Scammy app. I never write reviews but I’m soo mad I have to. I signed up for a $40 premium subscription and I changed my mind and went to cancel the subscription to prevent future charges. The company then told me to try to use the links and insert emails to start the process. I got an immediate message on the screen stating the email wasn’t associated with a subscription when that is a lie. I used the email when making the purchase. They never sent me a receipt. But they charged my credit card. DONT SUBSCRIBE!

No Apple Health Sync?’. Problems: 1) Help/support documents clearly claim that Apple health is an option for syncing. It is not. I paid for a premium subscription only to learn that there is no choice in settings/connect for Apple health app. 😡 2) if you’d rather listen to audiobooks or watch Apple TV while walking on your treadmill, you are out of luck. Music only. 😢 Apple audiobooks yes but no link to any other audiobook app. My audiobook book apps are Audible and Chirp. No simple solution to walking while watching Apple TV. 3) maybe I haven’t figured it out yet but the short 20 minute walk is not enough. I can’t figure out how to set them walking time for longer. All in all, I regret purchasing a subscription.

Total gimmick. Thought I was paying for a walking plan with a coach- the coach is an AI generated voice, essentially the app is a way overpriced walking tracker- many alternatives for free or cheaper if looking for no ads. Description mentioned walking to music- but you need your own Apple Music to make that feature work. Total waste of $$.

Stop. Don’t do it. Seriously. I too was wowed by the ads and should have read the reviews first. No plan was given, it doesn’t connect to my Apple Watch (yes I linked it), and the program isn’t intuitive to maneuver through to record workouts. No tutoring or help. I’m better off creating my own spreadsheet or going to Weight Watchers. Yes WW is more expensive but a lot easier to use. How does this app have a 4.4 rating when all I’ve seen are one star reviews. On day 2 I looked at my stats for a walk I did and…. nothing. DO NOT download and pay a red cent for this app. I need to make sure I cancel this.

Parallel subscription!? Facebook support????. What do you mean that I have parallel subscription? Stop messing and make a feature to leave and delete your app!! They replied as below. Where is your Facebook ti contact??????????? Gosh!! "Hello, thank you for your detailed feedback. Most likely, you have two parallel subscriptions activated. Could you please send us a message via Facebook? We'd be happy to resolve this asap🌿 "

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. I am disappointed with the app and I am trying get a refund and they have made it almost impossible to get the refund. It stars the can not do the refund - you have to got through the App Store. But , there is not refund option on the App Store. I wrote via email days after I purchased the app and have not had any luck. I hate feeling like I have no control of my purchases. You all should be ashamed of your business practices. The app is too busy for me. I don’t have time for it. I just want a freaking refund.

1.25 mile (2.5 miles round trip to Seaview Docks. It was a sunny 28 *, wind was off shore 15 mph making it tough to walk home. Busa was a good boy and healed the entire way . Although on the way home he did pick up the pace, I imagine even sub freezing weather affects him as well with the wind chill at 15 *

New to app. I am new to the app. There are no instructions. I’m having to click through everything and try to piece together what is expected of me. The idea sold was there was a plan… no plan seen. I selected to walk between 10–20 Min a day in the questionnaire and everything is a minimum of 35 min… because of my cortisol levels I am not supposed to go passed 20 min. Nice idea but it is over sold! It may work… but who would know. There is no plan to follow. I know it is not as simple as start walking because there wouldn’t be all the extra settings and options. But there are no instructions. I don’t want to guess at being successful when I’ve paid for a service.

Waste of money. Unable to update workouts completed outside of what is automatically set for workouts. Did 30 minutes instead of 15 thinking the app was going and it didn’t record anything. Unable to truly customize meal plans. Free walking apps have been more useful.

Misleading Instagram Ads. Don’t end up like me and purchase a subscription for this app based on an Instagram ad. I, very foolishly, signed up after taking a "quiz" linked in the ad which was ultimately very misleading regarding what the app actually offers. (There is no "customized" plan and I have no idea what the quiz was even for apart from fooling potential customers into thinking it was a necessary part of setting up this imaginary plan.) In general, the app is also very clunky, confusing, and difficult to use. Everything it offers (weight tracking, step counting, workout tracking) I can get via other apps for free or with a one-time lifetime payment. The only reason I am giving the app two stars instead of one is because they granted me a refund when I asked for one.

False Advertising. Beware!! I am one of the many who fell for the false advertising on their instagram ad. I took the quiz and signed up for the premium plan only to see that what was advertised is not available in the app. No personalized walking plan to speak of, no walking maps, and the app is much different than what is shown in the App Store. It really is just you subscribing to sync with Apple heath what is already free elsewhere. What a scam. I immediately unsubscribed and have requested a refund. I also paid for two e-booklets that were never sent. Hopefully I get the refund or this will have been a very expensive learning experience.

Feels like a scam. I was gullible and was convinced by their TikTok ad that this app would create a one of a kind plan for me (as stated in their ad) and paid $30 for “premium.” What you get is a knockoff of Fitbit that just tells you to walk 10,000 steps. I’ve written them for a refund as they mislead countless people and have likely made hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the process. They were quick to respond to other emails… haven’t heard anything yet. Do NOT pay for premium.

Cancel my subscription Immediately. You have renewed my subscription, even though I canceled it immediately after purchasing it because I wasn’t interested. When I go to my Apple purchases, I can’t even find it.. You just charged me another $39 without my permission. And you don’t offer any way to get hold of you. This is not a good way of doing business.

U go girl !. Wow this app is terrific! I’m an experienced walker but we’ve had a polar vortex for about 4 days and I knew I need to regain my passion for walking. I lost 100 lbs when I started my walking journey about 2 years ago and felt after the holiday season of feasting that I was doomed. But nope just needed a push thank you app!

No Vegetarian or Vegan Options. The original website sign up is misleading, giving both vegetarian and vegan options, but there is no option like this in the app. Every lunch and dinner includes either fish, seafood, or meat. There is no workout plan other than it counts your steps. The leaderboard feature is nice for competitive people, as is the ability to add friends. Edited to add that their support tells you that you can’t get a refund on iOS.

Don’t Bother with Premium. Nothing like the ad shows. There is nothing personalized about the program. The ‘statistics’ function hasn’t worked from the beginning so it’s not even showing me my full progress. The ‘meal plan’ is just a list of recipes that don’t even tell you the calories in the dish. The ‘dinner’ today was Surf & Turf. Give me a break. Very disappointed I spent money on this.

This is a scam.. The ad makes it seem as though you pay and they provide with a personalized plan. But you basically just pay for the privilege of using the app (which is no different than the steps tracker built into your phone) and then they try to get you to pay even more for a personalized plan. Don’t do it, look for a better option with more honest brokers.

Waste of money. Total waste of money, I demand a refund for 3 months purchased….app of no use and doesn’t give the option of recording the data from Apple Watch… totally disappointed with the amount they are charging… don’t bother to take the subscription… I want my money back !

Walking all. So far so good. They use symbols in this app without defining them so I’m having to figure out what it means. Not to bothersome and I think it’s helpful overall.

Extremely Misleading. When I went to do the quiz to “see how long you’d have to walk to burn x amount of weight” they charged at the end of the quiz. You have to do the entire quiz for them to tell you that you have to pay for your results. Fine. I tried it—no result. They just sign you up for the account that is literally no better or different from my Garmin watch/fitbit. The marketing is so misleading. I felt duped.

NO PLANS LIKED PROMISED. This gives you zero plans like they said it would. It has you fill out an multiple questions and then when you download the app there is no plan available. The app is extremely basic and the annual plan is expensive for what they give you compared to other apps available. Not worth it.

BUYER BEWARE. Like many of the reviews I am reading, I saw an add on Instagram. I have started (very slowly) walking on my own, but thought it would be great to get personalized workouts, so I took the quiz. THE QUIZ PROMISED I’D LOSE 200lbs IN 3 MONTHS!!! Needless to say, that was the end of my interest in this app and company. If they boldly claim to be able to help me lose 200lbs in 3 months, they obviously have absolutely zero credibility or any idea what they are talking about. Extremely disappointing.

