What is pt-helper pro app? PT-Helper Pro consists of physical therapy and fitness/wellness exercises for the ankle, back, elbow, fingers, hip, knee, neck, shoulder and wrist. Keep your physical therapists or personal exercise program with you at all times by adding exercises into your Favorites list.
Download your prescribed exercises using the HEP Code provided to you by your wellness professional using PT-CONNECT. Your assigned exercises will appear on the front page underneath their company name or logo.
Enabling Sync Results will send your completed exercise information back to your therapist to keep them informed on your progress.
PT-Helper Pro helps you follow through with your home exercises for quicker recovery from your injuries and ailments with improved mobility.

Needs iPhone X Support/Won’t Let You Listen to Music. This app is incredible. It has very nice tones to let you know when to a rep, it’s easy to navigate, and it has a clean look. However, if you try to listen to music and open the app, the music shuts off. I wish there were a way to mute the app sound effects and still be able to listen to music. Another solution would be that the tone plays through the music. In addition, I just got the iPhone X and this app needs to support its full screen layout. Right now, the edges are chopped off and there is empty space. Overall, it’s still an incredible app, but I like my music.
Very helpful!!. PT-Helper helped me to remember which exercises I needed to do, as well as how many reps/sets. They have many exercises available for many different body parts. Very easy to use and I would definitely recommend!
Wonderful for patients. I had my Mom sign up for this app to keep her consistent with doing her home exercises because she would always say that she would forget how to do the exercises. This app not only shows her how to do the exercises, it times her repetitions for her, and sends a notification to her PT that she has done her exercises. Genius app!
Needs Search Function. Lack of a search or filter function makes sorting through the exercises annoying, as they are organized alphabetically and not by muscle group other than a vague “Hips and Knees” or “Ankle and Calves”, which includes a very large group. For example, a gastroc stretch may be named “Calf Stretch”, “Gastroc Stretch” or “Standing Calf Stretch”; with hundreds of exercises, it’s tedious to try to find a specific exercise. If your PT subscribes and gives you this app, it’s probably fine - they can send you the exercises. For someone looking to build their own plan or following guidance from their PT who does not pay for the service, the UI is unintuitive and difficult to use.
