I don’t miss more important stops.

I enjoy it. It is extremely helpful to do deliveries. Addresses are accurate most of the time. The only difficulty is that when I click navigate it give my google maps the coordinates instead of the actual address, so when I arrive I need to switch apps to look at the door number.

Outstanding. As a brand new FedEx Express Courier, this app is a lifesaver. I know all the stops at a glance. Trying to memorize 80 addresses for streets that aren’t familiar would be extremely slow and difficult. With this app I can confidently take any route and keep up with the pros. I can’t recommend this app enough. I had a question on a Saturday and had an answer in minutes and a follow up question on Sunday and again a response in minutes. WOW.

Great App, with one exception.. This app has helped me tremendously with my delivery job. However, even when paying the monthly fee, the app caps your stop count at 120 per day. Now, it’s rare that I’ll have that many, BUT during holiday season I was easily eclipsing 120 stops, and it was stressful having to create multiple routes to accommodate my deliveries. If $5/month is the top tier, it should really include all the app can offer. In my mind, that would be unlimited stop counts.

Great app!. I work for the post office and this really helps me to optimize my deliveries. I’ve been using it for a while now and while not perfect, it definitely has its uses. Not really crazy on paying the $10 subscription because I only need it for when I deliver my express packages which tend to be all over town. I have it 4 stars because the app has to access your gps but won’t automatically delete the stop and go on to the next. I highly recommend.

Pretty good app. I like the app the one point of interest if you guys could make the optimize route option like a confirm to press yes. Because if you accidentally hit after you’ve started your route it’s going to be a problem based off how we’ve numbered the delivery stops. Just a are you sure y or n would save us from that consistent accident I’ve heard of but overall top notch thanks for the awesome app.

Google Maps. Great app. The optimization feature works great, but because it uses Apple maps for navigation you must leave the app to get driving instructions. In a perfect world that would be built into the app. Also, Apple Maps? It’s told me to take a left off the interstate into a parking lot that abutted it. It routinely doesn’t know about construction, road closures, and whether or not you can turn left or right somewhere. Otherwise it looks nice, works well, and has never crashed (!!!) 🤞🏻.

Sales Routes. I drive for work all over the state of Georgia and have ~150 accounts. This app keeps them all organized. I spent a half day putting in all my accounts and creating routes. Just that time has saved me hundreds in gas and hours in guesswork. Can’t recommend this app enough. $10/month for this all is way better than $100/month in gas for not being organized.

Great App. Love the app for planning multiple stop routes. Use it on a daily basis and fefinitely recommend it! Would be great if there was an edit mode on map view to edit addresses order, i find it a bit tedious to order/reorder them in list view. Also offline maps capability would be great. Love the app but wish the checkin times would print. Love this app but I really need to show actual checkin times. The app is really good for routing but doesn’t show actual checkin and that is important for my manager and the customer alike. I didn’t realize this until I had a long route that had to be run across 2 days and the report I shared shows all was done in I e day. Best Road Trip App. I utilized this app to map out my 48 state road trip and used it to modify the trip along the way. It was so easy to use and it optimized the fastest route for me so all I had todo was put all the locations in! I have definitely been recommending the app to everyone I know. Most apps don’t let you put in as many locations as Road Warrior does which made it so much easier to keep track of my trip.

Good App but need some features.. I work delivering packages and have tried different apps and I feel like RoadWarrior is the most user friendly app. There is one main feature that I would like. I use my iPhone to map out my stops and then I use an iPad in my car to do my route. The annoying part is that I have to keep login back into my phone after I use my iPad and viceversa. It would be nice to add support to be able to have a 2 device support.

Makes me look good. I've got 130 accounts tagged as favorites and on any given day I deliver to 25-30 in a fairly large geography. Road Warrior is invaluable as a tool to assist me with how to sequence my stops. And with custom schedules and service time I can hit my stops when they need me and know when I'll be there. For $4.99US / month the Pro service is a great deal as well. I can download data to a spreadsheet or import into a database for crunching.

Nice app. A crew of us use this app daily for FedEx routes, I like the newest update but the fact the navigation showing you on the map live is missing, maybe it was overlooked or removed but I hope it comes back! Other then that this map gets rid of the outdated big maps we used to use. *well I seen it’s an option now, so you have to run the “find me” button on. I’ve emailed the support and suggest if you ever have issues, you do the same! They are prompt with their response!!

Add to stop. When clicking add to stop sometimes it dosent add to your stops and it gets frustrating because I use this app everyday for my job and I don’t always have the time to make sure it added when it’s supposed to so it slows me down and also made me back track because I missed a stop that I put in RoadWarrior but it didn’t add it to my stops. Other than that it’s a great app when you have to stop by multiple locations.

