Release. This app is trash when it comes to the release. I won the release, but I had to confirm it. As soon as I had a notification from the app I click on it. The app would not load and I would refresh it and check in to see if it load. Time goes by and the app finally loads but they gave my spot away because I didn’t confirm it on time. If they know the amount of traffic this app would have they should give people more time to confirm if their app is going to crash. I spoke to a live agent and of course they can’t do nothing about it but make sure my phone has a good connection and the app is updated. Which I had all of that. Just pure trash especially when I use my points for the head start 🤦🏽‍♀️

Absolutely Garbage. You looking for something to make you want to throw your phone in pure hatred? Well this app is P E R F E C T for just that!! You get the chance to Purchase your favorite sneakers on probably the sh•ttiest app in existence. We’ll tease you so good with telling you to “confirm” your reservation while not even having the server capacity to even load the app giving away your entire entry <3 Sick right? (Shamoo commercial voice) BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!! on top of the consistent bull sh•t you can use your points (in which you earn by spending money) towards head starts for releases that YOU CANT EVEN CONFIRM BECAUSE OF HOW AWESOMELY SH•T the app is you’ll basically be WASTING money on this app . I mean the app developers that created this should be awarded the metal of BULLSH•T <3333

This app doesn’t even know what is happening. I win sneakers all the time in these raffles but man this is one of the buggiest apps Ive ever seen, sometimes entering draws can be and issue. I enter but for some reason it doesn’t register. Even on release days it still tells me entry submitted or entry locked after the raffle is over and doesn’t show if I won or not, it’s really annoying, it’s like this with champs too. I can’t even select a default address without it saying “error try again,” it the most annoying thing ever, half the features are like this. Then sometimes I load the app but on the releases tab noting is there and I have to constantly refresh app to fix it. Sometimes when I click things it sits in a loading screen forever and and have to restart app to fix it just for it to happen again.

Garbage!!!!!. This app is trash!!!!! I shop on-line quite a bit and use several apps for each store. They have you verify that you are not a bot. Then you have your spot in line. From there you are waiting an additional 20-30 minutes. The app then has you verify that you are not a bot with an additional 4-5 images. Finally you are taken to the spot to order the shoe. You think you’ve made it but nope. Once you try to place the shoe in the cart now you have a bunch of errors that pop up. At this point I’m done with the app. Just using Footlocker for notification of releases and buying somewhere else. Oh and BTW there are glitches in their reservation process as well.

Cancel items randomly 🤦🏻‍♂️. I made a purchase of 3 items and payed 115$ for them. Later I get an email that the footlocker tried charging me for 2 extra items but they couldn’t since my card did not have funds. Then I check my order status and it says two of my items were canceled. I called footlocker and one of their customer service employee says that when I submit my order it cancels some items. Then he says that I will get a refund in 72 hours but so far I have been charged full price and will only be delivered 1 item. Then I ask him if I can cancel my order and he says that it is not possible. He clearly was hard to understand so I did not want go argue because I was sure he was not going to understand. THEY CANCEL MY ITEMS! BUT I CANNOT CANEL MY ORDER? WHEN IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. BUT CHARGE FULL PRICE .

Navigating the app is horrible. I normally don’t write reviews but I tried to check to see if a shoe I want is in stock at the local foot locker and every time I found something and tried to go back it would take me to the first page that pops up when you open the app! This app is so terrible to navigate...its like they don’t want you to buy anything as hard as it is to look and go back to the previous page without starting all over again. I mean really...it’s 2018 and the user interface is like the app hasn’t been updated since they first created it. This app is infuriating... it would be faster just to go to the store and see what’s in stock than to use this useless app.

Garbage. Really, really poor execution. This app is extremely buggy and FL never addresses the issues. For example, if any sneaker is being released, shopping on the site or the app is not allowed, period. The app shuts down completely for 4-5 hours at a time, multiple times per week because of this. Also, I am logged out of the app whenever there is a release happening, or when they are revealing results for reservations. And I cannot log back in until they decide they want people logging in again. It’s extremely weird that a company that focuses so much on their customers interacting with an app, does not maintain the app or care if it works properly. Truly one of the main reasons that these companies are obsolete.

You won’t get shoes here. The foot star collection of apps and companies all really deserve a zero out of five stars that would include footlocker, foot action, EastBay, Champs (and whomever else they own). I’ve been entering raffles for two years now and I’ve entered every raffle imaginable! In the beginning sure just for the shoes that I absolutely wanted but after noticing an overwhelming 0% win percentage after the first 90 raffle entries I began to suspect foul play so I then entered all the raffles for every single drop regardless of what they were. I was hoping to disprove my own theory that no real people ever win them. Now over 500 entries later I can confidently say that my research has produced irrefutable results and that these apps are likely 100% corrupt by bots or perhaps the companies themselves and real people without the technical advantage that some people possess will never ever have the privilege of winning any raffles. PERIOD It’s a shame to really because I’ve been in the shoe game for 20 years and I can’t imagine a worse state of the market then what’s occurring now it’s really tarnishing everything the sneaker community was supposed to be about. Now with corrupt apps and resellers galore and inflation to boot we are receiving overpriced products at lower quality with an unnecessary amount of scarcity attached to continuously drive the hype. I’m Highly disappointed; I would assume companies with this amount of capital would have greater integrity.

Trash. This really deserves a 0* but unfortunately, that is not an option. Over a period of several months, I have frequently found shoes that show up in their system in my size, but when I try to add them to my cart, I get an error message. As a one off, I can maybe understand a glitch, but when it happens repeatedly, it shows there is a huge problem. It is very frustrating to find a pair of shoes you have been looking for and get your hopes up, only to have them crushed by the inept team at Foot Locker. I am not talking about the raffle, I am talking about shoes that just normally show up in their system. At least with the SNKRS app I know what I am getting into. Foot Locker is just the place of broken dreams where happiness goes to die. Do your self a favor and use any other app/company.

Raffles are a no go, buggy/glitchy. If anyone other than myself can say the raffle loading screen / the waitlisted screen is buggy then please rate this app a 1 star so these guys that run footlocker, champs, eastbay can fix this problem. I’ve only won 2 pairs of releases so far and I have put in many releases for shoes. I do my best to be composed about this issue but it’s just ridiculous already. How are they a top selling shoe company but cannot fix a simple issue with this app. I mean come on all that money yet no regards of fixing this problem. The amount of times I refresh the screen to see the outcome after 2:30pm and waiting even before the raffle starts on the app and it’s already 6:32pm that I get a result of the raffle. How is that even fair or even acceptable? I sign out and sign back into my account and still nothing. Just the same “waitlisted” then I finally get the result of “sorry you didn’t win” result, all that time wasted and I’m a regular customer for in-store products. Please for God sake, if you employees at footlocker ever take the time to read reviews to better this app, please I beg of you, to fix this issue, get to the bottom of it. Cause then I gotta figure out a way to get these shoes I want to buy and it’s pretty pricey if you ask me cause these resellers price gouge the Empire State Building out these shoes sometimes. Hope you guys read this.

