Technology is great!. Technology is great. They’ve made some changes over the past year that have been beneficial. Would recommend to anyone.

1 star. My daughter is on 2 teams (different age groups) and this app will not allow me to add a second team to her profile, they also will not allow me to change her team. There is no number to call to talk to a person. Very disappointed in this app and it’s lack of customer service. Not worth the money, I will be cancelling at the end of the month.

Want to watch sports? This isn’t the app then…. Looking to pay premium dollar but then get to watch maybe 15% of your child’s sports? Then this is the app for you! Streaming quality is horrendous. Some games they won’t even stream, even at a BallerTV sponsored tournament. Even better, they will stream a different team and say it’s yours. Saving clips is horrible. It takes up to a minute each one and then kicks you out of the even you’re watching to do it. Customer service is as poor as their livestream. You’ll get emails asking about your customer service experience while they didn’t do a single thing to correct any problems. Not worth a single penny.

Excellent to watch.. The baller tv allows me to watch my granddaughter no matter where she is. Love it!!!

Garbage. Wow is this an awful platform. Hard to use, terribly difficult to filter accurately, expensive, it’s not clear whether you can watch live or only replays or if you have to pay extra to watch it live. I’ve been on this thing for hours and all I’ve been able to do is watch a 50 second clip of two teams warming up (not the teams listed on the app mind you). This is really a bad app.

Don’t waste your money. Their cameras are almost always broken or having technical difficulties. Out of 2 tournaments and 8 games I got to watch 1 laggy game of my kids. That was over two different subscription periods. Tried to give them a 2nd chance.

Great access !. Always able to watch grandchildren in their events when we are unable to travel! Love it!

Do you understand sports or streaming?. This app is the OK. The issue is, they are usually late getting the games up and they end the stream the second the last point is scored. Translation, you are usually a few seconds behind the live feed which means you rarely get to see how the game ends. They immediately Kill the stream so they can “upload” the reply. That means you are constantly missing the end of games. I wish there was some comp so I could try a different offering.

Always on point. I can catch the games no matter what. Y’all need to get with under armor because their footage is trash.

Expensive and can’t view on a big screen. The cost for Baller is often more expensive than attending events live. Also, when trying to AirPlay or view games casted to a big TV, the screen won’t rotate correctly so you either have to watch the game really small on the big TV or watch it big sideways on a big TV. Only option is to use the website, but then there’s no sound and you have to deal with your browsers tabs, menus etc.

Cuts out frequently. Not only does this app rarely work, tech-support does not respond when it is down. You get the same message that your request has been submitted, and nothing happens. Do not waste your money and buy the pass.

Best way to watch on the go. Great app, easy to use and the best way to watch youth sports on the go.

Can’t see plays etc. Video quality isn’t worth the money. You can see plays, make out players, make out where the ball is, see fouls, camera doesn’t follow the ball right, camera doesn’t zoom in in order to see plays on other side of the field, etc. It can’t save highlights properly but can’t see what the highlight is anyway unless the players are right under the camera. Useless tool for recruiting, creating highlight videos, and having players watch games back to learn. Company refuses to refund for poor service and poor quality. Purchasing footage is confusing and you pay more than you should or need to.

Love Baller TV. My family and I love Baller TV because we can watch our son play no matter where we are and we can watch any other teams that are broadcasting with them as well. You can cut clips from the games and use it as a tool for your recruiters. We’ve had this paid service for years now and no complaints at all!! Great App, well worth the $$.

Unreliable. Every time I tried to watch an event over the past year, I could only see 50% of the games. They had technical difficulties the other 50% of the time. Contacted support and told me maybe I could view the footage in two weeks. Didn’t offer any sort confidence at all. Sorry just got the events instead of watching on this app.

Don’t buy subscriptions. Don’t buy this subscription. The video will only show half the court and you still will be charged. Customer service will not help you make it right.

Following my Grandson. Can’t always make our grandsons basketball games but with BallerTv we feel like we’re right there.

Slow Refs ruin the viewing. The cameras look for activity… and if a ref is lazy about getting down the court, the camera often cute way in the middle of an offensive possession to follow the slow moving ref finally getting to half court. It ruins watching the game. Baller TV and their people either need to fix this camera issue or make the refs move up and down the court at a decent speed.

Amazing, but one thing needs to change.. These games are recorded perfectly, they’ve even recorded AAU games that I’ve played, they even have games with the scoreboard already on there, but you have to pay to watch Baller TV.

BallerTv. I really enjoyed being able to watch my sons’ game when I couldn’t be there.

