My Review. My PlushCare Physician and I have connected via telehealth appointments several times now over the last couple of years. Each time I find myself very satisfied with his medical insight, ease in communicating with me, thoroughness in ordering tests/appointments with local medial specialists, and prescribing required medications. At this point in our professional connection, I no longer even notice that we are not present in the same office. It is a trusted relationship that has developed. More than once I have shared that I wish he practiced in the community where I reside; but, when I really think about it - he sort of does! Thank you, Dr. Van Vugt, for your medical expertise and as well for your impressive commitment to customer service/ empathy/and professional standards! Awesome experience every time!. My family and I have used Plush Care since 2018. Getting an appointment is FAST..usually within the hour. And since COVID they’ve lengthened the time frame they offer appointments....I recently booked a 9:45pm appointment and had antibiotics by 10:30pm. That would never happen at urgent care. You can sit on your couch, in your pajamas, and talk to a doctor. At some point in life, you just know what you need because you’ve had the same thing before ..you know the symptoms...we get pretty good at diagnosing ourselves with certain things....and this is where Plush Care is invaluable. No more germ-laden waiting rooms where you may catch something far worse!

Dr. Safa Magid / PlushCare. This app is awesome if you have covid and need an rx. We had Dr. Safa Magid who was punctual, professional, thorough, and kind. I got the appointment for my mom and Dr. Magid asked her about all her symptoms and medical history to determine what treatment would be safe for my mom. She sent the rx to the pharmacy, instructed her on what to monitor and what to do if things got worse. The app itself is quick and easy to navigate and the appointment setting/check in was very simple. As for the appointment cost it’s about $129 in total if you have no insurance or do but have not met your deductible which to me- not too bad. Thank you Plush Care and thank you Dr. Safa Magid!!!

Scam scam scam scam. Had an appointment payed the 20$ copay, doctor never got onto the video call. Had a stomach virus just wanted some zofran. The doctor then called me from a personal phone number and said she can’t diagnose me without SEEING me??? Um isn’t that the point of the video call and the whole entire reasoning behind this app? I said okay. I got a refund for the appointment. A month later in January my card is being charged for 9$ here and 9$ there so I called them (and sat on hold for 20 minutes) and they told me it was for a membership. I never once signed up for a membership! I even looked through the app and I didn’t see anything about a membership or upgrading to a membership until I dug and dug and found the debit card on file as well as my insurance. Was able to remove my insurance however it doesn’t give you an option to remove your debit or credit card. The lady cancelled my “subscription” however the card is still on file which makes me very nervous! My suggestion is to go through a different online doctor. I’ve had such a bad experience and I do not want anyone else to have it!

love it!!. I have had multiple UTIs in the past and gone to urgent cares and this is so much easier! My doctor, Dr. Tarango, was attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. Within 30 minutes my antibiotics were ready to pick up at the pharmacy. It is the day after my appointment and I just got back in contact with some concerns I had about my symptoms (vetting in contact was super easy) and my doctor’s assistant was very quick and helpful in her response. I was definitely suspicious at first, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about going to an urgent care with a minor issue! Thank you Dr. Tarango and Ms. Diaz!!

Reliable and professional. I have used PlushCare for sometime now, it is very useful to see a doctor and get healthcare needs met right in my own home when I need them. Comparatively to money that is spent on insurance payments, this is rather inexpensive. The providers, and Netwerk team, have all been extremely helpful and professional. It is nice to know that I have a reliable means to reach a doctor when I need it. There’s also a continuity of care that I don’t get if I were to have to go to an urgent care center, or even wait to make an appointment at a traditional doctors office. I highly recommend.

BE CAREFUL. I think this app works great most of the time, but for me it didn’t. The doctor was about 5 minutes late, completely understandable for a doc who I’m sure is super busy. However, after about ten seconds of talking, the app crashed. I tried to rejoin two times, and it said waiting for the doctor to join. Then, the app crashed again, and my dashboard wouldn’t let me rejoin. This all happened in only two minutes. I immediately checked my internet, which was running at over 450mbps, more than enough to handle a video call. It was the software itself. I desperately needed a telehealth visit because I have Covid and can’t go in to an urgent care without putting others at risk. I needed immediate help for intense ear pain that has lasted three days and has only gotten worse. Now, because of this app, I will have to wait even longer.

Don t do it! Waste of money!. This is my second time trying to review, seems my first wasn’t allowed to post. Hmmmm. First issue, the doc ordered blood work. They emailed me a form to take to a local lab. I went to the lab and had blood drawn but was told they couldn’t run test without a digital signature from the doctor. The lab order was never signed. The hospital tried calling and couldn’t get through do they left a voicemail. I called to follow up, but was also left on hold then 45 minutes later a computerized message told me no one was available to take my call, so I also left a message. I followed up with two emails and a message on the app to the doctor. This was on Tuesday, still NO RESPONSE. I then notice an erroneous charge for $90 on my card so I emailed. They won’t answer definitively on that issue as well. WASTE OF MONEY, definitely fraudulent. I will be filing a chargeback on my card for the $219 for nothing!

Dr J. Hornberger. First, the advantage of telehealth is when you’ve been “sheltering in place,” or should be, and you look like a zombie w/bad hair (no disrespect to zombies looking better than me right now 😆)... it doesn’t matter. Muster up and get online and get yourself help- you’ll only regret you didn’t do it sooner. 😉 Also, If you have insurance, setting that up was easiest here of all medical websites I’ve used & my price was thrilling.😁 Get someone to refer you & you can get 3 months free right now, too. Or maybe call them and they’ll honor that for you, if you ask- couldn’t hurt to try. It’s not easy, but be brave, ask for help.🥴 In closing, Dr. Hornberger is highly professional & knowledgeable, attentive, thorough... 🤔 and he EXPLAINS all VERY well in laymen’s terms that work good for many of us. Just do it- get yourself some CARE! Don’t continue suffering. 🙏💕

Waste of precious time. Unfortunately, for me, it was a glorious waste of my time. And time I didn’t have, otherwise, I’d be going to an in-person doc. I spent from 1:30 pm until now at 6:50 pm dealing with making the appt., having it (it failed the first time and had to wait til 5 pm for next appt.) being told no for the thing I came for, asking for money back, following up on my 2 charges being returned. Now I have to wait a few business days to make sure I get back my money on 2 $99 charges. After the wasted time today, I walked into the local Instacare and was seen right away and was given what I asked for and came for ( a supportive NON-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE), and headed to pharmacy. I am exhausted by all the phone calls and waiting just to be told no after all that. So, I shan’t be using it again. But it sounds like a neat idea in theory. And the staff who answers the phones and makes appts. and all were very professional and friendly.

Horrible experience, multiple times. I want to be clear in that this review and rating is not about my doctor, but everything else surrounding Plushcare. I quite frankly have never experienced such a bad experience leading me to write this review. First of all, their messaging service does not work. They offer you a chance to 'message your doctor'. Yet two different messages to my doctor went completely unanswered. They offer you a chance to message your "care team" and state a 2-3 day turnaround time. Asking to full a cholesterol prescription, 6 days later, resulted in a generic response that said it's been more two months since you've seen your doctor, scheule a fee-based appointment to review symptoms - blah blah blah. There are no sympotoms for high cholesterol, there are test results and previous discussion I was simply following up on. By the way, this was the second occurance over a three month period where the care team took forever to respond, and responded back with something completely irelelevant. I would pass on this service as there are so many out there. Also read previous 5 star reviews carefully. They come off as completely staged.