Horrible interface and customer service. I downloaded the app and signed up to be a VIP member and attempted to reserve the Jordan Gatorade VI’s in green but once inside the app I noticed that my VIP early line preference would not go into effect so I called Foot Locker customer support and after a 40 minute wait on the phone I was told I couldn’t change anything because my reservation would be lost. I decided to keep my reservation and just hope luck would be on my side but just like every other time I’ve tried Foot Locker online or in store it’s always been a no for me on limited releases. The customer service agent didn’t know why my VIP status would not reflect on the App so I was really left with no answer why and missed out on the shoes. The whole ordeal left me not wanting to shop with Foot Locker, Footaction, or Champs in the future because if a problem arises there is never a solution that helps me as a customer. True let down.

App freezes. I usually don’t have a problem with the app, however I have I have reserve shoes I have been chosen multiple times however I can’t get into the app to confirm because the app either kicked me out or it won’t let me login, so how am I supposed to confirm and reserve the shoes so I can pick them up if I can’t get into the app. I called customer service and what they told me is to delete the app reinstall the app and keep trying to login because multiple people have had the same issue. So if that is the fix then why are my reservations being canceled because I could not confirm in time. How are you supposed to confirm if you can’t get in.

Move the controls!. The button to go back (return to previous screen) is on the bottom of the page where no one would look for it. The button to return to the home page is in the upper left hand corner in exactly the same spot as the back button on any other app. The home button is even indicated by an arrow as a back button usually is. Why? Every time I try to return to the previous screen I accidentally hit the home button (because it looks like a "back" arrow) and have to do my search all over again. It doesn't save the search. Super annoying. If they want to keep the controls where they are, at least get rid of the arrow for the home button and use different symbols.

Reservation processes. The only problem is the whole launch/reservation process. I think that in order to get a reservation you have to go through way too much! I wish that once I request for a reservation I could just immediately get either a decline or a confirmation. I don’t think that you should have to wait so long for an answer. Either that or I think that once you do get excepted for a reservation you should have a longer time period to confirm/except it! I have lost several reservations because I wasn’t able to confirm/except my reservation within The time span given. Which is only an hour or two. I think that is just not reasonable, a one day/24 hour time span would be better!!!!!

Terrible. I see why there isn’t any in app feedback options because this app is horrible. I could drone on and on about all the problems but I will just highlight one. The reservation selection process is horrendous. How is it that I’ve been a “VIP” for month and have yet to reserve even the most heavily supplied releases. The system is broken and need to be re-evaluated or replaced. It is so easy to take advantage of the systems flaws and it shows. Releases are unfair and those that do not exploit are left at a disadvantage. Customers are left with no true option in purchasing releases held under the reservations as footlocker and its affiliates websites can never sustain themselves during major releases, the app is dysfunctional, and staff are infamously corrupt when it comes to said releases in stores. In conclusion, the developers of this app need to seriously consider how to enhance users’ enjoyment while using this app because as far as I’m concerned there is none for people like myself that don’t exploit the system by repeatedly entering the reservation.

Crap app. Since the upgraded version of the app it has kicked me out and now I cannot even get into the app as it keeps saying user disabled. I have reached out to customer care through email and also customer support on the phone. Waited for over45 minutes for the supervisor to tell me to reach out to customer care online. Which I had already done so. No one is able to tell me why the app continually states USER DISABLED. I am able to log in online and see all my points and purchases and my VIP. I have been told to uninstall and reinstall the app which I have done so many times it has become frustrating. I even tried to log in to the app on an entirely different model phone and still receiving the same exact error. All customer support tells me is “i don’t know why, I can see everything fine on my side”. This is the crappiest app since it has been updated 4 times in the past 2 weeks. This is beyond frustrating and foot locker customer service is absolutely horrible. For as much money I have spent you would think they would have their apps and employees up to date!

What a joke Customer Care!. I haven’t been able to access the website for months now. When trying to reach customer care, They keep asking the same question or something irrelevant. Told them my situation and the asked me the same thing I just told them. Told them if it was possible if my IP was accidentally banned and they responded with “sometimes captcha blocks.” What a joke! They don’t even read your emails! Not to mention, their website is always either down when trying to get any shoes. And when you do, they tell you you never picked them up when in fact, you never even knew you won because the website was down. SMH. 0/5 Stars for Customer Support.

THIS APP HAS MAJOR ISSUES. I’ve got the footlocker app because I purchase from footlocker pretty often. I love sneakers and I love getting the opportunity to get exclusive sneakers through the app. Today I was surprised to the fact I won a raffle for some dunks I was hoping on getting. But in order to receive them you need to reserve it after you win the raffle…But like always, the app crashed and wasn’t allowing me to reserve my pair causing it to say I “missed”. This happens on Literally every single reservation on the app and I’ve had the app for a year now. And ITS NEVER FIXED! Why put a feature on the app and give people an opportunity to win the change to purchase a rare sneaker when the system doesn’t work. Don’t do it in the first place. Please fix this. You will make thousands of people happy… 🙏

Glitchy at the worst times.. I have been using the app the past month or so to grab new releases. The app will send a notification saying raffles are available for new releases, but when you open the app, all it does is spin on the release page. Every other page works properly, but the release page. If the page ever comes up then you have glitches when you are trying to enter your raffle. The worst part is if you get past that pain point ,on release day the app glitches and you end up not getting selected. This is not a one time thing this happens almost every time and it just happened on the notification I got for the Jordan 11 Midnight Navy. App is pure garbage if you are looking for new releases.

FOOTLOCKER EQUALS GREED. This new footlocker FLX app is trash. Points that have been accumulated don’t appear. Friend referrals is a way to gather points in order to earn head starts yet none ever appeared. Forget calling FLX department because they don’t know what the heck they are doing. They’ll just keep you on hold for 40 odd plus minutes and transfer you call to one another until you hang up. I used to love shopping at footlocker Especially on the app. It was a way to get the hottest shoes without dealing with the lines or bots. All that doesn’t matter anymore. What makes it worst is this faulty app is pushed before all star week which is known for having some of the hottest shoes of the year. Now I think I should just stick to sketchers or crocs bc buying shoes shouldn’t be this stressful. I will not promote your business anymore and will find better alternatives...