Beware subscription terms. They only allow for you to subscribe for a full year or a full quarter so if you want or need to stream just one tournament per year they don’t have a good financial deal to subscribe month to month.

Wonderful App. I am so thankful for Baller TV as I am able to watch my grandsons play basketball from a long distance. I live in North Carolina and they live in New York. When they travel for tournaments, I am able to watch them play. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was because there is no way to follow the score. It would be nice if there was a scoreboard positioned somewhere on screen.

Coach. Excellent coverage, easy to navigate and connects well from most areas

Worst app ever. Got this to live stream my daughter’s tournament. Out of the 6 matches I’ve tried to watch, all six have had issues. They were very good at taking my money for the subscription. Too bad they don’t put that effort into their service.

Don’t bother. Waste of money. Every game I tried to view had some problem. can’t even get somebody on site to adjust the camera. I saw three sets of the opposing coaches backside and a tiny corner of the court not worth the money, not worth the hassle poor product.

Don’t bother!. You’re better off recording and streaming the games yourself. Half the time the games aren’t started on time and we spend half of a match trying to find someone to start the stream. That’s if you are luck and they actually show up. I’m at a match today that BallerTV is supposed to be streaming and they didn’t show up, so the subscription is wasted. Hopefully, they’ll show up and stream as scheduled for the next tournaments.

Decent app. Sometimes they don’t have the right game and you have to search. They don’t have enough staffers to fix the cameras when they get knocked over or moved over. When you try to cut clips sometimes it cuts the wrong clip. But when it works it does it’s job to perfection.

Ballertv is wonderful. I can’t say how much I appreciate being able to see my granddaughter play volleyball in tournaments I am unable to attend. Plus she enjoys coming to my house to view herself playing. It is a great tool for improving her game and a first hand analysis of her performance!

Baller TV. I like this apps, it’s a cool thing. It’s nice to see this as a thing. It brings a lot of joy. It’s also the toughest thing because it does not disappoint.

Not user friendly and poor stream quality. Very difficult to find your game or even court until it is live. Search function doesn’t produce results at all until the game is live. Notify feature didn’t work either. Frequently pauses or glitches. Very expensive for poor quality and poor functionality. For as many sports and events, baller tv should do better.

Horrible app!!. Don’t waste your money!!! Out of four of my son’s games. I was only able to watch half of two. One wasn’t even broadcast! The other was under the wrong team names. Ridiculous! Video quality blurry at times. This app was a huge disappointment.

Terrible. If I could give this a 0 I would. My son is playing in another states and I paid to be able to watch and every game freezes and I am unable to watch the video. Extremely disappointed that I wasted money on this!

Great app. Great app so much I can do on this app I got to watch my son play all the way in California with score updates and many more great features and even tho there is so many tournaments it was easy to find my son’s tournament

Streaming not available after I paid. The event I wanted to watch said it was available. My health isn’t allowing me to go watch my daughter so I paid the three month minimum to be able to watch the tournament. Once I paid a countdown clock started but no video ever began.

Connection. We are grandparents who enjoy grson’s sports-BallerTV let’s us keep up w/him & get to watch the action!!

Rating. When it works it is good. I have tried to watch granddaughters volleyball matches this year. Two events the technical difficulties you experienced did not allow watching. Other matches had periodic stop in video. I don’t feel the $99 I paid for app has been worthwhile. I may not renew.

Service not great. The app is OK, but the service itself is very spotty in places and a lot of the tournaments that we attended that used Baller Tv did not show the tournament because they had issues with service. As much as the service costs I would expect better coverage. Also, the camera angles would be off and to notify is only in the app and 99% of the time it was never fixed and/or the livestream would stop. Over the past 6 years or so we have purchased the service but are always left disappointed and dissatisfied. Hopefully, the service improves.

waste of money subscribing. the games aren’t complete. i emailed asking what happened with the games and they said that the full game would be uploaded in about 2 weeks when the raw video recordings are sent back to HQ. But its been months already and still nothing

Glitchy. Always lags me out and doesnt let me go back in for like 3 days. Most annoying app ever.

Don’t bother. Tried to watch 4 games today. Saw less than half of each one. Feed keeps stopping. And the stream is behind - but get this - they stop the stream realtime - so didn’t actually get to see the last few minutes of the half or end of the game of any of them. One game was within 2 points but unfortunately didn’t see the ending because it cut out. Waste of money this app.

Terrible. $80 subscription with the glitchiest app ever used

Doesn’t work. I signed up this morning. The first game didn’t start streaming until the end of the first half and the second game never streamed at all. Customer service said they dispatched someone to look into it but we were left with nothing.

