I can't stop playing!. So far Letter Soup has been challenging, but a bit repetitive. It's easy to earn game points for purchasing hints. I like that I can play for a few minutes and come back (days) later to pick up where I left off.

Love. I love all of your games and have a lot of them but the last time I did an update on my iPhone it wiped out all of my money all of my puzzle stars all of my gems all of them got cleaned out. I am back to zero when I had like 1500. Very unhappy that these all linked to an update

Needs a lot of improvement!. The game could be a lot of fun if the developers knew English. Here's my complaint: the game won't accept tons of actual words, ie, tote or pinto, but then requires as answers words I've never heard of, and I am an avid reader. It drives me nuts. Some times I end up randomly entering letter hoping it will be one of their obscure words. And it will be! If I could find a better game like this, I would delete this one in a New York minute! 😀

Great time passer. This is not only great for passing the time but for learning new words as well. I would have given it 5 stars if it would let you save and move on when you are a little stuck, without using a hint if you chose not to.

Don’t swipe. You have to tap instead of swipe. The letters don’t always take. Frustrating.

Fun! But some words are nuts!. The games are great but the words are sometimes very obscure maybe even European. Which is fine but makes it difficult and you may have to pay to find the word.

Word soup. Love it! Most words are within everybody's range but a couple are questionable forcing most people to use hints, thereby gems, which if you run out you'll have to buy more. This is where they make their $$. (For instance - I don't know anyone who would know the monetary units used in Papua, New Guinea).They give you ample opportunity to earn gems, so for most folk, you shouldn't run out. But the sound effects are cute, and being able to "stir" the letters up helps you see different word patterns. Overall- fun game!

Frozen. Just downloaded this yesterday . Played about 7- 8 games and it froze. Letter fridge which I have played for months froze yesterday. I tried everything your instructions said to do. Have the latest update for the game and my computer and can't get them to unfreeze. Frustrating.

GREAT FUN, GOOD CHALLENGE BUT.... This is a great word challenge game to pass time however unless you fork out $$$ you'll reach a point you're stumped. Every other game I play at least gives you a daily freebie so you have an opportunity to advance if you're stuck and I'd give 5 stars if Letter Soup did. I've reached one word I can't get and being on limited income I can't afford to put money in so now will have to stop playing and delete the app altogether. Bummer

Super fun. I am really enjoying this game and have not had any of the issues others have had with the game not accepting words. The ads really aren't as annoying either. This game is great for getting the brain going in the morning.

Great Game. Keeps your mind sharp and definitely passes the time if you're bored or waiting on something. Great game for kiddos to increase their vocabulary along with those learning English for the first time.

Great Simple Game. Simple, but can be challenging! All possible words don't seem to be listed, but sometimes there may be a lot of possible words. The answers are grouped by similar starting letters which helps some when you get stuck.

Great game. Entertaining and challenging. Good game to play when waiting for an appt because you can always pick up where you left off. The big turn off is. Eventually I will have to buy keys to continue. That will be the day the game will be deleted and why it only gets 4 stars.

Addicted. I just love this app. I am currently on hard after going through easy and medium. Hope you are going to have more or I'll just have to start all over lol it's that much fun

Letter Soup Family Fun. I love this game as do my 11 and 16 year old granddaughters. We played for hours yesterday. When one got stuck figuring out a word, we would show the game to another of us. Usually that one would spot a word right away. New eyes see things differently. So it was great family time for us. I do wish there was a way to get rid of the adds. I don't see a way to purchase the game. I am not interested in purchasing extra stars. We seldom use them and would rather "work" to earn them. Thanks for the fun!

ergingging. Really like the game. Get tired of all the interruptions of "commercials" to get other games but I guess I just need to pay the money to get it stopped. I have had problems of having to use hints to get the letters even though I have put in the correct word several times and it doesn't recognize it. That is rather annoying. Overall, good game.

