A great service!. WinIt has been instrumental in alleviating the burden of NYC parking ticket and moving violations since I first came across it in 2013. NYC parking meters seem to be robotic in issuing these violations, even if you approach them in person to debate that you were not necessarily in the wrong. The idea that WinIt would go through the lengthy process of fighting a ticket through the NYC system on your behalf is incredible and well worth the 50% commission. I appreciate everything WinIt has done for me over the years, have boasted about their services to friends on many occasions, and will definitely continue to use them in the future!

WinIt Review. Hello all, I’m here to share my WinIt experience. I had signed up and submitted a few of my traffic tickets almost three years ago. Even since then, the company and the attorney of their choice, has been on top of the ticket until they finally dismissed one of my tickets, almost three years later. It’s surely one of those buy it + submit it and forget it situations. I’m here to confirm that the company holds true with sticking and dealing with a traffic ticket until the case is resolved. It’s been a good experience for me, hopefully this helps someone out. They additionally offered a gift card after aiding with winning one of my traffic tickets.

Long Wait, But Saved Half My Money.. I was double parked outside of my school, i got out to greet my girlfriend and walked up to her. On my way back i saw the traffic cop in front of my car. I sat in the drivers seat and my girlfriend was getting in. He couldn’t scan my car (dirty probably). And rushed the ticket by writing my plate and car body type and handing it to me. Of course during the ticket i was technically “loading” my passenger. But anyway it took 3-4 months or more for the ticket to be disputed. Nonetheless it got disputed and saved me around $60. Recommended this by a friend and would definitely recommend this to anyone. Currently recommending all my friends to use this if they ever get tickets. Of course with moving violations i use my real lawyer he’s the best never loses and I don’t want to risk points on my drivers license😂. But for parking tickets, winit is good!

Love WinIt. When I first heard about WinIt, I had doubts about this app. How do they appeal our parking ticket with only the ticket and plate number provided. Surprising, they did it! We had a parking ticket back in December. I just got an email a couple days ago from the team telling me that we won! How amazing is that. I don’t know how they did the magic but they surely are a magical team. I love that they email you and keep you posted through out the process. Sometimes when I thought about what happened to the ticket, I then got an email update about the ticket status from them. Not that we want to get another ticket but if unfortunately we do in the future, we will definitely use this app. Totally recommend to anyone who needs help on your tickets. Super easy!

NYC parking wars. I fight almost all of my tickets on my own. (I rarely get any). However this time I didn’t even know I had a ticket. I was contacted my “Win it” via email. After verifying the ticket online, I proceeded to get the proof that I needed. I was wrongly accused of not having a parking meter ticket, when I actually did. Reps assured me that this would be taken care of as promptly as possible. It took a long time but that is because NYC gives so many parking tickets (&wrongfully at that) that the courts are backed up. I was patient and my ticket was dismissed without me being able to successfully send in my evidence (because NYC “doesn’t keep records of parking meters” 🙃LIES) Thanks Win It!

Horrible for traffic tickets. I was driving in a part of the Bronx that I am not familiar with and I decided to stop on the emergency lane to fix my GPS that kept recalculating the directions. An officer stops behind me and gives me a ticket. I submit the ticket to WinIt and paid for an “attorney”. I get a notice saying that I was found guilty! First of all winit never provided me with the number to the lawyer, the lawyer never contacted me to get the information and the app only allows you to give a small statement. How could you fight a ticket for me, if you have no idea why I received the ticket to begin with? Like how does that work??? So now I’m paid winit for the lawyer and I have to pay a ticket that would had had the same results had I gone myself. I did it because I couldn’t take time off from work. I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM EITHER!!!! Pix11 lied!

Was skeptical but it was a great experience.. I was in New York City for a sales event and got pulled over for a moving violation about four years ago. I was worried that I would have trouble answering a court summons as I am from out of state. A friend of mine recommended WinIt. I was skeptical because there is very little communication with the lawyer you select through the app, but the whole process is very straightforward. Many years later, and a pandemic, the case finally went to court and the lawyer assigned to me was able to get it dismissed. very happy with the whole process.

Saved me from points on my license. I recently won a traffic ticket case I fought with WinIt! Today I deposited the $40 check sent by the NY DMV. The process took over 1 year but during this time I didn’t have to worry about a penalty on my license and what’s better is that WinIt actually won the case. I use WinIt all the time to “fight” parking tickets I might have deserved but it’s worth it to see if it can be dismissed. If you lose, at least you have more time to pay the ticket. I highly recommend to any driver in NY. Sometimes the reason for getting a ticket or the circumstances work in your favor to have it dismissed. Nothing better than having your name cleared of tickets.

Ticket with late payment fees was dismissed!. I got a ticket when I returned to the restaurant to pay my bill and the ticket just expired. Even having the chance to speak to the agent the ticket came and I let it expire trying to find a way and time to dispute. A quick internet search led me to Winit and with a very simple process o submitted the details and in a couple weeks received the notice the ticket was dismissed. In parallel I got another ticket in NJ and had to go to court to dispute. I also won the other but with the annoyance of appearing on court and pleading not guilty. Please expand to other places other than NY!

You have nothing to lose. Over a year and half of using this app, I’ve had hundreds of dollars dismissed in parking tickets with 9 tickets being dismissed. I’ve been ‘guilty’ on another 5 and 1 pending. That’s a fluctuating 60% dismissal rate. $0 in late fees even with the city taking literally months to process some of these. I saw nothing to lose because even if they don’t dismiss your ticket, it takes so long for NYC Finance Dept. to get hearings scheduled that you’ll easily get a month or more extra time to save your money. It’s like walking around with a personal parking ticket lawyer in your pocket. If you drive in NYC, you’ll get a parking ticket and you’d be a fool not to at least try this app.

