Please fix Belgian Waffle to have the option to select warmed in the app. App is ok as long as you are getting regular menu smoothies with no changes. Please fix the Belgian waffle to have option to select warmed within the app. Every time I go in the store they tell me I selected not warmed and I explain the app doesn’t let you choose. I tried putting it in the special instructions but the employees don’t see them. Thank you.

Sneaky App Practices. This is in reflection to the Jamba Juice app, not the beverages themselves. There is a .35 cent charge with each order you place, all in the name of ‘server maintenance.’ No, seriously. Each time you want to order ahead, or get an online exclusive drink: “that’ll be an extra .35 please and thank you.” May not seem like a big deal at the time, but think of how many other consumers are in the exact train of thought? Don’t support this behavior, if you want a smoothie, order in the store. (You can still use rewards using only your phone number)

Gift Card & Product Issues in App. Starting off with a couple complaints: 1. You can only use one gift card per order, 2. If you use you debit card + 1 gift card, it doesn’t show you where the gift card amount was subtracted; it just says one was used, and 3. The system is a little slow,or not working altogether, on updating products that are not available in the store.

Needs update to customize. I like my drinks double blended, but this option is not provided on the app. When I have tried calling any of the stores, no one ever answers, so following up happens when I get there and have to ask them to do it then. I also dislike giving a tip before I receive my order. I tip based on the service received, but the app requires me to add the tip before I get my order. Please consider updating the app to allow for tipping after receiving the order. So far, using the app doesn’t make ordering any quicker or easier. I currently wouldn’t recommend the app as is, and will likely delete if the changes aren’t made. It just doesn’t work for me in its current condition.

Massive user, this app can be better- easily. 1. You add an item to basket, a pop-up at the top of the app comes up and tells you one item added to basket. Brilliant - except it covers the back arrow you need to press to add another item. Do you NOT want me to order more than one item? 2. Thirsty Thursday. In store you order a medium smoothie on Thursday you get a large. Online you order a medium, by god you get a medium. You complain, they say well you ordered a medium. Can you give us a thirsty Thursday button... something? Otherwise you are punishing users for using app.... stop it. 3. These days you order, you drive to store, they don’t have your order. They then push a button on their terminal and stare “we just got your order so it will be a while”. Why am I using this app again?

Phone number issue. I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t make an account with a duplicate phone number in use. It won’t let me sign up because it says my phone number is already in use, however someone else had this number before me. So now I can’t make an account, even though I personally haven’t created an account under this number? I’ve never had an app do that. It makes sense for email, but it shouldn’t matter what phone number is listed as long as one is provided for ordering.

Overpriced!. I would order delivery a few times a day but the fees and taxes are outrageous!! Make it more affordable and more people would have access to healthy smoothies and some food items. Also, you guys need more vegan options!! You guys have the impossible da which but it’s not even vegan! What the heck is the point? You’re so close, but missed the mark Jamba team...

Item shows as not available when it really is. I really think only order the Orange Dream Machine, but the app no longer lists it for my location, even though in fact they sell it. I found the app difficult to navigate in general. Also wished it listed the phone no. of locations instead of just address (since I ended up having to call in my order). I have upgraded the app twice I the last several weeks and the problem persists. App is useless for me in it’s current state.

Delivery Order Never Delivered. DON’T ORDER DELIVERY! Our order was never delivered so we had to call the store at the Mesa, Arizona location. They told us they didn’t know what to do because the order was given to either Door Dash or Uber Eats. It sounded like they couldn’t do anything for us, but we pressed them since we ordered through the app. Eventually, said they couldn’t refund us the money yet because we could still get our order, in which we told them we didn’t want our drinks if it was over 30 minutes late anyway due to the quality. They said they would speak to their manager, who wouldn’t be in until the next day. We were then instructed to call back, and that our refund would be given to us 24-48 hours until we spoke with the manager. The whole experience was way too inconvenient, and it looked like they wouldn’t have done anything for us because “they already handed the order off to another service”. I definitely will not be using the delivery option again. Very unpleasant experience.

App Crap. Jamba Juice has been my go-to lunch for many years. Used the old system for points and worked well. Enjoyed many $3.00 off Jamba Juices and received points every time. Once you went to this app-BOOM! Notta! Wants me to sign in to transfer my points over to this app! Am unable to sign on because it says my phone number is already in use! Well yes because it is me trying to sign in to transfer my points. I have not been able to collect points for several months! I am sad...

delivery. i wish that since you use doordash to complete deliveries that i could connect my doordash app/account, that way maybe i could have my settings appropriate so the dasher can understand what i expect to happen. i dont think they have any idea when dashing that i made my order through other means, if i had my settings i could accurately set the pin on the map for where my apartment is (and not be called about it) and i could also let them know to leave the delivery at the door and not wait (settings most delivery apps have). I shouldn't have to write this all in the notes every time, plus (i know from being a dasher) that the directions wont tell you your end destination right away and it blocks you from seeing notes until youre stopped, so if the apt number is in notes you're kinda screwed.

