What happened to my music. Videoshow WAS absolutely wonderful and I use it to edit EVERYTHING but I was editing a video today and I noticed that videoshow took away the ability to use my own music in the background of my videos. I download music onto my phone specifically to use it in the background of my videos and now I can’t?!?? You guys need to fix this bc I like editing on here and no other editor edits like videoshow but I can’t add my own music and that takes away EVERYTHING. I need to be able to use my music

Please fix this!!!!. Okay, I usually never review things and this is like a really good editor and all but, IT KEEPS CRASHING!!! So I have the iPhone 7 and in the middle of editing my videos it will just crash. That’s all. And it’s not like it says it’s crashing or it glitches then crashes, it literally just crashes out of no where. And then when I go back to my video I have to start all over. I have to save it multiple times and I have to be super aware of when it happens and I hate it!! It makes me so angry it feels like I’m playing a rage game! Please, can someone fix this please!!!

Update. It is a very great app and I love it but after today’s update every time I open it, it crashes, it was working fine before today’s update. I really hope this isn’t permanent, I’m just a little worried that it’s not opening and I might have to delete and download it again. Also I spent money on this app and I’m just worried if I delete this I might have to buy everything again. Just hoping I could still use it and not crash when clicking on this app.

UH..NO. Ok I have been using this app for about a year. But it was annoying using this. Why can’t you edit a screen recording??! I hate how you need FREAKING V.I.P how come kine master is better? HUH? How about be like FREAKIN kine master instead of this TRASH And oh yeah. There’s another FREAKING reason. How come when I have like 40 or more photos that I’m gonna darn edit JUST LAGS OR GLITCHES OFF! This game is a pain. I. Hate. IT! That’s a reason why I started not using it cuz it’s a freaking PAIN. But why I gave it 2 stars is because it has been helpful I little bit but mostly..NOT! I swear I’m not joking and I’m playing on a iPad mini. Tell me what’s wrong with this app..NOW!! Fantastic app. I absolutely love this app it helps make edits and has tons of different transitions that are unique and different and unlike the other editing apps it does not make you pay for certain transitions and it has a lot of things that you can get just by watching an ad for it instead of paying. I am absolutely obsessed I only make my edit on this app because it is so great there is no ads

Spectacular app, but minor flaws.. Okay, first things first. VideoShow is an amazing app and GREAT for editing. This is the only editing app IVE used that has great transition and a multiple music choice. But there are a few flaws that need to be fixed. #1. Lag. When I click one of the buttons under pro edit, it takes a while to load. Same thing with exporting, BUT when I export things that are more then 7 minutes long, it always tends to crash which is the reason I’m writing this. Although, I rate this 5 stars because I’m not sure if it’s the app or my device that makes it this way. I say that because my sister uses this for editing, and she has no problem exporting. We have the same type of device, so I’m not sure. Aside from those problems, the app is great! I totally recommend, but you need storage space on your device.

I love it but.... Hear me out. I love video show and it’s really fun and easy to use! I use it to make vlogs, or Gacha videos but it’s really slow... now I love that you add new things so often but those new things makes it slower and slower to edit my videos. It will take about five minutes to get into a draft of mine which used to take 5 seconds... also another thing. I want to see what the things in pro is like but. Don’t want to pay for it... I know it’s how you make money but I’d rather watch a 30 second add then pay 5 bucks a month. Please consider these things! Love this app!

Fixing bugs. So overall I really love this app. I’ve been using it for quite a while. I have paid to unlock everything available. I use it often. Lately every time I use it something is going wrong. Quite often in the middle of editing a video it will completely kick me out of the app. And almost always when I try to use transitions. I’ve been kicked out a few times today. But the major issue today is that when trying to trim a video it won’t let me slide to trim it. That’s a major problem when trying to edit videos. I’d love a response to this as I use this app all the time. Thank you.

I love it!. I’ve been using it to make multiple videos for years and I haven’t ran through many if not no problems while using it. I have used this app for what, 3 maybe 4 years and it’s amazing. I can add all of the music that I like and effects that I want to my videos. Best of all I say is that you can still do so much without having to pay for anything! Most video editing apps that I have tried make it were you can do basically nothing if you don’t pay for their “special thing”. But with VideoShow I haven’t payed for a single thing the whole 3-4 years that I’ve used it and I’ve been able to make many amazing videos. So thank you VideoShow for being a great video editing app. I plan on using you for more great years!