New release. I’ve literally been trying with every new shoe that comes out and have zero luck i literally use all my head starts every time im updated on a new release or it shows it’s available online but when i click on it i get sent back to Home Screen footlocker needs to eliminate all the people that use bots to get multiple of the same sneaker then whole sell for 10x more then how much the sneaker actually cost on another website it’s like i give up trying to get exclusive sneakers because i know i have no chance of actually getting a pair!! SMH step up footlocker I’ve been buying sneakers for over 20 years from your stores all over the United States

Reservations issues. The app is the only way to obtain a reservation, but not good at all. Submitted a reservation successfully & even applied head starts as well. Log back on a few days later to edit & reservation is gone completely. Call & was instructed to uninstall app, turn off phone & then reinstall to correct issue. Once reinstalled, same issue. Called back only to be told Footlocker wouldn’t be getting the shoes locally in stores, only online, but yet the app tells me where to buy locally. If I can order online, Why wouldn't my reservation be honored for that option, #1 & #2 why is the app offering in store purchase options still? Make it make sense. Will go to different store for new releases going forward. Disappointed, loyal customer.

You won’t get shoes here is CAP!. First things first, sorry you haven’t won a raffle but then again, footlocker only does reservations is probably why. I don’t know what your talking about when you speak of raffle’s, that ain’t footlocker or any of their associates. And when it comes to reservations, I’ve won too many to count and I’m no bot nor use any supped up tech to win my reservation, just learn when the reservation are made available before drops and reserve asap when reservation time and days roll around

Needs improvement. Everytime I open the app it tells me to join flx but I already joined flx, when I try to get rewards or get flx points i have to keep signing in it never keeps me signed in, this is also the worst app to get clothes or shoes from, there’s barely any options at all, but anyways I gave it a 3 star rating because even though through all that trouble when I (finallay) found some shoes I wanted I ordered them and they came the next day which was totally unexpected because they told me it would arrive in 5-6 buisness days other than that this app is a total waste unless you want to reserve shoes or get them fast.

They are helping resellers get draw shoes not customers. Got BLOCKED for being a bot supposedly 🤬. Never win any NEVER !!!!!!Been looking and entering all draw shoes and never get a one in over 4 years. Such a scam and now they block me so resellers have more access to shoes I will have to buy from stock x and goat. So tired incompetent businesses that don’t have customers best entrance in mind. Keep in mind I have spent about 3,000 dollars in the past 4 months on shoes, why because I can and never could afford them as a child, Kmart or Payless are what I grew up in. Also if you do win, chances are the staff will cancel your order and give it to a reseller for $$$. Google it , and you will see that so many others has already been through this.

Biggest Disappointed ever!!. So here’s the situation Yeezy boost 350 Bred Which is the black and red color It just released a few days ago i unsuccessful in winning a pair in the app not a big deal it happens a lot One thing to keep in mind these shoes last released in 2017 more than three years ago. but they are going to be releasing for a second time in the app which doesn’t happen! But for whatever reason I cannot enter into the reservation for the shoes. I would think a company as big as Footlocker would be able to fix the issue on their side to help me enter into the reservation but the only thing they told me was to keep trying and you might get through and if you can’t get in the reservation you’re going to lose the raffle well thank you I know that!!!! again this is very infuriating since this will be my last good opportunity to purchase these shoes after waiting since 2017 unbelievable

NOT FUNCTIONAL. I really wanted to love this app because it should be an easy and convenient shopping experience, but it’s entirely the opposite of that. Like other reviews have mentioned, this app is basically useless. Constantly crashing and freezing, and it removes items from my cart so I have to go back and search for the item to add it to my cart again. If you leave the app while in the middle of a session, it’ll sign you out and remove whatever you had in your cart. Once it actually let’s me add items to my cart, it’s nearly impossible to check out because of all the error messages. This app needs A LOT of work! It’s 2021, how is this app still not functional? Get it together Footlocker.

New update is garbage. Gave one star because there's no option to give zero stars. The new app update is horrible, right before all star weekend this gets released and of course it doesn't work, all my points are gone, my coupons are gone. the launch locator worked perfectly fine if not better then this new garbage u just released, now we're basically being "charged" our points earned to get headstarts with no guarantee that you'll reserve a pair, if u lose the raffle u lose your points with it.. Sounds like a scam if u ask me considering the way app raffles were previously, I don't see any reward in that. I'd much rather just buy from stock x then to deal with this crap you're trying to push on your loyal customers.. Smh

Needs major improvement. The app is trash just like the website! Footlocker and all its sister sites refuse to make any changes to make getting any sort of limited release obtainable or giving many customers a fair chance. People with bots have about a 100% chance to get every pair. The rest of us "click and add to cart" repeatedly and that's if you lucky enough to get onto the webpage. To make matters worse, you have no idea when a pair of shoes are sold out. Footlocker doesn't even let you know through the app, website or social media. However if you want to buy a pair of socks it works great. Update December 30, 2017 “the Gatorade 6 release”. It does you absolutely no good to get the shoe in your cart but can’t checkout. Shoes in the cart but freezes as checking out and get sent all the way out. By the time you are allowed back in, shoes are sold out! So that leads me with this question why if you have the shoes in your cart are you not put into a checkout que where you remain until allowed to check out and when your time comes up if you fail to checkout within 5-10 minutes shoes are put back in the online inventory? There is just no way you can make me believe that Footlocker and its sister sites can’t eliminate “add to cart” repeatedly and frozen checkout problems that were problems 10 years ago and still exist today.

Waste of time go to the store!. This app is trash the raffle reservation is a joke every time I my raffle gets locked they keep taking down my shipping address and when I try to put it back up it keeps saying try again later. Then if my raffle wasn’t picked when I try to wait on the line to buy the new Jordan 1s it kept telling me that my raffle wasn’t picked every time I clicked on the sneakers to wait on the line for 20 mins causing me to miss out buying them and stop letting people buy multiple pair of sneakers at once when it’s time for them to buy the sneakers after waiting on the line cause after I brought the 13s I was able to put another pair in my cart if I wanted to buy them again during my 5 minutes of buying whatever I wanted. They got to do better with their website and app overall.

Not allowing me to login. I created a new account and when trying to sign in it keeps telling me invalid email or password when I just made the account and double checked everything to make sure it’s correct. And I tried sending a password reset link to my email, and it is not sending the link to my email which I know is correct. I tried to make another account with my other email, however it says an existing one already exists with the number I used for my first account. So if my account exists, why isn’t it letting me in, and my info is correct. I always double check and my email and password was identical to what I’m using to sign in and it won’t let me. Plz fix this.