Winit “won it” for me!!!!. Winit did an excellent job with my most recent NYC Parking ticket. They provided multiple defense strategies, gave me the opportunity to easily and clearly upload evidence supporting my defense. Their communication was excellent and sent personalized responses to my questions/ concerns in a timely manner, and most importantly of all they were successful in dismissing my ticket. They are very transparent about their fees, and best of all the NYC dept of finance was not rewarded for their attempts at legalized extortion. I would encourage EVERYONE to submit their parking violations with this app. You truly stand nothing to lose. At worst, you pay the original ticket, but there is a good chance that you could “WinIt” and pay a lot less!

I was first skeptical about the app, but it DOES work!. I was first very skeptical about the WinIt app, but it actually WORKS for me recently. The WinIt team just fought off one of my $65 parking ticket for moving my car for the alternate side cleaning. The app is so easy and straight-forward to use, just download the app on your smartphone, and submit your ticket and your affidavits (photos, evidences, etc.) via your smartphone. Best part, they won’t charge anything if the case is not dismissed, and the WinIt team will keep you posted almost weekly to keep you updated with the scheduling or pending status. I would definitely keep using WinIt and would recommend it to all my family.

Great App to fight tickets in NYC. First time I used and they lost the case. But why did I give 5 stars? Because their great! Easy to use. Very honest with everything and very helpful. I was worried if they lost the case I’ll have to pay more than the original amount I owe. But nothing changed. I lost, so like they said I just pay whatever the amount I originally owed. Any questions or concerns they will make sure to clarify and they really do try their best to fight for you. Constant customer support and great feedback. Recommend this to anyone living in NYC to use this app to fight traffic/parking tickets. You’ll save a lot more money and get more support than wasting your time/money on in person lawyer. Did I forget to mention how easy it is to use this app and how supportive the customer service is? ;)

Great app and service. I love this App so much it really helps with all my tickets. I don’t even need to bother going online to search for my ticket if I lost it I can easily search my tickets with my plate number since it’s already stored and it does it for me. Not only that but it hires real lawyers that will go to the court date and you don’t need to bother with a single thing. They handle every every for you. Even when it does not get dismissed which happens of course you still get plenty of extra time to pay the ticket since there schedule a hearing. Most of my tickets have been dismissed and I have not done a thing but just make the payment. They only get paid when a ticket gets dismissed. I have just always been the type to never process a hearing for my traffic tickets and just pay them but this SERVICE A LIFE SAVOR WAY TOO CONVIENT and YOU SAVE. I LOVE this app so much I recommend it to every one and if you don’t have the app you really are paying on money you can save. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Super easy to use and very fast.

Excellent Experience!. I downloaded this app based on a recommendation of someone who is prone to getting parking tickets and I do not regret it at all. My first ticket was dismissed thanks to WinIt and saved me a bit of cash, I was so thankful. The process did take longer than expected, which made me lightly nervous but they send me emails every so often to reassure me that I would not be getting a late fee just that the courts were backed up more than usual. I currently have a 100% win success in my tickets, however I do have friends that are significantly less lucky than me and have a pretty bad win success percentage so keep that in mind.

Thank you. I sent Winit reasonable proof for a fair fight in court because the cop who stopped me failed to determine the correct speed limit in the area and claimed to record my speed which was impossible to do with a vehicle in between. I asked the lawyer in the written testimony on the app, to please emphasize on proof of my speed in court and then when I received my verdict I had won. 3 points dismissed and only paid half of what the ticket would have been. Besides that, I’ve had several parking tickets and win about half of the time and only pay half. You have nothing to lose fighting it. Never plead guilty with Winit!

You win some, you loose some 🤷🏽‍♀️. This app is pretty good. They fight your parking and speeding tickets. It saves you the longggg gruesome trip to the dmv and or traffic court. I’ve been using WinIt for a few months. I’ve won 3 of my tickets and only had to pay half of whatever the ticket was. I’ve lost 1 ticket dispute thus far. I tried to use it for a speeding ticket I received, but they couldn’t assist me for unclear reasons. The few things I dislike about WinIt is their communication. There is no phone number to contact anyone if you need assistance, only an email. When dealing with something so important. I need to speak to a live human. Hopefully this is something they will change in the near future. Also expect to wait about 2 months before you know anything about your ticket. They do send several email updates letting you know what’s going on, which is good.

Take a chance & Try it out!. When I first came across this app, I didn’t believe it. I thought it was a little weird to have some one else “defend a ticket” for me, let alone actually win! When I first downloaded it I didn’t want to input my personal information since another part of me thought it may be a scam. Boy was I wrong! Out of 4 tickets I have received within the last 2 years, WinIt has won 2 of them for me... Keep in mind Nothing in life is free so even if they Win It for you; you will still have to pay a fee. Imagine only paying $57-$65 for a parking ticket that was originally $115?! P.S. sometimes it can take up to 2 months or more until you receive the verdict of the ticket but WinIT will email you every week or so just to give you an update so be patient & hope for the best! 5 stars for you!!!!