Wonderful resource. I would give this 5 stars except the fact I cannot See where I am on the map/route. I love being able to load my route, customize it etc, however, it’s quite a headache having to guess my current location when in between stops and make me resort to using Maps to find out then go back to this app. You fix that, it’s 5 stars. Perfect. This app is really amazing. Better then google maps. Gives you all the options you need. I use this for my job so I can route out my stops during the day. Worth my money. No other app has what this app has. Edit: would really like to be able to change the color of the drop pins so I can set a stop and know that I have something specific to do there because of the color. Thanks

Deliveries went faster with this app. I got a temporary job with the post office and I had a hard time organizing and delivering because I was unfamiliar with the area that I was assigned to. It took a little time to enter all the addresses but it helped me cut hours off my day. One of my bosses asked what I did different because he noticed I got quick real fast. He tells his other employees about it now. This is a great app! I will recommend it to everyone.

A bit of connection. I’m glad to give a 5 star but I wish there’s a connection between one stop and another. Will love the app to immediately segue unto the next stop at the end of a current stop. Otherwise I love it and use it daily in my job. Secondly, other navigational Apps grant up to 25 free version stops. Yours is 8. Can you even go up to 15? It will help .

Please fix the location marker and I’ll go back to 5 stars!!. Since the update there is no longer a blue marker showing your current location, PLEASE FIX THIS!! I need it BAD!! Other than that love the new updates!! I own my own business and travel to several properties daily and this app has truly been a saving grace to me! Opportunity. I’ve used road warriors briefly, but I love it. Also- mgmt, you might want to think about partnering with “Showing Time” it’s a service realtors use to schedule showings for clients. We often use the smart route option, but that doesn’t convey to our map app directly in the form of a tour. Amazing. The app itself is easy to use. The only problem that i have is that when typing the address i have to click on add stop for it to get added into the route because sometimes i have a bunch of stops and i have to input them into the app and sometimes i forget to click on the add stop and continue and then realize the address was never added

Decent App. I really love this App! I do recommend it as well. But I do have to say I have to complain a little. As a delivery driver and putting in 60 plus stops for the day 5 days a week, I get a little angry that I have to backtrack! This app will take you right past a stop only to bring you back to it when you could have went another direction had you not had to backtrack back to that stop!!! It’s ridiculous ! You could’ve saved some time. You might want to fix that glitch!! That’s very time consuming…..

Powered by greed. A 100% price increase? It’s an ok app, but $100/year when it can’t even locate certain addresses or when the optimized route goes through a railroad track where no road exists, an aqueduct or a canyon, c’mon! The $5/month was already too much after you decided to allow only one user to be logged at a time. Now mapping at the terminal takes twice the time and the co-driver can’t see the next stop. I should also be able to choose, whether I want to archive routes or not and not having to go restoring routes manually. Such a shame you are becoming so greedy.

Shame. Are used to be the best navigation app around. Until money became more important. Now if you want to have any functionality at all you’ve got to pay more and they keep increasing it every couple of months. Not only that they take away functionality that you had already been paying for and put it in a higher level so you don’t even get to maintain what you had when they do their changes. They have increased cost and levels three times since I started using it. And decreased the users and the routes available for the lower levels at the same times. Needless to say I will no longer be using this app or giving them any of my money.

Use of daily for business. This app saves my company over $1,000/month in time and fuel. The ability to import job locations via Excel saves my office staff several hours per month. The accuracy of the mapping system and ability to prioritize locations (first/last) lets my work crews run more efficiently. (Each crew drives 6-8,000 miles a month) When it comes to rural addresses, the maps are more accurate than our GPS and cell phone systems. I'd give is 10 stars if I could. Note: been using this DAILY for over 2 years, have 5 crews working remodeling/clean-up of foreclosed properties in Rural Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. 20% of the areas we go to don't have street signs or house numbers. In over 10,000 addresses, we've only had 2 that did not show up on this app.

Maps my route & saves me time. I love this app. I’ve used it to pin each location I need to hit during errand day and it helps me come up with the most efficient route. I love it! I’ve used it for trivial things as well since it makes it easy to pin multiple locations and helps me visualize distance between points of interest.

Best app for routes.. Working for FedEx I needed something reliable. This app, was the best. I use it every day. PLUS, it’s CHEAPER! $60 per year to save you time is definitely worth the investment. I used Circuit App and they wanted $20! Nope, plus the did not allow you to order your stops to your knowledge or place you on a 1 ͏way snake route. They made you go by stops and drove you in circles. This app is the way to go.

It would be cool If they can add this feature. Great gps app I have been using it for years since I started at fedEx now I am a mail carrier for usps. I think it would be great to add a scan feature instead of having to type in every single address I would like to be able to just scan the packages into my navigation it would save alot of time.

Awesome for my team. I own a lawn care company and had been needing something like this for years. I am so happy with finding road warrior. It helps me keep track of my crews and what is getting done. I do wish it had an option to allow two drivers to be on one list but other than that I am super impressed. Every time I have had questions the support team has been right there to help me get it figured out.

Good but needs more options. This works pretty well for my needs. My only suggestions at this time would be: I wish there was a way to add in scheduled breaks. I also wish there was a way to lock in a stop even when optimizing, for example when you customize and set a stop you have the option to lock it in. If these are already options than making them easier to set would be appropriated.