App Needs updates. First starting off, I have had an acc on this app for two years now and It still has not seem to change. I never really ordered or like the app for these reasons that It most definitely needs an update it always signed you out every time you close the app and it’s not easy access to log back in and you have to retype everything. It doesn’t save your info or have face ID connected and on top of that I also delete your cart so you have to re-find what you had in your cart. It’s just too much and you know I was manageable with these problems, but now I was trying to see the total cost of an item, and they told me to do like a verify robot thing and then it took me off the whole app I went back in and it said I was moving too fast like an online bot when it took me 2sec’s all I had to do was slide…

ZERO if I could!. This app, if you even want to call it that, has got to be one of the worst I have ever used. It's bad enough that it's basically just a web-app, and that's the real problem, because the mobile website is no better. About 90% of the time I try to use this cr-app it shows up as some degraded website from 1994 and you can't do a darn thing on it. To make matters worse, you try to go to their website on your phone and you get the same degraded, jumbled text that is useless. For a bigger company that wants to sell you stuff, they sure do try their very best to drive you away from their app/site. So developers, if you're reading this, start by making a native app that's not an extension of your website, and then go ahead and trash your website and start over on that too. Absolute trash.

Worst app. I’ve lost a raffle because I didn’t watch my footlocker approved app all day long on Friday. Those Jordan’s was releasingon Saturday and so y’all had a raffle for those Jordan 11 cap and gown shoes and I wasn’t told or notified before hand when to watch out between a certain time, so that I could accept the shoes before I lose it. Yall need to clarify in the app the time and date of when we , as contestants, should watch the app and accept the shoes before you lose it. No one told me what time on Friday to look out for the raffle winners results. And also, I was like only 15mins late before y’all gave it away! I buy a lot of shoes each month, but I can’t get VIP Platnium status with y’all if y’all don’t let me win once in a blue moon. All other store apps are so much better

Can’t put in reservations for off white 5’s for Allstar weekend..... The new app is different I will say but when I can’t put down a reservation for what I actually want it’s kinda crazy....The off white Jordan 5 reservations opened this morning 2/9 and says you can put a reservation in until 2/14. No luck though I am in Chicago and it tells me there are no locations within a 100 mile radius. I am literally 15 minutes from the main store they are releasing the shoes at. I hope you guys take the time to fix these bugs and help the little people out we would like some wins too! For now I my rating would have to be at a 2 out of 5 until we get some consistency.

Freezes. This app is ridiculous. It logs you out right before the time you need to confirm you want the launch of a shoe. Then when it finally allows you to login again, it gives you a message saying “you didn’t confirm on time” and they “will offer to someone else”… well no ish, how am I supposed to confirm when your idiotic app doesn’t work? Get your act together and fix the issues. Stop messing with people that actually want to buy the shoes for retail. This is only an advantage to sellers that utilize bots and then mark up the prices on the shoes to make a profit.

Worst App To Cop Sneakers. This app is the worse when it comes to getting any sneakers. I waisted so many FLX points trying to get Jordan 1 High that I don’t even waist my time now to put my FLX points to use on the App. When I place my reservation in for some heat sneakers it sends a notification that my submission was cancel but then later tells me to check my reservations for results. And when I try to go in to check for results all I get is the server can’t be found and I am unable to get into the App to see any results or it simply does not allow me into the App until the time limit is over. When I am finally able to get in it tells me that I was either to late to reserve my pair or that Sorry You Were Not Choosing, thanks a lot Footlocker. So I most time I wasted my value hours while I am working at my job to set an alarm to see results on the App and never able to get into the App. Footlocker is the worst App and a waist of time if you trying to cop sneakers. Most times now I simply just don’t bother. I might enter the reservation App but now if I don’t get into the App I just don’t bother anymore and simply give up. To put it simply don’t waist you FLX head start because that is all you will be doing is waisting it. FLX head start is more like trash start! Simply put the Footlocker App is the worst App along with Champs, and Footaction, period!

Just downloaded. The app has to be scored on legacy reviews. Meaning star ratings from yeeeaaaars ago. I literally just downloaded the app not even 10 mins ago and can’t really use it. Received the cool grey 11 reservation email (first time ever, although I’ve had a FL account for too many years, but whatever), go to reserve and it tells me I need to download the app. No big deal, this’ll make it easier for future purchases as well. Download and go to move forward with my reservation. The app asks me to sign in. I do. It says it’s going to send me a verification email to verify my account, which it does, but that’s where the story really stops there. Every time I click the link to verify my account/email address, it drops me back into the app to just a white screen. That’s it. Just a white screen with a black bar at the top that gives me the option to close that white screen. But it does nothing else. No pass go. No collect $200, or pay $200 should I say. No reserve option. So I can bother to try an create another account (dumb), or know in my tech savvy brain, that won’t change anything in the process, which would just be a forever looping circle of nothingness but wasted time and effort. And yes, I have both the latest version of the app and iOS.

Instore barcode. The new version of the app looks amazing! It’s clean and easy to use I love the new updates. One thing I highly dislike and suggest to fix immediately is the instore barcode. Now when I am helping a customer using the app to do a super stock locator I no longer have the instore barcode. I have to exit the app and go to mobile site or use the product number and convert it into a SKU but that takes time away from the customer which isn’t the best possible experience. Please consider putting back the instore barcodes to help with enabling associate like myself help customers to the best of our abilities in a timely manner. I do work in 34th St New York City so time means a lot to my customers and myself. Thanks for the support

Hi demand shoes are already hard enough to get as it is I was able to work my way up the ranks to platinum level and just like the website said I am almost able to reserve any shoe that’s on the launch locator I see a lot of people talking about the app is junk I’ve been buying shoes for a lot of years and this is the only app I can almost guarantee the shoe with everybody has their own opinion but I am thrilled to be able to get the shoes I want 99.9% of the time

Good concept, but needs work, please listen to the users. - having all points/rewards consolidated to one user profile is overall the best part of this rollout - the points system for rewards & head-starts needs improvement, most users will only use points for the head-starts if there isn’t an easier way to get points vs spending a ton of money...please keep in mind, your average consumer doesn’t have the disposable income required to keep up with your current system - on the “release” calendar, it would be nice to be able to choose a filter that filters out the releases that will “not”be in my area so I don’t have to click on each item only to be disappointed that the search results return nothing for my location

Incorrect order/no response from complaint through app. I ordered a pom beanie from the app..... so i expected to get what i order like always...... instead i received the exact same hat just without the pom pom...... i don’t wear these and haven’t put it on....... i sent a complaint through the app but never received a response that was a few days ago...... if possible id like to return it..... its not what i ordered....... i love this app so PLEASE help me footlocker..... we were meant to be, we’re star crossed footlocker, i knew you were the one when i put my fingerprint on the scanner for the download..... you may not know this but i even bought a ring to put on you like beyonce said...... my dear sweet sweet footlocker PLEASE respond to me for my troubles you beautiful.......beautiful app...... *tear falls down eye like from the movie glory*...... i know its wrong to use people, but i hope to use you a lot more in the future...... always remember me and dont you ever EVER forget me now I’ll talk to you soon......hopefully

