Very Useful. This is a great app and I use it frequently. However, I have run into a major problem. I recently got a new phone. The app was transferred but my documents were not. Is there a person who can tell me how to do this or direct me to where to find this information? PLEASE HELP

Excellent!. Makes my job so much easier and convenient! If I can’t make it to the office I can simply take a picture with my phone, convert to a PDF and email. Saves me stress and time. I highly recommend this app. I’m not sure what the differences are really between the free version and the pro but I would guess if you have higher volume the pro is the better option. Either way it was worth it to me. Home sick today but rather than get dressed and drag myself into the office to turn in one addendum, I did it in two minutes from home and now I can rest.

Unreliable. This app seemed great. Until it wasn’t. It stopped sending PDFs and emails so I thought I was fulfilling my job duties and then realized all of the work I was email through the app was never delivered. Customer service is non existent. I reinstalled the app only to loose thousands of files I’d downloaded. Don’t pay for this app. Find another ASAP!

Great app but be careful for purchasing. This app is great for scan and sharing file, but I have problem in purchasing because you can be duplicated in charging. As in app purchasing can lead you to Upgrate to pro version but the Pro version on Appstore cannot be linked together at the moment. Also it will send you 1 month free for Top App cloud registration but NO unsubscribe available or it is very hard to find, I am still in problem Hope Developer give more clear for customer Thanks

Hard to Organize. Hard to organize because it filed up and hard to search

Live it. So easy to use! I never have to run to my printer/scanner. I can scan and save anywhere I have my phone. (Portability). I love that I have the option to send as a picture or pdf.

Crashing!!!. Ever since the iOS updated to 11.2 the app is crashing!! Repeatedly crashing. Support link only goes to a download page. No option to leave comments or ask questions. Please fix the crashing soon!! I’ve been using the app for several months and find it wonderfully useful. The crashing is annoying!

Saves Time & Cost. I use it for digital filing on my iPhone. App works perfectly w/my MacBook Pro.

DITTO!: Worked, now it doesn’t!. I’m having the very same problem as the original author of this complaint! After getting hooked on this APP, it no longer works. “What’s going on, people? For a couple of years I’ve used this app without any problems. I have MyScans Pro! It has been awesome, saving me countless headaches! Then a couple of weeks ago, it quit loading. It will not load on my iPhone, and it will not load on my iPad Pro. I have access to my documents in the Cloud, accessible through the developer’s website for this app, but the app itself has become totally useless. Deleting and re-downloading does not help. And, yes, I automatically update all apps and os/ios software. Help!”

Not sending to email. For some reason after I scanned a document , I try sending it to my email and the "send" button isn't functioning. It doesn't highlight and when I press it , it doesn't do anything

SCAM! After upgrading keeps demanding money. I upgraded to Pro. Then used some of the pro features(send file by email). A few days later, it won’t let me send file by email, and is saying I need to upgrade to pro. Something is very broken when the app keeps asking for money just to move your scanned files.

The best!. I have found this app to be exceptional! I use it nearly everyday for many jobs that would have been a real pain to do. It is easy and reliable. I have tried MANY. Other scanning apps, none work as well as this one. This app has simplified my life!

Ugh!. The app is great when it works properly! I pay to send faxes which is cheaper than if I were to go to a copy store to use fax but sometimes it doesn’t recognize my purchase! When I want to send faxes on the fly, this is not reliable. Not to mention the money I lose out on when I make a purchase through the app..2 stars for now

Excellent - must have utility!. I've used this app so many times - amazingly useful for scanning and handling documents. Don't need a physical scanner or fax machine - it does it all, with a great interface and useful features. Very recommended!

Great app. Literally the most useful app I’ve ever owned. Works very well. Update: still the most easy to use interface of any app I have ever had. Just selecting the edges of things and having the PIP view show up so clearly and within obvious view. That alone gives out 10 out of 5 stars. It’s an app that figured out consumer convenience.

Can’t Restore Purchase, Waste of Money. This was an awesome app and purchased it sometime ago...I bought a new phone and I had to the “Restore Purchase”, so I selected the button and it just spins. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stick with Genius Scan if you ever plan on upgrading your phone in your lifetime. I was told to download the version that I previously downloaded 🤯 so that means when you buy this app, it won’t be updated from the one you purchased! I erased and redownloaded this app and nothing. Waste of time and money.

Great and must have app. It's a really useful app to have. Clear scans and printable to air printers. It would be really useful if it would connect to inbox or other online storages.