Misleading. I have been using this app and well for one you can’t just use a treadmill and watch something in your phone. You phone HAS to be in your pocket or hand otherwise it tracks nothing! Second it’s not personalized as the ad says. Don’t recommend.

Ads Are Misleading. I purchased this app after seeing many ads stating I would get an workout plan customized for my goals. The app is nothing like this. It tells you how many minutes to walk, no recommended distance or pace. Also, it does not track distance correctly. It’s saying I’m walking a little over ONE mile in 35 minutes! My treadmill and watch are tracking I am walking between 2.5 and 3 miles each time. That’s a pretty big difference. I linked this app to my watch and it tracks it as a very slow run instead of the correct walk. I can’t believe how much they are charging a month for incorrect and unhelpful tracking. There are better apps for free.

DONT PURCHASE TILL YOU READ THE REVIEWS. I purchased the app and the premium books and everything before reading the reviews just by watching the ad which is quite misleading. The ad basically says they will give you a workout schedule and tell you how much you need to walk to lose certain amount of weight but the actual app unfortunately is nothing like that. It doesn’t give you a plan or how much walk i need to reach my goal weight. The stupid quiz asks you dietary preferences but the diet in the app doesn’t consider those preferences and gives you dishes you cant eat in my case i get all the chicken recipes when in the quiz I clearly said its vegetarian dietary preference. There is no setting in the app which allows me to change my preferences either. I am giving this app like 2 stars because it was quite misleading and only part i liked was they have recipes ( nothing for me though) and water reminders. Waste of money and you can actually get these features for free on some apps. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION

No value add. I purchased and downloaded the app after taking a quiz which “calculated” the best program for me, a 62 year old not very active and had 30 minutes to spend exercising each day. The promise that I could lose weight just by walking—running is not an option right now—was enticing and I made the purchase. So far, and I’ve done two weeks, no workout has been under 45 minutes. Also, today’s workout prompted me to run for 5 minutes. So this program is a big fail in the personalization promise1-I suspect that all the programs are the same. The actual program that takes you through a workout—I could find a program online that would tell me to warm up for 5 minutes, walk for 10, walk briskly for 5, walk for 10, run for 5, walk for 10 and then cool down for 5 and I could time myself or set up an ai with Siri to prompt me. The program calculates distance based on the run time of the program. Has nothing to do with your performance. The meal plan is not helpful! You can get better tracking free from My Fitness Pal! The marketing is really effective and compelling so I congratulate them on that— their revenue model must rely on the initial payout and then people forgetting to cancel their subscriptions. I’m sorry but this is nothing I should have paid for and I’m sorry I didn’t figure out a way to know that before the purchase. (Except reading reviews, which I’m skeptical about)

Very Misleading. Like many I fell for the stupid ad and paid for this app! It’s just going to tell you to walk 10,000 steps per day no matter what your size/age. It also told me I was obese, which was quite shocking for someone who wears a size 10 jeans. The app is also seems to pause every time I put it in my pocket. Don’t waste your money. Just use the free Apple health tracker instead.

The clock. Does not work well if you slide the screen back or forth

Just an expensive tracker, don’t waste your money.. I unfortunately, purchased this app via an ad before I saw the reviews. As those before me have said. This app is just an expensive tracker. There are no custom work out plans that come with it. The quiz you take leads you to think that after you give your health info you will be provided a walking plan custom to your needs and goals. I suggest making it very clear in your marketing that there is no custom walk plan, this is just a tracker that cost $39. Which most phones health apps will already do for you for free. Or the next solution would be to actually provide a walking workout plan and you might find more satisfied customers with the app. I would like a refund, as I did not receive what what was supposedly being offered.

Do not purchase. This app is just extra it does not motivate or help you attain your goals. Next if you try to cancel they will just charge you for it again. It hasn’t even been a year since I first purchased the product and they charged me again. They are a corrupt company. Horrible cheap platform as well. I never received a confirmation of cancellation when I have cancelled this program several times now I want them to delete my info and never use my card again I may have to get a new credit card if they won’t stop charging me. I would give a negative star review if I could.

Waste of time and money. So, why am I paying $39 for 3 months of this app?!?! If you are waking on a treadmill you have to carry your phone in your pocket or strapped to your arm. It won’t automatically take info from Apple Watch in that situation. My Apple Watch automatically feeds into the health app and does essentially the same thing this app does with NO manual actions on my part. Also, you can’t manually change the sum line to get totals which means it’s not accurately keeping track of my info. To do that I need to go to the health app!!! What exactly am I paying for?!?! This is a waste of time and money. How do I get my money back for this crap?!?!

Attention! They will use your credit card after you unsubscribe. how can you allow yourself to charge for service you didn’t provide? What kind of “agreement” in small font you assume a user would read while activating an app? I clearly unsubscribed before the payment, and still you deducted the amount taking the advantage of having a personal credit card details? What kind of customer experience you provide for your users? You’re running a business of stealing people’s money in a legal way. That’s a shame.

Very aggravated. I have tried canceling this subscription for the last 3 months due to health issues. No response via email but they sure get there money every month. Fixing to contact The Better business bureau. This is ridiculous never have had this much issue to cancel. Never use this !!!!!!!

Scam. This app is a scam. I’m not sure how but they received information from a credit card that I NEVER gave to them. They made fraudulent charges on my credit card. I find it very odd that my subscription ended on a particular date yet charges were made on that same date. The number that they have for contact is a VOIP number and is not traceable. Luckily I have an amazing credit card company and they are looking into this scam of a company. Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT subscribe or give them ANY of your information!

CancerSurvivor24. First day back and it was a lil rough but the app helps with letting me know how I’m doing. Can’t do too much to fast.

Scammers. I paid thru PayPal and went to the App Store. I didn’t realize I would be charged there also. Waiting for a response from Slimkit. Not happy, I want a refund for both purchases made within the last hour. I’ll never learn.

Dont get ripped off. Thought i was getting better deal signing up for multiple months. Then i saw how ridiculous this was says warm up 5 minutes but nothing what to do then walk 5 minutes no indication of speed or incline then cool off 5 minutes once again with no direction. Overpriced rippoff timer app dont buy…

VERY flawed - not worth it!. It’s a nice program tracker and reminder, but that’s about it. The steps from my Apple Watch Ultra 2 don’t sync to the app, nor do the calories or distance walked. I finished a 50 minute treadmill walk on 6% incline and between 3-3.5 mph. At the end, the app said I had walked 0.1 miles and had burned 158 calories. I wonder - from other reviews - how custom my program actually is. This app is heavily flawed and not at all worth what is being charged for a subscription. Look elsewhere.

Where is my plan?. I filled out the information required thinking I was going to get a definite plan. You know walk at whatever speed for five minutes warm up and the for 30 minutes at this speed and then another speed for cool down. Nope there is no plan customized for you as advertised. This is just a tracker. An expensive tracker at that. Waste of money. I can get a free app that does the same exact thing. It’s a rip off. Also note when getting a nickname for the Freire Disappointed and Ripped-off are already taken, that’s how unhappy people are with this app.

First day. Not used to walking that much so I got tired pretty quick but I will keep doing it every day for 10 minutes. I have to split the 10 minutes five and five so until I can do the whole 10 so thank you so much I appreciate someone being able to keep track thank you.

Misleading please read before buying. I purchased this app because the add says it’ll give you a guide on how much you need to walk to loose weight in 3 months to achieve goal weight and meal plans it does not you basically put in what your goal steps are in that case you can just do it yourself and track on your phone or Apple Watch

Misleading or did I miss something?. I thought this app was supposed to tell me how many steps and much much I should walk to lose weight… instead I said my goal is 10k so now I’m at 10k… what did I pay for??

Music. I’m not sure how play different music while in the app when your “trainer” tells you when to start, slow down, speed up. I have two songs that keep playing over and over. Please help.

