Fix it!. There was a glitch that kicked me out of the app

Lots of fun. My 5-year-old really enjoys this app and figuring out how things work. It could use some more scenery options to move bots around in. Some reviewers want a bot battle option, but I love that it doesn't have one. Please keep it that way! There are plenty of fighting apps out there people can get. I'm tired of kids' apps being violent, and I'm glad this one isn't!

Was great, my kid’s favorite, now a heartbreak as it won’t load anymore. My kid has been playing Robot Factory literally for years now. It’s his favorite. He’s packed our iPad with saved robots. Unfortunately the app has stopped working now, independent of any updates to it or iOS, and the only solution I can figure is to delete his precious robot data, which is completely off the table.

Great app. Really like this app. You could play forever

Can't download it. I started downloading it yesterday, and today when I woke up there had been no progress. I retried lots of times and nothing happens. I downloaded other games to make sure it wasn't my phone, and they worked fine. Please fix, it looks like a lot of fun.

Please more out there science fiction parts. So it can be even more robotic or even creepy! Also please have a free roam mode where the robots can roam together and play games.

Robot factory. This game is amazing when I first saw it I thought eh this game isn't worth it but when my friend showed me the wonders of the game I was stunned!

Entertaining. I have played this game for only a day and have made over twenty robots, it’s great! This is the best game by far. Please make more creating games, love to see them, please add more you can do with the robots. Oh and more robot animals please! Anyway it’s a great game!

Room for improvement. The concept and the overall game design is fantastic but operating anything is really delayed like saving and going outside(?) and especially when using tools. Also it would be nice to view and edit different sides while building. Please continue to improve and update because this game is really amazing.

One small suggestion. I haven’t played this game in forever but I still find it super enjoyable. I’ve only had one annoying problem, the arms on the robot may flip upside down when you attach them to the robot. So I was wondering if you could add a feature were you’re able to chose which way the arms turn instead of them turning upside down when you attach them to the robot. Thank you if you read this, I know it’s probably hard to read reviews when you guys have so many things to do but if you ever read this and maybe implement this feature into the game I would really appreciate it. Insanely Good Fun. I love this app, there is something extremely satisfying about putting together crazy robots piece by piece and ultimately seeing how it'll move.

Won't download. I've cleaned out almost all my storage and am using fast wifi and it still won't download. Little help?!

Help. I tried to download it and I didn't let me. After several attempts it finally let me download it. I then opened the app and it gave me the blue screen of death and crashed. So after trying to open it about 200 times it showed me the little intro and then crashed again. HELP ME

Needs portal device. I love the game but the hand section needs a little more expanding such as a portal gun from the game series portal and portal 2 and I agree with another reviewer about dragon parts so maybe you could add those in? Maybe next update?

The Robot Factory. This game is interesting but I don't know how to operate the robot lasers and there is no options to turn off the sound effects.

I’ve never been so far. Dear developer I was able to make it to the power circle dispenser number 29 I’ve never gotten close to that number before and I’m still amazed that I was so please please please add more stuff I want to see how far I can get with other things. P.S. I love this game

Lagging. The app lags a lot and at the start page it takes about a minute to load the robot. After that, the part where you select the robot's body takes about 30sec to load. Please fix this. Also could you make a way to delete robots that you've made?

it's good but has one big flaw. the designing process is fun and interesting. however, i think the weight should be in a numerical system rather than a vague meter. also, when you're testing a robot, it takes like 2 whole seconds for it to respond to what i want it to do. add some sort of joystick or something like that and the game would be perfect

An excellent gateway for future robot-builders. Hi everyone! Even though I am an adult- way above the age range of this game- this game is actually quite fun and inspiring! I love robots, and this game really floats my boat. The only thing that could make it better would be a “free-roam” mode where your robots are also able to roam free and interact with you and each other (but no fighting! I agree with a previous reviewer and I also like that this game has no violence).

The best robot building app. The Robot Factory doesn’t limit kids, they have freedom to create robots of all types. There is Neal depth here. There are no ads or upsells, love it!

Ol, reliable. This games a classic, for a long time I played this game when I was young! Sadly I deleted the game , but I’ve replayed it and it’s still as good as it was back then 🌝

Beep bop baboop. You can create quite a variety of robots, which keeps my son entertained with this app for much longer than other apps.

Amazing for Pre-K Too. My 3 year-old loves this game. He spends most of his time building, but he has a blast. It’s a great way for him to spend his screen-time.

I found a glitch 😅. This game is fun it could be more exciting but I like it. I found a stupid glitch. The glitch is if you use the body that's all the way to the left then put all the pogo sticks you can then one pogo stick will be backwards please don't fix it I love it 😍👍👍👍👍

Hard to control. Make a joystick because it is very difficult to control and confusing also add settings to it so you could change brightness and joystick options.

