Christmas 2. I love the game but twice now it’s frozen up ,nothing moves except the time continues. Also a tree will get stuck on top of the Christmas bell. When that happens nothing moves. I had the bottom part with time remaining when it froze, I had a the present would not open , and moves I couldn’t make but I lost the remaining time. I’m excited for the update. I hope you can solve this issue. Thank you Dewdropdaddy

Lot of action. That is, if you enjoy playing for extended times, and having to replay, because the game won’t give you the pieces you need to clear any area, without having to return over and over to cleared areas, because that’s the only area where you can match pieces. For me, that’s a pain in the a**. Because there is no reason to have to keep going back to previous cleared areas, and is a time waster!! Please, give the player some chances to clear an area without having to restart the game a dozen times !! I don’t have the money to buy into extra playing time, as I am a senior citizen, and live on my social security. I’m right at the point of uninstalling the game because it is NOT relaxing, it is totally frustrating !!! Just add a few pieces to work into the areas needing to be cleared, and I don’t mean by playing on the opposite side of the game which is already cleared!! It would be great if you’d do this, I might raise the rating!

Cute Christmas game!. My original review said this was too hard. Some of the levels are difficult, but I’ve found by perseverance they can be done with just using a mitten. Really like the new design of the boosters; very cute! All in all, I game I usually play at least once a day.

Sweepers 2 WOW!. I’ve just started playing this game and so far I am impressed. I love the fact you run out of time, to end your rounds. I’ve played other pick three games, and I must say this is one of the best ones I’ve played lately. This game is a keeper! I really do enjoy playing this game!

Very disappointed. I have enjoyed this game for several years and up until about a month ago I would have given it a 5 star glowing review. Unfortunately your last update messed everything up and lost ALL of my power ups that I have saved. I had over 150 of each saved and everything DISAPPEARED!!!!!!

The worst Game Ever. Games are supposed to be enjoyable. After a handful of levels, your chances of enjoying this game plummets. You cannot win. It is impossible UNLESS you are willing to pour money into it. I’m not willing. I will be deleting it. There are too many other match 3 games available which allows you to earn needed boosters by watching ads. It has such potential to be a good game but I suppose if the developer’s only interest is money why would they bother.

Christmas Sweeper 2. I loved this game, I would play it everyday at lunch or during study hall. My favorite part about this game was that to lose you had to run out of time not moves. These past 2 weeks every time I play it always kicks me out of the app and my screen goes black and I can never get back to my game. Fix this or I’m going to stop playing this!

They fixed it!. I had lost all my “help” icons one day, and I had a lot! I wrote and heard nothing right away, but then got an email from a woman in Ukraine, apologizing for the delay. I wrote to her and said not to worry about my game, which seemed so silly compared to what her country is going through, but a week or so later, my icons were restored. I felt a bit ashamed of myself! But WOW! for a worker in Ukraine writing an apology to me, well, that was just so touching I’m saving it. Sophiya is her name I believe. Thank you.

Please help. I clear the board but sometimes it doesn't put me to the next level. It is very annoying and unfair as it takes me a while to win a level.

Best Ever!. I literally play this every day! It’s challenging but not so much that you can’t move on. And often, the next game after a really challenging on is much easier. Makes it so much fun and builds your confidence back up. Definitely give it a try!

Best balance of reward & frustration. Some games have too many ads; I give up on them. Some games are too stingy with rewards; I give up on them. Some games are so basic; I give up on them. Not this one! I’ve been playing Christmas sweeper since last season and I play it EVERY DAY! Sometimes it takes me a week to finish a level; sometimes less. This is the first game I play in the morning and the last at night! Love it!

Where are the bonuses?. This is my go-to game. It’s fun and challenging. I play the boards and the Santa’s chest daily. However, It appears that the game is now rigged so that it can rarely be completed without the use a time bonus. Plus, they’ve reduced the number and diversity of bonuses in Santa’s chest. I do make occasional purchases but I don’t like being squeezed into having to buy them in order to win.

Use to be a decent game. This game ran pretty well most of the times but then the game would crash lock up. And then you Said that this was my favorite game said I had to update to play! Now this game had let me play until I made about 25 moves and then you would shut the game down and throw me out of the game and this happened for every game. Now you said I had to update again, I did now the game only lets me make about 7 to 12 moves and shuts the game down. And every game would not let me make a move no matter how hard I tried to move the imagine. WhTs the deal!!! If it's an honest game the developer would contact in the next game of the customer and give them free points etc...... Fix the game and maybe I will give you a better review.