Better than an in-person visit!. I initially tried this app out of desperation after being completely dismissed and ignored by an Urgent Care doctor from UPMC for what I knew was a severe throat/ear infection. After just a few minutes with my PlushCare doctor, she could tell what my symptoms pointed to and immediately got me on the treatment plan I needed to get better. I was listened to, not dismissed or made to feel like I was exaggerating my symptoms, and she even followed up with me the following day, AND gave me a referral to an ear, nose and throat specialist to discuss further treatment options long-term. I would recommend this app to literally everyone! 10/10. Thank you PlushCare and Dr. Nichols for making me feel like a person, not a dollar sign!

Very understanding, compassionate physician. I work in the healthcare industry myself and have so for several years. I run a business and do most of the clinical patient care myself as a respiratory therapist and a sleep disorders specialist. My father is a semi retired now pulmonary physician. I’ve also went into healthcare after suffering from a “limb threatening” leg injury and I know a lot about clinical pharmacology. Dr. Marks I can wholeheartedly say is a very understanding, intelligent, physician, who did what he could as a telehealth physician to help me out as much as possible. He had some great ideas for me and he was compassionate and humble. It’s obvious that he has a lot of experience as a physician in the clinical setting and I’m is an excellent resource to look to for any of your medical needs within the realm of telehealth still being somewhat limited in practice due to the government standards. Answered all my questions. The help care staff answered my calls immediately and Stephanie was helpful, friendly, and informative, giving info on how to get the app and book an appointment the same day. I was extremely pleased to be able to book and have an appointment in the privacy of my own home the very next morning to meet my urgent need. Dr. Bowling was easy to talk to and knowledgeable about which birth control to prescribe me. I am so grateful to have found plush care and be able to get the prescription I needed for contraception the very same day as my appointment! I would recommend this service to any woman not wanting to wait multiple weeks to speak with a Dr. or have to go to a walk in clinic! Thank you for the convenience, privacy, and access to immediate answers plush care!

Dr. Felix Krauinski. I saw Dr. Felix KRA I am SKI on the telephone and he was excellent. I have to voicemail this because I am going blind because the botched cataract surgery. I apologize for any mistakes in spelling. He’s going to give me another round of medication for two days and I really appreciated his concern. I was very embarrassed but he made me feel comfortable and told me not never to be embarrassed. Thank you very much. Raquel walk me through the video chat as I am not used to doing it. I was supposed to see Dr. Lacy Warner, But the first girl didn’t show me how to do a video chat and I miss the call. I finally spoke to Dr. Felix and he was wonderful. Was nervous at first, but was very impressed!. After hours of dealing with rude receptionists over the phone at my doctors office who constantly put me on hold to horrible 80s music, missing calls from callback nurses because I’m too busy during the day to be waiting around for their calls, and never actually getting to speak to my doctor to resolve small issues that could be resolved much much quicker, I stumbled upon plushcare! Finally an app for the modern world! As a fast moving, impatient, Millennial, this app was perfect. I booked an appt online for the same day, met with with my doctor (who was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful), and she ordered my prescription to my local CVS literally while we were still on the call. She also suggested follow up blood work and made the whole process as EASY as possible! Will definitely be using this app for all minor health questions and or anything that doesn’t require me being in person going forward!

Glad to find online treatment for Covid-19. I’m a 65 yr old disabled woman. I tested positive for Covid this morning Thur 1/12 after being exposed by a family member 4 days ago. I preferred to find a doctor online to avoid going out. I found PlushCare and selected Dr. Cristina Acosta Padron from the list of available physicians. Appointments were readily available with a wide selection of doctors to choose from including their profiles and reviews. Dr. Padron discussed my symptoms and current prescriptions I’m taking. I was hoping to be prescribed an antiviral medication to reduce the severity of my Covid. We discovered that several of my current meds conflicted with the drug most prescribed PAXLOVID. The doctor instead chose to prescribe LAGEVRIO which allows me to continue taking all of my current meds. Dr. Padron is very professional, competent and caring. She made me feel comfortable during our appointment and answered questions that I had. I would recommend her very highly as a physician.

Dr. Mitchell Doyle is amazing. Dr. Mitchell Doyle is the absolute best, she is the definition of a great Doctor. For the first time I finally felt heard and understood. I been through so much with my health and every previous doctor would ignore my concerns and just push pills on me even though I’ve had certain side effects that they did not find concerning to themselves. When I finally switch insurance carriers I was determined to find a doctor that cared about me and not make me feel like another $$$. And something brought me to this app PlushCare, and of course I did my research and looked for a doctor that I felt I could connect with. I came across Dr. Mitchell Doyle and booked my appointment with her. And from the greeting she just had a great vibe. She was so understanding and gave me great tips on how to have a healthy lifestyle. I’ve mention my concerns to her and she gave me the best advice that no other doctor that I’ve had would give. She is Amazing and I’m so happy to have her as my Primary Care Physician. Thank you Dr. Mitchell Doyle for making me feel heard. And thank you PlushCare. This app definitely stands up to its name.

Where have you been my whole life. I needed an appointment to refill my medicine. The prescriptions have not changed in years but every 90 days I have to take off work and spend a couple hours at the doctor’s office. I just tried this out. The earliest appointment I could chose was in a little over an hour so I booked it. When the time came I joined the session and it took less than 10 minutes. I got all of my medicines refills sent to the pharmacy in my town, was able to ask some questions, and got a lab slip for my annual blood work emailed to me. I didn’t have to miss any work. With my insurance I usually pay $30 but have to miss half a day of work. This appointment cost me $99 (my deductible is not met yet) for a difference of $69 more than if I went to my regular doctor, but I did not have to take off work which would have cost me more in lost wages.

Online appointment with Doctor Marks. This was my first time using this type of medical platform, so I was a bit nervous about how it would actually go. But. I desperately needed medication for a condition I knew I had come down with. My primary care doctor was not available and the thought of having to spend 2-3 hours waiting to be seen at an urgent care facility, just didn’t seem like a good option when I barely have enough time in the day as it is. So, I decided to give this a try. I was able to easily book my own appointment via my mobile phone this morning, I picked a time that was convenient for me and they took my insurance, along with a small copay. The Doctor called in on video chat at the exact scheduled time and the whole thing was done in 15 minutes. I asked all the questions I wanted and gave him all the info he needed. He quickly made his diagnosis and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I am so grateful! This was an awesome experience and I will definitely be using again! Dr Parker is fantastic! Thank you!