Amazing experience!. I received 2 tickets in Manhattan in a span of 2 weeks. For my first ticket, I disputed it by myself since I never knew about WinIt. But after I received a second ticket only 2 weeks later, I was fed up and came across WinIt through a quick Google search. I must say that I was a bit hesitant at first, but WinIt seemed fair in that they didn’t charge you after disputing the ticket for you. Also, their app and website looks clean and legit, so I figured I could trust them. I was surprised however that it took them about a month to finally settle my ticket, but regardless I’m so happy that they won! Like my mind was blown that it ACTUALLY worked! Also, Tami from WinIt hooked me up with $10 credit as a first time courtesy, so my final service fee to WinIt was much cheaper than the actual ticket price. Amazing! I was happy to rather pay these guys for their services than the corrupt NYC system for their disgusting ticketing habits. I wish I had used WinIt for the first ticket I got — that one is a $115 ticket for blocking a hydrant!! But anyways I’m definitely happy to have come across WinIt and after my successful ticket dismissal, I will definitely make sure to use them in the future anytime I (or anyone in my family) receives a ticket in NYC. The Best Service I’ve Ever Experienced. The people that power this app and do the work behind the scenes are wonderful. They get the job done and keep you well informed every step of the way. Don’t worry about getting any late fees during the process because all of that gets frozen while you wait for a decision. They were able to get my ticket thrown out in less than a month and that is fast considering how slow the NYC court system is. Thank God I found this app. I got my car towed and received a ticket. I paid $185 plus a $2 processing fee to get my car out of the Police Manhattan tow yard and then fined $115. They were trying to double dip me but Winit bailed me out. If you are on the fence don’t be. You risk nothing by giving them a shot.

Dismissed!. Okay soooo first time with WinIt and i can say only great things. The customer service was the best, they got back via txt or email within a timely manner. Also got my speeding ticket dismissed! Nothing needed from me, just my ticket number, DL and or picture of my ticket. I would say it took a while to get the ticket to get dismissed due to court dates being so far out. The job was done though, you also get to be in direct contact with the Attorney representing you in court. I was skeptical at first because of the cost of this service being half of other ticket fixing companies, but i though it was worth a shot. I am one satisfied customer and will continue to recommend WinIt to those i know who have traffic ticket issues.

Depends. They were able to dismiss one out of two parking tickets. The one they could not dismiss passed the 30 day mark required to fight the ticket and it was issued in Manhattan. The second one was much cheaper; it was within the 30 day period required to fight the ticket and it was issued in Brooklyn. The one that was issued in Brooklyn got dismissed so now I just have to pay half the price. The one that did not get dismissed is a little more expensive now although they said there would be no additional fees. $11 was added to that ticket after they informed me they could not dismiss it. I say it’s worth it depending on your state, where the ticket was issued, and if your ticket is within the time period required to fight it.

Strong advocate but your name is wrong. WinIt is actually more like LoseIt when it comes to my tickets. I have referred 10 people (credited for only one), whatever. Have supported the app for a very long time, before I downloaded it. Yet, have not been able to WIN one ticket even after I’ve provided photographic evidence that I was right. Had I just taken the time to go to the DMV myself and fought it, I’ve would’ve won. Gladly, I didn’t report my traffic ticket to winit, just went myself and fought it. I won that ticket, no points, and left satisfied that I won, FINALLY. WinIt will work for some, but if you already have had tickets in the past, your best chance is to fight it yourself and not through the app. Also Off The Record (they help with traffic tickets only) and the NYC (Pay or Dispute) app is amazing. Dispute it yourself (via online hearing) and pay on the app. No extra charges or third party to deal with. I will continue to tell people about you if they’re new to driving, but with warnings if they’re not. Besides that Best wishes for the future.

Thank you!!!. I received a traffic ticket in February 2018 for making an illegal left-turn when the “no left-turn” sign was blocked. I didn’t want two points on my license, or for my insurance to go up, nor did I want to take off from work to fight the ticket. I had heard about WinIt from a news story, and decided to try it. Well, I just found out my ticket was dismissed!!! This was well worth the $124 fee! I don’t know what the attorney contracted through WinIt did, but the hearing for my ticket was postponed twice, and ultimately dismissed! All the while, I just went about my life and never had to show up in court to fight it myself. The one thing I did was send pictures and video of the intersection where the infraction happened to the attorney. I don’t know if they used it but it all worked out anyway! Thank you again, WinIt!!!

A must-have app to keep your insurance premium under control. I began fighting traffic tickets 10 years ago when I got my first speeding ticket. I fought off several tickets during the 10 years but each time it was a pain to find the right attorney, and managed the process. I even had one attorney that missed the scheduled court date that caused a lot of fire fighting. With my friend’s suggestion, I started using WinIt with my last ticket. Oh man it was such a smooth process. It took minutes to find the right attorney in the app, instead of days of searching, and I am informed every step along the way until the ticket was dismissed. Highly recommending this app to everyone.

Amazed!!!. I have been plagued by NYC parking tickets for about two decades and it’s cost me a small fortune , I have actually kept a lot, not all of the receipts and the total is about $12,000 ( insane&all my fault no doubt . A large part of those fines were due to the ticket going in to judgement which happens after 90 day of it being unpaid . So I heard if this app and installed it and even though now lately I’ve been on top of it and rarely get a ticket nowadays , I ended up getting towed and of course on top of it I got $115 ticket . Well this app automatically picked ups the ticket ( you can implement this option in the settings of the app when you register with the service) and puts it into litigation which means it won’t go into to judgement which it in itself is priceless and to my amazement after about three weeks they notified me that it was dismissed😀. I don’t know what kind of magic they use but in reality it probably should never get dismissed because it was blatantly my fault . But it in fact did . I love this app you actually have someone in your corner who can stand up to NYC Traffic enforcement and win... I highly recommend this awesome app3.

