Cute but ineffective over time. This app is nice until you delete an event (say an anniversary after a break up) and you still get reminders for that deleted event. I just got a reminder for the second year of a relationship that ended over a year and a half ago and there isn’t even a way to change any settings for that.

A single in app purchase kinda ruined this whole experience for me. The app runs pretty smoothly, and the offer different options like counting down the days until an event or counting up the days since you’ve decided to do something different in your life. The only real issue I had with this is the in app purchase I made which felt really unnecessary and really had no place in this simple app which we already have to pay a dollar for. I purchased the different backgrounds that you may choose instead of just looking at the default photo or uploading my own. I basically paid another dollar for a bunch of stock photos that aren’t even going to be completely put to use. Some of them are too wide and when I try to make them a background for my event it’s super zoomed in and doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing anymore. I just feel like micro transactions don’t have a place in this app and putting them in here makes the app feel like a money milker.

Easy to use. I like this app. Simple interface so easy to use, I think this is a very creative and really useful app for the user. Worth to download

Amazing. This app is really good, it tells you how many days perfectly and you can keep track of many events!

Perfect for any minimalist. Beautiful background photos & nice minimal layout. I do wish it gave you the option to include hours & minutes until the event but aside from that I love everything about it!

Fun to do, it works for me. I enjoy knowing when special events are coming, I can't remember all of them. I did pay for the upgrade, no issues yet.

The former default now costs extra.... I got this countdown app because I really liked the look of the countdowns. The most recent update changed the look. The old look is still available BUT FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST. Why would you change the default and then CHARGE for the design that was there when I got the app? It now looks boxy, off center, and ugly. I really just wanted a countdown app that looked pretty so I could share it and put it in collages. Looks like I will be on the hunt for a new one.

Love it, but. I love this app, but I'd love to be able to have the option to stop a count up. I'm counting specific days during my son's cancer treatment. It's great during the count up, but I'm unable to stop my count and keep the data of dates. Awesome app though!

Use to love this app until.... I was doing some changes today and made a account so all my stuff could be backup. I also saw that there was a option to put a passcode so I did that; Once I did that app kept crashing, so I turn off my phone and noting the app kept crashing. I decide to uninstall the app and install. I saw the my things were gone so I logged in and nothing showed up...

This App is not what it Pretends to be😡. I made the decision to purchase this app by some of the reviews I had seen also by what the app actually says it does. I created a count down for a trip I am going on with my best friend, It gives you the option to share it on other accounts so I did......It posted just fine the thing that was not fine was if anyone wants to see what you are planning they have to down load the app and pay!!! Which is crap. Plus you have to pay to for back grounds!

Great app but... I love this app. It's very customizable and beautiful. My ONLY complaint is that instead of updating this paid version, you created a new paid version. Just kind of irritating.

Great years ago, now, not so much. App has a restore & backup option but no way to trigger a new backup. Some events cannot be selected or modified. Deleting app that I had purchased years ago but apparently is now showing as never purchased after upgrading my phone. Very disappointed...

Has potential to be something greater. I love the recent redesign, however I think there is potential with the app for more features such as manually sorting goals or achievements as fixed blocks on the screen. That way you can choose what is going to be on your home screen next. Another cool feature would be to sort events by date, so no matter whether your counting up or down, the events will be in chronological order to celebrate a past experience or engage in a new experience. It would also be cool to choose whether to see the time since the events occured or until it occurs in years with a decimal (ie 2.3 years) or hours (ie 46hrs 25min). Overall though a beautifully designed app.

Great app ever!!. Finding an useful reminder app for so long, finally got one which support countdown to event and continue up once they arrive. I'm a person who easy to forget stuff so this app is actually savor who remind me everything and unlike other app which didn't have the ability to sort events by time. What I found useful is that this app is come up with passcode protection which keep my stuff privacy and safe.

Great. Great app. With Dreamdays, I can sort through countdown events by category and time and can customize each countdown event with personal background, voice recordings, speech reflection, and division. Share your joys with friends on Facebook, Twitter and Íntagram.

Great app (but I hate the new layout)!!. I downloaded the app a couple of months ago (& upgraded to ad-free - so worth it!), since I have a couple of upcoming trips I'm looking forward to. I love being able to customize the background for each countdown - and being able to save a day's screenshot to my camera roll to send to my fellow travelers to get them excited! If I could change one thing - and it's tiny - I wouldn't have designed the opening screen to show ALL upcoming trip dates (they kinda block the screen). But that's a tiny tweak that perhaps the designers will change in an update. Overall - I love it! UPDATE: I REALLY DON'T LIKE the new interface. :( The old one was beautiful and delicate -- the new font and layout look clunky and old-fashioned. The thick font is stuffed into a corner of the picture and these weird boxes for upcoming events intrude at the bottom of the screen. BRING BACK THE OLD DREAMDAYS LAYOUT!!!