Unprofessional. I am a healthcare worker on a busy COVID unit, out of town. I called in advance to ensure that I could receive treatment for a suspected UTI, and was assured that it is a common complaint and frequently treated through their telehealth app. After enrolling, scheduling and appointment, and paying 100 dollars, I received a call from the nurse for the physician who stated that the doctor is unwilling to treat me and my appointment was automatically canceled. The nurse did not inquire as to my symptoms or ask for any elaboration, I simply was denied treatment. The nurse then stated that I could speak with a representative who could issue a refund, but was hung up on. I currently am on hold for 10 minutes and 9 seconds, to attempt to get my money back. This company is dishonest and unwilling to help. If the physician had such great concern that she is unwilling to prescribe a broad spectrum antibiotic to prevent the further spread of infection, until I can get back to town, she is putting me at greater risk by no treatment at all. I do not have time, I just worked 14 hours and have to be back at work again, I simply needed treatment to buy some time until I can see my family doctor in 3 days. I implore you, do not trust this company, it is a bait and switch. I will be making a full report to the better business bureau

Two thumbs up for Dr. Burrer and Plush Care. I tried this yesterday, July 5 and kind of a holiday, for the first time. I had a no-show for my doctor. When I tried to cancel my appointment after waiting for 45 minutes, nobody was available. The site wanted to charge me $30 for my cancellation. I was certain that I had been ripped off (But all the good reviews...?) Soon after I cancelled, I was contacted by both the doctor and plush care. The doctor said he had technical difficulties and apologized. I was refunded for everything. Today I tried again with Dr. Burrer. He joined the video chat at exactly the time our appointment was supposed to start or a couple minutes prior to that, he was so much more helpful than I expected. I needed a refill for a medication that I’ve taken for a long time. I’ve recently moved to a new state and my old doctor wouldn’t give me more refills. He gave me a six month supply when he could’ve given me a 30 day supply and charged me again for another visit for another refill in 30 days. What a nice surprise! I am going to continue paying the $14 so I can use them for anything I need them for. It’s good, affordable, and convenient.

This is an amazing app!. Before this app I never had a virtual doctors visit but I am so glad that I gave it a try. I just moved to a new city so I could no longer get prescription from my previous primary doctor, I have a chronic condition that requires medication. I went on this app to get a refill of my medication until I was able to get a new primary care doctor. I had my appointment with Dr. Allison Lovell and she is such a lovely and easy going doctor. I highly recommend her, she was easy to talk to and really cared about my condition and what I had to say. I was able to get my prescription as well as two refills to get me by until I find a new doctor. If you need quick care that is easy and stress free I highly recommend this app. The price for me was $100 because I haven’t met my deductible but if I were to go to a doctors office near me I would have paid more than that so I am happy with the price. Overall this was a good experience for me.

Technical difficulties but great app!. First time I used the app it worked great. This past time it took two tries on two different days to get connected with difficulties still but I ended up with the physician I had the first time which worked out as I already had a great experience with her. So much so I tried to leave a good review for her but there doesn’t seem to be a way, which makes me curious as to how the ratings are generated. If you’re using the app I highly recommend Dr. Carrie Beaumont. She is thorough, relatable, gives advice on prevention by asking questions to pinpoint the cause and discusses treatment thoroughly. The app works fine but I’m not sure I’d be a repeat customer without Dr. Beaumont. Thanks for your help!

They were here for me when I needed help. I tested positive for Covid and was very sick. It’s Sunday and we live in a small rural community. The local urgent care facilities are 45 min away and were upfront that they would see me but wouldn’t consider any treatment other than comfort care, which I’m already doing. Telemed through Plush medical was the answer. The intake staff was kind and helpful; Dr. Britton was also kind and thorough. I was able to upload photos of my fever (thermometer reading), and positive Covid test; I entered my remaining vital signs for him to review. He called in the appropriate antiviral prescription based on my age, symptoms and health history. So grateful we can get treatment underway.

Saved my life!. two years ago I called this service and had an appointment with Dr. Susan and I let her know that I was flying out to North Carolina to see a friend and that I needed some thyroid medication. She took a good look at me this was a video chat, and said you look terrible tell me what’s going on, I told her that I was extremely thirsty that I had to go to the bathroom every 1520 minutes, that I felt sick and I told her all my symptoms. She said I think you’re a diabetic you need to be rushed to the hospital immediately. I called my son after I got off the phone with her he rushed me to ER my numbers were 650 I was in the ICU for four days. If it wasn’t for this amazing doctor I might have died. What’s interesting is that I spoke to her today I have not spoken to her in two years and we remember that day where she saved my life. I am very grateful to Plush care for taking such personal interest in their customers I’m sorry their patients, their level of care and professionalism is unbelievable. I can always get someone on the phone for a doctor appointment as a diabetic this is something that I need always. Thank you so much plush care for taking such good care of me and thank you again Dr. Susan for saving my life!

Surprised by the invaluable benefits!. I was contacted by then when an irregular heart rhythm was detected via my Fitbit! It asked if I was interested in being part of a cardiac study. I sent them my medical information and a virtual appointment was set up for me. The doctor that contacted me was very through, asking the appropriate quest regarding my medical issues. He asked if I was willing to wear an e-patch that would monitor my heart rhythms for a week. I heard from after They evaluated the results and I had another virtual appointment and the results gone over. These results will be sent to my physician! As an RN, I was very impressed with the level of care I was given and the interaction with the Physician. And there was no charge for a very expensive study. Thanks to all, for a valuable experience!

Impressive - World class. I must say I was quite impressed. Upon putting in my insurance information my profile tells me all the details of my deductible and my costs. I was pretty impressed with that interface. When I was ready to schedule an appointment there was large number of providers to choose from. Each provider had their background and rating. There was a range of available appointments available immediately all the way to the evening. My provider was amazing and thorough. The communication within the app is amazing after visit summary was readily available and there’s an awesome support team

super sketchy. I paid with my credit card for the full cost of my first appointment. I cancelled my membership after that and stopped using this app because I didn’t care for the quality of doctor (but that’s just my personal opinion that doesn’t factor into my 1 star rating). Then PlushCare billed my insurance for the same amount that I had already paid & have proof of on my credit card statement. Then a week later they invented another (more expensive) random appointment that never even happened and billed my insurance for a second full appointment. Then I got an email that I owe an extra $10 for the one actual appointment I had. Every time I try to call PlushCare to resolve all of this, I wait on hold until the robot voice tells me nobody is available to take my call. Nobody ever calls me back either. I can’t get through to them and it’s just so sketchy. Definitely avoid this app for sure.

Great, Quality Guaranteed Alternative!. This was my first time using an online Doctor. She was so welcoming and it was as if she had been my personal doctor forever. She was patient and asked me questions that a doctor would ask in a normal office visit. I do have a regular family doctor, but they were booked and I wanted to be seen for a chronic sinus infection flare up before I left out of town for my wedding anniversary. This was a wonderful experience that was immediately booked as soon as I created my account. Thank you for your kind professionalism as well as creating an atmosphere to properly resolve my health concerns. I am going to personally recommend my own mother to request this doctor for any of her future minor health situations.

First timers. I did not have any insurance and didn’t wanna wait too long because of it to get a prescription for something I already know and have record of needing for medication. so this was very very handy. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours through video chat and he was very understanding as well as professional. If you need only a prescription refill or anything of the sort this is really easy and really effective to me because I was able to get a pharmacy very close to home and not have to go to the doctors as well for those who can’t do that this is very convenient I think.