Similar Complaints. I like the idea and look and feel of the app, but I have experienced similar issues that others have stated. Here are the three things that happened to me within the first two weeks of using the app. 1. Order messed up because special instructions do not relay to Jamba Juice team. I have tried three times at two different locations and not once had the special instructions been followed and they insist it isn’t showing up on their end. 2. Still have to wait for my order. There is no alternative pickup line for online orders so I still had to wait in line. One time also my order had not been started. 3. No way to cancel the order. I accidentally sent an order to the wrong location and immediate called the location. They said they would go ahead and cancel the order and hasn’t started on it. Two weeks later still no refund even after following up with them. They say they have no way to actually refund the money but we’re happy to cancel the order. Kudos for them. I would like to hear back to see if any of these issues are being resolved.

Frustrated with How to Integrate My Phone Number on File. I have tried for at least an hour to start a profile with my current email with the phone number they have on file. I have hit a wall and cannot log in and I see no way to ask for assistance on the app to help. All I want to do is sign in but every time I enter my phone number it says it’s taken, but my old email is something I don’t access and I want to have my current emIl linked. Seems like a simple ask, but at this point I’m agitated that something this simple has no solution.

Frustrating not worth the download. You lost a Customer.. First off the app design is terrible. All the other reviews about the app working erratically are correct. In my case I wasn’t even able to place an order because it refused to add not one or two but three of my cards. You can only add a card at time of order which is another design flaw. I happen to be close to my local store when trying to order and decided to go to store for help. The person at the store knew nothing about the app or how it works and was rude about it as well. Not only would I not recommend using the app but I will never buy from Jamba again. Not that jamba even reads these or cares .. but for the record I normally visit Jamba multiple times a week, not anymore.

Good App, But Has Issues. Not sure what changed in one of the last updates, but this app used to work perfectly for us. We especially loved the substitution option since we don’t consume dairy products. However in the version of the app I’m on, the substitutions aren’t working, and putting a note in the app doesn’t always mean that the workers will see it. Please fix this issue, and then we will be back up to five stars.

Glitch. Every time I order a substitution they don’t get it at the store but it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if I have to get there before they make it(the employee suggested) to tell them my modifications. Today when I went in the guy showed me their order screen and I showed him my email and they didn’t match? Please fix the bug! Your bowls are delicious but I end up waiting 30 minutes for my original and then the remake!

This app is very glitchy. I use this app daily, every day practically. It is laden with bugs, problems getting the order at the store (Today they did not have my order and they have no idea why it didn’t arrive this is happened before) Also recently the food was removed off my app and I could not order it in the store did not know why so I stopped ordering the food in advance which I had become a custom to getting. Also the constant upsell every single time I order you have to pop that screen up right as I’m trying to go onto the next screen and you’re trying to sell me a waffle or a water yeah no thanks that’s really annoying can you please stop that. Basically a glitchy app that allows you to order in advance in your order may or may not be ready at the store when you get there. My suggestion is they scrap this app and build it again from the bottom up it’s that bad.

Bad UX. Design is really nice, but that’s where my praise ends. Facebook integration is broken. Other user flows through user signup are glitchy. Then once in the app the ordering process is very strange. They make it seem like you have to add everything into your smoothie instead of just picking a size and free boost and add to cart (the counter shows 0 out of X for everything). Bad experience in app removed my confidence to provide payment information so i deleted the app. They were obviously trying to copy Starbucks, but couldn’t quite get the UX and flows correct. Not thought out well enough and needs more work and bug fixes.

Useless. I have worked at the Lowe’s in the same parking lot for 3 years. The 1st thing that drove me away is that the app says no online ordering for this location. The 2nd thing that drove me away from coming in is that certain items that I want every day are not prepped and the app won’t let me order when I’m on my break, so I can pick up when I go on lunch, thus allowing me to enjoy my smoothies/ juices/ shots while I’m on my lunch. This means my order today went from a $30 order, to a $6 order. The people who work at this location are very nice but when I can’t get what I came in for it doesn’t do any good. I also wish they had organic options.

Good, but….. The app could be better if there were a way for me to get notified that they are out of certain things. This has happened a few times where I have ordered something and the item wasn’t available. So I had to wait while they made me something else in store. It’s definitely a minor complaint. Just something to improved the experience.

My favorite since the late 1990’s!. Jamba Juice was under a different name when I first started going to Them for smoothies! I love their fresh squeezed orange juice in my favorite smoothies. And I love their bowls!! I use the app to order from time to time too. Just wish my old favorite was on the app. It is Orange Berry Blitz and I would want to substitute the fresh orange juice for .75 more. Thank you!!

