!. the app is great. i really love the look but i gave this 4 stars because sometimes the app will kick me out and ill have edit the same video all over again and thats fustrating:(

Not a cash grab. The most annoying thing about looking for an old Timey super 8 filter was that every single one was a cashgrab. This one lets you browse certain filters for free and then you can pay for more options.

Great app just keeps getting better. I Love this app and they are always making it better every single update keep it up retro film!!!

It’d be great if... It allowed for audio to be recorded.

Crashes. The app crashes every time I import a video (6 sec long). I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max with the latest iOS.

No vertically-shot video. This is great for what it does - a single, unique effect. No parameters to adjust, but I can’t complain, it’s free!

Solid app. Update: I've used this a lot and it's great! I have used this for about five times over the last couple months. I love it, gives you two copies of what you record. One regular and one old looking, love it.

Crashes on iPhone 6 Plus. It begins to play the video then it crashes. Three times in a row.

Simple! HOWEVER‼️. I’ve been using this app since last year. Loyal. However, it’s now crashing. This is so sad, please fix this. I use IPHONE XS MAX. I edit video 1080 P and above. 60FPS.

It still needs work. It would be a nice little app that’s fun to use. However it crashes ALL THE TIME! I will sometimes have to edit the same video 2-3 time because it crashes in the middle of my project.

Great Free Retro Film. I give this app 5 stars because it lets me import and export videos with sound, with some free filters and effects. This is the only free retro film app worth having, that I have come across. Every other app is a money grab besides this. The negative reviews I read were about technical difficulties, and were from years ago. It appears the app has improved since then. If anything changes, my review will update. For now, 5 stars; I’m very happy with this retro film app!

Exactly what I wanted. This app is seriously so cool. At first I didn't understand why the screen was black and it was being all weird, but once I got the hang of it, it was perfect.

Nice, but with bugs. Like it, did buy the add on, but cannot save, app crashes. Please repair!

I'm rating it five so it'll be at the top. there isn't any noise! after you record it completely cuts out the audio and you can't here anything. what's up with this? please fix this.

Realistic looking effects. Needs to work on still images. The effects are quite net resting. This app needs to be adapted to apply the same or similar effects to still images.

Crashes. App was once good but now crashes every time I create a video and try to save it to my phone.

The app crashes before it finishes downloading. Well the app would be super cool if it’d let me actually download the video. But every time I try to the app crashes. :( hope this gets fixed.

Not bad. Not bad but you definitely don't get all the filters they advertise. You get normal color, B&W, and two different sepia (vintage brown wash) filters with the free purchase. All the other ones require money

GREAT APP. I love this app, it makes my videos look very vintage and the filters they give you are really nice. However, sometimes the app crashes so I'm hoping that should be fixed!
