I don’t understand.. The old app was wonderful. It was quick to load and all of the information was presented in an easy to read format. The new app is terrible. It’s way slower and the format is worse. Please just revert to the old app format. There was nothing wrong with it. It was perfect.

Vacuum Pressure for epoxy tank. Great device for monitoring an epoxy tank. Always alerts great

We need an update. Every time I go to change anything it says it’s not connected to the Internet, but it definitely is. It shows the current temperature and humidity but for some reason says it’s not connected. This app could be great with just a couple of minor adjustments. Please update the firmware.

SLOW!!!. Since the update, it takes forever and a day to connect with the devices!!! SPEED IT UP!!

If it works leave it alone.. I agree with what everybody is saying. This app is horrible. Doesn’t work right on my iPad so there was no way I was going to download it onto my iPhone. Opening page does not Display inside or outside weather, or wind speed, or rainfall. I’ve tried to call to get help but as always there’s nobody there to help. Just leave things at work alone. Sad thing is I’m paying for this and I can’t even use it now.

Keeps prompting for login.. A login screen comes up every time I switch from Panel to Chart view. This goes away when I switch to any different sensor, then things look normal until I close the app. Report A Problem doesn't work in the App Store for this app, so this is the only way I have to report.

Newest version is not so bad!. After a horrid August 2021 release obviously lacking thorough QA testing with the various weather stations, the developers have stepped up and fixed some of the most serious problems with the September release. I am revising my previous review. [Do not update to August 2021 Version!!! . Weather station panel fails to display data on my iPhone-8]

New Version. The new version is terrible. Much slower and harder to use. Bring back the old one. The latest version makes it impossible to get data from weather stations. Not only does no data load, but there is not even a place for data such as wind speed, direction or rain totals to display. All of this was available in the previous versions. This needs to be fixed!

Not User-Friendly. Setup is tedious and frustrating. I usually have to end up contacting customer support to get it working

Frustrated. Why can’t I get an instant read? Why won’t the app update readings while it is open? Disappointing results, you’d think I could just get a temp instantly….

STILL Works poorly. Last week app decided I need to log in every time I want to use the weather station I never had to do that before. This makes app a pia! And almost unusable. How can I go back in versions? Followed directions still doesn’t work! If anything it’s worse. Still doesn’t work! Iam using a ipad4mini and a iPhone 13mini both on ios15.3 and it logs off 70 percent of the time you close app. App used to work before latest revisions! Come on, let’s fix this already or I will have to switch to another brand!

Outdated. App looks like it was created in the 1980s. Very basic does not work with Alexa of IFTTT. Same your money and buy something that is more compatible with current technology.

None display. This app will not display the weather information on the first page. The charts and table display the up to date info but the initial page never updates. That did fix the display. It is in the old display format. I like it better than the format that was displayed to start with. Thanks

All is good except a few things. The app has been working reliably fir the past several years. After the update the table that showed temperature and humidity on the same line was separated to two tables. The humidity is a relative value. In a separate table without the temperature it has little meaning. Now you can only study the chart to figure out what’s going on. Please get the temperature and humidity table back.

Not Happy. The unit will not factory reset The website runs you in circles and will not let you delete a gateway nor devices.

Terrible devices and useless app. I’m sitting here trying to register my water sensor. I follow the directions. It fails. Repeat. Do not purchase the devices or use this app. It is badly done. How hard can it be to get this soft of things correct?

New app. Great new front end.. much easier to read .. works flawlessly..

The best and most useful device. I have three temperature sensor and wet sensor they work as advertised. Love the app and it keeps history The tables and graphs are very helpful If you are having problems the Tech support staff are polite and helpful To conclude, I thank La Crosse for making a great product

Patsy McLaughlin. Can’t get the WiFi to connect. Tried several times.

Lost settings. My phone updated the app automatically on its own and after the update I lost all my settings and any sensors/gateways that were programmed

Too many screen changes. Could have been one screen with listed devices and the device related data instead of having to drill down to each device to see the related data

App change. The app change is horrible. I can’t get into it from my phone. I have called tech support and can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. I have emailed and received a response that didn’t answer my questions. It use to work great and now I can’t get it to work at all.