Locations. The app ask if it can monitor my location but then when I order placed the order it keeps the previous location so it doesn’t check to see which Jamba is the nearest it just automatically populates the last location that I placed an order and I’ve made a lot of errors that way when I’m because I work in Boynton Beach I usually order at the Delray location but then I live in Wilton Manor so I used my order at the Federal Highway location so I would have to call customer service ask for a refund and then pay for the proper location to make my order it’s just a waste of time and a waste of money I wish the app actually generated to the nearest location

Jamba Juice rocks!!!!. I live in Los Osos and every time I come into SLO Jamba is my go to place before coming back home. I have never disliked anything I’ve ordered, all items are fresh and so satisfying. The staff is very pleasant and is always on task. Even when the store is fairly busy staff handles it professionally and always smiles when they take my order and then hands it to me. Whatever training they go through shows that the owners are extremely conscientious in making and keeping Jamba a place that we all love to go to. I use to own The Rib Line years ago so I know how important not only the product is but the service is as well. Thank you for giving me such a good treat!!! Barbara Albert

Frustrated customer. I love love love Jamba Juice and have been a customer for years. I am not pleased with the new app at all. I have not received any rewards since it’s started. Every time I go in store, the app doesn’t load. When they enter my phone number, I’m not receiving the rewards. I’ve tried to order with it and can never get it to work. Not sure why they changed the process of us just entering our phone number at the register bcuz that seemed to work just perfect.

3% service charge. I was informed by customer service that Jamba actively discourages the use of the app by charging a 3% service charge. I don’t know of another restaurant app that does this. The other restaurants probably don’t do it because they know they are saving money by not having to allocate labor to manually take as many orders. This would be like Walmart charging to use their self checkout stations. I’ll make sure to use up Jamba’s employees’ time next time I order so that there are longer lines and wait times as well as a higher labor cost.

APP UPDATE IS HORRIBLE..FIX IT. The last APP update is horrible. Having to choose a pickup time that can be 10 to 19 minutes later is ridiculous, especially if you’re sitting out in the parking lot, store isn’t busy, you go in and they don’t even have the APP order you placed yet. This has happened to me and several other people in the store all just standing around. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s quicker to just go in and order? I use the APP for efficiency and to not have to exchange cash or use the credit card machine keeping contact down to a zero on that end is crucial right now. PLEASE fix this, get rid the “pick a time” option and let the order go through immediately when paid for.

NOT intuitive at all to choose location. This is the 3rd time this happened where my order was sent to the wrong Jamba. There are two diff ones in our area that we go to. After the first time it happened I very carefully check to make sure that I chose the correct one and somehow it changes to the last location once the order is made. The first couple of times this happened the staff was very nice and told me they will just call the other store to cancel the order and everything was ok. This time they told me I have to call, but nobody answers at the other store. So now we’re buying another drink and the staff here told us they’ll try to call to cancel it for us. So. We’re just hoping the other order gets canceled. If I don’t get the other order canceled I’m just going to quit on Jamba. This is too ridiculous.

Good app most of the time. This has been a staple app for me when I wake up late for work. Save time, order in the car, pick up and head to work. Now, I keep getting an “order changed. Please validate order” error which I can’t seem to figure out how to get around despite nothing changing. My time savings has now gone negative and defeats the purpose of the app.

Never received order. I ordered through this app for delivery to my apartment, and it didn’t say anywhere while submitting my order or in the confirmation email that it would be delivered through a third-party delivery service. An hour after I placed my order, I hadn’t received any further email or text updates (besides the initial confirmation email from Jamba) so I decided to call the store and ask if my order was on the way yet. The employees said it had been picked up by someone through grubhub or doordash (they weren’t sure) along with other orders, and that it was out of their control that I didn’t get my order. They also said they couldn’t refund me and that I would have to contact support for grubhub or doordash, even though I was not contacted by either of these at any point through text, email, or call. Don’t use this app if you want a smoothie delivered.

Major Disappointment. I have loved Jamba Juice for a long time which is what makes this disappointing. This app is overly complicated which I could live with, but what bothers me the most is that it is so difficult to choose the pick up time and it defaults to a tip. Why is the default a 15% tip??!!! Who tips 15% for someone doing their job? These aren’t waiters who are comí by your table every 15 minutes or delivery drivers driving 20 minutes to the restaurant to get your food and then 20 minutes to your house. But the absolute worst thing about this app: they never start making my mobile order until I’m in the restaurant!!!’ What’s the point of the mobile order??!!!! Even if I order 15 minutes in advance, they still will not have even started on my order.

Total pain. I use apps to order food every day and met me tell you this one is among the worst. By the time I actually find the thing I want to order, my frustration level is already rising. Then when I go to pay, it makes me go back to pick a time. And the reason I am deleting this app, the absolute most ridiculous part of this app... It does not allow me to use apple pay. Instead it forces me to enter name, card number, address, etc for payment info. Forget it. Apps should make life easier, not more of a pain in the you know what.

Constant bugs. I’ve had this app for years and have never successfully placed a mobile order. I also can never use multiple gift cards or even use a gift card and then pay the remaining with my visa. Today I attempted once again to mobile order and now it says “ERROR: Get basket operation failed. Please check internet connection and try again” LOL. This app is only useful to conveniently look at their menu and see if you have an rewards available. All other futures are absolutely useless.