Feature request. The new update does make it easier to read the information. Thanks. In the previous version, you could swipe up and see all timers. In this version you need to scroll left/right and can only view 3 at a time. Would it be possible to have the option in settings to do either one? Having the ability to view all timers was very beneficial.

great app. A very interesting app for managing important events of each person I feel excited and happy to use it by function I will be able to customize each countdown event with my personal background. , Voice recorder reflects your emotions over words and share your joy with your friends on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Disappointed after reinstalling on new phone.. I got the full version of the app back when it was on my iPhone 6s. Reinstalled the app on my iPhone 8 and had to recreate all of my events. And now it’s wanting me to pay 99¢ to get the full features again. Ugh. Still a fun app to use though.

Great Countdown App! But..... After trying several different countdown apps, this is the only one that let me customize what I wanted, while still offering a streamlined look. However, having to pay for backgrounds from the internet is silly & creating new apps rather than just updating the old versions is not my favorite business model. I shouldn't have to buy a new version every time.

Basic. This is a very basic app. It tells you the number of days. No countdown for a specific time. It is only $0.99, but spend your money elsewhere.

Great app.. When something important is about to happen, we tend to count down minutes, hour, day and month to desired moment. With this app you can easily find out how many days left until event or anniversary...This app is one of best apps I've used. It is definitely a must have for anyone.

This is great!. Dreamdays not only makes sure I know what’s coming up it let’s me do it in style. The only thing I don’t really enjoy is all the fake events when you first download it. I know those are just to show you what it looks like but still. I love this app and I’m glad I have it. Five out of five stars!

Update was not moving forward.. Prior to the May 2018 update, I would have rated Dreamdays 5 stars. Not anymore. Previously, I could see all upcoming events on one screen and could use my own images as backgrounds. Even though I have previously paid for the ad free version of the app, now I am being asked to pay for the ability to use my own images and can no longer easily see all countdowns on one screen. The new layout is chunky and visually unappealing.

Scam. This app and all related updates are literally designed to make you pay over and over for the same exact product. Get the first app, then pay .99c for wallpaper. Oh get the upgrade. Have to pay another .99c for that wallpaper. And now it has upgrades every month, and each time pay 0.99c? Don't get me wrong, it's trivial in price, and that isn't the issue. In principal, this is extremely misleading and frustrating. 1/2 a star.

I think that's ok. With this app, I won't forget every important date and recent thing, it will remind me how many days I still have and how useful it feels

Love this app. I got a new phone and immediately downloaded this app, as I had it on my old phone. I really like the layout and simple countdown appearance, compared to other apps!

Add this feature. I love this practical app and have used it to check timelines and see longevity of goals, etc. way more than I thought I would. However, it needs an “end date”. For example, I set a date the day I moved to Europe, and when I move back to the US in a few months I want to be able to close that date so I know an exact date of how long I lived abroad. I don’t want that date to continue to count up, I want to be able to stop it and save it. Add this feature please!

Nice app. The application is very useful. With friendly interface the events are organized scientifically. Countdown feature is quite interesting to help me not to miss my events. I can freely change the background image, I love it. Thank you developer

Easy 5 stars IF.... First, the biggest reason to buy the app: adding one event in the past and setting it to repeat creates both a count DOWN to the next occurrence AND a count UP indicating days since the event. Worth the dollar. Awesome job. Five stars IF... ...the WatchOS app actually works (despite all troubleshooting, the app on my Apple Watch consistently displays a blank screen) ...There’s search functionality (lots of scrolling looking for that specific one!) ... There’s the ability to separate count DOWNs for future events from the count UPs for days since ... birthdays/anniversaries tell you which one is coming up next (your nth anniversary)

Really 3 star for making me leave a 5 star. I really do like the countdown or up and that you can have more then one. But they ask for a 5 star rating to use the full app even after you purchase it...

Waste of money. The notification doesn't appear anywhere other than in the app. I thought that the whole idea of this was to override my screen when I open my phone as a reminder. Not sure what the point of this app is if I have to manually open it to see the reminder. Might as well just put it in my calendar every day until the event and saved the money.