Misleading. I purchased this on Facebook then they sent me a email to click to activate app then it wants to charge me again Couldn’t find anywhere to contact them so I sent a return email. Waiting results. I just want my money back at this point

Meh. I give it 3 stars because it comes with a meal plan but it has the same feature as the health app and Apple Watch. All it does is track your steps, miles, and workout time. Thank god I only did a trial for 6.99 which I just canceled

Redo. I’ve reached the end of my plan. I do not want to do the advanced plan, but want to start again at the beginner level. I can’t restart and should be able to. How can I reset a lbs start again.

Misleading app. I took the quiz through the ad I saw on Instagram to get the workout plan, but then there is no actual plan. They falsely advertise that they will give you a plan to lose weight with how much you should walk. When I emailed Support about this they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and said that the plan is on the home screen of the app. The app is underdeveloped and does not allow you to make any changes once you have signed up through that quiz/questionnaire. I should have read the reviews before downloading or signing up because they are refusing to give me a refund now.

A little disappointed. Iit doesn’t tell you how much time you have left or anything but when to start walk and when to start cool down so you have no idea unless you keep looking at your phone. I would rather concentrate on my walk.

No point to this app. This app simply provides a timer. The coaches just say when to start and stop. They are completely pointless. The questions lead you to believe this app will somehow be tailored to you, but it’s not at all. $40 not well spent. Don’t bother. You’re better off to set a timer or reminder on your phone. It doesn’t tell you a pace or incline, nor does it monitor your heart rate for real calories burned. Literally no point to this app.

Doesn’t provide a speed to walk. I’m not sure how this tells me how much to walk? It provides times to warm up, walk and cool down but doesn’t tell me how fast I should walk at each interval. Seems like a waste. Too many free aps. Wish I wouldn’t have paid for this.

Free? Lol. Meant to be able to use the free version of the app, yet can’t get past the initial set up without handing over cc details for your 6 month subscription with 7 day free trial... Kinda dodgy. Avoid and use something else!!

Don’t do it- can’t give zero stars.. Free trial doesn’t exist, and the price is completely different from what you select. Signs you straight up to yearly subscription and deducts immediately without even seeing the app. Have processed refund, cancelled subscription and won’t be using app.

Extremely tricky company. Be very careful. Once you open the app you’re automatically signed up and unless you’re very observant and careful you will be charged automatically. A very sneaky process and as soon as I realised what had happened a canceled it immediately without going any further and deleted the app. I don’t trust it at all.

No free content as stated. You can’t use any of it without paying. Comments from developer suggest you can use free version and have option to upgrade - nothing free here

Absolute rip off. This app was advertised as free but once it is downloaded you have no choice but to pay per month for the subscription. Not happy. I will be changing my payment options in the App Store. If the app is so good you shouldn't need to trick people into downloading it 😡

Avoid!!! Waste of data!. Too many advertisements, links pop up every few seconds for unrelated games and prompts to download the premium version. Deleted after 5 mins of trying to navigate the app, so annoying and frustrating!

Unhappy user. Very disappointed that I got near the end of the questions, only to be told I’d have to pay to use the app, come on guys! If I wanted to pay for exercise, I’d join a gym, I’m on a very tight budget and I can’t afford this. 🙄

Couldn't actually access due to the ad!. I expected ads in a free App...I didn't expect one that didn't give you an exit out option and cost $15/month. I tried going back but even then it circled in the background. Drained my battery to 50% and hadn't even got through the 5 min warmup. Deleted and won't bother again 😕

Can’t even look at. Silly that you can’t even look at program without having to commit to payment. Free trial but have to cancel if you don’t like. Sorry haven’t progressed past log in screen. Deleted.

Never had so much fun walking.. Best app yet!

Deceitful. I chose to download the Free trial of a week. The following day I tried to open app, didn't work, kept jumping back to the icon- it never opened, I couldn't use it. I deleted app icon, tried to cancel before the week trial ended only to find I can't access anything!! I've sent emails to support verv for help but nothing works?? They get back to me giving me options but say I have to do the cancel I CANT! Won't let me. ITS A CON, I'm not happy.

Badly promoted. I’m not at all happy with this app! I got it to do what the promo said and work out how much walking was required to lose weight but then discover after downloading and answering the questions that you get nothing unless you pay $97! No thanks, I’ll Google it instead :(

Love the song choice ability. Great app to get you moving

If I could ZERO stars I would!. Open app and your instantly greeted with "congratulations this iPhone has won something click okay to continue" leaving no option but to continuously exit the app! Worst app I've ever downloaded. Looking for a new app even if I have to pay for it.

Scam app. This app was advertised as Free. However once you download it you can't use it unless you sign up for the 7 day free trial after which it will apparently cost you something. The "tips" they do give you for free could be found on Wikipedia. Don't waste your band width downloading.

Misleading billing information. Be careful. The billing information makes you think that it will be billed monthly at about $5. Instead it takes it all out at once. Don’t get caught out. Now I have been charged $60 for something I don’t even want to use because of the misleading information. Thanks for nothing...

Fantastic Motivator. I'm recovering from spinal surgery and have been told to start a walking programme so this is a great tool to use to track my progress -easy to use and set walking plan

No longer able to use free mode. I’ve had this app for ages. I opened it again the other week (after a 4 month hiatus following some surgery back in March) and now I cannot use the app unless I sign up and pay monthly...how disappointing

Automatically subscribes even after app’s deleted. Downloaded under pretense of a free trial. Reviewed and decided it wasn’t for me, so deleted the app. Opened an email a few days later to see I’d been charged a premium subscription, which begins 7 days after a free trial. This subscription is automatically created for you. Just be warned you need to cancel this subscription, even if you delete the app.

Believe the reviews. After reading the reviews I gave this app the benefit of the doubt but the 1⭐️ reviews were 100% correct. I couldn’t even open the app to try the ‘free’ version without pop ups asking for payment. A Free trial should be Free and not annoying.

Love the app.. Very enjoyable having a personal trainer. Live the music.. fantastic the best thing.

Nothing ‘free’ about trial. I tried a week free trial, have tried to cancel automatic renewal in settings but there is no ‘account’ option in settings and monthly fee @ premium rate gets deducted. Awful system, nothing ‘free’ about the trial and impossible to get out of without cancelling credit card.

Customer service doesn’t exist. After sending 3 emails to cancel before trial ended, I was charged full subscription a day early. Do not use this app, if I could rate less than 1 star I would

Truly Awful - Don't Ware Your Time. Didn't even get to use the app couldn't get past the annoying pop ups and the relentless push to buy the premium version.

Fantastic App!!! So am I have it!!. Look no further than this walking & running app. Fantastic working out music, gets you so pumped up & motivated. I highly recommend it!!! 💪💪💪

Too restrictive. I think when you pay for an app you should be able to use it all day every day if you choose, not just 40 minutes per day with a rest day Very sorry I made this purchase I should have read the reviews first Great music just too restrictive

Opt out. I have paid for a years subscription. That year is coming to an end and I don’t want to pay for another year. I’m finding it difficult to find my account details. Could someone explain .

Meh, unimpressed. Cluttered with pop up ads which make it frustrating to use. I'm ok with ads in a free app, just keep them out of the way. Also, something weird happens with the music. I have songs downloaded to my phone but it unknowingly played them streaming from iTunes, eating up a months worth of data. Deleted the app.

Definitely NOT FREE. I can’t even begin the stupid app without signing up for the 7 day free trial! How is this free when you can’t even register without signing up for free 7 days THEN it’s up to the user to CANCEL! Well thanks but no thanks 😡

If it’s free why can’t you get the assessment?. I went through all the personal details and it says I have to subscribe before I get the plan. Aren’t you meant to be able to use this app for free?

Combating These Sorts of Renewal Cheating. Dear non-free App users, buy pre paid credit cards, and after using those, keep 2-3 dollars left in the cards. Use those cards while using these apps. After free periods, they won’t be able to charge from the cards for insufficient funds. You can also endorse those cards in itunes, so that none can deduct at your back. For ur real purchase, use ur main credit cards, and after use remove from itunes. Problem solved.