Incorrect scores and wins. Really disappointing. The app can't even get who wins.

BallerTV fails in many different ways.. I watch my boys basketball games remotely and watched 4 games today. Baller TV has not been working. Now the video is frozen. Many different issues from mislabelling of teams ,to scores always being wrong, team games not showing up with a filter applied to them. It’s been rather awful experience on BallerTV. I couldn’t get the games at all on the app and had to use customer service to send me links to actually get on them. And then there were multiple troubles even after that. Frustrating system. And I’ve paid to view

Bring Your Own Veo. We recently played in a Surfcup Soccer tournament. We followed the rules and didn’t bring a camera system. (Although they did say we could bring a camera as long as the system was not over 5 ft high.) The app is fairly easy to navigate, but the video playback system is not the best quality. Very difficult to scroll game timeline on the phone. The Ai doesn’t track the ball well. And their are no highlight marks on the timeline, so you have to scroll through to find your points. The slide bar does not work well. If you try to watch on a browser from a laptop they require the minimum $300 Playback Pro subscription. Total scam. Poor filming quality, not worth paying a cheap subscription for just a few games. You lose complete access to all the games on the app within 12 hours after the tournament ends. Only way to access your few games is by buying their subscription ($300-$600) Lesson learned, always bring your own camera system, people had their Veo systems up at every field (standing over 12 feet high.) None of the tournament officials tried to stop anyone from filming their own games. Avoid the app, just film it yourself.

Soccer - Needs a lot of work. This is a true honest objective review and not just an angry disgruntled customer. Was real excited to be able to watch my sons soccer games at Jefferson Cup in Virginia since we couldn’t make it out. But this experience started out poor right off the bat. Had to pay for BallerTV subscription which I was fine with, but then once I had my subscription and was all ready to watch I find out I then have to pay a second fee which was almost equal to the Baller TB subscription for the event. Maybe I’m an idiot and overlooked it but I saw nothing about having to pay a second fee after the subscription in order to watch the event. Shouldn’t that be what the one event BallerTV subscription should have been for???? Rip off! Camera can’t follow the ball and recorded wrong field half the time. Forget about being able to see any play on the far side of the field. We missed seeing most goals or great saves because the camera could not pan with the ball to the end line, and cameras almost never show the near corners of the field. So if your player is an outside back like mine, either you can’t see him because you can’t make out the far side of the field or you won’t see much of them on the near side because the camera fails to to pan fast enough or record the near corners of the field. Terrible service. This is a great concept and could be great for families of kids that play sports, but some serious consideration needs to be taken in how they can improve and resolve some of these issues.

Concept Good - Service Bad. Most of the time on this service I spend restarted with constant buffering and loss of feed. Super strong signal at home, but court connection poor. If lucky, get to watch 30% of the game.

Baller is “Baller". This app perfectly fills the niche formed by drunk weekend warriors at bars across the country looking to maintain a little integrity in their respective contests. It allows for easy recording and, more importantly, accurate recollection of scores in question after some of the events get a little fuzzy. No longer will your Jabroni “friend” be able to claim victory on EVERY cricket game played that night and milk you for weeks of tequila shots. That is a step forward for all of humanity. The user interface is easy enough for even the drunkest champion to remember his day in the sun, and the price cannot be beat. This app belongs in every man’s pocket before an outing with the lads.

Glad I found this AP. I am so glad I found this app! I played basketball with a group that was using this app, and now I can’t stop using it too. I love how everyone I play with has their picture uploaded so it’s easier for me to know who I played with and to remember their names. Now I have a ton of new guys to get pick up games going. It also tells me who I win and lose the most with so I know how to make the best team to win. It’s great for any sport and the headlines after each game make you feel like your game was broadcast on television. Since I get the sports updates of all of the sports my connections play, I have found pick up games for the other sports I love to play. Thank you baller for making a great app!!!!

Awesome. They forced me to make a review

Awesome app if you already have a group. My buddies and I have had a weekly pickup ball run and I've been using baller to get them to rsvp and set up times to meet. Being able to add game results and a few stats (we mostly use points and don't bother with stuff like rebounds and assists) makes a huge difference. People play a lot harder when we put it on Baller so that's a plus. Some things I would suggest: rank the players within the group so that we could have fairer teams and find out who the better players are. It would also be cool to see if there are other pickup groups or teams in the area so we could play with them. The search right now doesn't really help you find anything unless you know the name of the group. Anyway all in all its a very cool app with a lot of potential stuff to make it cooler, hope they keep it going