This app is very useful.. This app is very useful. It is free and keeps track of the days. I can just open up the app and check. It also lets me set pictures for the background of the countdowns. I think this app is very useful.

What I think. People should us this app if they want to know exsactly how many days are left but they should not us it if they just want to note something but that in your phone calendar.😘

Almost a great app.. I really want to love this app, but it doesn’t deliver on everything it promises. Specifically, I want to display some countdowns in hours/minutes/seconds and I can’t. I have two events next week and it does not allow me to tap-toggle different view options, it just displays the number of days. On events further than a week, it only offers two options—number of days or number of months and days. No hours. :(

A must have app. This app is essential for me. It helps me alot to customizable background for each event that i take part in and remind me not to miss important anniversaries. I also can share my joy with friends on facebook thanks to this wonderful app. I will use this app more frequently.

Loveeeeeeee. This app is so simple and I'm obsessed with the clean design. Only thing I don't like is that now they charge for background. However I use my own so it's no big deal :)

My Life Saver. I cannot live without this. . All important dates, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other special events are counted down for me. . I always put my “next event” as my cover.

If you forgot things, you must install it. I always forgot business meetings and always write notes but many times miss them. So its best to have a great app like this , which countdown the time and remind you for meetings, events , all important things you need to do. I have recommend it to many peoples , so i also highly recommend also to you. You must use it like a reminder app, very easy to use , great theme.

Custom Photos Lost!. Got prompted about an update and decided to upgrade. Had to pay for the app update and it didn't overwrite the previous version now I have 2 of the same apps! Slightly different look but exact same functionality and after the backup none of my custom photos were included in the backup nor transferred to the new app or other devices!!! So I have to manually edit the apps and all my 20 countdowns in each device! Super annoying and feel like I just wasted my time and money!!!! Grr

Straight Forward. This is a great app that sticks to the concept! Very simple to use and simply counts down to the events/holidays you are looking forward to. I find this app to be a really effective motivator when it comes to finishing the school year or pursuing a goal!

What to add. The app is okay but you should add the ability to add the time on it ; because I would like to know how many hours until an event. Besides that it's okay . The main reason I bought the app is because I thought that you could add a time for the event : so I'm really disappointed at the fact that we can't .

Countdown to Retirement!. I’ve had this app for a couple of years & I tell everyone about it when they laugh as I talk about my countdown to retirement app - then they love it & ask what it’s called so they can get it too!...I’ve added other countdowns but retirement is my favorite!!!

Love it!. I initially got this app to use for birthday and anniversary reminders, but now have my pending retirement date(s) saved. I listed my 50th birthday since that’s the earliest I can retire, but also added other dates that I may want to retire if I choose to work past my 50th birthday. So fun!. So good! I love how clean and cool it looks. Makes it fun to put events in and share it. Was a bit confused as to why there were so many apps of the same thing and having to upgrade, but overall it's fantastic!

Please fix design flaw for iOS10. Would be great but please fix the design flaw in the widget (does not full fit in the widget screen) as this app is based mainly on design and form therefore this shortcoming is a huge minus factor. Also, please allow events to be set with time and reminder

Useful count down app.. Does everything that I required and I refer to it regularly. I can’t think of anything else I would want from it.

Simple and Easy to Use. Just downloaded this app. I've put in all my dates that I want to remember. So far so good. It's very easy to use. Straightforward. Graphics are good. Isn't complicated and easy on the eyes. I love it so far.

Great app!. Great app guys, this one actually replaced my old countdown app since I like the screens and UI you have in this one. There's one bug I found though which I sent an email from the feedback option but other than that, good job.

Highly recommended this app 😊. This app is so cute and perfect for multiple events! It's great because you can customize it so much by adding your own backgrounds etc. One thing that is a bit annoying that you can't change the time zones it uses as being in Australia makes the countdown a bit off as we are in the future a bit ☺️

New display is really bad. Prior to the most recent update this app was SO good! But now you the display is changed and you can’t easily view all countdowns at once, you have to scroll sideways. This is really dumb because I have so many I want to be able to view them all easily not have to scroll to try and find what I’m looking for. Change it back.

Pretty and simple. Just downloaded the app and I already love its simplicity and elegance! The little icons to sort events by category are neat! The only thing I would like added to this app is the ability to put in the time that something will occur (like a flight) to have a more precise countdown rather than just a day figure. Other than that, I'm already loving the app! If the time feature is added this will be an instant 5 stars from me. :)

Almost all good. Like using the app. Easy to use and customize. But it was the only app I had to purchase again when I reset my iPhone. Thought that was weird.