Super convenient. This app is excellent. I got it only yesterday and have used it twice since my husband and I have the flu. I was able to schedule an appointment for both of us and the doctor was right on schedule. No connectivity issues either. I accidently scheduled my appointment under my husbands profile and thought I would have to pay another copay fee to book the appointment all over again but they immediately refunded me my copay fee and I was able to reschedule under my own name. Great customer service. Super simple app to use. Quick and fast help.

Ridiculous and a waste of time.. I got an antibiotic for an uti. The antibiotic didn’t work. I called for a refill less than 2 weeks later. I call my pharmacy to contact the doctor. They can’t get through. I called plushcare and they stated I have to take a urine and make another appt. They won’t refill the prescription. The whole point is making it easier since it virtual so I don’t have to go to the doctor. I can easily go to urgent care and get another antibiotic. Plushcare is a waste of time and they just want you to make another appt so they can bill the insurance and get paid. No reason for another virtual appt after 2 weeks. Won’t be using this service again. Best part is I had to call to get this information. Never got a call or an email that I have to book another appt. I wish I can give it 0 stars.

I know my body. I called my regular doctor and said I know what I have can you please call in a prescription? Spoke to the nurse and was told I had to come in to have tests. The nature of what I’m feeling is a normal occurrence and I’ve had one before. I am having some pain and need to stay near a bathroom so the idea of going to visit a doctor, be tested and then wait for the pharmacy all while being afraid something I can’t control would happen during that time away from my house was very unappealing and unnecessary. The doctor asked me questions, read my history and not only had the prescriptions to my pharmacy in about five minutes but trusted me to know what I’m talking about. This is a non life threatening situation and we all do need to see a physician sometimes but I didn’t. How refreshing!

Bad service, couldn’t get ahold of doctor.. My doctor had gotten on the video and there was a poor connection at first, so she hung up and called my phone and it went directly to VM for some reason. She left a message to call her back at the PlushCare number. I tried for an hour with no help from anyone. I also stayed on the video call simultaneously, hoping she’d hop back on, but she didn’t. I then went to the messaging area in the app and messaged about the situation. They told me to reschedule in the app, a couple days after the fact. There was no reschedule option so I asked customer service where it was, several times, and no response. I then asked for a refund after a few more days, and no response. Only good experience was canceling my membership and getting the appointment refunded once I finally got ahold of someone on the phone. She processed it straight away with no seller’s tactics.

Anxiety relieved!. As most people in there 20s I don’t see a regular doctor and just go when needed. So when I needed to get back on a SSRI for anxiety I didn’t want to have to go through the ringer of making a primary care visit just to get a referral to a therapist to be able to get my prescription for something I had already taken. Plus, end up paying $500+ since my kaiser insurance is pretty much catastrophic just for emergencies. I just happened to stumble across this and I’m so incredibly glad I did! I feel so relieved! Dr. Marino was so nice and approachable and recommended a new rx to try that might work better for me. My insurance doesn’t cover this but at $99 for this visit and $15 a month subscription and $49 for any visit going forward this is still cheaper than zoomcare and any regular clinic by far! And everything I pay goes towards my deductible which is awesome! The rx was sent to my pharmacy and it was so easy. I would recommend this to everyone!

So Thankful for PlushCare. I have used this twice, now. I was worried about having multiple doctors but the Doctors are awesome, compassionate, ask the right questions, in a short period of time, and never rushed. PlushCare keeps a log of your visits. Which is headache free to remember them all. I get frequent utis. Having to sit for hrs in an emergency room in pain. I no longer have to wait. Make an appt, be prepared to answer questions. Docs are earlier than appt and so far the Docs are better than an emergency visit. When you know you need antibiotics. The docs do send you to get a culture tests done. Pick a location close to you. So easy to get done, quickly. Lab techs are just as fantastic! I have had my culture lab test lost at an emergency room twice and your sitting not knowing for more hrs. They lost it. (Mind you. Your paying for it.)😞 I felt nervous seeing multiple Doctors but so far. 💯 stress free. Most of all affordable and do use your ins, too. If you have it. PlushCare is a Godsend. This is just a perfect way to see a doctor for minor medical issues without leaving your home. Easy to set up. Easy to change your pu location for meds, etc... So easy to use, bottom line. Thank you Dr Crabtree and Dr Riad 😊 Also I will mention the communication thru, video chat, emails and texts, is easy and not confusing at all. 👍👍👍

I did NOT think this would be helpful but.... It was sooooo helpful. And it cost less than it would have to go into urgent care. It took less than 10 minutes via video chat. So grateful for this. I definitely recommend. AND if you have no insurance it’s the way to go, urgent care ranges between $150-$350( I called) where as this was only $99. My specific prescription would have been $430 but they also suggested goodRX and sent me the coupon via email, so now it’s only costing $40. That’s a total of $140, less than the initial appt would have been if I went into urgent care!!!!! So so so happy.

Great appt. Wow. This was he first time I’ve used plush care and it was a really good experience. Dr. Savery was right on time, professional friendly. She was kind and warm in our interaction and it really was just like a doctors visit in an office but I never had to get out of bed. I’m feeling terrible and the thought of having to get up, dressed drive and commit probably 2 or more hours out Was too daunting. She spent all the time needed with no rush. I called because I felt like I had a uti, which came on very quick. I’ve experienced this multiple times a year the last few years and I was discouraged to have to go through all the motions of physically seeing a doctor when I suspected I needed antibiotics, it’s been a 5 minute discussion in the past, prescription and done. So, she diagnosed me just the same as physically having to see a doctor. She gave me the precautions to look for if I were to get worse and needed a face to face visit. She called in my prescription, so, I can just make a quick trip to pick it up and I’ll be better. My insurance no longer covers my doctor I’ve seen for years and I don’t want to switch so, when I rarely need a doctor, I pay out of pocket anyway. So, it was only about $15 more than an in office visit. This service is amazing and I’m so glad I decided to try it. I’m so thankful for seeing dr. Savery today.

LOVE THE CONVENIENCE. I have used Plush Care several times and it has always been at off hours when I definitely did not want to go out and sit at urgent care somewhere for hours. Poor Quality App + No Customer Service. Yesterday I had a therapy session using rhe Plushcare app that completely didn’t work. First I connected to the therapist but they couldn’t see me. So they tried calling me back using the app but then we couldn’t connect at all. They continued to do this multiple times but it never worked and eventually the entire app stopped working. After about half my time was wasted trying to connect we finally connected using google meet. Today I called plushcare to get a refund or at least some money back because their app didn’t work but apparently because I did meet with the therapist it counts as a “completed session” even though it wasn’t the full time and it was also a frustrating time for me. So even though the Plushcare app didn’t work, I still have to pay for my session that wasn’t even a good session and left me more frustated than I started. If I don’t get a full refund I will be unsubscribing from the app entirely. Since I met with my therapist on google meet, it would be easier to pay her directly than deal with this “telehealth company”

Great app, amazing care. I was able to book an appointment within 15 minutes. My doctor was on time, very professional and was able to diagnose/ treat quickly. The prescriptions I needed were called in right away. My pharmacy was closed until 10 and I needed my meds right away so when I called to change to a different one, my call was answered quickly and the change was made right away. Kelcey was kind and efficient. This app was so helpful during a time in which non- emergent medical care isn’t a priority or easily accessible. I highly recommend this service for anyone who needs immediate care!