Great Scanning.. I have tried several scanner Apps. So far I like this one the best.

Wonderful!!. It's the go-to scanning app which I rely on almost weekly. Just one issue. While adjusting corner grips, app sometimes interprets it as a swipe and I lose my image as it goes back into camera mode as though I wanted to retake scan.

PROscan App. This app is a great convenience anytime you need to scan a document in the comfort of wherever you might be.

Great little scanner. This scanning app is awesome as well as easy. It meets my needs as small as they may be. So nice to be able to shoot a PDF over to someone without having to get on the laptop.

Easy to use!. I have little difficulty using though I am o/80. I use it to keep track of weekly schedule changes and weekly menus and invitation as paper overwhelms me.

This is the best?. I’m trying to assemble a long series of images into a multi page pdf document. Nothing fancy. In half an hour I’ve gotten 5 images done because the app crashes every other image. In the little amount of time I’ve used it I’ve noticed a couple of other irritating things. First, when I bring an image in from storage the app tries to guess at what I want to outline as my document. It always chooses the lower third or so of the image but fortunately there is a button for selecting the entire image. It would be nice if it allowed you to select a range of the criteria it uses to determine the automatic boundary sensitivity as well as whether it does a select all or automatic selection. Secondly, the image editing and correction tools are far inferior to the ones Apple includes in the Photos app. To me, the idea is to build upon the capabilities that come free in an Apple feature or app not to go backwards in capability. At this point I’m hoping the developers both have done a better job with the app in areas I haven’t tried yet and intend to do their job that we paid a chunk of change for and not sit back and count the profits for only barely keeping the aging app running.

One more thing. First I want to thank the team to create this good app. And I think the only thing that it need is ... When you want to import pictures from your library you can do it one by one. It need to be like select more than one and import them at once. Plz do something with this.

New IOS 10 Version. Crashes every time I import a photo of a document and try to crop. Unusable.

Why do I need to pay for iCloud. Loved this app then the update, if you want to sync it will cost you money, next time make this clear I would of happily stayed with the older version, you have iCloud and Dropbox that would have been perfect not $5.00 per month.

File size. Totally impractical as scanning 10 small documents equates to a 9MB PDF file when it would only have been about 50kb on my computer. Waste of money

Purchased pro version and AP CRASHES. I brought this as a pro version. Then it changed to subscription. I dont want to use subscription cause i dont need clouds etc. but my app is crashing all the time when i gather photo and save then as a pdf. Do not think its a bug because i have delete and reinstall multiple time.

Easy to use. I love this, it’s easy to use. And most often the scan comes out great. I’ve had a couple of not so good scans but that was due to poor lighting which was my fault not the app.

Love this app but.... I absolutely love how easy this app is to use. My only complaint is that with the last update all my PDF files got mixed up and now I have to figure out where they are by scrolling through a dozen or more screens. I liked it when they were sorted by date scanned, including documents numbered in order. Please fix this in the next update!

Great scanner. This is a great app. It puts a hand held scanner on your smart phone. Easy to use and has some good editing features.

IScan. I love this app. I am a manager at a group home and continually need to send copies of things to the various parties involved. Or want to print of a copy of a form I need to make copies for. Absolutely fantastic!

A Solid Tool. I like this scan app and will use it a lot. There are a couple of improvements that would be huge if implemented. First, allow default setting changes...having to change page size from A4 to Letter for each page eats up time. The same goes for the flash setting...have to turn it off for each page. A couple of more filter options would also be nice. That said, I can see that a lot of work and care went into this app, and can see that it is going to become more powerful as it is refined. Great job, guys!!!

Making great use of it.. first app I have ever rated. So simple and easy to use. Doesn't fill up memory on device, once emailed, the copy is in computer, I delete from my iPhone. If I hadn't got it free with app of the day, would think it's well worth the few bucks as it saves so much time getting docs to where I need them.

Good app but need more features.. I'm a Lead Man Cabinetmaker and Design CAD and this app is really helpful, is easy to use. Two things I downloaded the free version first and them I bought the pro package, I can't transfer my documents from the free version to the pro one. Other things is, need undo command for the annotate tool and the erase should be clear instead white, because work more like paint than erase. Apart of that this is the best app for scans documents.

Not Happy. Bought the pro version on a recommendation and it works at scanning but I cannot send the scan by email which makes it kind of useless to me. Using iPhone 6

So sharp, so easy to use.. Now I can get stuff done anywhere at home with my phone. Scan and send or save a document? Just a breeze. And oh, just one problem.. After scanning and hitting the 'done' button, and after editing the title of my document, I often find the scan missing when I go back to email a PDF copy. What I do is to send the PDF by email, before saving the final copy. Could you guys look into this?