A basic ordering app that doesn't do anything. This app fails constantly. I end up ordering in person most of the time because the app is almost useless. Sometimes it's missing smoothies from your basic menu, though I can order them in the store. Sometimes it says the location doesn't accept online orders, even though when I go there is a designated area that says "Mobile & Online Order Pickup." Sometimes it says the location is cash-only, which is both a lie and defeats the entire purpose of a mobile order. Sometimes it can't log in and then says the account doesn't exist on a password reset. Get your act together, Jamba Juice. No reason this app should have this much trouble.

Good. My app glitches out sometimes but overall is really good. I wish they would add a section for setting your allergies, I’m deathly allergic to peaches but I hate having to write that out on every order I place. They have a section similar for dietary restrictions but allergies would be very helpful for me and probably many others

Fix the app please!. I have had nothing but issues with this app recently. It let me place an order and when I went to pick it up a few minutes later the store was closed. I’ve placed multiple orders that have disappeared once I arrive. I’m not getting points for my purchases because I’m having to do in store orders. My daughter just placed an order and I came to pick it up and there’s no record of the order. She asked me if I could order it for her because she tried to reorder it and couldn’t. I tried and I wasn’t allowed to order it either. Now I had to order it verbally and wait which I don’t have time for. I’m still here at Jamba Juice and have been able to do all of this while waiting. This is ridiculous and I don’t get banana points for ANY of the orders I have to reorder. Ridiculous 🤬

Great way to order. Works every time and order is correct. It also gives great discounts, even gives free smoothies occasionally. Only suggestion for improvement might be to add a place where you can enter special requests. I’d like to add peanut butter to some smoothies but can’t unless I order in the store. But seriously great app if you are a Jamba fan.

Never works. I generally like the app. It’s easy to navigate and order, however, every time I place an order it gives an error message and I have to order in person. I have a gift card loaded in the app which I can’t use because there isn’t a way to pay from the app for an in person order. Or, the team doesn’t know the app and can’t help me. Wish this issue would get fixed. Both the error and ability to pay from the app in person.

Hidden fees and no way to cancel orders. This app is awful. They give you all of the nutritional info but it doesn’t tell you how much is in a size. (Ex: is a small 12 or 16 oz?) When I went to check out, I was given a total and clicked submit. Suddenly the confirmation page pops up with an additional $0.88 charge for a “tip”. There was no way for me to change or cancel my order. Had I known the total for a basic small strawberry smoothie would be almost $8, I would have gone down the street for a $4 milk shake instead. I have filed a complaint and will update this review if I hear back.

Inventory mismatches, Can't place orders. This app is a far cry from a 4.9 star app. If you order from different locations a lot — you'll know why. If you want to reorder - you can't change the pickup store. Then, some stores it says "don't support" credit cards. But the option for debit cards is greyed out, so you effectively can't place an order. You only know this after you've spent several minutes assembling an order. Also the app will let you order things the store doesn't have.

They make it easy to take your money but difficult to give it back. Ordering is easy enough if you just want a standard smoothie or other item. If you want any special handling or alterations the folks at the stores won’t see them and this your order will be incorrect. If you accidentally place an item in your basket and try to delete it, yeah no. That’s not going to happen. You will have to try a hundred times to delete the item and will eventually just need to hope your friend wants that smoothie because it won’t budget from your basket. This app makes it easy for them t take your money but difficult for you to recoup it if there is a mistake.

If i could give zero stars i would. I went to Jamba Juice not knowing they don’t accept apple pay. So I left hopeless until i saw that they were advertising their app on a poster. So i downloaded the app to order my drinks and pick up it right then and there! But from the starts there were product pain points that I could not successfully place my order. First, I wanted to sign up and filled out all the text fields, but the submission would not go through and kept getting this message saying it failed. I tried twice and decided not to sign up and just order as a guest. I tried to search for the location of the Jamba Juice I was at but for some reason it I wasn’t able to select it and it was also labeled as ‘closed’… which was confusing bc I was right in front of the store and it was clearly operating. Anyways, I closed the app and reopened it to try the whole process again, but nothing i wanted to accomplish got through. I ended up going to Rite Aide and bought some Naked Juice instead. The design was clean and pleasing, but nothing was functional on my end…

BEWARE. If the particular store that you have selected (like the one I went to in Suisun City, CA) doesn’t have all the necessary ingredients for your drinks, which was like all of our drinks, they can’t really refund you you’re just, out of luck. I went in to grab my drinks after waiting 20 minutes the app so they should be ready, only to find out they didn’t have any ingredients and they didn’t know how to issue a refund and there’s no phone number to call for Jamba Juice corporate, it’s a joke, I wouldn’t ever use the app again I would only pay in person because I don’t wanna lose another $45.

Beware: The tipping default changed after updating. After updating the app, I placed a smoothie order for pickup. When I came home and checked my order confirmation email, I noticed there was a 15% tip added for the “driver”. Since I placed a pickup order, I was the driver. I have since changed the setting to no tip since I always drive to pickup my smoothie, but this was a shady update by the folks at Jamba Juice.