Beware they will rip you off. PlushCare is okay if you need quick short term meds. You’ll pay a lot more than if you go to the Dr in person (for me $20 with in person vs $129 with plushcare) and I was okay with paying for that convenience once a year or so but they purposely give you only a few months (90 days to be exact) of meds and then won’t refill them without you paying for another expensive appointment. I’ve taken this medication before and have always been given refills for a year by my previous doctors. I would have continued using PlushCare if they were ethical and not just trying to make an extra dollar anywhere they can. Normally you can call your doctor to get a refill, PlushCare doesn’t provide their phone number so you have to do it via another appointment in their system. They refused to offer me any other alternatives for refill other than paying for another appointment for me that’s not only a rip off but also highly unethical. I should be able to speak directly with my doctor without having to pay a fee.

Fast and amazing service provided. I needed a last-minute look for a condition I was having in my primary care doctor was not taking anybody in and I thought that all the online doctors you had to pay like $100 fee even though you had insurance well come to find out I was able to use my insurance and I had a zero dollar co-pay the doctor was very helpful he provided me with doctors notes for my job he was able to prescribe me medication and order blood work I open this website around 345 and the first available appointment was at 4:15 and as soon as I got on the video chat at the appropriate time the doctor was there on time I highly recommend doing this if you have insurance or if you don’t have insurance and you are in a situation where you cannot physically go to a doctor

So Grateful. I found PlushCare while seeking answers to support both myself and my daughter who tested positive for the Omicron virus. Although I was fully vaccinated I developed a fever and a cold that progressed into the worst sore throat I have ever experienced in my life. I started getting really nervous as my throat was severely inflamed and I believe I developed throat ulcers. I had terrible coughing fits that burned terribly and I was concerned about my breathing going forward as I was struggling with swallowing. The constant nasal drip made things more difficult. This went on for two full days. Finally I was able to book a 7am appt with Dr Chansky after being up at 2pm, again. She knew right away what I was experiencing and prescribed Miracle Mouthwash and an anti inflammatory that my partner picked up just three hours later. Later, after approximately 25 hours of excruciating pain, my throat like opened up and almost all of my throat pain dissipated-I could swallow normally again! The Magic Mouthwash helped me sleep and eat in the interim. Ps-I eventually discovered that green tea w coconut oil and greasy lo mein noodles was a saving grace to put down food and medicine and stay hydrated. Thank you Dr. Chansky and thank you Plushcare!!! You saved me and kept me out of the very swamped hospital.

When you the best in the business.. My mother is elderly and I love her more than life itself. I’d do anything for my family as I’m sure you would too. Dr. Mahdi provided my mother with the help she needed and she treated her with the utmost respect and dignity. She is now my mothers primary care doctor. I would drive across the country if I had to because that’s how amazing she is. Thanks to modern technology, that’s not necessary. If you want the best doctor available and the situation dictates not being able to drive to the doctors office, this is absolutely your best option. I’d give six stars if I could. Wow just Wow. I never write reviews on the App Store but I had to jump on here to rave about the amazing service that Plush Care is. I recently moved from Nevada to California and my insurance hasn’t switched over yet. I had been sick with a sinus infection for a week and wasn’t getting any relief so I knew I had to seek care. Considering I was self pay, the price to be seen in Urgent Care and not to mention the wait time, was ridiculous. That’s when a quick search lead me to this app. I chose the self pay option and was seen within 30 minutes in the comfort of my own home by Dr Krainski. He quickly diagnosed me and had my prescription sent over to the nearest Pharmacy within the hour. Since I was self pay, he gave me the most amazing coupons for my prescription which ended up taking off more than half the cost! I was overwhelmed with happiness that I was able to find this service and will highly recommend Dr Krainski to anyone!

FRUSTRATED!. I had used PlushCare last year and my appointment with the Dr. was great. Fast forward to today. I made an appointment on the app, paid my co-pay, and logged in waited for the Dr. 15 minutes early as instructed. After 30 minutes of waiting on the video call line, I received a message saying I missed my appointment. I was then immediately charged $50 on my credit card. I tried messaging customer care via the app but no answer. I dialed the 800 number several times, and received the auto message that “all circuits are busy now”. When after dialing for ½ hour to the 800 number, I was able to get in the cue to speak to someone. I have been on hold for one hour listening to the holding music and no customer care personnel has answered. I am SO disappointed with this app when they obviously have no-one staffed for their operations including their doctors. I cancelled their membership on the same day when I received no service, but I just received a charge on my credit card. I am beyond upset at this point.

Wow. So grateful this service exists. Its so convenient and my doctor was so professional and made me feel as though he wanted this to be an open communication type of relationship where he would make sure I would feel good with my SSRI and not just push things on me because he wanted to. That it would be a type of trial and error to help me to feel better. I’ve been feeling so down lately, filled with stress and anxiety and feeling depressed with the health issues I have had going on for the last year. I feel hopeful again that things may get better. I see why this app has such high ratings- I was skeptical at first but after having my first video appointment, I completely understand and am sooo thankful I didn’t have to schedule an appointment that was only available two or three weeks out to see a psychiatrist and get the help I need. Just do it. I never review Apps, but this has been the quickest and most convenient doctor experience(s) I’ve ever had. It cost me no more than what I would have paid to visit an office. I’ve had two appointments and one was done in the comfort of my own living room and the second on my break at work. As a full time worker, full time student, and full time mom, the convenience cannot be beat. I met with Dr. Saremi who is very personable and kind. He immediately resolved my reasons for calling during both appointments. He was competent and trustworthy and valued my time. Can’t recommend this enough.

Super doctors!!. I am struggling with flu-like symptoms and had no energy to go out and wait for long times at a doctors office. First off, I could get an appointment from my home within 2 hours and the appointment started a minute earlier than scheduled. Dr. Chun went over all my symptoms patiently, my family history and suggested a few meds. She even went into research stats and how flu basically gets worse in days 3-7. PlushCare is the new wave of digital era - watch out doctors who take days to make appointments available, then make patients sit for hours in the waiting room and barely attend to them for 10 mins.

Subpar service and doctors.. I am not the type of person to leave a review…for anything. However given the current state of things, online medical functions are becoming and important transition of normal life. I would not recommend these services at all. It’s not a typical doctor visit. I have to constantly remind the team of prescription refill times. What prescriptions I’m on, and other updates. All information that should be known. Additionally, to do these activities, I have to schedule an ‘appointment’ with the doctor. That’s another fee to me and another bill to my insurance company. Something doesn’t seem right to me. To make it worse…today I waited 20 mins for my doctor’s appointment…even after 20 mins, he didn’t show.

Canceled my appointment. I scheduled an appointment to get a refill of my prescription I was scheduled to talk to the doctor. When it was time to talk to the Doctor, I could not login and was told that my appointment was canceled due to the Doctor not being licensed in my State. Unacceptable!! Even though they refunded the fee thank God that this wasn’t a life or death situation!! Very unprofessional! Why they would set me up with a Doctor that was not licensed in my state especially, when they knew the state that I was calling from go figure! They have lost me as a customer and they need to do a better job of vetting their Doctors. I received a lame email, but did not get a courtesy call explaining to me what happened, or an opportunity to at least talk to another Doctor.