App no longer works. I have been a paid subscriber to this app for several years now and have loved it…….up until about 2 months ago. They updated the app and ever since the update you cannot use it while connected to a Wifi connection. I have had interactions back and forth for two months with their customer service and they cannot get it fixed. All they will tell you is to turn off your wifi connection and use it. That is atrocious customer service and the app is not worth the subscription cost if you cannot use it at all times. Save your money and don’t wast your time buying this app.

$15 ? A month?!?! Not worth it. Are the map really needs to have more contrast between the roads and the grass trees other matter etc… the roads are white or light gray and everything else is gray or dark gray so at a glance sometimes you can’t really see the roads just the dots. Also when setting up your route if you back out of adding addresses and then go back in the addresses you’ve already added go invisible. Why? Since I can’t see the stops I already added I don’t remember if I already added that address or not. Just don’t make them go invisible there’s no reaso for it.

Amazing. I drive for Fedex and this has been a lifesaver almost everyday. The optimising allows me to accomplish all my deliveries before my pick up route. My only issue is that there seems to be a problem using the navigate feature from the app to google maps. It never connects for me. It could be because I’m in a low service area. Still recommend this app for anyone who’s drives for a living.

A must have when into real estate or a merchandiser. I take photos of property and I visit various retailers to service. I just copy and paste address and then optimize route. It takes the guessing out of planning the most cost or time efficient routes. This is one of the best apps and I actually utilize it daily. Has saved me so much time and I don't waste money driving around. Best money spent on an app so far❤️💯

Works great!!. I really like this app and I use it pretty much everyday for my deliveries. The only two reasons I don’t give a full 5 stars is because it needs a map update for the area I run in as it doesn’t know some of the roads are dead ends along with some locations being plotted correctly. The second reason is I also have used another app that allow you to program a route by taking a photo of you’re manifest. Just that alone would make this app unbeatable.

Life Saver!! productivity at its finest!. This is sooo amazing! I just need to figure out how to use it better and understand it, it is not theprogram it is me! This is absolutely amazing I wish so bad that the company I work for would have this for us. I do need to figure it out better still getting use to it! But I highly!! Highly recommend it!! I have been struggling and so frustrated with my route for months and man do I feel productive each and everyday now since using road warrior!

Definately worth it!. I sub contract for a company to preform occupancy checks. I will find jobs in my manifest and then plan out my next route. Oftentimes, there will be addition jobs added, and Road Warrior will chart them on the fly. I simply ADORE this app! It takes all the work out of having to plan a route for me. The check-in feature is great too. I have recommended this to my boss, who is checking it out and hopefully this will become a company wide used app!

Great Routing Map. I have to route myself on a daily basis with over 50 stops per day. I enter each address using voice and then optimize the route via the app. Works perfect. Great replacement for Microsoft streets and Trips. Also allows you to “favorite” stops you make on a regular basis, so you don’t have to enter them into the app every time you have a stop there. Highly recommend this app!

Best app for multiple stops trip planning. Great and an awesome app for planning a trip with multiple stops! 👍👍👍 Helps to optimise route, saves time and money! The only downside is, after recent update using this app on multiple devices is impossible and that brought big inconvenience. I use two devices in my truck, my iPhone and my iPad. I often switch between devices depending on the app ( such as GPS Maps, phone calls, Logbook, google earth and so on) iPad screen is bigger and it’s better to view apps on the bigger screen. iPhone is smaller and it’s a lot easier to type address into the app. I wish the developers would come up with an idea to make it possible for drivers to use two devices simultaneously for their convenience. Other then that, I love the app and recommend it to my friends!

Great app. I have to say in my opinion this is a great app but, yes there’s a bit, it would be even better if you could use the phone camera to scan addresses for faster entry and if the app would do a better job of putting the addresses in the correct order instead of having you pass a stop and the having to back track. I have notice several time on my route that it has me passing stops just to go back later on, but and one more but lol it’s a great app.

I can count 100% on Road Warrior!. I use this app on almost a daily basis. I have run a route that topped out at 98 stops. I had absolutely zero problems with keeping track of and getting exactly to where I intended. I will say though that I did downgrade from Pro when the price jumped $5.00 a month. I will definitely resubscribe of I get a large route! Thanks Road Warrior for keeping me on the move😇

The app is not bad but not GREAT!. The user friendliness of this app is great and also has a lot of useful perks for more advanced users, it’s smooth, BUT when it comes to accuracy of certain addresses, that’s what kinda took me from 5 stars down to 3. I feel the system has to be updated to be more efficient and accurate as google maps. With that being said, I really do like this app. Oh and the route optimization isn’t all that great either. Sometimes the route doesn’t make sense. That’s still not enough to make me hate the app though.

Best Route App By Far. I love this app! I travel across the country and often have 20+ stops. This app lets me create my entire route and set start and stop points. I can also add stops when they come up along the route without losing the entire rest of the route or having to start over. Super Easy to use. I’ve used it several times and still have more features to go through but it works great!