Mr Crossfit. If you want to get the benefits, well then pay for the apps

Cannot cancel subscription. I thought it was a free trial and that if you subscribed you could unsubscribe by selecting settings in itunes - but there is no option to cancel automatic renewal like it said in the fine print - I am being charged $16 a month and cannot cancel it

Expensive. They make it difficult to delete the account and stop the payments so you can get charged. It was listed as free but actually isn’t.

Awesome. Love this app for both walking and running 😍

Totally free it says. Not !!. I don't mind being offered to upgrade if you have extensions to the app. But ask once not have it permanently on the first page and not be able to click it off. I'm deleting this app without having tried it cause it's not how it was advertised. "Free". Very disappointed....

Not free at all. Nothing free about it. You have a choice to sign up, free trial but automatically have to sign up so click bait really. Would be better with a completely free app that lasts 14 days, without tricking customers to pay almost double per month after the trial.

Poor choice. I wanted to trial this app as it sounded great. However the app is awkward to use, with boring voiceovers. I now cannot find where to cancel the subscription so be careful when trialing this app!

Don't bother it's just a waste of time. I only gave it one star so I could rate it. On downloading the app you get bombarded with offers like "congratulations you have won an iPhone 7" and then pop ups for premium application and this is constant. There are similar products with much less pressure selling.

Too spammy to even try!. I downloaded the free version after I saw an ad on facebook. It nagged me at least 5 times via popup to upgrade to premium before I even managed to log in to try it! I hate being bullied to upgrade, let your product speak for itself in the trial and people will upgrade without being nagged. Deleting the app.

No contact- hopeless app. Rated- Zero!!Be very careful downloading this app. It charges you the full amount without notification. I have tried messaging the support team numerous times Not 1 person has got back to me! Will be taking this further with ITunes and if needed consumer affairs!

Pop ups Arg!. Ok. But way too many pop up ads

Wrong!!. I just downloaded this app to help me track my walking to inspire myself. I can't get past the third page where you add your weight!! An annoying pop up comes up then shuts down the app... Can we have an update please??

I'm going to need to leave this app. I would love to rate it but I haven't been able to use it

Did not provide what was advertised. This app was not what it advertised, sorely disappointed. This is just a log, there is no motivation or information on how much you should walk to lose weight it is a scam

Nothing is available without sign up. You can’t even get past first page without signing up with financial info. Yes you get a free trial period, but I dislike these as I’ll forget to cancel. A free trial should entail access to everything without having to enter ANY financial details, then you can decide if you want to proceed.

Well...actually no stars. If you are an Aussie or a Kiwi... this app won’t be for you. Cheesy American voice over with exaggerated enthusiasm. Then reminder message insults you and calls you lazy. There is $57 odd dollars down the toilet. Feel a bit tricked about the trial.

Scammed ….. dreadful app. Very disappointed that it didn’t allow me to trial this and then pay for one month but took a yearly subscription ….. so angry with myself for allowing to be scammed …. Do not even look at this app …. It has nothing to offer

Bad. Too many pop-ups trying to make you buy premium and shuts down constantly - had to resume/restart 4 times then gave up. Don't buy.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IS A SCAM. Unsure how this is supposed to be a free app, when I couldn’t even continue to set up a workout plan without having a premium membership. Put in my details, clicked next then it came up with the premium subscription page. There was no remind me later or skip buttons. Just the free trial, 1 year subscription or back buttons

$$. Impossible d’annuler facilement l’abonnement

What??. The app store says it is 4+ when the app doesn’t allow people under 16 what is that??

Not what I bargained for. Usually you know if there is a fee before you download. Dishonest right from the start. Couldn't get past multiple pop ups to even find the free app. They want 12.99 a month, and if I can't trust from start up, if you can't try for free, WHY would you give them payment information?

Me. How to do metric?

Not for me. I deleted the app after receiving a "reminder" that said "your looks only depend on you". First, that sentence means nothing; second, I'm not walking for my looks, I'm walking for my health. Shallow, superficial statements like this are just irritating. My health depends on me. My looks aren't part of the equation.

Less than 1 star.. It said there was a trial before committing. Now I’ve been billed $60 the same day I agreed to the trial!!!!!!!

Zero purpose. Got this app after description led me to believe it could customize a walking workout plan based on my weight and height to lose weight. All it does is give me articles to read that I can get anywhere. It has you do a 5min warmup, 20 min walk and 5 min cool down. It doesn’t provide any analytics. I do not understand how they can charge for this - I would delete it even if it were free.

Thanks to the community. Was about to subscribe and then saw the reviews… no thanks

Not as shown in ads. This app does not show you how much you need to walk to lose weight like the ad shows

You get nothing. Download the app answer the questions. And you get nothing unless you agree to pay. These no free trial and no life time membership. And you can’t explore the app at all. Doesn’t make me want to buy 🤨

Ok, but not very flexible?. Chose beginner and wanted to walk for 1 hour. App dictated that beginner was 15 minutes, so did that 3x. It now shows I walked 3 days in a row and stats/map are not all together 🙄

Impossible to cancel or not to auto join. Impossible to cancel program and will auto renew. At the page to cancel app there is no option to select just to add to your subscription

Ordinaire. J’ai téléchargé l’application. Je pensais avoir 7 jours d’essais. Je l’ai essayé 2 jours. J’ai supprimé mon abonnement dans ITunes mais le paiement apparaît quand même sur ma carte de crédit. Pourquoi?

Not useful. Stats tracking is weak. Accessing history and stats is not intuitive. It needs better reporting format and comparative analysis. Regret paying for this.

Not offering anything more than the free health app. Why would I need to spend money on this app when I can get it all for free on the health app.?

Just bad, don't download it. never got to use the app. Spend too much time trying to get they the non stop ads requesting u to upgrade and be billed monthly! Don't waste your time.

Thank Goodness for Reviews. Dear Verv, I was about to download the app but did not end up downloading it because you have so many negative reviews honestly from a business point of views you best work on volume and change much less so people would be happier and write better reviews and not discourage others from downloading it.

Must pay to access. Won't let you access without choosing to pay for a one month trial or a yearly subscription. This is not a free app.

Unimpressed.. I wanted to try the free version and after installing it I couldn't access it as the ads for the premium version wouldn't let me. Yuck!

Needs accommodation. I use this app when walking my dog which unfortunately is not perfect. As a small dog he stops alot which the app does not seem torecognize.

Walking. I’m loving the info I get with this app.

Terrible support. I accidentally subscribed for the free 7 day trial and immediately asked for them to cancel this subscription on an effort to avoid any further charges. I was given instruction on how to do this through the App Store if that is how I purchased it. It was not. So I sent them proof of what i received in an email from them upon subscription initiation and asked them to cancel. This was several days prior to the ‘billing’ date. Today, I was billed the $79 USD anyway. This is terrible customer service. I don’t have time to continue to follow up when I have already asked twice for this to be cancelled.

Svp permettre de changer les miles pour des kilomètres. Merci

Day 1. Perhaps I did something wrong in the set up or don’t understand the results. The map only showed about 1/3 of my walk. I don’t therefore know what the statistics provided are based on. Also every nickname I tried was taken. Maybe they don’t want my review posted. I’d like answers please.

Not free. Not free at all. In app purchases means the app should work without paying. At least that’s what I thought. I can’t even get past the set up that’s stupid.

$$. Purchases in app really means subscription

Suspense. That’s how I felt when is it going to end they seem to go on and on and on and now I feel great I completed my first session yay

Walking. Don’t understand

NOT FREE or worth it.. Honestly disappointed with this app. Downloaded thinking it was free, but as soon as I set my parameters it not only told me I had to pay but it would be at least $50.00 a year to use (it is more expensive unless you buy the YEAR upfront). I removed the app immediately and did more research via other users...not impressed.

Worst app ever. I thought this was a free app with all the advertising that it gets. But it really isn’t it is a subscription service that isn’t free. You can download for free but you can’t use it unless you subscribe to their services. This is in fact a useless app.