APP WILL THINK YOUR A BOT. I can say that I jump on this app a lot and try to Cop when I can but today it blocked me from even signing in! When I tried to get support as to why this is happening customer service said “ Our system thinks you are a bot sorry we can’t fix this” so…. Your telling me that a company wants you to use their app but then BLOCKS your account for 24-48 hours🤦🏽‍♂️! It saddens me to think that a big company like FOOTLOCKER can not fix this glitch in their system. Let’s spend a bit more money FOOTLOCKER to fix this as your losing money from customers like me 💸💸💸💸

App is so broken. Recently (late 2021- current) I’ve notice that the reservation has been horrible. I’ve won multiple reservations but upon pick up, I can’t even log into the app; keeps saying “log in request fail”. Over and over again. There’s no way to show proof that I won the sneaker, except for name and phone number has to match. The down fall of that is, they can’t scan barcode and I don’t earn points for purchase. Please fix this as it’s getting so annoying trying to log in. Also even if I paid for the shoes there’s no record of it in the app. Then after a few days when there is no new release, suddenly I can log in 🤦🏻‍♂️ and my reservation sneakers says, since I didn’t pick up it’s been given to someone else. I personally think that makes footlockers algorithm think that since I never pick up what’s the point of letting me win reservations again. FLX Point are useless. Go back to where I can redeem $20 off. Way better system they used to have.

TERRIBLE. IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS , I WOULD. this app is TERRIBLE. so buggy, so incredibly buggy every time i do anything i get a loading screen that goes on for 45 seconds to tell me that something went wrong and then go on like nothing happened, saying my crediantals are wrong when they are just fine. signing me out and not letting me use my gift card, making me sign back in, taking things out of my cart out of nowhere, it’s been a week and i’ve been trying to order a hat. and to this day i can not order it simply because it doesn’t let me. to many bugs just making me start over putting the order in just so it could get glitched out again, this app is SO TERRIBLE.

Not Simple. Love the fact that you guys made an app for us sneakerheads. The sneakers look amazing & it’s in app form so everything is uniform. But the crashes the app faces is ridiculous. I was charged 3 times for the same item. Told it was canceled and I needed to contact my bank. The payment was taken 3 times and showed up on my transactions. It was frustrating because the item was a hot item, and because of the app I almost couldn’t order them. The website runs more smooth than the app. Please update the app to run smoother.. I really like yah shoes.🥺

Worst app imaginable!!!. Waited 10 minutes to finally get all the way through the queue for like the first time ever and at least pick a size to only be lead to a blank wait screen that’s supposed to be the checkout screen. Waited another 5 minutes to be told my queue number was rejected please try again!! Wasted 4 headstarts for nothing! What’s the point in being a sneaker head when I can’t get the sneakers I want to rock?! How bout releases in the afternoon so that more people can be at home on a computer? How hard would that be?! Never thought an app could be worse than SNKRS but I was wrong. At least I’ve won once or twice on that app. Dropping nothing but goose eggs on this trash can of an app!!

I hate this app.. I hate this app so much. The second I got the app I went in made an account all was well, I found a pair of UGGS I really liked that had many colors I wanted. I picked a size, and chose the color.. after I chose the first pair i went to another color and the size is already selected for me, (no problem). BUT through out the whole time there was like five colors I wanted. It would say it was in Cart .. but it wasn’t.? Or something would pop up on my screen and say error try again. THEN I got blocked less then 10 minutes of using the app for “clicking to fast”. Aka might have been a robot. I was clicking fast because, number ONE, the size of the SAME shoe was already chosen! All I needed to do was click the color!? And add to cart? Obviously that’s not gonna take a lot of time. I’ll find a better app to look for what I need. Horrible app.

App crashes on every launch.. So every time I get through and put a new release in my cart, tells me to wait minutes and sometimes over an hour to then tell me that the product has been sold or not available anymore. FootLocker let Bots use their platform before real consumers get a chance, and PLEASE DONT COME AT ME SAYING THAT WE HAVE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE WE DONT! Your app and site is the main source of Resellers to get their hands on hundreds of pairs then sell for 3-4x’s the retail price...DONT ACT LIKE YOU DONT KNOW THIS. This problem should was a year 2000 thing, we’re in 2018 walking into 2019 and you haven’t even done or tried to kill this Bots issue. You app crashes because you don’t want to help regular customers get their hands on a new release but instead you let Bots rule your site and app. Get outta here with that junk!!! Champs, FinishLine and of course Foot Locker/Foot Action are Bots central. And that limited quantities excuse you use all the time is saturated, NO MORE EXCUSES, TAKE BLAME AND FIX IT! THE WORSE!. I used to love Footlocker! Back when it wasn’t required to put in a reservation for the latest drops. You got your shoes on a first come, first serve basis! Now, even getting on the app the day of a release is a hassle through and through! After being told repeatedly “unable to login, please try again later” i waste hours on hours trying to get logged in to only find out what I wanted in no longer available. Using your FLX Points is supposed to help better your chances at winning releases and it absolutely does not! I have wasted thousands of points just using headstarts alone to end up not being selected. The one time i was selected, I didn’t receive a notification from the app at all. I just so happen to log in and was told i took too long to claim my reservation but it was only because the app would not cooperate! I wish i could transfer my points elsewhere, I’d delete this app altogether! It’s terrible!

Unreliable. The app is unreliable when it comes to reservation for sneakers. I have won but was never notified; I have been send messages that my reservation was canceled only to log in and find out my reservation is still standing; I have been wait listed but told I won and/or not won. I use the app so that I won’t have to keep monitoring while I’m busy but unfortunately, I can’t rely on the app to be fair and just or even accurate. No point in calling Footlocker Customer Service, they literally don’t care and don’t have a resolve for the many issues with the app and reservations.

Be fair!!!!. So I am the type of customer to buy my shoes I don’t do raffles or reservations or none of that poor stuff. I recently wanted to buy the ranging bulls 5 and I got on the sight early (as always) and the shoes were not popping up mind you it’s like 30min until they release next thing you know I’m kicked out of my account and can’t get back in I call customer service they told me to wait till the reservation people were done so I did. 2 hours later I was able to log into my account but the shoes were sold out. This is not fair fix this app.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Made it difficult to search. I was shopping around and there was banner that shows up that advertised their clearance section and when I would narrow down the search option, it would pop up right when I would hit apply filter making it frustrating. Also when you click on an item , the large back button takes you out of the shopping area back to the main page. It makes me more difficult because now I have to reapply all my search requirements and go through all the items again. I would have rather shopped online but the site gave me a 400 error that prevented me from going on.

