Terrible news display. Amazing how the app efficiently can bill your subscription but is unable to display news articles within the app. I can read the article on the website but that is not as convenient. Customer support has been saying they are working on this problem but by history of the comments they have been “working” on this problem for a long time. I wish The Street would put attention to these matters.

Broken app. Not fix in sight. Critical pages like portfolio, ratings etc fail to show the stock ticker symbols. Have reported the problem but no response at all. Paying premium should get a better experience. If I was Jim I would not have my name tied to this poorly maintained product.

App needs major work. Lots of information doesn’t show up. Makes the app worthless

Bad app. This app has been unable to upload any new financial news . When you call they say sorry we are working on but problem never gets resolved . Have to scroll half way down page to find new news . Hey just checked the app and it says that it stealing information and not a valid app. Delete and re installed same. Message app is not the street but a copy . Further not received any info in banners . Called three times no fixes.

Real Money Pro tab doesn’t work on IOS. I have been a subscriber to The Street for a few years. For the past year or so the Real Money Pro tab doesn’t work. All the other tabs open without any issues but when I try to open Real Money Pro the app closes completely and the articles can’t be seen. I was told by customer service that this is only an issue with the app on IOS and needless to say is frustrating.

Crashes. The app crashes constantly when you open an article to read. Real Money Pro. IOS 15.4.1. Please fix this. I pay for a subscription and can't use the app.

Works great. I haven’t had any problems and I enjoy the content

Need iPhone 12 Optimization and Fixes. I just started using the app for the first time today. The app seems to work pretty well. A problem presented when I opened a picture of a chart in one of the articles, and the X to close the full screen view of the chart could not be pressed. The X was too far in the extreme edge of the screen. I had to completely close the app and open it back up in order to get rid of this full screen image. Under AAP the ticker symbols don’t display either in the portfolio tab. That pretty disappointing.

Crashing while the market is OPEN. Entire app continues to randomly crash. Very frustrating considering I have the Action Alerts Plus subscription, so it is hard to get the alerts. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. After reading other reviews I too can not see entire charts in the research sections and articles. AAP has helped me, it is ironic that the technology companies AAP endorses are the ones supporting the app! Can you look into this for Cramer and the team!

Really Doesn’t Work . . . Yes, It Is Broken. Really Doesn’t Work. Log in says yes but doesn’t allow access. Jim Cramer should know; I don’t believe he would put up with this. Log in doesn’t work.

Where is the customer support?. It should be great but it seems Jim and his team really just don’t care. There is zero service and no support. No one ever responds. I won’t keep this.

Don’t bother downloading. It is a pay forever app. $30 a month for the cheap advice ..... and more if you want to blow more money

Portfolio data unusable. The portfolio primary data fields are totally blank, making the whole table worthless.

Rating and stock symbol display not working. The rating and the stock symbol not showing on the iPhone and iPad app. Working correctly on the Windows browser.

Broken app since September and customer service no show. Still no reply from TheStreet or Cramer. They simply ignore. app for iPhone is broken and unusable - no replies since September 2019. Busted. Can’t remember when a vendor was so disrespectful to its clients. Does the complete refusal to react at all to these major bugs mean this App is going away? Seems so. 6 months reporting by many and no relies. The app for the Action Alerts club is nearly useless. As reported by others major features of this app like seeing the darn stock names - now they are invisible - has been broken and no responses by customer service despite several emails and calls. Also now the Forum ask question doesn’t work as well.

Stock names/ symbols don’t show up!. Just unacceptable

Can’t see ticker. Please fix this app. It is unusable on iPhone or the iPad. Non of the ticker symbols appear, so you have to click through every single one to view it. This makes the app highly cumbersome to use. Not worth the subscription at this point.

Expensive subscription app crashes. App crashes within seconds of opening!

Lousy App Jim Cramer. This app should be removed from the store. People that can make it work have chosen not to. Just the facts.

Crashing App. I’ve been patient with this application for 3 to 4 years and they’ve never dealt with the iPhone app crashing in the middle of every time I watch a video. Within the four years I figured since were paying so much money they would rebuild it, I wonder if Jim Cramer is aware of this. And yes I have deleted the app and re-download it numerous times. I’ve spoken to customer service at least five times. And they always say it’ll be fixed next week. Push notifications don’t work either. The worst app that I still use. 😂

App is broken, website is too. I’ve stopped using the app. The website is better but has very annoying challenges, sending you codes by email that you’re to type in on the web. Only it takes forever for them to send them. By the time you can get in it’s about 10 minutes later. I don’t have time for that.