What's the app for?. Not sure why Jamba took the time and spent the money to place online order. In 3 attempts (by 2 different people) to use it resulted in the same situation: - the store is unaware of the order until we show up and point it out to the staff - we wait in the store for the order to be ready as if we had ordered directly when arriving. I just don't see the benefit of using the app but maybe I'm.missing something.

(FIXED) Nothing will load; online orders impossible. When I got the app and created my account, the app was working just fine. It was very easy to make online orders. But suddenly, it just wouldn’t load beyond the main screen. My rewards wouldn’t load and I couldn’t start an online order. I checked and there were no problems with my internet connection in general. Please fix! UPDATE: It’s working perfectly now. Thank you for listening!

⚠️App was nice, but no coupons accepted in spite of meeting the requirements?. Despite the hype, the latest app update still didn’t solve the problem of accepting coupons within the app. I tried different combinations - while many of them did meet the Terms & Conditions and within the allowance, the app kept on saying “Check Reward Requirements.” I even contacted them to resolve the issue and a new coupon was issued. Still, that didn’t even work and the “Check Reward Requirements” remained in effect in spite of my best efforts.

Missing Professionalism Essentials. You cannot cancel an order once you’ve submitted it. You cannot use gift cards in the app (as opposed to the Starbucks app). Customer service is extremely difficult to contact and you have to use an internet browser/their website to do so; you can’t in the app. I attempted to use a BOGO on one of my orders and they did not accept it—and none of the terms and conditions were violated. Very disappointed with the lack of electronic business essentials.

Recycling. It is overall really good the vanilla blue base is delicious! But I suggest them to do recycling the world is overloaded with plastic considering, they use plastic bowls and they don’t do recycling think about each costumer comes in a plastic bowls puts it in a regular trash can it loads up for plastic to ruin the world. Also with the milkshakes are plastic everything in it açai bowls everything is plastic in that store and not having a recycling bin it is very unbelievable. You should get a recycling bin it’s the least you can do. We are the new generation we need to change things it is quite important to save the planet.

Beautiful App and So Simple!. I haven't really reviewed apps much before, but feel the genuine need to after my first experience utilizing the Jamba one! As a Vegan, I'm SO glad that they had a "dietary restrictions" checklist that you can mark as you make your account! It makes it so much easier to order items. :-) The general look and feel of the app is smooth and chic, and everything is there right where you need it. I placed my first order today with zero complications or complaints, and already know that the points/rewards system is going to be super beneficial (a JJ just opened near my place, so I'll be frequenting it often!) Thank you for creating an easy, lovely experience for customers here. 😌

LOVE jamba. “Special instructions” need more inclusion. I have been a Jambe person for years so using the app was a no brainer. The issue is Jamba employees NEVER read the “special instructions” for my order. So they only get my order right when I order in person. Here’s the issue: I order whey AND soy protein but with an almond milk substitution. So when I go for pickup they ask if I meant to do that thinking I have an allergy (even though I clarify the order in special instructions). EVERY. TIME. I ORDER. I understand why they do it, but all they have to do is see my instructions.

Messed up everything. This app messes up all your orders. Told me there was an error during checkout so I couldn’t use my $3 off reward. Took it off and the order went through. Got to the store and the order went through and charged me twice even though it said it wasn’t working the first try. I gave it another shot, was unable to move any item from my cart. Tried several times to remove a smoothie, had to try and cancel the order. That didn’t work either. Had to delete and redownload the app. This is just a mess of glitches.

PLEASE ADD TIPS!. This app is great. It always works great. It’s always updated. It’s fantastic. BUT the fact that I cannot leave a tip through the app is infuriating. I never carry cash on me anymore. Many people don’t anymore. Most other apps allow for tipping through the app. PLEASE add the option to tip in the app. It’s 2021, let’s catch up with the times.

Horrible Update. Ever since the update Jamba Juice made it so much hard to go and order. Previously it would go and put the time as ASAP and you guys should of left it at that. The new update goes and put it as 15-20 min pick up time and it is annoying. Even the workers here get annoyed of it because I show up and they said they have not received anything until a couple min later so basically it is the same wait time as you ordering yourself. What is the point of ordering ahead. You guys need to bring that ASAP option back. It is really agitating.

Order feedback would be nice. I like to get whey with my açaí orders, but I would say about 15% of the time it’s not added. This is common while I’m on the road, so turning around and going back is counterproductive to my schedule. I would like to be able to leave some sort of feedback on each order, especially if it can result in a small refund of not receiving what I paid for.

Super great time saver!!. Love being able to order easily on the app. I think what could make this better is if we got the notice when our stuff is done, as Sometimes I’m in another store or wait in my car.

I’m dumb, I just want to cancel mistakes.. I’m a regular, so obviously I love the app and deals and everything, but I do wish it would allow you to cancel orders. I often send them to the wrong destination and then have to call in and go through a whole process to cancel.