All ‘Footlocker’ Apps are trash. Good Lord. Don't even bother downloading. I didn't think I could hate an app so much. Why is it for every release and every reservation, the app always crashes? I can’t even check to see if I got a reservation until HOURS later because the app refuses to load. And by that time, its too late because its past the hour needed to reserve. How is that anyway fair? What if I actually won a reservation, but cant confirm because your stupid app(s) crashes? Its 2021, you should have competent engineers and software developers capable of creating an app that can handle traffic during releases and reservations. Just terrible.

Sooo I’m having the HARDEST time ordering off your app... it doesn’t allow me to add to my cart.. there’s some glitch in the system because I’ve had similar issues and had to order at the store🤨🤨 can this be fixed.. I spend a lot at footlocker.. very disappointed... I can’t open my app.. it’s been two days now and it’s still spinning but it won’t open.. Can’t add to my cart.. saying ecaptcha needs to be marked but there isn’t one to chk to say I’m not a robot.. logged out of app went online could only add 1 pair of shoes and the second its saying I can’t get confirmation until I receive an email.. haven’t chkd out yet.. Navigating the app is horrible. I normally don’t write reviews but I tried to check to see if a shoe I want is in stock at the local foot locker and every time I found something and tried to go back it would take me to the first page that pops up when you open the app! This app is so terrible to navigate...its like they don’t want you to buy anything as hard as it is to look and go back to the previous page without starting all over again. I mean really...it’s 2018 and the user interface is like the app hasn’t been updated since they first created it. This app is infuriating... it would be faster just to go to the store and see what’s in stock than to use this useless app.

Terrible. This app is beyond trash and the store itself and employees are beyond trash. Without bots you will never win a shoe on the app and if you call a store they won’t answer and if you go into a store for help they will lie to you. I’m done with this company in a while and it’s sister sites if you not going to give a fair shot then why should I spend money with y’all. Actually going on u think 4 years since a have gotten anything from this company. They help resellers out and sell them 4 pair when a person just want one to wear. The game is rigged and that’s why kids keep getting beaten up and killed for shoes because companies who supply them don’t give fair shots.

Needs improvement. Every time a shoe launches there’s mysteriously a problem with the app and signs me out to the point where I can’t even get the shoe, then when the app finally lets me back in the shoes are mysteriously out of stock. This don’t make no sense, I speak for everybody when I say if we want a shoe and the app just logs us out saying it’s technical difficulties or “request failed try again later” that is extremely annoying like dang give us a chance. Then what if there was a raffle and we didn’t know about it, at least give the people who didn’t know about it a chance to try to buy them instead of just logging us completely out the app.

Account was hacked, take your commerce elsewhere!. This company had a data breach a few years back and proceeded to not warn their own customers. This data breach released a plethora of private information onto the dark web, where hackers were able to acquire my credit cards, phone numbers, addresses, etc. After finally cleaning up their mess, I requested to have my account deleted. Customer service refused to let me, sent me a faulty link, and has been unresponsive in my attempts to delete my account. Please do yourself a favor and take your business to other reputable stores.

Signing out. I love this app and the only thing I have a problem with is that it signs me out constantly and I can’t always remember my password so if you guys are working on an update give the signing out this a fix because it does this every time I open the app. Other than that everything is perfect and the shoes actually show up which is amazing!

Disappointing App and Website. Nearly impossible to buy launch day shoes even if you click on them right as the ball drops. It’s 2019 but you don’t require purchase captchas to weed out bots, come on. Also two minutes later the entire app crashes from all the demand meaning even your servers are trash. What’s the point of trying to spend money with your company when all you do is cater to resell bots. Also your launch reservation is confusing and still doesn’t verify if people are real or not when making reservations. In addition applying discounts is confusing and your shipping speed is horrendous.

Garbage. Advertising all over the app and website for the Uncle Drew movie new colorways, I bought 2 pair 24 hours apart, after they took my money my VIP status didn’t update and all of the sudden they were backordered to June 29th, a date prior to my order, then customer service claims there is a disclaimer and it’s Nike’s fault not theirs at all and that they do not have live inventory updates on their website or app, so crap logistics. In stores they don’t ask if you are a VIP so you better not forget. I’m not a reseller, I’m a consumer, a pair for my nephew and one for me, I guess I’ll wait for them to arrive and buy my sneakers from the manufacturer instead of a poser company, I now hate ref’s even more

Worst app.. The app is a joke. It Keeps testing if you are a bot over and over again. Won't let me register a user name. Threw me this infinite circle to verify email reset password verify email again login then verify email once again! If you are not capable doing online business, quit! Website is also a piece of junk. Ask you to wait in long queue whenever there is a release. Fine, I know the rule, I will wait. Only to find out that I am denied access hours after in queue? What did I do? What was the logics kicking random human being out of the queue and let bots thru? Deleted app. Do not recommend if you rely on this to buy new releases.

Sign in process. In the past, I have not had to keep signing in to my account every time I open it. Now, I do. Also, the order and checkout process is slow and difficult. In the past, if the shoe size was not available, it wouldn’t be in bold in the select size drop down menu. Now, it allows you to select the size, place order, and then has a pop up window with a red bar across the top with NO WORDS only the picture of the shoe, the size, and the option to view other styles. That’s a bit frustrating because the customer is not aware of what’s going on. Please improve the app SOON.

App still not working. I’ve been trying to place an order on and off for the past almost 2 months, and nothing works. I cannot add anything to my cart, says error occurred. Just did the latest update and I get a pop up box saying request failed try again later. Trying to order shoes and clothes for back to school shopping but not having any luck. One shoe has already sold out in the size I needed. Hopefully you can get this fixed before these other Jordan’s sell out. They are not available in any stores near me so I have to order them. Please help!!

No time to waste 👋. Foot locker is a great app to see what shoes you want to get and purchase .I love seeing what shoes I want to get when I find a good shoe I take a screen shot of it and when I go to the store I show the screenshots of the shoes to a worker and they will give me the shoes right away I like it better then spending 30 minutes looking for shoes at the store when u can look at the app before u go to the store .you can be ready and prepare of the shoe you will like

Review. I give the app 👍 i have even referred friends to join. However a recommendation for improving would be .... to be more accurate when showing money spent on you VIP aacount. Also even with 10 min head starts I can’t seem to EVER successfully reserve pairs on the lonch locator I would recommend giving people a W for once when someone is always taking Ls it gets extremely frustrating

Good luck getting your shoes. I’ve been using the app for a few months and unfortunately I’ve never been able to actually place an order. Shoes are constantly unavailable or if the website shows them as available the cart is emptied when paying. Called and chatted with agents about it and still no resolution. I was told that it was actually available and to try again on the website. I did and had the same error. Just a poor customer service experience across the the board for me.