Action Alerts Plus. I use this app as part of my subscription to Action Alerts Plus. Over the past month sections of the display (portfolio and ratings pages) have been broken and nobody seems to care to fix the issues. I have emailed them several times since mid September making them aware of the issues. Finally, I called yesterday because yet another part of the app is now broken. The daily video provided in the app has now stopped working for the last several days. The person I spoke with was unaware that the video is not working now, during the call he went on his phone and confirmed had the same issue. However, he assured me that they are aware of issues with this app and working on them. What?!!, you have been working on the issues for well over a month and nothing has been fixed, and in the meantime more content you say is included in the app is now not available. I wish I could give this app zero stars for the lack of accountability to fix issues and performance.

Can’t see the ticker symbols. You’ll need to buy the subscriptions to see content and there are several but it’s easy enough to filter-down to your specific subscriptions. Biggest pain is the tickers are invisible when you look at the portfolios. You can tap on the cell and it will load but you have no idea which ticker will load. Website is far better experience - this app is an afterthought.

Love the service but this app is terrible. I’ve had the service for years and the app just isn’t good. Bugs, glitches and lack of support for the app as well as the service. If it wasn’t for Jim Cramer I would drop this service for complacency and lack of integrity.

My patience is wearing very thin!. I may not renew my ALP subscription unless this is fixed before my renewal date later this spring. The lack of accountability from a company that you pay so much for their services is just mind boggling. My prior rating: In ratings and portfolio listings the stock symbols in the left hand column are all missing. Renders the app useless. Must go to website to see this information. Please fix ASAP!

Lots of bugs. Company/symbol info isn’t showing up on the app. Like others have said it doesn’t look like they care to fix the issue. Useless to do research on since info isn’t readily available.

Doesn’t work at all. Apple should remove this app. The app has been broken for months. Called them and they claim they are “working on it”. The subscription is very expensive for this lack of service.

Shame. Surprised that Jim Cramer couldn’t afford a better app building team. This app really is bad

Cramer should be ashamed of himself. 4 years of horrible reviews without a sing measurable or noticeable improvement in the most glaring deficiencies. This app is even worse than Coinbase Pro.

Feature needed. If I watch videos online for my subscription I can watch them at 1.5x or 2x speed but there is no option for that in the app. I have a busy work schedule and need this feature in the app.

Your iPad app is broken. For the past week, including today with the new version, the app comes up and then goes away immediately. Nice job!…..not really. Please fix it.

Action Alert Plus. Great analysis on stocks but the app still doesn’t display the stock name or symbol. This can’t be that difficult to fix. No response from my inquiry.

Cancelled Subscription due to this App. For several months this app fails to show the names of the companies in the portfolio. At the price of the subscription the loss of ability to use the information easily significantly reduces the usefulness of the AA subscription. I’m done with both.

Content I want; trouble getting it in the app. As an Action Alerts Plus subscriber, the app fails to deliver on basic functionality. I have emailed support multiple times requesting corrections without any response and months later important items such as stock ticker symbols and watchlists do not display or work. For what I regard as a highly respected source and premium service, a fully functioning app is critical to obtain my renewal.

Total bummer.... How doe this organization provide such valuable advice while producing such a terrible application? C’mon Street Team... dedicate some resources to this application and give your paying customers some modicum of quality.

Good content- crashes constantly. I can’t even make it through a 30 second video without this app crashing

Very glitchy. The app constantly makes you restore purchases. Since it does this you never get notifications which are pretty important with stocks. I reported this to them and got a email back saying I would need to call customer support.

Daily Diary hasn’t worked in weeks. App worked well for years for the Daily Diary. Something changed a few weeks ago and something is wrong with the app. You can’t read the daily diary on the app correctly. Contacted support , they claim they are aware. Better to delete the app and view the website on the browser.

Won’t run on IPad. Since the update it wont run on IPad, loads then crashes. Still works on IPhone. Frustrating since we pay for a subscription and they don’t seem to care.

Completely Useless. This app is mostly broken. Total rip off.

Unbelievably bad. No need for me to add what’s already been mentioned by others. Who’s running the show here?

Going downhill. This app used to be manageable. Now I get emails to check out articles that don’t send me to the article. I’m less and less impressed every day.

Issues. Many basic functions are not present. For example, I can not see ticker symbols. If these issues are not fixed soon, I will find a different subscription service to use.

Cancel won’t cancel. I canceled my subscription and the app says restore your subscription. but they still charged me. It’s too much I want out. Now I have to jump through hoops to get it canceled

Please Fix Portfolio View. The stock ticker symbols, the company name and the rating, are not visible in portfolio or core holdings etc. It’s a blank box. If you click it, it opens a new page with company info. Very annoying and wastes a lot of time having to go into each “ghost” link.

Actions alert subscription. This app is horrible. Especially if you purchased a subscription. I’m a member of the actions alert and you cannot view the portfolio or any other key components on here properly. I have seen another review about the app not working properly but I guess the developers don’t care. If this is not fixed , I’m going to cancel my subscription to actions alert.

The tickers are missing on “the stocks we would buy now”. The tickets are missing on my iPhone XR for “rating”. So disappointing. Please fix the bug. I paid premium and expect a decent app.