Bakersfield Rosedale hwy. Cashier was great had to wait about 10 minutes to get drink. I was watching the young girl making them they were turning out great a older lady that was working beside her her drinks were like pouring milk out of a milk carton very runny. When I went to receive my order they were very runny I asked the younger girl if she could thicken them like the others. A stepped back and waited a minute the young girl grout them back still runny now with chunks of ice so large they clogged up my straw a waste of 15 dollars

Almost never works. I love Jamba probably more than the average person, so when I heard that there was an app, I was pumped. Unfortunately the rewards portion only works if I order through the app (rather than the store). And even that doesn’t always work. It may sound overdramatic, but I’m now much less likely to visit Jamba. I used to go there enough that the rewards made a big difference. Don’t pretend like you have a rewards program if it doesn’t actually work.

Contractor needs to hear this. This app has become unusable. We literally cannot buy any smoothies. It says “please make a selection for ” every time we try to add it to the cart, selecting the required options. Whoever is developing this app needs to actually test it. If they’re not writing unit, integration and UATs, then Jamba Juice should contract elsewhere. There is no reason this issue should not have been caught in QA before release. Please get this fixed, or I guarantee you are losing orders.

Menu. Where has the Chocolate Mood drink gone? The stores still make it for us when we order. I have to call the store every time I order for a special accommodation. I will order the peanut butter mood on the app and then call to ask them to not put bananas and peanut butter. Sometimes they still mess it up by adding bananas. Just bring back the chocolate mood… just chocolate!

Love the convenience but needs full menu of store. I love being able to grab my Jamba and go. When the app is functioning properly it’s great. The app chronically does not have what is available at my store. It doesn’t recognize when the store is closed and has put an order through to a store that wasn’t open. Could be great if it was smarter

Jamba adds a hidden “service fee” for ordering through the app. Hidden in with the taxes, Jamba adds a service fee for ordering through the app. It’s outrageous in the modern age that companies are still charging for online ordering. We understand that it costs money to provide services, just add that in with the cost of the item. Stop nickel and diming us with hidden fees. I used to order Jamba regularly, I am now deleting the app and will start visiting other smoothie shops instead.

Error Message For Address. I cannot have Jamba delivered due to an error message I receive when I input my address. It says, “More than one result was returned for this address. Please make address as special as possible”. I input all info requested such as unit number and name of complex but still does not work.

Luv this app!. I love everything about this app! the menu, the app provides you nearby locations... The only thing I would ask is that I wish there was an option to store more than one payment method & to use Apple Pay. Other than that I am becoming a fast Jamba juice addict 😋😋

Can’t see rewards because only the first few characters show.. I have several rewards that I’ve tried to use and they eventually expire because every time I try to use them it says I don’t have the right items in my cart. But I have no idea what items I need because the rewards say something like “Get double 2x poin…” and that’s it. I can’t see what the whole reward is and there’s no way to read it. Clearly they don’t want users redeeming any rewards. Kind of a rip-off.

"View All" problem. Every single time I click view all for one of the categories it freaking takes me to a different category so I can never see the full options for whichever one I'm trying to look at. For example I press "view all" on plant-based and it shows me all the options for packs or kids? Pretty annoying because what's the point of the app if I can't even see all my options when trying to order.

Healthy !!!. The freshest healthiest drinks you get buy & on top of that you can customize it. I’m a cancer survivor & chemo has really ruined my gut. I’ve been drinking one of these daily for 3 months now and I’m finally beginning to get a healthy gut $ body 😊 thank-you Jamba Juice and all the staff at the 82nd & Gateway location very knowledgeable. 💕

Useless except for in store rewards. Wasted a third of my lunch break toward trying to place an app order. It said something about the order changing and needing to place it again after putting in my new card info. I will not be relying on the core function of this app anymore: ordering in advance. The rewards seem to work fine at least, but it is absurd there is a fee associated with using this app when it runs as bad as it does.

Great customizations to a point!. This app is great with letting you customize your protein and milk. But it does not let you delete your sweetener. I can’t have added sugar so when going to delete the honey it just lets you chose between honey or agave. It won’t let you chose neither. Also the nutrition numbers do not change with customizations, which would be nice. The app is great with letting me know if something may correspond with an allergy.

Super annoyed. It’s really irritating that I can get the old drink I use to really enjoy and that I can’t switch the juice option to carrot juice. I would pay more. I am super annoyed that I can’t order ahead now, especially since I have three small kids. I will be going here less and less. Unfortunate.

Great juice - app needs work. Of the many issues with the app, todays was a 20% coupon that showed as applicable, completed the order, THEN showed me the coupon didn’t work and that the full amount had been charged. (Usually the million times a coupon doesn’t work with the app, it “correctly” shows its inability to use it PRIOR to purchase; so you can adjust your order if necessary.