Great game one problem. I love this game just one problem the robot's battery drains to fast really I put 2 umbrellas and 2 propellers and it drained in a minute and a half! Can you please make the battery last longer?

Thank you. Honestly , I was not expecting anything like this. A game which allows people to work with a vast array of parts, bodies and the unlimited imagination of those who create. However , I must be serious and while holding up with a good start , I've run into issues such as weird touch controls and an unresponsive construction system. And the simulator of which you've put into the game to test the creations is just boring and doesn't make sense. It's not my fault my robot died from a random pit fall or from passing bushes. Overall , good game , keep it up!

Interactive robot building. Much enjoyment to be had for young ones looking to create and test their robots. 5-9 year olds are probably the age group who will get the most from this app.

Really good but just one problem. I'm loving this game so far, it's very good and I recommend it for those who love robotics, though I have a little problem... I use an iPad 2, so I'm not sure if this occurs on other devices but my game can sometimes become very lagged and soon crash.

Click bait. Basically, I spent $6 for an app where I put objects together and change the colour. The "gameplay" completely ignores my commands and does what ever it wants. When I hold the right button, it gets stuck in a random position out of nowhere while turning left. All I do is drag stuff around and change colours, and see my robot go the other way where I want it to go. Why put controls if they do nothing?! I'm using an iOS 9. Scam.

Waste of money. Not even worth it if it was free... Way to oversell this app.. The physics are glitchy at best (robots crashing all over). All the "millions of combos" run out of useful combinations pretty quickly. Not to mention there is really nothing to do with your bots once you make them... other than aimlessly run around a 2d forest and look at them on a shelf. I want my money back.

Great idea. Not so great execution.. Don't listen to most of the reviews here. Most of them are from mindless children who can't give constructing feedback. So they write stuff like, "this gam sucks it's bad I want a refund." I honestly wish that you had to be a certain age before you can review. Or at least give developers filters. Sorry, just needed to get that off my chest. Also, to the kids who are experiencing constant crashing for ANY GAME. An iPod 4 or iPad 1 won't cut it. Anyway, your game is amazing. The idea of it anyway. Surprisingly there aren't a lot of other applications that take the "create your own ____" and actually make it super customizable. I was able to make a robot that could moon walk, and I loved it! However, there are a lot of not so great things. For starters, the over world your robot explores is a little lacklustre. The scenery will get old pretty fast and there aren't a lot of obstacles. Maybe adding more variety to enemies and environments would make a pleasant change. Another thing that could help with the overworld is maybe adding some sort of objectives or quests. I don't know, just a thought. Another issue with the game is the limitation on weapons. I know there's probably a good reason for them being there, but it would be nice to be able to toggle it off. Also the game is a little buggy. I can't remember my bug encounters ( I know, how professional ), but there there trust me. In the end, it's another "great idea poor execution" deal with great customizability. However not so great worlds. I hope you continue to work on this application and take it to the next level.

High quality apps. My kids love your apps. They are not overwhelming and they really enjoy exploring and learning through them.

Suggestion. The app has crashed a bit and the lag and graphical glitches are a bit of an annoyance. Please update and fix + add more robot parts! :)

What even is this. TL;DR: nice idea, bad execution. Laggy. Game has no point, or substance. Maybe later? I wasn't expecting it to be good, but this is just disappointing. The game is pointless with nothing really that funny about it. The best i can think of comparing this game to are games from pbs kids, or something like that. I got the game not expecting it to be anything complicated or any huge narrative, but even my little expectations were dashed. The game stars you off buy letting you build your robot, so far so good, then you see all the parts, cool i can have a bunch of customizations, once you finish your robot you can send it out into the world and control what it does. To me that sounds great... until you just end up with your robot lagging it's way across the basically empty 2d map. Overall the game just feels like it's lacking a lot of character to make it stand out or even seem fun. It just seems to be a bit uninspired. I'm sure that the game will get better but for now i can't recommend this game. Fortunately i got the game for free thanks to the weekly free app.

Freezes on iPad 2. Freezes frequently

AppleTV app broken. Ok on the iPad, if a little empty, but the ATV app is simply broken. Playing a sample robot there is no way to exit play mode. After killing and restarting, sync clears out the samples and instead of finding my kid’s robots I have a floating torso that doesn’t scroll. Useless.