Plush is Great. I saw all of the positive reviews for the Plush services and decided to give them a try. My appointment was originally to just refill some prescriptions. But when I talked with the doctor I found her to be very knowledgeable and caring and we arranged for some lab work as well. I don’t have the time to see a doctor nearly as often as I should but now I have access to my great new doctor through Plush. My insurance is covering the service as well so now there is no reason not to see a doctor regularly.

Dr Taylor. Dr. Taylor is awesome. She listens, she understands, she explains things. She always knows what my case history is—makes me feel great because other physicians I’ve seen don’t remember what’s going on and I have to explain my chart notes to them! Dr Taylor has been very empathetic and easy to talk to—a calming bedside manner so to speak. I don’t think I would ever use another plus care doctor. Please tell her I think she is amazing! And I believe that’s her virtue not Plush Care’s. So give her a raise! And a virtual hug from me.

Good luck with getting a medication that requires a pre authorization. I tried this app because I needed to see a doctor urgently, which I did, which is why I gave it 3 stars. But after I was prescribed the medication, it has been an absolute pain to ACTUALLY GET THE MEDICATION. I have felt like I have had to do the job for them for the pre authorization, with sending them the correct info, because they will not ask, they will simply contact your insurance without even making sure they have the right information on file. Don’t even try to call because they do not and simply will not answer to make sure they do have the information. You can’t contact your doctor unless you pay to make an appointment either. So, to get a hold of them you only can by email, which takes an entire day to get an answer about how your prior authorization is going. So, let’s see if I ACTUALLY get the medication I was prescribed. Will update if I do.

Great Service and so convenient. The process was incredibly streamlined and simple. The Doctor was beyond kind and gave great service. The peace of mind of knowing you can get care quickly is priceless. I am uninsured self pay and taking time away from work to go into a dr office can be detrimental to my income as it takes hours out of my day. I was awake at 3am with problems/symptoms and on the phone with a doctor at 8am. Had I known this would be this easy and this high level of care I would have used the services sooner.

I saw a doctor who sent in a refill for the wrong thing. The only reason I’m giving this two stars as opposed to one is because the app is easy to use and the doctor I spoke to was knowledgeable and kind. At the beginning of the conversation he asked what medications I’m on. I told him then we proceeded to talk for 15-20 minutes about my current ear infection. This was late at night and the nearest pharmacy didn’t open until morning but I told him that it was okay that I could make it until morning. In the morning when I pull up to the pharmacy and ask for the ear drops they have no record of me or ear drops. A quick look in the app revealed that the doctor had sent in 0 refills of my other medication but there was no record of ear drops. At this point I’m in A LOT of pain. I waited on the phone for support for at least 15 minutes and I’ve been waiting for approximately 30 minutes for support to get a hold of the doctor and help me. Even if they figure it out and I go home with ear drops I will still be an unhappy user. Find a different app that can problem solve faster.

Narcissistic Doctor. I will forever give this online healthcare app and it’s doctor a poor review. I was shamed for my addiction. Yelled at. Belittled for “taking” medication away from another group who needs it more. Constantly told I only get 15 minutes for the visit so “let’s just get through this”. My sincerity and honesty were in question. Was brow beat into saying I felt good about the appointment. I canceled my membership immediately. Then the emails started begging for reviews. And then the 3 scam telemarketer phones calls came in. Made me wonder if Plush sold my number. Did they sell my private personal information too? This app’s high positive reviews makes me think it’s paid for bots and not really humans. Like the Dr told me: It’s All Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JULY 4th 7am TELEMED call... Great experience and now two days later taking pack love it my symptoms have turned 180° favorable as I was starting to question whether I should go into emergency to see if I was starting to get or had walking pneumonia which I did not have. Dr. Vogel was right on time/courteous, ask the right questions and was direct in his recommendations and cautions on 110% professional basis while talking like we had known each other for several years which was comforting a.k.a. good bedside manner. May have saved my life. I struggle pretty hard with depression. I had a bad experience with Teledoc and was unable to fill my medications for over a month.I ran out for about two weeks or so but scheduled with another service. The other service did not work out and canceled on me last minute. The doctor I saw tonight was able to see me within 30 minutes and prescribed my medication. I feel hopeful for the first time in a while.

Untrustworthy. I had a single appointment with a doctor over a video call, the call lasted about 5 minutes where I requested and received a prescription. I have a high deductible policy, I entered my insurance information so that the visit would count towards my deductible. They rightfully concluded that my deductible hadn’t been met and that I needed to pay $99 upfront, this was expected. I paid the $99 charge with my credit card. They did not submit this to my insurance company, so it did not count towards my deductible. However, and this is very upsetting, they did submit claims for a new doctor visit for 45+ minutes, “office services” and medical services totaling $259. On top of that they want to charge a monthly fee. Outrageous, will never trust this company again.

So impressed with this service. My experience has been seamless. I downloaded the app and made an appointment on a Sunday. I had an appointment within minutes for less than 2 hours later. Dr. Burruss was super professional, thorough, as well as kind and communicative. He made me feel at ease right away. After my appointment I got a text saying that my prescriptions had been called in. The pharmacy already my prescription on file when I went to pick up because PlushCare included it with the call-in. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs quick and efficient care.

2nd visit (:. This is my second visit with the same doctor, and both times everything was easy to use, scheduled same day, and reasonably priced. The doctor was nice, straight to the point and easy to understand. I was able to get antibiotics for my skin infection which I could not put off any longer as a type 1 diabetic. I’m glad they had a service where they were able to get me in quickly and get my prescription ordered so I could start treatment ASAP. I appreciate your time, thank you so much!

What a joke. I got charged for a visit and I’m totally good with that. I actually liked the doctor. What I don’t like is her lying to me. She tells me she’s going to set me up with a 3 month supply of medication until I get settled, meaning one month refill at a time. She totally didn’t do that at at all! I’m standing in CVS line and he tells my one month no refills. That’s hilarious. Even my husband was like are you kidding me?! I heard her. Doctor M. Goodwin haha I guess if you can do whatever you want and charge people, why not! 😂 👎

Wonderful!. I have never used an app like this for my medical need. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of making an appointment somewhere and waiting to go in. So, I googled online for a video call with a doctor near me. I found Plush care. I don’t have insurance currently and they made it easy to pay out of pocket. I signed up for there membership and I was able to get make an appointment that day. I met with Dr. Steven groke two hours later. Dr. Steven’s was very helpful and kind. quick and easy process. I’m so grateful for plush care and would recommend using this app.

Melissa Ratliff. My first appointment with Melissa she was on time and very personal. She spent time going through my history and talking me through my concerns. I am 44 and have never had a doctor spend so much time getting to know me in my first visit. I just completed my second appointment with her and it was the exact same way. I wish she was in my area so I could see her in person but virtual will have to work because she is the best! I look forward to having her be my physician moving forward.