Not worth the money.. Really disappointed to be honest. The features it offers are good but the quality is far from what's expected. I would say the worst is not even being able to upload the scans to icloud drive or any other could unless having to submit to a paid subscription. Also when trying to scan, it detect the frame however it does not take the picture automatically and when using the iPad and trying to hold it still it is really complicated.

MY GO TO SCANNER. Like keep copies of receipts on my devices and love this scanner because can make folders with this scanner. Only one thing I have a password and use fingerprint scan to open this app and since IOS 9 sometimes have to open the app twice to get it to come up. Still giving it a 5 because it is a great app.

You don't even know how useful!!!. This app has been useful in so many situations I can't even begin to say. You don't even know how useful it is until you have it. You will think you need it for one thing, but you will find so many other uses for it. iPhone 6

Convenient little app!. So far, I've only needed to use this app a couple of times. However, I am very pleased with the results. I was recently traveling and needed to scan a document, but didn't have a scanner with me. It was very easy to scan the document using this app and it was a lifesaver. The only problem I have with this app is that it does not work well with the voiceover accessibility. Hence, for the removal of one star. Please update this app to provide excess ability/voiceover improvements and support and this app will be five stars!

It makes my life clean and simple. I have a scanner at home.... but when I am not at home I always have my iPhone ... this app has saved me the hassle of figuring out how to scan docs to myself on the fly. Especially bound pages.

Love it!. This app is a great way for me to store scanned pictures that I prefer not to have in my photos. I have several folders that I periodically sync to my other devices. I really like the fact that I can also write stuff on the photos. As a matter of fact I just finished taking a pic of my meds and put them in a folder. Now I have them all in one place and can refer to them or change them any time I want. It's one of my favorite apps.

Can’t email scans. Great app but it suddenly stopped letting me email my scans

Very efficient app. Normal set of tools with small extras. I use it all the time to avoid faxing anything. I replaced my free scanner with this one because of ease of email and the auto tone is slightly better. If you haven't used one of these apps this is how the app turns the photo into looking more like a odd document. Works well. No regrets

Fantastic scanner.. This is the most polished scanner app I've used, and I've used many. I only see one issue with unnecessary icon/advertising: It would be great if we could remove the icons for other apps (top left of home screen) and the cloud service icon at the bottom of the home screen. For those of us that will not use them they feel like advertising. Otherwise, great app.

Updates. Do not like the new updates. Older version was much easier and intuitive to use!

Solid scanner app, typical feature set, performs as expected.. Lets just point out first off that the usefulness of any scanner app begins and ends with the quality of the scan (in my case this is usually a picture snapped with an ipod camera that is not exactly up to the minute latest--not exactly, not at all, not even close to the latest in ipod camera tech...taken without a tripod, as I try desperately to get an angle that allows me to see what I'm shooting but doesn't feature my shadow screwing up the cameras ability to adjust the exposure). At this point it should be glaringly obvious that it's a poorly conceived, inherently flawed app if I cannot get a perfectly "scanned" end result; obviously I'm doing everything right. No, I'm totally kidding. I'm lucky to get anything usable at all. And I have no clue whatsoever if ANY of these scanner apps can deliver a perfectly scanned product; I suspect under the right conditions they can but its not anything I'll ever see. And even given my seriously awful methods, my crap attention to even basics like lighting, that damned shadow, and refusing to stabilize the shot in any way this app delivered a more than adequate, easily read document almost every single time. That's all I can ask for. Love it!

Best App I Own. I've recommended this app to friends, family, and professors. Each have came back and thanked me for the advice! Cheap app that works better than you'd expect it to. It's pretty user friendly and almost always gets quality scans while cropping out background.

Almost there. This is one of the most solid scanner apps I have tried. I am constantly looking for the best app to scan my documents quickly and have access to them just as fast. This app is solid, the only issue I have found is that it crashes when converting to an OCR document. Besides that crash that happens consistently this is a solid app.

Horrible Service. No customer service, forgets you're a password and email address and locks you out of your account.

Always useful, best app of all. I have been using this for years. It is one of the best apps I have. If I am waiting in the doctors office reading magazine, I will scan recipes or articles so I can read them later. I scan recipes off of jars and cans. I scan documents I might need later. I scan everything.
