Great group texting. As a coach of volleyball teams I need group lists for each team Varsity, JV, FS and for each gender. Here I can create multiple lists and text them separately or at the same time. I also created an alumni text list. Why this interface does not exist in iOS continues to amaze me Great job!

Great app but.... Needs an update desperately! It’s been over a year since last update. Please add the ability to schedule group text for a later time. Also, I saw someone review that this is only for iMessages but that is not true! You have to turn on “send as sms” in you iMessage settings and presto!

App Crashes. App continues to crash. Reinstalled and nothing. iPhone X. Not sure if that’s the problem but still unacceptable.

It’s my go to for composing messages. I’ve put my favorites in my list and just click around to who I want to include in each message. I’ve made a few stock messages and I’m loving this app so far.

Lots of fun. Another awesome app from this developer. Love the built in GIF support! Definitely worth it.

Great potential. I really appreciate what Contrast did with this app. They take the technology of Launch Center Pro, which has never been particularly useful to me personally, married it to extensions and made a very useful app. I love the way it makes favorites for text messages possible. I would just have a couple suggestions for the developers if they read this. I wish that there was a way to add a blank message "contact". That would allow the extension to replace the default message icon on the share sheet completely if one wanted to. I just wish the icon were a little more pretty but that is probably nit picky

Fantastic app for quickly selecting people for group text. I can’t believe you updated this app for iPhone X! Thank you! Makes sending messages to people so much easier. When you use the share sheet you can quickly tap on the people’s names that you want to share with instead of searching in the iMessage box for peoples names. It’s great because sometimes I want to text my wife by her self or add on my parents really quickly. This app makes it super easy.

Awesome!. Very well done. Love the extension. If Apple would allow it, adding names iMessage groups to shortcuts would make this even better! Hopefully Apple opens up that functionality.

Waste of money. This was the biggest waste of 4.99 I’ve spent in a long time. Wish there was a way to get my money back. Found way better and user friendly apps for free. Worse app ever. Already deleted the piece of junk.

Great App. My favorite part of launch center was the ability to script routine repetitive texts to my employees. This app takes it to the next level and does an amazing job. I highly recommend purchasing this app for those of you who write multiple text messages throughout the day to multiple people and especially to groups.

Worth it for the share sheet alone!. Buy it!

STILL BROKEN DESPITE UPDATE. Before iOS 11, I used Group Text+ to message all of my co-workers in mass text messages. It worked great and it was my go-to app for communicating on the fly. Since iOS 11, the most people you can text at any one time is 10. I need to be able reach out to many more than that in a text. Not sure if there is anything that can be done, but at this point, I might as well use the native app because the whole purpose of Group Text+ was to text a large group of people, and this no longer works!!!!

Such a brilliant UI. Great time saver.. I use this so many times daily to rapidly compose messages to both groups and individuals. The UI is brilliant for quickly composing a message with whatever content you want.

Good at what it does. Great for me for sending out group texts.

Kinda disappointed. If this had been a free app then fine, but it was $2 for me. So what's the issue? Well I thought you could select contacts from the list and it would send 1 text to each individual person, and if you wanted to text a group then you select a group from the list. After all, the list in the demo video shows individual contacts and groups separately. Instead, if you select multiple contacts then it bundles them all together into a group instead of texting each individually! Hugely misleading! 😤 I give it 1 star because I have to and the second star because it actually is easy and quick to select contacts, just as they say, but I take off 3 stars for being misleading. 😒👎

Can’t send texts using the app anymore. App all of a sudden stopped working. It doesn’t pull contacts in anymore just numbers and it won’t send texts. Please update

The best app EVER!!!. I'm so glad this developer made this app, I have been wondering why someone hadn't made something like this. I use this app more than any other app. Thanks and keep up the AWESOME WORK!!!

Message Ap. Not so great…I can get the names into the group messaging just as quick without this app.

Group Text+. Total waste of $2 and my time trying to figure it out; because it would not send texts to a large group of 14 people who were 50/50 with iPhones and other types of phones.

Gets the job done. I needed to be able to have a “saved” group that I could easily send an MMS to. This app fit the bill flawlessly. So simple to use too! Thanks :-)

Mostly works?. This app arbitrarily decides to do mass texts in imessage sometimes even when it is turned off. This needs to be fixed, or made more transparent, before I would give it a positive rating. If you can’t be sure it will work properly, you can’t risk mass texting people if there is a chance they will all be incorrectly messaged or see each other’s phone numbers. If this can happen, then this app is practically unusable based off of what it is advertised to do/what you pay for

Indispensable. I had the pleasure of testing the Group Test+ briefly. When I first launched it, I thought it wouldn't be very useful to me. Now I don't know how I got along without it.

Text smarter. All the tedious things about texting, like creating groups or sending your location or last photo? Yeah, Group Text+ de-tedious-izes them. Get it.

Fast and handy messaging!. I really like the developer's approach to messaging and will be using this app a lot. The quick GIF access is an added bonus! The AppStore needs more apps like this.