Update is worse. Latest app update didn’t retain password and is not better than previous displays. Tech response is just standard q&a. Why update with childish beginner graphics when previous graphics were adult and refined? Make something better or just fix behind the scenes problems not the UI. Like realistic apple icons vs Microsoft flat boxes is not an advancement. Just laziness.

Thing’s great when it works. Just doesn’t work after it logs you out

New interface from app upgrade. Lousy upgrade - new interface is very cumbersome and you can’t view the information as easily

Bad update of this app!. I loved this app but the refresh Lacrosse did is terrible! You have to open each sensor to see it’s status, you can’t readily tell if there’s an outage, and the home page used to display the status of every sensor you have at a glance. I’m disappointed.

Sump pump water level sensor. This would be a great unit if it would only automatically reconnect to the internet when there is a power outage or if for some reason the internet gets turned off. Every time the unit gets disconnected from the internet, I have to manually log it back on. That really defeats the purpose of this unit because most of the time that there is a potential high level of the sump pump is because of a storm which may lead to a power outage.

Leave well enough alone.... The old app provided readings for all sensors on one screen. This one you have to select each one, too much clicking. Always better simpler... This update was a step backwards!

Not pleased with new app. Devices don’t display in order. You can’t seem to change it. Liked last version of app much better.

Not happy. Hardware is ok but the software & cloud is terrible at best. I have had this unit for years it is not reliable for the job.

Horrible new data view. I really don’t understand what’s wrong with this world today everybody wants to change everything this thing was perfect with multiple units attached now it’s horrible absolutely horrible there’s charts three different colors for three different sensing you cannot visually just read 34° you have to look at a chart and determine what the range is absolutely horrible new website if you had half a brain you would put it back the way it was

Latest version today. I cannot see any data in panel view since today’s update

Could be improved. It would be nice if the temperature probe graph would stay at the top when it goes above limits instead of down to zero. This always sets off my low temp warning and it is not cold, it is actually hot. Also it would be nice if you could rotate screen and zoom, that works on the web browser, not the beta app. 3 things that would greatly improve this.

Used to work great. Now not so much. I bought this to alert me if my upright freezer ever reached a temp above 25F, because my stupid kids have a tendency to not shut the door all the way. This Wi-Fi unit worked great at first but lately it has not been alerting me. I just went down to grab a pizza and the door was open about a half inch and the sensor said it was 71F!! No alert!! I know my son was in there last night getting ice cream so that means it’s been like that for over 24 hrs and I’ll most likely have to have a massive cook off now. Going to look for a more reliable Wi-Fi thermometer too. Very frustrating.

Unable to download the app on iPhone. App won’t download. To see current data you have to search for app and open it

Broken with latest update. I’m no longer able to view current temp or humidity levels without reviewing the chart view. This view is great at plotting temp chart, but not conducive to reading current outdoor and indoor temperatures.

Daily Graph Doesn’t display. Last iOS update and the app update the daily graph display doesn’t load all you see is a blank white screen. This app also is designed for an iPhone not an iPad unfortunately.

Very slow and cumbersome. They redesigned their app and made it worse, not that I thought that was possible. It’s slow, and while a bit more aesthetically pleasing, it’s cumbersome. How hard could it be to create a dashboard with all sensors and readings on a single screen?

No longer a fan. We’ve been using LaCrosse Alerts Mobile for many years now. It seems like each app upgrade takes it farther from an ideal app and service. On average it takes 10-15 seconds to connect to the server to see the temperatures and other data. There is so much wasted space on each page with a drab unchangeable appearance. My only option to ‘customize’ the appearance is to upload a photo of the monitored area to fill roughly a quarter of my iPhone screen. Otherwise I get to see the sensor itself. The thermometer icon which is dynamic is small enough that changes aren’t really noticeable unless they were massive temperature swings. We’ve allowed our enhanced alert service to expire and are transitioning over to another brand. The app developers are going in the wrong direction.

App update not great.. I agree that this app was better in the previous version. One thing that’s frustrating is the temperature sensors are not displayed alphabetically and I haven’t discovered a way to put them in an order that I prefer.