My Video with muted clips are unmuting!. I’ve had this app for over 3 years. 2 of those I purchased the VIP its Been great 👍🏽 HOWEVER… today and before recently, I have uploaded several video clips , muted them. Then dubbed over them music and you can hear in between each clip. A sound, or , like today several clips I muted after downloading had sound restored to them 😞 What happened? Is anyone else having their muted video clips UNMUTING after downloading the project? SO FRUSTRATING! Also could you please address the ( quipping) sound in between each clip that is been muted. It’s not seamless. Thank You

Great App. This editing app is perfect for any beginner in editing. As a youtuber, this program is extremely helpful. I just have a couple of recommendations. 1. Make it so the pro version isn’t something you have to pay for monthly. There isn’t one person who would do this, especially since there is better editing softwares out there. It would be best if you could pay once and get the pro features forever. 2. Add more options. There should be more options for your video, such as filters, animated stickers, copyrighted music, etc. 3. Face cam options would be great. They would allow you to fully advance your videos making them look more professional. Besides these few problems, this program is flawless and perfect. It’s a starter program that is easy to use, has an abundant amount of features, and is useful over all.

Horrible, how is a duration of a picture not able to go past ten seconds?. App is completely useless. Paid for VIP and doesn’t even allow you to edit the duration of a picture to whatever timeframe you want. Max is 10 seconds. So if I wanted to play a sound clip for a minute behind a picture, it won’t allow you to do it and if you try to just put one picture after the other, there’s no way to make the transition smooth, it looks like a new picture is coming into the screen. Very frustrating. Also no erase option for clips, once you bring a clip in and realize you don’t need it. You’d have to hit undo to the point of when you added it and lose all your work 🤦‍♂️ Horrible horrible horrible How is the duration of a photo only limited to ten seconds? It should be as long as I want it to be.

Pretty good but as some bugs. I like this app. It’s user friendly and you can learn what you’re doing pretty quickly. It has some great features that help me edit out all the bloopers, sound, speed up and slow down time, add watermarks, and sounds. The only problem I have is every now and then it crashes and I lose all the work I’ve done. I just edited for 45 minutes, was close to the end of the video, only for it to crash 😭. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. It’s hard to start all over when you loved the way it was coming out, you were editing down to milliseconds, and now you have to remember how to redo that magic.

Not bad but please read.. I like this app. It’s cool because you can edit your videos and add some cool things. But there is just one problem I had. The problem was...well....the exporting. I have tried this feature 3 times but it would NEVER work. I kept the app opened, as it said, but when it is at 99%, it stops and says “Export Failed.” It got me pretty disappointed and then I have to screen record it. It’s upsetting and annoying. Whenever you have the time, may you fix it? I would really appreciate it!

I’m over it. I am canceling the minute I get done with this review I’ve been up 48+ hours working on a project that has crashed three times on me with such a detailed little pieces this project is so important to me you can’t even imagine and 20 seconds left of it it all crashed and in the dress when I look back at the work it’s missing pieces it’s got weird shaky sounds and it’s pixelated and this is an iPhone I’m so disappointed I’ve had this app for a while I’ve used it for small things like quick fun but this was important and I relied on it to do what I paid for. I’m livid!!!! Lags and deleted important scenes!! Life is life it’s Technology yet again I must stress I been for days and it’s crashed 3-4x I made it with just last minute touches and it all lapses and cut out scenes just chopped and screws my work. You never know what a person it trying to achieve

5 stars.... I guess....?. The reason I say I guess in the title is because I have one problem... or I guess it’s not a problem... but it’s not very big either so I give it 5 stars. See sometimes when I’m editing or exporting something VideoShow sometimes kicks me out of the app and it does that a couple of times. Now this may be just my phone. But idk.... also ( optional I’m just putting it out there ) I wish like when u export if you could save it to camera roll instead of shared album. Cause I have to make a new album and then delete it while trying not to delete what I exported. ( not as hard as it sounds 😅 ) but ya that’s about it. I love this app other than that and it’s amazing. I would totally pay for the VIP purchases ( and I will try some time soon 😅 ) i give this a 5 star and not 4 cause it’s not a big problem and it doesn’t bother me to much but I would be happy if u could fix it. Can’t add music. I love this app so much and use it faithfully for my editing needs. I’m a VIP member and don’t know why I’m no longer able to save my music from my phone onto the app in order to use it in the videos I’m editing. It was working like a charm before, now it doesn’t. Would hate to uninstall this app and look for another one, seeing as how I’ve payed money to you and enjoy using your app. Please, fix as soon as possible! I’ll give you 5 star rating if you can!