Programming Flaw. I have played all 3 versions of Christmas Sweeper and found that 2 is by far the best. Unfortunately, a few updates ago you introduced a horrible cosmetic change that impedes the playability of the game. The location of the playing board was shifted so that it is now butted up against the top of the screen. Almost every move made on the top row of the board caused an iPhone swipe down menu to be activated. If just the handle appears, then gameplay is disrupted. If you accidentally grab the handle then the game is paused. Both situations negatively impact game flow. Please put the status bars back at the top of the screen!

Frustrated. Loved this game until the last update. It wiped out my bonus pieces and my piggy bank. I spent time and money by the way, purchasing the bank and building up my supply of bonuses. Angry they were completely wiped out. I have not noticed any difference in gameplay or optics so not sure what the update accomplished other than losing me as a player.

Don’t fall for purchase to remove ads. This is an average match 3 game. English comments are misspelled but perfectly readable. It’s nice to have a daily free booster. The “golden pot” that adds a booster every time you pass a level looks nice until you realize you’ll have to pay to actually get the contents of the pot. Most annoying is that paying to remove ads only removes third party ads. You’ll get pestered every time you sign on to download a different app from these developers or to buy some in-game promotion. So decide what you’re willing to put up with before installing this app.

Latest update broke the app. I have been playing and enjoyed this game for several years; unfortunately the latest update that came in this week (October 25, 2023) broke the game and no way to restore the previous version. The upgrade made the “Smiley Gamer” screen blows up to huge screen until only 1/5 of left upper screen is visible and it never able to pass through to the Home Screen of the game. Hope the developers can fix this game.

Boosters. I really enjoy this game. It keeps my mind busy. I purchased when it first came out. My only problem is that with the new update I lost all of my boosters. I sent an email to support and haven’t heard back from them. It makes me sad because I had stockpiled my boosters. They were in the hundreds. I wish they would fix this problem.

Christmas Sweeper 2. I really loved this game prior to the introduction of the hideous weekend challenge mess you’ve made us endure. I play this game every day. The daily Santa’s Quest was one of my favorite aspects of the game. It enabled you to win boosters that were pretty generous. Now you’ve ruined that too taking away most of the rewards. Without those boosters there is no way to advance certain levels without having to spend money to buy them. Not going to happen here and I will probably sadly delete this game!

No longer love. Been playing for years! All the graphics are now fuzzy with the new update. Hate it why did you change. Bring back the old style. Won’t be playing as everything looks blurry Heard from the developer and they changed the graphics back to original 😊. Thank you for being so responsive

Wants payment?. I have this on my iPad. Why is it asking me for payment to download from the cloud on my iPhone? It’s difficult when you have to spend time with matches of no significance at the top of the board which wastes precious time but I still like this game.

Sweeper 2. Great game! No limited lives! Ive been able to play, so far, without buying anything. You might have to play some levels a couple of times, but, since you have no limit on lives, even that is enjoyable. Good job, developers! Don’t change anything.

Love this game!. This is one of my favorite games. I have played it for several years and it just doesn’t get old. I like it better than similar games because, while the levels do get more difficult, they aren’t impossible like some...just challenging.

Christmas a Sweeper 2. I just started playing this game and it is a lot of fun. I love the fact that you can play forever. You have no lives to have to worry about. I read some of the reviews and I haven't had any of the problems they spoke of,but I am not that far yet level 9.

Christmas sweeper 2. I love this game. I was a candy crush addict and haven't played it since I got this. After a few days I did pay the couple dollars to get rid of the ads. It was well worth it. This reminds me of the fishdom game from bigfishgames. I have this on my iphone8 and my iPad mini 2.

Christmas Sweeper 2. I absolutely LOVE this game! I’ve been playing it for several years now. The graphics have changed somewhat and look improved. Just wish the background Christmas music was better. I always have to turn it off. It would be very pleasing if it was more classical but very soft. Ohhh...and I must not forgot the snow! I also love when snow starts falling from the sky during an actual game. I find myself saying, “Ohhh it’s snowing”!! All excited!!! Thank you for that wonderful feature!