Superb Company. They removed a whole headache from us of dealing with those horrible parking tickets. I understand the importance of us to support NYC with extra money, but the situation is crucial today: they writing tickets without even notifying you on the car, you just found out after few weeks when you throw the original parking receipts that you got a ticket or even worse when there is so many signs that you can’t even understand them. Anyway WinIt helping to balance this city mess with automatic checking and approved fighting. I highly recommend to install it to anyone who has a car and drive to NYC even 1 time.

Smoother than imagined!. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I downloaded the app. But I figured what did I have to lose, since no payment is required unless they get your ticket dismissed. Little effort was required on my part. I supplied some basic information, explanation of the situation and the option of a photo. After that I just waited. Things were backed up due to the residual effects of Covid-19...but after some time they got my ticket dismissed! I’d much rather give the WinIt folks half of the fee than the city a single dollar. I’m very happy with the experience I had and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wow. It’s as simple as the app says. Send us your ticket and any helpful information, and we fight the ticket for you. I sent the bare minimum info for a parking ticket I received (no photo, short explanation) and after a fairly short period of time (2-3 weeks) was billed for half the cost of the ticket (Winit’s fee for winning) However, about two weeks after I was informed that I won, I received a late payment notice from NYC Department of Finance saying I still owed money including an additional late fee. Confused, I tried to contact WinIt but couldn’t find a number and had a difficult time sending a message. Apparently the way they do it is THEY have to contact YOU. So I set up an appointment on the WinIt website and was contacted precisely as scheduled. It was explained to me that the notice was most likely late and I was provided with proof that the ticket had been expunged. Very happy with my experience aside from the temporary scare and annoying “no phone number to contact” aspect.

WORST APP TO FIGHT TICKETS. I used this app for a basic parking ticket and they lost. They don’t contact you with any details on your ticket or anything, they take about a month to “fight” the ticket. After they wasted my time and lost that ticket. I decided that I wouldn’t use this app again but apparently the app didn’t feel the same way, It opened a case on another ticket that I received without me requesting them to at all. This second ticket I wanted to fight on my own and I know I would have won as I had a nyc parking permit displayed and received a ticket for not paying the meter, which is not necessary if you have a nyc parking permit. Needless to say this app is utter trash. DO NOT USE IT!!! Oh if you want to talk with a representative about anything regarding the app, you can make an appointment for them to call you in about 2 months, no sooner appointments are available.

My Favorite App!!. Winit has been incredibly helpful to me! As a NYC taxi driver, it’s been difficult to avoid getting parking and traffic violations. Winit automatically records them, which keeps me from forgetting about them in my glove box, and once I agree to let Winit handle them, I rest easy and am I’m informed about their progress every step of the way. I’ve saved hundreds of dollars in payments, and more importantly, points on my license! This is the easiest 5-Star rating I’ve ever given! Keep up the good work, Winit, and thank you for making my life a little easier and less stressful!

Seamless Experience & Risk Free. I’ve been using WinIt for a couple years now and their services keep getting better. I don’t get tickets often but when I do I trust the WinIt team to dispute them for me. Prior to using the App I would hire attorneys that would charge astronomical fees. Since using WinIt, I’m confident that my cases will be handled properly and I only pay their fee when they win! Their team does a fantastic job notifying me of any updates and I always feel like my tickets are in good hands. Their high success rate and amazing App makes it a no-brainer for me each time I receive a ticket — the option to auto-dispute any tickets that arise (linked to my license plate) takes the stress away from me and saves me time (and potential late fees). Don’t go it alone, I’d recommend WinIt to anyone in need of assistance disputing their ticket!

They won’t disappoint. Long story short got into an accident last year some crazy driver ran me off the road crash into a building basically didn’t have proper insurance because I just bought a car got a ticket police showed up gave me a summons and everything didn’t know what to do so I contacted many lawyers wasn’t a success came across the app got a lawyer told him what was going on and they dismissed the case as of June 27 of 2022 so I’m very happy with them they were not disappoint you I’m also be in another case right now I feel like I’m gonna win that case but if I don’t they beat the case that I thought I will be in so much trouble for so I’m very very happy

Horrible- Be Careful!. So basically my boyfriend decided to use this app got a boot on his car for 5 parking violations that he had used winit to resolve (2 of which had their hearings complete and were in judgment, and the other 3 were in judgement). He had to end up paying over $600 additional fines to get the boot off his car and ended up having to pay for the boot, tickets and all additional late penalty fees. I also had used winit to resolve one of my tickets, but after seeing what had happened to him I decided to pay my ticket and asked winit to dismiss my ticket, which they said they weren’t able to do since it was already in the “system”. Then I got notified two weeks later that they had won my case....Great for me! Not. That meant I paid for this ticket again (but only $30, original ticket was $60). Then they told me that I could get my money back from the state by filling out a form (which we all know is never going to happen). So basically I ended up paying for the ticket twice and my boyfriend had to pay $300 for a boot and $300 in additional interest fees! So use caution.

Makes life easy hassle free disputing in nyc. This app is a life saver. Before I used to go the traditional route trying to hire an attorney. It would cost time and money. This app saves me both. Less then attorney fees and time because I never have to step into an office everything is done automatically, with a click of a button. Love it!! Highly recommend for all drivers recieve parking or moving violations in NYC. Only wish they could add a feature to dispute more then one ticket at a time separately. Should be allowed to select all tickets together. Maybe a multi ticket discount wouldn't be a bad idea!