Bad. Ok, this overall is a decent app. There are a few—ok, many problems. 1, is that the videos are all blurry. It’s frustrating when I spend time selecting photos when I probably could’ve done it myself, but I don’t know how, which is why I use this app. 2, is that I can’t make long videos, and instead of explaining how, I’ll move along to #3. 3, is the worst, is that when I select a “big” amount of photos to make into a video, the app crashes and it never saves to my drafts. I spend lots of time picking pictures and selecting some more than once, so please fix this. 4, is the horrible timing. If I make a music videos with pictures that have lyrics, the music'll be at the 24th line and I’ll be at the 4th picture. 5, is that I can’t ever edit my drafts, this stupid message comes up and says “Can’t edit, this draft is damaged,” or something like that. Enjoy my harsh complaining about this app; I’m not sorry.

This is a very good app. I have had videoshow for about 8 months now and I am still not disappointed not one bit. This is a very excellent app. It has wonderful music although you have to pay premium for somethings the free things are awesome and I can live without premium. The transitions are wonderful so is the music. There is this one song that is just beautiful! I love this app very much and of i haven't already get a 5 star review because it deserves it

I don’t completely like this app.. So, the app it’s not the worst, but I’ve been having an inconvenient using it in my iPhone, like I can’t edit the music I use in my videos, because the app jut muted my song and won’t let me see my video with any music. I don’t know if it’s a bug or something, I’ve already updated my app and even my cellphone , so I will uninstall it. Thanks for the service but this app doesn’t work for me now, maybe in another time I will install it again.

no actually I don’t need help. why can’t we enjoy anything without being “premium”? I mean every single app I get requires premium access and it’s getting annoying. Sometimes I wish that I could finally have an app without premium but nope. I get that you need money but it gets aggravating when the majority of the stuff we need has to have premium. it’s really aggravating and that’s sometimes how you get low ratings. Otherwise the other stuff I use is okay. I’ll give it that. This is a neutral response so don’t think of it as a negative. Please just do something about it.

Complaint. I have used this app for most of my videos, but for some reason, y’all decided to remove the music search, and instead give categories, and also clear my downloaded music, meaning i need to find those songs again, but I can’t because of the search bar being removed. Most of my music were in the classical genre, but that isn’t even an option now. Please bring back the search bar.

Stopped exporting my finished videos.. I use iPad Pro 11. It’s version is 15.5. I have the most current version of VideoShow, 5.9.9. Last week, it stopped allowing me to export finished videos. All I get is a partial screen, and NOTHING on the export screen works. I’ve went through the online customer service several times. Your customer service is horrible, don’t actually get help from a person. I paid for VIP, and can’t use the app now. Also, I am constantly having to restore my VIP status. That needs fixed too. I would have rated you 5 stars, but until you actually remedy these issues, 2 stars is all you get. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Really good. I love it. But I really hope if you guys can add these suggestions. I want an fx that makes the screen shake(nothing else). Pls make the text animate and I really like for everything not to be at least 1 second Like I want to have text that last .5 seconds and I want to trim vids that last .2 seconds. And lastly in the music section, I want to put audio from my videos to be considered as music. So I can merge a vid and the audio from a different vid. Thank you for reading.

Good but one thing.... It’s good but it has one thing to it that one thing is if you have a long video like 2325 or just 20 or 15 I can take an hour half an hour or an hour and a half to actually load in but the app is good on the other hand it can help with short videos like two minute long I can do that in a snap of a finger it’s really good and I think you should get it it’s really good

I love this app, except.... I’ve been using this editor for a few months. And I really like it. But the only thing I wish there was, was you could add whatever music you wanted, not just from your iTunes songs or the songs they give you on the app to download. I’d also really like it if there were more transition options, along with overlay choices(like you could pick a color for example). But other than that I like the app!

Frustrating as Hell. I would rate 5 stars because it is a good editing app and i love the features it provides but i’m voting 2 stars because i’m having the same issue for months now. Every time i go to edit my video, please note i make weekly updates of my puppies for my facebook with text and music, it crashes or when i go to export it the whole video is corrupted. I don’t have any apps on my phone and my storage is not even close to being full. I’ve had to remake this video 5-7 times over the span of a week so you can tell how frustrated I am right now.

Amazing-ish... I like this app! It has many options and great for editing videos!! The only downside is when I edit a video, & take a break, saving it to drafts, hours later, I want to get back to editing but, it says: the draft is damaged and I can’t “currently” edit it. I wait a while & try again but it doesn’t work. It Should say “I permanently can’t edit it”. As long as you edit a video quickly, and do not save it to drafts, it should be an amazing app. I really wish they could fix this issue soon, it really bugs me.