Waste of money. It has no information except telling you to walk for some minutes. What was advertised on instagram and what I saw on the app are two different things. A complete waste of money and they don’t refund.

Not so happy. I am trying to drop this app but there is no delete it isn’t what I thought it would be I haven’t used it much in the year that o payed for and don’t think I would use it in the future I can pick a play list to walk to and go can you please tell me how to delete this app thank you

RIP off. Terrible app Doo not purchase

Awful... Can’t use with all the ads!!. This app IS NOT free at all. It’s super annoying to even navigate with all of the ads unless you’re willing to pay 15/month. They’ve made the free version extremely unusable with how many things you have popping up. Such a shame.

Excellent. Excellent

They aren’t honest.... Downloaded the app. Was bombarded with ads... App was unusable... They suggest very intensivly to try a one week for free without the ads. But it wasn’t clear at all that I also registered for a subscription. This is illegal in Quebec. After that free week of not even using the app, I was billed for a month. You can get a refund in the Apple support page. I hope they get so much complaint that Apple ban their app. Also... Developper reply here that you have the choice to use the app for free or get premium. The app is unusable for free and always prompt for an upgrade!!

Un Coach en Apps ! Motivant. Let’s do IT

Terrible app. Shuts off and stops counting as soon as it’s put in my pocket. Had it for 10 days and it hasn’t tracked an entire work out for me. Very disappointed.

Sick days. I gave Covid. & no strength to exercise.

Love it so far! Just wish.... Awesome app!! Love all the info and motivation it provides. Makes my daily workouts that much more manageable!!

3rd time writing this. This is the 3rd time I am writing this. My first 2 reviews were never posted nor were they even acknowledged. I wanted to try the free trial and I was immediately charged for the full year. I thought that I would get my free trial and then be charged monthly. I have not even opened the app since I downloaded it because I feel so deceived. I will keep posting this until I get some acknowledgement from the developers.

App doesn’t work. I downloaded this to try it out. Worked great for the first day. Then it wouldn’t allow you to click on anything and constantly crashes. I liked the water tracker and music but the rest was a waste of time. You can switch out meals and the ones they choose seem unrealistic for the majority of people. Most people aren’t going to cook a full meal three times a day when they work.

Coach. Coach doesn’t talk or inspire

Enter Info then Pay!. So tired of these apps that lead you into installing them, then setting them up, then asking you to pay before they offer any results. Be up front, let me decide if I want to pay before getting me to set it all up then asking for money. It’s a sleazy business model and I just uninstall the minute you make me work for nothing, just to ask for money. Thank you but no thank you. I’m not looking for freebies, but I’m not looking to buy under false pretences either.

Terrible Service. Absolutely terrible customer service . Been trying to reach out for a week with 3 attempts to talk about billing and no response . Pass over this one and find another app if you don’t want customer service issues .

Disappointed. I have been using this app since July 2017 and been loving it. Now however since November the calculation for calories burned has been drastically changed. For example doing a 100 minute program calories burned has always been 565 and now it is about 323. All other different time frame programs have been affected also. 90 minute walk 499 and now is 296. What the hell has happened?

How do I cancel this app?. I meant to order it for one week to try it out and I got signed up for 1 year! I did this today but am unable to cancel immediately. It says it will not cancel till 16 April 2023?

Scam. Downloaded the app and before you can do anything you have to accept the privacy policy, which is basically grabbing your own data and your contacts. Which I assume will be sold for marketing purposes. Deleted

Quit demanding money!. Could not update my settings—ever! Kept getting the upgrade now pop up and if I said no thanks a different pop up came up. I won’t swear but it starts with F and ends with F. Could even try it to see if I liked it.

Great app BUT.... I love the concept and streamlined, easy to use design this app offers. It really is a great app that motivates me to walk more by showing me small wins. BUT, I can’t use it on my Apple Watch and that’s a huge deal. When I go to the gym and use the treadmill, I have to keep my phone in hand and that’s cumbersome for working out. PLEASE, bring an app online that is available on Apple Watch. My husband can sync his account with his Fitbit (he stopped using Apple Watch a long time ago), but I’m faithful to Apple and hope to appeal for an app soon!

Really torn. I want to give this app five stars. I would give this app five stars. HOWEVER, I can’t. A few months ago, I had the premium membership running version of this app which I had had for a couple of years. Then I found the walking app. I decided to try the walking app. I LOVED it. So after using it twice, I purchased the one year membership. I was able to access the music with no issues but I was only able to use one of the trainer voices. No biggie. Then, all of a sudden, I go for my usual walk as part of my training plan and I can no longer access the music. I keep getting a message to upgrade to premium service. But when I went to my account? It showed I already had premium membership. I wrote the app people to see what was up. Their response twice now has been to send me to the link to cancel my subscription, get a refund and pay again. By the way, the price is more expensive than what I’ve already paid for a year subscription. If I have already paid for the membership for the year before they’ve decided to make these changes, should my year subscription not be honored until it expires in April of next year? I really don’t want to cancel this app.

Ads overkill. The ads are REALLY annoying. I have no problem paying for a premium app, however, I would like to know what I’m getting first. It’s hard to tell whether or not I’ll like it because I can’t get past the ads. I get that you make money off them, but when you get an ad every time you push something in the app it’s a bit too much. *** To the developers response: I won’t pay for a premium app that I don’t know whether or not I’m going to like it. The free version is virtually unusable with all the ads. Too much frustration. I’ll stick with Runkeeper & pay them for walking plans. And because you don’t care what potential users are saying, I had to downgrade you to 1 star. Your robotic response to what people are saying is really annoying. Just don’t answer at all. No one wants to pay for an app they can’t try out.

App keeps loosing GPS (bug in iOS). This is an updated review after discovering that Apple has introduced a major bug 🐜 in iOS post 10.3.1 and it's still present in 10.3.3 beta and 11.0 developer beta: iPhone 6 is loading GPS and WiFi as well as spotty Bluetooth. This bug affects this app as well as any app using any of these functions. So far Apple has yet to acknowledge the bug, as it only affects older phones no longer under warranty. Users contacting Apple are advised to BUY A NEW PHONE, despite the issue is caused by an iOS update.

Super disappointed. I was excited to try this app to take my walking to the next level but it is a total letdown for me! I'm a grandma working her way rapidly towards 60 who lives in a small town where the nearest fitness center is 20+ mile away but I have lots of beautiful countryside to walk in. Downloaded the app over the weekend and used it my first day on Monday. Had a little trouble even getting it started as I need my reading glasses for fine print and I don't wear them walking! Finally got it started thru trial and error. Part way thru the walk an ad popped up and I had to shut the app down and restart it to finish the workout. Didn't track me by GPS but figured it was something I had done. Day 2 was good. Day 3 was a rest day. Today was day 4 and again, the ad popped up but I didn't notice it until I was at a point I knew it should have told me to cool down. Now it tells me I still have 20 minutes left to finish my walk and I know I walked about 2 1/2 miles. I know that if u purchaser the upgrade u can get rid of the ads but I'm not doing that! I will be deleting the app and looking for a different one. Very disappointing.

Finally shed my post menopausal weight with the help of this app. This app along with NutraCheck for calorie counting was the key to finally being able to shed the 15 pounds I gained after menopause and turning 50. Nothing else I tried, for two years worked to speed up my metabolism or shed any weight. I tried diet‘s, different exercise apps, and even hormone therapy and I was starting to give up hope. I started this walking app in April at 152 pounds and diligently got up every morning and followed the instructions. I was slowly losing weight but when I added a calorie counting app in June, to really decrease my caloric intake each day and keep track of the nutrients, as well as the components that affect me the most (sodium and carbs), I finally started to see a real weight loss progression. By the beginning of August I was down to my goal weight of 135 pounds. I ate three meals a day and wanted to snacks, but all healthy unprocessed foods that I made myself and smaller portions. It worked! I am back into my size for clothing and I don’t have to worry about saying goodbye to all of my favorite garments. Apps that work: Walking + NutraCheck = success!