Christmas Sweeper 2. This has been my favorite game for eons! But I have a complaint-when I get my rewards after playing every day for a week, the time bomb never shows up on my iPad game. Very frustrating🙄 Update: for one cycle I got the bomb reward, only to find tha5 my next set of weekly rewards, it did not appear. I play this game every day mostly as a stress reliever and look forward to the “perk” of the rewards for playing every day. Come on, please fix this!

Recent update wiped out my bonuses. Update - the developer contacted me and was able to restore my bonuses. This game is a lot of fun, and I’m very happy with the developer’s quick response to my problem. The recent app update in March 2022 wiped out the bonuses I had bought as well as the bonuses I had earned! This was one of my favorite games. Unless my bonuses can be restored I will not play it anymore.

Latest upgrade took all my boosters.. For nearly every upgrade for this game, my boosters get wiped out. I bought and earned those boosters. Today, I had to upgrade the app or I couldn’t play the game and yes, my boosters are gone. Do the developers think I’m stupid and I’m going to buy boosters when they randomly just take all my boosters?? I’m done with the way the developers mess with customers and wipe out their boosters. Read other reviews, you’ll find this is a common occurrence. I will no longer be playing any games by these developers.

Three years!. I have played Christmas Sweeper 2 for 3-4 years. Last month my Facebook was hacked and several hundred dollars were stolen from my checking account. My computer was a mess and I had to delete all apps that had a FB sign in. I was approaching level 1200 and lost everything. I love this game so yesterday I started over. I made it to level 25. Wish me luck!

On Level 7124 you decided to make a change in an update boo!!!!. How could you make me update than decide to change it on the same game I was playing and put chain locks on. I have been playing this for a long time. I have used this came for vestibular issues I have. This game has helped me with my disability now I am so frustrated. Really what were you thinking? Seller ripped me off. I’ve been having an ad pop up during the game over & over again. So I paid to remove ads & this one ad is still popping up every 30 to 60 seconds. It’s impossible to play the game now & infuriating that I paid for this. Seller if you see this review please contact me so you can fix this.

Addicted. Only problem is I have lost all my goodies twice and they have not replaced. The last time was when I had to get updates. I still play daily but feel cheated since I buy goodies all the time.

new update. The new update that happened this morning wiped out all my boosters! I either earned these boosters or I paid for them. PLEASE Restore them. I am still waiting for my boosters to be restored! I am going to be very angry if this does not happen! At least give me the courtesy and let me know when this will happen. I love this game, but I think it’s unfair to take away boosters that have been purchased. You should have fixed this before you did the update. Either restore my boosters or refund my money! I sent an email through settings on the game requesting the boosters that were lost during the last update be restored. I am still waiting patiently for this to happen. Please let me know the status. Update! I still have not had any of my boosters restored from your last update. This happened in April, it is now September. Please restore them.

kudos on superior customer service!. i previously gave a bad review because the last update wiped out all of my power ups. They quickly responded and gave me back what i could remember. It seems petty, but darn it, i’ve been playing for years. Thank you!

Review of Christmas Sweeper. This is the only game I play on my device. I absolutely love it.!!I play way into the wee hours of the morn. And I can’t wait to start again in the morning!! I am totally addicted! I think one of the reasons, is actually the main reason, I don’t have to ask anyone for “lives” Keep this game going!! The one and only slight thing is, I play a lot and feel I should get more bonuses. So in conclusion, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Refund and question. I ‘feel if you purchased any of the items to help your scores and if you don’t have but one or two chocolate squares to be removed and complete a level you have to buy hour glass to complete the game and it does not go under the first line on the timer scale. I feel that hour glass should be added back to ours and I have notice where my grandsons have purchased some how do I go about to get my refund back.

I Love this Game. I love playing against myself and even when I don’t “win” a level on the first (or 2nd or 3rd try), I challenge myself to beat the previous score that I received. I enjoy playing while watching TV and when I’m a passenger in the car.

Problems with app. I have enjoyed this game for years but this week it went black. I hate to delete the app but I’m not sure what else I can do because I’m no longer able to play.

Great game. Got the game last December -- thought it would be nice to have a game with a Christmas theme and music. It is late summer and it is still one of my favorite games. Update: maybe a little too addictive, but it’s December so I’m back and thoroughly enjoying it.

