Not worth the time. Next to impossible to take fingerprints anymore; takes a long time to try and get camera to focus. Forced me to go back to ink and paper because this app Is so bad.

Horrible. No matter how good the WiFi connection or how new your iPhone is this app continues to be a constant frustration to use. From closing down fir no reason to taking a fingerprint which shows nothing on the next screen. Constantly having to unistall and reinstall to make this $49 a year app work . I don’t have 15-30 minutes to get a fingerprint . If there was another app available for work I’d use it. Going back to old school ink is faster and easier. Fix you mess with this app

Won’t go past configuration page. iPhone X and it will not go past the configuration page. Waited about 2 months and reloaded app to see if “bug” was fixed...... still won’t load.

Life print. I think the app will be OK once you learn how to use it on a scale of 1 to 10 I'll give it a night I guess that would average out to four star rating best to you all users

6s compatible?. It was not allowing me to get past the configuration page on my new iPhone 6s. Wasted 2 hours trying to get past config. Called the number for crescent they patched me over to Michelle and she fixed it for me, give them a call if your phone is acting up, they know magic and karate!

FD. The app to take the print is too difficult to use. You need to work on it bad. Crescent sales people are wonderful. The product is great. The only flaw is the app to take the picture

Time Waster. Cannot get this app to do ANYTHING! Doesn’t focus on Androids and won’t register a photo on Apple! Makes my job as Funeral personnel hard when I have to spend over an hour to get one fingerprint. I didn’t get a single one today after an hour and a half of work to try and get it.

App doesn’t function. App force closes on the first screen when you try to submit the funeral home information..

Terrible App, didn’t work a few years ago and no better today!. With new cell phones and powerful cameras this app still fails to give a decent print. Once you do take the print, the software wants date of birth and date of death which will not allow keyboard entry nor will the calendar work. I’ll stick with an ink pad and index cards scanned to a high resolution for free than pay money for this useless app.

Big fix please. So 10 mins ago I would have given this a 5 star but I signed in to turn it on and use it and I can’t get by the first screen. It won’t do anything! I’m stuck!! Once I can use it again I will come and change it to 5 stars!!