Letter Soup. This app should be really fun! You make as many words as possible with the letters available, and you can "stir" the pot to rearrange the letters. If you solve the complete level, you're supposed to gain gems to use for hints, but that's not happening. Not getting any gems, so they want you to buy them all. Done it twice, written about it, the developers haven't solved the problem, nor even addressed it, so once I've used what I have, I'm done. There's also alot of issues where the app doesn't accept words that are common in English, correctly spelled, but there's tons of words that seem to be common in other countries, that English speaking people could not possibly know.

Warning! Addicting game!. As a former elementary teacher, I find this game is fun and challenging. Love that it also provides a definition for each word. I wish I had had this when I was teaching! Using it with my seven year old granddaughter. Love that we can play it together.

Great fun. I love word games and this one is terrific.

Letter Soup. I really like this game. I just wish you would get rid of the glitch that I have already told you about. I hope that the fix comes soon. Thanks for fixing the glitch. It makes the game better.

Lacks consistency. Sooooooo many times I have run into ludicrous discrepancies in word options. Once again, the singular form of a word (sone) cannot be entered, when the plural form of this word (sones) is required to complete a portion of the same list. Several times common root words e.g., ade as in limeade, lemonade, are not recognized words. There is no ability to substitute a legitimate word that the author did not think to use. One MUST use only the word the author selected. Some foreign language words, such as ole are recognized, but not sol, of the same language. Abbreviations e.g., SOS, ROM, R.E.M., etc. are accepted as words, while others are not. Technical words used in specific, narrow fields (such as sone which is a term common to the field of audiology) are all through this stuff. This forces purchases, money grubbing!

Good. Same as another said, the letter sometimes is selected but doesn't show, so you have to reset. Also some of the words are weird like "ins" what is that? Also once complete it moves onto the congratulations page but would like to review the words again.

Play and challenge both. I really enjoyed this App. It's playful, reminding me of when I was a kid trying to spell out words with the lettered noodles in my soup! At the same time it provides a challenge in finding all the words in the level.

Bead Queen Granny. At first I didn't like this game but now I do play it about every day. It kinda grows on you and you find it gets easier each time you play.

Frustratingly fun!. I always loved jumble in the Sunday paper, so this kind of reminded me of that. But, as usual, with free apps, if you are one word away from clearing the puzzle, and you're out of gems, you are stuck. What I definitely do not like was that they offered other apps, and said that you would earn the gems through there, and they were interchangeable. LIE. I earned a bunch of gems on some stupid easy apps, none of which were transferable to this game. It's all good, though.

word game fun. The game allows you to play, but the math is off for the puzzle gems and keys. You are supposed to get keys and gems for jumping through their hoops, watching videos or installing games. It does not work that way. Too bad because the word game itself is fun. Update the dictionary, too, some words are not admissible and should be.

This game is so addictive and fun!!!!. I love this game and I play it all of the time I seriously recommend it. It is challenging though.

Good game. Like the. Game. Find it challenging, although I have entered real words and they have been rejected. Would be good to be able to get a hint when stuck on the last word. Can't move forward until you have them all.

Fun but be Fair!. Enjoying this game ... I completed Letter Soup so I’m a pro 🤗 And I know my words. But it’s not fair to include obscure words NEVER found in ordinary English usage. There aren’t many, but the game creators could so easily omit them. Who knows “donga” ... a gully associated with a veldt ... even your word check balks at this. Names of authors aren’t fair either in a word game ... fine for crosswords. And the sounds are awful. Who wants to hear a loud “slurp” when a word is incorrect. I turn off the sound, but then I lose that very satisfying click for each letter. Get rid of the nasty SLURP. Please! And it would be nice to incorporate the nice “slide” of the finger over the letters which is so nice in Letter Soup.

Awesome. I am not one to typically play games yet this one is stimulating, challenging and entertaining all at the same time....