My experience.. So first of all I was a little bit of concern about getting shoes on this app I saw bad reviews about not getting their package on time or they haven’t arrive or a confirmation text. So I did it and I receive the confirmation by email the second day in the afternoon (it takes a while). I ordered them Sunday and I put the shipping the 2-3 day business days and it comes this Thursday. Hope it comes good and with no issues. Thanks !

App is trash. This app is so bad. The amount of errors I have received when trying to enter a raffle for in store pick up or online is ridiculous. I’ve also had around 5 occasions where I won a shoe raffle and never received the notification that I won and to confirm and my notifications were on every time because I received notifications for some after and before. Constant error messages when trying to log in as well. Even reached out to customer service and never heard back. Quite unhappy with the whole thing.

This app is wack. Foot locker really needs to get it together with their app when it comes to shoe releases I was on the foot locker app 2 hours before the shoes I wanted dropped and as soon as the shoes dropped and I tried to add it to my cart it said “error please try again later” that is ridiculous that I was one of the few people who was on the app hours before the shoe release to get my shoes I wanted so bad and I still wasn’t able to get them because foot locker doesn’t want to fix their wack app I would use foot locker at all when it comes to popular shoe releases foot locker do better

Lose YOUR return and won’t refund. If only ZERO stars could be given. Called customer service 2 times about a return they have had for 2 weeks. Supposedly it takes 2 weeks to process a payment? First time I called I was told in 48 hours I would receive my refund . I called after the 48 hours and supposedly they lost the return in a warehouse? What a joke, then I’m told someone will reach out to me and never happened. Good thing we have credit card companies to give us back money that’s stolen from us from big businesses.

Not as good as it may look. The Footlocker app is designed well, but thats about all. I can seldom get past the loading screen when you click on ‘Shop’, and when you go into ‘Launch Locater’, there are only 5 shoes (all color ways of the upcoming LeBron 15) that you can even reserve at a nearby store. Considering that there are more sneakers that will be releasing around the same time as the new LeBron 15’s, I don’t understand why the Nike LeBron are the only shoes showing up. Overall, if you want to buy shoes then either go to the Footlocker store or the Footlocker website, don’t waste your time with the app.

Need optimization update. Footlocker I really like your shoe and clothing collection but your shopping app is horrible. All I was able to do was sign up for a profile and that’s it. I was looking at purchasing some adidas tubular shoes from your app but I had to go through my web browser to your site instead because the “shop” option would not load in the app. I highly suggest you fix that because if I was just casually shopping instead of buying something I needed I would’ve gone through a different seller. Just think of all the sales like that you could be missing out on just because of your app.

This App and its family of apps are terrible, horrible, and straight up trash!. This Footlocker app is horrible! Every Saturday or any other day of the week that there’s a shoe releasing, this terrible app doesn’t work. It automatically logs you out and you can’t log back in until the shoes have sold out and the site traffic has slowed down. The same things happens with the Champs sports, Footaction, Eastbay, and Finishline apps. You also seem to have much more luck entering a in store raffle than you ever will on this terrible app. Do yourself a favor and don’t put this app on any of your devices, no need to waste the memory space.

Crappy 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. Footlocker, kids footlocker, Footaction , champs and Eastbay. All have crash issues. When one goes down all goes down. You enter raffles then later when you got my releases to see if your entry is still there, nothing pops up. It’s like I’ve never even entered the raffle. You guys need to do something with these apps. What good are the apps of they’re not working properly ? Either update and make them more useful or just get rid of the apps all together. Makes no sense for all the apps to crash at the same freaking time, almost daily. It’s ridiculous.

Does not work at all!!!. I’m sitting here on the app trying to atleast BROWSE it and it barely even does that let alone let me order because right now I’m trying to buy a Nike tech but it’s so buggy and trash that i have to click so many times for it to go in my cart than when it’s in my cart I’m signed out even though I already signed in but it logs me out everytime I close the app and when I try to sign in and doesn’t even wanna do THAT always making up some excuse saying error 404 or too many requests I can’t even order on this app and the online version isn’t any better!!!

You’re Development Team should be fired. This app is completely unusable. How any programmer in charge of your app development still has a job is seriously questionable. In what way has this app improved in the last few years? There has been a huge decline in performance since the original raffle feature debut about 5-6 years ago. On top of new rules and regulations as far as raffles go; poor app performance is abysmal. Seriously if you have any teams who monitor your online presence you need to address that in an app run world your product is absolute trash.

The menu and controls. This app is booty cheeks every time I'm trying to shop I slide from left to right just cause I wanted to back out from the ONE item I was looking at just so it takes me ALL the way back to the "main menu" this got supper annoying the fact that you had to scroll all the way back up to click the "back" button. Further more the back button isn't visible so you accidentally press the "home button" and it takes you to the "main menu" this can get supper annoying. Also when you add things to your cart it's glitchy but Footlocker Pleasee redevelop this app and its controls

Worst App. For months I have not been able to log into the app, I just receive an error message saying to try again later. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app on multiple occasions. Today I tried clicking on the log in button multiple times because of these error messages and now my account has been blocked and footlocker is claiming I am a bot. It is really irritating to not even have a chance to enter raffles and letting bots through but accusing me of being one by simply just trying to log into my account.

Foot Locker NEEDS to fix this app!. I’ve won a few times on the app, but I have also missed some big wins because their app goes down ALL the time. It automatically logs you out, it won’t let you log in for hours, keeps giving you errors and Foot Locker of course does not or provides no real support. It’s just “keep trying”. What they should do is allow you to reserve via email or text as well, especially when they know this is an ongoing issue. Fix this app and all its errors Foot Locker! It’s frustrating and some of us don’t have all day to sit on our phones and “keep trying”.

You can never get an order done. App does not work at all I’ve submitted like 5 orders today talked to customer service 3 times over this issue and they don’t seem to care. It cancels your order even if you have everything correct I’ve double check all my stuff and know I don’t have nothing wrong on my end and it still refuses to submit my order properly takes your money and cancels your order this just isn’t right take the customers money after it’s been shipped like any other business.

Stop crying 😂. Look if you don’t spend at least $300 annually or don’t really ever shop there til it’s release time guess what, you ain’t getting the shoe more than likely. Shop their more often and put in the work to get the shoes want. It’s that simple. Talk in’ bout “I just won’t shop at FTL or it’s sister stores” lol. I hope you’re in my area and really go their with that. Love the app, love all the shoes I hit on. Stop being a cheap crybaby 🤷🏽‍♂️😂

Can’t purchase. The app is really disappointing. 1st off, ive never had anything that shows as available in store actually available in store. 2nd, I’ve never been able to complete a purchase using the app. I get all the way to the end, tap the submit button, and nothing. I expect the basic functions of this app to work and they don’t.