Fast, efficient, and easy messaging. Group Text+ is a fantastic spinoff of the messaging functionality within Launch Center Pro. It offers a simple setup, approachable interface, and VERY fast experience. I use it differently. Instead of grouping contacts together, I lost out my favorite contacts by themselves. That way, I have ultimate flexibility to make groups and send solo texts on the fly. Even sending a message to a single person is fast via GP+, as clicking a face is faster than typing a few letters and selecting a name. The added ability to add a photo, clipboard, etc makes this a must have. I personally integrate it into Launch Center pro next to some more advanced message actions. I recommend this app for someone that wants to have a favorite group of contacts that they want to send lightening fast text messages to.

Love this app.. Wish the gif support was organized into categories by subject.

EVIL APP. Need help restoring my iPhone contact list after GROUPTEXT + messed it up. Frustrated big time. Afraid to delete the entire app...will probably cause more problems!

Great but crashes. App does exactly what I need but after a few uses it starts to crash as soon as I open the app. Force closing the app does not fix it. A phone restart does fix it for a bit until it starts crashing again.

Fantastic. The fastest way to kick off a group text and a great way to send canned messages. Also, the photo picker is awesome; the video doesn't do it justice. Apple could learn a thing or two from this app.

Group Text+. So far so good. I am using this to send group text to our church members.

This app is back and better than ever. This app disappeared when Apple forced developers to go 64 bit. It was missed, but it is back and works better than ever. Glad to see that it was not abandoned.

Great feature set that extends iOS 8. Great programmers come through again. Well thought out extension of iOS 8 features.

Great Tool to Manage Group Email. I like this app a lot. It is easy to set up a group and it works. Everyone gets the message.

Best ever!. I love this app! I can make groups, and then add people and remove people right in the text. It’s so easy to send texts to different groups without having to figure which group it is that u want to use, then, if u choose, u can add and remove people and old numbers that have been changed.

Group text made easy. I send group text out to the same people every week for meet ups and it seems I always forget one person. With Group Text+, I never forget someone and sending big group messages takes half the time.

Quick action messaging. Useful app to save a few seconds each time you share something via iMessage.

Top notch. Great app to quickly and easily send pictures, clipboard content, canned text, and more.

best messaging app. this is the only app that messaged groupwise within the iphone native app, which also allows for you to read the dialogue. most important: you can choose each group member affiliation by the type of messaging contact, and even add contacts twice , for example email or cell, others don't allow for that, so this is the only app you need to get.

Very useful - UPDATED TO 1 STAR. Both the Group Email and Group Text apps are must haves on my list. They dropped the EMail app with no plan to update it your iOS 11+ or make it available again. I depended heavily on both of these apps, for them to just drop support for a paid app that was the obvious complimentary app to the text app was unacceptable to me. I've had to dedicate a significant amount of time to buying and finding replacement apps. They offered no explanation or alternatives when I contacted them regarding this issue, they essentially just said tough luck your money was wasted buying or app. Based on this I've migrated to an alternative vendor with a better reputation for long term support of their paid apps and changed my reviews for all of this vendors apps from 5's to 1's. I strongly recommend selecting another vendor for your paid apps that you will rely on regularly.

So hooked. This is a great example of what I was looking forward to when extensibility was announced for iOS 8. Most extensions seem like they are made for an esoteric use case. This though- I don't think I'd function without it now! Can't recommend it enough. Worth every penny.

Does not run. Broken app. Why is it for sale?. Just downloaded on iPhone X. App launches then immediately quits. I want a refund!

Horrible. Does not work. Just wasted $2 on this app. It is stupid and does not allow me to send a group message. WTH!?!? Do not waste your money folks! I have no clue why it has so many good reviews but do not get sucked in like I did!!!

Only works with iMessage. I wanted to use this to send group messages that if replied to would only come to me and not the whole group. I turn off iMessage, as the instructions say. But then it won’t send at all. However I can send a group iMessage to 47 different phones.

mr. I found it to difficult , easier for me to just go back and create groups in my iMessage . for me useless.

Waste of money. This app just duplicates the existing functionality available in the standard messaging app. I can't import my group that I have created in the iCloud, like I can with the Connect app on my iPhone (which doesn't seem to be available for my iPad for some reason). Additionally, I can't seem to create and save a group within the app. I don't know why I bothered paying for this app.

Not good. I tried to send a group text as a test to 11 people and it failed. Not impressed.

not functional. this app is nothing but a waste of 2 dollars. i am not able to launch it at all, it closes as soon as i tab on it using my iphone 6plus and ios8.3. i advise anyone not to waste his money with this crap.

Super tool for group texting. This is a text and group text super tool. First, it gives you fast access to your photos, gifs and macro messages. You can choose any combination of these and dispatch them off to one or more contacts. I highly recommend it for anyone doing a lot of text messaging, especially group messaging, as the name implies

A very clever app. Contrast is very good at making apps that do one thing extremely well. With Group Text+, they've clearly shown that creating composing a message can be so much simpler than it is currently. Being able to quickly tap on contacts pictures to send them a message is the killer feature here, as it saves time that would normally be spent tapping out their name with the keyboard. I've personally found this most useful with their share sheet extension. When I'm in another app, I can hit the share button, select Group Text+, and pick who to share content with just by tapping on their pictures. It's a small thing but it really makes a world of difference. This is a really useful app.