Helpful app. I like this interface for the app, the information is easy to understand and flows well. The gateway was a little hard to set up but it only took a couple minutes, the sensors added easily. Everything works as it should. I wish there was an option other than buying a subscription to their notification service.

New App Design is a FAIL. The cartoonish new app design is a mess, especially on an iPad. Big ugly color blocks with tiny font size, a thermometer graphic that looks like it was drawn with a dull crayon, and a useless camera feature to allegedly allow the user to recognize what sensor is being displayed in lieu of reading the user assigned sensor name. And the app still fails to support landscape view on an iPad. Throw this version in the dumper and start over.

Terrible. This app never works

Eats up batteries too fast. Li have to change the batteries every two weeks

Unnecessary Update. Information is the same. Takes longer to load, takes my devices out of order, and all it does is show pretty pictures of devices, which I DO NOT NEED! I KNOW WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE.

Defective gateway. Tried many times to register wireless gateway with this app but it wouldn’t register. Only kept giving me 4 red flashes instead of a solid red light no matter how often I pressed the button. Even tried factory reset a few times. Checked support and troubleshooting on website and basically tells you to keep factory resetting. Didn’t bother exchanging instead got refund.

Don’t Waste Your Time. While the concept is okay the execution is worthless. The “gateway” couldn’t detect my network because the included Cat5 cable is bad. Changed cable; unit can detect network but I had to reset it 22 times. Yep, I kept count. It finally connected. So I tried to connect the temp sensor. No go. At all. It’s just another example of Chinese garbage. Too bad… the concept is good.

New app. I’m sorry I downloaded the revised app. I like the old one better.

No Help. Upgraded my iPhone, lost connection to the App. Tried my best, including downloading the App again. Nothing doing. Went online to LaCross technology, all the help articles did NOT pertain. Could not find Chat nor phone. NO support!

Can’t add gateway. Current version fails to add GW1000 gateway. Had to use PC and browser.

Awesome app. Took a bit to figure out to change to Celsius but so far the app works awesome

Halfway functional. Need to reset the app to get the graph and table screens to update

Like it so far. The app is good so far. Was a bit tricky yo get the temp sensor connected, but after a couple tries it worked. I do wish that the app would have the ability to switch to C°. I put my sensor in my walk in drink cooler so I can monitor the temperature and be notified if it quits working. It would just be a lot nicer if I could choose C° or F° in the settings.

Reliable for years. I’ve used this temperature probe for 5+ years and it hasn’t failed me yet. In the summer I have it in the pool, but most importantly it’s in the hot tub during winter. If you have an older hot tub that won’t warn you if the heater breaks, then this is a fantastic product for peace of mind.

Good but needs improvement. I like the app, I have 3 thermometers that I monitor closely. The apps however needs a bit of features. I don’t like that it won’t update the temp data when the app is open. I have ti force quit it and reopen it to see the new temp readings. Maybe a “manual fetch” button would be good to have?

Want the old app back. Terrible update. Also why aren’t my reviews being posted. This “update” is far from an improvement. Display of temp and humidity was way better with the old app.

Old version conflicts with updated version. The app is great for monitoring my Hottub, hydroponic garden and septic system pump out (freezing protection). The issue is with the current version and previous version trying to overlap. I have to do a second login to see the chart but it brings the old version up on top of the current one. Very flaky.

Chart and table data missing. All data gone. Both tabs are blank. Help please

Chart doesn’t display after recent update.. It’s broken. Please fix.

Waste of time. Not user friendly

How come app don’t work no more ???🙁. How come app don’t work no more

Needs ability to update data. As a previous review said, it needs ability to update the data without logging out of the app. Other than that it works ok

App. Don’t like the new format.

Works Fine. Just received unit and installed yesterday. So far works as advertised.

Outdated user interface. The app is working fine, but there are several points that need improvements : Display multiple sensors in one screen, both sensor temp/humidity and charts. IPad version Landscape mode In general, this app need a refreshment and better UI. Also, please fix humidity graph: in many cases the max level call box (red box) is pointing too low on the bar graph. Example, if the max is set to 55% it will point to 50% level on the green bar.

This app over quota ??!!. Not sure why, but after 3 days of great monitoring with updates every 60 mins, my app opens and states "This application is over its quota, check back later". Pretty much makes mobile monitoring quite worthless. Works great when it's "working". Can't even access the app.