67 year old fitness fan and dancer. I love this App! For $40 a year I get so many music mixes to walk to from a range of genres. I can dance-walk to the music I enjoy and this is so motivating. I look forward to exercising even on days when my fibromyalgia pain is bad and that’s huge!!! I do arm and leg movements as I walk. I’ve lost weight while strengthening my arms and legs. My body shape is changing, amazing at my age. This is the best exercise program I’ve ever done and l’ve done tons of them. Thank you. This is a life changer. Read all the directions and make sure you “lock” the workout you’re doing to hear the instructions when the pace changes.

New. Does not sync with Fitbit walked 8576 steps your app is showing around 900 something. Is there a manual entry?

You got to be kidding. Today’s meal plan leaves much to be desired it is awful

Expensive, bossy and inflexible. To be fair, it is effective and the music is good. Past that, the subscription is too expensive. The seven day free trial only lasted six days so I was tricked into paying for a month. The app is bossy and inflexible. You can't choose which two days a week are your rest days. You won't know the length of an upcoming workout until time to do it. When the app decides you're done, that's it. The music ends. Bother you if you feel like continuing or doing some other workout with music (like lifting weights after your walk). It's not nearly as intuitive and easy to use as the makers believe. The features are nice once you figure them out, but they're all available elsewhere for free. Motivation? Get Zombies, Run! Use IntervalTimer for intervals. Spring has all the same music and more, with bpm, searchable by time, genre, activity and bpm, and Spring will detect your pace and match it with music. This app is okay and it works, but the early cut-off trial period is a low down dirty trick.

Wrong Charge. Be careful while downloading this app. They automatically added premium subscription to my account and started charging me 80 dollars. When I reach out to them, they tell me that this charge is made by Apple. I can clearly see in my Apple account that they did not charge me or even have a record of any subscriptions I have made. This app just tells me to cancel my subscription from Apple when I never added any subscriptions. It is this app that charged me but do not want to provide me my refund. I also do not know how they got hold of my credit card. Please be extremely careful before downloading this app

Easy to use and awesome!. I LOVE this app. Definitely worth the premium membership to get rid of ads so you can just hit “start” and you are on your way. The music mixes are awesome and this app makes it brainless to just head out and push as hard as you can. You are prompted to “warm up,” “walk” (increase your intensity), that you are half way (time to turn around) and “cool down.” It maps your routes for you as well. It’s really cool! I look forward to my walks and working through the program.

Unauthorized charges. Watch out, got an unauthorized charge for this subscription that i canceled and deleted a year ago!

Absolute trash!. This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It is riddled with ads. There is a constant box below the timer asking you to upgrade to pro version. Included is a nice little "x" so that you can close the ad right? WRONG, if you press the "x" it brings you to the screen to upgrade. Then during my first walk, a trap ad for Walmart shows up telling me I've won a prize and there is no way to close it without closing the entire app! So I stop my walk to close the app and reopen it. Once it reopens the ad is gone and a box opens offering me to resume my walk. I press the YES option, the box disappears and the clock doesn't move. There is no way to restart the walk so I cut my walk short to write this review and delete this pos from my phone.

Misleading. This app does not tell you how long it will take to get to your goal weight. Scam scam scam.

Confusing. App is confusing and don’t see the value

DO NOT BUY !!!!!. The just re- charged my account after I had cancelled my subscription last year!!! This is a bogus app. DO NOT BUY!!! OR TRY THE FREE TRIAL THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! The app is NOT FREE it is 40 bucks. I went ahead and purchased because it had great reviews well IT DID NOT WORK!! I've contacted their support team and requested a refund and THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY FOR THIS APP THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!! The app cut off and did not log my entire walk and the stats are very difficult to interpret. Basically I walked and the data I had was totally wrong as it stops tracking. I made a huge mistake and now I'm out 40 dollars and they don't care. They just say unsubscribe so I'm not charged for another years subscription- they got my money - total rip off !! I've contacted them and iTunes support numerous times before I wrote this review .

Bunch of crap!. Ok so I figured the ads were decreased since all the bad reviews and everyone complaining about them but NO! I downloaded the app about 5 minutes ago and I couldn't even get started let alone read any of the suggestions or hints due to the ads taking up most of the page. Everyone was right when you click on the X it just opens the app instead of closing it and to think this could really be a helpful tool for not just me but many others! Shame on you!! Ok so since the yearly cost is $40 that is too expensive for a walking app just to remove the ads. I don't usually even write reviews let alone respond back to a comment but I am today. I couldn't even use the app long enough to know if I would want to pay the monthly or yearly fee due to all the ads & then for the X to not remove the ad but to open it instead is just ridiculous! Give the users a chance to see if they will like the apps before flooding them with ads...just a suggestion!!

Deleted before proceeding to step 4 of 4. After downloading this app and going into it the first time, I got to step 4 of 4 and it wanted me to pay or pay. I found that VERY STRANGE. So, I went back to the App Store and checked the reviews. I was horrified after reading the reviews. Even more horrifying, reading the developer’s comments on the reviews. There is no way to use this app completely free as the developer claims. I am pretty certain this developer violated a few federal laws and plan to investigate this further. As of right now, I do not see any subscriptions on my Apple ID, but plan to check again in a week. If one magically appears then, we add a whole new load of potential federal charges. I would suggest other users avoid downloading this app unless you intend to sign up for and pay the annual fee upon downloading/opening the app. I hope those that were affected by the subscription issues with this app seek legal council. It may make for a lovely class action suit. To the developer, I would highly recommend you seek legal council related to the functionality and manner in which your app creates its charges. Deceitfully charging individuals without clear disclosure of the intent to charge them, for example, when they download a “free” app, could be a huge issue for you. You can definitely find a better way to charge people for the app without being dishonest and deceitful.

Great app for music: but can’t work the mapping. This is the first day I’ve used this app. Finding a music selection was easy peasy! The tunes come one after the other, beats sync’ed so your Pace’s doesn’t have to change when a song does. The other thing I REALLY LIKE is that the song intros and endings are not included. Like a good DJ, the app has blended them one after another so each song fades in/out over each other so the slower parts don’t drag down your workout or mood. Music is very well done on both fronts: back to back tunes + super easy to find and select! I am unable to use two features that are advertised: first is the mapping. It was a big selling feature that I can see on a map where I have been. I cannot for the life of me activate the map feature. Since this was an important feature, I may not subscribe after the free trial period. I emailed the company and hope they respond. I really love the music aspect of this app and hope to figure out the map. A second feature I can’t figure out is the “pacing“ (?) Of the music. It seemed like i was given an option so that when the warm up/cool down happened, the music was slower but when the “walk / fast walk” portions happened, the music would speed up accordingly. It does not do that. The music is the same peppy tempo throughout. As a military veteran and former marching band/dance squad member it is REALLY hard to step off beat when the music is at a different pace than what I need.

Sad. Trying to get more steps in so thought this app would help. When I go in to walk it just starts a timer, which I have on my phone, and one of four coaches says a couple things. What a waste of money! I wanted something that would help me! I already have a food app. I have emailed to cancel and they tell me to go to the app and enter my email and every time I do it tells me it doesn’t recognize my email. ?? Strange because I have to enter my email to log in to the app. I want my subscription cancelled! I was able to reach them finally through email and they cancelled my subscription. Thank you!

Audio is off key. I really like this app a lot but there is room for improvement regarding the audio. Or maybe I am just using it wrong. First of all, I cannot find s way to go in and listen to the choices for audio without starting. I want to be able to select ahead of time. Secondly, some genres have the vocals completely off key to the rhythm tracks that they added! I can't listen to those! I am still trying to figure it all out and find it very limited but I love the Latin tracks and they are completely motivating. I don't want to stop when my workout is done!