It actually works. After moving from Florida to NY I didn’t understand all the parking rules and racked up in just my first week a ton of parking tickets. I had just started my job and didn’t have time to contest them. Seeing this app and even with its positive reviews I was honestly skeptical. Could they actually dismiss my tickets? Would it be that easy to pay through the app if the couldn’t. I took the plunge. I got all three tickets on the app registered my card and let WinIt handle the rest. It worked. My tickets got dismissed all I had to do was pay the service fees for the app (a small price to pay compared to the 200+ dollars I would have had to pay normally) and I never even had to lift a finger expect to use the app. This is the real deal, and a must have app if you ever have a ticket in NYC. Don’t hesitate and “WinIt” today.

Great Follow Ups and Easy to Use. It was really to use this app. I think it took me less than 3 minutes to enter in 2 parking tickets I had. One was dismissed and the other was not, however with the WinIt process I was able to get some additional time to pay for the second one. WinIt doesn’t charge you unless they’re able to win your ticket, so I think it’s a great way to fight a ticket that you might not know how to do in the first place or for any tickets that may cost you more money to hire legal counsel. Additionally, they followed up with me via email regarding the status of my ticket quite regularly, so I knew that my ticket wasn’t lost in some court proceedings hole.

Who knew you could fight nyc Parking tickets?. I have been getting these ridiculous NYC parking tickets more and more these days. But what can you do, not pay it? Watch the fine grow and grow, get a boot, or towed....? Then I inadvertently found this app, in which I photo copied a few recent tickets. What did I have to lose? Well they have been 3 for 3! Instead of paying full price, the processing fee, or just forgetting to pay it, this company got them all dismissed! It doesn’t make sense not to use this app. There is nothing to lose and a lot to gain! I never leave reviews, but this app is a savior!

Highly Recommended!. Best review is the simplest. It worked. They cut my parking ticket in half with no photos. Just an explanation. It did take a while, 2 months because they said the courts were backed up. But, they do a great job of keeping you updated. I would get an email every week or two telling me what was going on and why it was taking longer than normal. Trash Service- Just use Google to search for a law firm.. WinIt was able to connect me with a law firm that’s was able to dismiss 1 out of 2 tickets. I entered my ticket info to check pricing but didn’t check out right away. After that I kept receiving calls from their team trying to sell their service which is basically a middle man to connect you to a lawyer. After I decided to proceed and pay the app states I should expect a call from the lawyer. Also the sales women stated I would receive a call. I never received a call from the lawyer and the statement I provided the saleswomen was never forwarded to the lawyer. When I spoke to customer service they stated it wasn’t their responsibility to forward info to the law firm and offered a $20 refund. Considering I was given incorrect info by their sales team and was told I was lying by their customer service team I would never use this service again. Do yourself a favor and just search for a lawyer via google. Terrible communication, rude customer service, and lack of accountability is a spot on description. Got my parking ticket dismissed! Amazing!. I was skeptical about this app’s claim to help me fight a ticket simply by snapping a photo of the ticket along with a short description of what happened but gave it a try anyway. This app is pretty easy to use. The whole process of setting up an account and submit my ticket took about 10 minutes. Then I waited. WinIt sent me an status email about once a week. After six weeks they notified me that my ticket got dismissed. I went on nyc ticket website and verified that my ticket was indeed dismissed. I’m a believer now and will use this app to fight all future tickets. Thanks for providing this great service!

Very Convenient Service for the frequent offender. Win it has helped me out with a lot of my tickets. The app is well made and easy to use, and there are very competitively priced options for attorneys to deal with traffic tickets. They deal with your parking tickets too, and they’ll even notify you when your vehicle gets another ticket in their database, and they give you the option to dispute it or pay it right from the app. This way you don’t have to use NYs very terribly made website. Definitely give this app a try if you tend to receive more than 2 tickets a year. Give it a try if you just recurved the first ticket in your life. I recommend this app to my friends and family.

Winner Winner Ticket Dinner. This is literally the best app out there and a really great idea. This fills such a need for me as a driver in NYC. I get tickets no matter where I park. They have saved me thousands of dollars over the course of the last three years. They have dismissed many parking tickets for Me in New York City. One of the best features in the app is auto dispute. I just select for them to fight all my tickets and don’t ever have to worry about it. Of course some tickets were found guilty but that is to be expected in New York. When I am found guilty I just pay through the app, it is a one stop shop. The best thing is that now it also fight traffic violations!!!! They already dismissed one case for me and I have a another one pending with them. I actually love them so much. A sincere thanks to the WinIt team.

Will cost you more than you can save.. Crappy application. Download the official NYC app and fight your own tickets. WinIt submits your tickets way later then when you click to ask them to fight them for you. In my case I’ve submitted 2 tickets that had a week+ to be fought before incurring extra fees, The result using winit is +$10 to each fine when they BLUNTLY advertise you won’t get charged late fees. Good luck getting that back from Winit customer service due to their falls advertisement and lack of proper speaking employees . On top of that they charge a retarded amount as a fee to process your payment (which is their real money maker) they don’t bet on winning your tickets they bet on you getting fed up and paying them to move on. They lost my business I rather fight my own tickets and pay $0 when I win rather than their 50% and $1.50 when I pay using my credit card rather than their $5+ proceeding AND very likely additional $10 that goes to NYS for neglecting your ticket and letting it run past the time they have to fight it. -5 ⭐️

GREAT TICKET APP. I love this App so much it really helps with all my tickets. I don’t even need to bother going online to search for my ticket if I lost it I can easily search my tickets with my plate number since it’s already stored and it does it for me. Not only that but it hires real lawyers that will go to the court date and you don’t need to bother with a single thing. They handle every every for you. Even when it does not get dismissed which happens of course you still get plenty of extra time to pay the ticket since there schedule a hearing. Most of my tickets have been dismissed and I have not done a thing but just make the payment. They only get paid when a ticket gets dismissed. I have just always been the type to never process a hearing for my traffic tickets and just pay them but this SERVICE A LIFE SAVOR WAY TOO CONVIENT and YOU SAVE. I LOVE this app so much I recommend it to every one and if you don’t have the app you really are paying on money you can save. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Super easy to use and very fast.