Ok app, but there are a few issues. Have a (circa 2011) LC gateway and two (2017) TX60 remote sensors. Had trouble registering the LC gateway. My analysis indicated that it was my FIOS G1100 router. I temporarily removed the FIOS router from my network, used an older router to register the LC gateway, then switched back to the FIOS router. Took me hours to figure that out! App needs some work...it does not background refresh, nor is there a refresh action. The only way to see updated information is to shutdown the app and re-start the app. Subsequent CORRECTION, the app does background refresh. Another issue - I set the inteval rate to 5 minutes (during the setup process so that I could see that the entire setup was working). Everything worked and the sensor was sending updates every 5 minutes. I then set the interval rate to 15 minutes (which is what the app reports for the sensor), but the sensor is still sending updates every 5 mintues (as shown in the data table). Separate issue: Purchased a new LC in 2017 but it was DOA. Replaced under warranty.

Works fine. just installed the hardware and app and had no problems. I can’t comment on the problems of other reviewers but suppose they either did not follow the installation carefully or had not created a new account. Two aspects that can be misleading: (1) When purchasing the hardware, I created a new account. This is not to be the same as the account needed for running the app and I had to create the latter when I startet the app and installed the hardware. (2) I did not find any written description of the installation process in the hardware package nor anywhere else. I followed the installation instructions on the la crosse mobile support page which was no problem but I still prefer written instruction for such installations. Lastly, the description of this temperature monitoring system on the sales web site could be better. For instance, the role and technology of the included gateway is not very clear. The gateway receives the temperature reading of the temperature sensor wireless and provides the connection to the internet. I had hoped that the latter would be also wireless but it uses an ethernet connection (and different from the installation video a power connection and not batteries) for the TX60 system. Also, internet service is provided for one year free and require a moderate service fee for following years which is information that should be listed when purchasing the hardware. However, these are all minor and compared to our old telephone based temperature alert, this is huge progress for a moderate price.

Needs work. Similar to other reviews posted, I view this as needing some real upgrading on subsequent versions. Why: 1). Need to support landscape mode. 2). Need an iPad version. 3). The scale on the graphs are terrible, especially if there's no probe plugged in. Instead of adjusting the axis scale based on the readings it starts at 0 because the probe reads zero straight across. You lose the ability to really see the variation. 4). Temp and Humidity should be on different axis for reason listed above.

White screen of death. Worked for months then this weekend I get nothing but a white screen. However the alarm text messages come in but I’d like to proactively be able to see my vacation home temps. Please fix.

Still a beta quality app after a year. Seriously, this came out almost a year ago and they promised it would get better with time. He replaced a website that was fully functional with the kludgy app. Now it's time to tell them what to fix. Responsiveness. As soon as I start to screw with my finger the screen locks up for a couple seconds before it starts to respond again, then jumping much farther than I intended. Almost unusable. On the panel screen, the left side really doesn't need to scroll, but it does anyhow which only serves to accomplish making the back button in accessible. On the charts, for rain, the one hour 24 hour in one week data are all showing at the same scale. That's squishes the most interesting one hour data down to nearly a flat line, while the weekly data, which actually is a flatline, goes across the top of the scale. An easy fix would just be to leave off the weekly line. The table data could be improved by locking the Row and Column headings, so they don't scroll. Then one could see the identifiers and date/time of the data samples when looking at the things at the bottom of the table and scrolling right to earlier data. Number one suggestion to the app developer: hey, try using the app yourself!

Awesome temp app. This saved my house from freezing pipes when our furnace went out while we were on vacation. Setup was a breeze. It is nice to look at my house while I am away.

Works well, graphs need improvement. I like the app. It works well and after a few hiccups and having to contact support to reset my account things are working well. Reliability and alerts are what make this worth while. It currently takes about 2-3 days for support to respond to an issue, but the quality of support is very good. I would like to see the app add a dashboard that allows user selected temperature and humidity values to be displayed on the homepage instead of having to select each sensor individually. The only real annoyance is the graphs, which have taken a very large decline in usefulness from the web based app that came before; the intervals are much to big at over two hours instead of the user defined interval (used to be as accurate as one minute).