Needs some work. I like the allergy warning and options offered by the app but it is not user friendly when it comes to ordering and thereafter making a selection for a location. You need to erase your order and start over after selecting the correct location. It needs to have an option like Starbucks app, where you can order your food and thereafter select a location

Not a happy customer. I downloaded the app expecting something decent, and at first it was. I got my points and it was great. I log back into my app to see if there was a deal. And all of my bananas points were gone. I was only 10 more away till I got the $3 off. So I’m honestly a little bummed, and will probably give my business to another company with a better reward system. Because that’s what makes going the worth it me. I don’t enjoy spending $6 on a single smoothie, but if you have a good reward program it makes it a little more worth while. Please fix your app.

Time Waster. ...just go inside and hope for the best. I've deleted and reloaded this app multiple times, made sure it was updated, powered off and on...and it still glitches w an error message every time I try and complete my order. Yes, my cc is correct. I gave up for months but my teen is sick and begged a mega mango. Three attempts later, I went into the store. What happens when I place my order? A Postmates order came in at the same time as I was paying at the counter and it canceled it out. The employee apologized and said they were having lots of problems with the new system. Maybe pay your online and mobile development people better? Attract better talent?

Can’t use gift cards as payments on the App. Bought a gift card since there is a special for it. I then went to place my online takeout order only to find out that the store closest to me doesn’t accept gift cards as payments! I’ve been to this store before and used gift cards there with no issue. The whole idea was to order ahead hence why I installed the App. Now I have to go inside and wait, which I was trying to avoid since this COVID thing is going on. I’ll have to wait til after my meeting to get my drink now. Shucks!

Surcharge by Jamba For Every Order. The app does not display the full list of drinks at the location you want. In addition if you make an order online and tap on the taxes breakdown there is an additional charge Jamba Juice charges you - out of their kindness to develop and app and the cost of allowing mobile purchases. Give me a break!!! It’s 2021. Mobile ordering is a standard now. I’m not going to pay an additional fee just to order online. I’ll walk to the competition nextdoor or a block away.

Gift cards can’t be used. I was gifted a gift card from a student at my school. I was bummed to see that I couldn’t redeem the Gift Card on the app. There is no section that allows you to choose gift card over debit card. I’m sure it’s because Jamba uses a third party to deliver, but the third party should adapt to those companies gift cards and allow them to be redeemed on the companies site.

Error Messages when ordering. The app is great and easy to use however there are still error messages when I want to order a medium or large drink. It’s been like this for a long time. Please fix this issue! It happens when I order an Orange Dream Machine. Fix the app! Why is it always having issues? Today it says all stores are not able to take online ordering!

Terrible app. This app decides from week to week how it will act! This morning after the latest update- I can’t order any smoothies!! When I go to order I can choose juices or snack packs - the smoothies don’t even show up! My only choice is to repeat an old order. This happens ALL THE TIME!

I only needed to use it once to know it’s terrible. I have a soy allergy. The first question the app asked was what my allergies were. I put soy. I ordered a protein berry workout with OAT milk (the app even warned me about the soy), and submitted the order. When I got my drink, it clearly tasted like soy. I checked the app, and low and behold, soy was written under my order. It asked for my allergies, asked if I wanted to substitute, all just to completely disregard my choices. It didn’t even warn the patrons about my allergy. Failure app.

pointless and aggravating. the whole point of an order ahead app is to not wait in line in store. but, in their great wisdom, these developers have made it so you can order, come to the store, watch people order through the line ahead of you (almost ten minutes after you order), and they STILL get their drinks before you. useful. also, you won’t actually be able use the $3 off you get for signing up. it’s a nice idea though. finally, the “banana points” you supposedly earn with each order don’t ever get credited to you. not a day after you order, not a week after. this app is a scam. sincerely disappointed in jamba juice. the idea is great in theory but maybe you should make sure ANY of the features work before releasing to the public. don’t waste your time with this app.

App Never Works. I can never sign in to my original account, reset the password, create a new account or even order as a guest on this app. The app constantly gives me errors or “authentication failed”. I’ve been just calling the store or ordering in person but it’s honestly frustrating enough to just not go to Jamba anymore. How do you have a rewards program that can’t even be accessed because your app never works? And this is been pretty common feedback from others for years. Yikes.

Can’t order due to boost selections not being registered correctly. There seems to be a bug in this current version of the app because I was able to order previously with no issue but now when I try to select any boosts, it doesn’t work as expected. If I select 1 boost, it doesn’t register, but it does detect if I select too many. This happens regardless of what smoothie you choose and what size. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Terrible App functionality. This app is straight garbage. I’ve had multiple issues and I’m finally giving up. You can’t even edit or delete an order once it’s in your basket you have to sign out and start over. My favorites got deleted and I can’t even use the 2 Memorial Day offers you sent me. I love Jamba Juice but in this day and age of you can’t have something as simple as a “functioning app” I’m going have to go somewhere else. Reaching out about issues is a total waste. They might respond in 6-8 wks...ZERO STARS

Don’t upgrade app; it gets worst. I used to be able to make milk substitutions for the Matcha Green Tea Blast smoothie but ever since I upgraded the app, it is no longer an option. Saddened and annoyed by this so I started going to other smoothie establishments. If Jamba ever fixes this, I’ll come back.