Latest Update. Hi Developers, I am very angry at the new update as it took all my bonuses. I had about 20 Christmas presents, about 7 or 8 hours glasses, about 12 stars, 6 or 7 bombs and hands. Nice game but the screen locks up. Lovely little game to get you in the festive spirit. Would have thought there was a Christmas song though ... was expecting Jungle Bells. But, when focus is taken away from the game - say to open another app or lock the phone - and come back to the game it locks up the screen. Can’t do anything! I have to force close the app and start the level again.

Christmas Sweeper 2. My favourite game but very frustrating that if I pause the game using the pause button, the game immediately freezes but won’t let me unfreeze it. It has to be completely shut down, the game in progress closed, then game app needs to be reopened to start a new game. Very clunky and very annoying. Please fix this fault as a matter of urgency. The numerous ads also annoying.

Where’s my levels and free stuff. The new update has erased everything I accomplished in the last few years. Was in the 600 of levels and had tons of lives and bombs etc. unless I get what I had back, I will not be playing this any longer. Terrible app

Santa’s Quest Gone or glitched-fixed 🙂. Update: Glitch has been fixed. I usually do the daily Santa’s Quest but for the past 3 days when I try I get the pop-up that I’ve already done it, come back tomorrow. Fix it or I will have to quit the game which I don’t want to do as I enjoy it.

Too little time. Every time I get to the end with 1 or 2 spaces left the time runs out. Give a little bit more time!!!!

STOLEN! New update removed all gadgets earned/purchased.. Recent update for version 3.5.0 removed all my hundreds of stars, mittens, presents, bombs and extra time gadgets. How can you be a reputable game app if you steal your player’s gadgets, which some people pay to purchase them. I earned most of mine and you just took them all away without consent. If you do not rectify this immediately I will delete this app and file a formal complaint. This is totally unacceptable and deceitful. PLAYERS BEWARE!

Freezing. I complained about the freezing of the screen back in November! It was good until recently! It’s freezing again! Please fix it! It’s one of the 2 games I play!

Blurry graphics after update. Just updated and the resolution is TERRIBLE. Some games are so blurry it’s painful. Thought update was to fix freezing problem, instead you’ve lowered resolution graphics. Check level 5059

Game screen freezes. Been playing this game for a couple of years. I was playing on an iPad 4th gen. And was up to game 969, then I got anew 8th gen. iPad and started over, but now the screen freezes in the middle of a game, and I have to reboot my iPad to clear it.

Upset. Love love this game HOWEVER when I upgraded on my phone it won’t open. I am so mad! Now it is making me upgrade on my tablet. 😡. I want it back on my iPhone!!!!!!!!!!!

Game. Used to be a favorite but new update makes it hard for these old eyes to see it as well. I’ll probably have to quit playing it. Too hard on my eyes. 😢 You listened and you fixed it! Terrible update. I have loved this game, playing everyday. I had hundreds of power-ups built up. All of a sudden they are all gone! While the levels I have completed are still there, you took away my power-ups. I am very disappointed in your update.

Addictive. I have been playing this game for a couple of years now. I get bored with other games and delete them but, this one has survived and continues to keep me entertained.

Love it.. One of my favorite games. I’ve have played this game since it first came out. It had about 525 levels then. I beat the game and then I would start the game all over again. Love it.

In-app purchase did not remove ads. Not a bad game, pretty mindless, but ads made my ipad freeze up. I made an in-app purchase to remove ads but it didn’t work. Customer Support responded to my help request but did not remove the ads, so I had to get a refund from Apple. Think there are better games that aren’t so buggy. Also uses a lot of battery.

Continually freezes my Xs Max. Update: the freezing stopped. I received a message from the developer requesting that I use a button within the app to ask for help but I no longer need it. Added stars because of this. Uninstalling. Sad because I really like the game.

Sometimes frustrating. Game is addictive. Enjoyable when you can win, but always seems to need outside help to complete and win each game.

Updated Version. Oh no! Another game where you have to buy a piggy bank! Do not like this. I pre for the game as it was except for the new graphics which are really attractive.

Love this game!!!. After permanent injuries from a car accident, I spend most of my spare time in a recliner playing Christmas Sweeper. I love the game! After the last update, I noticed all the ads at the bottom of the screen. If this update just means MORE ads, I'll go back to my PlayStation.