Fine when it actually works. My husband and I have had to use this service three times in the past year. First two times were fine. Third time was a disaster. It all depends on what doctor you get. In our case, the doctor did took almost 8 hours to finally send in a prescription of Tamiflu, and we had to call customer service 8 times to get the doctor to follow through. It was a nightmare. We got a different story every time we called and they still never explained or apologized for the negligence. So, choose your physician wisely. A flake is a flake in any profession, and just know that customer service isn’t always so hot.

COVID care. Such a great option … the doctors are kind, prompt, and very up to date. Good follow through to make sure treatment is working. I have been treated for COVID twice through PlushCare now… tried my primary first and both times was told it would be 24-48 hours to be prescribed treatment. With PlushCare, the first time was under an hour appointment to taking my first dose of medication. Today may be a little longer as my appointment happened before the pharmacy has opened.

Great Service. Very pleased. Woke up with initial cold sore symptoms, checked online and discovered a prescription antiviral is now available (Valtrex). Wanted it today (Sunday) as I understood that earlier treatment is more effective. Registered for Plushcare and made an appointment, one hour later I was on a video chat with a very nice, focused, super helpful doctor. Fifteen minutes of consultation, prescription filled at local pharmacy, one more hour later and I just took the first dose. Now that is fantastic service. Covered by insurance too. Could not have been easier. Will definitely use this service again.

Spectacular. Wow I can’t believe my first experience with PlushCare. I had a serious skin infection and they were fantastic. The initial app setup was easy and the doctor was right on time with our virtual appointment and very caring. The prescription he prescribed was sent to my pharmacy 5 minutes later and I am on the mend and grateful. And by the way the cost was very reasonable and actually much cheaper than any walk in clinic. PlushCare really made it easy and economical and it’s a great feeling to know they are within reach whenever I need them. That’s more than I can say about any other doctor I’ve had. Thank you PlushCare.

Great experience!. Super quick and easy. It’s late at night and I knew I couldn’t get into my primary care physician as soon as I’d like to. Tried the app out (just found it online). I read all the bad reviews and was a little skeptical, but I had a great experience with it! I spoke with Dr. Douglas Ragland. He logged on at my exact appt time and was very knowledgeable, listened to what I had to say, and was super helpful. He called in 2 prescriptions for me within 3 minutes of the call ending. I will definitely use this again.

Amazingly easy and easy to schedule. My primary care office is typically closed on the days that I am ill. That’s very unfortunate because going to an urgent care seems rather expensive. This app was no more expensive than an urgent care visit in my area. It was far more convenient and I had less exposure to other people who are ill. For someone who is immunocompromise that’s very important. Love the system and the dock was actually very thorough and her questions. Since I’m a nurse I take that very seriously too.

Rude/ Condescending Dr. Michelle Mitchell/no help. Condescending and rude Dr. Mitchell was incredibly rude to me when I simply needed a refill of a high blood pressure medicine. When I explained to her that strokes run in my family she told me that she wasn’t going to argue with me and didn’t like my tone. I have visited with her on more than one occasion so I was surprised that she spoke to me like this for a medication I have taken since 2004 and had previously had on recurring refills. When I explained to her that I wasn’t arguing and that I sound like this as an African American she discontinued the visit. Leaving me without a needed prescription and hurt that she treated me in this way for basically a water tablet. I cancelled my subscription to her service and will tell everyone I know not to use her service. Very denigrating and rude.

Wow so efficient. Greatest app every created. So fast and easy. The most effective way to get medical care when you don’t have time to wait for an appointment or be on a waiting list. All of their doctors are extremely qualified and helpful. I felt comfortable and safe talking to them about my problems. I will definitely be using this app more frequently. This is the future; it’s way better than Zocdoc since your able to FaceTime and get your prescription and or lab without having to drive to a doctors office and wait to be seen. I LOVE THIS APP!

Absolutely Amazing. Never again will I go to urgent care.. I’m a very busy business owner. Dr. Cleary was very empathetic, compassionate, thorough and efficient. Within 10 minutes I was done with my video chat and my prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. All while from my truck in-between meetings. Thank God I found this service. Goodbye urgent care. Hello Plushcare. This is the next stage of quick patient care. Cannot say enough great things. Oh.. I just got a text while writing this (1 minute after ending my video chat) that my scripts were called into my pharmacy. Incredible. Thank you Dr. Cleary and Plushcare. Terrible experience. Do not use if you are trying to get mounjaro. My experience with plus care was awful. I reached out to them for help with getting maunjaro. It helps with weight loss. I took of work and also had lab work done, only to be told I am 1 point away on the bmi scale to qualify for the medication. They told me I can maybe be prescribed another medication but that I would have to sign up with one of their health coaches to receive the medication. They advertise that they can help with maunjaro which is why I came to them. This was false. Take my advise and go to your primary care doctor. At least when you sign up for them, you don’t have to also sign up with a health coach as well. Waste of time and money.

Great experience. I’ve been on vacation for a week at a hot springs resort. Last night & this morning I had symptoms of what feels like a UTI. Burning with urination & frequent need to urinate. My husband got an over-the-counter analgesic, phenazopyridine, at the drugstore — that helped. But I knew that I needed an antibiotic to clear up the infection. I video chatted with Dr. Allison Lovell. She was thorough and she understood my symptoms. She prescribed an antibiotic. She was careful to check for any possible interactions with my regular maintenance medications. She advised eating yogurt to avoid a yeast infection. Importantly, she was kind, which I appreciate very much. Thank you Dr. Lovell!

A great appointment. This is my second time using PlushCare and both have been exceptional experiences. This time was for a red, swollen eye on a Sunday that Dr. Barrows diagnosed as a scratched cornea and treated with a prescription. He went out of the way to find an open pharmacy near me and followed up with a personal email and phone call. It is exactly what I hope for in a medical appointment, friendly and thorough, with a personal touch even from across the country over a computer. I will definitely use PlushCare again and highly recommend it.

Dr. Fatimah & Plushcare. I literally woke up at 5 a.m. coughing up phlegm. Honestly I was over it and & due to COVID I have been freaking out and just trying to self medicate. So this morning I grabbed my phone and googled urgent care in my area. Plushcare popped up so I decided to check out the reviews. I was able to then schedule a appt with the person of my choice. Who I was happy to see available at 7:30am. So I didn’t have to wait long. She was prompt and straight forward. My script was sent over immediately and the call went smooth. She even wished me well. WOW!. This was my first experience with an online doctor, and all I can say is: I wish I’d found PlushCare sooner. They took my insurance, and the doctor was kind, friendly, and sympathetic. Based on my experience, I’m sure that PlushCare goes out of its way to choose the very best, user-friendly, experienced physicians - I liked being able to choose the doctor whose bio, background - and yes, I’ll admit it, her photo - she has a kind face! - felt like a good fit for me. The doctor immediately put me at ease and was eager to help. Excellent app; I’ll recommend it to everyone I know.

Highly Recommend!. This service is great for small health issues when you can’t afford to take time off work. The quality of care and speedy service I received for an ear infection was OUTSTANDING! Absolutely worth the membership and copay. I’m not sure how it works for folks without insurance but I imagine it is probably worth it as well. My provider was kind, thorough and ON TIME. I was in virtual waiting room less than 2 minutes. I cannot rave enough about how nice it was to have my illness assessed and taken care of in such an expedient yet thorough manner.