No problems until recently. I’ve been using this editor for a long time and haven’t had any issues until recently. All of my videos are blurry after exporting and I’m not sure why. I love how easy the app is to use and all of the features are great so I’m hoping to get this issue resolved soon

I LOVE this app... but minor crash issues. So I have used this app for years for family videos, vlogs, films, and more. It's is a spectacular program, and I highly recommend this! My only critique is that it crashes sometimes. I will be trying to edit a video, and once I get past about seven minutes, the video part either freezes or turns black. Then the app completely freezes and I have to start all over again, so it takes me longer than I would like for editing a video. I even purchased the professional version, so I was expecting that those issues would be solved. Please solve this issue. Although I prefer non-crashing editing apps, I still love this app!!!!!! Thank you so much for your time please please please pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaseeeee fix the glitching problems please!! I have seen so many reviews for this app that talk about the crash issues.

File Corrupt?. First of all I really like all of the features that this app has to offer, but it has a major problem. Certain videos that I recorded using my phone are corrupt according to the app. There is no rhyme or reason as to which videos I am told are corrupt and it changes day to day. So one day I will not be able to use a certain video clip, but the next day it will be fine and another will be corrupt! It is super frustrating! Also because the video clips change their corruption status on a daily basis, any clips that I have made into a longer video and then viewed later in the app appear as a black section because it does not recognize them!!!

Please help. I’m so mad and I’m crying rn in the middle of begging my parents to help Ik me because I’m a 10 and I have a yt channel and I made a super long thing for it and it got lost or deleted somehow and it says it’s cant open draft is currently damaged and I’m so upset because I put so much hard work into it it was like 35 minutes long and usually only 3 or 4 minutes takes me 20-30 minutes so I was really proud HonAY that I spend like 4 hours on it and my dad doesn’t know how to recover it and I’m really upset and idk what to do because that was the only video I made today and planned to post it tomorrow and I’m really upset please fix my problem and I can get it back and also I was looking through the reviews and some are written from like at summer like 5 or more months ago and you still have not fixed there problems so I will not use this app for a while and check in to see if I can recover my video if not I will perhaps be deleting it

Video show. I give a video show of for review because on the music if you want to put a different sound or song it you have to extract it but you have to pay to extract it and I don’t like that I feel like to extract music you should you should do it like it should be for free I don’t get it and on CapCut you can like extract the music for free and there’s more features on there that are more cool than VideoShow so I’ll give video show a four star review that’s just my opinion I hope they can change the extracting to make it free and not pay for VIP you guys shouldn’t be paying either maybe you guys should like or in your points instead of paying I think that’s more fair to other people because some people may not have the money to pay for this and the app is free but I would like to give this a four star review just because of that thank you

What happened?. I used to LOVE this app... but now, for some reason I can no longer add smooth transitional dissolves throughout my slideshows! Now all my videos look choppy & amateur. What’s up with that? I’ve noticed you’ve added a bunch of “bells & whistles” which looks like you can now choose what kind of transitions to add? IDK?!? I just want my “old way” to still be available! 😤 I’ve been trying to figure this out for days & wondering if that feature is still there - though buried somewhere?!? PLEASE ADVISE! I use this in my business and really need it back!

I have the paid for version on my google account (I can provide screenshots and/or time & date, transaction numbers as well as google i.d. that it was purchased with) but since purchased, I have acquired an iPhone. My new Apple I.D. is linked to my google account and I am able to re-download all of my purchased apps on the Apple AppStore EXCEPT for “Videoshow PRO”. Very disappointed. I absolutely loved VideoShow for years now and paid for VIP privileges but until two days ago the app doesn’t recognize my subscription when I press restore it says my subscription is expired when I go to purchase a new subscription it says I already have an active subscription. Even when I pay for a new subscription it says it will begin at the end of June when this subscription is expired but I still won’t get VIP. I use this app religiously and now I can’t use it. It’s not like I’m not willing to pay because clearly I am and have done so for years now. I can’t even contact anyone for support bc, there is no support. 👎👎👎

Are you sure that it’s all photos in one video?. So I wanted to finally put in the videos ever sense I started on episode 3 or 2 so I put in episode 3 it had 505 and I still had many photos to get rid of so I thought you fixed it but NO after I had finished it took forever to load. Next time make sure it fits a lot because imma be making two movies and many more for a lot of series so fix it please

Could’ve been the best app if it wouldn’t crash every few minutes.. I’ve been using this app for some time already and I recommend it to so many ppl who’ve been asking me how do I make my videos so nicely and professionally done... Well, everything was working ok until recently the app started crashing every few minutes and for a video that normally would take me 20 min to make, now it takes me 4 days literally, because when it crashes, it doesn’t saves any changes which was made in the video(like music, text, etc) I’m extremely disappointed, because this was my favorite app and now it’s just a huge waist of time... If no improvement will be made in the app, I will have no choice but to look for some other video making app.