Misleading. By using the phrase Wallpaper you may assume it refers to the wallpaper and Lock Screen setting on your phone. This is not what it means. Also you it does not include backgrounds and themes. These all cost another 99c each.

Great App, could benefit from a few tweaks.. Clean easy to use interface. Gets the job done. Can crash when trying to access Camera Roll. Could benefit from a few tweaks such as running countdown timer to the second.

Missing Alert. I like this app, however, it needs a reminder option which allows you to set alerts hour, day, month etc prior to the actual event, and also lets you choose what sound you want. Other than that it's a good easy to use app.

Keeping track. Perfect for keeping track of important dates in our long distance relationship!

Best countdown app! 🤗🎈. I've used numerous countdown apps that really just don't give you the same content and ease as Dreamdays! By far the best and most simple app that provides great backgrounds and also allows you to use your own picture. Definitely recommend 👌🏼.

Beautiful countdown. I've been loving using this app for the countdown to moving into my new home. The main thing I like is being able to upload your own photos to the countdown event whist they still have beautiful images to use too.

Good for price but could be better. The thing is, it's a simple app. Happy to pay $1.29 but if you want to use there backgrounds you need to pay more.

Best countdown app on the App Store!. By far this is the most beautiful, fluid and best working countdown app on the App Store. The only thing I wish this app had was a days/hours option. Still, great app!

Love it but horrible. Changed phones, lost all data that was on previous phone. Backup was checked off on old phone and on new phone backup is blank. Trying to enter all data back in again and it’s asking me to pay again for the themes! I paid twice in the past as I love the app but come on, don’t appreciate having to buy it every time I get a new phone and lose all my info. Only thing I can say is that the developers made a great app but are greedy con artist!

Works well...until it doesn’t. I don’t mean to be a hater. Although, I bought this app for $ 0.99 and really liked it, everything seemed great except for the fact that all of a sudden, I tried to open the app and it would crash as soon as I’d get to see it open. I’ve refreshed, I’ve reset, I’ve updated. No changes. Frankly, I’d like my dollar back if that’s possible. If the crashing issue could be fixed, then it would be a great app!

Fun app, but can’t restore purchase. This is a fun app. Unfortunately, there’s no setting location to restore your purchase if you’ve paid for the ability to use the photo pack, so if you delete the app and reinstall, you appear to lose that purchase.

Doesn’t update home screen (IOS). The only reason buying this app is to NOT FORGET birthdays & anniversaries for your loved ones. The app gives you the countdown with the number of days left of the next event on the home screen icon which is brilliant because you don’t have to open the app every while for update. Then, the countdown only updates couple days and the number doesn’t change in the home screen anymore. You get to open the app to update the number and I don’t know why I bought this app.

Not Impressed. 1. Have the app link to the iPhone screen so you can view the countdown WITHOUT opening the app all the time. How inconvenient. 2. Why can’t you drop and drop your events in an order you decide. 3. Also you want me to pay more for a wallpaper/theme?!?! Not impressed. Feeling guilty for spending that dollar!

Simple and Perfect. This is a great countdown app that lets you customize different aspects of your countdown. Is it your anniversary, a birthday, something else, then set it and sit back!

Which app is which. Just updated through the free app to the paid app (3DEC2016) for $0.99. Opened the paid app and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to the new app "Dreamdays IV" (12DEC2016) for $0.99. What is that about. Not paying twice regardless how cheap it is. Poor upgrade path.

Crashes. I started implementing the passcode protection and now Dreamdays crashes after showing the passcode screen. It shows the app for 2 seconds and then crashes. I’ve rebooted my iPhone X, and also reinstalled Dreamdays. Dreamdays works fine until passcode is used. Please fix this bug. Thank you

Have to use the app to see the countdown. Good lay out but I'm bummed I have to go into the app to see the count down function. I got this for my upcoming wedding and was hoping i could see it from home home screen.. not the case

Update Available for purchase. I just downloaded this. The app tells me there's a new version you can download at the beginning of the month. If knew that I won't have downloaded this version and I see no way to download it for free as app indicates.

Fun little app!. Does exactly what it's meant to. Make looking forward to vacation, etc., a little more enjoyable.