Stopped Working after a week. Worked for about one week. Now launches to blank screen. Graphing function did not display well on iPhone. Alerting did not work. Back to the drawing board. I'll use the web site for now.

Decent but laggy. The temperatures do not refresh on the app. You need to exit and restart. I have also found that starting to add a sensor, but canceling can also refresh data. I had mine set for every 5 minutes initially. Over 30 minutes went by. I have relocated the internet bridge to about 20 feet from the sensor. It still shows the data about 5 minutes late. It is a good price for this, but I don’t see why there is no way to ping the device and have it poll the sensors. I don’t need logs of data for home monitoring. What I want is to be alerted if the temp is out of range and be able to check the temp anytime. Really don’t understand why the app does not at the very least poll the server to get updated values

Still no enhancements to the app. Unfortunately LaCrosse has not done any enhancement to the app over the past couple of years, it's too basic and really hard to access historic data, basically they are just loading webpages on their app that is not optimized for a mobile app. I've decided not to renew my "enhanced" alerts subscription until LaCrosse develops a proper app. ------ Update, when the app opens it now only displays a blank screen ? Wow it was already terrible with graph display and not it just doesn't work at all. Last time I will pay for the annual service or purchase any device from these guys. The transition from lacrossealerts to lacrossealertsmobile was very poorly handled. For us weather station users it was a frustrating experience. The mobile app looks so basic and charts are not rending correctly on a iPhone 6plus. It should not be that hard to have a more professional looking app.

Never again. I bought five temperature and humidity sensors with one gateway, only one of which work. I could get help on the telephone, lines were always busy. Pleas for written instructions were answered by e-mail, but were contradictory and so complicated and time consuming, it was a nightmare. One message read that the system had "ghosted" my sensors, another message read that due to heavy demand, the system could not properly deal with the set-up process. After at least 30 unsuccessful attempts of getting the sensors to work, all I want now is to return everything and get a refund.

Returning device. I would think by now Lacrosse would have caught up with technology. They need people who can create devices that don’t require me to change my router configuration just to connect. Going back to Costco.

A step backward. This app is a step backward, particularly in the chart produced for temperatures. The problems are: 1) The graph doesn't accurately reflect the data. For instance, from the data, the high yesterday was almost 97 degrees, but looking at the graph, it looks like the high was just 95. 2) The x-axis doesn't have date labels, just times. 3) Only the last 3 days of data are available instead of the full week the older system had. 4) The app won't change to a horizontal dispaly.

Ok app could use improvements to make it a great app. The sensors and gateway were easy to setup except for one sensor I've been having an issue with it. The app would be a lot better, probably "add two stars to the rating", if you could refresh it without having to logout.

PAY program. After purchasing their device you have to pay for the app to do its think. You want to be notified for high/low temp/rh, you have to pay. First year wasn’t bad at like $4, but the renewal jumps to $12 per year. That to me is a bait/switch. Once you own it they keep charging you. Not happy! The device DOES work well!

Basics work. I am remotely monitoring 4 temperatures to detect a potential freeze up. I get text alerts based on my alarm set points and low battery alerts. It's been reliable enough for these basics. WHEN WILL A NEW VERSION BE RELEASED? Looking for a "remember me" or fingerprint sign in function.

Looks good - but?. It looks good for an app- as far as alerts I cannot get text and I cannot change the interval when it reports the numbers. Will be interesting to see if you have to pay $11 per device per year now that they have an app if that's the case this will be my last year there is better stuff out there for no yearly fee.