My account is screwed up. I really like this app use it all the time but when I upgraded my phone I am not longer getting vip but it said I’m a vip I tried to pay again for a lifetime vip and it said I’m already a vp and still can use all the functions I really don’t want to pay twice can you please help me I updated my phone and when I went to review my videos it says some are damaged is there something I’m doing to cause that ? Love this app!!. I do social media marketing and I can't begin to tell you how phenomenal this app is. I can whip up high quality videos on the go. The have multiple themes you can use for any occasion or you could just simply build your own from scratch. They keep expanding their galaxy with new content. Very easy to use interface once you get used to it. Just a powerful tool all around. Definitely a five star app!! Much love to the developers! 🙏🏽

It won’t let me use any of my clips!!. I used to LOVE this app. It was great for editing all sorts of videos like vlogs and slideshows, I especially like that you can “dub” sounds and really personalize it. But lately every time I go to edit a video it always says that it used “4K import” and won’t let me use some of the clips in my videos. Because of this I now have to look for a new editing app.

Double Billing. My subscription is for yearly VIP, due in October 2020. However, come September, the app logged me out asking me to renew my subscription even with a full month to go. So I did, hoping all will be well. However, come this October again, the app has logged me out asking for another full year renewal that I already did in September. If you asked me, I’d say that is extortion and Apple store needs to know about this double extortion as it is. Now I’ve been contacted and asked to demand a refund from Apple customer care. However, the problem is that the app billed me from within the app. It shut me out and made a request, fully bypassing Apple Pay. I’d checked Apple App Store to see when my subscription would renew and it stated October 2020. Yet, I couldn’t access my VIP account. There’s no contact or customer care access on the app. And I think it was intentional. If anyone else had a similar experience please review to help keep the general public aware of the scam. I don’t know who to talk to about this issue, there’s no customer service. No link to serve. It’s a Chinese company and they are billing twice. I refuse to be duped of my hard earned money and demand the services that I’ve paid for or a full refund of my money.

Okay but.... This app is okay but... #1. It zooms in on my photos. I would love it if you could make the pictures so it doesn’t zoom in on them. By that I mean when you choose pictures and play the video, it zooms in on them slowly through the duration of the clip. I find this really annoying. I just want my pictures to stay still. If you can tell me how to change this, I would definitely appreciate it. #2. It CRASHES AND DOESN’T SAVE MY EDITS!!!! Sometimes I’ll just be editing the video and then it crashes. Then, when I come back in, NONE OF MY EDITS ARE SAVED!!!! It also does this when I am making videos with a “big” amount of pictures. SO ANNOYING!!! #3. THERE IS NO HELP!! One of the most annoying things about this app is that there is no real help!! If you press on any of the “help” buttons, then you get taken to a title page, or just something that tells you what you can do, but not how to do it!! Overall, the app is just okay.

App crashing constantly. I’ve used this app for nearly 8 years. No problems until now. First my videos that are going added are stretched. I have to scroll thru each added clip to fix the screen. Second the app is crashing while viewing, saving and reviewing my added clips. I’ve paid for this service for years without a hitch. One of my creations from here went viral. But now I’m going to have to use another app until someone fixes these bugs.

Disappointed. I was (and still am) looking for the best app to make my Gacha videos with. I saw this and tried it out. Seemed amazing but.... Not what it seems. For the chroma key, most apps still have some green (including this app). KineMaster does way better for this. CuteCut and KineMaster have better features, and don’t require a subscription for some basic overlay. I like the features, hated subscription. Basically the aim of this is: Features were not as good as other apps, and this requires a subscription for basic things. Not recommended. I didn’t even have the app downloaded for a full 3 minutes.

I do not prefer this app. Ok I like it but I hate it! Because you have to get the stupid vip for everything even to make just a cover! Also let’s say i haven’t been working on a video for a while, so I get back on there and when I try to edit it it says it has been damage. Even when I haven’t been on there! It’s super annoying so can you pls fix that and not make everything vip. Also, when I make a long video when ever it gets to about three minutes it just kicks me out. I have also noticed wile I was reading reviews, that you haven’t fixed any of there problems or responded. But it has helped me! I just do not prefer this app. I like this app but it need some work. have a problem with the 1080p definition. when you already have the video edited and ready and you want to save it in galleries in the 1080p definition, and the video has already been downloaded 99%, and suddenly find an error and the video was not saved in galleries, fix that problem please , it is frustrating to wait so long for the video to be downloaded plus the editing time and that the 1080p definition can not be saved, thanks, One more thing!! the Videos that you have previously edited once the downloads that project in the app you can not use it again, because when you want to use it, it tells you that it is damaged