Suuuucks. It’s super confusing and they make you pay for the themes that aren’t even cool or at least something that I haven’t seen before, and it says in the description it’s compatible with Apple Watch but I couldn’t find that feature. I don’t like this countdown at all

Makes me feel better. Ever time I open this app I see how close I am to some up coming event. It improves my happiness!

Nice app. This app very useful. I can use it to tracking the events day in my life and this is difficult to forget. Great.

It's fantastic.. I feel comfortable to use it. It make me easily to set schedule event, moreover I can adjust background and record voices. I really like it.

Recent update. Love the app. Not a fan of the update. You can no longer see all dates at a glance and now you have to pay $ to use your own pictures for the background. :/

Wrong version /:. I wanted to update from the free version to the paid one, but when I did it from the free app it took me to this version instead of the IV that has Apple Watch support, like the free version does, and I didn't realize this wasn't the most recent version. Luckily it's only $1 I'm out but that's just silly.

It kept notifying me of deleted events. Notifications came up for deleted events such as birthdays etc. The original birthday event was deleted from the list but it still came up the next year. Please fix this.

Disappointment. Paid to remove the ad banner and suppose to give you other things. Worked the day I paid for it and now it's all back. Just BS. And can not contact their support. Says something about can not contact server.

Need time indication. It is better to add time I have used many times this for my appointments, but there is no time indication. I have to put a time with event.

Greatful. I consider myself pretty loyal when it comes to apps. I rated it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ there’s been one occasion where syncing deleted history. Other then that great!

Only countdown app I love. I've tried a bunch of countdown apps and even though I think paying for the wallpapers is silly I still absolutely love this app

Useful app. I have downloaded and tried this app. It's very useful and easy to use. With Dreamdays, I can sort through my countdown events by categories and time. I really like this app!

Wish they can make some improvements. Wish there was a way we can delete Category if not needed any longer , and a way to modify the emoji of the categories! I’ll have to keep looking for another app

Rip off.. This app is advertising the next version for purchase rather than updating the version I have. That is a major rip off. I'm either finding a new app or simply writing one of my own. The logic it trivial after all.

It's okay.... The app is great, I can't figure out how to switch the count down formmate so like weeks days time seconds, which is annoying

Long time subscriber!. I have utilized this app for 5-6 year. So earlier this month during an update, it has changed to where if I want to utilize it and have it look like it has in the past, I have to pay again?!?! No thank you and if not made right by the end of the month, bye!

My Life Saver. I cannot live without this. . All important dates, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other special events are counted down for me. . I always put my “next event” as my cover.

Change is not always good. Loved this app in the previous state. Recent updates caused the lost of being able to see future events - basically eliminate the exact functionally that warranted the original purchase. Count down until this app gets deleted from my phone

Prefer previous version. The date ”cards” are a bit too much and the bold text throughout takes away from the elegance. Previous version has a very nice appearance -just needed iPhone X resolution enhancements.

Um?. I had to pay $0.99 for an app that I was excepting to be better than the other free apps I've tried and it's not. I thought it would give me a countdown of more than the days, but that hours, minutes, and seconds. Really disappointed

Very simple straightforward app. This app is simple and straight forward. Gives you the count down of the date you set. Solid app.

Save your $0.99!. It will not display on your wallpaper when you set that as the option. It does not delete the fake default countdowns even when you remove them in under edit, making the main screen really messy.

New update is no good.. I liked being able to see all my events at a glance. I don’t see myself using this app much if they leave it like it is now. Such a bummer because it was great before.

Scam!!!. Instead of updating the app, they just create an entirely new one which you also have to pay for. Then when going to open the old one, each time it prompts you to purchase the new one. I already bought it once, i shouldn't have to again. How ridiculous!

New UI is awful. Old interface was much better and I could see all the events at a glance. I found a theme option that looked like it might revert the UI to the old version, but they want me to pay for the privilege. I already shelled out money for premium, I didn’t think I would be hustled for better functionality after the fact.

Great App!. If you are looking for a count down to a special event, I totally recommend this app. You can upload an image and even record voice memos. Love it!

PAY to upgrade an app I already paid for?!. I like this app but I think it's ridiculous to charge for an update for an app I already paid for. And to have a pop-up stating I can upgrade for free, then have it lead to needing to download and pay for a new, "upgraded" app?! That's trying to be sneaky and I won't pay for it based on the principle of the matter.

Loving the new update. It was a decent app for counting down the days before, but with this new re-design I’m loving it much more!

Basic, but does what it needs to. The only thing I really wish it had was an option to set the cover as whatever event was next on the list. That would really help me not have to keep changing it!