Good service -- but note auto-enroll. These guys are great at getting tickets dismissed. They also do a good job of communicating the status of your challenge throughout the process. But a note of caution: The app will auto-enroll you for challenges of any future tickets on the same license plate. This was a big problem for me because I was challenging a ticket received while renting a car. After my challenge had concluded, I discovered that, because of the auto-challenge default, WinIt had already begun challenging another ticket that I had not received. I explained this situation to WinIt in a number of emails (they do not have phone customer service), but they refused to cancel the challenge. Fortunately, for whatever reason the ticket could not be challenged--and my understanding is that I will not be charged. Very frustrating nonetheless. So beware of this default.

Shady, hidden fees, and after they lost the city marked payment as past due. AVOID. Winit seems to be quite bad at.. winning. Even worse, if they do lose, you are charged more 1. than if you were to pay the city directly. Why on earth would I funnel a payment through you as a middleman so you can still get a cut after losing? I never write reviews but this service is absurd. I understand they can't get all tickets dismissed. My issue is the sneaky and deceptive fees - if I had paid city directly, my total would be almost $5 less. AND if this wasn't enough, my ticket was flagged as past due, which means they waited weeks to tell me I lost. DO NOT DOWNLOAD unless you love wasting your time and money. I am now trying to get them to stop pursuing my other ticket, but you only have six hours (!) after submitting to withdraw.

Pretty happy. I have to say, I had two pending tickets that I was wrongfully accused of and being that I work two jobs, it was impossible for me to go to fight it. I heard about WinIt and gave it a shot. One of two was dismissed. It honestly depends on who you have as a representative. Be sure to read the reviews on lawyers before signing on with them. One can be polar opposite from the other, but overall, I loved it. And if I ever get myself into trouble again, I’ll know who to contact and I would definitely spread the word to others if they ever get caught and need to fight tickets.

Works as advertised. Once you register with the app, it’s really as easy as they say: parking tickets are located automatically and can be disputed with a few clicks. Not every outcome is favorable but I’ve had a couple parking tickets reversed. Most importantly, a recent traffic ticket (cell phone violation) could have landed me with a decent fine but also several points on my license, I paid additional fees to WinIt based on the amount of points it would have given me, and WinIt eventually got my ticket dismissed (both fine AND points) more than 6 months before my official court date was scheduled! There’s no reason not to use the WinIt app for all your ticket concerns.

SO amazing - highly recommend!. I live in CT and got a ticket driving from Long Island to Manhattan Aug 2019!! I pulled over in the truck lane to ask a cop for directions because I was afraid I was going into the wrong tunnel. He said I’m giving you a ticket because you were in the truck lane and I said but I literally was pulling over to ask you directions because I was afraid I was going in the wrong tunnel. He still gave me a ticket (CT plates, white Audi). Sat there and watched another cop let a NY plate, minivan person go after she looked like she was asking directions. Once you’re in their system, they even register your tickets automatically once you receive one so you literally don’t have to do anything. There is nothing to lose and no extra fee to fight it. Paying through winit is a fee, which is reasonable, but I can pay directly too. If they win, I pay half to winit- big chunk for them but great savings for myself. I get a ticket dismissed in every few. Traffic tickets are another patient story.

Great Service!. Ever since I downloaded the app a few years ago, I would submit any parking ticket that I or anyone in my family got and some got dismissed and some didn’t. Excellent service !!!. I received a moving violation ticket 6 points if I leaded guiltily. I didn’t know what to do, this is a first time I received a yellow ticket. I’m so relieved. I received a speeding ticket in August of 2019. I had never received a speeding ticket in the 30 years I’ve had my license. A friend of mine told me about WinIt. Great Experience. I got a ticket in NYC and provided all the info WinIt requested. I forgot to take a pic of my actual parking violation (and all the info cited on my ticket appeared to be correct), yet they got my ticket dismissed! Truly the process could not have been easier and they were very communicative throughout. 50% of violation cost seems like a lot, but of course can’t complain given I would’ve paid 100% of the fine otherwise. I’ll definitely use the app again if I ever need it again.

Effective and convenient service. I was dreading having to fight a parking ticket and was about to pay it out of conveniency when a friend told me about Win It. Almost got my driving record ruined by them. Well i had a cell phone ticket may last year, and got assigned with a lawyer who supposebly would take care of everything, so yesterday i got pulled over anf found out my license was suspended, so they towed my car, and i called the lawyer he came back with a bunch of lies, so i went to the court myself and expalined the situation to the judge and showed him all facts, he cleared my record, but at the end of the day i ended up paying over $700 between tickets and impound , plus the two days i missed work, and they didn’t even had the decency of reeburse my money , i wish i could give the 0 stars but i can’t.

Best app. I was skeptical about this company fighting my tickets but after they emailed me about my tickets that they were able to dismiss I recommended a few other people to this website so they can get their tickets fought by a great company. It works!. I’ve just had my second ticket dismissed by this app. I’m impressed at how easy they made the process. I do love the automatic license scanning feature so I don’t even have to think about checking the NYC site any longer. It will either get dismissed or I’ll pay through the app almost automatically. Of course I do wonder on the havoc this causes the court system but if WinIt can have AI based legal processes why not NYC. I’ve paid enough thousands over the years they should at least name a small tree after me.