Crashes constantly. I have used this app for years. With the recent layout change, it is not the same. It crashes on editing short videos and you have to start all over. A video that may have taken me 15 minutes before has taken me 1.5 hours, and I still haven’t completed it because of how frequently it is crashing. Also, all on my videos are distorted to look like a fishbowl. I try to correct them, and they look like they start displaying correctly when editing, but the export contains the distorted images. Very disappointed with the changes that have been made to the app.

Pls address this problem. So I have been using this app and it wouldn’t be a bad idea to make it so that the photos in the album I select are the way I want it to be and what I mean by this is well I wanted to make a long animation but I took each picture outta order and i decided to organize each image in my album to be the way i wanted it to be when I was going to make the photo animation the way that the photos in the album were all out of order again and I don’t really have the best memory so I can’t remember what order I put each photo in :/ so pleease fix this problem and add a setting to the album system I really want to finish my animation so it would be a great idea for adding settings to an album system and if you do add it don’t make it so that we have to have membership becuase I don’t have that much money so if you could fix this problem it would make the app better and to make this review make more sense what I mean is I want the way that the albums in VideoShow work is that I want the way I have my albums in the photo app set up to effect the albums in video show just think of how much it would help so many people be able to make photo videos in the way they want it without having to have the trouble of remembering how they had their photos set up in an album in the photo app it would help a lot :)

DOES NOT WORK AND NO WAY TO CONTACT FOR HELP. This app initially worked okay. I tried to edit a video for work and it distorted the video. It also made the videos go black, the videos wouldn’t play. It was so frustrating. What is worse is you can’t even contact customer service!!!!!!!! I really need a refund. This is so unfair, feels like such a SCAM.

I have a problem. You see i finished making my video, i got out of it and then i wanted to get back in, it didn’t let me it said “draft damaged! Cant edit currently” so I waited awhile then went back on still didn’t work.

Fix problems. I used this app two months ago! And in that time the app had an opción who called “Duration” and that option allowed to configure the duration of each video clip and... most importantly the duration of the video in general ... that was one of the reasons why I bought this app and now after having bought it I realize that they removed the option of edit the duration of the video in general and now I can only edit the duration of each clip .. please re-activate that option. This option that you had before is really useful and important. If you fix that, I'll give you 5 stars.

Really Getting worse every day !!. This used to be my first choice in editing apps but now it’s wrecked, can’t conclude editing an 8mins clip. The lag is so awful. What a waste of time and money. I want my money back

App glitches and shuts down. Very easy app to use however, app glitches and shuts down while editing a video. Sometimes after opening the app I don’t even get to the spot in my video that I want to edit before the app glitches and shuts down. And when it doesn’t glitch and shut down sometimes, quite often I am only able to edit one small thing at a time save it and then edit one more thing or two then have to download video to my phone and then upload it again to the video app to do another edit. Very annoying. Specially considering it is a app I am paying for.

Used to be good... now it’s crap. This used to be a great app, I used for most of the editing for my YouTube videos, and now it’s awful. The gifs used to be like cut out stickers and fun to add, now they are block gifs. All of the music with the templates are copyrighted. The usability is more difficult and not smooth like it used to be. The worst is that the sound doesn’t match up to the visuals when the video downloads... meaning my voice doesn’t match my mouth moving and it looks so bad... and overall gives me unprofessional looking videos. I also paid for the full version when I got this app 3.5 years ago. I left a previous review where the developers responded giving and email they never replied to me with... and my previous review is mysteriously gone. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP. I’m thinking of making a negative review for my over 19k subs on YouTube on this... it’s THAT BAD.

Only Apple Music available. Need Spotify please!! Music conversion is really complicated😡. Spotify has been big for a while now. Why is it left out? It’s been impossible for me to convert music from YouTube and use it on this app. So difficult I swear! This makes the app kind of useless to me. Subscribed for annual without my authorization. Videoshow has been one of my favorite video app until recently. I subscribed for a 3 days trial only to be charged 30$ for a while damn year. I tried to send them emails, contact their Instagram page and so on. So far i have heard nothing from them and it seems like they’re just charging people annual fees with a fake trial scheme. If they care about their customers then they should provide them support and reply emails.