Glitches, lack of guidence. Very creative and involving game with a few downsides. It's simplicity ruins the game itself it being a 2d game but trying to make it 3D adds many compilations and glitches. When you make a robot you don't know where it's Going to face or what it is going to do. If you want to buy this game only buy it for making robots with about 70 pieces. Do not expect gameplay or smooth movement of the robot. Suggestion: please make this game 3D or add a tutorial.

Great but frustratingly slow. Great application with a lot of potential but it's extremely slow on my iPad 2. It lags so much, my son keeps getting frustrated with it!

Unplayably laggy on iPhone 5. Couldn't even understand the point of the game.

Great design - still a little buggy. My 4 yr old and I love this app, it is cleverly designed and easy to figure out. Might be nice to have a few tips on navigating the “world”, but the exploration is fun too. My only real complaint is that in its current form it is extremely unstable. It crashes and quits unexpectedly, and in one case lost all of the saved robots. Scrolling up and down in the “gallery” view was almost non-functional.

Lacks substance. The app does generally deliver the robot building that it advertises, but it felt like the functionality of it all was very poor. While certainly interesting for a few minutes, the game quickly became a simple question: why? It feels as though the game lacks a central purpose, but at least it doesn't lie on what is involved.

Excellent but crashy!. I only have two complaints: On my 3rd gen iPad the app crashes. A lot — when recording audio, when trying to put the robot outside, when trying to save the robots… Also, I realize this might be the iPad’s age, but wait times are slooooowwwwww. You have to wait sometimes 30 seconds to transition from one screen to another.

Awesome game!. Personally, I love the visual style and concept of Robot Factory to death, and I especially appreciate how often you guys are updating it. Many developers don't do that. One suggestion I have is a fighting mode where you can battle other robots, and parts specifically designed for fighting. I understand if this is hard to implement, so if it is, don't worry about it. Just a suggestion! Great job, guys!

It's fun.. The game is very fun and unique, but here's some things for the developers that are hopefully reading this: - There needs to be more building options. I would greatly appreciate more legs, arms, bodies and heads. Weapons are okay but I'd like if there were more of those. - Controlling the robots isn't that easy. When I'm moving them, they get stuck on rocks and sometimes break easily. - There should be a way to go into space. Please please please take away the burning factor of the atmosphere and allow the bots to go into space. - There needs to be more maps to walk around in. More maps with different scenery and npcs would be freaking awesome. - multiplayer? if you could battle your bots with other players (granted they had a wifi connection or 4G), that'd also be cool. Basically that's it. It's a really cool game and has a lot of potential to be a perfect app.

Make more creative arms/legs. IMO the arm/leg parts are mostly boring. There just to stiff. Its also pretty vague if they are arms or legs. Fix this and I'd give it 5 stars.

Don't work.... Circular bodies on the robots do not work whatsoever. The limbs and head come out sideways and backwards.

Super fun. This app is fun. You can build any kind or robots and then they come to life. Even really weird robots work and it’s fun to see how far they go before they die. I made a so many. One request would be to have two bodies hooked together and also to have robots fight in the world.

Perfect!. I would like to praise the developers so much for the Apple TV version! I can't wait to show my son that one of his favorite apps is on the big screen. Also this will make it much simpler to show off how great this series of apps are to other parents.

Kids can't get enough!. My kids LOVE this app. They can't stop building robots and all I can hear is giggling and excitement over at the iPad. I love that they give you such a huge variety of parts and that you can attach them however you want. I can tell this will be a favorite for a long time to come.

Fun simple game!. This game is pretty fun! I mostly play while I'm waiting for my coffee, bus stops, etc. There is one feature you developers should add in the future which is to have the ability to have bot fights of some sort where you battle other players in real time with the bots you've made, and battle AI bots. Personally, I think it will make the game more interesting, and fun!

Wow. Just wow

What a great app!. I was skeptical that my 7 yr old daughter was going to go for this, but she really did! This app quickly produced the sort of excitement and genuine surprise that you rarely see with digital games — very rewarding to see as a parent. She made a one-legged robot that just fell over, a rocket powered robot that blasted to space, and a robot that she thought was just funny looking but was actually quite effective. In each case, the physics engine convincingly makes it seem real — and she really loved that feedback. Highly recommended.

6 Year Old LOVES it!. My 6 year old can’t wait until he has a chance to play this. It took us a little to figure it out (at the beginning you enter your own name and then have a library of your robots but we did it wrong and made a new name/person with each robot—thinking we were naming the robot). Now that we’ve figured out how it works it’s great. Tons of fun options and then you get to play with your robot and see how he moves and flies.

Can't figure out what to do.. I can't figure out what the heck I'm supposed to do. There is no tutorial or any type of instructions at all. Try it while it's free because it's not worth a dime.