It Actually Works. I was skeptical at first but I figured why not give it a try. Then I was really getting scared because the process was taking so long and I didn’t want to have any late fees added but win it kept me informed all the way till the end ensuring that they would take care of everything and explaining to me why it was taking long. In the end 115$ ticket down to 57$ can’t complain at all!! Will be using it again, hopefully I don’t have too but good to know win it is there.

😡. I have never won any ticket and tried to make a payment multiple times recently. The payment I recently made went through the first time but confirmation wasn’t received. I tried to make the payment again and it was accepted and taken from my bank account. I come to find out the fine increased and the payment was denied and sent back within a day or so. Fine increased by $30. So if you incur any fees they won’t credit you what they owe you. Also, I never received a credit for one of my referrals and you are supposed to when they process a ticket for your referral. Just had this issue “sorted out.” Basically it’s my fault my payment didn’t go through and even though I made the payment before the fine increase I was only given a $10 credit. Long story short - Do not give this company your money. I’m using my $10 credit and deleting this worthless app. I bet most of these positive reviews are from people that work with winit. You guys aren’t winning anything. Long story short - this app is garbageeeee

They are unbelievably fantastic! their customer service is great, they always responded to me on time and I was fighting a speeding ticket which I just got the results and my ticket was dismissed! Saved my 6 points on my license. Do not download. This app has already lost me roughly $500 Had an easy to dispute ticket that had been duplicated but the app was not able to dismiss this ticket, but even before then i had wanted to dispute the ticket myself as it was an easy one. But they had automatically processed the ticket and I had to pay the duplicate ticket because they lost. Now again i had my car towed and got a ticket under false pretenses and because they are processing without my permission (auto dispute was turned off) i will likely lose another $400 because of this application. Save yourself from it and just download the NYC mobile app to dispute your ticket that is mentioned on the back of your ticket. You will likely save more money that way.

Not Guilty!. **Update. Received 3 tickets since downloading the WinIt app - all were disputed and won. Best app ever! Received a violation in the city where I was at fault. Downloaded the app and took my chances hoping I wouldn't have to pay the whole $115 fine. Uploaded whatever documents were needed and received periodic updates that they were still working on the case. Few weeks later I receive an e-mail that said I won! Amazing. If you are thinking about getting this app, don't hesitate for a second. You really have nothing to lose!

Best idea ever. My bro-in law told me about this app about a 1/2 a year ago and since then they’ve saved me close to 100$!! The thing is when we get a parking ticket none of us are going to court. We just curse a lot and pay it. Who has the time to fight a parking ticket? Also like I don’t know anything about the actual laws and stuff. The app is literally so easy to use and not always but like 1/2 the time they win. Who cares? You do no work and get 1/2 off ur tickets. I mean why wouldn’t you? Don’t know why everyone isn’t on this.

Very easy experience with winit!. winit is super easy to use. i literally just submit my ticket and forget about it. next thing i know i get a notification about my ticket was successfully dismissed. they also went out their way to make sure that you know if you get any payment notification from DMV it should be fine not to pay it because the you already files claim. it was nice to know that winit wants to make sure their users dont panic over things like that.

THIS APP IS A SCAMMING!!!. I got a meter violation, I submitted my receipt, my violation was dismissed, I did it using NYC PAY OR DISPUTE APP. To my surprise I received emails and threatening phone calls from the win it team. I sent them an email with the proof, I asked them to please stop calling, they sold my $15 dollars account, which is what they claim I owe them, to a collecting company that is now calling me during Covid-19 pandemic. They still refuse to clear my name. Be very careful and make sure you understand that even if you do the work and your ticket is dismissed, even if you don’t use them, they expect you to pay and will go after you!!!

Good experience 😃. My experience with winit have been a good one. I’ve been using the app for a while now since I’ve move to NYC and I usually don’t get parking tickets but this time I did. Like a week or 2 later after I got the ticket later, I received an email saying that they’re fighting the ticket, I didn’t ask for them to fight it, it was automatically done. Couple weeks later they were able to dismiss the ticket and they kept me fully updated along the way. I have and still recommend winit especially if you live in NYC.

Tickets got dismissed. I drove to New York from Georgia for the first time therefore I did not know much of the traffic laws in New York. I got there late and parked my car in front of other people driveway and I got a parking ticket next morning. At first I thought this was definitely my fault so I would have to pay the full amount. Fantastic service. I’ve already recommended this app to friends and will continue to do so. It’s a simple process, you provide your vehicle info, ticket info, and evidence disputing the ticket, and that’s all you have to do. WinIt goes and fights your tickets. So far they’ve won every ticket I’ve disputed. Also the app itself has a very clean design which is nice. One request for future updates might be to give the option to provide more than one picture for evidence, maybe up to 3 would be fair.

Might be the best app I’ve used. With all the fear of Covid-19 the WinIt app has been a breath of fresh air. I received a few tickets & was stressing about it until I downloaded the WINIT app. All tickets get automatically submitted to the app so there’s no worries of not knowing about the tickets & the best part is they reach out to you frequently to keep you posted on whats going on. No penalties from the city due to late payments or anything. If your a busy person & drive all the time & your not using this app you better get on it! Thanks WINIT!!