Please refund. Was charged again after debit was declined the first time. Great app but only wanted the trial so after it ended of the 6th I canceled after I got the declined transaction email and then after I deposited my small weekly pay I was charged today on the 9th. Faith in apple to understand. Probably just a technical app issue. Would actally love to get some groceries live low income so a declined transaction at the store today was unfortunate but understandable lol 😝

Updates made this app worse. Updates made this app hardly useful. Especially sorting photos or videos and preview of the video doesn't show the correct canvas of the video. It is very hard to sort photos or videos in timeline mode. Give an option to sort photos easily. This is very painful and wastes lots of time. Developers add an easy feature for sorting. I don't think you fix this issue to better for me to initiate a refund in apple report.

Where is the VIP!. I was using this app regularly and it was great! I had a subscription to use the VIP features. I didn’t use the app for about 3 months even though I was paying for a subscription. I tried using the app a few days ago and it keeps trying to get me to sign up for VIP status and I am paying for the subscription already. So I even tried agreeing to subscribe again. Nothing works. It’s like it’s ignoring my subscription but will not me re sign up. I get a message contact customer service abnormal accounts.

video dubbing is not preserved. Today I made a great video for study where I dubbed the video, and in the end I saved everything when I saved the sound, but the sound was not recorded. the video was 30 minutes long, can you imagine how much time I spent on the creation of this video and everything will have to be redone. It’s freezing all the time. This app not supporting long video. 3 min max

Video Show. The app was very good previously and we bought 2 VIP subscriptions from them but now when we edit there are a lot of errors and when we try to turn the sound off on an accelerated video the sound is still there and when there are multiple clips to combine together you can hear a loud click in between the clips. We can also no longer add GIF overlays to the video.

Can’t put my own music on videos anymore. I love the app and everything about it, but for some reason, I can no longer put my own music from my ITunes that I bought over my videos anymore. I used to be able to but it only permits me to put their music samples or music that I’ve used before. I can’t place a new song over the video. :(

No export button. With the latest update, there seems to be a bug where I click on “Export” there’s no button fully export the video I’ve made so I’m stuck saving it as a draft.

Not enough info. I use this app a lot, very helpful. I bought a VIP pass like two months ago. The money was being taken off by my gift card, and then it failed...and the money was being taken off of my MOM’S card because she let me connect it to my phone. I’m not sure if I should uninstall this app or not because I didn’t know how to stop it. So now I can’t install any more apps because the card was taken off. Amazing!!. I just put together my video for a school project and it worked great! No glitches, great quality, and great free features! The only things i noticed were that the audio lagged if you added too many clips and the text acts strangely when you try to make it bigger, but otherwise I love this app

Was good... until it changed. I’ve used this app for about 2 years. I paid the original $40 so I could use it “forever” as stated. Now there is this new subscription thing and I can no longer use it. App Music Adding Issue. Listen here man this app was perfect until now! I am a music producer who creates my own music that I would like to continue to be able to add to my videos. I don’t want to only be able to select/download the music than your app offers. Why did you guys remove the feature/option to be able to add your own custom music to videos? Please fix it.

One of the Best. This little app has an amazing array of options/functions for dressing up and/or editing your videos and pics-- many of which are better than other stand-alone apps dedicated exclusively to one particular function. Its pic stitch and gif creator are two examples of this.

I tried. Constant freezing with videos over 10 minutes. There’s also too many ads slow this app down. Even if you have enough storage on your phone (which I have). The app is still very glitchy, constantly freezes, it’s either the software or the fact that this app is not made to edit large files. This company needs to fix it or refund those who subscribe to their VIP package, it’s terrible!

Really good app. Really good app lets you pick whatever video or picture you want but a single picture is three seconds and when you want to add music and it’s timed it is hard to get right but other than that it’s a really good app. Not a lot of adds and dose not spam you with write a review option really nice and fun

Serious problem I found. Maybe it’s a bug but they removed Local music option for adding music so I can’t use music from my phone. This seems like it may be a glitch because I can still access some of my music VIA Recent but most of my library is currently inaccessible please fix this

App shuts down constantly. I purchased the Pro version of this app. I like the app, but it constantly shuts down without saving my progress. I started a slideshow (about 15 minutes of work) and the app shutdown without saving. It’s done this many times. My bad for not learning to save my work, but you shouldn’t have to save it every minute, or lose it. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to switch platforms for editing moving forward. Not making that mistake again.

Problems I’m having. I like the things they have included for example the stickers they way you can download things to put on your video but when it come to saving the video to the camera roll it does not work, so I press the 480p... and it does not work I have tried the 700 something and it also didn’t work. I need to save a important video but I just can’t!! I hope the inventor of this app fix that cause I need to save the video!