Ads. While you can use the free version, it makes it really hard when ads take up half the screen constantly. You can’t close the ads. I don’t mind a pop up now and then, but these are constant. I’m going to try the free version for a while and see if I like it, or if the ads drive me nuts. I don’t think I will upgrade, just because the constant ads, and how big they are, have soured me on the app. But, we’ll see what happens after I try the free version for a few weeks. Also, the app makes you think you have to sign up for a paying option right from the start, which you don’t. You can close out of that and use the free version w/o paying...but then you have the huge constant ads that you can’t ever close.

We get you need ads to keep it free stop repeating yourself. Start listening to people instead of repeating the same old crap over and over again. We totally get that you need to have advertisers to keep the app free. You don’t need to keep telling us that we know this. Hear me?? We know this. However when you make ads that cover half the screen and make the app USELESS, no one is going to use it. There are a lot of free apps that have ads. THEY DO NOT COVER THE WHOLE SCREEN... A simple little banner ad at the bottom of the screen that doesn’t cover up vital information works just as well. We feel you are doing this on purpose forcing us to spend $40. If that is your endgame we will all stop using it.

Like the app, hate the ads. I use the free version of this app. Love the app because I can listen to my music while walking and it tells me when to warm up, when to walk, when to speed up, and when to cool down. However, the free version has overkill on upgrading to the paid version. $9.99 a month and I HAVE to see at least 2 ads before I can walk. Still, not horrible. What's horrible is it now starts with a pop up screen for Touch ID for me to buy the $9.99 version without me prompting it. Seriously? I've accidentally hit it a couple of times, but fortunately have my phone set to require passwords when spending money. It's a useful and helpful app, but they're just too anxious to get money from you.

Reviews. So I downloaded this app and then I began to read the reviews. I’m deleting it before I even open it, and not solely because of the customer reviews but more because of the developers response to these reviews. Obviously you need to have ads in order to keep the app free but it’s clearly overwhelming to EVERYONE according to the feedback they’ve given. What’s the point of downloading the app if the ads pop up so much that you can’t even use it?? The developers just want to push that premium cost but what they fail to realize is that if people had a better experience with the free version you wouldn’t need to ignore their concerns and redirect them to lining your pockets. Also for the record there are many apps on the App Store that also use ads to keep the free version going at no cost but at least it’s a limited amount so you can use the app peacefully.

WORST app and even worse company. Static content, no useful integrations, no science behind their formulas (I tried two very different goals to see how the plans differed — they didn’t AT ALL). What’s worse, the only way to cancel a trial subscription is to email support who doesn’t respond ever, so they just keep automatically charging people. I’ve reported them as fraudulent to my bank. I suggest you all do the same. UPDATE - Now developer says to message them on Facebook. I don’t have Facebook as I’m not my parents. How about you post a phone number so I can call you and hear first hand how you do business? Your excuses are garbage - you know I’ve emailed you per your instructions to cancel my membership. Why are you sending me to other platforms? GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER. Fraudsters, complete and total fraudsters. You have my info, why don’t you reach out to me?

Great for walking, not so much for healthy eating. I like this app. It seems to have a good grasp on the different skill levels. I’ve had trouble keeping up with even the beginner levels on some other apps, but not this one. I would like to be able to select a max walk time for the end of the plan. When I get towards the 30-40 minute days it will be difficult to find that much time every day- that’s my problem ;). My one big complaint relates to the meal plans. There are very few vegetables! Not even a suggestion to serve with a salad or steamed broccoli. I made cashew chicken (I think that was the name) and added a package of frozen vegetables. Otherwise it would just have onions.

Worth the money. I bought this app a while ago but didn’t start it until June 2021. I started at intermediate it was easy but I’m now on the 12th week and it was tough! Just being consistent and staying on track. I’m now going into the 100 for another 12 weeks. It’s great! I try not to end up on a treadmill because It only tracks calories. This app is great for anyone! Update: There is a coach that coach you. If you have apple fitness like me all you need to do is allow the app to have access to your apple health and it will automatically record your stats each time. Yes there is a fee after the trial - ITS like that - If you created an app would you let others have it for free? Some of these negative comments are ridiculous. Most of which can be resolved with common sense.

Walking App. This app is awesome!! After getting my SLJoint injection for my back I was ready to go! I chose the intermediate level and followed it faithfully!! I just put in my earbuds and off I went! This app is super easy to follow and understand. I began I March of last year and by June I had walked off 40lbs. My weight was 174 when I started plus I attended physical therapy three days a week! I chose to walk every single day bc we were headed to Disney World the end of May!! I was in amazing shape! Not too mention I have multiple autoimmune illnesses! I was super proud of myself!!🙌🏼😁

Misleading on ad removal. If you purchase to remove the ads you should know that they will still spam you with what they call ad banners. I contacted the customer support and bother response was fast and honest. They did confirm that you will still be spammed with ads. This is misleading. It is a shame because the app is very good and help you stay motivated whether you're walking inside or outside. However I will not be paying just to still be standby ads and I will be removing this app and reporting them to Apple. Because you cannot state removal of ads and still give someone ads. Their excuse for it was saying the other apps do this I've never had another app spam me with ads upon as removal.

Didn’t get past the free trial. So I wanted to try Verv after seeing it advertised on IG (great job with the advertising!) I didn’t get past the “one week free trial” page. Please know that if you don’t cancel your free trial 24 hours before your week is up you are automatically charged. I appreciate them saying this up front - just by clicking you agree to be charged with no farther warning. However after reading the reviews about Ads I wasn’t willing to take the chance that I might forget to cancel if I hated it. Maybe if the Ad situation gets better I will give it a shot. I’ll come back in a few weeks and see how the reviews are looking and if the developer is listening to the complaints. It’s one thing to have ads (I have to deal with those on a few apps I have) but it’s another to make them so obnoxious you push people to pay for your app. I want to get a good feel for what the app actually does before paying for it. As it is, I’m listening to the other reviews and going to pass for now until this is fixed.

Paid for subscription accidentally and now it can’t be turned off!!. Paid for subscription accidentally and now it can’t be turned off!! I was deleting the app after I lost interest in it and the premium feature subscription popped out as I held the button to get out. I ended up with purchased premium 7day free trial feature with automatic renewal. I scanned the FQ and went to app settings to turn off automatic renewal. Only there is no such thing. Nothing to turn off. The prime feature is blue but tapping it yields nothing. So I followed the instructions and went to my settings found the app and looked for turn off automatic renewal. Nothing there but Siri notifications and background refresh. So in my phone settings I went to iTunes as instructed and looked for it there. Nothing there to turn off. I say this to demonstrate that I’m not some confused scared panicked elderly. I’m fairly literate in technology and I followed the hints from developer. Only I wasted 1h and still my app tells me it will charge my account $9.99+tax monthly until I turn off automatic renewal. I contacted the developer to see what they are going to do to fix this. I’m not paying for this even if I have to take it up with Apple iTunes Store.

This IS the app to start with!!!. When I was a kid I could pace out 20 to 25 miles in a day easily, so at 40 I just knew I could get back into shape and start putting some "me" miles back into my daily routine. I started out trying a couple of different apps that had workouts that would go from walking to running to 5k and up, with not much luck and shin splints to add to other health problems. Never was able to get past one or two weeks at a time although I would keep trying and end up physically hurt or disappointed in myself. This app knows what a true beginner is and works you up to the levels you want to achieve in a realistic manageable way. Perfect motivation with upbeat music that makes you want to go that extra 5, 10, 30 minutes enjoying a workout. I can't see anywhere that it tracks those extra minute but, I can jump ahead in the program to a place that is more suitable for minutes I feel I can manage. At 45 my goals are within reach, thanks to this app.