I really dislike how this app works. Disappointing that there is a fee to order over the app. I dislike that I do all the work of putting in my order, entering the payment and then picking up the order only to be charged to do this work for the company. Then an automatically added 15% tip is added? Why should I have to pay to do the work for this company, then tip the workers for doing their job? Very disappointed and I will delete the app and not be returning

App troubles. I haven’t been able to order through the app for over a month now. Every time I open the app, not even two second later it shuts down on me. I can still go online and order, but it really defeats the point of the app!! I loved using the app before it started shutting down on me. I’ll give it 2 stars because of that, but I hope it gets fixed really soon and I’ll change the stars! This was a great app

Good App. Needs Improvement. The app functions fine, however, I am driven to use other online ordering apps for other stores because the menu on the Jamba Juice app is subpar. It doesn’t contain the full list of drinks and food offered at regular stores, and it makes me not want to use the app. I would appreciate if in the next update, the menu would be updated.

Tips should be eligible after the product is made available.. I do not believe that I should be pressured to tip on the app or in store prior to even witnessing the product being made. If I tip too low according to employees they could altar or tamper my purchase. I do not think this is a good way to approach this, hopefully there is an alternative way to do this without affecting the employees getting tipped.

Rewards system is a scam. Ordered a watermelon breeze specifically because I had a reward for $2 off the drink. Confirmation screen shows my reward and the discount but when I go to complete it I get charged full price. I would’ve just ordered something else if that’s the case. Called the Jamba to cancel my order they said to do it in app but that was not an option and they did not know how to cancel it either. Won’t be using this again.

Passable. Was hoping this would be as convenient as the Starbucks app. It almost is, but it never saves your CC and it doesn’t take Apple Pay, so I have to enter the CC number each time. Makes it annoying and slow. In addition, often the workers don’t notice your customizations and give you less than what you paid for. The app is almost a success but there are just business structure reasons why the app is almost a fail.

new update is not the move. The app has been working for me when it came to my rewards but today I tried adding a coupon for a plant based smoothie and it says it cannot be applied. I tried numerous plant based smoothies to see if it was a glitch with certain smoothies but nope no luck. What is up Jamba?

Disappointed. I’ve use this app for the past year quite efficiently but for the past month it haskept giving me an error message when I try to order. So I finally deleted and reloaded the app but it still being all wonky. It keeps signing me out and giving me the same error message. Seems like some kind of fail on the TechTeam part or maybe it’s not compatible with some of the iPhone updates. Either way it’s costing the company some business.

Bad experience. It was fine before they added such a behind pick up time. Mobile ordering is supposed to be faster, but yet you still have to wait for at least 15 minutes until the order comes out of the machine. Before they would be done with it when you get there. Now it is no different then waiting in line. The only good thing I see is that it is contactless (of course it is) and perfect for these scary times.

Overpriced Goodness!. Smoothies are delish but the bowls are my staple fave. $8+ for one small bowl is a bit overpriced, especially when the kids/staff only fill the bowl half way. And our local Jumba historically is understaffed (even before COVID) and the average time for your order is 22 minutes, not including the wait in line. Ugh. So it’s an investment compared to other smoothie/bowl shoppes. But, when the bowls are made right and as advertised, well worth it.

Frustrated. Love the app, HOWEVER please include ability to add more than one additional item, such as Protein Isolate. I usually get two extra added to my drink, so I’m unable to purchase in advanced. 2) please make us CONFIRM order location prior to ordering!! I have ordered multiple times to find out I sent it to the wrong location. Thanks!!

Poor communication. The app lets you order things the store doesn't have, then the store employees don't know how to refund your money. It's happened multiple times to me and it takes multiple phone calls to employees who have no idea what you're talking about to get it resolved. Either the app shouldn't let you buy things that aren't available or it should have a smoother refund procedure. I'm going to call first before using the app from now on.

Lacking…. It’s been awhile since I’ve used this app so thought I’d give it a go today. Apparently doesn’t support Apple Pay, which is crazy to me. I don’t wanna put my cc in manually, handing that info over to them to keep. Gave up and went into the store instead, then noticed half the menu wasn’t even on the app. No consistency there. Don’t think I’ll use the app again unless this stuff is addressed…

Consistency would be appreciated. I don’t like that all your smoothie options aren’t available. If I can order it in person I should be able to order it through the app. Also it’s very slow, anyone I know with the app, and see at the register, says the rewards tab to scan for points takes so long to load. I’ll open mine when I walk in the store with no other tabs open and it still won’t be available until we’ll after I’ve ordered.

Pointless app. This app is the worst! It doesn’t load, pre-ordering doesn’t work, won’t load in the store and to add to that Jamba Juice cannot look your account up by your phone number in stores. It’s 2019, there is zero excuse for an app that performs this terribly. Trying to use the app has made me skip even going to Jamba Juice. It’s disrespectful how little they value their customers by creating this trash app and then adding additional hurdles to earning rewards. Skip this mess and visit your local juicery. You’ll save money, frustration and Fuller calories.