Everytime I go to edit a video it just kicks me off the app. I am so annoyed right now and there’s no way to contact them for support. This is frustrating because I enjoyed the app before but all of a sudden it’s crashing. I’ve been trying to put together a special video of my baby and her chemo treatment to hold on to for later. I’m so disappointed.

Stupid black screen bruh. I have been using this app for years. But whenever I select multiple clips they just turn black and it’s so annoying, other than that it would be 5 stars but I’m literally not able to edit right now.

I pay monthly. I freaking pay 7 dollars a month for the vip subscription and there’s nothing worth it every since I started paying all the app has done is glitched on me, it wouldn’t want to change the pitches on the video and after deleting apps to download it will just freeze up and not export anything and on top of that after working on videos for more then 7 minutes that app will shut down completely on you and you are going to have to start from the beginning it’s not worth your time or money

Love the app but keeps crashing. I am in love with your app. I upgraded to the VIP. But the app keeps crashing on me. It is making me nuts. I would rate a 5 Star if it didn’t crash all the time. Seem to me if I make color adjustments or speed adjustments to videos or when I make a GIF is when the app crashes. If I just use original footage and don’t make adjustments it works okay. But making adjustments is the whole point of the app. Hope y’all can fix it. I do enjoy it when it works.

I need help. So I used to use this on a different device and it worked fine. But then I switched devices and I downloaded this app, and for some reason the scale was really messed up. Like when I went to video edit I couldn't even get to pro edit. And the place to download themes I could only press the download button for half of them, and it looked like half of the screen was cut in half. This used to be a great app but now it just isn't that helpful. Please fix this cause if it was fixed I would totally give it five stars.

A little annoyed. Ok it worked so well in the beginning and I loved it tbh I even brought the VIP when I thought it was worth it but now every time I try to upload a video that I make, it’s always goes up to 91% and then it automatically gets off the app back to the home screen on my phone! This is messed up and I hope you look into that and fix it otherwise I WILL GO CRAZY! I will give 3/5 stars because this was an app that was worth until now!

One of the best. This is by far the best video editors I’ve ever used. The music is fantastic. The transitions are perfect and spot on. And I love how it lets you use as many photos as you want. Like Funimate. It only allows u to use 15 to be able to use free music and the music isn’t that good. But video show. It’s just...amazingly perfect! ❤️❤️ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Omg so good. I love this app so much. I have a channel and I had this old app that couldn’t let me put many photos for my videos but then my friend showed me this app and I tired it and I loved it! I still do! If you had videos and you don’t know what editor to use you should definitely use this editor!

This has been great!. This app has been great for videos so far! I have no complaints other than every once in a while it crashes. I use an iPad mini and it is w years old. So it might be my device. But other than that it is great and stands up to its name “beat tool to trim and edit!”

What an wonderful app. I have been using this app for two year now. It really help me to do all my amazing video editing and share them on social media. For instance, instagram, Facebook and others. Right now I don’t have a premium service but I will soon. Therefore, guys, I recommend it to everyone. Shutout to the app developer.

Remove watermark. I would give this five stars if we didn’t have to pay to remove watermark every time I make a vid my friends text me why do I have made with VideoShow they told me remove it if I want to get people to watch my channel but I told them I have to pay so if you could remove it I would appreciate it thank you

I really like it, but... I used it to make a couple of videos one time and when I got back on to make another one, i tried to use the video editor but it kept asking me to get the, uhh, vip? So I got really annoyed and I tried to delete it then re-download it, it still kept asking me, so I tried again, same thing, so i just deleted the app, if you can explain why it is doing this please tell me!

Loving VideoShow. I love VideoShow because I can use it for making Gacha Studio videos! Steps: 1. Take screenshots of your characters with words or whatever 2. Go to VideoShow and click the +. 3. Put the screenshots for the video! 4. Watch it,and edit 5. Click the far,top right thing. Then Fast Export. once it’s done exporting,you’ve officially made a Gacha Studio video! All thanks to VideoShow! :)

They charged me for one year and the App doesn’t work!. Please I need you to resolve the problem because I paid a year of subscription. In fact, you charged my credit card for 3 subscriptions but the bank refunded me purchases and now I can’t use the VIP privileges. I don’t understand why the App is not working? I can send the receipt but I’m sure you can see it! Please I need you to solve the problem

Amazing Editing App. I have look for so many good editing apps, but this one has it ALL! Everything you can think of they have! There are only a couple problems with this app: 1. It can be a little slow at times 2. I don’t want to pay to be able to use some of there really cool stuff. Overall this app is amazing and I recommend it to anyone and everyone! ♥️