New redesign with many issues. Beware of updating this app!! In April of 2021 the app was redesigned. The new version: 1. is _very_ slow! There are delays (1-4 seconds) _any_ time a screen is changed (e.g. switching sensor to view, changing from temp to humidity in graph). There was also a 10-45 second delay on initial login. (This implies that aside visual changes, developers made back-end changes that are much less efficient.) 2. The data graph tab now is separated between temperature/humidity/dry contact status (even in phone ‘landscape’) mode, making it practically impossible to see both temperature _and_ humidity for a particular time (since the list scroll resets when a new parameter is selected) 3. The visual thermometer graphic _was_ one of the best features of the app - it took up almost all of the height of the screen and graphically showed both the current value and alarm setpoints. Presumably to make room for the new ‘photo’ feature, in the new version the visual display is a tiny block in the upper-left corner, without graduation markings (except for alarm setpoints). It is now more of an icon than a useful visual display. (Note: as of 14 April 2021, the older display view is actually still illustrated in the first screenshot on the App Store product page for this app.) 4. There is still no data export option of any kind! (e.g. save a .csv file of current / historical data from a particular device) Obviously more historical data would be better, but at least that which the app is currently displaying should be exportable. Good things: 5. There is now the ability to add a small photo of the actual device / location of identification. 6. The interface fixes minor glitches in matching the screen size of my phone. I am quite fond of the Lacrosse devices themselves and had planned to purchase many more for my parent’s home, but this update gives me pause. The software does not match the attention to detail they put into their hardware. Summary: Overall this update is _not_ recommended at this time. Hopefully they will release another update soon to address these issues. — Developers: please work on options for fixing items 1-4 above, or _at minimum_ re-release the former app (under a different name if necessary “Alerts Classic”??) until this new app is improved.

Wish it would refresh. Or have a refresh button. Only way I know how to refresh is to force close and reopen. Otherwise seems to do what it should. But the infrequent refreshes and no manual refresh option is a big big miss.

Need to logout and login to refresh charts and table please fix!!. The chart and table is what is good about this product, but so far I need to logout and login to see the latest data. Please fix by adding a auto refresh for both the table and charts.

Mobile App NOT ready for Prime Time. I agree with all the other reviews. The app mostly works, but the graphs do not display correctly on the iPhone. They do display correctly on the iPad. Makes you wonder why they don't take the extra time to get the programming right. Also the app will not work in Landscape mode, only Portrait mode. Another shortcoming. Lastly, how can a company not port your PAID account from the web version to the mobile version. You MUST consider this a completely independent application, and the two shall never meet or co-exist. Reminds me of when Adobe released an update for their Photoshop Express that reduced the features in the updated version. Makes you wonder what is motivating these companies? Money or Customer Service?

App Won’t Update Status. Reset over and over. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Reset. Nothing fixes this. It worked for a week, and without changing a thing it quit updating. This is a waste.

Was better before.. Dislike the new app. No landscape orientation. The temperature graphs are now gone. Doesn't seem to be updating very often.

Needs Work. Temperature readings are not updated while the app is running. At first, I thought the hardware or software had ‘frozen’. Closing and re-opening the app ( which got old quick ) was the only workaround I could find. The Panel and Chart pages are clipped off of the iPhone 7’s LCD on the left hand side. 100F is displayed as 00. Narrow the page, reduce the size or centering would fix the problem.

Simplicity at its Best. Setup was very quick and easy, and the information provided such as temperature, humidity, presence of water, battery condition and signal strength is everything I need to effectively monitor the condensation overflow plan in my unheated attic. I had to reposition the attic sensor so nothing was interfering with the signal going to the modem-connected gateway. It's just a wonderful little device.

Fantastic App, sensor and support.. Since I didn’t carefully follow directions and did the male thing, I screwed the sensor and gateway up (mostly gateway) royally. Tried to solve it over the weekend without luck. Tried using a second registration which probably screwed things up more. Gateway would not reset to factory specs. So Monday morning I called support, left my name, phone # and message. Ninety minutes later a gal called and in 10 minutes had gateway reset, sensor and gateway registered and all working. All this without making me feel like I was unusually stupid. Yep. Definitely recommend this outfit. Had their non-WiFi products for some time and enjoyed them. Had no problems. The WiFi products looks great too.

Basic, but works poorly. The graphs take forever to update. As a result, if you’re trying to diagnose a signal problem, it can be hard to know if the transmitter is connecting or not.

Great but I wish the app reliability improved. Used this to keep track of a remote cabin. By adding better battery capacity the sensors power is reliable. This morning though the app is down. I may have to switch to another product if I cannot depend on them to keep the app up.

Doesn't work at all!. At first it was just slow, now it won't launch at all. I cannot recall another iPhone application that has performed so poorly. I won't purchase anything else from LaCrosse, ever.

Normally a flawless app. What happened ? Last update broke the app, getting a white screen.