Worst shoe site out. Don’t let footlocker fool you into believing you have a chance at getting shoes you like. Nike took most it’s business away for a reason. Footlocker doesn’t take bot protection. I’ve tried for 2 years to make a purchase at footlocker and I finally am giving up. If you want some filas, or some reeboks…this is the place for you. If you want ANYTHING else, go somewhere else. If more of us start rating them and filing complaints, the major shoe companies will stop giving them ANYTHING and things will get better. Until then you’re just shooting yourselves in the foot

Wow. Thought I’d be waiting an positive report but nope. Just seems like the app just keep getting worst over time. Haven’t been able to enter any new drops of sneaker releases since the beginning of this year(2022). I’ve been a loyal customer to the FLX platforms and yet I can’t use all these FLX points I have acquired through purchasing and saving. Reached out many times to the IT department and they just keep opening up new cases and not fixing anything. Cause me a loyal customer to not participate in new drops. With that said, leaving. This review for new customers to be on the lookout on this. Thanks for nothing 🙏🏽

Using the app is a wastes time. I keep getting a message saying that they’re having a hard time connecting to their server or that something went wrong, or when checking on my order from my email, it keeps telling me it’s misdirected. It’s super hard to buy anything off of the app, make a reservation, check orders and search for stuff. I keep getting an error and no, it’s not user error. It keeps telling me to try again. It’s such a waste of time. After I receive my order, I will not be using this app. Also, it’s the same issues with the Champs app since they’re affiliated. I’m not happy with it at all.

Very Slow Loading. One thing I hate the most is waiting, but this triggers me a lot more. Personally, I don’t have patience but what this app does just makes it far worst. Today I tried to go for some shoes, app wouldn’t load correctly EVEN when I refreshed multiple times. I currently just missed out on a shoe I wanted just because how slow the app loads. Not sure if it’s just me and my wifi is slow or it’s many other people too. If so, PLEASE FIX THIS. Seeing other reviews, I HIGHLY suggest to not use footlocker to win shoes for retail prices. It’s a total SCAM. It’s highly 0% win rate with no chance to even win a shoe. DON’T BUT FOOTLOCKER

iPhone XR. The app does not load pages. Yes, I have the latest update. I will click links from emails sent to me from Foot Locker and pages don’ t load. I will search for new drops and grandpa shoes that I know they have plenty in stock on their app and I get a blank page with the message “request failed” or “item unavailable”. I have purchased shoes from the app a few time and luckily had no issues. I get these error messages about 80 percent of the time. I like to earn FLX points when I buy but the app is inconvenient. So I end up buying through the Nike app and I don’t earn points for the same shoe usually sold at the same price.

Very FRUSTRATING. I would give it a 0 out of 5 star if I could. App is horrible anymore and customer service is just as bad. None of them know how to fix my issue, neither does IT techs. Somehow my VIP number got switched on the app and instead of being PLATINUM VIP it shows me as VIP that has spent well over the amount to be PLATINUM. So now I don’t get my 9 minute head start I only get 6 minutes. Goodbye raffle wins. Please fix this issue. As I write this I’m on hold with a manager to try and fix this again for like the 10th time. Every time I am talking to them they get kicked out of the VIP system and can’t get logged back in. Worked great for first couple years. FOOTLOCKER why fix what isn’t broke with ur updates?

Useless app. Foot locker and all of its other apps are trash. It’s so impossible and a waste of time to try to get any kind of sneakers releases through FootLocker website or apps. I got locked out of my account but I’ve had for over 10 years so I had to create a second account. Within a couple months that one doesn’t work now neither. Every time I do a password reset it always says something went wrong. Once I started getting that message for my second account, I decided it’s time to delete and move on from any footlocker app.

App is a joke. App is a complete waste of time in my opinion, you’re honestly better just trying to use Confirmed or SNKRS & we all know both of those apps have their problems. The issue with this app is that it constantly logs you out the minute you swipe the app away. It’ll also oddly remove your shipping and payment information, so you have to enter it every single time you open the app. It’s oddly frustrating and when you try to contact Foot Locker about this issue, no one in the tech department knows how to correct it. Extreme waste of time.

What Happened?. I have both FootLocker and Champs downloaded on my phone. I buy gear off of each one all the time. Today I went back onto Foot Locker after I noticed there was an update for it and it asked me to create a new password for it that would log me into both Foot Locker and Champs and well after putting in my info it just froze. Then it took me to another screen and went black and said “error”. Another bug? I don’t know but even when I click continue with guest account it won’t let me buy anything. Please fix!!!

Huh?. I was looking for shoes like Nike shoes and Jordan’s I went and downloaded the app some time ago and today I came back on the app to look for some shoes like Jordan 1 Rings and to see if I like any other ones and I’m on the app and it’s stuck on the loading circle and I was impatient so I closed the app and I went back To it to find out I was signed out of my account and I couldn’t sign in and I tried resetting my account but I never got the notification please footlocker see if you can figure out this issue

Horrible. I ordered over $600 worth of shoes my own card same billing address as shipping and i have same number that matches everything!! My order was canceled without notification until I contacted customer care only to be told I need to contact fraud department. I did that I was told everything matches up fine just order again and split order in two because system automatically cancels orders over $500 (didn’t know that) due to fraud. Ok i do just that and orders still were canceled I will be deleting this app footlocker has lost a valuable customer. I’m taking my money elsewhere

The reason why I give the app a 2 stars.. I give it a two stars 🌟 because the app is way too basic. 1) as an e-commerce app and a company so big as FTL I expect more if I have an account I should be able to see my order history as long as the account is active. 2) wish list is very important they don’t have that those are very basic things you would think they would be come up with, that’s why I have FTL before Nike about 2 weeks apart since October to be exact 2019 so far I spent $2300,00 on their sites. FTL? Just $38. The app functions simply is not attractive.

User Tips. Good for browsing and general orders. Not good (practically broken) for highly sought after releases. If you are a FLX member I highly advise you to be mindful concerning using FLX points for head-starts on releases. Every release I have entered since February 2021 has glitched in some capacity—resulting in payment method, shipping address being removed or my entry being trashed all together. It’s unacceptable that Footlocker Inc., absolves itself of any responsibility from members loosing points with the “standard” disclaimer you have to agree to prior to using your headstarts/FLX points. I regularly check and update the app, my apple software etc. Using points and not getting a coveted W is a part of the game, using points only for the app to glitch every time is a failure of Footlocker and a disservice to all of the clients they serve. A sad but obvious tell on how Footlocker is struggling to keep up with the ever-evolving consumer experience market.