One of my favorites. One of the things I like about this game is that there are no lives to wait for. I find myself playing this game far too long!

Gets Difficult To Pass Quite Soon. Cute graphics however the game takes too long to pass each level quite too soon and requires use of boosters too soon and too often to pass each level. Not very relaxing.

The new update. The update i did this morning seemed to have taken almost all my boosters i had acquired and would like to know if i will be getting them back?

Great great game. At first you think it’s going to be this typical match three game but ITS NOT! I love this game because it’s so possible to win and it encourages vs discourages you. Fun, addictive, but there are some things I could do without. The snail. That stupid little snail that appears in the upper righthand corner of the game screen. It’s so annoying, and it covers the game briefly every time it appears, so it slows game play. Maybe that’s by design. Whatever, I hate it. Is there no way to opt out of the “Contest of Champions”?

Won’t work since the recent update!. Since the recent update the app will not open properly. All I get is 1/4 of the smiley gamer logo when I try to open it. I have deleted and redownloaded the app as well as hard started my phone. My phone is running the latest version of iOS. Please fix the bugs!

Christmas Sweeper 2 Rocks. Still love the game, but has slow customer service when born times they tried to erase my purchases.

Level 258 needs fixing. This particular level will suddenly freeze and the game has to be deleted because there is no fix.

Is Christmas over?. I don’t care what time of year it is, I enjoy playing this game. Maybe because Christmas is such a happy time of year, I want it to last all year long!

Addictive. This game challenges you to keep playing until you win at least one star. Then the goal is two stars. Cant quit!

Fun Game. Only one issue.... I love this game. I just wish there were a few fewer squares/game. I have old eyes. It's very difficult to see what's in some of the squares, especially when they're covered by an X. Fewer squares would make the rest a little bigger and easier to see. Thank you.

Update. Just had an update to the app and all of my purchases are gone!!! After our correspondence they replenished all my boosters!! Great service!!

Christmas sweep. Best game I have ever played. I would recommend this to anyone have been playing this game for about 3 months I loved all my games but I ended up deleting them because I can’t stop playing.

Not enough time. I’ve had this game for quite a long time and am up in the higher levels. I get so frustrated because the time is always running out and I usually only have one or two moves to make in order to beat the level. Would give it more stars if this were corrected.

Hate the Contest of Champions!. I love this game and have played for years. Recently you came up with the Contest od Champions. HATE IT! It slows you down and the small or whatever it is blocks the screen so you can’t see what’s going on. Why did you add this?? Put it back to its original version!

Where did all my bombs, stars, presents go?. Today when I logged in to play it came up with level one, but I’m on level 377. I exited and came back this afternoon. I’m back on level 377, but my store of mittens, bombs, presents, stars and hour classes are reduced to almost nothing. What the heck happened?

Simply fun!. Fun game, I find it relaxing and even challenging. The tech team is great; I had a small issue and they were super responsive and quickly resolved it. Well run game!

Lost all of my rewards. Opened the game today and the game had reset. Looks like an update ran, and now I went from having a couple dozen hourglasses, stars and gift rewards to just a couple of each. Stinks because those were all purchased at one time or another.

Too addictive for words!. I started playing last Christmas and I haven’t stopped. You don’t run out of lives, so you can just play and play. This is not good if you ever want to get ANYTHING done!

Game keeps freezing. I used to love this game, but lately it has been freezing a lot and I have lost many games and bonuses because of this occurrence. It's very frustrating, especially since it's so difficult to earn the extra time bonus and then as soon as you get one the game freezes and takes it away! Please fix this error in this otherwise fun game!

Xmas Sweep me away. I love this game. You can play and play with out spending any money. You never have to worry about energy or any of that other stuff that keeps you from playing.

Fun & Challenging. Christmas Sweeper challenges you to clear the playing board by matching three spaces horizontally or vertically. It is fun! Even more importantly it is relaxing because there aren’t any ads—just playing time! Love it!!

No point. Thought this game would be a fun thing with the holidays coming but it is actually very disappointing. The screen doesn’t show your score or a timer until you’re done playing the level. But it prompts you that time is running out so you should use a boost....I would like to make that decision based on knowing how much time is left. Otherwise, typical matching game similar to candy crush.