Changed my mind. If you would have asked me 7 months ago, I would have raved on about how much I loved PlushCare. Now, I can’t say that I am satisfied with their service. The doctors are AWESOME. They are so wonderful and supportive. However, the company itself is definitely not what it used to be. Customer service and/or prescription issues take an extraneous amount of time to be resolved. If you message them for help, they will take at least 3 days to respond with a mediocre or general answer and they may or may not resolve your issue. I needed a prior authorization for my medication and they gave the wrong prescription prior authorization 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Convenient and effective. I recently had some skin rash. I’ve been hesitant to see a doctor for months because it’s difficult to make appointments to fit my busy schedule. Also, I don’t like to visit a doctor’s office physically and wait there for hours (especially during a pandemic). One day, my skin was getting bad and I tried Plus Care. It was so easy to make online appointments and find a time that fits my schedule. The Doctor was nice and professional; the prescription was ready for pickup at my local pharmacy 15 mins after the appointment. My condition is getting much better after a couple days. I only wish the insurance would cover the monthly membership fees.

Wonderful!!!!!! Everyone’s dream!. This app makes it SO easy to book an appointment and find great doctors! Thanks to the reviews on the App Store, I decided to go with it and PO and behold I was right in doing so. I’m waiting on my appointment right now, but they give fast options for seeing doctors and you get to choose your own! Not to mention, I accidentally messed up my subscription, and the customer service agent (Tatiana!) fixed the billing issues I was having! She was so fast and courteous, I could not believe it. Exceeded My Expectations. I didn’t quite know what to expect as I had never experienced a doctors visit without encountering a physician face-to-face. As a mom of four and the wife of a husband whose job requires him to travel quite often, this app was beyond convenient for me. My daily life is very busy and the idea of taking my four children to a personal doctors appointment is simply stressful to say the least. I am very grateful and thankful for the ease, convenience, and availability of being able to speak to a doctor through an app that I can download on my phone!

Amazing. I downloaded the app because I am on vacation and got a UTI. Being very weary of using an app for a Doctors appointment I took a chance on PlushCare and I couldn’t have been more pleased! My cell phone service was spotty but Dr Nancy Weible went above and beyond to be patient with me and the issues I was having. Then she gave me great advice on how to treat my UTI and sent an antibiotic to the pharmacy of my choosing. I am glad I picked the PlushCare app to help me with my medical needs. I would recommend it to anyone seeking professional medical advice from amazing doctors.

10 stars!. Dr. Raj was very personable and did well to explain everything to my child and me as we were were going through the appointment. She explained the possibilities based on the short description I was able to provide when setting the appointment, and narrowed it down as we provided additional information to the questions she asked, and used photos and video communication to diagnose quickly and effectively. Thorough, knowledgeable, considerate and pleasant to speak with. Thank you, Dr. Raj from mom and Mack! Ten stars- five from each of us :)

Great app. I love my doctor, and virtual appointments are so convenient. However, you shouldn’t have to make a separate appointment and get charged in order to ask a follow up question. I asked a question after an appt, and the medical team didn’t even forward my question to my doctor. They suggested something completely unrelated to what I was asking. When I talked to my doctor after making a separate appt just to be able to ask the question, he wasn’t even aware of my original question. That has nothing to do with the app itself though. The app is great. No bugs. Everything works as it should.

Mediocre. Silly Subscription.. If you want to avoid going to an urgent care/doc-in-a box for minor stuff like a sinus infection, this is probably a fine option if you are going to see a doctor more than once a month. If not, the $15/month fee isn't worth it. The Rx reduction isn't any better than you can find from Good Rx or even what the pharmacy has available from various manufacturers. If you need something that requires a lab test (urine, blood, etc.) You'll save time and money by simply going to a brick-and-mortar urgent care. If you really need a teledoc, there seem to be many other options that are similar in cost without the silly $15/month "subscription" that 99.9% of users likely won't use.

Amazing App. I been a member of this app for over 3 years now, I came back to leave another review because these Doctors are beyond amazing! They are very caring, understanding, helpful in more ways than needed, and go beyond your needs and give you great advice in health. I have used this app at least 3-4 times per year and its worth every penny! Since its hard to get an appoint on weekends this app makes life just that much easier at the comfort of your home. I hope they only grow with patients and Doctors in the upcoming years. Don't hesitate to download!

So helpful. I woke up with a bladder infection and I am all the way across the country from my doctor. My sister found this online doctor system and I said let’s give it a try. It helped us avoid the hassle of trying to get to an urgent care and wait there. My doctor was there on time and after some questions prescribe my medication sent to a pharmacy that was close by. I so appreciate the help because I’m not going home for a couple more days and this could’ve gotten really bad. This is a terrific service.

Life saver. Ok, so I’ve lost all hope for health care in this country. I needed renewals for my prescriptions but due to a healthcare scam, I wasn’t able to get insurance in time. I especially couldn’t stop taking my antidepressants so I decided to give this a try. Within a few hours, I had a quick chat with a really nice doctor on FaceTime and the next day I had my prescriptions in my hand. My medication cost went down from $300+ to $40 because of the coupons given by PlushCare. LIKE WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! What a game changer. Thank you so much for making my life easier. Love the service. Ive seen 2 of the doctors for a dermatological problem . They have terrific “bedside manners” The only problem i have is navigating to get the appointments. Im a little challenged with that part and when the timer is going down i start to panic. Lat time i got charged and I miss because I couldn’t navigate the site fast enough. I did get to see the other one but I got charged by the other. I got toys the charges and this probably gonna happen again I don’t know yet but I just had an appointment let’s see. Feral Rin

1st time using on line doctor’s appointment. This was such a pleasant and time saving experience! I was very uncomfortable due to my symptoms but had to go to work. I didn’t have time for a long drive and office visit with my Primary Care Physician. The doctor was very pleasant, thorough and listened carefully. I’m finally getting the help I need. I had my first appointment today and I get to finally be back on my medication. Trying to find a therapist/psychiatrist in my area was so difficult. The next available appointments were 4 months away. I was struggling without my medications for months. Dr. Klenk listened to me and helped me get back on my medication the same day. I cried tears of joy because someone finally was able to help me. I’ve tried other therapy apps but none have helped me this much. I am hopeful to feeling happy again and I recommend this to anyone who is struggling. Thank you so much.

Best service of any dr on demand online I've been through them all!!. Yes the visit is $189. But you truly do you get what you pay for my doctor what is right on time she was extremely professional yet nice at the same time she actually listened to me and what medicines worked for me and which ones did not. There was no tug of war about me getting a long does have the medicine I need. Her name is Cynthia Logan and I highly suggest you schedule with her she also told me things I did not know like cranberry juice or pills do not help urinary track infection

Convenient and Professional. I recently experienced Plush Care’s services from the privacy and convenience of my couch. With 2 kids and flu season, the last thing I want to do is load up and head out to an infested waiting room. Plush Care scheduled a FaceTime appointment within 2 hours of my call.