Updated review: still one star. They really should state before downloading that it’s a subscription. Although, at this point, I shouldn’t be surprised, i haven’t been able to find a single free workout or walking app that’s actually free. And even the free trial require me to link a card to my iTunes, but I don’t use iTunes. I was able to figure out how to use the free version though so no big deal. That’s what my one star review was based on previously. Now, after reading some reviews and developer responses, and experiencing it myself first hand, I wish I could make it zero stars. If I click no on a premium membership, that means I don’t want it. I understand ads help you keep it free, but it interrupts almost every setting and page you click on, taking up half the page so you can’t read what’s underneath it, and if you try to click the “x” to close it out it just brings up the sign up page. If your going to do ads, do them periodically, make them small and LET ME CLOSE THEM. And PS developer, I don’t wanna hear how sorry you are and how my feedback will be utilized, just fix it. Don’t tell me, just do it. Because you’ve been apologizing to your users pretty much since the app came out and nothing has been done, so I’d suggest actually listening to your reviews this time before someone shuts the app down

Developer You Are NOT listening. I was considering downloading the app to try it but after reading the reviews and especially the developers responses that is never going to happen. ** Developer your not listening to the consumers. The same people you want to buy your app. You continue giving the same crapping responses no matter what people are telling you about the app as if you are just copying and pasting the response. Yes we get the ads will go away with the premium service however what you seem to fail to understand for some reason is if the consumer can’t use the free app without frustration they will NEVER buy into the premium service. We as consumers, your market, will buy an app if we find some type of value in it. Please don’t respond with what those are because we can read it in the app. We have to enjoy the free version enough FIRST before we buy into a paid version. Yes we understand you have ads to keep it free, we as consumers already know that. It’s how they are placed & how often. The fact that you are not really listening to any of the things people are saying and that I’m spelling it out for you suggests that either you have no idea how to run a business or you just don’t care. Either one is bad on your part.

On the fence. I used the app for two years. Last year I decided to purchased the premium membership. It worked well for a couple of months then it started to crash during workouts. I wrote customer support several times but never got the issue resolved. So I canceled my membership yesterday. Well today I was searching for a new app and noticed that I had the old app and a new version was available. So I downloaded the new version but I was unable to transfer my premium membership, so I sent another request to customer support to resolve the issue🤞🏼I hope I get an answer this time. I would rate this app higher if I didn’t have these issues. Update: Ian contacted me within 24hrs! All is good with this app! I highly recommend it. I’ve been using it for several years now.

More advertising than the real deal. I was going to download the app before I read all these reviews by the users how the ads are annoying in free version. I have a couple of suggestions for the app developers: 1. Make it a time-bound free version(like a month trial free). Many other apps offer that. Make the most popular features enabled with few features keeping for the premium version. 2. I see the ads of this app at every free app I use. I’ll suggest you to first listen to your current user base and work on improving the app and spend less money on advertising it. The app may have great utility(I have not used it yet. So don’t know much). However, if people get annoyed by the ads, It’s not going to work. I really wanted to try this app but now I am not going to. As such I am too lazy to write reviews even for the things/services I have used. However, I was so intrigued by the negative user reviews and my interest in the app that I decided to write this review even before using the app. I will download the app if I see positive reviews at my next visit to your app. Until then Sayonara!!

Was looking to try this out. For my neighborhood fitness group (15-25 people) But then I read the reviews of the constant assault of pop-ups making it unusable. I understand why they try to upsell but it sounds like you aren’t given the chance to even try what the app does. As annoying as those ads may be, I thought the developer responses to user concerns were even more annoying - basically, we are not going to listen or take you review or concerns into consideration because we want you to spend $ to buy premium. I’m not even a user and these reviews/responses tell me user concerns don’t matter. I’ll save myself and my group the pop-up, upsell drama and save valuable phone space for a company that listens to its users and isn’t out to just make a buck at all costs.

ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. I believe this developer and Apple are in in together to rip people off! This app wouldn’t allow me to delete it even AFTER I cancelled the He subscription which they say can be done at anytime! It also wouldn’t allow me to update any of my other apps unless I updated my payment information to pay for this one. There was no way around it. I sent an email to the developer and am hoping one of them has the decency to give me my money back!!!! I’d greatly appreciate it and I would also appreciate it if Apple would make it easier and more user friendly to not have to put payment in and deleting an app you no longer use!!! Don’t get this app until this issue is fixed!!! Ripoff!!!!

Scam. This was so misleading to pay for an app that counts steps.

Springboard for Spring. I am 61, retired and in the tropics for 6 weeks. I decided to attempt in this time to lose weight and enhance cardiovascular fitness. I saw some people I know on the ads from social media so I thought I would give it a try. I went ahead and paid the premium. I have used it 6 days and find it helpful. I wish I could see the workouts in advance. So far, I have only listened to the Motown music and thought the selection good. I appreciate the tempo automatically increases when I am instructed to “walk briskly”. Being away from home, I don’t have access to a scale so I don’t know how much weight I will lose. I will reevaluate the app at that time.

Inspiring!!!. I love this app. Makes walking so fun. I look forward to my walks now. I mentioned it to my son who walks as he was looking for a walking app that guides him along the way with voice commands. We both love it. On my days off, I rebound and use the music only, I don't have have to search and download music from iTunes. I just pick a genre, how long I want to rebound and download. Thank you so much. By the way, with my rebounding, and proper nutrition, I have lost 60 pounds, but I then hit a plateau with my rebounding, so I downloaded this walking app to re-jumpstart my weight loss. 5 more pounds down. Did I say that I love this app?

Okay but not great. I am not happy with the diet/recipe part of the app.

Great app; too many ads.. The app alone is great. I would totally recommend it. It's simple and easy to use.......ONCE you get past the ads. I don't mind ads. I get that that's how you make the money for providing an app for free. But good lord...you have to wait for an ad to load, close it, wait for another ad to load, the close it. Now you're at the app - you press start, all is well...but wait, you have to close another ad. Then they have this great list of resources to read to help you out.....but can only see like 3 sentences at a time because of this huge ad that you can't close out of. It really makes you not want to read the stuff (which I haven't)! I understand that you have a premium service. That's great and once I've been able to use the app, if I really enjoy it, I'll consider the premium service. However, dealing with these in-your-face ads that make using the app difficult just make me want to delete it. So if you can just deal with the ads...great app! But the ads do kinda make it annoying. There are other walking apps that have just small banner ads at the top or bottom which don't interfere with the app itself.

Dreadful waste of money. This app is dreadful and useless. DO NOT BUY IT.

Enjoying this Walking App. I downloaded the App with the 7 day free trial. I walked for 7 days in a row and purchased the paid membership. During my free trial I had a question and emailed the developer and they responded promptly. Sometimes I walk outside and the GPS works well. Sometimes I go the gym and walk on the treadmill. I use my own music, but I’m looking forward to trying theirs soon. The App provides daily stats for me to see how I’m improving. I’m not sure I’d be as consistent in my everyday walking without this App. It’s helping me stay motivated! I’ve had no problems at all.

New to the app. I was on my treadmill and it didn’t calculate anything I did

So glitchy I quit. I have loved this app for years but in the last 6 weeks it has become so glitchy I have deleted it and found another app. It will not run in the background anymore so if I put my phone in my pocket or my screen times out while I’m walking, my workout stops. It will resume when I reopen the app but I’ll have lost minutes of recording my workout. When my workout is complete , the app no longer finishes the cycle so when I reopen the app next time it asks if I want to resume my workout (from the day before!) and only then will it record my walk. In combination, I find these two things so irritating that I no longer want to use the app (even though I had just renewed my subscription for the YEAR). It’s too bad because this used to be such a motivating and well-loved app and now it’s trash.

Clunky unnecessary app. I purchased this app today which was the only way to look at it. Walking is my main exercise - I do 4-8 miles a day, 5-6 days a week. The meal plan cannot be edited. It doesn’t tell you how many calories you are aiming for. The recipes are not what I would choose to eat. So this is a totally useless aspect of the app. I synched the app with my Fitbit (allegedly) but it seems to actually be synched with my iPhone, so it is giving me fewer steps as I don’t have my phone on me all the time. If you start a free walk in error (easy to do), there is no stop/back button. I was expecting the warm up/cool down parts of the work outs to be offering actual exercises or stretches. Nothing. Really this is junk. All Trails is good for tracking distance/time. Lose It for tracking calories. FitBit for steps and cals burned. This app is not at all useful or necessary. I shall be canceling.