Don't buy. The all new La Crosse Alerts Mobile is a major downgrade fro their old web portal interface. Their new app is missing so many features (like historical info and charts) that I've requested a refund. I was very happy with the old portal and main dashboard...not sure why they thought it was a good idea to take such a major step backwards.

Graphs and charts don’t get refreshed. The data retrieved from the sensor is stored, but only becomes available in the graphs and charts when you close and reopen the app, which makes no sense. There’s no reason not to dynamically refresh, even while viewing the graph or chart, but certainly when you go back to the homepage then to the sensor page the graphs and charts should be refreshed. Requiring that you close and reopen the app to refresh is onerous.

Won't display. I've used this app for a few years. I agree it's not pretty or well designed, but until recently it functioned ok. Now it opens to a blank white screen. Nothing shows. Essentially the usability is zero.

Needs improvement. Basic functionality yes, but overall this is a poorly executed app. Table and graph info do not update without closing and opening the app. Fortunately this does not log me out. Bare bones app is merely an interface to the website. No landscape mode. No CSV export (something other iOS apps can do). I'm not sure the people who wrote this app actually have to use it. Very barebones. Especially annoying when they collect a monthly fee per sensor for the enhanced features (and those are the really useful features). Evidently there is no will here to make a great app.

Works Fine. Some reviews say they’ve had issues where the temp doesn’t update properly on the app. Personally, I’ve not had any of these issues. The default update time is every 15 minutes but it can be adjusted if you need it to update more or less frequently. I followed their directions and I had zero problems setting everything up. I suggest reading the directions first. It’ll save some time troubleshooting setup problems as I could see how some users may have trouble pairing the sensor with the gateway if they attempted to do it without reading the instructions first. Overall I’m happy with the purchase of this product!

Zero value. I have multiple devices and have used them with the web app for years. The app sets up a "mobile" account which is not integrated with my account and cannot access my devices. Tech support told me to continue to use the web version. So I take it this app should only be used for new accounts and only if you do not plan to access your devices on a Windows PC.

Fix the table and chart interval read outs.. Fix. These. Problems. You’ve had enough reviews telling you what the problems are with this app. You’ve had enough time to do it. Seriously. Respond to the customers problems or close your doors. It’s that simple. For anyone else looking for a product, avoid this one until they can get their act together.

Could be Top Rated, But..... When is La Crosse going to update their Alerts Mobile app so that iPad users don't have to lay down to read the charts and data on the app? Did I miss something somewhere? I have had this device for several years....and I am still frustrated by the fact that it does not support an iPad. Grrr... get with it La Crosse, or someone will "eat your lunch" ... take it from a guy that used to work at Kodak...remember that company??

Very basic. System works well but the iPhone app is very basic and barely provides the information necessary. Installation was fine no problems monitoring the temperature but I wish the app was a little bit more sophisticated and user-friendly.

App does not update chart or table automatically. Set up was straightforward and sensors work. App will only update info if I go into settings and change something. Don't know how alerts can have value with this behavior

Weak support. This app hasn’t been updated in 3 years. It does not work correctly. It works fine on the first use but to update data you have to actually force quit the application. Fix this broken app LaCrosse. Weak. Fail.

Worthless. Bought this device to monitor my cabin temp as we have been having problems with our furnace. After 6 hours of operation app went to a blank screen and next morning 'over quota' error appeared. If there is a limited number of times you can check the device, then they should say so SOMEWHERE in their directions. This is going back as it is completely useless.

Needs work. I have been a lacrosse alert user for over 2 years and found the web based alert much better than the new lacrosse alert mobile. Short comings include no landscape viewing. The graph only has temperature and humidity where prior graph included wind speed. The table also is fixed and you can no longer scroll through older data. I hope they address these issues in up coming versions.

Product works great. Product works great, and app is easy to read. Only problem is setting up the sensor, but once that is connected, the app is easy to use.

So far so good. Just installed last night. App seems to be working well. Would have given it 5 stars if there was a simple way to display the temps on all the sensors on one screen.

Good Start. I was waiting for this to come out. The web one is ok but this is so much easier and better. I liked the product so much I purchased a second one shortly after. Needs landscape view. IMO