Long Shot. Got a parking ticket in NYC on a Saturday. I was totally in the wrong and recognized it after I was blocks away from the car. Sure enough, ticket on the windshield when I got back. Had heard about this type of service years ago so I looked them up online, downloaded the app and quickly and easily processed my ticket w them. Holy ship! They got the ticket dismissed! Not sure how, but they did! Amazing service. Almost makes it less expensive than the garage fees in NYC !

After having the app for about a month, I end up receiving a ticket. I told myself try to take a chance and see how it works out. Amazing service from WinIt in fighting my ticket!!. To be honest, I did not believe my traffic ticket could be dismissed. Because of my traffic history, I decided to try to dispute it through this app. I just uploaded my ticket Id and fill some forms. It took me at most 2 minutes. When I had questions about my case, I always got answers the same day. This app is time and money saving. I highly recommend. “Icing on the cake”: I turn on the auto dispute option and I don’t even need to think about submitting my tickets anymore.

Seamless!. I received my first speeding ticket in NYC last summer. Afraid of the points and my car insurance increasing for a moving violation, I stumbled upon the WinIt app. I simply took a picture of my ticket and they kept me updated with the progress. Traffic tickets dismissal.. I have been hearing about WINIT for about 4 years now thinking it was a scam until when the last representative called me and had a conversation with me. Then I discussed it with my wife and she threw her weight behind it. I regret that I have not employed WINIT all these years because out of my 7 tickets they have SUCCESSFULLY DISMISSED 3 (back-to-back) and I have been assured that I should expect more to be dismissed. DONT PAY IN THE APP. USERS BEWARE: if they are unable to dismiss your ticket do not tap the “Pay Now” button in the app. WinIt charges a few dollars more to “pay the ticket” in the app than you would normally be charged by just paying via the NYC’s official website. $2-3 dollars isn’t much, but if you get tickets monthly, the few dollars will begin to add up. I think that’s pretty sneaky of the Winit company because no where have I found on the app a disclosure that they charge extra if you pay for your ticket in their app. So remember.. if they can’t fight it, log on to NYC’s OFFICIAL pay online website! Other Than that.... Out of 4 tickets I’ve only had one dismissed. The first one. Kind of annoying.

Great app to fight tickets.. I’ve gotten a lot of tickets, many of them for alternate side parking. So far they have won one for no standing and one for alternate side parking. Can’t win all the time but it’s good, and what’s better through the app they give you additional 20 days time to pay your ticket after it’s found guilty. With the court and the extension of time I’ve had 45-70 days sometimes to pay a ticket compared to only 30 days that the city gives you, so that’s even better!!!!

It does work!!. Was skeptical of this app but so far a 50% win rate which is great by me! Saved me $45 so far. You can even set it up to automatically process a ticket for you as soon as it posts so it’s all on auto pilot. Best part is you don’t have to pay unless you win and then it’s just half the price of the ticket. Well worth it especially if it means either paying the full price of ticket or possibly getting it dismissed and paying just half. Don’t lose anything by trying it out.

This app is fantastic.. This app is fantastic. I won! It can monitor all of your license plates and automatically dispute parking tickets. I've fought parking tickets on my own and never won. Winit takes half of the fine amount if they get it dismissed. Way better then knowing your going to lose and pay full! Plus you get extra time to pay and they update you constantly about the status! Its NYC, no way they can win them all...

Don’t bother!. The customer service is lacking. I submitted my ticket a month before the fine was due. They charge me $79 and the app said the ticket was being forwarded to Frank Menéndez from Ticketfit in south Florida. Two weeks later someone from WinIt calls to inform me that they need to charge another $69 to assign the ticket to a lawyer. Then another entire week passes and I don’t hear a thing. I have to reach out to Mr. Menéndez who has no idea about my ticket. He asks me to email him my license number and all he does is look up my license number and tells me there are no issues. In my email I explained the entire ordeal and how I’ve submitted my ticket through the app but somehow he did understand that. Do not under any circumstances give these crooks your money!

Amazing! Best App Every. If you’re thinking about getting this app I highly recommend that you download it now. I’ve been using this app for a little over one year now. The fact that you don’t have to pay anything If they don’t get your ticket dismissed is amazing concept. I also like the fact that they’re able to fight moving violations now. They just recently got a three point stop sign ticket dismissed for me. Never had to talk to the lawyer no one called me, never had to do anything just gave them the ticket info and it was dismissed in 3 weeks. Worth every penny!

Can’t beet this app!. Honestly I love this app! I first heard of it from a friend on face book, and decided to give it a go. So far they have dismissed every ticket I put in! They are 6 for 6 in parking tickets with 5 more pending🤞🏻. Also with traffic I put in a couple and 1 is dismissed & the other is still pending. That’s a great record. As far as the people who complain about deceptive charges, they don’t take the time to read. The deal is for parking tickets only. For traffic you need to pay for the lawyer straight up. Still it super convenient to do so through the app. Great app!

I like it. I have submitted several tickets and I’ve won a little over half with Win-it. It’s saved me money and to be honest two of the tickets won shouldn’t have been issued in the first place. So when I won it I did feel vindicated, yeah I had to pay a small fee but at the same time I knew I was right and it saved me the hassle of going into fight the ticket myself. You might not win them all but you won’t have to worry about late fees or having to take off work to go to court to fight them yourselves.

Operating mobile while driving. I had got a ticket 3 years ago, one of my friend recommended me this application and i paid the fees through application. Process was smooth and attorney showed up on time not only that I didn’t even have to appear to the court. Everything was taken care and i was notified that my traffic ticket is dismissed. I generally don’t put review on apps but i must need to put good review for the service and application. Thank you!