Word soup. Today is September 7th. It is after time for September 7th daily challenge. Yet September 6th is the date that shows up and September 7th won’t be available for 16 hours and then it would be September 8th. What happened to September 7th daily.

Addictive and fun. My husband and I really enjoy these puzzles. It is possible to earn enough gems by working the puzzles so that you don't have to buy any. Sometimes our vocabulary outstrips the game's, but we still enjoy it.

Like it. I really like the game, but I think there should be a way to go on to the next challenge if you can answer the word that uses all of the letters or by getting a certain percentage of words on each level. I don't like that you have to get them all first. If you get stuck on a three letter word, you could feasibly be done with the game forever.

Frustrating. It’s a great game, but frustrating when you have tried every single four-letter word known to man and they are ALL rejected!! UPDATE YOUR DICTIONARY!!!

Fun in short bursts. I wish there were more groups of words. If you finish a soup and want yo Ho again, you don't earn stars. You have to delete the game and reload. Earning one star per complete list is not enough. Takes too many to be able to use them.

What a dish!. This is a souper thinking game!

Kids love it!. Even though I sometimes get bored with this app, the different levels make it great for kids. My 9 yo daughter and her friends play it on the way to school and it helps with their vocabulary. It's one of the apps they always choose when I say play an educational game instead of just a game like minecraft or subway surfer.

I LOVE THIS GAME. This game is so much fun and difficult at times which makes it terrific to play. There are words, once in a great while, that I've NEVER heard of but it has at least improved my vocabulary. Thanks for lots of fun even in the dentist's office.

Simple to play and yet challenging!. If you like word games and like to keep your mind thinking creatively, you may enjoy this game. It's simple -no complicated rules or instructions. The words are challenging especially when trying to guess which words the system has chosen for the list! It has a teeny bug here or there but overall worth the FREE price. Ads are tiresome but no more intrusive than in other games.

Buggy. On multiple occasions a word was not accepted but after the 2nd or even 3rd time of trying the SAME word it is accepted. I feel the game is trying to force you to spend money to buy hints.

Great game-Greedy developers. Well, here I am again adding to my previous review. I've come to say goodbye to what might have been my favorite word game. I don't stay with apps that insist you pay for EVERYTHING!! Thanks for the fun while it lasted. (Previous review) For all those who like word challenge games this one is great. There's only one problem. Once you start really enjoying the game.....no more free games, you must buy them......no more free help gems, you must buy them. I did buy one set of keys for .99 that would allow me to continue to play three more categories but then since I purchased something from them, nothing else could be earned free by good playing. I will use the keys that I purchased but then will delete this game. The advertisers pay plenty to have their ad placed.......so why do they have to charge player also?? Greedy!!

Great word challenge. How many words can you make from five little letters? Surprising number! And challenging task!! Plan is laid out for you to fill in the blanks. Hints are available, if you get stuck. Highly recommended if you're a word person. If not, this game would be incredibly frustrating, especially if you had all the words except the last one.

Too many bugs. Has a limited vocabulary. Has plurals/past tense of some words and not others. Hitting letters is buggy. They show to be selected but do not show in the submit bar, then won't clear until you hit submit. At least it is not timed or limited number of submissions.

Challenging. Becomes quite challenging. Pity it does recognise some of the more common words. Uses plurals a lot, not ideal.

Fun game. Fun game. It doesn't recognise a lot of fairly common words. You have to guess the words it wants not the words you know fit. Same ads over and over. But it's free so that's what you get.

Not in alphabetical order.. The correct words are not in alphabetical order, which can make it hard to find the last few words.

Frustrating for the wrong reasons. The game itself is engaging enough. It's the arbitrary (non-alphabetical) lists of words that make completion of each level so unnecessarily frustrating. Sometimes an obscure word will be allowed, but mostly not. How do you tell? Also, the word LOP was allowed in a list, but LOPS was not -- despite the presence of HIP/HIPS, HOP/HOPS, and LIP/LIPS. Annoying!
